משפטו של צעיר שנחקר בתיק דומא והואשם לבסוף באירוע אחר מגלה טפח על שעתיד להתרחש במשפט של נאשמי דומא, לאחר שהפרקליטות הצהירה שמסמכים מהתיק נעלמו

לאן נעלמו מסמכים מתיק החקירה של פרשת דומא? בית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים צפוי לתת בימים הקרובים החלטה בבקשות עורכת דינו של צעיר שנחקר בפרשה והואשם לבסוף באירוע אחר, להעביר לה את מלוא חומרי החקירה מהתיק.

כבר מספר חודשים שעורכת הדין סיניה חריזי מוזס המייצגת את הצעיר מטעם ארגון חוננו, חוזרת ומבקשת לקבל מסמכים שונים מתיק החקירה שטרם הועברה אליה. (המשך)

מופתעים?

אני אגיד לכם למה אתם מופתעים או אפילו בהלם על זה.

אתם חושבים שאכפת לממשלה על האזרחים שלה. זה נכון שאנשי הממשלה טוענים שהם עובדים למען הרוב. ואז הם יכולים להצדיק את מה שהם עושים... כאילו, את כל מה שהם רוצים לעשות. האלה שהולכים לפי חוקי התורה לפני חוקי המדינה (כשיש סתירות ביניהם.. ומספר הסתירות ביניהם עולה יום יום) הם במיעוט. האלה בקהילה החרדית... הם מסתדרים, ופחות או יותר הם שומרים על העצמם. החילונים... הם גדלו במערכת החינוך הממלכתי (מה לעשות?). האלה בקהילה הממלכתית הדתית... הם גם גדלו במערכת החינוך הממלכתי, במחלקה ה״דתית,״ (כאילו). ועכשיו הם מבולבלים... מאוד.

אנשי הממשלה לא רואים את הקהילות האלו כאיומים לשליטה שלה. בכלל לא.

אבל האלה שהולכים לפי חוקי התורה לפני חוקי המדינה? האלה שיש להם החוצפה לראות את הקדוש ברוך הוא ברמה גובהה וחשובה יותר מממשלת המדינה, ומסרבים לראות אותם כאותו הדבר?

אנשי הממשלה (או האנשים שבאמת שולטים על ישראל) רואים את היהודים האלה כמסוכנים.

ולכן, אני מופתע על דבר אחד בלבד: שהדוח על זה הגיע לחדשות.

אני חושד מניע נסתר.

Kol Chai: Documents from the Duma Case have disappeared: "Attempted Cover-Up"

The trial of the youth, who was investigated in the Duma Case, and eventually charged for something else [from two years ago], has revealed a hint as to the future of proceedings for this defendant, after the prosecutor declared that documents from the case disappeared.

Where did the documents from the Duma investigation disappear? The Jerusalem District Court is expected to give a decision in the next few days on the requests of the attorney for the youth who was under investigation in the Duma case, and eventually indicted and for another incident, and give her the complete files on the investigation.

For several months Siniah Haruzi Moses, the lawyer representing the youth through the Honenu organization, has repeatedly asked for various documents from the investigation which have not yet been given to her. (cont.)

Surprised?

Why are you surprised?

I'll tell you why you are surprised, or even in shocked about it.

Do you think the government actually cares about its citizens? Sure, government officials claim they are working on behalf of the majority. Then they can justify what they are doing, in other words, whatever they want to do. Those who adhere to the laws of the Torah over the laws of the State (when they are in conflict, and the conflicts are increasing day by day) are in the minority. Those in the Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) community ... make due, and pretty much take of themselves. ... Secular Jews grew up state education system (What can you do?). Those in the so-called national religious community... also grew up in the state education, in the "religious" sector. Now they are just very... confused.

Government officials do not see any of these communities as threats to its control. Not at all.

But those who go by the laws of the Torah before the laws of the country? Those who have the audacity to see The Holy One, Blessed Be He, on a higher level than the State, and refuse to see them as the same?

The State (or rather, the people who really are really in control of the State) see these Jews as dangerous.

Therefore, I am surprised about only one thing: That a report on this actually made the news.

I suspect an ulterior motive.
