I see on the fanny pack "su sin" so I would say that su means Japanese rice vinegar. http://www.answers.com/topic/su-culinary. Sin means transgression so maybe all together its rice vinegar that was used for idol worship.
It's my Tefillin bag. I have one of those waterproof cylindrical ones for camping, but it's too bulky. So I just use this.
For those who don't know, these bags were (are they still?) popular in Tel Aviv, slung over the shoulder.
Honorable, I was wondering if anyone would pick up on the lettering. It's just that the paint of some of the letters have rubbed off.
Rafi, Hardy har har. The truth is that they are only a few families where I have eaten where they eat qitniyoth. I've only had rice a few times. Afterall, you still have to check it.
