We must ask ourselves who this is. An Arab? A non-Jew who obtained Israeli citizenship through the ridiculous "Law of Return?" Or a Jewish who received a lousy education [of self-hatred]? And what can we do about this? ...except for requiring all Haredi (ultra-orthodox) to go through self-defense training...
