Worse yet, is that Jews actually care what those outside of Israel think, and that we allow such things to affect us (ie. national co-dependence!), instead of standing on our own feet, and caring about what The Holy One, Blessed Be He thinks of us.

Impractical? Unrealistic?

Either the First and Second Temples existed, or they didn't (חו״ח).

Either the Temple Mount, and the rest of Eretz Yisrael, belongs to the Jewish People, or is doesn't.

Either the Torah (...the ENTIRE Torah, Written AND Oral) is the truth, or it is not.

Either HaShem is on our side, or He is not.
