The Bane of the Israeli Government

Arutz 7: Yitzhar Taunts 'Unintelligent' Police after Raid
Police claim to seize cache of makeshift weapons for use against Arabs, IDF. Community derides finds which include empty lighbulbs.

Orly Harari, Gil Ronen, February 4, 2015

The Nationalist Crime section of the Central Unit of the Judea and Samaria District Police announced Wednesday it had conducted a raid in the community of Yitzhar and confiscated a large cache of makeshift weapons which they say were meant for attacking security forces and Arabs. Yitzhar denies this.

Police said that the cache includes dozens of canisters of pepper spray, lightbulbs that – after being filled with paint – were to be thrown at security vehicles, gloves, saws, spikes, flammable materials, black face masks, knives, and 'ninja knives' for puncturing car tires.

In the course of the raid, a minor who resides in Yitzhar was handed a distancing order valid for four months.

Yitzhar's spokesman, Ezri Tuvi, mocked the police in his response to the raid. “A well-publicized nighttime raid whose loot includes empty bulbs, an empty military box, a garden faucet, gloves, and pepper gas, which is legal, indicates a level of intelligence that is not very high. The Israel Police would do better to invest resources in the real crime and the more serious offenses within its ranks and in the rest of the country.”

Security forces see Yitzhar as a hotbed of "Jewish extremism."

Last April, the IDF stationed a border police unit in Yitzhar's Od Yosef Chai Yeshiva (Torah academy) building, following clashes between Yitzhar residents and the military.

The Education Ministry in 2011 cut funding to the yeshiva, similarly claiming it was a source of violence.

Students and staff at the Torah academy are tired of the situation and stepping up their efforts to return. Rabbi Yosef Plai, a department head in the yeshiva, told Arutz Sheva that the military actions constitute theft and desecration of holiness, explaining why students and staff in recent days have started to protest firmly, calling on the soldiers to refuse orders and leave the institution.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I have been writing about Yitzhar , a town situated not to far away from Joseph's Tomb in the ancient, Jewish city of Shchem (Gen. 33:18-34:31), since 2009/תשס״ט, seeing it as one of the prime targets of the Israeli Government's desperate attempts to maintain control over its citizens.

Last April was not the first "clash" between residents and Israeli Defense Forces [IDF], and it is certainly far from over. Two months ago, Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon extended the occupation of the yeshiva. There is one more month left in this standing order.

Previously, the residents disconnected water and electricity from the soldiers based in their town, who saw the writing on the wall. Albeit in the distant future, the residents of Yitzhar knew that the 2005/תשס״ה expulsion of Jews from Azza (Gaza) would not be The Israeli Government's last attempt at pandering to Arab terrorists, and kowtowing to the "international community."

While Yitzhar was encouraging IDF soldiers to leave their town, neighboring towns, like K'far Tapu'ah, were replacing their residential guarding staffs with private security companies which did not allow residents to be guards in their own towns.

When the Government gives the order to expel and destroy, it knows that it will encounter the greatest resistance to its orders from the targeted town's own residents.

Yitzhar has been a particular target of the Israeli Government. Unlike smaller strongholds, which are more easily intimidated, Yitzhar is a well-established, "legal," town in the Shomron (Samaria).

The attacks on Yitzhar have included those from within, with Government lackeys from the  influencing who gets accepted into the town as new residents, in other words, new voters.

When Yitzhar's population of five year olds reached the minimum number to qualify for a second Kindergarten, the authorities refused to allow the town to set up the Kindergartens to be separate for boys and girls. The residents of Yitzhar refused to compromise on their preference, and built their own new Kindergarten classroom without government funds.

Rabbi Plai, himself, has been arrested. For what, you may ask? For teaching Torah. That is correct. Rabbi Plai had the audacity to teach the politically incorrect sections of the Mishneh Torah, the main halakhic (Torah legal) work of the Ramba"m (Maimonides).

Last spring, another resident was even arrested for expressing her opinion.

As is common in other Jewish towns in Yehudah and Shomron, Yitzhar has its share of IDF combat veterans. One of those residents, Moli Leiner tells the story of how he was wounded in last summer's war with the Hamas in the following video (Hebrew).

Under attack by three terrorists with guns and grenades, Leiner was wounded by both bullets and shrapnel, helping fellow wounded soldiers to safety.

Now, here is the thanks he received yesterday from the State he helped to defend.

The administration issued a demolition order for the home in Yitzhar of a paratrooper who was injured in [last summer's] "Protective Edge" [operation against Hamas in Azza].

Rage in Yitzhar: The administration issued a demolition order against the house of a fighter in the IDF's elite paratrooper unit, Moly Leiner, who was wounded in the legs during operation "Protective Edge."

The soldier's house was built without a permit, but in Yitzhar, they have made it clear that they have a permit from the Torah: "Look at Rashi - on the Book of Genesis in the Torah. It is explained and clarified that all land is God's, and he decided to give us the land of Israel. We are building it up with great pride. "
This is by far not the first house which the Israeli Government has destroyed, and unfortunately, I do not see it to be the last.

The above report from 0404 alludes to the bottom line of the conflict between the residents of Yitzhar and similar towns and the Israeli Government.

"Nationalist Crime section" of the Israeli Police? Were you aware that such a section existed?

The Israeli Police forces are not fighting against nationalists. They are fighting against those who hold The Almighty, to be a higher authority than the Israeli Government, but the ultimate authority.

This is what the Israeli Government views as a threat. This is why Yitzhar and communities like it are its bane.

Yitzhar: The Israeli Government's Jewish Expulsion Laboratory

15 of the Fourth Month 5769

Teen Wounded in Arson-Rock Terror Attack on Yitzhar Jews
Nissan Ratzlav-Katz, 8 Tammuz 5769/June 29

(IsraelNN.com) In what appears to have been a coordinated attack on Jews from Yitzhar, in Samaria, a group of Arabs set fire to agricultural fields on Monday evening and then released a barrage of rocks at people responding to the arson. IDF forces responded to the incident and dispersed the attackers. (Read more...)
Over the years, there quite a bit of attention has been on Yitzhar. Why Yitzhar?

I'll tell you why. It's really quite simple.

Yitzhar is by far the most ideologically-loyal town in the Shomron, and thus the biggest threat to the Israeli government.

Take down Yitzhar, and most everyone else in the Shomron (Samaria) will get up and go quietly.

Thus, Yitzhar has been one of the government's main [what I like to call] "Jewish Expulsion Laboratories," (That's expulsion, not propulsion.) experimenting with a variety of strategies to remove Jews from their towns and homes.

1. Torah-hating Jews and Yishma'elim (Arabs) have been given free reign to burn and destroy everything in their path. They have systematically burn fields, uprooted vineyards, including just before and during the Shmitah (Sabbatical) year, when Jews were powerless to do anything to repair most of the damage.

2. They even accuse Jews of doing some of the damage, sometimes even when trees have been properly pruned.
...said that left-wing activists look for trees that have been pruned, and then blame the Jews for cutting them. "They have even admitted to the police that they do this," he said, "such as in the case of Ein Avus near Hawara [south of Shechem]. In that incident, they blamed the people of [nearby] Yitzhar, because Yitzhar was a convenient media target. (Read more...)

3. IDF guards have, at the very least, not been given proper training regarding true, Torah Zionist culture. One soldier ignored an Arab entering the town on Shabbath because he assumed that it was a Yishma'eli worker. Of course, unlike other towns, the residents of Yitzhar would not allow any "work" to be done on Shabbath; they would not allow any Yishma'elim into Yitzhar at all! That "misunderstanding" resulted in the stabbing of a nine-year old boy.

4. Rabbis are arrested for teaching Torah and halachah, (Sabbatical) which happen to be contrary to Israeli Law.

5. So-called "Administrative Detention" orders have been given out by the IDF Central Command, resulting in the expulsion of Jews from towns, placing unimaginable financial and marital stress on residents.

Even un-Jewish [former] MK Zahava Gal-On (Mere"tz) has raised her objections to the use of this strategy:
"Noam Federman should be put on trial or released. Circumventing the law rather than upholding it points to hysteria and bewilderment and does not achieve its purpose." (Rosh HaShannah 5764/Sept. 30, 2003)

6. Recruitment of die-hard mamlakhtim (undying state loyalists) to relocate to ideological towns, thus changing the electorate. This has been done quite successfully just south of Yitzhar in K'far Tapu'ah, by the previous mazkir (town manager), who was believed to have been a plant. Reports of such a strategy being implemented in Yitzhar have been reported to me as well.

7. Of course, there are the [generally] biannual Shabba"k (General Security Service) "sweeps." Last fall, the investigations were supposedly about the alleged attack on Prof. Sternhell. A month ago, 15 residents of K'far Tapu'ah were dragged in, for I don't know what. It has been suggested that Shabba"k agents must justify there hours, by keeping logs of their activities, much like police officers have been accused of giving out large numbers of tickets at the end of each month to meet their quotas.

I am not so sure of that. Personally, I believe that the government has more devious motives, than its departments having to justify their budgets. Since when has the Israeli government garnered a reputation for financial responsibility? Besides, while Jews are building Sukkoth or cleaning for Pesah (Passover), what else does the Shabba"k have to do?

Yitzhar is not alone. Bat-Ayin, southwest of Efrat, has seen an increase in harassment on Shabbath in recent weeks, with Torah-hating Jews arriving on the scene to "help" the Yishma'elim (Arabs) work their fields. Only two months ago, Bat-Ayin suffered yet another horrible tragedy, the murder of a 13-year-old boy, and the wounding of a 7-year-old boy.

The Israeli government's experiments with how to expel thousands of Jews from their homes, in order to hand it over to our Yishma'eli enemies have also been taking place in Homesh, Havath Gil'ad, Shvuth Ami, and Adei Ad in the Shomron, and Hevron and Ma'on in Yehudah (Judea).

And who can forget Amona?

But, you ain't seen nuthin' yet...

When Lord King Emperor President B. Hussein Obama issues his command to vassal serf plebeian Prime Minister Netanyahu to kick Jews out of our Holy Land, there won't just be scrapes and scratches, and a few broken bones.

The Israeli government will have to send a real message to the settlers that they mean business.

Of course, many settlers are like those in Migron, who seem to be getting ready to get up and move. Once in Ofra, it was decided to take down a satellite neighborhood, before the IDF had a chance to. Gee! That really showed 'em!

Most everyone else will have their eyes on Yitzhar. The prevailing attitude will be, if they can take down Yitzhar, they can take down any town.

There is no need to say that they will come at night.

The efforts of Yitzhar's residents to reduce the IDF presence in their town, and to do their own guard duty will have been fruitless.

Cameras will be destroyed. Cellular phone and Internet communications will be jammed. But just for good measure, police name tags will be nonexistent. The government will have learned from the mistakes it made before and during the expulsion of Jews from Azza (Gaza).

Escape routes will be blocked off, and no child's cave or makeshift fort will be unturned. No warning will be given. No bags will be packed. Nothing will be spared, not a single pair of tefillin, not a single teddybear.

Everything will be burned to the ground.

The government will proclaim large amounts of compensation,...which Yitzhar's expelled residents will never see.

Photographs of the aftermath, along with a few of men with long payos striking a soldier and a police officer or two, will be carefully chosen and leaked to the right media outlets. Fear will be the result, not outrage. The media will already have succeeded in demonizing the settlers enough, so that everyone will think, "They got what was coming to them." Although, this will never be heard out loud, except for maybe in a house or two in K'far Shmaryahu, Ramat Aviv Gimmel, and yes, even Giv'ath Shmu'el.

All of this will surely come to pass, unless...

...unless we cast away our rose-colored glasses and naivete, and acknowledge what the government is trying to do.

...unless we cast away silly notions that the government is "holy."

...unless we cast away the idiocy that the government and the Torah are never in conflict.

...unless we finally stop whining that, "There's nothing we can do. We must accept that ge'ulah (redemption) will come qimah qimah (slowly, slowly),* sometimes takes a step backwards, and there's nothing more important than loving our fellow Jews...(even though that's not the halachah and even though these "Jews" are throwing you out of your homes and giving your land to our Yishma'eli enemies)."

Unless we stand up and do our part, Yitzhar and towns like it will be history.

*Talmud Yerushalmi 4b, 1:1; funny that this is the only two words in the entire Talmud Yerushalmi, the average mamlakhti on the street knows by heart. They conveniently forget the part about ge'ulah coming slowly in the beginning. But, hey, what do I know?

Yitzhar: The Prime Target

12th Yartzeit of Rabbi Binyamin and Talia Kahane hy"d

For years, I have been warning people that the town of Yitzhar, in the heart of the Shomron (Samaria) is a target, and I have been warning them as to why this is the case.

Before reading the report below about this past Shabbath, I just received the following report from a friend of mine in the area.

(Translated from Hebrew)

A member of the Yitzhar security patrol was hurt today by a rock thrown by an Arab. He is unable to see with the eye that was injured.  There are fragments in his eye socket, in his nose, and there is concern for his sight in the injured eye.  Please pray for the refu'ah shelemah (complete healing) of Levi Yitzhaq ben Rivqah.
Dozens of PA Arabs from a village near Shechem try to enter a neighborhood in Yitzhar during the Sabbath.

Elad Benari, December 16, 2012

Dozens of Palestinian Authority Arabs from the village of Einabus near Shechem tried to enter a neighborhood in the Shomron community of Yitzhar during the Sabbath.

The neighborhood’s residents came out of their homes and drove the Arabs away, while a military force arrived and dispersed the Arabs using riot control measures.

The community of Yitzhar noted that it is suspected some of the Arabs may have fired shots during the incident. No one was reported to have been hurt.

Yitzhar has been more than once the target of Arabs who take advantage of the Sabbath to try to infiltrate into the community. Arson is one of the more common forms of such terrorism.

Several months ago disaster was narrowly averted twice on the Sabbath, as Jews in Yitzhar prevented Arabs from destroying their community with fire. Some grazing land was set alight, but homes in the area were saved.

PA Arabs in Judea and Samaria have been rioting and attempting to carry out terrorist attacks for the past several days. On Friday, approximately 1,000 Arabs rioted in Tulkarm. In Ni'lin and Bil'in the rioters hurled rocks at security forces.

About 30 PA Arabs rioted in Kfar Kadum in Samaria and rolled a burning tire towards security forces. 10 Arabs rioted in the Qalandiya crossing, throwing rocks towards the crossing. 40 Arabs hurled rocks towards the Rachel's Tomb compound, and about 3000 Arabs rioted in Hevron. (cont.)

But, since when does the Israeli Government, or its IDF Command care about halakhah (Jewish Law)?

It only cares about removing Jews from their homes and destroying Jewish strongholds on Shabbath, using the same strategies as the Arabs which attack Yitzhar.

Could there be a connection here?

The Real Maccabee

Last Hanukkah, we had to suffer through the un-Jewish Federation's idiotic, revisionist, lying video of the "Inner Maccabee."

This year, it appears that we have merited to see a resurfacing of a Real Maccabee in our time at Hanukkah.

Hmm,...  And perhaps the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] have the potential to become a really Jewish Army after all.

Yohai Ma'ayan comes from the town of Yitzhar in the Shomron (Samaria), a town well-known for its resistance to government and IDF anti-Torah policies.  At one point, Yitzhar through out the IDF soldiers stationed

In addition, it was reported to me years ago by one Yitzhar resident that the powers that be had been working to infiltrate Yitzhar from within, injecting it with Mamlakhti (undying State loyalist) residents, who would then vote in local elections in line with government policy.

It is this writer's opinion, as well, that the Israeli government sees Yitzhar as one of the most ideologically-oriented towns in Yehudah and Shomron, the that it can succeed in taking it down when the next expulsion comes, then it can succeed in taking down any other town.  Thus, Yitzhar has been used as the Israeli government's expulsion laboratory.

My comments are in blue italics, and Yohai Ma'ayan's video can be found after the article.

Arutz 7: IDF Soldier - "Next Time, It's The Arabs Who Will Run
An IDF soldier from Yitzhar has posted a video in which he says that he will refuse to obey orders to “restrain himself” if he is in danger.

David Lev, December 13, 2012

In response to a video that has been circulating on Youtube that shows IDF soldiers running from an Arab mob throwing stones and rocks, an IDF soldier who lives in Yitzhar has posted his own video – in which he says that he will refuse to obey orders to “restrain himself” if he finds himself attacked by Arabs.

The soldier, Yohai Ma'ayan, went AWOL last month when he feared he would be sent to evict Jews from a neighborhood in Yitzhar. He is back on duty, and in the video he is seen wearing his uniform. “When I joined the IDF I was sure it knew how to subdue the Arab enemy,” Ma'ayan says in the video. “This week a video showed that things are not quite like that. But the soldiers seen running away are fleeing not because they don't have the weapons and ability to defend themselves, but because of commanders' orders. When I am in that situation I will refuse to follow those orders. When I am in the middle of an Arab riot, they will be the ones running away. And when I finally catch them,” he said, “there will be nowhere for them to run.”

An IDF source told reporters Thursday that Ma'ayan, who was drafted in July, had already been in the brig twice for violating orders, and that his latest stunt was likely to get him tried and jailed a third time.
Rabbi Avraham Shapira ztz"l, the late Rosh Yeshivah of Merkaz HaRav Kook, was known to have told soldiers before the impending expulsion of Jews from Azza, that they should refuse orders to participate in throwing Jews out of their homes.  He told them that if they had to sit in jail for this, then they should be proud to sit in jail.
A source said that the video had been funded and promoted by an organization called “Serving with Faith,” which last week distributed literature calling on soldiers to violate orders against reacting when Arabs riot.

The organization also calls on youth to fight against the removal of Jews from their homes. “If you believe that IDF equipment to be used to destroy Jewish homes must be stopped from operating, and if you believe that a mere cup of sugar can stop the tractors that are being used to destroy those homes, you are not alone,” the literature says. A report said that several of the organization's activists distributed flyers with the group's message at the IDF induction center in Tel Hashomer earlier this week.
Who knew that civil disobedience could be as cheap as a cup of sugar?
An IDF source said that the army “condemned the refusal to obey orders, and we will act harshly in all cases where soldiers refuse to obey orders.”
Soldiers placing Torah Law above Israeli Law clearly threatens the powers' that be struggle to maintain control over the masses.  Torah is clearly not on the minds of the IDF command, let alone on the minds of the Israeli Government.

Curiouser And Curiouser....

Erev Shabbath Qodesh Parshath Qorah 5768

A week ago, police arrived to cause problems [yet again] in the town of Yitzhar, which lies just east of the ancient city of Shchem. Unfortunately, some of you only know this city by its fake name of Nablus, a bastardization of the Roman "Neopolis."

The police visit resulted in nine arrests and one hospitalization of Yitzhar residents. The leftist, State (yes, this is redundant, I know) news media spent the entire segment, dedicated to this news item, presenting the police perspective of what had occurred, demonizing the settlers. No surprises here.

However, there appears to be a connection between the police action to demolish two caravans (mobile homes) to the alleged firing of a Qassam rocket by a Jew from this same town toward an Arab target.

When I heard about this incident, the first question I asked was, "Did they determine the trajectory of the rocket?" It could easily have been a failed attempt by an Arab, now trying to cover up his attempt [or his failure, or both] by lying and blaming Jews. It would not be the first time.

So what really happened in Yitzhar over the last couple of weeks? The following is a report from my source, a resident of one the hills adjacent to Yitzhar:

Last week at 4:30 in the morning a mob of forces from the riot police, plain clothesmen, and Shabba"k (General Security Service), came to Yitzhar and did a raid over the town on the claim that someone from the town fired a rocket into the air. They searched thoroughly for two hours with special bomb-detecting dogs for explosive material, but found nothing. Then they arrested Rabbi Itzik Shapira (Principal of the Od Yosef Chai Yeshivah) and the Ravsha"tz (town security chief) for investigation. No results in the end.

At 7:30 AM, they made their way to the main entrance of the town to leave, and then suddenly they went in the direction of the hills,...in order to cause destruction. They caught us by surprise and succeeded in destroying two structures.

The question I should have asked was, "Did anyone actually see any evidence of a rocket?"

My guess that there may very well have been a rocket, fired by whom, I do not know. What I am sure about is that Yitzhar serves as one of the government's "Expulsion Laboratories," testing various ways to aggravate the residents and then observe their reactions.

If the government is able to destroy Yitzhar (May God forbid!), then many of the residents of the less ideological towns in Efraim and West Mennashe (Samaria) may just pick up and go quietly. That seems to be the government's working hypothesis, at any rate.

More Violence against Jews in Samaria

English follows the Hebrew.

The Jewish Voice: High school students from Rishon Le'Tzion were brought in for "vacation work" (to destroy Jewish homes)

Gallery: Hundreds of policemen demolished houses overnight and confiscated containers in Yitzhar, using heavy violence. After a determined struggle, part of the evacuation target was not carried out. "Lieberman the hero dares to throw a woman in her ninth month of pregnancy out of her home in the middle of the night," said in Yitzhar.

A large number of both Israeli military and police forces arrived in the settlement of Yitzhar in the Shomron (Samaria) tonight to demolish two homes in the Kumi Uri neighborhood in the southern part of the town. Hundreds of policemen marched by foot from the village of Urif. At the same time, an additional force arrived accompanied by heavy equipment from the town's entrance, and began clearing out two locations, one in the Kumi Uri neighborhood and five shipping containers in the town itself.

In the Kumi Uri neighborhood, the soldiers and police began demolishing the homes of two young families, one of the women at the end of her ninth month of pregnancy. After many hours, the forces left the settlement without demolishing the houses completely, after many Yitzhar residents arrived to protest the families' expulsion.

Residents blocked access roads, and some of them managed to block one of the families' doors with boards, the police then having to take a long time to clear them. In addition, the police tried to enter the area with a backhoe and truck, but could not reach the houses. (a lot of good that did!) (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I have already written about the town of Yitzhar being a target of the Israeli Government, as it is one of the most ideologically oriented towns in the Yehudah and Shomron (Judea and Samaria). Once the government succeeds in taking down Yitzhar, the rest of the towns in the area will be much more likely to get up, and go quietly, as it were.

Police brutality was also reported during this incident, and was said to include blows to to the groin (Interesting to think of the possibility that police officers were attacking the brith milah). Yitzhar residents were also prevented from getting to morning prayers and to work on time, due to road closures ordered by Shomron Brigade commander Gilad Amit. Any Jews still surprised by such incidents have simply not been paying attention,...or perhaps, do not want to pay attention.

Worse yet, many of the "religious" diehard State loyalists (mamlákhtim) still talk about how "those settlers" are different from "us well-behaved settlers." And they dare talk of "Jewish unity."
Gilad Amit
Shomron Command
"The police violence and the cynical exploitation of innocent youths for the expulsion and destruction of settler homes are shouting to the heavens," Yitzhar said this morning. "Lieberman and the Civil Administration do not dare demolish it with thousands of illegal Arab homes, but they have no problem throwing young families out of their homes in the middle of the night, shame and disgrace."
Countless surveys have been taken over the years to determine who is the "average Israeli." These surveys, often carried out by bias leftists, still always manage to come up with the same results. The "average Israeli" is right of center, religious or traditional and does not want the government to give up any land. So, why does the government never seem to do what its constituents want? And why do we continue to vote such governments into power?

The civil war that so many like to talk about is not coming; it is here, it has been here for years now, and it has been encouraged by the Israeli Government itself.

How else will they being able to remove settlements, beginning with Yitzhar, without a shift in public opinion? They won't be able to.

And so, the Israeli government continues to demonize Torah and those who follow it, attempting to replace Torah with diehard State loyalty.
Many of the youth who found themselves in a difficult situation refused to take part in the event, and the equipment remained on the ground.
Since many of these kids refused to participate in this action, there is still hope.

Israeli Government Goes After Jews During Wartime

Anniversary of Rachel's death.
English follows the Hebrew.
This makes me tremble all over. Masked members of the Jewish section of the Shin Bet (General Security Service - Shabbak) arrived now, along with police officers of the Jewish Border Police, and surrounded the house of a neighbor from Yitzhar, the former commander of the on-call security unit, who has been involved in defense here since the outbreak of the war and hardly sleeps at night. They actually entered his house and started giving him a warning about the defense training they are doing. Neighbors came out.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Once again, the Israeli government reminds us who it thinks is the biggest threat to its existence: those Religious Jews who believe that "Torah law take precedence over man-made law," including those laws of the State of Israel which contradict the Torah.

What is this Jew's crime? Training his neighbors in self-defense?

Right. Jews are not allowed to defend themselves and their land. Not in Yitzhar against Arab terrorists, not in the Negev against Bedouin thieves, and not in the towns surrounding Gaza.

The Israeli government has been targeting Yitzhar for years, believing that if it manages in taking Yitzhar down, it will be a tremendous blow to the morale of all Jewish towns in Judea and Samaria. Thus it will be much easier to dismantle them, when the time comes.

Rather, it is permissible for Erev Rav (false converts who left with us from Egypt, Ex. 12:38) descendants and those like a tinoq shenishbah (Jew raised from childhood by non-Jews, ie. doesn't know any better) to attack Jews in the middle of Yom Kippur prayers in Tel Aviv and Givatayim.

While we battle Ishmael for our physical lives, and against Esau for our spiritual lives and land, we must not ignore those who have been trying to destroy us from within.

Guest Post: Eliraz Fine: What Is Really Killing Our Soldiers?

Eliraz Fine was arrested for allegedly inciting against soldiers during settlement expulsions. Here is her response:

What’s really killing our soldiers?
Eliraz Fine, May 16, 2014

(Translated from the original Hebrew, posted on Kol Yehudi, by Eliezer Ben-Avraham)

"Caricature of Eliraz Fine"
by Elhanan Ben-Ari

Imagine that you observe the following:

A man is sprawled out helpless on a table. On top of him is another man with determination in his eyes who is holding a knife covered with blood that is penetrating into the first man’s chest.

It takes no genius to recognize that this is a murder and it’s even clear who the murderer is.

Now imagine the same picture, just add the following details:

The situation is occurring in a sterile room filled with sophisticated machinery. The man with the knife is wearing light blue scrubs and his determined look occurs right as he attempts to make a precise incision.

Suddenly our suspected murderer has become a doctor trying to save a life…

The only thing missing in our original description was context. Similar to our doctor story, my now famous words were interpreted without a full understanding of the reasoning behind them, the context in which they were made and without any regard for the tone that was used.

This is exactly how the Israeli media manages to brainwash us citizens every day- and not just on this matter…

I could clear my name by telling of my dear uncle who was killed in the Yom Kippur War and about all my family and friends who were dedicated soldiers, but at the end of the day my love of soldiers is not the issue.

There is a gigantic lie that must be exposed and people should be aware of it!

Tzipi Livni made headlines by comparing Hamas to Yitzhar because she has an interest in hiding the fact that in practice it is her failed peace negotiations that led to the release of terrorists and strengthened the hand of Hamas. It is our soldiers who will have to fight against these freed terrorists and their hands will once again be tied in the name of the ridiculous “purity of arms” and false “morality” of the radical left.

Decision makers in the army watch the soldiers from a television screen, while the Central Commander Nitzan Alon remains concerned with signing administrative expulsion orders against Jews as our soldiers continue to be pelted with stones and Molotov cocktails. The media will not bother to inform you that Nitzan Alon’s wife is a member of “Machsom Watch”, an organization that harasses soldiers at checkpoints and prevents them from inspecting potential terrorists.

Writers, intellectuals, and professors call settlers “Neo-Nazis” and then go on to explain that the Israeli soldiers are even worse…

The media continue to publish distorted stories of violence in Yitzhar and other settlements directed against soldiers just to get people to write in the talkbacks, “Expel the extremists!” Yet in a few years when Netanya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba are suddenly within range of terrorist rockets, the media will see to it that you fail to understand how it happened.

The mental preparation for the next expulsion began a long time ago and we have forgotten how similar words were written 8 years ago only about different settlements. Sadly, my friends here in the Yitzhar town council and Gershon Mesika, the head of the regional council have also fallen for this trick.

Don’t be deceived!

Remember who is really fighting against our soldiers! Who is it that slanders them in front of the world and prevents them from defending our people and our land?!!

Who is primarily concerned in the welfare of the enemy and who wants to give them a state that will be a base for launching attacks against our children and our soldiers?!!

In the end, one day it is the settlers being roasted by the media and the next day it’s the soldiers-everything according to the interests of the left-wing media establishment attempting to erase all forms of Jewish identity and Jewish unity from the Land of Israel.

After 7 days under house arrest at my parents, I have returned to Yitzhar.

From here, out of this little caravan we send a blessing to our beloved soldiers! Continue to protect Jews everywhere with pride and G-d will protect you from all those that wish to harm you! Both from the enemy on the battlefield and from the traitors who want to use you as a police force against your fellow Jews.

Are the Residents of Yitzhar in Samaria Racist?

JPost: Yitzhar protest sign banning Arabs draws racism charges
The sign appeared after a dispute with the army over the entry of Palestinians to the settlement.
Tovah Lazaroff, October 13, 2020 (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Most of you know that I can't stand to cite the Jerusalem Palestinian and Christian Post. The title of the cited report is one of the reasons why. How does this sign (above) indicate any "ban" on Arabs? The sign does not suggest any ban on Arabs in the area whatsoever. Perhaps Tovah Lazaroff needs to take a grammar review course.

Leftist and quasi-right-wing Jews claim that the sign is evidence of racism. How does this sign suggest racism? To me the sign only seems to suggest a concern for Arabs' safety. If the residents of Yitzhar wanted the opportunities to act-out any racist ideals, then they wouldn't have put up any sign, or better yet, they wouldn't have put up an "Arabs Welcome" sign.

Now look at the sign (right) erected by the Israeli Government all over Yehudah and Shomron (Judea and Samaria), and the law of said government stated very clearly in said sign.

"Dangerous to Your Lives" Whose lives? Jews' lives. Now, how is this sign any more racist than the sign to the entrance of Yitzhar?

It's not. Neither sign is racist. They are simply stating facts, based on experience.

In fact, Israel's Defense Ministry released an instructional video (above) for Jews on how to prevent carjackings, or worse. You do not have to understand Hebrew, in order to understand what is happening in the video. The first demonstration is what not to do when in an apparent accident; the second is what to do.

Ironically,...
"Gadi Gvaryahu, head of the left-wing Tag Meir organization, was carjacked by a group of Palestinian Authority Arabs on Monday while driving in Samaria." (Aryeh Savir, Tazpit News Agency via The Jewish Press).

The report continues...
"If Gvaryahu had been familiar with the following instruction video with Noam Jacobson (above), perhaps he could have avoided the incident."

It is also very tragic that a similar video was not released six years ago, and shown to teenagers. Had Eyal, Naftali, and Gil'ad hy"d (above photo) not come to the aid of the Arab sent to trick them into getting into his car, then they might still be with us.

At Least one Rabbi Knows that the Torah Comes First

Arutz 7: Rabbi Backs Civil Disobedience over 'Meaningless' IDF Orders
Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu supports civil disobedience in the face of orders to leave one’s home.

Maayana Miskin, September 12, 2013

Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, the chief rabbi of Tzfat, has publicly declared his support for civil disobedience in the face of administrative distancing orders.

The military is currently able to issue distancing orders to Judea and Samaria (Shomron) residents without bringing charges against them or allowing them a hearing. While lawmakers have urged the army to use administrative orders only as a last resort, in practice, several men in Judea and Samaria have been repeatedly barred from the area in which they live without ever facing charges, or even an explanation from authorities.

“Any order telling a Jew to leave his home has a black flag waving over it,” Rabbi Eliyahu declared, referencing IDF training which teaches soldiers to disobey orders if a moral “black flag” marks them – that is, if they are clearly immoral.

“This is an order that contradicts the word of G-d,” he declared. “It is worth less than the dust on the ground.”

Rabbi Eliyahu expressed his condemnation of distancing orders while visiting Boaz Albert, a farmer from the town of Yitzhar who was given a distancing order several weeks ago. Albert has declared that he will not abide by the order.

He was violently arrested for violating the order in an incident that brought the question of police violence to the headlines, but has said that the arrest will not dissuade him from returning home despite the order.

Rabbi Eliyahu and others came to expressed support for Albert. They danced and sang with him, and visited his vineyard, where Rabbi Eliyahu said a blessing and picked a cluster of grapes.

“We came to give our support, and we were very impressed by this place and by the vineyard. We came to be part of the blessing here,” he told Arutz Sheva.

“We came to tell Boaz, ‘You are our brother,’” he added.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
The main point I want to emphasize in this report is Rabbi Eliyahu's distinction between Torah Law and Israeli Law. Even more so, the message here appears to be quite clear:

חוקי התורה קודמין לחוקי האדם.
"Torah Law takes precedence over man made laws."

No elaborate discussions about implications and complications, like the mamlakhtim (undying state loyalists) would have you but into, nor long and involved explanations about this situation or that situation, what the goyim might say, from "rabbis" receiving their salaries from the Israeli government, or who are even ministers and MK's in the same government.

Rabbi Eliyahu, who also receives a salary from the government, simply states the halakhah (Torah Law), and teaches us to follow us to follow it.

And for this, he is labeled an "extremist."

Rabbi Me'ir Kahane was demonized for pretty much the same thing. Say the truth, act on the truth, and whatever happens is מן השמים (the will of Heaven). And, the truth is the Torah.

I disagree with Rabbi Eliyahu on one minor point, and probably due only to semantics.

The distancing orders are not at all meaningless, nor worth less than dust to the Israeli Government.

The government has a plan, and it may involve the town of Yitzhar intimately. Once it manages to eliminate Yitzhar (May The Almighty forbid!), many in Yehudah and Shomron (Judea and Samaria) will unfortunately, just get up, and walk away. I do hope that I am wrong, and that these Jews will wake up, and smell the bulldozers already.

Jewish Press: Biden Sanctions More Israelis
News Desk - 25 Av 5784 – August 28, 2024

The US State Department announced on Wednesday additional sanctions against more Israelis. The US is imposing sanctions on Hashomer Yosh (Guardians of Judea and Samaria), an Israeli nongovernmental organization that provides support and protection to farms in Judea and Samaria, and specifically the Meitarim Farm, located near Hebron.

It is also sanctioning Yitzhak Levi Filant, the Ravshatz (civilian security coordinator) of the town of Yitzhar in Samaria. (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
1947 UN Partition Plan
For years, I have been writing about Yitzhar and similar ideolgically-based towns, and how the State of Israel views them as existential threats, beginning with Yitzhar: The Israeli Government's Jewish Expulsion Laboratory in 2009.

Over the past several months, we have witnessed the U. S. government become increasingly involved in micromanaging Israel's affairs, and that includes dealing with the threats to allies of the U. S. in the Israeli government.

Increasingly, you ask? Yes. Increasingly. The U. S. has been meddling in Israeli affairs since the U. S. State Dept. recommended against President Truman's recognition of an independent State of Israel.

Government agencies -- the people who run them -- do not like it, when they do not get their way. A perfect example is the United Nations [UN] not getting the partition plan it wanted with Jerusalem being an international city, one of the most important milestones in the globalist enterprise. Having it solely in Jewish hands would be too much of a threat to them. Muslims (Ishmael) and Christians (Esau) fighting over it, less so.

The UN did not like not getting its way. So, ever since then it has been working toward its ultimate goal of control in the region, maybe leaving a token sliver of Israel for Jews. They would certainly never even allow us the original territory it intended for us. In the eyes of the UN, Israel Jews need to be made an example of.

Like the UN, the U. S. State Department also does not like not getting its way.

John Kerry's New Plan: Bring U. S. Troops into Israel, 2013

U. S. Troops are still here, 2007
Am I seriously the only one who sees the pattern here? Just because the U. S. has mostly failed so far, does not mean that they will not keep trying. Democrat or Republican administration, the only difference is in the approach.

I stand by my theory from 2005, that the next major expulsion of Jews from Judea and Samaria will be at the hands of foreign troops. Demonizing the Torah-committed settlers in the leftist-controled, mainstream media will not be enough to support submitting IDF soldiers to the trauma of throwing Jewish out of their homes, like they went threw in תשס״ה/2005 in Gaza.

Israel will need the help of the U. S., perhaps even to use the U. S. as a scapegoat. The U. S. will be happy to oblige, seeing this kind of settler as obstacles to peace its ultimate objectives.

Sanctions are only the first stage.

Rabbi Refuses to Be Questioned
Elad Benari, 30 Menahem Av 5770/August 10, 2010

(Israel National News) Rabbi Dov Lior, the Chief Rabbi of Kiryat Arba and Hevron, and Rabbi Yaakov Yosef, son of the Shas party’s spiritual leader, are wanted for questioning about the book The Torah of the King, which was written by Rabbi Yitzchak Shapira, who heads the Od Yosef Chai Yeshiva in the town of Yitzhar in the Shomron region.

Arutz 7 (Israel National News) has learned that Rabbi Lior was summoned and was asked to present himself to police on Monday morning, but chose not to do so. Rabbi Yosef was summoned for Tuesday but is also not planning to attend. (Read more....)

The IDF Rabbinate was silent during the expulsion of Jews from Azza.

Rabbi Avraham Shapira ztz"l, Rosh Yeshivath Merkaz HaRav Kook, told soldiers to sit in jail before executing an IDF command which violated the Torah, such as participating in the expulsion of Jews from Azza.

Rabbi Yisrael Ariel was arrested for calling Gen. Yair Naveh into his Beth Din (he never arrived), and discussing the halachic punishment for being a mosser.

Rabbi Paleh (Yitzhar) was arrested for teaching certain ["unacceptable"] parts of the Ramba"m's Mishneh Torah.

The Israeli Supreme Court has been telling the Israeli Chief Rabbinate which companies to give kasruth certifications to.

Rabbis Lior and Ya'aqov is just the next in the intensification of the conflict between the Erev Rav controlled State and the Torah. A large segment of the Religious Zionist community, the Mamlachtim, would like to deny that such a conflict exists,...but it most certainly does.

Religious Zionists, Modern Orthodox, and Traditional Jews, the time has come for you to decide which takes precedence, Israeli Law or Torah, because the conflict between the two is only going to get bigger.

The Erev Rav controlled, Israeli government is running scared. To them, those of us loyal to HaQadosh Barukh Hu (The Holy One, Blessed Be He) and to His Torah are dangerous, and threaten its power. We are gaining ground,...not to mention, having more children.

Bringing goyim from the Former Soviet Union to keep the Erev Rav in power did not work as well as it thought it would. Granting rights to foreign workers, including, I predict, citizenship and the right to vote, will also be insufficient.

The only strategies left are to crack down on Torah, and on those who value the study and the keeping of it.

My fellow Jews, you simply can no longer have your cake and eat it, too.
