לא מזמן אני חכיתי לאוטובוס בירושלים בצומת בר-אילן, והחלטתי לקונות משולש פיצה (או שתיים ואפילו שלא כדאי לי). אני הלכתי לשירותים. אני התכוונתי לקנות משהו אז זה בסדר, נכון? ואז ראיתי את השלט הזה, וצילמתי את זה מייד.
פתאום אני ראיתי את האוטובוס שלי, ולכן רצתי כדי לעלות לו... בלי שום פיצה.
למרות כל המסעדות הנותנות אך ורק ללקוחות שלהן לשימוש בשרותים, לדעתי דבר כזה של פיזה בר-אילן הוא דבר יפה.
אני שואל את עצמי אם הם שמו את השלט הזה על דלת השירותים בזכות כפי ההלכה הזאת על פי הרמב״ם ז״ל...
...ואל ישהה נקביו, ואפילו רגע אחד, אלא כל זמן שצריך להשתין או להסך את רגליו, יעמוד מיד. (משנה תורה הל' דעות ד,ב)או בעל המסעדה שם את השלט הזה לשם מצווה או בכוונת הרווח או בזכות השניים. לדעתי זה יפה בכל מקרה.
Recently, I was waiting for the bus in Jerusalem, Bar-Ilan Junction to be precise, and decided to get pizza (even though I shouldn't have). I went to the bathroom, figuring it was ok since I was going to purchase something. Then I saw the above sign, which I immediately took photo of.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, I suddenly saw my bus coming, so I ran out to catch it,...without any pizza. But, I didn't feel guilty about it.
With all of the restaurants out allowing only customers to use their bathrooms, albeit with good reasons, I thought it was cool that Bar-Ilan Pizza had posted this sign.
I wonder if this could be due to this halakhah (Torah Law), according to the Ramba"m...
...And do not wait, and not even for a moment, rather whenever one has to urinate or close your legs (move ones bowels), one should do so immediately. (Mishneh Torah, De'ot 4:2)Sure, this policy could be for the sake of mitzvoth, or for the sake of increasing their business, or both. In any event, I think it's a nice thing to do.
