למה ארה״ב מבקשת מפסקת אש? היא פשוט מחפשת אמצעות כדי להאשים את ישראל על המצב הנוכחי במזרח התיכון. הנשיא ג׳ו ביידן יוכל להגיד, ״אנחנו לא עשינו את זה וניסינו לשכנע את רה״מ נתניהו על הפסקת אש או אפילו הפוגה. אבל הוא סירב להקשיב לנו! הכל האשמת ישראל!״

בינתיים ועד שארה״ב תגיע למצב שהיא צריכה להאשים את ישראל על הכל, ישראל ממשיכה להחליש את הבובות של איראן ונותנת לארה״ב הזדמנות להמשיך להרוס כמה מטרות בסוריה ובאזור באמצעות התירוץ הגנה עצמית. כלומר ״אם מבצעים של ישראל מכעסים את איראן אז עלינו (ארה״ב) לעשות את מה שצריכים לעשות מראש כדי למנוע מהם מלהתקיף אותנו.״

ארה"ב פועלת בשני הצדדים. מפלגה הדמוקרטית ג'ו ביידן רוצה להבחר מחדש. ביידן צריך להראות שהוא בצד של ישראל כדי ש"היהודים שלו" ישמרו על תמיכתם בו. מצד שני, הוא צריך להראות כמגן על מה שחשוב לארה"ב ולא למדינות אחרות (כמו שהנשיא טראמפ עשה), וגם לא להראות שהוא מעדיף את ישראל ולא אכפת לו מהפליסטינאים ״חפים מפשע״.

בואו נראה כמה זמן הם יוכלו להמשיך בדרך האסטרטגייה של שני פרצופים.

Why is the U. S. asking for a ceasefire? It is simply looking for ways to blame Israel for the current situation in the Middle East. President Joe Biden will be able to say...

"We didn't do it! But we tried to convince Prime Minister Netanyahu to implement a ceasefire or even just a pause. But he refused to listen to us! It's all Israel's fault!'

In the meantime, until the US reaches a point where it has to blame Israel for everything, Israel continues to weaken Iran's puppets and gives the US an opportunity to continue destroying several targets in Syria and the region using the excuse of self-defense. In other words...

"If Israel's actions anger Iran, then we (the U. S.) must do preventative actions to protect ourselves."

The U. S. is playing both sides. Joe Biden Democrats want to be re-elected. Biden needs to seem pro-Israel, so that "his Jews" will maintain their support for him. On the other hand, he needs to appear to be defending the interests of the U. S. (like Trump did), as well as not playing favorites.

Let's see how long they will be able to stretch out the "hedging their bets" strategy.
