#BringBackOurBoys Why Were They Really Killed?

ג׳ לחודש הרביעי תשע״ד

Statements as to why three Jewish boys were recently abducted by Arab terrorists have been flooding the Internet, and have been accompanied by the usual finger pointing and blame game.

Now that the boys have been found murdered, May God avenge their blood!, it is of the utmost importance to answer the question in title.

Most of you may find this to be insensitive and distasteful. However, I intend to answer the questןon anyway, if for no other reason that piqu'ah nefesh (saving a life).

Eyal Yifrah (19), Naftali Frenkel (16), Gil'ad Sha'ar (16)

First, here is a sample of the opinions being thrown around as to why the boys were abducted in the first place.
The Yated Ne'eman newspaper "holds the government of Israel responsible for the kidnapping of three teenage boys...a direct result of the Israeli government’s effort to draft Hareidim into the army."

Rabbi Dov Lior (Qiryath Arba-Hevron) said Thursday that the abduction of Eyal Yifrah, Gil'ad Shayer and Naftali Frenkel "was God’s punishment for what he called “anti-religious” legislation pushed by the current Knesset, and for Israel’s stated willingness to abandon parts of Eretz Yisrael."

Mekubal Rabbi Yaakov Adas, "who is admitted to Shaare Zedek Medical Center, hinted on Friday night the kidnapping of the youths was due to President Shimon Peres taking part in a prayer service with Pope Frances and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) during his recent visit to the Vatican."
There were also statements of the obvious, that the Arabs are seeking to kidnap more Jews, in order to exchange them for more prisoner releases.
On a more direct, Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu shlit"a (Tzfath) "accused the family of abducted soldier Gilad Schalit on Sunday of weakening Israel by appealing to the public’s sentiment in order to ratchet up pressure on the government for a prisoner swap."
Odd that no one mentioned anything about...
  • allowing heinous desecrations on the Temple Mount
  • allowing pork sales in Jerusalem
  • inviting avodah zarah into the Land, and helping it to dig its claws into it
  • I am sure that someone also blamed Israeli Gay Pride events. I just happened to miss these reports.
How is it that, in times of tragedy, no one ever seems to bring up what is explicitly mentioned in the Torah, if we fail to heed a few of its commandments in particular, removing these  perei adam (wild asses of men) from our midst...

Numbers 33
50 And the LORD spoke unto Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying: 51 'Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: When you pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan, 52 then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their figured stones, and destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places. And you shall drive out the inhabitants of the land, and dwell in it; for to you have I given the land to possess it. 53 And you shall drive out the inhabitants of the land, and dwell within it; for to you have I given the land to possess it. 54 And ye shall inherit the land by lot according to your families--to the more you shall give the more inheritance, and to the fewer you shall give the less inheritance; wheresoever the lot fall to any man, that shall be his; according to the tribes of your fathers shall ye inherit. 55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then shall those that ye let remain of them be as thorns in your eyes, and as pricks in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land in which you dwell. 56 And it shall come to pass, that as I thought to do unto them, so will I do to you.

Wouldn't want to be labeled a racist, would we? Even though the Torah makes no such distinctions here.

Well, now it is my turn to up the ante. Please allow me to bring you back down to earth, from the spiritual realms. Leave your guesswork to the Gedolim, and take a look at what is within your control, and that is following the halakhah.

Let me also preface this by stating very clearly where I personally place the blame,...on the Israeli religious educational system, and thus the the Israeli Government and its Statist "rabbis" who not only support, but collaborate with this system on a daily basis.

And of what exactly am I accusing the State and its puppets?

I am accusing them of teaching Torah against the halakhah. Well, it has already been forbidden to listen to anything Shlomo Aviner has to say regarding halakhah. But what about the other diehard, State loyalists?

The negative commandment of לא תחנם/Lo Techonem (Deut. 7:2) encompasses not saving them from danger and not providing them with any medical treatment, if at all possible.

Three categories, not providing the goyim with any foothold on the Land, not providing them with gifts, and not even saying anything nice about them are emphasized as keys points to preventing from violating misswath lo ta'aseh (negatively phrased Torah commandment). (Ramba"m, Laws of Avodah Zarah and the Laws of Goyim 10:1-9) Rabbi Shmu'el Eliyahu shlit"a of Tzfath warned us of this of this prohibition, and incurred the wrath of the Left, the Modern Orthodox, and of course, as you might suspect, the ADL.

So, to what degree are all of these groups complicit in these boys' murders?

How many of you would like to bet that this halakhah was never mentioned, despite its direct relevance to these boys' lives, or if it was, it was glossed over, qualified to prevent teachers from getting arrested, or said not to have any relevance in our current time and situation, e. g. before the coming of Mashi'ah.

If I am mistaken, and this halakhah was taught in their schools, its observance has been discouraged, no, fought tooth and nail by the co-dependent, desperately politically-correct Israeli Government, by compliant "rabbis" who prefer silence to the truth, and confused and naive parents, who without fail, pass on their confusion to the next generation.

And yet, eyewitness testimony at the trempiada (hitchhiking station) suggests that these boys were lurered into a Arab's car after "doing the nice thing" of helping him in the push-starting of his car

"Such nice things" are forbidden! But, how would they know that, with the current, anti-Torah educational system of the anti-Torah State of Israel?!

Jews often talk about using this approach to negotiate a peace settlement with our Arab enemies, show them that we are willing to work with them, do "nice things" for them, give them food and medical care,...and even help push start their engines.

NO! ENOUGH ALREADY!

How many more of our children must be murdered while we just sit here with faith in a useless, co-dependent government, and their equally useless ie. "rabbis" before we start following Torah Law instead of playing with it, crossing out what we do not like or otherwise distorting it?!

*********

According to the Ramba"m (Teshuvah 148), and the Beth Yosef and the [uncensored] Ba"H (Rabbi Yoel Sirkish) in their respective commentaries on the Tur, Lo Tehonem, ALL hold that the use of the term 'oved 'avodah zarah indicates a goy who does not keep the Seven Torah Commandments of B'nei No'ah.

The few lines of the Ba"H mentioned above were apparently never seen by Rabbi Avraham Yitzhaq Kook ztz"l nor Rabbi Ovadiah Yosef ztz"l.

What Can We Do to #BringBackOurBoys?

ראש החודש הרביעי תשע"ד

Eyal ben Iris Teshurah (19), Ya'aqov Naftali ben Rahel Devorah (16), Gil'ad Micha'el ben Bath Galim (16)
Multiple Choice Question:
Which of the following strategies will have the most chance of having the three captive Jewish boys Eyal, Ya'aqov Naftali, and Gil'ad Micha'el returned home safely and unharmed? (Check all that you believe apply.)

A. Prayer.

B. Prayer at a particular person's grave site.

C. Taking in Shabbath 15 minutes earlier than usual.

D. Lighting three extra Shabbath candles.

E. Women gathering in public to perform these misswah of hefresheth hallah (separating the hallah from the bread dough).

F. Learning certain portions of text in the merit of the boys' return.

G. Signing an on-line petition.

H. Attending a demonstration.
I. Starting an on-line #hashtag campaign.

J. Teshuvah (Repentance)

K. Taking appropriate actions against our enemies.*

L. A. and K.**

*Supposedly G., H. and I. are to encourage the Israeli Government to implement K. Ask yourself this question: When was the last time you actually saw these strategies do anything other than fool you into believing that you were doing something?

**Maybe J., as well, but quite honestly, perhaps The Almighty has other plans in store for us. We should all do teshuvah irregardless. If it takes the abduction of these boys to motivate us,...well,...then it is unfortunate that we have sunk to such a spiritual low, but so be it.

The correct answer is L.

In other words, this "sitting around" mentality, which has really only is nothing less that shirking our own responsibility, both for the abduction of these boys, and for their return. We are simply dumping it all on The Almighty.

This reminds me of the Ramba"m, who writes in his Igereth Hakhmei Marseilles (Letter to the Sages of Marseilles) that the Second Temple fell due to an over reliance on astrology [to fight against the Romans].

Traveling much farther back, Resh Lekish also suggests that we did not take the necessary action to defeat the Romans, mainly making aliyah when called by Ezra HaSofer, and thus taking proper possess of Our Land in the first place (TB Yoma 9b).

Those who chose B, C, D, E, or F, I feel compelled to ask you,...

"Why not just cast a frickin' spell already?!" (leHavdil)

I mean, for some you, ill-educated about the proper place for such practices, this is what you may eventually be led to do someday. There is a fine line between the types of magic which are permissible versus those types which are forbidden. May The Almighty keep the masses far away from such concepts!

However, what these seguloth DO have the power to do include...
1. To prevent Jews from violating Shabbath,  by calling attention to its proper beginning and ending times.

2. To encourage Jews to take an interest in keeping Shabbath, by reminding them that they are part of the greater community of Am Yisra'el.

3. ...including the lighting of Shabbath candles.

4. To educate women regarding the misswah of hefresheth hallah, its importance, and how to do it.

5. To encourage Torah learning.
Of course, the above sum up many components of teshuvah anyway.

Taking action, along with prayer, instead of laying it all at The Almighty's doorstep, is also a necessary component of teshuvah.

Let us hope that we will not have to learn this lesson the hard way again.

Lesbians and Gays in Israel do what Orthodox Jews in Israel Should be Doing

 ראש החודש הרביעי תשע"ד

World Net Daily: Homosexuals wage holy war on Israeli village
Court orders 'faith-based community' to violate beliefs

June 28, 2014

Nestled in the hills outside of Jerusalem is a Messianic communal village founded nearly 40 years ago by Finnish Christians who believed in the biblical restoration of Israel to the Jewish people. Today, some 150 Israeli believers and evangelical Christians live and work there while providing a “living testimony” as Israeli believers in Yoshke (יש"ו = May his name and memory be blotted out!).

But now the faith-based community of Yad Hashmonah may be forced to shut its doors after being ordered by an Israeli court to compensate two lesbians who were not allowed to hold their “gay” wedding at the banquet hall and biblical gardens.

The women, who were married in England, where same-sex unions are legal, wanted to renew their vows and hold a reception at the Messianic Israeli moshav, or settlement. When the receptionist explained “the owners are believers in the Bible and cannot perform a ceremony of this nature here,” the women filed a lawsuit.

A judge ruled in favor of the lesbian couple and awarded them $20,000 in “damages.” And now that lower court ruling has been upheld by the Jerusalem District Court.

Judge Moshe Yoad Cohen determined the village violated a law prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation and that the village cannot refuse to host a same-sex wedding reception despite religious objections.

During the trial, representatives of the moshav quoted from both Old and New Testaments.
“As a faith-based community we need to be able to refuse events that blatantly oppose our religious beliefs. We explained to the judge that a same-sex celebration would ruin our business. The majority of our clientele are Christians who vigorously oppose gay marriage,” said Ronen.

As Bible believers, the community also refuses services for abortion activists and yoga enthusiasts.
“We have already received phone calls from many more homosexual groups and couples saying they want to get married here. To avoid another legal problem, for now, we simply cannot book anything at all,” said Ronen.

The moshav has now completely shuttered its banquet facility, resulting in huge financial losses.
“We used to host an average of 35-50 weddings a year over the past 12 years. Israelis from all over the country, religious and secular, loved to come here. Now there are none,” added Ronen.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Good! There business should get ruined! Then perhaps they will get up and leave,...just like REAL prophesy states, that the goyim will eventually get up and leave after realizing that this Land is not actually theirs.

Such goyim are not allowed to maintain any kind of permanent presence in Israel, let alone own land (Ramba"m, Hil. A"Z 10:4-5). They are certainly not allowed to be left alone to their vile practices, and are not allowed to have any mercy on them whatsoever (Deut. 7:2; Ramba"m, Hil. A"Z 10:1).

Now, where the heck are the Jews who believe in the real Bible?

Right-wing settlers are getting money from some of the same sources. Why on earth would they bite the hand that feeds them? For the sake of the truth, no less?

Haredim such as Gur and Sha"S do not have the resources to fight them anytime and anyplace.

Secular Jews do not see these people as terribly high on their priority list. They are too busy battling the religious establishment (Hmm....me, too), and now believe that if the "religious freedom" of Christians is threatened, then in their minds they will continue to be targeted as well.

We are truly living in an upside down world. Anarchists are fighting against that horrid wall-fence running the Land of Israel, and now the Lesbian and Gay Community is battling against the pollution created by the presence of avodah zarah, in this case, that of Christian missionaries. It is ironic that one form of tumah (contamination) is battling against another.

In fact, avodah zarah and sexually impropriety are often linked together in our tradition, such as at the end of this week's Torah portion of Balaq (Num. 25:1-9).

I vigorously oppose same gender marriage, yet I also vigorously oppose the worship of false deities, messiahs, and intercessors within the Holy Land.

In some way, this could possibly be The Almighty throwing us some mercy, by having these two groups positioned in a way to do battle against each other.

But, we must not become complacent. These groups, along with the anarchists and Arabs, will all be on the side of the pursuer, if we do not remain vigilant..

Redeem Rivky Weiss! (née Stein)

כ"ו לחודש השלישי תשע"ד

Over the years, I have heard many horror stories from men who have suffered at the hands of their wife claiming agunah (chained) status.

I have heard false accusations of child abuse, so that the wife will be assured full custody and control of the children, false accusations of domestic violence, lies regarding the couple's marital relationship, lies by parents and match-makers, inducing the naive, young man without any local family support, to marry a mentally unstable women.

I mention all of the above to show how much scrutiny I pay to such cases, and to emphasize that Rivky's case is not like any of them.

I strongly believe Rivky, my strong belief in her plight and suffering.

Where are all the women's rights activists?

I guess that women's rights activists do not care about a frum woman, who insists on remaining frum and working within the system.

If there are any out there,...left wing ones, I will be happy to stand corrected.

Anyone? Anyone?

My guess is that they are still trying to figure out how to use Rivky's situation to support their anti-Torah, and in particular, anti-Haredi agenda.

But, you do not have to take my word for it. Inspect the documents of the Beis Din yourself. If you doubt the presentation, you can contact the Beis Din yourself.

In the meantime, listen to Rivky recount her story in her own words.

Rivky's husband has not come forward to defend himself. On the contrary, he has been conveniently absent at the sessions of the Beis Din, even though he has repeatedly said he would attend. He has even been given the option to seek out the examination of this case by another Beis Din, but he has not.

My Dear Yishmaelite Cousin: I Wish You Were Right, But You're Not

ערב שבת קודש פר׳ קרח תשע״ד

One commenter on Guest Post: Kidnapped Jewish Teens and Search and Rescue, wrote the following via Google+. I believe that unfortunately he is hardly the only one to have such beliefs.
The kids will probably show up once the Zionist thugs have bombed the Palestine to hell.

Kids probably ran away
Oh, how I wish that you were right!

I wish that we really were thugs, at least a little bit. I wish that we really were Zionists!

You are certainly welcome to call yourselves whatever you want, even "Palestinians." Serious, though, you are not descendants of the Philistines who lived in and around Azza, and the Roman Empire deciding to apply that tiny territory's name to all of the Land of Israel, just does not make it so, certainly not today.

This is roughly what the Land of Israel should look like...

The borders of Eretz Yisra'el at the time of its conquest by Yehoshu'a Bin-Nun, only a portion of what was Divinely promised to Avraham Avinu for our future (Gen. 15:18-21)

Don't you think that if the Israeli Government was truly Zionist, don't you think it would have annexed all of Israel by now? How about at least the portions west of the Jordan River, and south of Israel's currently recognized border with Lebanon?

Don't you think that if the Israeli Government was truly filled with thugs, Jewish thugs that is, it would have already conquered these lands, irregardless of criticism from abroad?

What country in its right mind allows its sworn enemy to serve in its own government, MK Hanin Zoabi, and to route for Israel's destruction, and allowed to do so because of so-called democratic principles??

What country in its right mind allows its sworn enemy to serve in its own government, even after a previous such member of government, MK Azmi Bishara, fled Israel after being questioned by police on suspicion of aiding and passing information to the enemy during wartime, contacts with a foreign agent, and receiving large sums of money transferred from abroad??

These are not examples of Zionism, although they would have you believe that it is, nor are they examples being thugs. Rather, these are examples of nothing less than suicidal tendencies!

I mean c'mon! I do not see Arabs and other Muslims sabotaging themselves in such manners. Do you?

Incidentally, the Land of Israel will eventuallylook something like this..

"In that day the Lord made a covenant with Avram, saying: 'To your seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates.' the Kenite, and the Kenizzite, and the Kadmonite, and the Hittite,
and the Perizzite, and the Rephaim, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Girgashite, and the Jebusite.'"
- Genesis 15:18-21

Please notice that the word הכיבוש (HaQibbush/the conquest) is used without shame here (upper left), as it should be.

Again,...no "Palestine." No Jordan, no Iraq, no Kuwait... Perhaps we will be fortunate enough to have a peacefull Kurdistan as one of our neighbors.

But, I digress...

"Bombed to hell," huh?

Actually, I have mixed feelings about bombing Israel to hell. One of my readers suggested that we only bomb the Mosques. That might be more efficient actually, since we will eventually have to clear away the final vestiges of false worship.

Granted, Muslims are pretty close. Some say they are much closer than Christians whose worship of  false deity is much more problematic that Muslim worship. Muslims just have to give up murder and rape, and start bringing murderers and rapists to justice. Those are two of the misswoth you would be required to keep if you wanted to remain residing in the Land, that is, when we will be allowed to accept gerei toshav (resident aliens) in our midst.

However, our Laws dictate that we cannot do this just yet. So, you will have to be patient. You can use this time to work on those two of the seven commandments of No'ah I mention above (Gen. 9).

Anyway, Israel still has a government which would simply replace the bombed out mosques with bigger and better ones.

On the other hand, I do not like the idea of MY homeland, the Jewish Homeland being bombed to hell.

So, in conclusion, with all that I have presented, honestly, I DO wish that you were correct, but you so from it, you don't even know!

Please feel free to call me a Zionist Thug, but the Israeli Government?

Puh-leaze! Gimme a break!

#BringOurBoysBack Three Rabbis Reveal the Politically-Incorrect Truth שלושה רבבנים מגלים את האמת של התורה שמתנגדת לתרבות המערב

ערב שבת קודש פר׳ קרח תשע״ד

לעברית צפו את הסרטון השני למטה.

Here are three Torah lectures, posted here in an attempt to wake up my fellow Jews:

1. Jews who are assimilated, and believe that they are both Americans and Jews, or perhaps even just Americans.

2. Jews who are involved with groups and organizations which preach that that the politically-correct, Western ideals of their childhoods equal Torah ideals.
3. Torah observant Jews, who still insist on viewing the Torah through Western, exile-oriented glasses, which causes them to see parts of the Torah as racist, misogynistic, and barbaric, and spend the bulk of the learning time, searching for new and additional ways to weedle out of facing the truth (פילפול).

4. Torah observant Jews, who believe that only part of the Torah can be kept until Mashi'ah comes.

5. Torah observant and non-observant Jews alike who are buried deep in the confusion between Torah Law and Israeli Law, and have been trapped there by Statist "rabbis" with gross conflicts of interest, if nothing else.

The first video is from Rabbi Yossi Mizrachi, currently residing in the U. S., may he and his family join us here in Israel soon!

(Tip: The Torah Revolution)

This next lecture is in Hebrew about the recent abduction of , and given by Rabbi Yehudah Richter of Elon Moreh at the Rechalim Junction. That's right! Out in the middle of the main highway through the Shomron (Samaria). This junction was the site of the murder of Rachela Druk hy"d from Shiloh, some 20 years ago, as well as the attempt abductions of Jewish teen girls, hitchhiking through our Land

*Rechalim Junction is located with the City of Ariel to its northwest, K'far Tapu'ah just to the north, and Eli and Ma'aleh Levonah to the south.

This last video is by Rabbi David Bar-Hayim, Head of Machon Shilo in Jerusalem.

Guest Post: Kidnapped Jewish Teens and Search and Rescue

כ' לחודש השלישי תשע"ד

Pray for the kidnapped teens....

Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov

There is unprecedented unity in Israel as millions pray for the immediate release and safety of the three Jewish teens who were abducted by Arab terrorists from Gush Etzyon.

There are many lessons to learn from this incident. As long as we allow our enemies to live amongst us they will continue to plot against us. The IDF continues to blame police for their inexcusable late response, only many hours, after they received notice from one of the boys that he was kidnapped. The police actually received notification minutes after the abduction. However, the GSS (Shabba"k) and IDF were only tipped off by police many crucial hours later.

We warned the Knesset State Controller's Committee, 4 months ago, Feb. 18th when I was asked to testify before a special Committee convened to investigate police treatment of missing people searches. My first words to the Committee were about the extreme delay in police response to missing people reports and how the police commence searching far too late, losing vital and critical time that could translate into life or death for the missing subject.

See page 5 of that Knesset Committee transcript.

We have offered our services to the Commander of the Missing Persons Unit in the army and we may yet be called in to help in the search with the use of our specially trained dogs.

Canine training this week tomorrow in Beth Shemesh at 3 PM, Tapuach at 6 PM, Leshem at 9.30 PM (Call for days)

Thursday special SAR training on rubble sight at 7 PM

Our Israeli Dog Unit is in need of more volunteers and in need of finding to maintain our canine units.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I was recently informed that it was the Israeli Police which delayed passing the information onto to the IDF and to the GSS. Apparently, the police actually received a call from one of the abducted boys saying that they were being kidnapped.

And, by the way, did anyone think that the kidnappers had to have stolen an orange, Israeli license plate to replace their green, "P" license plate, in order to disguise their car??

Curiouser and curiouser...

It would be very interesting, indeed, if the Shabba"k came up as the heroes of the hour, successfully rescuing these boys, the same Shabba"k, albeit a different "Jewish" department, feared by so many settlers. Perhaps they will then be convinced that they need the Shabba"k in their lives.

#BringOurBoysHome: Torah and Strategy vs. State and Insanity

כ׳ לחודש השלישי תשע"ד

Self-identified, Right-wing, Jewish Blogger wrote to me with...
I don't think its appropriate to write that the #hashtag campaign is nebach. I have two sons in IDF combat units -- and there are multiple ways to fight this battle. It involves different playing fields. We each have to contribute where we can -- and there are thousands of IDF soldiers right now preparing for battle to bring back the boys. We need more unity now, not divisiveness.
To which I responded with the following Esser Agaroth (2¢)...

I have been quite patient with your somewhat disguised, State loyalism for quite sometime now. No more. I couldn't give a rat's tuchus as to how you "feel." If you think what I wrote is either against halakhah (Jewish Law) or the wrong strategy, and state your reasons why, like Shuqi and others have done (see below), then by all means, have a field day.

May HaShem protect your sons. You are a fool, though, if you think that the Israeli Government and IDF leadership actually give a hoot about the lives of any kid in IDF uniform wearing a kippah.

Better a kid with a kippah take a bullet than one of our precious elite, anti-Torah protestors in training from Ramath Aviv! (Some Jews are more equal than others, alla George Orwell's Animal Farm)

And now you know why Moroccan Jews were welcomed to Israel by the Ashkenazi, intellectual, anti-Torah elite. Better that the Moroccans take a bullet than their children.

Those are MY "feelings."

Unity, yes. Unity at the expense of truth, absolutely not. Been there, done that, doesn't work. Oh, and by the way, it distorts the truth. Oh, and yes, belonging to the IDF is not the only way to fulfill the misswoth of saving Jewish lives and protecting the borders of the Land of Israel, as many of the Statist "rabbis" would have you believe.

My point is (since you obviously didn't really read my post) is that the #hashtag campaign is designed to keep us thinking that we are actually doing something, even though we are not actually doing anything at all.

Hopefully, this is also so that the IDF can have everyone distracted so that they can do an effective job. But, only time will tell.

It is a distraction to prevent us from asking questions like:
  1. Why can't boys hitchhike in such areas? Were they warned?
  2. Is the IDF really allowed by the Israeli government to fulfill its mandate of protecting the Jewish People? Is the Israeli Government sabotaging the IDF and it efforts?
  3.  Why do we care more about what the goyim think that what we think of ourselves.
  4. Is the State of Israel in the least bit Jewish,...besides the cosmetics and window dressing?
(Then he asked me whether or not I had served in the IDF.)

Not that ol' canard. (eyes rolling)

So, that makes me have less of a right to be critical, because I don't have the experience? Remember, I have not been terribly critical of individual soldiers, and have defended them when they have followed there mamlakhti (undying State loyalist) "rabbis" and violated the Torah, believing that they themselves are not culpable. Brainwashing begins early in this country. IDF basic training is only one of the latter stages in the process.

Shuqi believes that...
[executing an imprisoned Arab murderer every hour the boys are not released is] unrealistic, the government needs to publish tenders for new neighborhoods for as long as the boys are not back home.

California Muscle Jew Boy said...
My dream response would be to blow up some f***ing mosques. That's the only thing they hold sacred

That's [executing an imprisoned Arab murderer every hour the boys are not released] not a good idea. They want us to kill theirs. I think its a stupid plan. Those minarets are their marks of power. You chop those towers down they will cry like babies.

Many Others have asked...
So you're saying the best approach according to Torah is to start killing off Arab prisoners? Why not just invade gaza directly?

Not necessarily, but we should not cower and be afraid to suggest that it is an option.

Despite the depth and scope of evil, there's still a distinction to be made between good Arabs and bad Arabs.
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Good vs. Bad Arabs. In an obligatory war, there is no distinction. Only those who make a declaration to their leaders that what they are doing to Israel is wrong are exampt from punishment.

Show me a "rabbi" employed by the State, suggesting that we are in the state of an obligatory war, and I'll show you a "rabbi" who just lost his job.

Sheeple
Then I put out a general call...

Why aren't we storming Har HaBayith (Temple Mount)? Instead we're being herded like sheeple into the Kotel (Western Wall) plaza, in order, so that we DON"T storm Har HaBayith.

The main point I wanted to make here in this post is that whether it is a good idea or a bad idea to kill prisoners, bomb Mosques, or wipe out Azza (Gaza), we should not be afraid nor be intimidated from discussing these scenarios as viable options.

And now, when most so-called "rabbis" are reminded that there is a Torah imperative to Destroy Evil, will they really be able to come up with new and original excuses to convince why this is "not the case," or "not applicable to the current situation," or "only when Mashi'ah comes,..." etc.?
I am not so sure that such rabbis" will be able to.

We have already heard them all.

The Praying Edition of Haveil Havalim, the Jewish-Israeli Blog Carnival Is Up

י״ח לחודש השלישי תשע״ד

The Praying Haveil Havalim, this week's edition of the Jewish and Israeli Blog Round-Up is being hosted at Shiloh Musings.

We still need a host for next week's edition. Find out more information, and get involved by joining our Facebook Group.

How do we Bring Back our Kidnapped Jewish Boys? With a Nebach's Response? Or a Torah Response?

י״ז לחודש השלישי תשע״ד

Three Jewish boys were kidnapped by Yishma'elite (Arab) terrorists near Hevron.

By the way, how exactly did photos of these boys pop up in Saudi Arabia? The Arabs are not all working together against Israel, are they?? Gimme a break!

I certainly appreciate that the Israeli military cannot reveal any secret plans to get them back. So, this has been their public response thus far, a #hashtag campaign.

Here is one Jew's response to the IDF's #hashtag campaign.
"B"H - IDF, you don't have to make bold, propagandist declarations: Just do the job we pay you through the nose for!"
-Ariel Ben Yochanan of The Torah Revolution
In contrast to the Israeli #hashtag campaign, here is an Arab #hashtag campaign.

"3 Shalits"
The reference is to Gilad Shalit, whose release was negotiated in exchange for imprisoned Arab murderers with Jewish blood on their hands.
And here is another image getting lots of play on Facebook by the cartoonist Omar Radwan ysh"w, portraying these Jewish boys as vermin.

Tip: Elder Of Ziyon

Read more at Elder Of Ziyon on the double standards applied by the so-called "international community" to Jews vs. Arabs. Jews are expected to adhere to international "rules," such as those of the Geneva Convention. On the other hand, Arabs are apparently not expected to so the same. And how can they? They are too busy handing out treats, in celebration of the kidnappings of Jews!

In contrast to the namby-pamby, nebachy, "write a letter, feel better" attitude of Galuth-minded Jews, there are other Jews out there taking a much different approach, such as setting up the following page on Facebook. Notice that there are already 8,957 "likes," and that was only as of this morning.

I wonder how long it will take for their to be complaints about this page, and for it to be taken down, in typical Facebook fashion.

"Until the boys are returned, each hour, shoot an Arab Terrorist" [in our prisons]

I wonder how the silly Leftists, and even silly super State-loyalists with kippoth on their heads would feel about this. No doubt they will speak from Galuth (exile) perspective, that as Jews we are above this sort of "barbaric" thing.

Are they really that naive and brainwashed, that they are completely unaware that "this sort of thing" is more in line with a Torah response than the restraint imposed on the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF]?

Whoops! I forgot. What do either of these groups care about an authentic Torah response?
...אבל לאבדו בידו, או לדוחפו לבור, וכיוצא בזה--אסור, מפני שאינו עושה עימנו מלחמה. (רמב"ם, הל' עבודה זרה פרק י,א)

...But, to kill him by hand, or to push him into a pit, and other similar actions is forbidden, because he is not making war with us. (Ramba"m, Laws of Avodah Zarah 10:1)
In other words, since they ARE making war with us,....מי שמבין יבין....

The Ramba"m was very careful with the wording here. Of course, I doubt that we will find any state-"rabbis" willing to declare that we are indeed in a state of milhemeth misswah (obligatory war).

Let's Settle the Whole "LGBTQ Thing" Once and for All, Shall We?

ערב שבת קודש פר׳ שלח-לך תשע״ד

The Rainbow Kippah: A Gay Pride Symbol?
Or Just an Allusion to the Rainbow in the Torah?
A buddy of mine posted a criticism of the use of the rainbow symbol by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, and Questioning [LBGTQ] community, believing that the rainbow was given to all, and not just for one community to take it for its own.

He did so, without condemning the LBGTQ community, and without condemning nor demonizing individuals with different wants and desires.

However, he was very clear...

"You can't have the rainbow."

Here is the comment I left...
Kol HaKavod! Nicely said. Men can show love and affection for one another, and experience intimacy. But, this can be frightening for us because we have always been taught in Western exile that if we feel this way, then there is something wrong with us, or on the other hand, than we are supposed to add a sexual component to the relationship. Neither are true! The Torah forbids certain sexual interactions between certain people,...but not love.
Meanwhile, someone left a comment via Google+ on my piece Gay Scandal in the K'nesseth?!
David's praise in 2 Samuel 1:26 for Jonathan's 'love' (for him) over the 'love' of women is considered evidence for same-sex attraction, along with Saul's exclamation to his son at the dinner table, "I know you have chosen the son of Jesse -
To which I responded with the following Esser Agaroth (2¢)...
Evidence? No, I am afraid not. An hypothesis to attempt to support? Sure why not. I'll cut to the chase. א-ה-ב certainly is not indicative of any same sex attraction, let alone sexual relationship. In fact, sometimes it can also indicate an alliance, such in the case of...

And Hiram king of Tyre sent his servants unto Solomon; for he had heard that they had anointed him king in the room of his father; for Hiram was ever a lover of David.
I Kings 5:15

I am not sure what kind of perspective and education you are coming from. However, I have found that such statements are often made due to the ignoring of Torah sheb'al Peh. Yet both the Written Torah and Oral Torah can only function together,...though many have tried.

Well, I am sure that we have not heard the last of this topic, what it means, what it doesn't mean, what it's implications are, what it's implications aren't.

The bottom line that we may feel one way, and believe that these feelings being counter to Torah. The Torah belongs to all Jews. So, don't run away and don't make excuses for ceasing to keep misswoth (Torah Commandments). Instead, meet your challenges, whatever they are, and keep your part of the Torah.

No need to water it down or pretend that the Oral Torah isn't what it is, or perhaps even doesn't exist (God Forbid!). This is simply not an option, unless you prefer to remain in a numbed out state of Galuth (exile), disconnected from your people, your only true homeland, and their Holiness, as it says,...
קְדֹשִׁים תִּהְיוּ: ויקרא יט,ב,

You shall be Holy. Leviticus 19:2

"They," whoever "they" are, may have hijacked the rainbow, but we will always have "Seinfeld."

The following clip is from the "Not That There's Anything Wrong With It" episode.

Gay Scandal in the Israeli Knesset?!

 י״ג לחודש השלישי תשע״ד

OK. No. Not really.

But, in honor of Israel's "Gay Pride" Week, I would like to share and comment on a news tidbit, which was pointed out to me by Life In Israel.

Either MK Ze'ev is really an odd ball, or someone grossly mistranslated his attempts at insults toward Bennett and Lapid. I favor the latter possibility.

MK Ze'ev
Hevron, 2008
As far as Sha"s MK's go, he is the least worst, and probably even pretty good. He has come out (no pun intended) against land giveaways, and even put his money where is mouth is by moving into Beth HaShalom in Hevron, when in was slated for expulsion of its Jews back in 2008.

So, actually, as far as MK's go at all, he is pretty good.

*Note: I also just found out that he and I share the same birthday, 8 Ellul, so he has got to have some positive qualities!

However, MK Ze'ev should learn that ust because Bennett has no balls male genitalia to speak of, and Lapid likes to bulk up his muscle mass at the gym, does not meant that they are gay. These are just silly and ignorant stereotypes, if you ask me.

After all, gay men DO have genitalia, and countless heterosexual men are body builders.

And anyway, this was so NOT a big deal. This sort of mudslinging about couples in government has certainly occurred before this.

Who remembers the this?

***Tzni'us Alert!***

The difference here was that this was done as a strategy to rally the LGBTQ, American communities, and to get them to the poles to vote!

...along with...

Congratulations Israeli President Rivlin on your Election. May we now hear the real news?

י״ג לחודש השלישי תשע״ד

Reuven Rivlin
10th President of the State of Israel

"I am leaving politics and the Likud [Party]. From now on, I am a man for all of the people."
-newly elected Israeli President Reuven "Ruby" Rivlin (translated from YNET News Flash)

Well, I cannot think of too many other individuals than Ruby Rivlin suitable for the supposedly symbolic role of President within the State of Israel's excuse for a democratic system of government.

I am also certainly pleased that outgoing President Shimon Peres did not stick around for another year, if not indefinitely, as had been threatened suggested he might.

However, I am no longer fooled by the pomp, the ceremony, and the spin of the mainstream news media's attempt to tell me what is or isn't news, and what is or what isn't important.

Rather, I am interested in what is not being reported, or reported but with only a few lines, buried somewhere between the obituaries and crossword puzzle.

I am interested in the well-timed, simultaneous events which the election of a new president was supposed to distract us from?

The Vatican's take over of King David's Tomb, perhaps, which has been denied up and down by most every member of the Israeli government and his cousin?

More secret agreements, like the Oslo Death Accords, with those who would wipe Israel off the face of the globe?

More Land giveaways?

More releases of Arab murderers?

The possibilities are endless.

And speaking of Shimon Peres, remember the little boy who was willing to see, and willing to point out to his fellow subjects that the Emperor was indeed naked, and not dressed in his newly made finery?

Well, likewise, I feel like I am practically the only one who is willing to see, and willing to point out that in the supposedly apolitical role of Israeli President, Shimon Peres was anything but apolitical! In fact, he was political in almost everything he did and said!
And what about Shimon Peres's plans for the future? ...besides complicity in the Vatican takeover of King David's Tomb, of course.
Perhaps that was what we were being distracted from seeing.

י״א לחודש השלישי תשע״ד

Founded by Soccer DadHaveil Havalim is a carnival of Jewish blogs -- a weekly collection of Jewish and Israeli blog highlights, tidbits and points of interest collected from blogs all around the world. It's hosted by different bloggers each week, jointly coordinated through our Facebook Group. The term 'Haveil Havalim,' which means"Vanity of Vanities," is from Qoheleth, (Ecclesiastes) which was written by King Solomon. King Solomon built the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and later on got all bogged down in materialism and other 'excesses' and realized that it was nothing but 'hevel,' or in English,'vanity.' Submissions may be may through our on-line submission form on BlogCarnival.com, which requires you to log-in first.

Tzivia at Adventures In AliyahLand will be hosting next week's edition. You can start submitting your material to her already via e-mail, Jay3fer@gmail.com.

In the meantime, please enjoy this week's edition!

Finally, I tell you Why I Refused to be Interviewed by Arutz 7/Israel National News.

Israeli Expats: This Was Your Cue to Come Home

י' לחודש השלישי תשע״ד

Well, I am not at all sure how I missed this one from three years ago. Thanks to Ariel at The Torah Revolution for pointing it out to me.

I have posted only a few excerpts here, but it is well-worth reading the entire piece, even today, three years later.
Atlas Shrugs: Obama Administration Puts Israel On List Of Countries That Support Terrorism, Removes North Korea

Pamella Geller, June 29, 2011

It is only fair that deluded and self-loathing Jews who continue to support the despot in the White House despite his relentless campaign against the Jews should be the first on the Obama trains. And they are coming.

Obama's relentless pounding on the Jews mimics previous dictatorial leaders in recent history who promoted alienation of the Jews in concert with national socialism (another Obama favorite)...

...As a matter of policy, according to the inspector general’s report, citizens of Israel and other “specially designated countries” are subjected to a special security screening called a “Third Agency Check” (TAC) when they are actually detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the division of the Department of Homeland Security responsible for enforcing the immigration laws...

...Obama always says that despite his constant criticism of Israel, America will always have a special partnership with the Jewish State. Now we understand he means putting Israel on a "special" terrorism watch list.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Well, first off, I remember when the organizations, run by friends of mine, were placed on the U. S. State Department's list of "foreign terror organizations." Even though unlike the other organizations on the list, such as Al-Qaeda, Hamas, and Hezbollah, had never been proven to be involved in any acts of terrorism, let alone involved in their planning.

Often, I have heard phrases such as "antisemitism" and "double standards" bandied about.

Now, of course, I realize that although unfair, and nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to the historical treatment of Am Yisra'el, these actions are in line with our role as a "separate and distinct" nation.

Hopefully, Israeli citizens and future Israeli citizens alike will heed this warning, and take it seriously.

Hopefully, native and naturalized Israeli citizens, who believe they have left their only true homeland permanently, will wake up, and just get on the plane!

Do not miss your next cue either, or rather, your next wrning!

I am just as worried about you as I am of our brothers and sisters in the Ukraine, in France, in England, in Belgium, and elsewhere.

Ambassador Dan Shapiro: Traitor? Or Just Innocently Ignorant of his Own Heritage?

מוצש״ק פר׳ בהעלותך תשע״ד

Arutz 7: US Ambassador Condemns Construction Announcement
Washington opposes construction as a matter of principle, Shapiro claims - as well as negotiating with Hamas.

Tova Dvorin, June 5, 2014

U. S. Ambassador Dan Shapiro
American? Jew? Chicago Bears fan?

US Ambassador to Israel Daniel Shapiro strongly condemned Israel's initiative to build over 1,500 new housing units in Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem Thursday, in a move many perceive to be Israel's response to Hamas and Fatah's new "unity" government in the Palestinian Authority (PA).

“We oppose settlement construction in the West Bank as well as announcements regarding such construction,” Shapiro stated, in an interview with IDF Radio. “We would do so with or without this disputed case of a new Palestinian transitional government.” (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Who's "we?"

Is Dan Shapiro an American? Is he a Jew? What kind of Jew?

I am willing to bet that he not intentionally a trader against his own people. Rather he is just like most Jews living in the U. S., head deep in confusion between what are Western cultural values and sensibilities.

In all fairness to Dan Shapiro, he is not the only, highly confused, Jewish ambassador we have had imposed upon us by the U. S. Government. One of them even wore a kippah, if you can believe that.

Likewise many of those confused Jews living in the U. S. also don kippoth. Wouldn't want to lose those high paying jobs as clergyman in Modern Orthodox synagogues, by encouraging aliyah (immigration to Israel), would we? Such a shame, and lost opportunity to set an example for Jews, by meeting those challenges which so many are afraid of.

But, I digress...
The Torah forbids the giving up of Land to non-Jews, whether they want to annihilate us or not.

Anyone who disagrees with this understanding, has yet to demonstrate any justification for doing so, which has any halakhic (Torah Law) basis upon which to stand.

How can any Jew in his right mind still see the U. S. as a friend of Israel, breathing down our necks, telling us what to do, and waving money in front of our faces?!

The U. S. Government and Jews living in their only true homeland, the Land of Israel, are so very clearly not on the same side.

American Jews had better make up their minds as to which side they are on, and quickly, before it it too late for them.

I feel fortunate, having made up my mind long ago, recently reaffirming that decision as to which side I am on, by renouncing my U. S. citizenship.

In Dan Shapiro's case, he needs to change his mind. Is he an American? A Jew? A U. S. Government, minion class "Court Jew?"

Sorry, Dan, but you can't have your matzah balls (or latkes, or corned beef on rye), and eat them too.

Whose side ARE you on?
