NYPost: Saudi Airlines Discriminating Against Israeli Citizens
- refuses to sell tickets to fliers with Israel passports, de Blasio probe reveals
Airline refuses tix
Beth DeFalco, July 15, 2013
Something’s not kosher with this airline.
Saudi Arabian Airlines is discriminating against Israeli citizens by refusing to fly them from US airports — even when passengers are simply looking to transfer in Saudi Arabia to another country, The Post has learned.
The airline’s Web site asks for citizenship to book a ticket but has no option on a drop-down menu for anyone holding an Israeli passport. The oversight doesn’t appear accidental — the drop-down menu is so thorough it even has an option for Antarctica.
“No city in the world has closer ties to Israel than we do, and yet Israeli citizens are being discriminated against right here at JFK. It’s not only illegal; it’s an affront to who we are,” said Public Advocate, and mayoral candidate, Bill de Blasio, who conducted a recent telephone sting on the Mideast nation’s airline. (cont.)

I recommend reading the above piece. Even the blocking of Saudi websites in Israel was revealed,...or re-revealed. A list of partner airlines is also included.
The sarcasm in the title was appropriate.
This should be no surprise to anyone. The only question here, is if Saudi Arabian Airlines will get away with it, or not.
Jews are still banned from entering Saudia Arabia. The handful of U. S. foreign service agents have sneaked in by writing down Christianity as their religious. Perhaps there are exceptions of which I am unaware. Nonetheless, Jews have not been welcome in Saudia Arabia at least since Muhammed ימך שמו massacred 400 to 900 Jews in what is now Medina.
From Wikipedia:
The Banu Qurayza... were a Jewish tribe which lived in northern Arabia, at the oasis of Yathrib (presently known as Medina), until the 7th century. In February/March of 627 AD, their conflict with Muhammad led to a 25-day siege of Banu Qurayza ending in the tribe's surrender. There is much debate about the number executed with some estimating that between 400-900 males (many pubescent and adolescent boys) were beheaded, while the Sunni hadith simply state that all male members were killed, without specifying a figure, and one woman. We'll see if any investigation into the discriminatory practices on American soil ensues, and if repercussions follow, or if the U. S. Government's oil addiction will prevail.
Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai teaches that we learn a rule that ישמעאל שונא את יעקב/Yishma'el hates Ya'aqov, Yishma'el being the Arab World (Ramba"m).
Let's see how many American Jews finally start seeing the writing on the wall, and tart making plans to leave the foreign land of their residence.
