Jonathan Pollard Calls Out Israel's Minster of Internal Security

Amiram Ben Uliel's Life Journey

L: "High Court of Justice, Ego, ego, you shall pursue?"
R: "Enough High Court of Justice Dictatorship"

Highlights:
0:26 [Pollard] Amiram Ben Uliel - [a] young man who was falsely accused by way of torture, and an admission of guilt that wouldn't stand up in in any Court in a civilized country of having participated in the deaths of an Arab family in the city Duma.

0:53 The Supreme Court of Israel was told about the nature and manner of the torture, that this young man was subjected to to extract his so-called confession and they condoned it.

1:20 [RBH] It should be noted that there is not one shred of evidence against this visual except for this confession extracted by torture.

1:30 [Pollard] In fact there were Arabs [who] had testified from the village that he didn't do it, that there was a clan dispute in in the village and that these fire bombings that had occurred were as a matter of course and in fact after he was arrested the fire bombings continued, and their testimony was disallowed by the the government.

2:04 So what they did to this young man was they used him to kind of smear the these hilltop youths that they were all, you know, potential murderers.

2:20 Right and so they put him in solitary confinement uh a very tough solitary confinement one that was very familiar to me.

3:00 They've increased his isolation by moving him to a new facility they've increased his desperation which of course will lead again to more attempts at suicide

3:17 Compare and contrast the concern our government in particular our Chief of Staff Hertzi HaLevi has exhibited towards the new terrorists who we have imprisoned now...

3:38 Hamas Islam Nazis who perpetrated the invasion and massacre on 7th of October. They have fresh air. They have to be amongst their own. They agreed, you know, to this British demand that they see whether the conditions are humane, or the British would initiate an arms embargo.

4:35 Have available good food and access also to their families.

4:42 ...Itamar Ben Gvir who was a friend of mine.

4:51 [RBH] You're referring to the Minister of National Security of the current government.

4:58 [Pollard] Correct and who has authority over the prison system and the head of the Otzma Party, and has done nothing to help this young man.

5:15 Because of that, in all due respect to him, I cannot and will not support him politically. He has violated one of the most sacred tenants of our faith which is the redemption of captives is

5:47 [RBH] Is it possible that he would truly wish to do everything that you would expect him to do, but he has been overruled by higher ups?

6:00 [Pollard] No. Because if that were that if I were in his position, and I was overruled on this matter I would resign. I would have the decency and the courage to resign, rather than allow this atrocity to continue under his watch. I cannot serve with a man that allows this to happen...

7:27 Amiram Ben Uliel is the breaking point for me. I will not, I cannot ever consider serving with with somebody who allowed this to happen when he had the the authority to at least put this man this young man in civilized conditions.

8:23 As for the so-called High Court, he [Ben Uliel] was guilty before he even walked into the courtroom because he wears a large skull cap and he has payos and a beard, so obviously he's a radical, detestable Jewish terrorist, racist. (sarcasm)

8:55 Obviously any means were acceptable in order to throw him in a cell, including manufacturing evidence.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I posted this video, along with highlights, as I believe it to contain important information regarding the State of Israel's [in-] justice and prison systems.

Also, when I searched in English for recent news regarding the falsely accused, religious young man, Amiram Ben Uliel, I could not find anything, thus the need to publicize his horrendous treatment at the hands of the prison service.

There is only one thing that needs to be emphasized, and only one thing that needs to be added, to the words of Yonatan Pollard or Rabbi David Bar-Hayim.

Amiram Ben Uliel is not the first, nor will he be the last of many Torah-observant Jews to be tortured in Israel's law enforcement system. Torah-observant Jews who have the audacity to believe that The Almighy and His Holy Torah have greater authority than the Israeli Government and its dictatorial High Court seem to be viewed by the secular authorities, and by their lackey rabbis, as their greatest existential threat.

Regarding Pollard's calling out of Internal Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir (pictured above), I would like to know if he attempted to contact him before airing his grievances on social media. If we give Pollard that benefit of the doubt, and assume that he did attempt to contact Ben-Gvir, then I would love to know the details of that conversation. Until then, I do not think that we can know the full story and details needed to determine blame.

Aharon Barak Has Been Chosen as Israel's Savior

Aharon Barak

Barak to join 15-judge panel to hear South African charge Israel committing genocide in Gaza; appointment in line with ICJ policy country answering charges may add judge on its behalf to panel

Itamar Eichner | January 7, 2024
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
PM Netanyahu
Just as it was appearing that Israel was making some progress in healing from its disease of co-dependency on the non-Jewish nations of the world, demonstrating this by standing up to the United Nations and its secretary general's slanderous comments, it has slipped up in a major way. Israel has actually granted legitimacy to the International Court of Justice [ICJ] by acknowledging a charge made against it by another nation.

As such, Israel has a agreed to play ball. Certainly, even the globalist (assimilationist) leftists, both in the emergency government and in the opposition must know that the cards are already stacked against us.

After reviewing the variety of articles, the government's strategy seems to be to send a judge to represent the State of Israel who is a Holocaust survivor in order to gain sympathy from the international community. That is to ask the international community "How can a country that was established in the aftermath of the Holocaust and absorbed Holocaust survivors, possibly commit a Holocaust against another nation?"

The government's alternative or additional strategy seems to be to fight fire with fire fight globalists with a globalist.

On the other hand, perhaps Netanyahu was forced to compromise, and this was the result. What did he get in return? I have no idea.

Now let's examine the potential outcomes.
1. Israel will be vindicated. Thus Israel will continue its co-dependency on the nations for its love and validation for its very existence. And Aharon Barak we be hailed a hero, severely weakening the case for the Likud Party's judicial reform campaign. The recent decision of Israel's Supreme Court to overturn the government's successful first of three stages on judicial reform, will be accepted, and judicial reform will be dead in the water.

The first stage was to cancel the High Court's power to overturn a decision by the government, based on the Court's belief that "it is unreasonable." Whether something is unreasonable or not is subjective, and based entirely on the self-perpetuating Court's pre-existing, anti-Torah, globalist assimilationist notions.

The whole point of the judicial reform campaign is due to the expansion of the court's powers in the 1990s by none other than then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Aharon Barak.

2. Israel will lose. Although, I say "so what?" Aharon Barak efforts will be aplauded anyway, saying that he did the best he could, in spite of Israel's right-wing policies. Barak, and his passive-aggressive attacks, will be let off the hook. The goverment's campaign for judicial reform will still be weakened, due to the loss at the ICJ. Israel will be further isolated from the so-called international community, probably the blessing in disguise from all of this. Israel, after all, is supposed to be a separate and distinct people.
On the other hand, Christians, Evangelicals salavating over our Homeland, and various other missionaries with their sights on Jewish souls, will exploit this outcome, and rush to our rescue. Brace yourselves.

3. Israel will be forced to make certain admissions, in order to avoid and outright "conviction" in the eyes of the international community. The government will cry vindication. But it will be with futility, since every other nation on the planet will still view Israel as the international loser.

Possible concessions may include, but not be limited to, agreeing to land giveaways in Judea and Samaria, and elsewhere, and full-fledged Palestinian Pseudostinian state. May God forbid!
In other words, Israel loses, anyway you slice it. Actually, by acknowledging the claim, unsurprisingly lodged by South Africa of all places, Israel had already lost.

Israel should have ignored the invitation summons, letting the ICJ do what it will. The Israel's Government could then employ its usual "feel sorry for us" strategy, gaining either a postponement of the proceedings, or a domination of the news cycle, for the duration of the war. Better yet, the ICJ would have gone ahead with its already decided conviction, and Israel would have more control over its defense in the eyes of the international public by continually releaseing evidence of Hamas's genocidal intentions against the Jewish People.

I cannot emphasize enough the need for Israel and Jews as a whole to significantly lessen its concerns over what non-Jews think and feel about us, on any given day. I am simply making this suggestion regarding evidence release as a strategy, based on Israel's ongoing hasbara (PR)-based approach of co-dependency.

Many Jews have already taken it upon themselves to publicize such evidence on social media. I cannot blame them. But, honestly, I hope this will finally wake them up as to how futile it is to convince the West (Esau) of any truth about Israel (Jacob).

American Jews, Wake Up Already!

English follows the Hebrew. Maybe some native Israelis residing in the U. S. will also benefit from this wake-up call.

My mother grew up in the Fairfax District.

I am not even going to comment on the details of the protests riots related to the death of George Floyd. It's the United States. It's not our country, only our temporary dwelling place until we can reclaim the only true homeland of the Jewish People. I would like to emphasize that I wrote Land here, and not State.

Yes. Jews have always been in the forefront of real, social justice protests, emphasis on the word real. And yes, it makes sense for Jews to be involved with social justice in foreign lands, as long as they reside there.

But, why are Jews still residing in foreign lands, when they no longer have to?

I have mentioned countless times on this blog, there is a strong connection between justice and residing in the Land of Israel.
Justice, justice you shall pursue.... (Deut. 19:20)
Of course, many Jews comfortably entrenched in the U. S. and else, intentionally or unintentionally, leave out the rest of the verse:

Justice, justice you shall pursue, that you will live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God given to you. (Deut. 19:20)
Rodney King Riots Map 1992
Some Jews Others are just armchair Zionists. Many Left-wing Jews are simply the victims of being led astray, and can probably be considered tinoq shenishba (like captured Jewish children raised by non-Jews). As condescending as that that sounds, it's the truth. And we all know that the truth can hurt.

There are Jews who complain about the Israeli Government, its shenanigans, and how difficult it can make it for real Torah observant, Zionist Jews (whether they realize it or not). My message to them is: Why not come and help us, who are on the frontlines by the way, to change things?

Then, of course, there are many non-Jews who have been fooled brainwashed into believing that they are Jews, either through fake conversions of their mothers, themselves, or being lied to that that need not convert at all. I almost feel sorry for these people. Almost. Although many of them have been duped by Jews. Even most of these Jews, daring to call themselves "rabbis," are just pawns of the Erev Rav leadership from the various quasi-Jewish "movements."

But, I digress...

Why are Jews so surprised that they are getting blamed, and attacked physically, for a non-Jewish police officer's involvement in the death of an African-American man?

This just happened not even 30 years ago! See the map (right). The Rodney King riots reached Beverly Hills. The Pico-Robertson District is just south of Beverly Hills, and there are plenty of Jews between Beverly Hills and eastward town Downtown, such in Fairfax District, Miracle Mile, Hancock Park.

And now, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Culver City all have curfews imposed.

The police were not successful in protecting Jewish property. Do you really think they won't eventually fail in protecting your lives?

Maybe it's time to stop repeating the same mistakes over again, expecting different results.

Maybe it's time to read the writing on the wall, and get come home while you still can. How flights to Israel now are there anyway, due to the whole Corona situation? Could you even come to Israel right now if you wanted to?

Our tradition states that only 20% made it out of Egypt. How many will make it out this time, out of Edom (Rome / The West)?

Who is Yaya Fink?

Yaya Fink: "Countless Religious Zionists will support Ehud Baraq."

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Who is Yaya Fink? According to his website (translated)...
I am a social democrat, I believe in the values of the Labor Movement and I think they are more relevant than ever. Social justice, narrowing the gaps, standing up for those who are struggling financially, aspiring for peace and the sanctity of life are the basis for the reform that our country needs so much.

I will bring a new spirit to the Knesset and focus on the struggle for egalitarian Judaism, which includes putting loving your neighbor as yourself in the forefront, and the Torah scholars increasing peace in the world. Judaism and Zionism do not belong to the right, and we have to take them back, and that is up to us.
You can read what I have already written about so-called "social justice" here.

Then the religious Zionists are apparently not Zionists and not religious at all. Many forget that the Torah touches all matters of Torah, not just Shabbat, holidays, and Kashrut.

I have no doubt that Yaya Fink does not understand this.

Under the Control of Israel's High Court of Justice

English follows the Hebrew.

BaGa"Tz (Israeli High Court of Justice) under the leadership of Esther Hayut, President of the Israeli Supreme Court: The only political party which has never passed the threshold but has been in power since 1995.

BaGa"Tz (Israeli High Court of Justice)
Because it really doesn't matter who you vote for

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
As I say to my conservative friends in the U. S. all the time...

"Legislation from the Bench? You don't know anything about legislation from the Bench until you've lived in Israel."

Michael Ben-Ari
Israel's High Court of [In]Justice just ruled against Michael Ben Ari's candidacy for Knesset, while approving the candidacy of the many Arabs who oppose Israel as a Jewish state, even after an Arab terror attack. The allegedly right-wing and "settler" Judge David Mintz (Dolev) voted with the majority in favor of disqualifying of Ben-Ari as well as the Arabs. The second "settler" judge Noam Sohlberg (Alon Shvut) voted against the disqualification of any of the candidacies. These two judges are graduates of Yeshivat Har Etzion. (Whether Israel truly is a Jewish state or not is a discussion for another time.)

So, now we can see lots of memes going around social media about Israel's High Court, like those I post here. Have Jews finally woken up and are prepared to do something about the High Court by working to change the laws putting legislative authority back into the hands of the Knesset whom we actually elect?

We shall see.

Meanwhile, in the U. S., the American-Israel Public Action Committee [AIPAC]
has gone after Michael Ben Ari and the Otzma Yehudit Party and have called them all sorts of names. AIPAC is the American "Jewish" organization that claims that Israel and the US should remain "connected forever." In my opinion, this can be translated as follows: "The United States is a home for the Jews as much as the State Land of Israel. Jews do not have to make aliyah (immigrate to Israel) and simply have to throw money into the country in order to fulfill their obligations to it."

Yet more evidence that AIPAC is neither pro-Israel, nor even pro-Jewish.

More evidence of the Erev Rav influence over Israel.

The Torah Trumps Trump

U. S. President-Elect
Donald Trump
Don't get me wrong.

The theoretically better candidate won the recent U. S. Presidential election. What bothers me is the insistence of Jews on the Left, as well as on the Right, to place their focus on human powers, and even more so, non-Jewish powers, for their salvation, instead of making an intellectually honest examination of what HaShem really wants from us, and then making it happen, to the best of our ability.

Halakhah (Torah Law) is not the rocket science many "rabbis" want us to think it is. This is not about different understandings and interpretations, and me pushing the ones I happen to like on you. We simply need to examine the [uncensored] sources, listen to refutations of them, and check which point of view stands up to scrutiny.

If we do this, using uncensored sources, and freeing ourselves from hashqafah (in this case: preconceived notions) and distorted notions, based on our feelings, then I believe it will be revealed to you

The Torah touches every aspect of our lives, not just "shabbos and kashrus shailos." It covers everything from running a truly Jewish government, running a Jewish military, fighting a war in a Jewish manner, and relating to non-Jews, both in times of war and peace, whether Israeli politicians and their State "religious" yes men, like it or not.

There is no separating any particular aspects of our lives from Torah. We cannot call one thing halakhah, and another thing "politics," letting so-called "rabbis" off the hook from their responsibility to teach the truth.

So, what does this all have to do with the outcome of the recent U. S. Presidential elections?

U. S. President-Elect Trump's 16 point position paper on Israel was recently released, and it behooves us all to examine it, through the only perspective a Jew should use, a Torah perspective.

If you disagree with my understanding of this perspective, by all means, you should say so. Just don't forget to support your position with sources, so that we can have a discussion which enables us to discern the truth, as opposed to simply throwing around our opinions, based on nothing more than our feelings.

Here, I have addressed Trump's 16 point position paper on Israel, point by point:
Jason D. Greenblatt, EVP/Chief Legal Officer of The Trump Organization, co-chairman of Mr. Trump's Israel Advisory Committee; Co-Founder of InspireConversation.com - Nov 2, 2016

Joint Statement from Jason Dov Greenblatt and David Friedman, Co-Chairmen of the Israel Advisory Committee to Donald J. Trump

It has been an exhilarating election cycle. Approximately seven months ago, we were blessed to have been tapped by Donald J. Trump to be his top advisors with respect to the State of Israel. We have been fortunate to work with a talented team of people and have put together the below positions. Each of these positions have been discussed with Mr. Trump and the Trump campaign, and most have been stated, in one form or another, by Mr. Trump in various interviews or speeches given by him or on his social media accounts. For those of you who are true friends of the State of Israel, and for those of you who believe that the State of Israel and the United States of America have an unbreakable friendship, we urge you to read the below. We would like to express our gratitude to those individuals who have helped us over the past few months. We truly appreciate your efforts, friendship and guidance. We would also like to express our gratitude to our friend, a great friend of the State of Israel, Donald J. Trump, who gave us the tremendous opportunity to serve in this capacity. May God bless the United States of America and the State of Israel.

1 - The unbreakable bond between the United States and Israel is based upon shared values of democracy, freedom of speech, respect for minorities, cherishing life, and the opportunity for all citizens to pursue their dreams.
Unbreakable bond? It would take too long to elaborate on all that is wrong with this first point on the list, and so I will be brief. The bond between the United States and Israel should have been broken long ago. Unfortunately, those calling for Jews in Israel to be "realistic" and "practical" are simply covering up the lack of emunah (faith) in The Almighty being propagated. The only reason for this bond not to be broken would be if Israel, a Torah-observant Israel, was calling the shots. This hails back to that old canard, the artificial notion of "Judeo-Christian Values."

Who said that the current manifestation of democracy in the world actually has anything to do with Torah? And, even if it did, how on earth could anyone mistake the State of Israel's system of governance for a democracy, especially with the incessant legislation from the Bench by the anti-Torah Israeli Supreme Court? It is not. Rather, it is a deMOCKracy.

Furthermore, according to halakhah, there are limits on speech, limits on respect for non-Jewish minorities, who are only allowed to reside within Eretz Yisrael (the Land of Israel) under certain circumstances, and thus also limits on their "opportunities....to pursue their dreams" here (See Deut. 7:2; Mishneh Torah Laws of Foreign Worship and Non-Jews and Laws of Kings and their Wars).
2 - Israel is the state of the Jewish people, who have lived in that land for 3,500 years. The State of Israel was founded with courage and determination by great men and women against enormous odds and is an inspiration to people everywhere who value freedom and human dignity.
This one is a reminder of the trendy, "Indigenous Argument." Whoever was here first has nothing to do with the Jewish People's claim to Eretz Yisra'el. Rather, our claim to the Land should be based solely on the decision of the Holy One, Blessed Be He, and who he decides will conquer it, at any given time. First, it was the Canaanites, then it was us, then it was the Babylonians, then it was us again, and so on.
3 - Israel is a staunch ally of the U.S. and a key partner in the global war against Islamic jihadism. Military cooperation and coordination between Israel and the U.S. must continue to grow.
Four words: American Troops on Israeli Soil.
4 - The American people value our close friendship and alliance with Israel culturally, religiously, and politically. While other nations have required U.S. troops to defend them, Israelis have always defended their own country by themselves and only ask for military equipment assistance and diplomatic support to do so. The U.S. does not need to nation-build in Israel or send troops to defend Israel.
Culturally, religiously, and politically? Most Ashkenazy Jews from the U. S., both Torah observant and non Torah observant, will agree that the U. S. and Israel have cultural similarities. They may even be correct. But, they should not be. The feelings-oriented "culture" of Edom has most definitely infiltrated into Israel, and it must be eliminated, or at least tempered and filtered. This goes for the influence of the Christian conservatives, just as much as the libertine, "progressives." I have already explained "religiously" and "politically" above.
5 - The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the American and Israeli Governments is a good first step, but there is much more to be done. A Trump Administration will ensure that Israel receives maximum military, strategic and tactical cooperation from the United States, and the MOU will not limit the support that we give. Further, Congress will not be limited to give support greater than that provided by the MOU if it chooses to do so. Israel and the United States benefit tremendously from what each country brings to the table. The relationship is a two way street.
Sure. Let's become even more financially dependent on the U. S. (sigh)
6 - The U.S. should veto any United Nations votes that unfairly single out Israel and will work in international institutions and forums, including in our relations with the European Union, to oppose efforts to delegitimize Israel, impose discriminatory double standards against Israel, or to impose special labeling requirements on Israeli products or boycotts on Israeli goods.
Good for the U. S. But, Israel should stop caring about what the non-Jewish, "International Community" thinks of us already.
7 - The U.S. should cut off funds for the UN Human Rights Council, a body dominated by countries presently run by dictatorships that seems solely devoted to slandering the Jewish State. UNESCO's attempt to disconnect the State of Israel from Jerusalem is a one-sided attempt to ignore Israel's 3,000-year bond to its capital city, and is further evidence of the enormous anti-Israel bias of the United Nations.
OK. I agree.
8 - The U.S. should view the effort to boycott, divest from, and sanction (BDS) Israel as inherently anti-Semitic and take strong measures, both diplomatic and legislative, to thwart actions that are intended to limit commercial relations with Israel, or persons or entities doing business in Israeli areas, in a discriminatory manner. The BDS movement is just another attempt by the Palestinians to avoid having to commit to a peaceful co-existence with Israel. The false notion that Israel is an occupier should be rejected.
It does not matter what the so-called BDS movement's motivation is. The Arabs calling themselves Palestinians have no interest in a peaceful co-existence with Israel. See above, regarding a non-Jewish presence within Eretz Yisra'el, under ideal circumstances. Meanwhile, Jews should be instituting their own Jewish BDS.
9 - The Trump administration will ask the Justice Department to investigate coordinated attempts on college campuses to intimidate students who support Israel.
As it should be. However, we Jews need to ask ourselves why any Jews, and I assume that some of these "students who support Israel" are Jewish, still remain on U. S. college campuses. Most everything which needs to be learned in university can be learned at Hebrew University, Tel-Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University, the Technion, etc. There are even B. A. and graduate programs, including three medical schools, where students may study in English. Besides, whoever said that Jews had to study in university??
10 - A two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians appears impossible as long as the Palestinians are unwilling to renounce violence against Israel or recognize Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state. Additionally, the Palestinians are divided between PA rule in the West Bank and Hamas rule in Gaza so there is not a united Palestinian people who could control a second state. Hamas is a US-designated terrorist organization that actively seeks Israel's destruction. We will seek to assist the Israelis and the Palestinians in reaching a comprehensive and lasting peace, to be freely and fairly negotiated between those living in the region.
Well, there are several other Arab groups I would add to that Department of State's list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations Abbas's Fata"h, among them, which also believes in wiping Israel from the map (see Fata"h's map of "Pseudostine," embedded in its emblem to the right). In addition, Jewish groups should be removed from this list, which, I believe, were only added because of their religious beliefs.  So much for "freedom of religious expression." However, we Jews must also finally realize that gestures of "friendship" from Esau (Edom/The West) can be just as dangerous as the open hostility and aggression from Yishma'el (Arabs/Muslims).
11 - The Palestinian leadership, including the PA, has undermined any chance for peace with Israel by raising generations of Palestinian children on an educational program of hatred of Israel and Jews. The larger Palestinian society is regularly taught such hatred on Palestinian television, in the Palestinian press, in entertainment media, and in political and religious communications. The two major Palestinian political parties, Hamas and Fatah, regularly promote anti-Semitism and jihad.
No arguments here.
12 - The U.S. cannot support the creation of a new state where terrorism is financially incentivized, terrorists are celebrated by political parties and government institutions, and the corrupt diversion of foreign aid is rampant. The U.S. should not support the creation of a state that forbids the presence of Christian or Jewish citizens, or that discriminates against people on the basis of religion.
If the U. S. really wants to support up, then it will do everything in its power to prevent any additional sovereign, or semi-sovereign, state to be created anywhere within the borders of Eretz Yisr'ael.
13 - The U.S. should support direct negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians without preconditions, and will oppose all Palestinian, European and other efforts to bypass direct negotiations between parties in favor of an imposed settlement. Any solutions imposed on Israel by outside parties including by the United Nations Security Council, should be opposed. We support Israel's right and obligation to defend itself against terror attacks upon its people and against alternative forms of warfare being waged upon it legally, economically, culturally, and otherwise.
Jews must recognize the hidden agenda here, being pushed by the Christian-right. Christians (some of Esau's spiritual descendants) have changed their strategy against the Jews. Missionizing has been put on hold by an increasing number of Christian groups, including Christian "friends" and "volunteers," in favor of working toward gaining a foothold in the Land. Actions toward this goal have included maintaining residences for volunteers within Jewish communities, for employees of "pro-Israel," non-profit organizations, interfaith events and activities, and even lobbying for rights to immigrate and obtain citizenship. Read all about this in The Kiss of Esau.
14 - Israel's maintenance of defensible borders that preserve peace and promote stability in the region is a necessity. Pressure should not be put on Israel to withdraw to borders that make attacks and conflict more likely.
I suppose. See above for what I wrote about Israel's borders.
15 - The U.S. will recognize Jerusalem as the eternal and indivisible capital of the Jewish state and Mr. Trump's Administration will move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem
Once again, I expect that we Jews will hail the act of moving the U. S. Embassy as some sort heroic act, but not one of propagating the truth. Rather, underneath all of the "you did the right thing, Mr. Presidents," there will be a plethora of slobbering over America, how much of a friend it is to us The status of the State of Israel as the 51st state of the United States will be solidified, and the majority of the Jewish People will be reduced to the lowest form of co-dependence
16 - Despite the Iran Nuclear deal in 2015, the U.S. State Department recently designated Iran, yet again, as the leading state sponsor of terrorism, putting the Middle East particularly, but the whole world at risk by financing, arming, and training terrorist groups operating around the world including Hamas, Hezbollah, and forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The U.S. must counteract Iran's ongoing violations of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action regarding Iran's quest for nuclear weapons and their noncompliance with past and present sanctions, as well as the agreements they signed, and implement tough, new sanctions when needed to protect the world and Iran's neighbors from its continuing nuclear and non-nuclear threats.
Sound reasoning, right? The best lies are filled with mostly truth. Expect closer ties and "friendship" to lead to more IDF deaths, fighting America's proxy wars. We WILL see U. S. troops in Eretz Yisra'el, whether the U. S. views it as Eretz Yisra'el, or not.
Jason D. Greenblatt

EVP/Chief Legal Officer of The Trump Organization, co-chairman of Mr. Trump's Israel Advisory Committee and Co-Founder of Inspire Conversation.com.
And so, before you start criticizing me for being "unrealistic" and "impractical" --my two favorite criticisms-- I suggest that you read the above again. Being wary of foreign influences is very realistic and practical. And, protecting our status as a people, separate and distinct is very... Torah. Of course, this will not do us in Eretz Yisra'el, nor you, still living in the golah (exile) one darn bit of good, until you wake up to the fact that American influence, financial, military, emotional, and otherwise, IS foreign influence.

The better candidate for the U. S. Presidency may have won, but here in Eretz Yisra'el the sky has, indeed, begun to fall.

More Self-Destructive Actions by American Jews

JTA: 184 US synagogues pledge to welcome, support refugees
September 12, 2016

(JTA) — Some 184 Jewish congregations and communities in the U.S. signed a pledge of support for refugees, promising to take action to help those seeking shelter in the country.

The “Welcome Campaign” is being organized by the refugee support and advocacy group HIAS (formerly the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society), which was founded in 1881 to help Jewish immigrants fleeing pogroms in Russia and Eastern Europe.

The letter — “an affirmative statement in support of welcoming refugees” to the United States — says signatories will support refugees in various ways, including through education, advocacy and fundraising, and on the local level.

“The American Jewish response to the largest refugee crisis recorded in history is really about who we want to be as American Jews,” Rabbi Jennie Rosenn, vice president of community engagement at HIAS, said in a statement.

“All across the country, local Jewish communities are acting on their values and insisting as Americans and as Jews that desperate families be given the chance to rebuild their lives in safety. Together, we are refusing to be silent bystanders at this historic moment.”
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Although one can, and should, make the argument that Jews must "get along" in the exile  while still there, with the non-Jews in whose lands they dwell, these Jews have definitely lost it, trying to beat. the non-Jews at their own insanity.

An organization which once aided Jewish immigrants fleeing pogroms in Russia and Eastern Europe, now helping Muslim, non-refugees to infiltrate the U. S. is a total embarrassment, not to mention increasing the danger to Jews still too stubborn, or for some other reason, unable to immigrate to their only, true homeland, the Land of Israel.

This is really the same old distortion of the Torah, now know by the hijacked term of "social justice."

So-called "liberal" Jews love to throw around the following verse from the Torah, from last week's Torah portion, in fact:
Justice, justice you shall pursue,.... (Deut. 16:20)
But, they always leave out the last part of the verse, or perhaps they simply remain in denial about it. They would much rather do what they do best, that is make it up as they go along.

Justice, justice you shall pursue, you may live, and inherit the land which the LORD your God has given you. (Deut. 16:20)
These Jews, consciously or not, look for every possible way to neglect their only, true homeland, and staying continually and comfortably assimilated in the U. S.

And, of course, they area speaking only of some distorted form of justice, evolved out of the current Western exile (Edom), as opposed to Torah justice. This same distortion is applied by JTA and others, considering all Jewish communities equal. They're not.

The fact that the pseudo-rabbi's name is Jennie says all there is to say.

YNET's "Hassidic Jew"

YNET: Meet the Hasidic-slogan-tagging Jew fighting in Syria
Timothy Paul Jacobs Wordsworth has been fighting with the Kurdish YPG in Syria for the past six months; he tells Ynet what brought him to this point, and about his dream of living in Israel.

Liron Nagler-Cohen, 08.31.15

In a special interview to Ynet, Batn El Ghoul, also known as Timothy Paul Jacobs Wordsworth, tells the story of how a British man ended up tagging the walls of former ISIS positions in Syria with Breslov Hasidic chants.

His story is truly something out a movie: He has spent the last six months fighting alongside the Kurdish YPG (People's Protection Units) against ISIS in Syria. He has tagged every house he has liberated with the Hasidic saying Na Nach Nachman, in order to – as he calls it – "Bring some light into the darkness."

In one of his more popular posts on social media, he posted a picture of a building he and his comrades had liberated, saying: "ISIS turned this school, 50 km from their capital in Raqqa, into a prison. I was part of horrible fighting in the area, my friends and I fended ISIS off when they tried to recapture the prison from the next village."

The post continued, "ISIS left women's clothes and underwear on the floors of the cells, a lot of it, evidence of unholy crimes. I wrote Rabbi Nachman's name here to bring some light in to this black sink hole of torture, rape, murder and savage war. Amen."

But Jacobs-Wordsworth's story did not start in Syria. The 37-year-old is a British citizen, and the grandson of a holocaust survivor who made it out of Dachau after losing his mother in Auschwitz, and his father at Theresienstadt. "My grandfather converted to Christianity, and I grew up as a Christian," he says.

Although his grandfather passed at the age of 96, Jacobs says he "always knew he was from a Jewish family, and heard stories about my holocaust survivor grandfather. My mom is a Zionist, and she taught me to love Israel and hate cruelty. She always told me the due to the suffering incurred by the Jews and my family during the Holocaust, made me feel physically ill."

Jacobs Wordsworth did two central things with the education he received growing up: He joined the British army in order to fight against evil, and travelled to Israel with the goal of live here.

"I wanted to help the people of Bosnia, whom I saw as undergoing another sort of holocaust and genocide," he says. "That’s why I joined the British army in 1996, and served several years in the British forces under NATO in Bosnia and Kosovo."

10 years ago he made his dream a reality and visited Israel, believing he could become an Israeli citizen without too much fuss, however things didn’t work out like he planned: "I asked for Israeli citizenship, but I was deported from Israel in 2005 because my visa had expired," he says. "Because I grew up as a Christian in a Christian family, I couldn’t make aliyah through the law of return, although with god's blessing I will be able to return to Israel this year, because my 10 year entrance ban expires soon."

During his stay in Israel, he was exposed to Breslov Hasidism – and immediately fell in love. "I saw Nachman Hassids dancing in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, but it was an Orthodox friend in London who convinced me to travel with him to Uman. It was during Rosh Hashana in 2012, and since then I have been to Uman three times."

In the meantime he got married, and joined the Kurdish forces battling against ISIS in Syria. "I got to them through a Facebook page called the 'Lions of Rojava,' which helps smuggle international volunteers into Syria, most of whom are former soldiers from the Kurdish forces in northern Iraq," he says.

"I fought in Syria for six months, and I wrote Rabbi Nachman's name in a bunch of places where we beat ISIS," he added. "I have met Jewish soldiers with strong Jewish roots from around the world among us here."

Jacobs-Wordsworth tends to close every sentence with "Am Israel Chai," and Rabbi Nachman from Uman stars in many of his Facebook posts. But he does admit that his beliefs are somewhat complex: "I believe that there were two messiahs, as it is written in the Talmud: The messiah Ben Yossef, and the messiah Ben David. I believe that Ben Yossef was already here, and his name was Jesus. (ימך שמו וזכרו) I believe that the messiah Ben David will come soon.

"I plan on filling a request to make Aliyah again," Jacobs-Wordsworth says, and adds that he has undergone a Reform Judaism conversion in London a few years ago. "I am a member of the North Western Reform Synagogue in London," he said. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
This individual is not a Hassidic Jew.

He is not even a Jew!

Leave it to YNET to make up its own "Judaism" as it goes along. No surprises there.

He mentions that he was unable to qualify for Israeli citizenship, because he was raised a Christian. Good! Now he suggests that he will receive God's blessing (חו״ח) to re-enter the land. Apparently, his "studies" have left out some crucial halakhoth (Torah Laws), as to who is actually allowed to live here.

Did he obtain one of those fake conversions as a backdoor into Israel? Or did he obtain it, in order to circumvent his "ban" from entering Israel, and study Torah at a proper institution? I have no idea. However, obtaining a “Reform conversion” makes him a “Reformist,” not a Jew.

I am not even going to touch upon the issue here of Na Nach... not really being Breslov, let alone a "Hassidic saying."

The report from YNET already had a lot of other crap to fill three blog posts!

He still relates to Yoshke, the Christian theological figure, claiming that he was Mashi’ah ben Yosef. Previously, I had thought even the “Reformists” were above something as idiotic as this. But, apparently, I was wrong.

This guy mentions the Talmud. But, he has apparently not learned that the Babylonian Talmud mentions a couple of “Yoshkes.” My favorite is the one who goes down to Egypt to learn magic. Which one is this individual talking about?

This is just another guy trying to graft Christianity onto Judaism, whether he is conscious of it or not. Even if he ever does go through a real conversion to Judaism, if he holds onto these beliefs, at the very least, he would be considered a kofer (denier of crucial aspects of Torah) anyway, like all Christians and Muslims (Ramba"m, Sefer Mitzvoth 51).

At the very least, he needs to be reported to the Israeli Rabbinate, and investigated, and jump through hoops. But, like my real, Jewish convert friends, who have the merit of living in Israel, I am sure that he will not be.

I have no doubt that all he will have to do is flash that silly piece of paper from his "Reformism," fake rabbis, and he will be embraced a social justice hero, having defended the refugees of ISIS violence.

He may even have the "Law of Return" interpreted in his favor, given the assimilationist, anti-Torah, "religious freedom" oriented Israeli Supreme Court, religious freedom, that is, except for Jews.

His Christian mother is a Zionist, and loves Israel. Like all such Christians, they love us, alright. They want to love us to death, take our souls AND our homeland.

By the way, does the term "Jerusalem Syndrome" mean anything to you?

Who is Daniel Mael, and Why is his Safety Threatened?

According to Daniel Mael's website...
[He] is a student at Brandeis University and a Staff Writer at TruthRevolt.org and IsraelRevolt.org and a contributor to the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity. He has made TV appearances on Fox News, Sun News, and The BBC. His writing has appeared in FoxNews.com, Breitbart, The Daily Caller, TownHall, The Jerusalem Post, NewsMax, The Times of Israel, and The Jewish Press among others publications and he is frequently linked on The Drudge Report. He is originally from Newton, MA.
You can follow him on Twitter @DanielMael.

Now, apparently, Daniel's safety has been threatened, and it is not clear as to what Brandeis University is doing about it, if anything at all.

Here is the story:
Ensure Daniel Mael's Safety and Free Speech Rights
Coalition for a Safe Brandeis

The Crisis at Brandeis University – Brandeis President Fred Lawrence Must Immediately End His Silence

We, the undersigned, are alarmed by the on-going crisis at Brandeis University, in which students and their right to free speech are under attack. The university administration has been shamefully unresponsive and must immediately take corrective action.

On December 20th, Brandeis student journalist Daniel Mael reported on inflammatory statements made by a Brandeis student leader on Twitter. Referring to the two NYPD policemen, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who were recently assassinated, she wrote, “I have no sympathy for the nypd officers who were murdered today,” and “lmao [laughing my a—off] i just really dont have sympathy for the cops who were shot. i hate this racist f---ing country.” Most alarmingly, the student leader’s online messages included calls for violence in comments like, “burn this country down,” and, “i need to get my gun license. asap.”

Commenters, responding to Mael’s article, posted disparagements, curses and threats to the student who had insulted the dead policemen. Daniel Mael immediately and in no uncertain terms publicly condemned these reactions.

Soon however, Mael himself became the target of personal, sometimes violent threats to his safety and well-being made by his fellow students on the Brandeis campus and others. Instead of censuring the hatred expressed toward innocent murder victims, an array of student groups, including several students in student leadership positions at the university, launched a campaign of vilification and intimidation against Mael, demanding that the Brandeis administration punish him for doing nothing more than truthfully reporting hateful comments made in a public forum by a student in a position of authority at the university. (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Those of you who read this blog, even only once in while, already know what I am going to write, in response to Daniel Mael's predicament.

It's the same thing I have written regarding any Jew I have come across, who has been investing his time and energy in the land of his or her exile.

These have included, but not limited to...
Eric Cantor, former Congressman (R-VA) and Minority Whip
Rep. Joe Strauss, Speaker of the Texas House of Representatives
Itamar Gelbman, candidate for Congress (TX-6)
Rb. Nahum Shifrin, candidate for California State Senate
Mindy Pollak, candidate for Montreal City Council
Say it with me, will you?

Daniel, get the hell out of there already!

Sure, I understand what you are doing. You are seeing injustice, and fighting against it.

You are setting an important example for everyone. But, in particular, you are setting an important example for your fellow Jewish Americans, waking them up, and helping them to become aware of the עלמא דשיקרא (world of lies/illusions) in which you live.

However, what you and our fellow Jews from the U. S. do not quite seem to understand, is that in the end, the U. S. is not our homeland. It is only a temporary dwelling place, no different than how Egypt was for us, almost four thousand years ago.

The only difference between our exile in Egypt and the current exile of Edom (Malbi"m: The West) is the manner of oppression. Egypt was mostly physically based; Edom has become heavily verbally and spiritually based.

My guess is, and this is only a guess, that like most Jews, your neshamah (soul) is very sensitive to issues of right and wrong, of justice, as it is written...

Justice, justice you shall pursue, [in order that you will live]... (Deut. 16:20)

But, also like most Jews suffering spiritually in galuth (exile), qelipoth are preventing us from making the connection to be made between this first part of the verse with the last, which is not any less important.

Justice, justice you shall pursue, in order that you will live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God has given to you. (ibid)
Not only are we commanded to pursue justice, and not only is this in order that we should live (physically and spiritually), but also in order for us to inherit the Land which The Almighty has given us, Eretz Yisra'el (the Land of Israel).

He did not give us the U. S.

Well, Daniel, apparently, the student leader at Brandeis University, whom you exposed for her incindiary comments, has resigned. You have one your latest battle. Now what?

Sure, your parents probably want you to get the "piece of paper," called a degree. I get that. But, I would like to suggest that you already start planning out your next goals and objectives, including additional education, career, social, and family, by researching your options in Israel.

Just think about how much your people Israel can benefit with you here, fighting for our Land, fighting for a true, Homeland for Jewish safety and security.

Proposed Pro-Marxist Legislation in Israel: Surprised?

Arutz 7: State Moves to Replace Parents as Children's Guardian
A new bill indicates justice ministry is adopting a neo-Marxist approach to parenting, seeking to annul parental custodianship.

Gil Ronen, December 9, 2014

A bill recently proposed by the justice ministry indicates that it is seeking to take away parents' custodianship of children in Israel. Tzipi Livni's removal from office and the dissolution of the Knesset have temporarily halted the move, which reflects a neo-Marxist approach to the family, in which the state takes over from parents as the ultimate guardian and custodian of children.

The government-sponsored bill, named “Parents and Their Children,” cancels the concept of natural parental guardianship over children. Its explanatory notes say that it aims “to assimilate a new normative perception... in the matters between parents and their minor children.”

It replaces the terms “custody” and “guardianship” with “parental responsibility,” leaving parents responsible for their children but stripping them of the authority that goes along with that responsibility. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Is anyone surprised by this? I mean, seriously?

The only thing which surprises me, is how impatient the Erev Rav appears to be in its battle against the Torah. Only recently, it proposed a "Shabbos Law," which only serves to chip away at Shabbath obervance. And now this.

You know what they say...
If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Then, beat 'em, by destroying them from within.
Usually, when parents do not cooperate with the Israeli Government in its indoctrination of our children, they are threatened with taking them away, using the State's social workers as its front line soldiers in this particular battle. If this law passes, they will not have to threaten to take our children away, because they will have already done so!

Not only that, but I anticipate that this proposal will even be sold to the Israeli public as "Israeli," as it has similarities to how parenting in Kibbutzim (Israeli communal farms) was once manifested.

I have not red the legislation myself. However, I believe that the following case scenario is a possible eventual goal of certain elements in the government, albeit most of you will either believe this to be farfetched, if not insane.

No visits from social workers or police. No phone calls. No warnings whatsoever. No Just come in the middle of the night, and take them away, without any obligation to inform you of their whereabouts or condition.

The only difference between previous "disappearances" of our children, like the Yemenite babies of the 1950's, is that now such "disappearances" would be legal.

Apparently, the previous strategy of threats was not working well enough, nor quickly enough, for them.

In a sense, this is good news. They are running scared. Too many Jews have been waking up to the setiroth (conflicts) between the State of Israel and the Torah, for their taste.

Too many Jews have been recognizing that the Torah is the higher authority.

Too many Jews have decided that they are mad as hell, and not going to take it anymore.

Unfortunately, there are not a whole of things more dangerous than a wounded animals, so we need to keep on guard.

“to assimilate a new normative perception... in the matters between parents and their minor children.”

Translation? To assimilate our children into the well-behaved, numbed-out, non-independent thinking collective of Western, anti-Torah culture,...period.

President Obama's Rosh HaShannah Curse

YNET: Obama Wishes 1,000 Rabbis Shana Tova
In annual pre-Rosh Hashana conference call with rabbis, US leader says conclusion of Syria crisis will show he can be counted on to curb Iran's nuclear program

Yitzhak Benhorin, August 31, 2013

Shana Tova, damn it!
WASHINGTON – US President Barack Obama took a few minutes off from dealing with the Syrian crisis to wish some 1,000 rabbis a happy Rosh Hashana (Jewish New Year).

One of the rabbis who took part in the annual conference call said Obama was asked how the US could be counted on to curb Iran's nuclear program if it does not respond to Syria's use of chemical weapons. Obama refused to tell the rabbis what he plans to do with regards to Syria, but said that the conclusion of the current crisis will prove he can be relied upon.

The American leader also spoke of the unbreakable bond between the US and Israel and the values shared by both countries, including the Jewish values of social justice. Obama also mentioned the Jews' participation in the struggle for civil rights led by Martin Luther King Jr. The US recently marked the 50th anniversary of King's "I have a dream" speech.

During the conference call Obama also mentioned his administration's efforts to promote health care reform and peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Gee. I'd sure like to get ahold of that guest list of rabbis! I'll give you 10 to one, that not too many of them are really rabbis, but rather "rabbis." And the ones who are rabbis, are so only marginally.

Why do I say that about "so only marginally?"

Well, because not only are rabbis supposed to learn Torah, and teach it, there are also supposed to live according to it,...NOT distort, ignore, cross out, or "creatively interpret" elements of the Torah which they do not happen to "resonate with" (ie. "like) or do not find to be "relevant to contemporary society." (whatever the heck that means!)

Now, what also caught my eye about this report was that according to these "rabbis," intervening in Syria, because its government used chemical weapons on its citizens is OK. But, when President Bush (not that I'm a fan of his either) intervened in Iraq, in part because its government used chemical weapons on its citizens, it was not OK. 'Nuff said on that.

Social justice? Well, by now, we should all know that within the Greater Jewish Community, the phrase "social justice" is code for "justice for anyone besides Jews, unless they agree with us."

And, of course, their version of "social justice" has little if anything to do with Torah justice,...unless you count the Torah distortions, which I do not.

Moving right along...

"Martin Luther King, Jr." (left) seemed to be more in touch with Am Yisra'el's claim to Eretz Yisra'el as its Divinely promised, eternal Homeland, than the so-called "rabbis" in the Obama royal court attendance at President Obama's pre-Rosh HaShannah Conference. "Sad" and "embarrassing" do not even begin to cover the range of emotions evoked by this failure of these Jews (how many of them are really even Jewish,...according to halakhah, that is?) to connect with their Homeland and their Torah.

One of the categories of Erev Rav has no connection to Eretz Yisra'el (Kol HaTor), as RaSh"I cites: the Erev Rav wept when their were told that they would be traveling to Eretz Yisra'el, because the a no connection (inheritance) to it.

"Sheeple" = sheep + people
Food for thought. Yet, truly they could not possibly know exactly what they are doing,...too many qelipoth/galuth influence = tinoq shenishba.

"Peace between Israel and the Palestinians" only means one thing to these people: "piece with the Palestinians."

May this New Year bring a mass awaking of Jews from their stupor, and get on the plane to Israel!

Shannah Tovah!
