האם אנחנו באמת קראנו את מה שקראנו? הברית החדשה? זה ספר הקודש של הנוצרים. למה בנט או מישהו בצוותו משתמש במילים האלה?

אז זו הייתה טעות? או שמישהו מפוטר? ובכן, הכתבה הזו מלפני קצת יותר משנה. הכתבה להלן באנגלית מהשבוע. כלומר אף אחד לא הספיק לתקן את הטעות. לכן או שהם יודעים על הרמז כאן לנצרות, ולא אכפת להם, או שהם מנצלים אותו. בצד שני יש מצב שהם באמת כל כך טיפשים?

אנא קחו בחשבון שאנגלית היא שפת האם של נפתלי בנט, ויאיר לפיד התגרר זמן ניכר באנגליה בילדותו. רבים עדיין לא יודעים עד כמה טובה יכולת של לפיד באנגלית.

קשה מאוד לקבל שבנט ולפיד לא יודעים את זה, כל שכן בעברית. הפרוש של ״ברית חדשה״ ברור מאוד.

האם זה היה סוג של איתות לחבריו הנוצרים של בנט? כתור שר החינוך, נפתלי בנט תמך בתוכנית הכשרת המנהיגות של המשפיענית הנוצרית הת'ר ג'ונסטון באריאל. אריאל עיר בשומרון, אך גם בסיס הקשור לפעילויות נוצריות בישראל. משפחת אורטיז "המשיחית" (יהודים מאמינים ביש״ו) התגוררה באריאל, והמטה של חברי משפחת וולר מהיובל ומ"ישראל גאיז" היה שם.

נראה שחינוך אחד העיקרים בניהל מסע (בקמפיין) של בנט לראשות הממשלה. בנט הלך עם הזרם לפעול נגד החרדים, ושוב כרת ברית עם פוליטיקאי בולט הפועל נגד התורה, בנו של העיתונאי הפועל נגד התורה המנוח שהפך לפוליטיקאי, יוסף "טומי" לפיד.

תרגום המאמר הנוכחי לאנגלית:
תוכניתו של בנט כוללת סטנדרטים גבוהים יותר של חינוך, דיכוי של 'מדינה חרדית'.

הביטוי "דמוקרטיה יהודית" יכול לסמן כמה אפשרויות: בלבול על מה זה עניין יהודי ומה זה לא יהודי אלא תוצר של גלותנו המערבית, מחיקת כל עניין לא-מערבי של יהדות, או פשוט קומבינה לפתות יהודים הרחק מחיי התורה האמיתיים. אכן דמוקרטיה היא עניין יווני, ולא יהודי.

האם הדתיים שתומכים את הדמוקרטיה גם מתפללים שלוש פעמים ביום להחזרת מלכות בית דוד? מלכות, ולא דמוקרטיה?

מישהו יכול לגרום לזה להיות היגיון?

אם עושים חשבון כולל התסמינים האלה יחד, אז התוצאה שיוצאת מזה היא משהו ממש כמו תנועת "ההשכלה היהודית" (בערך 1770 - 1880). כלומר תנועה נגד התורה. אבל הפעם הזו יותר גרועה מהפעם שעברה מפני שבנט שם כיפה עליה בניסיון לשכנע אותנו שדרכו עבורנו היא דרכה יהודית.

אבל הוא אפילו לא כל כך מצליח לשים כיפה עליה.

Did we really just read what we read? New Convenant? The Hebrew above is even more telling, and is less excusable. ברית חדשה brith hadashah is Hebrew for... [wait for it] the Christians' New Testament.

So, was this an error? Or is someone getting fired? Well, the Hebrew article is from just over a year ago. So, either they know the implications of this name, don't care, or are exploiting it. Or they are really are that stupid.

Please keep in mind that English is Naftali Bennett's first language, and the Yair Lapid spent much of his childhood back and forth between London, England, and Israel. Many still do not know just how good Lapid's English is.

The stupidity argument does not hold water.

Was this some kind of signal to Bennett's Christian friends? As Minister of Education, Naftali Bennett supported Christian influencer Heather Johnston's leadership training program in Ariel. Ariel may be a city in Samaria, but has also been a base associated with Christian activities in Israel. The "messianic" Ortiz family resided in Ariel, and members of the Waller family of Hayovel and Israel Guys fame have been headquartered there.

Education seems to be a focus of Bennett's campaign for prime minister. Bennett has jumped on the anti-Haredi (ultra-orthodox) bandwagon, and has once again aligned himself with a notable anti-Torah politician, son of the late anti-Torah journalist, turned politician, Yosef "Tommy" Lapid.

Bennett's plan includes higher educational standards, crackdown on 'ultra-Orthodox state'

“We will dismantle the ultra-Orthodox state within a state and build one Jewish, democratic, prosperous, and strong state.” he said.

This is all highly reminiscent of the "re-education" code word used by the government in 2013 to go after the Hilltop Youth.

In 2016, that same former Minster of [Re-] Education Shai Piron (Lapid's Yesh Atid Party) praised Bennett for his proposed "culture reforms." Culture reforms is code for Torah = bad, Western style academia = good.

The code phrase "Jewish Democracy" can signify any number of possibilities: Confusion over what is Jewish and what is an artifact of our Western exile, an erasure of any non-Western elements of Jewish, or simply a ploy to entice Jews away from authentic Torah-life. Democracy is, after all, a Greek concept, not a Jewish one.

Do not the religious supporters of Democracy pray three times per day for the return of the Kingdom of David? Kingdom, not democracy?

Make it make sense.

Add all of these symptoms together, and we get the Haskalah "Jewish Enlightenment" -- anti-Torah -- Movement (c. 1770 - 1880). Only this time it's worse, because Bennett is trying to convince us that his path for us is a Jewish one, by putting a kippah (Jewish head covering) on it. 

Well,... sort of.

שמתי את כל רשומה האינסטגרם של יאיר לפיד כאן, שכן כדאי לקרוא אותו במלואו, כדי לדעת בדיוק למי אתם מצביעים.

יש רק גירסה אחת ליהדות, ורק אנחנו יודעים מה היא. לפי זה, כל תולדות היהדות, כל הסיפור היהודי, הוא לא סיפור של אמונה, אלא של כוח. או שאתם עושים מה שאומרים לכם, או שאתם לא באמת יהודים.

זהו אותו טיעון שטוענים נגד סמכותה, ואפילו קיומה, של תורה שבעל פה. טיעונים כאלה על ידי אנשי התנועות "היהודיות" כגון הרפורמית, וגם על ידי היהודים שפתחו את הדרך להקים הנצרות לפני אלפיים שנה. כנראה יש מהצדדים בלפיד שמאמינים שהבנתם את תורה שבעל פה נכונה, וכל השאר טועים.

מפתיע שלפיד לא הוסיף את הביטוי "יש 70 פנים לתורה", הצדקה מפורסמת של חברי התנועות "היהודיות" השמאלניות לעשות כרצונם ואז לקרוא לזה יהדות.

רבי אלעזר המודעי אומר... המגלה פנים בתורה שלא כהלכה, אף על פי שיש בידו תורה ומעשים טובים, אין לו חלק לעולם הבא. (משנה אבות ג,יד [יא])

אבל מה אכפת להם? אלא הם מעדיפים לצעוק, “דיכוי בידי הפטריארכיה!” כלומר חכמינו זכרם לברכה, כלומר גברים שהיו בשלטון. יש לשמאלנים עוד מנטרות כאלה כשספרי קודש לא אומרים את מה שהם רוצים, ומחמאות כשספרי קודש כן אומרים את מה שהם רוצים.

ואז הגענו לנקודה החשובה ביותר שברשומה של לפיד. וזה על מה שאני מזהיר אתכם כבר שנים. יש יהודים בעולם כמו לפיד שמאמינים שעלינו לנהוג לפי הרגשות שלנו. מבחינת יהודים כאלה, יהדות היא מה שאנחנו מרגישים שהיא צריכה להיות. ואף אחד לא יכול להתנגד לאמונה הזו.

ככה עשיו אחיו של יעקב אבינו נוהג. עשיו תר אחרי לבבו ואחרי עיניו. כלומר הוא עושה את מה שהוא רוצה לעשות. עשיו הוא אב של אדום ועולם המערב, הגלות הנוכחית של עם ישראל.

בניגוד לאחיו יעקב אבינו מתאמץ כפי יכולתו לעשות את מה שהקב"ה רוצה. איך יעקב אבינו יודע את מה הקב"ה רוצה ממנו? הוא לומד את זה מיצחק אביו. ויצחק אבינו לומד את זה מ אברהם אביו. יעקב אבינו מסר את תורתו לבניו ולבי בניו וכן הלאה עד שנמסרה לנו.

המשנה, התלמודים, הגאונים, הראשונים וכו׳.

לפיד כן מעלה עניין חשוב לגבי הצורך של הרבנות להגיע ליהודים לא מרגישים קשר למורשה שלהם, יהודים שמגיעים בלי שום לימודי יהדות בכלל, וממדינות הידועות בדיכוי האמונות והמנהגים היהודיים.

מה שנראה כבשורה של פלורליזם ויצירתיות לא הפתרון. מילים כאלה פשוט סיסמאות ל"להמציא את זה לפי איך שאנחנו מרגישים".

הרב הרשל שכטר, אחד ראשי ישיבה בישיבה יוניברסיטי, מלמד שגם התורה וגם ארץ ישראל לא נזכרות בתורה עצמה כירושה, אלא כמורשה. אפשר לעשות מה שרוצים עם ירושה . אבל מורשה חייבים לשמור ולהעביר אותה לדור הבא בשלמותה, ולא למכור או למסור אותה לאחרים.

בגלל יהודים כמו לפיד, לא מפתיע שהרבנות צריכה להשקיע כל כך הרבה מאמץ בהגנה על התורה, בהגנה על נישואים כשרים, גירושין כשר וקבורה כשרה. לא מפתיע שחרדים מאמינים יותר ויותר בצורך לבודד מהחברה הישראלית הכללית, ומתנגדים לגיוס בניהם לצה"ל.

האם לפיד באמת מאמין במה שהוא אומר? או שהוא מאמין שהתורה היא חלק אחד של היסטוריה מתועדת, וחלקים רבים של שטויות? האם הכוונה של הגישה המובעת ברשומה באמת לעזור ליהודים להתקרב למורשה שלהם? או שמא מדובר בהריסת התורה מבפנים, חלק אחר חלק?

ומה מאמין נפתלי בנט, השותף "הדתי" של לפיד בבחירות הקרובות?

תשאלו את בנט אם הוא מאשר את ביטוי לחופש הדתי, שלפיד נראה לקדם.

אנחנו כבר יודעים מה רוצים התנועה הרפורמית והמיסיונרים הנוצרים.

“In case you missed the recent online uproar surrounding the wedding of Yuval Caspit and Nimrod Ron (Mazal Tov!), here’s a summary: They had a Jewish wedding, broke a glass, and said “If I forget you, Jerusalem” (Ps. 137:5) – but there was no chuppah (marriage canopy) and no representative of the Rabbinate.

The expected uproar erupted immediately. “How dare you?”, “What’s Jewish about you?” One reality star rebuked them harshly: “If you don’t believe in marriage according to the law of Moses and Israel, then in whose honor is the kippah?”

Their argument goes: There is only one version of Judaism, and only we know what it is. According to this, the entire history of Judaism, the entire Jewish story, is not a story of faith, but of power. Either you do what you are told, or you are not really Jewish.

I have married about eighty couples in my life. It has always been a very Jewish wedding. There was a chuppah, there was Kiddushin (marriage sanctification), we recited Sheva Brachot (seven marriage blessings), and there were at least two witnesses. That is all that is needed, that is all that Judaism asks for. Love and fear of God and a desire to start a family in Israel. King David married Michal Bat Shaul without any representative of the Rabbinate. Rachel fell in love with Rabbi Akiva and they got married despite the firm opposition of the establishment.

Part of the power of Judaism, throughout the generations, stems from the fact that no person, Rabbi, institution, party or reality star could say: “I am the sole voice of God.” Judaism believes in God, but is very suspicious of people who claim to speak in his name.

Are people who march through the streets of Jerusalem and sing “May your village burn” better Jews than those who sing at their weddings, “Kol Chatan v’Kol Kala”? (Jer. 7:34) Is someone who lives at the expense of the state a better Jew than someone who donates all the checks they received at their wedding to charity?“

“The couples I married did not want to distance themselves from Judaism, but rather the opposite: to get closer to it. They felt that the rabbinical establishment was pushing them away, that it was not letting them seek their way to God and to tradition. The couples felt that they were trying to force Judaism onto them instead of inviting them to it. They thought that belief that you do not choose is not belief.

So they chose to marry according to their faith. According to their conception of Judaism. Now the religious establishment has two options: to push them further away, or to ask itself why they feel this way.”

Yair Lapid's entire instagram post was quoted here, as it is well-worth reading it in its entirety, to know exactly you may be voting for.

This is the identical argument used against the authority, or even the existence, of Torah sheb'al peh (The Oral Torah). Arguments such as this have come from those in the liberal, "Jewish" movements, as well as from the Jews who began the path toward Christianity, two thousand years ago. Although I suppose that some who side with Lapid believe that their understanding of the Torah sheb'al peh is correct, and everyone else is wrong.

It is surprising that Lapid did not add the catchphrase "there are 70 facets of the Torah," a popular justification for member of the liberal "Jewish" movements to do whatever they want, and call it Judaism.

"Rabbi Elazar HaModa'i says... one who interprets the Torah contrary to the halakhah (the law), even though he has Torah knowledge and good deeds, he has no share in the world to come." (Mishnah Avoth 3:14 [11])

But what do these Jews care? Instead, they like to cry, "Oppression at the hands of the Patriarchy!" among other choice mantras, when texts do not say what they like, and the opposite, when they do.

This brings us to the most important takeaway from Lapid's post, something I have been warning you about for years. The Lapids of the world believe that we should operate according to our feelings. To Jews like Lapid, Judaism is how we feel it is, or feel it should be, and no one can tell us otherwise.

This is how Jacob's (Israel's) brother Esau (Edom / The West) operates, not Jacob. Whereas Jacob does his best to do what The Almighty wants; Esau follows his desires.

How does Jacob know what he is supposed to? He learned it from his father Isaac, who learned it from his father Abraham. Likewise, Jacob passed down his knowledge until it reached our time.

Moses received the Torah from [Mount] Sinai and gave it over to Joshua. Joshua gave it over to the Elders, the Elders to the Prophets, and the Prophets gave it over to the Men of the Great Assembly... (1:1)

Shimon the Righteous was among the last surviving members of the Great Assembly... (1:2)

Antignos of Socho received [the tradition] from Shimon the Righteous... (1:3)

Yossi the son of Yo'ezer of Tzreidah, and Yossi the son of Yohanan of Jerusalem, received [the tradition] from them... (1:4)

Joshua the son of Perahiyah and Nitai the Arbelite received [it] from them... (1:6)

Judah the son of Tabbai and Shimon the son of Shatah received [it] from them... (1:8)

Shma'yah and Avtalyon received from them... (1:10)

Mishnah, Talmudim, Gaonim, Rishonim, and so on.

Lapid does make a good point, though, about the need for the Rabbinate to reach Jews who are disenfranchised, arriving without any Jewish education at all, or from countries known for their oppression of Jewish beliefs and practices.

What seems to be a message of pluralism and creativity, code words for "making it up, according to how we feel," is not the solution.

Rabbi Hershel Shachter, Rosh Yeshivah of RIETS at Yeshiva University, teaches that both Torah and the Land of Israel are referred to, not as yerushah (inheritance), but as morashah (heritage). A yerushah can be done with as one pleases. But a morashah must be maintained, and handed to the next generation in tact, and not chopped up, sold, nor given away.

Because of Jews like Lapid, it is no wonder why the Rabbinate has to put so much effort into its defense of the Torah, into its defense of kosher marriage, divorce, and burial. No wonder why haredim (ultra-orthodox) increasingly believe in the need to isolate from general, Israeli society, and oppose their sons' conscription into the IDF.

Does Lapid actually believe what he is saying? Or does he believe that the Torah is one part recorded history, and many parts nonsense? Is the approach expressed here really to help Jews come closer to Torah? Or is it to destroy the Torah from within, one piece at a time?

And what does Lapid's "religious" running mate in the upcoming Israeli elections, Naftali Bennett, believe? He is the one in the photo with the kippah, who wants another shot at being Israel's prime minister.

Ask Bennett if he approves of the religious free-for-all, seemingly being promoted by Lapid.

We already know what the Reform Movement and Christian missionaries want.

נראה שהממשלה מראה לנו את נכונותה להרחיב את שטחי ההתנחלויות ואת דרכה לריבונות על חלקים מיהודה ושומרון. אבל באיזה מחיר?

סביר יותר שהממשלה מקימה עוד ישובים כדי למנוע מהמתנחלים מלהקים אותם בעצמם. ובמיוחד למנוע מהמתנחלים המכבדים את סמכות התורה על פני הממשלה מלקים מאחזים חדשים. בדרך זו, עם הקמת מועצות מקומיות, הממשלה תוכל גם לשלוט במי שמתגורר בישובים החדשים האלה.

דוגמה 1: כפר תפוח, באמצעות מזכיר נבחר על ידי הממשלה לכאורה, עודדו זוגות צעירים, סטודנטים במכללה הסמוכה, כיום האוניברסיטה באריאל, לעבור לגור בו. באופן כללי זוגות אלה לא היו באותה רמת הדת ולא היו להם אותה ההשקפה של התושבים הוותיקים. היו להרבה מהם קשר לרב מאיר כהנא הי"ד, ולבנו רבי בנימין זאב הי"ד שהיה תושב עד רצחו.

יש טוענים שהביאו לישוב את הסטודנטים כאלה, כדי לאבק בגידול האוכלוסייה הקיימת. באותו זמן הניאו יהודים דומים לתושבי כפר תפוח בהשקפה, מלעבור שם. רבים מאלה שהצליחו לעבור לגור שם למרות רצון מזכיר הישוב, לא קיבלו תעודות תושב.

דוגמה 2: יצהר, ישוב ידוע בהקפה שלו ובהתנגדותה למדיניות הממשלה ולצה"ל, בוטלה אחת מבחירותיה על ידי מועצת השומרון. בואו נגיד שבעלי השררה העדיפו את התוצאות של הבחירות החדשות. המבין יבין.

מה יקרה ליוזמות לעידוד ישובים חרדיים? כנראה שמעולם לא שמעתם יוזמה כזו. האם הממשלה תנסה לרסן אותה, לעצור אותה או פשוט להשתלט על הישובים החדשים כמו הישובים של הדתיים הציוניים? כנראה לא יעצרו את היוזמה אלא יקבלו עוד הזדמנות לסגור קהילות חרדיות בישובים מבודדים לפי המגמה הנוכחית לפרד ולבדד חרדים.

הממשלה גם תוכל להטיל שליטה רבה יותר על החקלאות, ועל כל הרחבה שלה, או היעדרה. אישרו את הקמת הישובים, אבל לאו דווקא הקרקע בסביבתם. האם אנחנו נפרדים מחיטה אורגנית, ללא הנדסה גנטית ובשר ללא הורמונים?* האם אנחנו צריכים לקבל אסדרה נוספת, כמו גם לשמירה על תלות חקלאית במדינות אחרות, למען האמנות שלנו איתן?

מה יקרה לחברות המקומיות שיוצרות קרוונים ואשקוביות? ימשיכו לקבל הזמנות והעסיק נוער הגבעות? או רק חברות חוץ ליהודה ושומרון יקבלו את ההזמנות?

יש חשש בישראל מבוסס במציות מהמגמה של "עיר 15 דקות", המעודדת להגביל את התנועה של האוכלוסיה. וגם צריכים לדאג לא רק בהבגלת התנועה אלא גם בתנועה בכפייה. למתגוררים רחוק ממרכזי העסקים, ובמיוחד ממרכזי הטכנולוגיה העילית (הַי טֶק) יהיה צורך לנסוע במקום לעבוד באופן מקומי. הממשלה יכולה להגביל את בניית מרכזים כאלה.

כלומר תושבי הישובים החדשים יצטרכו לנסוע רחוק למקום עבודה, ובכך תגביל את ההשקעה שלכם בישוב עצמו. המסר הוא לא להיות כל כך קשורים לחלקות השטח המסוים שלכם, כי הן עלולות לההרס בכל רגע. ראינו דוגמה לכך לפני כ-20 שנים, בכלל של חברות אבטחה מסוימות שאינו מאפשר לעובדיהן להיות מוצבים בישובים שלהם אלא רק בישובים אחרים.

המדינה נותנת והמדינה לוקח
זוכרים את עזה וצפון השומרון בשנת 2005?

הישובים שאושרו לאחרונה נמצאים בכל רחבי הגדה המערבית (יהודה ושומרון), כולל בצפון השומרון, אזור שממנו פונו ישובים יהודים במסגרת תוכנית ההתנתקות משנת תשס״ה/2005 (YNET אנגלית).

ממשלת נתניהו יכולה להשתמש באישור ישובים כסימן לשכנע אותנו שהוא תומך בהרחבה, בריבונות, ובהכרה בטעות בעבר, ובנכונות לתקן אותה. שתיים מארבעת הישובים בשומרון שנהרסו בגירוש של 2005, גנים וקדים, נמצאות ברשימת האישור. שתי האחרות, חומש ושא-נור, אושרו כבר בשנה שעברה.

זה יכול להיות כדי לשכנע את המתנחלים להאמין שהם ניצחו במאבק נגד הממשלה.

האם זה סימן של קידום "התוכנית" האובדנית של נפתלי בנט, הכוללת הצעת אוטונומיה ו/או אזרחות לערבים?

הרמטכ"ל [אייל זמיר] אמר את הדברים בנוגע לסד"כ בתגובה לאישור היישובים, מתוך הבנה כי על מנת לעמוד במשימות הרבות של צה"ל, בין היתר בכל הקשור להרחבת ההתיישבות, זקוק צה"ל לכוח אדם נוסף.

איזה דרישות מכוח האדם של צה"ל? לצורך להגן על יהודים הבונים ישובים במולדתם? או למנוע מיהודים להגן על עצמם והקרקע, ואז קוראים לזה המאבק ב"אלימות מתנחלים"?

הישוב אש קודש נמצא בגוש שילה מאז שנת 2000 ואושר בשנת 2013. הוא אחד הישובים שהערבים מתקיפים לפעמים. ולפעמים יהודים שמאלנים מעודדים אותם להתקיף את הישוב. ולפעמים שמאלנים מאירופה מעודדים אותם. הממשלה מנסה פעם אחר פעם, לשלוט על ישובים שנוסדו באופן עצמאי אבל נכשלת.

תוכנית אישור היישובים היא חלק ממהלך שמקדם השר בצלאל סמוטריץ', ביחד עם שר הביטחון כ"ץ, להרחבת ההתיישבות ביהודה ושומרון, ולעיצוב המציאות מחדש באזור.

הממשלה צריכה לשמור על שליטה על ההתרחבות, כמו גם על סיפור המעשה.

On the surface that it, the Israeli government seems to be demonstrating its willingness to expand the settlement enterprise, and its road to sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria (The West Bank), but at what price?

More likely, the government is establishing more towns as a way to get a jump on settlers doing it themselves, particularly those who respect Torah over the government. In this way, with establishment of local councils, the government will also be able to control who lives in these new towns.

Example 1: Kfar Tapu'ah, through its alleged, government plant of an administrator, young couples, students at the nearby college, now university in Ariel, were encouraged to move in. These couples tended not to be as religious or ideologically motivated as the residents of the town, which was often associated with Rabbi Meir Kahane hy"d, his son Rabbi Binyamin Ze'ev hy"d, and their followers.

It is believed that such students were funneled into the town, in order to combat the growth of the already existing population. Meanwhile more ideological individuals, seeking to move to Kfar Tapu'ah, were discouraged from doing so. Many of those able to move in despite of the town's administrator, were not granted official residency status.

Example 2: Yitzhar, well-known for its ideology, and defiance against the government and IDF, had one of its elections cancelled by the greater Samaria Council. The do over produced a council makeup more favorable to the powers that be.

What will happen to the initiatives to encourage Haredi (utra-orthodox) towns? My guess is that you have never heard of these, until now. Will the government try to curb them, shut them down, or just take control of it? I doubt they will be shut down, due to the trend toward keeping Haredi communities isolated.

The government will also be able to assert more control over agriculture, and any expansion of it, or lack thereof. The towns have been approved, but not necessarily any of their surrounding lands. Do we say goodbye to organic, non-GMO (heirloom) wheat and hormone-free meat?* Do we say hello to more regulation, as well as maintaining agricultural dependence on other countries, for the sake of our treaties with them?

*I have tried both, and both are high quality.

What will happen to the contracts for pre-fabricated housing units? Will they leave the local area providing jobs to Hilltop Youth?

There is legitimate fear in Israel of the trend toward the "15 Minute City," encouraging forcing populations to restrict their movement. But, there should also be a concern with forced travel for those who live far from Israel's business centers, not the least of which high tech.

In other words, the government will want go to work outside of your town, thus restricting your investment in it. Don't be so connected to your particular plots of land, because they may be taken away at any minute. We saw an example of this 20 years ago, with the rule by certain security companies not allowing their employees to be stationed in their own towns.

The State giveth, and the State taketh away.
Remember Gaza and the four towns in Northern Samaria in 2005?

The newly approved settlements are scattered across the West Bank, including in northern Samaria, an area from which Jewish settlers were evacuated under the 2005 disengagement plan.

The Netanyahu Government can be using this as a rouse to convince us that he is on board with expansion, sovereignty, and acknowledging a mistake in the past, and willingness to fix it. Two of the previously destroyed towns in Samaria, Ganim and Qadim are on the approval list. The other two, Homesh, and Sa-Nur, were approved last year.

This is just an attempt to fool settlers into believing they won a battle against the government.

The U. S. requested that Israel keep its plan for new towns under wraps, for the time being. But, I would also not be surprised if Israel gave them assurances that settlers would be kept under control and that Arab interests in Judea and Samaria would be protected. But, it is also possible that the U. S. has been giving Israel direction as to how to implement this plan. Have you forgotten Trump's Plan already? (See above)

Is this a sign of the implementation of Bennett's suicidal "plan," which includes offering autonomy and/or citizenship to Arabs?

...[IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir] Zamir told the meeting he was “raising 10 red flags” over the IDF’s manpower levels, arguing that the military would need additional personnel to meet its expanding operational demands, including those stemming from settlement expansion...

Which demands on IDF manpower is he referring to? The need to protect Jews building up towns in their homeland? Or preventing Jews from defending theirselves and their land, under the guise of combating "settler violence?"

Aish Qodesh, with a presence near Shilo since 2000, and approved in 2013, is one of several towns under periodic attack from Arabs, sometimes egged on by leftist "Jews" and Europeans. The government has tried, time and time again, to control independently founded towns, and has failed. So, what better way to control them more effectively than by approving them?

...The settlement approval plan is part of a broader move being advanced by Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich together with Katz to expand Israeli settlements in the West Bank and reshape the reality on the ground there.

The government needs to maintain control of the expansion, as well as the narrative.

According to two officials familiar with the matter, the approval of the new settlements was kept under wraps during the war at the request of the United States.

אסור לשכוח ששי פירון כיהן בתור שר החינוך בהוא כיהן כשר החינוך במשך שנתיים וחצי (2013 - 2014). נתניהו היה ראש הממשלה. אבל פירון היה חבר במפלגת יש עתיד של יאיר לפיד, שהייתה שותפה בקואליציה השלטת. בתקופת הכהונה שלו הוא דיבר על ״חינוך מחודש״ לנוער הגבעות. תרגום? השתלבות בחברה ישראלית המקבלת את סמכות הממשלה הנאמנה למדינה באותה רמה, או אפילו ברמה יותר גבוהה מן התורה. הכינוי הידוע של מאמין בשקפה זו הוא ״ממלכתי״.

בחודש שעבר בנט נפגש עם שאר ראשי מחנה האופוזציה, במסגרת המאמץ לגיבוש חזית פוליטית רחבה לקראת הבחירות. בפגישה השתתפו ראש האופוזיציה ויו"ר יש עתיד יאיר לפיד, יו"ר ישראל ביתנו אביגדור ליברמן, יו"ר כחול לבן בני גנץ, ח"כ לשעבר גדי איזנקוט ויו"ר הדמוקרטים יאיר גולן. הם בחרו שלא להצטלם, ובמקביל המפלגות הערביות לא הוזמנו לפגישה.

למרות שאין סיבה להעריץ את סמוטריץ', אי אפשר לצפות שהוא יכל להשיג את כל המטרות שבנט טוען שהוא מסוגל להשיג. אם בנט מאמין שהוא מסוגל להלחם נגד נתניהו טראמפ, אז הוא חי בסרט.

Political Party
I searched for "yamin dati" (religious right), but I was only able to find a list of parties Bennett has participated in: Jewish Home, New Right, Bennett 2026. Calling his party "religious right" is not a funny joke at all because it accurately portrays the spiritual state of the Zionists in general. The Bennet 2026 was still under construction, at the time of this post.

Shai Piron
We must not forget that Piron served as minister of education for two and half years (2013 - 2014). Netanyahu was prime minister. Yet Piron was a member of the Yesh Atid Party of Yair Lapid which was part of the ruling coalition. While Minister of Education, he proposed "Re-Education" for the Hilltop Youth. Translation? Integration into an Israeli society accepting the government on par with, if not higher in importance that, than Torah.

He also hosted a Ramadan break-fast. I still do not understand how any Torah-observant Jew would provide any validation to the beliefs of a foreign religion.

Last month, Bennett met with other opposition leaders as part of efforts to build a broad front ahead of the next election. Participants included Opposition Leader and Yesh Atid chair Yair Lapid, Israel Beiteinu chair Avigdor Lieberman, Blue and White chair Benny Gantz, former Knesset member Gadi Eisenkot, and Democrats chair Yair Golan.

Bennett vs. Smotrich
Although there is no reason to admire Smotrich, one cannot expect that he could achieve all the goals that Bennett claims he could. If Bennett believes that he is capable of fighting against Netanyahu and Trump, then he is, as we say in Israel, living in a movie.

Recently Bennett criticized the approval Trump's plan for Gaza, including the coordination of troop movements with the U. S. (YNET). Although he certainly not wrong for pointing this out, we are obligated to remember the ridiculous plan he proposed the last time around, which many of us refer to as "Oslo II." If he thinks it is anything even remotely "Zionist," then he is delusional.

Christian Connections
There are still questions about Smotrich's attitude towards the American Christian, Tommy Waller, who lives in Samaria with the apparent approval of Rabbi Eliezer Melamed. (photo above) So far he has not answered, even though they have received confirmation of their acceptance by his team.

But there are also questions about Bennett's connection with the Christian Heather Johnston (photo above), the founder of the JH-Israel Educational Leadership Program in Ariel in Samaria. Since then, the organizers have been able to infiltrate the IDF, in the capacity to help widows, orphans, and terror victims.

My suggestion to Bennett is to refrain from having "datti" (religious) anywhere near the name of his new party.

אפילו שאפשר לומר ממשלות ימין כביכול מסרה אתחלקי ארצנו יותר ממשלות שמאל בעבר, אנשי השמאל הם המתכננים. הסכם אוסלו הוא הדוגמה הכי הטובה המוכיחה את זה. מזמן השמאל הפקיר את מולדתנו.

לפיד לא עומד במרכז בכלל אלא הוא שמאל. לפיד לא עומד במרכז בכלל אלא הוא שמאל. אם מעדיפים לקרוא לא פעיל נגד התורה אז בבקשה לקרוא לו כך.

בתקופת כהונתו הקצרה של נפתלי בנט כראש ממשלה, ערך לפיד, בתפקידו כשר החוץ, מספר רב של ביקורים בינלאומיים ברחבי העולם. והוא נסע במהלך מגיפת קורונה מפחידה כביכול, שבה אמרו לכולנו להזהר בנסיעות.

מישהו יכול להודיע לנו בוודאות על מה שלפיד דן במהלך ביקוריו? אכן, איננו יכולים לדעת בוודאות את מה שרי החוץ בעבר עשו או לא עשו במהלך ביקורים רשמיים. למרות זאת, ממשלתו של בנט הייתה מפורקת לשמצה, יד ימין לא ידעה את מה יד שמאל עשתה, ולא איכפת לה מזה.

הגברת ההשתלבות הערבים בכוח העבודה ובחברה הישראלית כולה.

המשך זרימת עובדים זרים לארץ והם ימשיכו לזכות בעוד זכויות כגון אישור תושב, אזרחות, וכו׳.

המשך הטרור על ידי פליטים מסתננים אפריקאים בדרום תל אביב ובכל רחבי הארץ. ולכל מי שיעז להתלונן על המצב יקראו גזעני. בינתיים, ממשיכים להתיחסים ליהודי אתיופיה באופן גרוע כתמיד.

המשך זרימה של גוים דוברי רוסית ואוקראינית לישראל. והיהודים משלמים את החשבון גם באופן כספי וגם באופן רוחני. כדאי לקרוא את הצעת שר האוצר אביגדור ליברמן לגבי הרחבה "הזמנית" של חוק השבות. לפיד כן אמר ״כי צריך לקיים דיון בעניין.״ אז מה? לפיד חושב שעניין זה צריך להתקיים יותר מאוחר בעתיד?

מאבק נגד התורה

בגלל עליית הגוים הזורמים לארץ, אין ספק שדיון על נישואי התערובת יעלה יותר בתקשורת. נישואי התערובת יתקבלו יותר ויותר. ולבסוף "נישואים אזרחים" יתקיימו בארץ. חס וחלילה!

התנועה הרפורמית תתקבל יותר ותקבל מעמד יותר חזק. אמנם הרב אליעזר מלמד ודאי לא עוזר למצב בהכרזותיו האחרונות.

יבטלו את הסמכותה של הרבנות הראשית עוד יותר. שליטתה בנישואים כבר יורדת ושל הגיור עוד יותר. גירושים וקבורה יהיו היעדים הבאים של השפעת השמאל. בגלל זה אפשר לצפות עלייה בממזרות. יפעלו למען קבורת הגוים בבתי קברות יהודיים ובמיוחד בגלל העלייה במשפחות של נישואי תערובת שבניהם וצפו להקבר ביחד. ומה עם ברית מילה? האם ימנעו מהרבנות הראשית מלעודד מהורים למול את בניהם? כדאי לשים לב למי ייבחר לעלות לתפקיד הרב הראשי בממשלת לפיד בתשפ״ג/2023.

אפשר שמתן כהנא יחזור להיות שר הדתות. (השם ישמור אותנו!) לא לתת לכיפה שלו להטעות אתכם. הוא יותר גרוע מראש מפלגת העבודה מרב מיכאלי. לפחות אנחנו יודעים היטב את המטרות שלה. אבל מתן כהנא מנסה להפוך את התורה ואז לשכנע אותנו שהיא עדיין תורת אמת. כנראה פעילות זו לא מפריעה ללפיד.

ייתכן שתחבורה ציבורית תפעול בשבת. האג׳נדה של שרת התחבורה מיכאלי ברורה מאוד.

בסיכום יש פועלים למען הפכת מדינת ישראל למדינה ככל האומות העולם, למרות המטרה האלוהית של עם ישראל להיות עם בנפרד ומובדל מכל שאר האומות. יש ממשיכים לשנות באמצעות הנכת אותנו בדרך רחוקה מהתורה, ולכן רחוק מלהיות יהודים.

The following are theories, and in no way should be considered statements of [caretaker] Prime Minister Yair Lapid's actual intentions.

That being said, I recommend that you open your eyes, and then keep them open.

The Land of Israel

Although it can be said that the so-called "right" has given away more land than any left-wing government, it has been the left which has done the planning behind the scenes, the Oslo Accords being the quintessential example. The left have long since forsaken our only, true homeland.

And, in case you were wondering, Lapid is no centrist. He is very much on the left. If you prefer to identify him as anti-Torah, then by all means identify him as such.

During Naftali Bennett's short tenure as prime minister, Lapid,  in his role as foreign minister, made a great number international visits galavanted around the world. And that was during a supposedly scary pandemic, in which we were all supposed to be so very careful, when it came to travel. 

Can anyone say for sure, exactly what he was discussing during his visits? Granted, we cannot say for certain what any past foreign minister did or did not do during official visits. Nevertheless, Bennett's government was notoriously fragmented, the right hand not necessarily knowing, nor caring, what the left hand was doing. 

The ministers in Bennett's cabinet always seemed to be focused on one thing, themselves and how to stay in power. And yes, we can say the same about many, if not most, government ministers. Yet, most prime ministers, both on the right and on the left, managed to force them to pay some attention on the government's overall objectives.

And now, Lapid's Defense Minister Benny Gantz tells us that the Palestinian Authority [PA] is "moderate," and Lapid himself mistakenly praised the IDF, Border Patrol, and Shabbak (Internal Security Service) for neutralizing a terrorist, instead of the security guards who actually did so. Will we have to depend on private security guards to defend us, under a Lapid government? 

Any hopes for a sane, Lapid government continue to diminish.

Jewish Identity of the State

Here are elements which will further reduce the Jewish identity of the State of Israel:

Increased Arab integration into the workforce and Israel society as a whole.

Continued flow of foreign workers into the country. They will continue to gain rights. They will continue to stay.

Continued terrorization of south Tel-Aviv and elsewhere African refugees insurgents. Those who dare to complain will be demonized as racist. Meanwhile Ethiopian Jews continue to be treated as poorly as ever.

Continued flow of Russian and Ukrainian speaking non-Jews into Israel, with Jews footing the bill. See Lieberman's proposal regarding the "temporary" expansion of the Law of Return. Lapid did say that this should be a discussion on the matter. What? Lapid thinks it's too soon to introduce something like this? Who knows?

Battle Against Torah

With the ever increasing number of non-Jews flowing into the country, not to mention the increasing integration of the non-Jews already in Israel,  intermarriage will undoubtedly take center stage. It will be made easier and easier, until we finally have "civil marriage."

The Reform Movement will achieve further acceptance, and standing. Although Rabbi Eliezer Melamed certainly has not helped matters with his recent proclamations.

The Chief Rabbinate's authority will be further chipped away. Its control over marriages has already watered down, and conversions even more so. Divorce and burials will be the next targets. This may cause increased incidents of mamzeruth (offspring from forbidden unions), due to improper or sloppy divorce procedures. Burials will be next. Insistence on burying non-Jews in Jewish cemeteries will become an increasing problem, especially with all of the families of mixed marriages, expecting to be buried together. And what of circumcision? Will the Chief Rabbinate may even be curtailed from encouraging a family's newborn son to have a brith milah (ritual, Jewish circumcision). Look to see who becomes Chief Rabbi under a Lapid government in תשפ״ג/2023. 

Matan Kahana may return as Religious Affairs Minister. (May Heaven forbid!) Do not let his kippah fool you. He is worse than Labor Party head Merav Michaeli. At least we know where she stands. Matan Kahana, on the other hand, has been attempting to turn the Torah into something completely unrecognizable, which I would imagine would suit Lapid just fine.

We may see more public transportation operating on Shabbat (Jewish Sabbbath). Transportation Minister Michaeli has made that item on her agenda crystal clear.

In other words, be like any other nations, in spite of Am Yisrael's mandate to be separate and distinct from all other nations, and on the way to being completely absent of anything Torah-related, and thus anything even remotely Jewish.

This? From our "Religious Zionist" prime minister?

Say what you will about Binyamin Netanyahu, but at least he had the self-respect, and respect for Jewish life to welcome a Jew home property to his Homeland, and on top of maintaining security on Har HaBayith (Temple Mount), which was very challenging at the time.

I am not sure what Bennett's playing at, what his motivation is for making such a statement now. To save face perhaps?

Bennett even "...urged Netanyahu to 'take steps to bring the murderer to trial" rather than turn the case into a "political spectacle'."

1. Bennett called for the Israeli security guard to be brought to trial in Jordan, where they were calling for the death penalty?

2. Bennett called this security guard a murderer, even before his trial?

3. On the other hand, Netanyahu worked to bring the security guard home, fulfilling the mitzvah of pidyon shvuyim, redeeming the captive.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett expressed disappointment in talks with U.N. secretary-genera António Guterres regarding the absence of U.N. condemnation of the rockets launched from Gaza to Israel.

"The international community must not serve the agenda of the terrorist organizations," Bennett told Guterres.

"These are people who prepared rocks and firebombs ahead of time, for use from within the mosque. Israel is the stabilizing force - if we did not impose order, tens of thousands of Muslims would not be able to pray."

The two also discussed the UN Secretary General's expected trip to see Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelenskyy, and the efforts to resolve the situation between Russia and Ukraine.

In what world is the "First Orthodox" Prime Minister of Israel living?

He believes that all of a sudden the United Nations should care about the Jewish People's security situation?

Which Torah does the "First Orthodox" Prime Minister of Israel learn?

He has never learned the following concepts?

וְהוּא יִהְיֶה, פֶּרֶא אָדָם--יָדוֹ בַכֹּל, וְיַד כֹּל בּוֹ; וְעַל-פְּנֵי כָל-אֶחָיו, יִשְׁכֹּן. (בראשית טז,יב)

Sure it is true that according to our tradition Ishmael son of Abraham, the father of Arabs, repented. But his sons did not. And everywhere in the Torah and in the words of Sages where the descendants of Ishmael are mentioned, what is written about them? And in every generation and generation in the last four thousand years what have the descendants of Ishmael done to us? Has anything really changed at all?

And what about that "Esau hates Jacob?"

And who is Esau? He is Edom. He is Rome. He is the West.

Would someone please tell me that even though the "First Orthodox" Prime Minister of Israel felt it necessary to express his disappointment, and not his outrage nor disgust, over the lack of condemnation by the UN of the continued attacks by Arabs on Jewish sovereignty over [part of] the Land of Israel, which the UN believes it granted to us (it didn't. The Almighty did.),... Please tell me that in spite of all this, that the "First Orthodox" Prime Minister of Israel was at least not surprised by this.

The outpost is located north of Kochav Hashahar. Established on Hanukkah 2006/תשס״ו, by the residents of Kokhav Hashahar [about an hour north of Jerusalem]. Left and established again on Hanukkah 2005/תשס״ח  It is named after Esther Galia, who was murdered in 2003 at the Rimonim junction. During the Passover holiday in 2008/תשס״ח the Shira Yonadav Synagogue was inaugurated ont he site, named for the Yonadav Chaim Hirschfeld [hy"d], who was killed in a terrorist attack at the Merkaz Harav Yeshiva on Rosh Hodesh Adar II 2008/תשס״ח was inaugurated on the site. The outpost has been evacuated by the security forces about 30 times and is currently held by the Ar״i Yashag Movement and is home to a number of families.
