Now, there's something you don't see everyday.
Apparently, I past through the scene of the crime, on my way home in the Shomron (Samaria) from Tel-Aviv, only a short time before Spiderman's appearance. Rosh-Ha'Ayin sits a few cities away from Tel-Aviv to the east.
The man in custody is from Ari'el in heart of the Shomron.
