אחר מצוותם

כששב״כ קיבל ביקורת על הטיפול בחקירותיו של בן אוליאל ונערים אחרים, ראש הממשלה לשעבר בנימין נתניהו והשרים לשעבר נפתלי בנט, איילת שקד ומשה "בוגי" יעלון הצהירו את תמיכתם כולם בשב״כ. זאת אומרת שאף סוכן שב״כ לא עבר שום עבירה כלפיהם, נכון? וזאת אומרת שאף אחד לא ביצע פקודה בלתי חוקית בעליל, נכון?

מומחים וצדיקים

הכוונה היא מומחים בתורה, וצדקים באמצעות שמירת התורה. כמה שופטים היושבים בבית דין צדק [בג״ץ] מומחים וצדיקים מבחינת התורה? נראה שגם השופטים הדתיים מתמקדים במנדט של תפקידם, שהוא לשקול ולפרש את חוקי מדינת ישראל, חוקים הנכתבו על ידי בני אדם.

לשפוט בצדק

כנראה שופטי בג״ץ מאמינים שהם שופטים בצדק. אבל שופטים בצדק לפי מה? לגבי שחרור בן אוליאל כמה הם שקלו בחשבון את התוצאות האפשריות, כגון הפגנות אלימות והתקפות ע״י ערבים וגם הגינויים ע״י הקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול.

הבג״ץ כבר התערב בסוגיות של ״מי זה יהודי?״, גיור וכשרות למרות שהנושאים האלה ענייני ההלכה. רוב שופטי הבג״ץ, ואולי כל שופטי הבג״ץ, לא כשרים לשבת בבית דין רבני שכן כשר לפסוק דין כלפי העניינים האלה. העובדה הזו לא מנעה מהם מלשים אותם תחת רשותם. עד מתי נראה נישואין, גירושין וקבורת המת גם הם תחת השליטה שלהם. זאת כוונתם בלשפוט בצדק?

למה הבג״ץ ממשיך להוסיף לעניינים לתפקידו? כנראה יש רק תשובה אפשרית אחת: להמשיך דרכו של הוספות השפעת התרבות המערבית. התרבות הגלותית, התרבות של אדום (רומא / עשיו). ועושים את על חשבון חשיבות ושייכות התורה לחיים יומיומיים של אזרחי מדינת ישראל.

וכל יהודי ממלכתי דתי שמאמין שמעמד הבג״ץ הוא ברמת הסנהדרין, אפילו מקביל לסנהדרין, ואפילו זמנית, הוא יכול להיות שותף פעולה.

ומה הפירוש של הצדק שנזכר בפרשה הזו?

I am disgusted at the supposedly centrist Jerusalem Post, which is more willing to apply the term "terrorist" to a Jew than even the leftist Haaretz news source. Thus, I use the headline from the lesser of two evils in this case, Arutz 7 - Israel National News. 

I believe the truth is that this Arab family was killed because of a feud with other Arabs.

However...

The appeal came before Justices Yosef Elron, Yitzhak Amit and Shaul Shochet in March. Religious Zionist Party MK and lawyer Itamar Ben-Gvir immediately slammed the decision and the court in general as being biased, though Elron and Shochet were both considered picks for the country's conservative camp and even Amit is viewed by many as a moderate swing vote.

In March, lawyers for Ben-Uliel had told the justices that Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) tortured him during his interrogation which should have invalidated his confession and led to his acquittal. (Jerusalem Post)

Well, I guess they were not the best picks for the conservative camp after all. Or perhaps the conservatives who picked them were not as conservative as they thought they were. Or perhaps "conservative" does not necessarily mean [truly] Torah-observant?

Let us take a look at this week's Torah portion to learn what judges are supposed to be like. Not so coincidentally this week's Torah portion is "Shofetim" (Judges), Deut. 16:18 - 21:19.

Judges and officers you will make in all your gates, which the Lord your God gives you, tribe by tribe; and they will judge the people with righteous judgment. (Deut. 16:18)

Judges, judges and adjudicators who decide the judgments (make rulings)

Officers, those who chastise the people in compliance with their [the judges'] order, who strike and bind with rods and straps, until he [the guilty party] accepts the judge’s verdict.

...and they will judge the people with righteous judgment, appoint judges who are expert and righteous so that they will judge justly. (Sifrei)

Just following orders?

Then Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Ministers Naftali Bennett, Ayelet Shaked, and Moshe "Boogie" Ya'alon all supported the Shabbak, when it came under criticism for the handling of Ben Uliel's and others' interrogations. So, that must mean the Shabbak did not do anything wrong, correct?

Expert and Righteous

This refers to expertise in Torah, and righteousness in Torah observance. None of the judges on the Israeli Supreme are expert or righteous in regard to Torah. Even the religious judges appear to be focused on their position's mandate, which is to consider and interpret the laws of the secular state, the laws created by men.

Judge justly

The Israeli Supreme Court judges may believe that they are judging justly. However, I find it difficult to accept that they have not taken under consideration the potential repercussions of letting Ben Uliel go free, such as violent protests and attacks by Arabs, as well as the usual condemnations from the so-called international community.

The Israeli Supreme Court has intervened on the issues of Jewish status, conversion, and Torah dietary laws. None of these issues should be within the Court's purview, a court filled with judges, most of whom, if not all of them, are not qualified to rule on these issues. Yet it has summarily decided to put them under its control. How long will it take before marriage, divorce, and funerals will also fall under its purview. Where is the justice in that?

I have only one possible answer as to how this Court could possibly see these issues under its purview: The systematic chipping away of Torah authority, in favor of Western culture and sensibilities.

And any mamalakhti who who believes that the Israeli Supreme Court is on the level of the Sanhedrin, even analogous to the Sanhedrin, even temporarily, is nothing less than a collaborator.

And what exactly is the justice being referred to in this same Torah portion?

Justice, justice you will pursue, in order that you will live, and inherit the land which the Lord your God has given you. (Deut. 16:20)

הכתבה הזו כאילו מציעה שמעולם לא שמענו טענות כאלה נגד יחידות של חיילים חילוניים. היא פשוט תעמולה? האם אנו יודעים את הפקודות שניתנו לגדוד הזה כלפי מצבים כאלה? האם אנו יודעים את הוראות פתיחת באש ליחידה זו? האם הם שונים מיחידות אחרות?

במשך שנים כבר אנו שומעים על חיילים שמפחדים לצאת מידי חובותם להגן עלינו בשל עונשים אפשריים. ונראה לי שהחיילים שכן עושים את מה צריכים לעשות הם הופכים לשעיר לעזאזל כדי להכנע לערבים הצועקים, לשמאלנים ולקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול.

כפי שכתבתי בעבר, המדינה לא רוצה חרדים בצה"ל באמת. אלא היא פשוט רוצה לשמור התירוץ להמשיך בהסתה נגדם. אין לסוגיית גיוס החרדים שום קשר לגיוס החרדים ממש.

הישמעאלים הערבים ממשיכים להתנהג כנזכר בתנ״ך. והם מחוזקים מהפחד של חיילי צה"ל מהממשלה ומהמפקדים שיכולים להזיק להם אחר כדי לקדם מטרות אישיות.

ממשלת ישראל מנסה לשמור בו זמנית על העוגה שלה ולאכול אותה.

בצבא מתקשים להגדיר ולהסדיר את מעמדו של הגדור, שנתפס כחרדי, ואת המחיר משלמים הלוחמים והקצינים שמשרתים בו ונאלצים לשרת באותה גזרה קבועה בשטחים - בניגוד לגדודים אחרים שעוברים רוטציה מלאה בין הגזרות השונות ברחבי הארץ.

האם זו מציעה שעומדים לבצע לגדוד שינויים קיצוניים? אפשר שעומדים לפרק אותו לגמרי? האם זאת הסיבה תירוץ לבדיקה המתמשכת כל-כך חזקה על ידי התקשורת הנשלטת על ידי אנשי השמאל?

ישיבות ההסדר הן מטרות למתקפה כבר שנים, בעוד שתוכניות מכינות קדם צה"ל, נאמני המדינה המושבעים, טיפחו והיללו.
אבל זה לא הכל. הגרסה העברית כוללת הערות של חייל אחד שסבור שהחיילים כמהים להפוך ל"גדוד חי"ר מן המניין", המסוגל ליישם את כל האימונים שניתנו להם בהכנה שוב לחמאס ולחיזבאללה.

נראה לי שבצבא מתקשים להגדיראבל זה לא הכל. הנוסח העברי כולל הערות של חייל אחד שמאמין שהחיילים כמהים להיות גדוד חי"ר מן המניין, ומסוגל ליישם את כל התאמנות שלהם להתמודד מול חמאס וחיזבאללה.

אני מאמין שצה"ל יתקשה להסדיר את גדוד נצח יהודה בין אם הגדוד נשאר באותו מקום ובין אם היה מסובב כמו הגדוד האחרים. צה״ל צריך להשקיע מאמץ מרוכז כדי להפריד את יחידות החיילים החרדים האלה מיחידות אחרות. כפי שכתבתי בעבר, לדעתי הממשלה ובמיוחד ח״כים השמאלניים לא רוצים באמת שחרדים מתגייסים לצה״ל. הם לא רוצים שחיילים חילונים יראו את החיילים החרדיים מתפללים שלוש פעמים ביום, מניחים תפילין, מברכים את ברכת המזון לאחר הארוחות, או משנים את התנהגותם בעבודה בשבת אפילו בזמן משמרת. בוודאי הם לא רוצים שלחיילים חילונים תהיה אפשרות לשאול את החיילים החרדים שאלות על התורה שהם רצו לשאול כל חייהם.

האם ההורים של החיילים הדתיים הממלכתיים רוצים שבניהם יהיו בסיכון להשתפיע ע״י החיילים החרדיים? להשתפיע ע״י יהודים המחברים את אמונתם לחייהם היום-יום? לספקים להם הזדמנות לחזק את אמונתם בהקב״ה ובתורתו. ועל חשבון הנאמנות במדינה?

אני מאמין שיש רק סיבה אחת שדורשים מחיילים חרדיים וגם חיילים ציונים דתיים מחמירים להתגייס בצה"ל: כדי להשפיע להם להפחית את יחס הקפדת התורה שלהם. כולנו כבר שמענו על הניסיונות לשבור את חיילי ישיבות ההסדר באמצעות כפייתם להקשיב לשירה של נשים ולראות אותן רוקדות, בניגוד לזכותם לחופש הדת. האם יש באמת לחיילים דתיים זכותם לחופש הדת?

אם הם אכן יתחילו לסובב את גדוד נצח יהודה, אז תהיה סיבה נוספת לכך שהם מתגייסים לצבא: בשר תותחים.

This report almost makes it seem like we have never head of such claims against units of secular soldiers. As far as the the leftist-controlled media is concerned, who is to say that this has not just been blown out of proportion for good propaganda-like measure? Oh, and what were the orders given to this battalion for such situations? And what were the rules of engagement laid down for this unit? Were they different from other units?

For years we have seen soldiers afraid to do their jobs to protect us, due to potential repercussions. It would not be the first time a soldier has been used as a scapegoat, in order to satisfy any outcry from Arabs, leftists, and the so-called international community, over the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] trying to do their jobs.

As I have written previously, the State does not actually want Haredim (ultra-orthodox) in the IDF. It just wants an excuse to continue its incitement against them. The Haredi Draft Issue has Never Been About the Haredi Draft

Arabs continue to behave as Arabs always have, emboldened by the fact they know about IDF soldiers' fear of their own government and commanders throwing them under the bus.

As far as the Israeli government goes, it is trying to have its cake and eat it too.

Now, here it comes...

The IDF finds it difficult to regulate the status of the Haredi battalion. During their service, the Netzah Yehudah soldiers are forced to stay only in the West Bank area, as opposed to other battalions that perform a rotation that includes the Gaza Strip and Lebanon and Syria borders.

Is this a suggestion that radical changes need to be made, including a possible break-up of this battalion entirely? It is this being used as an excuse for the intense scrutiny from the mainstream leftist-controlled media?

The Hesder Yeshivah, learn and serve programs have been targets of attack for years now, while the diehard State loyalist pre-IDF Mechinot programs have fostered and praise.

But that's not all. The Hebrew version includes comments from one soldier who believes the soldiers yearn to become "full-fledged infantry battalion," able to implement all of their training they have been given in preparation again Hamas and Hezbollah.

I believe that the IDF would find it difficult to regulate Netzah Yehudah whether the battalion stayed in the same location or was rotated like the others. It would have expend a concerted effort to keep these Haredi soldiers segregated from other units. As I have written before, they wouldn't want to risk having secular soldiers see their fellow soldiers pray three times a day, put on tefillin (phylacteries), say grace after meals, modify their work behavior on Shabbat (the Sabbath), even while on duty. They certainly would not want secular soldiers to have the opportunity to ask burning questions  about Torah they have had all their lives. 

And those soldiers from State Religious (mamlakhti) homes, many of whom are on track for leaving the IDF less religious than they were when they came in, if religious at all, would also be exposed to peers with greater faith than their own. to examples of Jews connecting their faith with their day to day lives, providing an opportunity for them to strengthen their own faith in The Almighty and His Torah, threatening the State's prime 

I believe there is only one reason Haredi soldiers, as well as strict Religious Zionist soldiers, in the IDF: to make them not Haredi, or to at least lessen their attitude of stringency. We have all already heard of the attempts at breaking the Hesder yeshivah soldiers, by forcing them to listening to women sing and to watch them dance, against their religious sensibilities. If they do begin rotating them, then there will be an additional reason why they were taken into the army, additional canon fodder.

ערוץ 7: ההצהרה המפתיעה של יו"ר הבית היהודי יוסי ברודני הצהיר בכנס פעילים בפתח תקווה: "אני בחיים לא אשב בממשלה עם בן גביר וסמוטריץ'."

יו"ר הבית היהודי, יוסי ברודני, טוען כי לא יהיה מוכן לשבת בממשלה אחת עם מפלגת הציונות הדתית.

בכנס בחירות בפתח תקווה אמר ברודני: "אני בחיים לא אשב בממשלה עם בן גביר וסמוטריץ'".

לערוץ 7 נודע כי ברודני הוסיף ואמר אני מעדיף לשבת עם מרצ", אך ציטוט זה הוכחש על ידי דובריו.

גורם במפלגת הבית היהודי מפד"ל שנכח בכנס טען בפני ערוץ 7 כי "הדברים כפי שנמסרו לא נאמרו ואף הוצאו מהקשרם".

נציין כי באותו כנס גם הצהיר ברודני כי "הרב הראשי הבא יהיה רב דתי לאומי. זו תהיה דרישת סף לכניסתה של הבית היהודי- מפד"ל לממשלה הבאה".

בתוך כל בחדשות כאן ב' פורסם כי יו"ר "הרוח הציונית" שקד מוכנה להציע את המקום השלישי ברשימתה לבית היהודי ולעומד בראשה. ההצעה כוללת ריצה משותפת ומתן אפשרות למפלגה להשתמש באות "ב" בפתק ההצבעה בקלפי, אות ששייכת באופן מסורתי במשך עשורים רבים למפלגת הבית היהודי ולפניה למפד"ל.

גורמים פוליטיים אמרו כי בבית היהודי מסרבים להסתפק במקום אחד בלבד ומעוניינים לשבץ עוד מעומדים שלהם בהמשך הרשימה - וזה סלע המחלוקת העיקרי בין הצדדים. בלשכתה של השרה שקד העדיפו שלא להגיב לדברים.

בבית היהודי מסרו בתגובה כי "מדובר בבלון ניסוי. יוסי ברודני הוכיח שרק טובת הציבור עומדת בראש מעייניו. הוא לא מחפש סידור פוליטי, אלא לדאוג לציבור הדתי לאומי שצריך בית לערכיו ולצרכיו וקורא לציבור הדתי לאומי לחזור לבית היהודי".

מה מפתיעה? האם אתם הופתעתם ברגע ששמעתם את ההצהרה הזו? אני בכלל לא הופתעתי. "וְאֵין כָּל חָדָשׁ תַּחַת הַשָּׁמֶשׁ" (קהלת א,ט)

"אני בחיים לא אשב בממשלה עם בן גביר וסמוטריץ'.

למה לא? כי הם מאמינים שהתורה נוגעת בכל היבט של חיינו, ולא רק "שבת וכשרות?" כי הם מאמינים שאנחנו צריכים לשמור את כל התורה כולה, ולא רק המצוות הנוחות והקלות? (אם ברודני לא כבר יודע, אני מודיע לו עבשיו שהרבה מצוות בתורה הן לא נוחות ולא קלות וגם לא מקובלות על ידי הגויים בכלל.) מפני שהם פועלים למען חיזוק האופי היהודי של המדינה, למרות המאמצים של לפיד ומיכאלי ועוד הרבה כאלה?

ומה גורם לברודני להאמין שבן גביר (עוצמה יהודית) וסמוטריץ' (הציונות הדתית) לשבת איתו בממשלה? כנראה הם כן מוכנים. אבל למה למה ברודני חושב שהוא כל כך חשוב ומיוחד? למה ברודני חושב שמגיע לו יותר ממנדט אחד מאיילת שקד כדי להצטרף להצטרף בריצה משותפת עם מפלגת הרוח הציונית שלה?

רב ראשי דתי לאומי?
מה זאת אומרת רב ראשי דתי?

מה זאת אומרת רב ראשי דתי? ראש ישיבת הסדר שהורה לתלמידיו לסרב לפקודות צה"ל לגרש יהודים מבתיהם?
רב העיר שלא מפחד להכריז שלפי התורה אסור להשכיר דירות לגויים שנ' לא תחנם (דברים ז, ב)?)?

או...

ראש ישיבה ששיתף פעולה בגירוש יהודים מעזה (כולל גוש קטיף) וצפון השומרון?
רב הישוב שמאשר קהילת נוצרים אמריקאים להתישב בגבעה סמוכתו? רב מודרני המדגיש את המודרניות על חשבון דיני תורה?
רב המודרך על ידי ההרגשות שלו בפסיקות דין?
רב שמוכן לקבל את כל מה שיוצא מהכנסת כדין תורה וכל מה שיוצא מבג"ץ כתורה שבעל פה?

ברור שבדוגמא האחרון אני מגזים. בכל מקרה חשוב לשאול ולדעת מה הכוונה של יוסי ברודני לגבי רב ראשי דתי לאומי.

אנחנו צריכים להשתדל להסיר מעם ישראל את מנטליות הגלות של אדום (רומא / עשיו / עולם המערב) ולא לעודד את זה.

לדאוג לציבור הדתי לאומי?

The chairman of the Jewish Home Party, Yossi Brodny, claims that he is not prepared to sit in the same government with the Religious Zionist Party.

Speaking at an election conference in Petah Tikva, Brodny said, "I will never sit in a government with [Itamar] Ben Gvir and [Bezalel] Smotrich."

Israel National News has learned that Brodny added, "I prefer to sit with Meretz", but his spokesperson denied he said this quote.

An official from the Jewish Home who was present at the conference told Israel National News that "the remarks, as they were reported, were not said and were even taken out of context."

At the same conference, Brodny also stated that "the next chief rabbi will be a national religious rabbi. This will be a threshold requirement for the Jewish Home to join the next government."

Meanwhile, Reshet Bet radio reported that Zionist Spirit Party chairwoman Ayelet Shaked is ready to offer the third spot on her slate to the Jewish Home leader.

Political sources said that the Jewish Home refuses to settle for just one spot on the slate and would like to place more of their candidates further down the slate, and this is the main bone of contention between the parties.

Minister Shaked's office refused to comment on the report. The Jewish Home party said that "this is a trial balloon. Yossi Brodny has proven that only the good of the public is what is important to him. He is not looking for a political arrangement, but to take care of the national religious community that needs a home for its values ​​and needs and calls on the national religious community to return to the Jewish Home."

What's so surprising? Were any of you surprised by Yossi Brodny's declaration? I certainly wasn't. "...there is nothing new under the sun." (Eccl. 1:9)

I will never sit in a government with Ben Gvir and Smotrich.
Why not? Because they believe the Torah touches every aspect of our lives, and not just "Shabbos and Kashrus shailos?" Because they believe we should keep the entire Torah, and not just those parts which are convenient and politically-correct? If Brodny did not already know, much of the Torah is politically-incorrect. Because they are working toward strengthening the Jewish character of the State, in spite of the efforts of those like Lapid and Michaeli? 

And what makes Brodny believe that Ben Gvir (Jewish Strength Party) and Smotrich (Religious Zionist Party) would sit in a government with him? They probably would. But what makes Brodny think he is so special? What makes Brodny think that he deserves more than one seat from Ayelet Shaked in order to join her Zionist Spirit Party slate?

A National Religious Chief Rabbi?

What does a National Religious Chief Rabbi mean to Yossi Brodny? A Hesder Rosh Yeshiva who told his students to refuse IDF orders to expel Jews from their homes? 

A city's Chief Rabbi unafraid to declare that the Torah prohibits renting apartments to non-Jews (of all varieties - Deut. 7:2)? 

Or...

A Rosh Yeshiva who actually aided and abetted (collaborated) in the expulsion of Jews from Gaza and Northern Samaria (including Gush Qatif)? 

A town's rabbi who approves of an American Christian community essentially settling a neighboring hilltop?

A rabbi guided by his feelings when making rulings of halakhah (Torah law)? 

A rabbi who is willing to accept everything that comes out of the Knesset as Torah law and everything that comes out of the Israeli Supreme Court as Oral Torah?

A rabbi who emphasizes the "modern" in Modern Orthodoxy at the expense of Torah?" 

Clearly, I in this last example, I was exaggerating. Nevertheless, it is important to know what Yossi Brodny means by "National Religious" Chief Rabbi.

We need to work to remove ourselves from the mentality of our current, and with The Almighty's help, last, exile of Edom (Esau / Rome / The West) and not reconcile with it.

To take care of the National Religious community?

Does Brodny still believe that there is only one National Religious community? Certainly Ben-Gvir and Smotrich consider themselves to be national religious. He believes we should say no to factionalism and no to extremism. Which National Religious public would that be? The who were indoctrinated into diehard State loyalty in the mamlakhti educational system? Who robotically go out to war for whose children often come back from the army without a kippah? Are those who are unwilling to blindly accept any dictates from the State which contradict the Torah excluded from the National Religious community according to Brodny? 

Yossi Brodny doesn't surprised anyone. He's just a mam-lakh-ti.

And just when I thought that the Jewish Home Party - National Religious Party was finally dead...

Before you go to the polls, please remember just one thing: The Jewish Home Party is neither Jewish, a Home, nor even a Party.

Not even a quote from Rav Kook ztz"l can change that.

אני לא מאשר וגם לא מקדם את מעשיו לכאורה של אליהו כהן. אני מפרסם את הכתבה הזו רק מהסיבות הבאות:

א' לפי הדוח של אליהו כהן נראה ששיטות חקירה של השב"כ על מה ששמענו בעבר עדיין קיימות. 

ב' הכתה הזו מוכיחה שקיימים אירועי טרור ערבים הלא מדווחים בחדשות. ברור שתושבי יהודה ושומרון ועזה כבר יודעים את זה היטב.

Vos Iz Neias: Great-Grandson Of Rav Chaim Kanievski, Rav Steinman Arrested For ‘Chareidi Underground’ Activities August 23, 2022

JERUSALEM (VINnews) — Eliyahu Cohen, a great-grandson of Rabbi Chaim Kanievski Zts’l and Rabbi Aharon Leib Steinman Zts’l, has been remanded in custody on suspicion of establishing an “underground group”, including preparing makeshift explosives in his yeshiva room.

Cohen, a resident of Bnei Brak, was arrested nearly a month ago on suspicion of using weaponry or an installation for creating weaponry for terrorist purposes as well as obtaining illegal weapons. Cohen allegedly wished to create explosive devices in order to establish a chareidi underground movement and assist the youth on the hills in Judea and Samaria in their attempts to establish settlements. Cohen is also suspected of plotting to commit crimes, plotting to perform acts of terror and preparing dangerous substances. (cont.)

I do not support, approve, nor condone whatever actions Eliyahu Cohen has been accused of. I am posting the above article for the following reasons only:

1. According to Eliyahu Cohen's report, the interrogation methods of Israel's General Security Service (Shabba"k), which we have already been hearing about, appear to be continuing.

2. This article provides proof that there are Arab terrorist incidents that do not get reported in the news. Of course, those Jews residing in Judea and Samaria and Gaza already know this all too well.

3. Unity between different religious groups that regard the Torah as having a higher authority than the laws of the State, such as Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) and the hilltop, settler youth, appears to be the most dangerous thing the Israeli government fears. And we really do not hear much about such unity in the media, with the exceptions such as Haredim turning into mamlakhtim (diehard State loyalists), or religious Jews in general rejecting Torah observance, and being embraced by secular Jews for this.

ערוץ 7: הרפורמה בבגרות: תלמידי התיכון לא ילמדו על בית המקדש השני 

בעקבות הרפורמה של משרד החינוך, חומר הלימוד בתיכון יקוצץ משמעותית והפרק שעוסק בתקופת הבית השני יוסר.

בעקבות הרפורמה בבחינות הבגרות שתיכנס לתוקף בתחילת חודש ספטמבר הקרוב, חומר הלימוד בתיכון יקוצץ משמעותית. בשל כך, הפרק העוסק בתקופת הבית השני יוסר לגמרי מתוכנית הלימודים.

על פי דיווח של עיתון 'הארץ', החל משנת הלימודים הקרובה יפסיקו ללמוד בבתי הספר את הנושאים הבאים: גלות בבל, הצהרת כורש, עזרא ונחמיה, בית המקדש השני, התרבות הלניסטית, גזרות אנטיוכוס, מרד החשמונאים, מרד מצדה ומרד בר כוכבא.

עו"ד רחלי צינקין המתמודדת בפריימריז בציונות הדתית הגיבה: "עוד כמה שנים אף ילד לא יבין מהו יתרונה של מדינת ישראל ע"פ המילקי בברלין. תפקידנו להחזיר את התנ"ך,הזהות היהודית וההיסטוריה לתוכניות הלימודים, אחרת לא נהיה כאן! "עם שאינו יודע את עברו ההווה שלו דל ועתידו לוט בערפל" (יגאל אלון).

כפי שפורסם, את בחינות הבגרות שיבוטלו תחליף עבודה מסכמת רב-תחומית שתוערך על ידי בוחן חיצוני. 

(הגרסה באנגלית מפרטת שהמקצועות בהם ייבחנו התלמידים בבחינות חיצוניות יהיו אנגלית, מתמטיקה, שפה נוספת וקורס בחירה.)

העבודה המסכמת תוערך על ידי בוחן חיצוני, כאשר הציון של עבודה זו יורכב מציון בית ספרי (50%) ומציון הערכה החיצוני (50%). ציון הערכה החיצוני יורכב מהערכת העבודה הכתובה ומהערכת פרזנטציה בעל פה על העבודה.

בתום כתיבת העבודה המסכמת הרב תחומית ובדיקה על ידי צוות המורים של מקצועות המח"ר בבית הספר, היא תועבר ל הערכה חיצונית של המשרד. הערכה תתבצע כפי שהיא נעשית כיום במסגרת עבודות גמר בהיקף של 5 יחידות לימוד.

הערכה החיצונית תכלול גם בחינה חיצונית בעל פה על ידי בוחן חיצוני. הערכה זו תעשה אך ורק בתום הגשת העבודה המסכמת הרב תחומית. (הגרסה באנגלית מפרטת שהמקצועות נוספים כגון תנ"ך, ספרות, היסטוריה, אזרחות ועוד ילמדו במסגרת בתי הספר והבחינות יתקיימו באופן פנימי.)

עשר אגורות (2¢):
המטרה של הרפורמה בבגרות הזו יכולה להיות התלמידם הדתיים הלאומיים, שרובם כבר עברו אינדוקטרינציה (שטיפת מוח) לנאמנות המדינה גמורה (ממלכתיות) על חשבון התורה. בגלל הרפורמה בבגרות יש בלימודי התיכון הרבה פחות דגש על מורשת עם ישראל. לכן האינדוקטרינציה תתחזק.

אחרי סיום לימודי התיכון, התלמידים האלה או ממשיכים לעבור את האינדוקטרינציה בישיבות קדם-שירות צבאי (המכינות) או מתחילים שירותם בצה"ל מיד, כבר מוכנים למלא פקודות עד המוות ללא עוררין, אפילו פקודות הנוגדות בתורה.

בצד השני הרפורמה בבגרות הזו מחזקת גם את התלמידים החילונים וגם התלמידים הלא-יהודים. התלמידים המוסלמיים ילמדו את האיסלם בבית ובמסגדים. התלמידים הנוצריים, כולל מלא הגוים הממשיכים לעלות ארצה ללא סוף מברית המועצות לשעבר, ילמדו את הנוצרות בבית ובכנסיות. וכן, יש הרבה כנסיות בישראל, מעל ומעבר לאלו של הנוצרים הערביים, הארמניים והאתיופיים. יש שפע של כנסיות של דוברות רוסית, אוונגליקאלים / מיסיונרים, ולעובדים הזרים.

לדעתי, הרפורמה בבגרות הזו היא לא רק לחזק את החילון של מדינת ישראל. לא רק לדלל את אופי היהודי של מדינת ישראל. אלא המטרה גם יכולה להיות להפחית את מספר היהודים מהאוכלוסיה, דרך הירידה מהארץ, ההתבוללות, השמד, ונישואין התערובת.

אתם חושבים שאני תיאורטיקן קונספירציה? תסתכלו סביבה ותגידו לי שאני טועה. זוהי המטרה הסופית של הערב רב, תערובות אומות של גרים (רש"י שמות יב,לח) שיצאו איתנו ממצרים). וצאצאיהם עדיין בתוכנו וממשיכים לגרום לנו בעיות מבפנים.

אין ספק שישנם יהודים תמימים ומוטעים עם כוונה טובה, המאמינים בצורך להראות לאומות העולם שאנחנו דומים להם כדי להבטיח את הישרדותו של עם ישראל.

וזה האתגר שלנו, לחנך את אחינו שלא כל מה שיוצא מהמשלה לטובתנו. מתי דתיים הממלכתיים יתעוררו כבר להבין את זה?

מה הדעות של ח"כים הדתיים הלאומיים של מפלגות ימינה רוח ציונות, הממלכתיים, הבית היהודי, ויש עתיד? האם הם צופים מה מגיע? האם אכפת להם? האם הם תומכים ברפורמה בבגרות הזו?

שפה נוספת יותר חשוב מלימוד התנ"ך?! אפילו רה"מ הראשון החילוני דוד בן-גוריון (עבודה) למדינת ישראל תמך בלימוד תנ"ך בבתי ספר.

"תנ"ך והיסטוריה ועוד ילמדו במסגרת בתי הספר והבחינות יתקיימו באופן פנימי."

בינתיים. ובשנת הלימודים תשפ"ד יבוטלו? כבר ביטלו את גלות בבל, הצהרת כורש, עזרא ונחמיה, בית המקדש השני, התרבות הלניסטית, גזרות אנטיוכוס, מרד החשמונאים, מרד מצדה ומרד בר כוכבא. אז למה לא?

Arutz 7: Exam reform: Large portions of history to be left out of curriculum
Babylonian exile, the Second Temple, and revolts against Greeks and Romans are just some of the events that are to be cut.

In accordance with the reform in Israel's standardized matriculation exams, which will take effect in September, the material taught in the nation's high schools will be cut drastically. As part of the cut, the chapter that discusses the Second Temple Period in Jewish history will be completely removed from the curriculum.

According to a report in Haaretz, high school students will no longer learn about the following topics: the Babylonian exile, Cyrus's proclamation, Ezra and Nehemia, the Second Temple, Hellenism, Antiochus' decrees, and the Hasmonean, Masada, and Bar Kokhba revolts.

Attorney Racheli Sinkin, who is running in the Religious Zionism party primaries, commented: "In a few years no child will understand why the State of Israel is any better than Berlin. Our job is to return the Tanakh (Bible, Prophets, and Writings), Jewish identity, and history to the curriculum, otherwise we won't be here!"

(The Hebrew version includes Sinkin citing Yigal Alon: "A people which does not know its past, its future is shrouded in fog.")

Earlier this year a major reform in matriculation exams was announced. According to the reform, students will no longer be required to take 12 to 14 matriculation exams, but only four to five. The subjects in which students will be tested in external exams will be English, mathematics, another language, and an elective. A student will also be able to take another elective if he or she chooses to do so, for example, science or computer science.

With the exception of those external exams, other subjects such as Bible, literature, history, civics, and more will be taught within the schools and the examination will take place internally. At the same time, the standard that students will be required to meet will be particularly high.

Esser Agaroth (2¢): 

The current exam reform is a clear targeting of Religious Zionist students, most of whom have already been indoctrinated into diehard state loyalty (mamlakhtiyuth), often at the expense of the Torah's authority. Then, when they graduate from high school, now with even less emphasis on our ancient heritage and development as a people, they either continue their indoctrination within most of the mechinot (pre-Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] yeshivas), or choose to begin their IDF service immediately, ready to follow orders to the death without question. 

The current exam reform also props up secular and non-Jewish students. Muslim students will receive their religious education at home and at mosques. Christian students, including the seemingly endless flow of non-Jews from the former Soviet Union, will receive their religious education at home and at church. And yes, there are many churches in Israel, above and beyond those of Arab, Armenian, and Ethiopian Christians. There are plenty of churches: Russian-speaking, Evangelical / missionary, and those providing for the needs of foreign workers.

The current exam reform, in my opinion, is not just to strengthen the secularization of the State of Israel. It is not just to de-Judaize the State of Israel. Rather, it is to de-Jewify the Land of Israel, even further than it already is.

This is your cue to call me a conspiracy theorist. But look around you. This is the ultimate goal of the Erev Rav, the descendants of the mixed-multitude of false converts, who accompanied us out of Egypt, and have been causing us problems from within ever since (Ex. 12:38). Tell me I am wrong.

Certainly there are those naïve and misguided Jews with good intentions, believing in the need to keep up with the goyim, so to speak, in order to ensure the survival of the Jewish People. 

However, we are being challenged. We are receiving yet another proverbial kick in the pants. When will the mamlakhtim snap out of it, and finally realize that not everything implemented by the Israeli Government is for the good of the Jewish People? 

What are the responses of the Religious Zionists of the Yamina Zionist Spirit, the Jewish Home Party, the Mamlakhi and the Yesh Atid Parties? Do they see what is coming? Do they care? Do they support this examination reform?

Inquiring minds want to know.

An additional language is more important than Tana"kh (Bible)?!

Even the State of Israel's first prime minister, the secular David Ben-Gurion (Labor Party) supported 

...other subjects such as Bible, literature, history, civics, and more will be taught within the schools and the examination will take place internally.

For now. Then next year they will just be canceled as easily as... "the Babylonian exile, Cyrus's proclamation, Ezra and Nehemia, the Second Temple, Hellenism, Antiochus' decrees, and the Hasmonean, Masada, and Bar Kokhba revolts?"

Soon, it will be as if they did not exist in the Israeli public school system.

Also in 2010, he apologized to Turkey for the incident on the 'Mavi Marmara' of the Gaza flotilla. In my opinion, he apologized for Israel Defense Forces [IDF] soldiers right to defend themselves. Why did he apologize? Fear of the so-called International Community and what it would think of us perhaps? Everything is about politics, it seems....

Yoel "Yuli" Edelstein (101) was the main speaker at THE FEAST, a missionary convention in 2012, in spite of having been warned about this group by former Jerusalem City Councilwoman Mina Fenton. The organizer of THE FEAST has also been connect to the King of Kings organization. He also attended the grand opening of the World Biblical Zionist Center of Joel Bell.

In spite of the recent completion of the Fast of the Fifth Month (Tisha b'Av) this year, it is incumbant upon us to continue to be aware of the daily destruction of the Holy Temple.

"...They said, any generation in which it is not rebuilt is debited as if it had destroyed it." (Jerusalem Talmud 1:1)

If you are not already weeping or enraged over the Holy Temple's destruction, then this video should make you feel the way you should be feeling. Cry, get angry, yell!

But you should not shout too loudly. And you should be careful about the words that come out of your mouth. Why? Because the powers that be are willing to tolerate shouting and unkind words only from protestors who hate, misrepresent, or try to cancel the Torah. They are simply unwilling to tolerate any protestations from those Torah observant Jews, who hold the Almighty and His Holy Torah in higher authority than the State. In the end, you might end up in jail for daring to question any actions by the so-called democratic State! God forbid! 

And yet these same powers that be accuse these Torah-observant Jews of baseless hatred, a concept extracted from the Talmud, taken out of context.

And to those Jews who do ascend Har HaBayith (the Temple Mount), you should remember that going up to this Holy place is not just a photo opp. Rather it is a very important and very serious act.

אפילו שאני שמח לשמוע על תוצאות מבצע ״עלות השחר״, אני גם חושב ששעת הביצוע נוח מדי בשביל ראש הממשלה מעבר יאיר לפיד ובני גנץ. ובהחלט הכל התחיל והסתיים מהר מאוד. נכון?

רעש גדול בתקשורת החדשות, שלושה חודשים לקראת הבחירות, אני מאמין שלפיד וגנץ מרוויחים מנדטים בזכות זה ונתניהו מפסיד אותם.

אתמול לפיד גם התיר ליהודים לעלות להר הבית בצום החמישי (תשעה באב הנדחה). לרמרות זאת, היה שקט יחסי בהר הבית בזמן שצה״ל המשיך לתהקיף בעזה. איך יכול להיות?

עכשיו באוטובוס דיברתי עם חייל חיל האוויר. הוא לא ישן יומיים. לדעתו למרות השקט כעת, מצפים לאירוע גדול, בעיקר בדרום, אבל בסופו של דבר גם בצפון. הוא המשיך ואמר שהדעה הזו כבר מדווחת בתקשורת. אישית אני רק מצאתי רמזים לכך.

Although I must admit, I happy about this latest report, I cannot help but think that this might have been a convenient time for [caretaker] Prime Minister Yair Lapid and Benny Gantz to attack. That was certainly a rather quick operation, too, don't you think?

Making a big splash across the news, just under three months to elections, I can see right before my eyes, Lapid and Gantz making gains, and Netanyahu losing ground. 

Not only that, but Lapid allowed Jews to ascend the Temple Mount yesterday on the observed Fast of the Fifth Month (Tisha b'Av). How was it that there was relative calm on the Temple Mount while fighting continued in the South?

Just now on the bus, I was speaking with a soldier in the Israel Air Force [IAF]. According to him, and not having slept for the last two days, it may be quiet for now but they are expecting something big, mostly in the South, but eventually in the North [from Hizbolla]. He continued, saying that this has already been suggested in the news. After a cursory check, I found only hints to this.

Others have already suggested this, and based on the Arabs themselves. (See the above unconfirmed tweet, for example) Residents in the South have expressed their concerns that we have not seen the last missile fired toward us.

So were Lapid and Gantz attempting to save the Jewish People from annihilation at the hands of our Ishmaelite [Arab / Muslim] enemies? Or just attempting to save their political futures? Who else was involved? Who else had what to gain? You can decide that for yourselves.

This? From our "Religious Zionist" prime minister?

Say what you will about Binyamin Netanyahu, but at least he had the self-respect, and respect for Jewish life to welcome a Jew home property to his Homeland, and on top of maintaining security on Har HaBayith (Temple Mount), which was very challenging at the time.

I am not sure what Bennett's playing at, what his motivation is for making such a statement now. To save face perhaps?

Bennett even "...urged Netanyahu to 'take steps to bring the murderer to trial" rather than turn the case into a "political spectacle'."

1. Bennett called for the Israeli security guard to be brought to trial in Jordan, where they were calling for the death penalty?

2. Bennett called this security guard a murderer, even before his trial?

3. On the other hand, Netanyahu worked to bring the security guard home, fulfilling the mitzvah of pidyon shvuyim, redeeming the captive.

And so, there is nothing more to say, except...
