מפלגה
חיפשתי ״ימין דתי״ אבל רק הצלחתי למצוא רשימת מפלגות שבנט השתתף בהן בויקיפדיה: הבית היהודי, הימין החדש, בנט 2026. לצערנו לקרוא למפלגה שלו ״ימין דתי״ בדיחה לא מצחיקה בכלל כי מציגה את מצב הרוחני של הציונים כבכול באופן מדויק.

שי פירון
אסור לשכוח ששי פירון כיהן בתור שר החינוך בהוא כיהן כשר החינוך במשך שנתיים וחצי (2013 - 2014). נתניהו היה ראש הממשלה. אבל פירון היה חבר במפלגת יש עתיד של יאיר לפיד, שהייתה שותפה בקואליציה השלטת. בתקופת הכהונה שלו הוא דיבר על ״חינוך מחודש״ לנוער הגבעות. תרגום? השתלבות בחברה ישראלית המקבלת את סמכות הממשלה הנאמנה למדינה באותה רמה, או אפילו ברמה יותר גבוהה מן התורה. הכינוי הידוע של מאמין בשקפה זו הוא ״ממלכתי״.

פירון גם השתתף בארוחה מתחלת אחרי יום צום של חודש הרמדאן. אני עדיין לא מבין איך יהודי שומר תורה ומצוות יכול לתת תמיכה לאמונות של דת זרה. 

בחודש שעבר בנט נפגש עם שאר ראשי מחנה האופוזציה, במסגרת המאמץ לגיבוש חזית פוליטית רחבה לקראת הבחירות. בפגישה השתתפו ראש האופוזיציה ויו"ר יש עתיד יאיר לפיד, יו"ר ישראל ביתנו אביגדור ליברמן, יו"ר כחול לבן בני גנץ, ח"כ לשעבר גדי איזנקוט ויו"ר הדמוקרטים יאיר גולן. הם בחרו שלא להצטלם, ובמקביל המפלגות הערביות לא הוזמנו לפגישה.

בנט מול סמוטריץ׳
למרות שאין סיבה להעריץ את סמוטריץ', אי אפשר לצפות שהוא יכל להשיג את כל המטרות שבנט טוען שהוא מסוגל להשיג. אם בנט מאמין שהוא מסוגל להלחם נגד נתניהו טראמפ, אז הוא חי בסרט.

לאחרונה בנט מתח ביקורת על אישור תוכניתו של טראמפ לעזה, כולל תיאום תנועות הכוחות עם ארה"ב (YNET). למרות שהוא בהחלט לא טועה בכך שמעיר זאת, אנו מחויבים לזכור את התוכנית המגוחכת שבנט הציע בפעם הקודמת שהוא השתתף בעולם הפויטי, שרבים מאיתנו מכנים "אוסלו 2". אם הוא חושב שהיא ולו במעט "ציונית", אז הוא ממש השתגע.

עדיין ישנן שאלות על יחסו של סמוטריץ' לנוצרי אמריקאי טומי וולר, המתגורר בשומרון, לכאורה באישורו של הרב אליעזר מלמד. עד כה הוא לא ענה, למרות שקיבלו אישור קבלתן מצד צוותו.

אבל ישנן גם שאלות לגבי יחסו של בנט לנוצרייה הת'ר ג'ונסטון (תמונה להלן), מייסדת תוכנית המנהיגות החינוכית JH-ישראל באריאל שבשומרון. מאז, הצליח האירגון להכניס תכנית לצה"ל, בתור לסייע לאלמנות, יתומים וקורבנות טרור.

Political Party
I searched for "yamin dati" (religious right), but I was only able to find a list of parties Bennett has participated in: Jewish Home, New Right, Bennett 2026. Calling his party "religious right" is not a funny joke at all because it accurately portrays the spiritual state of the Zionists in general. The Bennet 2026 was still under construction, at the time of this post.

Shai Piron
We must not forget that Piron served as minister of education for two and half years (2013 - 2014). Netanyahu was prime minister. Yet Piron was a member of the Yesh Atid Party of Yair Lapid which was part of the ruling coalition. While Minister of Education, he proposed "Re-Education" for the Hilltop Youth. Translation? Integration into an Israeli society accepting the government on par with, if not higher in importance that, than Torah.

He also hosted a Ramadan break-fast. I still do not understand how any Torah-observant Jew would provide any validation to the beliefs of a foreign religion.

Last month, Bennett met with other opposition leaders as part of efforts to build a broad front ahead of the next election. Participants included Opposition Leader and Yesh Atid chair Yair Lapid, Israel Beiteinu chair Avigdor Lieberman, Blue and White chair Benny Gantz, former Knesset member Gadi Eisenkot, and Democrats chair Yair Golan.

Bennett vs. Smotrich
Although there is no reason to admire Smotrich, one cannot expect that he could achieve all the goals that Bennett claims he could. If Bennett believes that he is capable of fighting against Netanyahu and Trump, then he is, as we say in Israel, living in a movie.

Recently Bennett criticized the approval Trump's plan for Gaza, including the coordination of troop movements with the U. S. (YNET). Although he certainly not wrong for pointing this out, we are obligated to remember the ridiculous plan he proposed the last time around, which many of us refer to as "Oslo II." If he thinks it is anything even remotely "Zionist," then he is delusional.

Christian Connections
There are still questions about Smotrich's attitude towards the American Christian, Tommy Waller, who lives in Samaria with the apparent approval of Rabbi Eliezer Melamed. (photo above) So far he has not answered, even though they have received confirmation of their acceptance by his team.

But there are also questions about Bennett's connection with the Christian Heather Johnston (photo above), the founder of the JH-Israel Educational Leadership Program in Ariel in Samaria. Since then, the organizers have been able to infiltrate the IDF, in the capacity to help widows, orphans, and terror victims.

In other words, just more of the same old Bennett, rebranded, I suppose.

My suggestion to Bennett is to refrain from having "datti" (religious) anywhere near the name of his new party.

I believe that most Israelis will be able to see how ridiculous that would be.

And no, neither am I making fun nor am I minimalizing what you and other Jews in the U. S. go through on an increasingly regular basis.

I will hazard a guess that you are defending you place an American to reside in peace and tranquility in your homeland.

Well, in spite of so many of my fellow Jews here in Israel claiming that my pleas to you will fall on deaf ears, please indulge me.

The U. S. is not your homeland; is. And, as I have stated so many times, even with all of the flaws of the goverment and regime currently in control of it, the Land of Israel is your only, true homeland.

I am afraid that is one thing I cannot offer you in Israel, is really good pizza. I mean, there are acually a few decent pizza joints here. They are just not what you are probably used to in America. And, anytime anyone tries to open up a New York or Chicago style pizza joint, they never last very long. I am sure that California style* wouldn't have half a chance here either.

*Missing Mossarella's [kosher] whole garlic, artichoke heart, and marinated eggplant [kosher] pizza, San Diego, CA.

But, hey. Maybe you can offer it here, when you open your new sports bar!

There aren't very many sports bars in Israel. With your experience, yours could rise to be the most popular. Just think of what an exciting challenge it would be to open up a sports bar in Israel. #JEXIT ראשי תבות ליציאת היהודים מהמפלגה הדמוקרטית, כלומר עידוד היהודים לוותר את חברות המפלגה הדמוקרטית של ארה״ב.

הסמל של המפלגה הדמוקרטית היא החמור עם כוכבים כמו שבדגל ארה״ב. הכוכבים האלה הוחלפו כאן למגני דוד כדי להדגיש את הדבקות של יהודי אמריקה למפלגה הזו ממש כמו חברי מפד״ל הבית היהודי ימינה ממשיכים לחזור על אותה הטעות ומצפים תוצאות שונות.

אפילו החרדים מתנגדי הציונות כביכול יודעים הטיב שארץ ישראל היא מולדתו האמיתית היחידה של עם ישראל. הם פשוט לא מאמינים שעלינו לחזור ״בחומה״ (המוניהם) לארץ שנכבשה מחדש על ידי האנשים שכבשו אותה, כפי שעשו, ומהסיבות שבגללן כבשו אותה. במקום זאת, הם מאמינים שרק על המשיח לכבוש את ארצנו ולהחזיר אותנו ארצה.

בשנת 2008, חבר שלי הציע שכדאי לנו לתמוך בברק אובמה לנשיאות, כי אם הוא נבחר, המצב ייגרע עד כדי שהיהודים ייאושו ויעזבו. ובכן, הוא נבחר -- פעמיים - אבל היציאה הגדולה המצופה לא קרה.

המצב החמיר הרבה יותר בתקופת נשיאות ביידן. אבל היהודים עוד לא יצאו.

כיום, היהודים הימיניים שעדיין בארה"ב בגולה תלויים מדי בנשיא טראמפ כדי לשמור עליהם בטוחים.

עכשיו לאחר שזוהראן ממדאני נבחר לראשות עיריית ניו יורק, הכוללת את האוכלוסייה היהודית השנייה בגודלה בעולם, כמה יהודים מתוך מיליון תושבי ניו יורק שאיימו לצאת מניו יורק, באמת ייצאו?

ולאן הם ילכו? לארץ ישראל או לחלק אחר של ארץ המקלט הזמנית והלא-יהודית, מה שנקראת ארה״ב של אמריקה, ובכך יחזרו על אותה טעות פעם אחר פעם, בציפייה לתוצאות שונות?

ואיך זה שונה מיציאת ספרד בשנות ה-1490 לאיטליה, פולין, יוון או טורקיה, ואז הצורך לצאת שוב, לאחר שהאווירה עבור היהודים השתנתה לרעה?

המצבים האלה לא שונים בכלל. יהודי נודד הוא יהודי נודד, בין אם ברגל עם בגדים בלבד או במרצדס ממוזגת עם מזוודות מותגים ע״י לואי ויטון.

#JEXIT stands for Jewish Exit, as in encouraging Jews to exit the U. S. Democratic Party. However, what it should stand for is Jewish Exit from the Exile, and yes, this includes the United States.

Many Jews are still denial that the United States is the exile, that the lands of the non-Jewish nations are only temporary refuges, and not actually the homeland of the Jewish People.

Even with all of the flaws of a hopeless government and regime currently in control of the Land of Israel, it is the only, true homeland of the Jewish People. Emphasis on the "Land of," and not "state of."

Even the so-called anti-Zionist, ultra-orthodox know that the Land of Israel is the only true homeland of the Jewish People. They simply do not believe that we are to return en masse to a land reconquered by the people that reconquered it, the way that they did, and for the reasons that they did. Instead, they believe that only the Mashi'ah (messiah) has the mandate to accomplish this.

In 2008, a friend suggested that we should campaign for Barak Obama's bid to become President, because if elected, it would get so bad, that Jews finally pick up and leave. Well, he was elected... twice -- but that never happened.

It got much worse under President Biden, but Jews still did not leave.

Today, Jews on the conservative side have become too dependent on President Trump keep them safe.

Now that Zohran Mamdani has been elected the Mayor of New York City, which includes the second largest Jewish population on the planet, how many Jews of the million New York residents who have threatened to exit New York, will actually exit?

Where will they go? To Israel or another part of the non-Jewish, temporary land of refuge, known as the United States of America, thus repeating the same mistake over again, expecting different results?

How is this any different than exiting 1490s Spain for Italy, Poland, Greece, or Turkey, and then having to exit again, once the environment for Jews changed for the worse?

It's not. A wandering Jew is a wandering Jew, whether on foot with only the clothes or in an airconditioned Mercedes with Louis Vuitton luggage.

הסיפור המעשה של "ישראל הגדולה" הוא מערכת הנחות מזימה של היום הטוענת באופן שקרי שישראל מבקשת להרחיב את גבולותיה כך שיכללו חלקים נרחבים מהמזרח התיכון, מנהר הנילוס במצרים ועד נהר פרת בעיראק.

רעיון זה מיוחס לעתים קרובות באופן שגוי לקטעים מקראיים או לכתבים ציוניים ראשונים, אך שום מדיניות ישראלית רשמית או תוכנית היסטורית אמינה מעולם לא תמכו בשאיפות טריטוריאליות כאלה.

פירסום האגדה הוגדל לאחר מלחמת ששת הימים של ישראל ב-1967, כאשר היא כבשה כמה שטחים צמודיה, מה שהוביל כמה מבקרים לטעון לכוונות התפשטות.

A "Greater Israel" Map From Wikimedia.

The “Greater Israel” narrative is a modern conspiracy theory that falsely claims Israel seeks to expand its borders to encompass large parts of the Middle East, from the Nile River in Egypt to the Euphrates River in Iraq.

This idea is often misattributed to biblical passages or early Zionist writings, but no official Israeli policy or credible historical plan has ever endorsed such territorial ambitions.

The myth gained traction after Israel’s 1967 Six-Day War, when it occupied some neighbouring territories, leading some critics to allege expansionist intent.

In reality, Israel has returned much of that land (such as Sinai to Egypt in 1982) and has repeatedly engaged in negotiations over borders.

The “Greater Israel” story is largely used by anti-Israel propagandists to portray Israel as an imperialist project, despite the lack of evidence or political support for such an agenda within Israel itself.

למרות שאני תמיד מעריך את הניסיון להפריך מערכות קמזימות שקרים המתמקדים בישראל, Brilliant Maps לא מדויק בטעונות בדף פייסבוק שלו.

בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא, כָּרַת יְהוָה אֶת-אַבְרָם--בְּרִית לֵאמֹר: לְזַרְעֲךָ, נָתַתִּי אֶת-הָאָרֶץ הַזֹּאת, מִנְּהַר מִצְרַיִם, עַד-הַנָּהָר הַגָּדֹל נְהַר-פְּרָת. (בראשית טו,יח)

מצד אחד, פסוק זה מחלומו הנבואי של אבר[ה]ם אבינו בפרשת השבוע מזכירים את שטחה הסופי של ישראל, אך רוב היהודים המזהים את עצמם כציונים לא מתרכזים בשטח זה כמטרה סופית.

לצערנו, השטח שניתן לעם ישראל בימות יהושע בן נון, גם אינו נמצא ברשימת המשאלות של רוב הציונים כביכול.

יש כאלה שמדברים על ריבונות ביהודה, שומרון, ועזה. עם זאת, נראה שהם חיים בסרט שבו נשיא ארה"ב דונלד טראמפ, קיסר אימפרית רומא הנוכחי, יעזור לעם ישראל להשיג זאת. עם חיילים קטארים, חיילים טורקיים וחיילים אמריקאים נוצרים? רבים מאלה שהואשמו בהיותם ציונים אינם ציונים כל-כך, וכנראה שאין להם מושג מה הפירוש של המילה והזהות, קל וחומר שמקורה הוא התורה.

פסוקים בתורה: ארץ ישראל שייכת לעם ישראל by עשר אגורות

קבלת פליטים המאמינים בדתות זרות, בעוד שמדינות אחרות של עמם לא מקבלות אותם בברכה, פעילים למען זכות המגורים של עובדים זרים כי נולדו להם ילדים כאן, קיום משותף עם כל האמור לעיל, מודעה לכל מוסלמים בעולם שהם מוזמנים לעלות למסגד אל-אקצא הר הבית אם רוצים, וחופש ביטוי דתי ליהודים ולא יהודים כאחד, אין לאלה שום קשר לציונות אמיתית.

ציונות עבודה (סוציאליסטית) וציונות חילונית אינן באמת ציונות. האם אתם חושבים שמישהו מהיהודים האלה באמת מאמין במדינה יהודית אמיתית? ממלכה יהודית?

ציונים דתיים שמבלבלים בין שמירת החוקים הדמוקרטיים של מדינת ישראל לבין שמירת תורה ומצוות גם אינם באמת ציונים. קוראים להם בכינוי ״הממלכתיים״. הכינוי הזה ידוע יותר בירושלים, יהודה ושומרון.

ח״כ לשעבר דתי אחד האמין שאם הכנסת אי פעם תבטל את אופיה היהודי של המדינה, יהיה צורך לכבד את ההצבעה.* למה? בזכות הדמוקרטיה. האם הוא ציוני?

*אין לי שום כוונה לחשוף את שמו של ח״כ הזה עד שיהיה לי קובץ הווידאו של הראיונו בידי.

ציונות = ארץ ציון (ישראל) שייכת לעם ישראל...
...ולא לשום עם אחר, לא לישמעאל (ערבים/מוסלמים), לא לעשו (המערב, כולל נוצרים ומתקדמים כאחד). העובדה שישמעאל מאמין שניתן להם סמכות לפעול לכבוש את העולם, ועשו מאמין שירש את חסד האלוהים (חו״ח), ולכן גם ארץ ישראל, איתנו או בלעדינו, לא משנה ולא שייכת לעניין בכלל.

אחד התנאים עלינו לשמירת החזקה בארץ ישראל על ידי עם ישראל הוא שמירת תורה ומצוות. הזאת כוללת מניעת מלתת לגוים חניה בקרקע שנ׳ ״לא תחנם״ (דברים ז,ב).

אחת הסיבות למה הכנענים היו נועדו להגרש היא שהם כופרים בתורה שנ׳...

לֹא יֵשְׁבוּ בְּאַרְצְךָ, פֶּן-יַחֲטִיאוּ אֹתְךָ לִי: כִּי תַעֲבֹד אֶת-אֱלֹהֵיהֶם, כִּי-יִהְיֶה לְךָ לְמוֹקֵשׁ. (שמות כג,לג)

גם הנוצרים וגם המוסלמים כופרים בתורה, בין אם בחלקה ובין אם בכל התורה כולה (משנה תורה, הל׳ תשובה ג,יז).

ועכשיו חשבו על כל המצוות האחרות הלא תקינות מבחינה פוליטית הנמצאות בתורה, אותן גם אנחנו חייבים לשמור כחלק מהעסקה מהברית. חשבו על הזמנים שבהם לא שמרנו את המצוות האלה, וכאשר מנהיגינו (מלכינו) לא שמרנו את המצוות האלה. מה קרה לנו כתוצאה מכך? הסתלקנו מן הארץ, והוגלנו בתוך הגויים.

יהודים רבים שוכחים שהגלויות - ובמיוחד גלות אדום הנוכחית (רומא/המערב) - הן עונשים.

לפיכך, לפני שעם ישראל יכול לחשוב על "ישראל השלמה", עלינו לחשוב על מה שניתן לנו ממערב לנהר הירדן, אותו כבשנו, ובכל זאת ממשיכים להתלבט לגביו.

יש הציונים כביכול היושבים בנחות בכורסה שבסלון מאמינה בתמיכה בישראל, שולחים אלינו כסף, ואפילו מבקרים ו/או לומדים בארץ זמנית, אך לעולם לא יחשבו לגור בארץ ישראל באופן קבוע. רבים מהיהודים האלה הם דתיים. האם עלינו לזהות את היהודים שומרי התורה האלה כציונים אמיתיים? ואז כשהם רוצים להגיד לנו מה לעשות בארצני, האם עלינו להקשיב להם?

וגם עלינו להתאמץ על החזרת אחינו הביתה מהגולה. אנחנו צריכים לשכנע אותם שארצות המקלט של הגויים אמורות להיות זמניות. הן לא שייכות לנו, לא בורו פארק, לא פיקו-רוברטסון, לא ווסט רוג'רס פארק, ולא בוקה רטון.

הן לא שלנו.

ומה לגבי החזקת מה שמוכר פחות או יותר ע״י הקהילה הבינלאומית, כאילו שאנחנו צריכים להתעניין בהכרה בינלאומית? משמעות הדבר היא שמירה על חלקנו בברית שבינינו להקב״ה.

ואז אולי נוכל להתיחס שוב לדרום לבנון - החלקים הצפוניים של שטחי אשר ונפתלי - שנפלו שוב ושוב לידינו. ובכל זאת אנו ממשיכים להתעקש על דחיית המתנה הזו של חלק ארצנו.

אכן עניין קיום "ישראל השלמה" נראית רחוקה מאוד. שלא לדבר על הישראלים שכבר מקימים בתים ועסקים בקפריסין.

המבין יבין.

Although I always appreciate the attempted quashing of conspiracy theories lies focused on Israel, the Brilliant Maps Facebook post misses the boat.

In that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram, saying: 'To your seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates; (Gen. 15:18)

On one hand these verses from our forefather Abra[ha]m's prophetic dream in this week's parashah (Torah portion) do mention the eventual territory of Israel, this not on the radar of most Jews identifying themselves as Zionists.

Unfortunately, the territory originally granted to the People of Israel, the conquest of which as initiated by Joshua son of Nun, is also not on most so-called Zionists' wish lists.

Some do have their sights on the annexation of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza. Yet, for some delusional reason they believe that U. S. President Donald Trump, the current Emperor of Rome, is going to help the Jewish People to attain this. With Qatari troops, Turkish troops, and American Christian troops?

Many of those accused of being Zionists are not even close to being Zionists, and probably have no idea what the term means, let alone its original source, the Torah.

Torah Verses: The Land of Israel Belongs to the Jewish People by Esser Agaroth

Welcoming refugees who believers in foreign religions, while their own people's will not welcome them, believing in the right of residency of foreign workers simply because they have children who were born here, coexistence with all of the above, and announcing to Muslims around the world that they are all welcome to visit the Al-Aqsa Mosque the Temple Mount if they want, and freedom of religious expression for Jews and non-Jews alike have no connection to true Zionism whatsoever.

Labor (Socialist) Zionism and Secular Zionism are not really Zionism. Do you really believe any of these Jews believe in an actual Jewish State? A Jewish Kingdom?

Religious Zionists who confuse adhering to the Democratic laws of the State of Israel with adhering to Torah are not really Zionists.These are referred to as the Mamlakhtim.

One religious (orthodox) former Member of Knesset  [MK] actually believed that if the Knesset ever voted out the Jewish character of the State, the vote would have to be respected.* Why? Because of Democracy. Is he a Zionist?

*I have no intention of revealing this MK's name until I have the video file of the interview in my hand.

Zionism = The Land of Zion (Israel) belongs to the People of Israel (Jews)...
...and to no other people, not Ishmael (Arabs / Muslims), not Esau (The West, including Christians and progressives alike). The fact that Ishmael now believes in their mandate to conquer the world, and Christians believe that they have inherited The Almighty's favor, and with that, the Land of Israel, with or without us, is neither here nor there.

One of the conditions for maintaining possession of the Land of Israel by the Jewish People is the keeping of the Torah. This includes the prevention of people from those nations denying the Torah to reside here. This was one of the reasons the Canaanites were destined to be expelled.

They shall not reside in your land -- lest they make you sin against Me, for you will serve their gods -- for they will be a snare to you. (Ex. 23:33)

Both Christians and Muslims are deniers of the Torah (koferim), either in part or in its entirety (Mishneh Torah, Law of Repentance 3:17).

Now think of all the other politically-incorrect mitzvoth (commandments) found in the Torah which we also must keep as part of the deal. Now think back to the times when we did not keep these mitzvoth, when our kings did not keep these mitzvoth, and what happened as a result. We were thrown out of the Land, exiled among the nations.

Many Jews have forgotten that the exiles -- most especially the current exile of Edom (Rome / The West) -- are punishments.

Are the Armchair Zionists who believe in supporting Israel, even visiting or studying in Israel temporarily, yet would never consider relocating to Israel. Many of these Jews are Modern Orthodox. Should these Torah-observant Jews be considered Zionists? And when they want to tell us what we should do, should we listen?

So, before the Jewish People can even think about a "Greater Israel," we need to think about what was granted to us west of the Jordan River, which we have conquered, and yet have been wishy-washy about it.

We also need to work on bringing our fellow Jews home, convincing them the lands of refuge of the nations are supposed to be temporary. They do not belong to us, not Borough Park, not Pico-Robertson, not West Rogers Park, and not Boca Raton.

Not ours.

And what about holding onto what more or less internationally recognized, as if we should care about international recognition? That means holding up our end of our deal covenant with HaShem.

Then maybe we can revisit Southern Lebanon -- the northern sections of Asher and Naphtali territory -- which has repeatedly fallen into our hands. Yet we continue to insist on rejecting this gift.

A Greater Israel, or in Hebrew, "Complete Israel," seems to be eons away. Never mind the Israelis who have already been setting up homes and businesses in Cyprus.

Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

הנזיפה הפומבית המדהימה על התנגדות לציונות מצד בית הכנסת קהילת ישראל היא מעשה גדול . קהילה זו בקליפורניה היא חברת של התעונה השמאלית ביותר של היהדות המרכזית הרקונסטרוקציוניזם (יצירת היהדות מחדש).

המבוגרים הגיעו. אולי הם יעזרו לנו לחנך את הילדים.

ישנן קהילות יהודיות שמאלניות רבות הספקות אוכל לאלה חסרי הבית, מנקות גנים וחופים. הייתי עד את פעולות האלה, ואין להתעלם מאלה.

עם זאת, אל תבלבלו את הכתבה הזו עם שבחים רבים למשימה הכללית של קהילות שמאלניות. תוכלו לקרוא עוד על הקהילה הזו ועל אנשי הכמורה שלה באתר הרשת שלה.

קבלה, אפילו תמיכה, בנישואי תערובת, גיור שקר, סילוף, אם לא דחייה מוחלטת של סמכות התורה שבעל פה, הם כנראה יסודות של רוב הקהילות השמאלניות.

מייסד ה"רקונסטרוקציוניזם היהודי", מרדכי קפלן, מפורסם באמירתו כי "לעבר יש זכות הצבעה, אך לא וטו".

ככל שאני מבין, התנועה הקונסרבטיבית אינה מתירה נישואי תערובת. היא אכן מנסה לקבל פנים כלפי משפחות כאלה. לדעתי קהילות רבות בתנועה זו עוברות את הגבול ראוי למען משפחות האלה כגון הצעת חברות לבן זוג הלא יהודי במשפחות כאלה. אבל, חב"ד-ליובאוויטש (להבדיל) גם מנסה לקבל פנים כלפי ילדים יהודים של משפחות מנישואי תערובת, אם כי לא לאותן המטרות של הקונסרבטיבים.

אגב, הרקונסטרוקציה היהודית יצאה מהתנועה הקונסרבטיבית, שקפלן היה חבר בה. מנחם, משכנע, ומשמעותי היו מילות תיאור המוכרות הקשורות לתנועה החדשה יחסית הזו המעוות התורה.

מנהג הקשור לתנועה זו הוא לנסוע לוושינגטון הבירה ומחאה מול שגרירות ישראל. מיזם זה מתקיים כבר עשרות שנים, ומאורגן על ידי תלמידי כמורה בסמינר של התנועה שנמצא בפרבר של פילדלפיה.

אני אזכיר לקוראיי שאני לא מעריץ גדול של ממשלת ישראל, אבל מסיבות שונות מאוד מרוב היהודים בארה"ב המזהים כחברים בקהילות שמאלניות.

עם זאת, אני מאמין שיהודים המחאים מול שגרירות מדינת ישראל יכולים להטעות מאוד גם היהודים וגם הלא יהודים אמריקאים. במיוחד לאור העובדה שכנראה רוב האמריקאים, יהודים ולא יהודים כאחד, לא יודעים להבדיל בין ארץ ישראל לבין מדינת ישראל ולבין המשטר שלה. כולן דברים שונים. אז אני מתנגד למחאה כזו.

עם כל זאת, העובדה שהקהילה הרקונסטרוקטיביסטית היהודית הגדולה ביותר בארה"ב מתנתקת מהתנועה הרקונסטרוקטיביסטית היהודית היא אכן משמעותית , ואי״ה סימן לשינוים הבאים בעתיד.

A bomb just detonated in American Jewish life.

America’s largest Reconstructionist synagogue officially cut ties this month with its national denominational body, citing its seminary’s persistent minting of anti-Israel rabbis.

The stunning public rebuke over anti-Zionism by Kehillat Israel — a California congregation in mainstream Judaism’s most left-wing branch — is a watershed.

The grownups have shown up. Maybe it will help us fix the kids.

Kehillat Israel’s Rabbi Amy Bernstein told The Post her Pacific Palisades congregation, with 930 families, was fed up with Reconstructionist rabbis fomenting intolerance against the very people they’re meant to nurture. (cont.)

Amy Bernstein the member of clergy at Kehillat Israel in Pacific Palisades. For context, this is the very wealthy beach neighborhood in Los Angeles, hit by fires this past winter. This synagogue survived, and opened its doors to aid the local community, including providing food to firefighters.

There are plenty of liberal Jewish communities feeding the homeless, cleaning up parks and beaches. I have witnessed these programs at work, and they should not be discounted.

However, please do not confuse this post for high praise for this, or any other liberal Jewish, community's overall mission. You can read more about this community and their clergy on its website.

Acceptance, even support, of intermarriage, fake conversions, manipulation, if not outright rejection of the authority of the Oral Torah are elements probably of most communities.

Jewish Reconstructionism founder Mordechai Kaplan was famous for stating that "The past has vote, but not a veto."

As far as I understand, the Conservative Movement does not condone of intermarriage. It does try to be welcoming of such families, after the fact, many communities going far beyond what I believe to believe appropriate. But, Chabad-Lubavitch (להבדיל) also tries to be welcoming of those Jewish children resulting from intermarriage, albeit not for identical objectives.

Incidentally, Jewish Reconstructionism came out of the Conservative Movement, of which Kaplan was a member. Comforting, compelling, and meaningful have been some of the buzz words associated with this relatively new movement to distort the Torah.

One other custom associated with, is traveling down to Washington, DC, and protesting outside of the Israeli Embassy. This venture has been taking place for decades, and organized by student clergy at this movement's seminary in a suburb of Philadelphia.

I will remind my readers that I am no super fan of the Israeli Government, but for very different reasons than most Jews in the U. S. identifying as members of liberal communities.

However, I still believe that Jews protesting in front of the Israeli Embassy can be very misleading in the eyes of Jews and non-Jews alike, especially since probably the majority of Americans, Jewish and non-Jews alike confuse the Land of Israel with the State of Israel and with the current regime. They are different entities, albeit with some overlap. And so, I oppose such protests.

This all being said, having the largest Jewish Reconstructionist congregation in the U. S. disaffiliate from the Jewish Reconstructionist Movement is significant indeed, and hopefully a sign of things to come.

ברוך המבדיל בין ישראל לגויים. אנחנו לא מבדילים את עצמנו לגויים. אלא אנו דובקים בדברים שלא כדאי לנו ולא מפרישים את עצמנו מהם.

This was Einbeinder's justification of her words of support for Palestine in her Emmy Award acceptance speech. Einbeinder is one of a long list of entertainment industry stars, including Javier Bardem (see above tweet), signing a commitment to refrain from working with Israeli film makers.

Ironically, I also want to distinguish Jews from the State of Israel. Not from the Land of Israel, but from the State.

Einbeinder, like so many liberal Jews in the U. S., are taught this tripe about our religion and our culture being separate from the State Land of Israel.

This lack of distinction between Land and State is itself part of the problem, and is of our own making. I blame the secular-controlled Israeli education system for the disinformation, and thus this confusion. In even more, clever irony, Israel's secular elite claims that it the rabbis who are in control of the State's educational system.

In a way the mamlakhti (State loyalist) rabbis do have some control. But, have you ever thought about who controls them?

היו הרבה דברים שרבן גמליאל לא עשה בשביל טבי עבדו. למשל הוא לא שיחרר אותו בגלל מה שהוא חשב היו סיבוכים בהלכה לעשות כך (תלמוד בבלי, בבא קמא עד,ב).

אז אולי טוענים שכמו טבי צ׳רלי קירק היה ״כשר״. אבל טבי לא התפלל לאלוהות שקר ולא להקב״ה בשיתוף ולא עודד לאחרים להתפלל לאלוהות שקר.

יש דתיים ציונים כמו הלל פולד שבעיקר ציינו עובדות על קירק. פולד גם חשף כמה שקרים על קירק שתוצאתו גם ביטל כמה שקרים על ישראל. אבל, הוא גם קורא לקירק ״אח״? אפשר לטעון שהוא רק מביע איך הוא מרגיש, או אולי משתמש ב"אח" בשפת העם.

אין ספק שהמילים של ישי פליישר הן יותר מדי. הוא מתפלל למען נשמתו של קירק, ומבקש שיתן לכופר בתורה שבעל פה (שם, הלכות תשובה ג', יז) להיכנס לגן עדן. זאת לא הפעם הראשונה שפליישר מספר בשבחם של נוצרים.

לגנות את שפיכות הדם? כן. אבל עד כמה אנחנו צריכים להשפיל את עצמנו?

עד כמה אנחנו באמת נואשים לקבל אהבה ואישור קיום [וכסף] מהנוצרים? האם אנחנו באמת תלויים כל כך בתמיכה צבאית וכספית אחרת מארה״ב? או שמא האהבה ואישור קיום שאנחנו מכורים אליהם גורמות לנו לדבוק בהם?

ליהודים בארה"ב ובארצות אחרות בחו״ל, אתם פטורים מהתוכחה המתבטאת בכתבה זו. ברור שאתם עדיין גלות ואין לכם ברירה אלא לפייס את שכניכם הלא יהודים, ולהראות להם שאתם גם אמריקאים כמוהם.

Have you lost your minds?

One buries the non-Jewish dead, and consoles their mourners, and visits their sick--for the sake of peace. (Mishneh Torah, Laws of the Mourner 14:12)

It does not say to eulogize them. But it does say that "it is forbidden to talk about them in a praiseworthy manner" (ibid., Laws of Avodah Zarah and Non-Jews 10:6), sing their praises, if you will.

So, what does this mean for the sake of peace? "...when Israel is in exile among the nations,..." (ibid.) So that they do not ransack your homes, beat you up, and kill you. So you could make an argument for civility, even condolences while still residing the temporary refuge of non-Jewish homelands. Nevertheless, is it really necessary to slobber all over him, and make a complete spectacle of yourselves?

"...or when they are in power." (ibid.) In other words, when Israel lacks full control over its own homeland. So, apparently we are not, and still need to placate the goyim, even have to act like them. So, much for Zionism.

To those Religious Jews residing in the Eretz Yisrael, what is your excuse?

Of course, now is your chance to point out that Rabban Gamliel mourned over the death of his slave Tavi.

And when his [Rabban Gamliel's] slave, Tavi, died, [he] accepted condolences [for his death as one would for a close family member]. His students said to him: "Have you not taught us, our teacher, that one does not accept condolences for [the death of] slaves?" He said to them: "My slave, Tavi, is not like all the rest of the slaves, he was virtuous." (Mishnah Berakhoth 2:7)

There were several things he did not do for his slave, such as release him, because of what he believed to be the halakhic complications in doing so, in Tavi's particular case (TB Bava Kama 74b).

So, maybe this example makes everything you are doing alright, if you believe that Charlie Kirk was kosher (lit.) or virtuous (trans.).

But Tavi did not pray to a false deity.

Some religious Jews, like Hillel Fuld, mostly just stated facts about Kirk. He also called out some lies about him, which in turn quashed some of the lies against Israel. Calling him Brother, though? One can make the argument that he is only expressing how he feels, or perhaps using "brother" in the vernacular.

Yishai Fleisher goes much further than this, praying for Kirk's soul, asking that someone who was, at the very least, a kofer b'Torah sheb'al peh (denier of the authority of the Oral Torah; ibid., Laws of Repentance 3:17) to be allowed into Heaven. Of course, this would not be the first time that Fleisher has praised Christians.

Condemn the spilling blood? Yes. But how much else was really necessary?

How desperate are we really for the love and validation (and money) from Christians? Are we really that dependent on military and other financial support from the United States? Or is it the love and validation we are addicted to that keeps us hanging on to them?

Jews in the U. S. and elsewhere outside of Israel, you’re off the hook. You are clearly still in a state of exile, and have no choice but placate your non-Jewish neighbors, and show that you’re an American just like them.

I wonder what people claim to learn about me from reactions to Charlie Kirk's death, citing halakhah and all.

שר התקשורת שלמה קרעי קורא ליהודים אלה ״רשעים ארורים, דור ההמשך של אנטיוכוס והמתייוונים״. (YNET) מתייוונים? כן. רשעים? אולי מנהיגי היוזמה. אבל רובם בכלל לא יודעים את מה שהם עושים. ואז כנראה יש לרובם דין של תינוק שנשבה.

השר קרעי: "רשעים ארורים, דור ההמשך של אנטיוכוס והמתייוונים" שר המורשת [עמיחי] אליהו: "בתי כנסת מרגישים כמיעוט נרדף". השר אליהו גם צודק. אבל אנו צריכים להודות כיצד אנו הגעתו למצב הזה ואיך אנו נוכל לצאת מזה ולמנוע מזה מלקרות שוב.

ולגבי האשמת מערכת החינוך הממלכתית בכך שמורה את ילדינו לקבל השקפות מעוות של התורה, יש יהודים חסרי הרבה חינוך תורני בגלל המערכת הזו ללא ספק ייכנעו, מתוך אמונה שיש קרבות חשובים יותר להשקיע בהם מהקרבות על בתי הכנסת בעיר.

עו"ד שוב השיב: "היום באורתודוקסיה יש הרבה גבולות". הוא התכוון לכך שישנם בתי כנסת מעורבים מגדרית, שנשים משמשות בהם חזניות ועולות לתורה ואף על פי כן, מגדירים עצמם אורתודוקסיים. שוב הוסיף: "אתם מחייבים את בית הכנסת להתאים את עצמו לכל אדם שייכנס אליו".

שוב נכנע, ומנסה להשתמש בהיגיון שמאלני נגד השמאלנים. אני מאחל לו ״בהצלחה״. הוא לא עושה כלום, אלא נותן תעודת כשרות להיגיון שלהם.

שחלק מהקהילות האלה עדיין מגדירות את עצמן כדתיות, לא אומר שהן באמת דתיות. וגם שמשהו מותר לא אומר שראוי לעודד ולקיים, מבלי לקחת בחשבון את ההקשר של ההצעה, כגון המניעה של התומכים בו.

לא יכול להיות צירוף מקרים שמשא ומתן על חוזים אלה -- או איך שלא יקראו לו -- מתקיים ממש באמצע - וללא לעורר תשומת לב - של מחאות על עזה ועל גיוס חרדים.

Has the Tel-Aviv city council been confronted over its hypocritical, double standards with regard to Jews vs. Muslim public prayer events?

Muslims have been allowed gender-segregated events; whereas there has been a crackdown on public, Jewish prayer events.

This particular report does not answer this question.

Does the fact that Israel is supposedly a Jewish State [with religious minorities] is backfiring, allowing anti-Torah Israelis to get their way, and excuse themselves from regulating Islam, Christianity, and other non-Jewish observances?

Sounds a bit too convoluted, as well as too sophisticated of a strategy for those involved. This is apparent from the ridiculous back and forth mentioned in the continuation of the report.

Why don't they just come out with it, and say that they are against the Torah, and be done with it?

More likely than not, many of them do not realize just how anti-Torah they are. We can thank the State run, Israeli educational system for that.

The Hebrew version quotes Communications Minister Shlomo Kar'i, calls these Jews the continued generation of the Hellenized Jews of Antiochus. (YNET) Well, this time, he's not wrong. Heritage Minister Amichai Eliyahu says that synagogues feel like an oppressed minority. He is also right. But we must ask ourselves, "How did we get here?" and "How will we be able to prevent this from happening again?"

And speaking of blaming the Israeli educational system for leading our children to have a grossly distorted view of Torah, some uneducated Jews who came out of this system will undoubtedly capitulate, believing that there are more important battles to invest in.

[Attorney David] Shub ended with a broader warning. “Even within Orthodoxy today there are many boundaries. Some synagogues allow women to lead prayers or read from the Torah and still define themselves as Orthodox. You’re forcing synagogues to adjust to whoever walks in,” he said.

Shub caves, and attempts to use leftist logic against leftists. Good luck with that. He does nothing, but legitimize their logic.

Just because some communities still define themselves as "Orthodox," does not mean that they are. Just because something maybe technically permissible, does not mean that it is something appropriate to encourage and implement, without taking under consideration the context of the proposal, as well as the motivation of those behind it.

It cannot be a coincidence that these contract negotiations, or whatever they are calling them, are taking place right in the middle -- and under the radar -- of protests over Gaza and Haredi conscription.
