שר התקשורת שלמה קרעי קורא ליהודים אלה ״רשעים ארורים, דור ההמשך של אנטיוכוס והמתייוונים״. (YNET) מתייוונים? כן. רשעים? אולי מנהיגי היוזמה. אבל רובם בכלל לא יודעים את מה שהם עושים. ואז כנראה יש לרובם דין של תינוק שנשבה.

השר קרעי: "רשעים ארורים, דור ההמשך של אנטיוכוס והמתייוונים" שר המורשת [עמיחי] אליהו: "בתי כנסת מרגישים כמיעוט נרדף". השר אליהו גם צודק. אבל אנו צריכים להודות כיצד אנו הגעתו למצב הזה ואיך אנו נוכל לצאת מזה ולמנוע מזה מלקרות שוב.

ולגבי האשמת מערכת החינוך הממלכתית בכך שמורה את ילדינו לקבל השקפות מעוות של התורה, יש יהודים חסרי הרבה חינוך תורני בגלל המערכת הזו ללא ספק ייכנעו, מתוך אמונה שיש קרבות חשובים יותר להשקיע בהם מהקרבות על בתי הכנסת בעיר.

עו"ד שוב השיב: "היום באורתודוקסיה יש הרבה גבולות". הוא התכוון לכך שישנם בתי כנסת מעורבים מגדרית, שנשים משמשות בהם חזניות ועולות לתורה ואף על פי כן, מגדירים עצמם אורתודוקסיים. שוב הוסיף: "אתם מחייבים את בית הכנסת להתאים את עצמו לכל אדם שייכנס אליו".

שוב נכנע, ומנסה להשתמש בהיגיון שמאלני נגד השמאלנים. אני מאחל לו ״בהצלחה״. הוא לא עושה כלום, אלא נותן תעודת כשרות להיגיון שלהם.

שחלק מהקהילות האלה עדיין מגדירות את עצמן כדתיות, לא אומר שהן באמת דתיות. וגם שמשהו מותר לא אומר שראוי לעודד ולקיים, מבלי לקחת בחשבון את ההקשר של ההצעה, כגון המניעה של התומכים בו.

לא יכול להיות צירוף מקרים שמשא ומתן על חוזים אלה -- או איך שלא יקראו לו -- מתקיים ממש באמצע - וללא לעורר תשומת לב - של מחאות על עזה ועל גיוס חרדים.

Has the Tel-Aviv city council been confronted over its hypocritical, double standards with regard to Jews vs. Muslim public prayer events?

Muslims have been allowed gender-segregated events; whereas there has been a crackdown on public, Jewish prayer events.

This particular report does not answer this question.

Does the fact that Israel is supposedly a Jewish State [with religious minorities] is backfiring, allowing anti-Torah Israelis to get their way, and excuse themselves from regulating Islam, Christianity, and other non-Jewish observances?

Sounds a bit too convoluted, as well as too sophisticated of a strategy for those involved. This is apparent from the ridiculous back and forth mentioned in the continuation of the report.

Why don't they just come out with it, and say that they are against the Torah, and be done with it?

More likely than not, many of them do not realize just how anti-Torah they are. We can thank the State run, Israeli educational system for that.

The Hebrew version quotes Communications Minister Shlomo Kar'i, calls these Jews the continued generation of the Hellenized Jews of Antiochus. (YNET) Well, this time, he's not wrong. Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu says that synagogues feel like an oppressed minority. He is also right. But we must ask ourselves, "How did we get here?" and "How will we be able to prevent this from happening again?"

And speaking of blaming the Israeli educational system for leading our children to have a grossly distorted view of Torah, some uneducated Jews who came out of this system will undoubtedly capitulate, believing that there are more important battles to invest in.

[Attorney David] Shub ended with a broader warning. “Even within Orthodoxy today there are many boundaries. Some synagogues allow women to lead prayers or read from the Torah and still define themselves as Orthodox. You’re forcing synagogues to adjust to whoever walks in,” he said.

Shub caves, and attempts to use leftist logic against leftists. Good luck with that. He does nothing, but legitimize their logic.

Just because some communities still define themselves as "Orthodox," does not mean that they are. Just because something maybe technically permissible, does not mean that it is something appropriate to encourage and implement, without taking under consideration the context of the proposal, as well as the motivation of those behind it.

It cannot be a coincidence that these contract negotiations, or whatever they are calling them, are taking place right in the middle -- and under the radar -- of protests over Gaza and Haredi conscription.

In a final note, it must be emphasized that this battle for Westernization/Hellenization is not just local to Tel-Aviv. See the job ad above.

הרבה פעמים בעבר אני הזכרתי את ״הכתובת על הקיר״ -- שמסיבה לא ידועה לי, יהודים אינם מסוגלים לקרוא או אפילו לראות. דרשוביץ גם לא קורא את זה כמו שצריך.

דרשוביץ לא מבין את הקשר בין אפליה ואלימות שונאת ישראל לבין עידוד ליהודים לעזוב את ארה״ב (בריטניה, קנדה, צרפת, גרמניה, וכו׳) ולעלות לארץ מולדתנו היחידה ארץ ישראל.

דרשוביץ גם לא מבין את ההקשר של סירוב שירות בדוכן בשוק האיכרים.

סירוב לתת לו שירות בדוכן זה הוא היה מעשה רחמים עליו!

Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz appears to be living through a remake of the Seinfeld Soup Nazi episode. However, Dershowitz is facing a new culinary menace in Martha's Vineyard. Chef Krem Miskevich has barred the famed lawyer from buying pierogis because of his political views, and liberals are applauding him for it. Welcome to Pierogi Politics. It is the same distasteful politics that is tearing apart this country, only with an added carbo load.

Dershowitz has previously described how his liberal neighbors, who were friendly when he was advancing left-wing causes, have blacklisted him in the elite community due to his defense of President Donald Trump. He is treated as a persona non grata and shunned by the wealthy community.

Now the blacklisting has extended to food. Dershowitz would regularly go to the West Tisbury Farmers Market and buy food from the Good Pierogi. Then Miskevich decided to join the mob and bar him from eating. (cont.)

Just like all of the times in the past I have mentioned the writing on the wall -- that for some reason, Jews are unable to read, nor even see -- Jews are unable to see the connection between antisemitic Jew-hating discrimination and attacks of violence, and encouragement to leave the non-Jewish lands of the United States (UK, Canada, France, Germany, etc.) and relocate to their only, true homeland of Israel.

Dershowitz is also apparently unable to see the context of the refusal to serve him at a farmers' market booth.

כאשר בית המשפט העליון מבטל כל פעולה של הכנסת להגבלת סמכותו המכרעת, איזה גוף לוחץ באופן פוליטי? הכנסת אישרה סמכויות כאלה בשנות ה-90. כעת היא רוצה לבטל אותן. איך זה עובר על החוק?

הכנסת נבחרת על ידי העם. בית המשפט העליון לא נבחר על ידי העם. אלא יש לו זכות למנות כמה משופטים משלו לכהן בוועדה הממליצה שופטים חדשים. תהליך זו תומך בבית משפט שמנציח את עצמו. לפחות חלקית

למה זה כל כך קשה להבין את זה?

השרים יריב לוין ומיקי זוהר טוענים שהיועצת המשפטית לממשלה בדיוק על כך, מקדמת האג'נדה הפוליטית שלה. ובכן, למעשה, זאת לא שלה אלא של הבג״ץ וכוחות השלטון בכלל.

זוהי אשמתם של שרי החינוך השמאלניים לשעבר כמו שולמית אלוני (מר״צ). גרוע מכך, שרי החינוך הימנים לכאורה, כמו לימור לבנת (ליכוד) ונפתלי בנט (ימינה), לא עשו שום דבר כדי לתקן את זה, למשל באמצעות הוספת מעט ממשל השוואתי לתכנית הלימוד באזרחות. האם הם עשו דבר כזה? האם פספסתי את זה? לבנת בהחלט דיברה על הגברת הנראות של הציונות בספרי הלימוד. אבל אני לא זוכר שאי פעם עשתה את זה.

קבוצת קפלן התחילה כהפגנה כדי לקדם הצבעה בבחירות "רק לא ביבי!". כשנתניהו נזכה בבחירות למרות מחאותיה, היא קבוצת קפלו התפתחה ליוזמה נגד רפורמה במערכת המשפט. ואז, פתאום, באיסרו חג סוכות תשפ״ד (8 באוקטובר 2023 למניינם), היא הפכה לתנועת #BringThemHome (להחזיר אותם הביתה), שבעיקרון כולנו תמכנו בה, עד שחשפה את זהותה האמיתית: לקדם את החזרת עזה לחמאס. לחזור על אותן טעויות עוד פעם, לצפות לאותן תוצאות, להציג קורבנות יהודית למטרה להשיג אהדה מהקהילה הבינלאומית, כלומר מהגויים, ולהקריב את ילדינו לשם כך, גם באמצעות המשך קבלת טילים ברחובות שלנו וגם שליחתם לקרב שלא לצורך.

אף אחד מחיילי קבוצת קפלן לא מבין זאת. זה בעיקר משום שכולם חונכו במערכת החינוך הממלכתי להאמין שמדינת ישראל היא באמת דמוקרטיה הוגנת.

קבוצת קפלן ממומנת בחלקה על ידי רה"מ לשעבר אהוד ברק ברח כלומר הוא ברח מלבנון. וגם מאמינים שברק רשום ברשימת אפשטיין הידועה לשמצה. נראה שהוא גלובליסט יוצא דופן, שאינו מעוניין כלל בפיתוח מדינה יהודית אמיתית, אלא מדינה ככל מדינות העולם של הגויים. לא נראה שהתורה כלולה בחזונו. קבוצת קפלן היא צבאו.

Violated the law?
Of course, it does! Is anyone surprised that the attorney general of the State of Israel is just an agent for the Supreme Court?

Well, you shouldn't be.

Political pressures and actions contrary to law?
When the Supreme Court overturns any Knesset action to limit the Court's overreaching power, which body is applying political pressures and actions? The Knesset approved such powers in the 1990s. Now it wants to repeal them. How does this violate the law?

The Knesset is elected by the people. The High Court is not. Rather it has some of its own justices serve on the committee which approves new justices, supporting a court which is at least somewhat self-perpetuating in nature.

Why is this so difficult to understand?

Minsters Yariv Levin and Micky Zohar have called out the attorney general for just that, the pushing of her own political agenda. Well, actually, it's not hers per se; it's the Erev Rav High Court's agenda.

None of the pawns of the Kaplan Group, understand this. This is primarily because they were all educated to believe that the State of Israel is a truly fair democracy.

This is the fault of the leftist ministers of education such as Shulamit Aloni (Meretz Party). Worse yet, the so-called right-wing ministers of education, such as Limor Livnat (Likud Party) and Naftali Bennett (New Right Party) did not do anything to change this, say by adding a bit of comparative government to Israeli civics curriculum. Did they? Did I miss it? Livnat certainly talked about increasing the visibility of Zionism in textbooks? But I do not recall that she ever did that either.

The Kaplan Group began as "Anyone but Bibi [Netanyahu]!" protest. When Netanyahu won in spite of their protests, it evolved into an initiative against Judicial Reform. Then, all of a sudden on Isru Hag Sukkoth 5784 (October 8, 2023 in one of the non-Jewish calendars), it became a #BringThemHome movement, which we were all in favor of, in theory, until it revealed its true colors: Surrender Gaza back to Hamas. Repeat the same mistakes over again, expecting different the same results, Jewish victimhood's attempt to obtain sympathy from the goyim (non-Jewish nations), and sacrificing our children to do so, both from missiles and from being thrown into combat unnecessarily.

The Kaplan Group is funded in part by former Prime Minister Ehud Barak, believed to be on the infamous Epstein List. He seems to be a globalist extraordinaire, not in the least bit interested in building a truly Jewish state, but rather a nation like all other nations. Torah does not seem to be included in his vision. The Kaplan Group is his army.
