יו"ר 'הימין החדש' נפתלי בנט הציג את תוכנית הגיור שלו המנוגדת לעמדת הרבנים הראשיים לישראל. בנט תקף: "הרבנות שמצויה היום בידיים חרדיות פשוט לא מאפשרת להתגייר כהלכה". בנט מבקש לאפשר לרבנים מקומיים לגייר, מה שמנוגד לחלוטין לעמדת הרבנות.

"תוכנית בנט גרועה יותר מהחוק של השר לשעבר משה ניסים, והחוק של ניסים גרוע, תבינו על מה הוא מדבר, חוק צהר", טוען גורם ברבנות המעורה בנושא הגיור.

לדברי בנט: "ישנה בעיה חריפה, פצצת זמן, של חצי מיליון ישראלים שחיים כיהודים בדיוק כמונו, מרגישים יהודים, משרתים ביחידות קרביות - אך אינם יהודים כהלכה ולכן אינם יהודים. בכל שנה נולדים עוד 5000 "מרגישים יהודים" שאינם יהודים כאלו. (המשך...)

נפתלי, צאצאי עשיו (תושבי המערב, גם הנוצרים וגם הפרוגרסיבים) הולכים לפי ההרשות שלהם. עם ישראל הולך לפי הלכה.

מפלגת הימין החדש לא ימין, לא חדש, ו[בע"ה] לא תהיה מפלגה. והיא בכלל לא מבוססת על יהדות.

The New Right Party chair, Naftali Bennett, presented his conversion program, which runs counter to the position of the Chief Rabbis of Israel: "The rabbinate that is now in Haredi hands simply does not make it possible to convert according to halakha (Torah law)"

"The rabbinate, which is now in the hands of Haredim, simply does not make it possible to convert according to halakha," says Bennett, who is opposed to the position of the Chief Rabbis of Israel. Bennett is requesting that local rabbis be allowed to perform conversion, that which runs completely counter to the stance of the Rabbinate. 

"The Bennett plan is worse than former minister Moshe Nissim's law, and Nissim's law is bad, you will understand what he is talking about, the Tzohar law," says an official in the Rabbinate involved in conversion.

According to Bennett, "There is a severe problem, a time bomb, of half a million Israelis who live as Jews just like us, feel Jewish, serve in combat units, but are not properly Jewish and therefore not Jewish. Each year 5,000 people are born who "feel Jewish" just like these. " (cont.)
