עורך הדין שמייצג את עמירם בן אוליאל טוען בעתירה שהגיש מטעמו כי ההתדרדרות הנפשית שלו נגרמה עקב תנאי הבידוד הנוקשים של כליאתו, ומבקש להעבירו לאגף התורני בכלא. במהלך השנה וחצי האחרונות התירו לו בשב"ס להשתלב עם אסירים אחרים במהלך חג פסח וסוכות

אני מפרסם את הסרטון הזה בכתבה כי יש בו מידע חשוב בנוגע למערכות המשפט ושירות בתי סוהר של מדינת ישראל.

עמירם בן אוליאל הוא לא הראשון, וגם לא האחרון מבין יהודים שומרי תורה רבים שיעברו עינויים במערכת שמירת החוק במדינת ישראל. נראה ששלטונות החילונים [ורבנים מטעה״מ] מתיחסים ליהודים שומרי התורה כאיום קיום. יש ליהודים שומרי התורה האלה החוצפה להאמין שלהקב״ה ולתורתו הקדושה יש סמכות גדולה יותר מאשר לממשלת ישראל ובג"ץ הדיקטטורי שלה.

לגבי ביקורתו של פולארד לשר לביטחון פנים, איתמר בן-גביר, ברצוני לדעת אם הוא ניסה ליצור איתו קשר לפני ששידר את תלונותיו ברשתות החברתיות. ואם מניחים שכן, אז אשמח לדעת את הפרטים של השיחה. עד אז, אני לא חושב שאנחנו יכולים לדעת את הסיפור המלא והפרטים הדרושים כדי להחליט את מי להאשם.

I posted this video, along with highlights, as I believe it to contain important information regarding the State of Israel's [in-] justice and prison systems.

Also, when I searched in English for recent news regarding the falsely accused, religious young man, Amiram Ben Uliel, I could not find anything, thus the need to publicize his horrendous treatment at the hands of the prison service.

There is only one thing that needs to be emphasized, and only one thing that needs to be added, to the words of Yonatan Pollard or Rabbi David Bar-Hayim.

Amiram Ben Uliel is not the first, nor will he be the last of many Torah-observant Jews to be tortured in Israel's law enforcement system. Torah-observant Jews who have the audacity to believe that The Almighy and His Holy Torah have greater authority than the Israeli Government and its dictatorial High Court seem to be viewed by the secular authorities, and by their lackey rabbis, as their greatest existential threat.

Regarding Pollard's calling out of Internal Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir (pictured above), I would like to know if he attempted to contact him before airing his grievances on social media. If we give Pollard that benefit of the doubt, and assume that he did attempt to contact Ben-Gvir, then I would love to know the details of that conversation. Until then, I do not think that we can know the full story and details needed to determine blame.

אפילו אם ההתקפה הזאת כן קרה כפי שאומרים בתקשורת, מתיחסים לרז עמיצור דרך מוסר כפול ולא הוגן.

הערבים מקבלים עונשים קלים יותר ממנו ומיהודים בכלל אפילו שמורשעים על פשעים יותר גרועים מהמדובר. ובכל מקרה כשהערבים כן כלואים יש להם טלוויזיות בכל התאים ומקבלים ארוחות מיוחדום לחגים שלהם בחסות המסים מהיהודים שהם התקיפו.

ומה "הפשע" של רז עמיצור?

הוא מגן על יהודיות מהערבים, הוא מונע נישואי תערובת ולכן צרות רבות של היהודיות כאלה. בעבר יהודיות התחתנו עם יהודים וזהו נגמר. היום מי שמתנגד לנשואי תערובת נחשב כ"גזעני" ול"פוגע בזכויות אנוש".

Assuming this attack actually took place the way they say it did, there is still a double standard.

Arabs get off easy for attacks much worse than this. And even when they don't, they still have televisions in each of their cells and holiday meals paid for by the taxes of the very Jews they were convicted of attacking.

And what was Raz Amitzur's so-called "crime?"

Protecting Jewish girls from Arab men, and preventing their eventual doom through intermarriage. What used to be a given, Jews marrying Jews, is now considered "racist" and an "infringement on individual rights."

וְלֹא תִתְחַתֵּן, בָּם: בִּתְּךָ לֹא-תִתֵּן לִבְנוֹ, וּבִתּוֹ לֹא-תִקַּח לִבְנֶךָ. כִּי-יָסִיר אֶת-בִּנְךָ מֵאַחֲרַי, וְעָבְדוּ אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים; וְחָרָה אַף-יְהוָה בָּכֶם, וְהִשְׁמִידְךָ מַהֵר. (דברים ז,ג-ד)

Of course, the Erev Rav powers that be do not like anything getting in the way of intermarriage, as it is one of the surest ways to assimilate the Jewish People into a greater globalist society. Erev (ערב) is in fact the root word for "mix," as in intermingling or mixing together.

מערכת המשפטית ישראלית: ניצחון לימין? / The Israeli Justice System: A Victory for the Right?

YNET: מכה למערכות האכיפה והביטחון: נפסלו הודאות נער שנאשם בטרור יהודי
הנער, שנאשם במעורבות בהצתה ובהשחתת כנסיית דורמיציון בירושלים, הודה במעורבות בפשעי שנאה. לאחר מכן התברר כי שוטרים התחפשו לאסירים רוצחים בתרגיל המכונה "כלא עכו", והפעילו עליו לחץ כדי שיודה. בית המשפט פסל את כל ההודאות

גלעד מורג ואלישע בן קימון 01.01.19

מכה לפרקליטות, למשטרה ולשב"כ: בית המשפט המחוזי בלוד פסל היום (ג') את קבילות כל הודאותיו של נער, שנאשם בחברות בארגון טרור יהודי ובביצוע עבירות ממניע גזעני, כולל מעורבות בהצתה ובפגיעה ברכוש בכנסיית דורמיציון בהר ציון שבירושלים ב-2012. הנער נעצר במסגרת פרשת דומא, אבל לבסוף נקבע כי לא היה מעורב בה. 

ההכרעה התקבלה במסגרת משפט הזוטא (משפט מקדים), שעסק בקבילות הראיות בהודאתו של קטין. במשפט הזוטא ביקש הנער, באמצעות סנגורו איתמר בן גביר, לפסול את הודאות הקטין בטענה שנגבו שלא כדין. בין היתר מדובר בהודאתו במעורבות בפשעי שנאה, שהתקבלה בתא מעצרים בעכו.

בתוכנית "עובדה" תואר כיצד בתרגיל חקירה בשם "כלא עכו" הושם הנער בתא בתחנת המשטרה בעכו עם שוטרים שמחופשים לאסירים, שם הופעל עליו לחץ גדול על מנת שיתוודה בפניהם. בין היתר אחד מהם הציג עצמו כרוצח ובושלה "הברחת סמים" בתא, וכל אלו בוצעו על מנת לערער אותו כדי שיודה במעשים. סנגורו טען כי נחצה קו אדום והאמצעים הפסולים הללו הם שגרמו לו להודות. "רציתי לתת הכול שייפסק", אמר הקטין, שנחקר גם בשב"כ ובמשטרה.

סנגורו של הנער, עו"ד איתמר בן גביר, הגיש ערר על קבילות ההודאות - וטען כי הן אינן קבילות בעקבות תרגיל החקירה. הבוקר, בעקבות החלטת בית המשפט, אמר עו"ד בן גביר: "זהו יום חשוב לדמוקרטיה הישראלית. הגיע הזמן שבשירות הביטחון הכללי ובמשטרה יידעו שגם לנערי גבעות יש זכויות יסוד. בתיק הזה נחצו כל הקווים האדומים, ואני שמח שבית המשפט קיבל את טענותינו ופסל את ההודאות".

ביוני בשנה שעברה קבע בית המשפט המחוזי בלוד כי הודאות שני הנאשמים בפרשת הרצח בדומא, פיגוע הטרור שבו נרצחו שלושת בני משפחת דוואבשה ביולי 2015, קבילות ברובן, למעט אלה שנגבו ב"אמצעים מיוחדים" או עינויים. הודאות מסוג זה נפסלו. על מהות ה"אמצעים" הוצא אז צו איסור פרסום.

מפרקליטות מחוז מרכז נמסר בתגובה: "הנאשם הואשם בעבירות חמורות, הנושאות השלכות גם בזירה הבינלאומית. חוקרי השב"כ והמשטרה ביצעו במקרה זה תרגיל מדובבים שסברו שעומד בגבולות הדין. בעניין זה התנהל משפט זוטא ארוך. בית המשפט פסל היום את ההודאות ואנחנו נלמד את הכרעתו לעומקה ונשקול את צעדינו בהמשך".

פעילי הימין בישראל יגידו לכם שפסילת ההתודאות של הקטין ההואשם ע״י השופטת מיכל ברנדט היא ניצחון לימינים.

ברור שאני משבח את איתמר בן-גביר על העוצמה המשפטית שלו והניצחון. לעומת זאת, אני חייב להזכיר לכולכם,...עודה פעם, כי מדי פעם אנשי המערכת המשפטית הישראלית מבינים שהם לא יכולים לנצח נגד מישהו מסוים במצב מסוים כדי לקדם את האג׳נדה של הערב רב. ולכן הם מנצלים את המצב, ובכך הם משכנעים אותנו להאמין שאנחנו ניצחנו איזה קרב מסוים ושיש לנו סיכוי לנצח בכלל. 

המצב הכללי לא השתנה ולא ישתנה בעתיד עד תהיה לנו מערכת משפטית שונה לגמרי. עד שתהיה כזאת, מערכת המשפטית הישראלית תמשיך להרוס האופי היהודי של מדינת ישראל, וזה בהחלט כולל כל קשר הנותר לתורה.

למעשה החלק הכי חשוב בדו"ח הזה על "ניצחון של הימין" הוא...

ההצרה הזאת תומכת במה שאני אומר לכם במשך הרבה הזמן כבר. כי אכפת לאנשי ממשלת ישראל  יותר ממה ש"הקהילה הבינלאומית" (הגוים) חושבת עלינו, מה שאנחנו (המצביעים להם) חושבים על עליהם, שאין צריך לומר ממה שאנחנו רוצים מהם, קל וחומר אין צריך לומר שלא אכפת חהם מהרצון של הקדוש ברוך הוא.

The teen has been charged with several racially motivated offenses, including arson and damage to property in a 2013 attack at the Abbey of the Dormition in Jerusalem. During the attack, graffitti reading "Christians are monkeys" and “Christians are slaves" was sprayed on the walls of the church.

The youth was also questioned on suspicion of involvement in the deadly Duma terror attack of 2015, in which three members of a Palestinian family died in a fire started by Jewish extremists at their West Bank home. The court, however, found he was not involved in the attack.

The decision to throw out the teen's testimony was made after his attorney, Itamar Ben-Gvir, argued that the Shin Bet domestic security service and the police unlawfully obtained the confession from his client, who admitted to carrying out the hate crimes while he was in custody in Acre.

On Thursday, the investigative television program Fact reported that the youth had been placed in a fake prison cell in Acre Prison, while policemen disguised as his cellmates applied massive pressure on him to confess to his actions, including stopping him from sleeping and eating.

One of the policemen played the role of a prisoner serving a murder sentence, and officers even planted fake drugs under his mattress to pressure him.

Ben-Gvir argued in court that a red line had been crossed and that unacceptable investigative measures had been used to get the confession.

Throwing out the confession, Judge Michal Brandt called the behavior of the police “unfair, to say the least, as well as offensive and threatening,” the Times of Israel reported.

Ben-Gvir praised the court's decision, saying his client had been denied his basic rights.

"This is an important day for Israeli democracy. The time has come for the Shin Bet and the police to know that the Hilltop Youth (young exteme (sic.)-right settlers) also have basic rights. All red lines have been crossed in this investigation. I'm glad the court accepted our claim and disqualified the confession," Ben-Gvir said.

The Central District Prosecutor's Office said in a statement that they may rethink their strategy in light of the ruling.

"The defendant was charged with severe offenses, whose ramifications are also felt in internationally. The police and Shin Bet used measures they believed to be within the boundaries of the law. The court rejected the confession given by the minor under these conditions, and we will thoroughly review the court's decision and consider our future actions."

Right-wing activists will be quick to hail the ruling of the judge to throw out the accused minor's confession as a victory.

I certainly praise Itamar Ben-Gvir on his legal prowess and win. However, I must remind everyone,...again, that once in a while the Israeli [in]Justice system realizes that they can't win a particular case to further its Erev Rav agenda. And so, it takes advantage of the situation, by making us believe that we "won one," and that justice has been served.

The reality has not changed. And nothing will change, until we have a completely different system in place. Until we do, the self-propagating Israeli [in]Justice system will continue to chip away at the Jewish nature of the State of Israel, and that certainly includes any remaining connection to Torah.

The most important segment of this report on the "right-wing victory" is actually this:

The Central District Prosecutor's Office said in a statement... "The defendant was charged with severe offenses, whose ramifications are also felt in (sic.) internationally...."

 This supports what I have been saying for the longest time. The Israeli Government cares more about what the so-called "international community" thinks about it, than what its own constituents think about, let alone what they want from it, let alone what the Holy One, Blessed Be He, wants from it.

The Israeli Supreme Court has decided to leave David Chai Hasdai in detention until final court proceedings imprisoned behind bars for all of his "offenses."

David Chai spoke with friends he was forbidden to by the Shabba"k (Israeli secret police), which was implemented without any court ruling nor any presentation of evidence.

David Chai joins other Jewish boys who are sitting in jail on suspicion of talking to their friends and thereby violating the administrative order they received without having committed any crime!!!

This is not the first time we have seen Jewish youth imprisoned for exercising their right to free speech, such as speaking to their friends.


Meir Ettinger was imprisoned for the articles he wrote, and probably also because he is Rabbi Meir Kahane's hy"d grandson. He was also forbidden from speaking with a list of 100 of his friends and acquaintances.


In the year תשס״ו/2006, months after the Israeli Government expelled almost 10,000 Jews from their homes and land in Gaza and the Northern Shomron (Samaria), three teenage girls from K'far Tapu'ah sat in prison because of their participation in demonstrations against the expulsion, and were also not supposed to be released until final court proceedings "because they will talk with the other residents of their town." And what was the problem if they were to speak with their neighbors? Because they might have influence over them.

OMG! (eyes rolling)

Perhaps those who still claim that the State of Israel is a Jewish, democratic state will wake up and see that this is not at all the case, and that there is no such thing here as "freedom of speech."

Unfortunately, the probably won't.

On Rabbi Meir Kahane's 25 Yartzeit: Torah vs. State

This Shabboth marked 25 years since the murder of Rabbi Meir David Kahane hy"d, at the hands of the FBI-handled El Sayyid Nosair.

For this year's yartzeit, I will take the opportunity to give you some of my impressions of Rabbi Kahane, based on a prompt from a friend on Facebook.

I love when I hear Israeli activists "talk tough" but stay away from Rav Meir Kahane's words because they view them as extreme. News flash, most of what Kahane said was about core Jewish values from the Torah. I guess all these activists know what is better for Israel.....*sigh*.

During this string, the issue of "coexistence" came up.

Rabbi Kahane’s position against coexistence was not based on emotions, as is so often the case in Western “progressive” culture, in other words the culture of American and European galuth (exile). His position was, and is, based on Torah reasoning, devoid of emotional influence. His emotions expressed in his speeches were due to his passion for the truth, and frustration over the inability of the Jewish People to see it.

Almost no one has been able to refute his halakhic (Torah legal) claims, falling back on name-calling and demonizing instead. Those who have attempted to do so, have done so with questionable arguments, or with arguments which have not held up to halakhic scrutiny.

Rav Kahane’s greatest “crime” was to quote Biblical verses and halakhic statements from the podium in the Knesseth. My favorite was his mention of the Ramba”m’s Laws of Kings and their Wars, chapter 3.

י [ט] ...ואין צריך לומר אם גזר המלך לבטל מצוה, שאין שומעין לו.

10 [9] ...needless to say, if the King rules the cancelling of a mitzvah, one does not heed him.

The mention of this is not just about whether non-Jews may reside in Eretz Yisra'el (Land of Israel), or marry Jews, issues for which Rabbi Kahane was particularly known, but any situation in which a strirah (conflict) exists between Torah Law and State laws, such as the giving away for Land and the throwing of Jews out of their homes. 

Many mamlakhtim (die-hard State loyalists) have been taught that the Knesseth is a stand-in for the King today. So qal we'homer (even more so) does this halakhah apply.

In 2005, even “mainstream” rabbis such as Rabbi Avraham Shapira ztz”l, the late Rosh Yeshivah of Merkaz HaRav told soldiers not only to sit in jail, before throwing Jews out of their homes, but to be proud doing so. But the mamlakhti “rabbis” with the money and powerful publicity machine, not to mention the support from the government, quashed Rabbi Shapira's message, and continue to do the same to any rabbi attempting to point such conflicts between the Torah and the State. Thus most Jews outside of Jerusalem never heard that he said this, and when they finally did, most would not believe it.

It is no wonder that years before, Rabbi Kahane once said that sitting in jail for the sake of Am Yisrael (Torah, Eretz Yisrael, etc.) should be a requirement for being called “rabbi.” Machon HaMiqdash (Temple Institute's) Rabbi Yisra'el Ariel was one who fulfilled this requirement.

The very popular mamlakhti rabbi, Shlomo Aviner, who helped to throw Jews out of their homes in Azza (Gaza/Gush Qatif), referred to Rabbi Kahane as a “walking Sefer Torah.” I guess he was right about something.

Rabbi Kahane attempted to work within the system to facilitate the process of infusing Torah into the State of Israel, already in existence. In the end, he discovered that this was not going to work. Play by the rules, make gains, and the those in control simply change the rules.

Years later Moshe Feiglin (Likud), would also find this out the hard way. In the last election, MK's Eli Yishai and Yoni Chetboun (Yachad) were prevented from re-entering the Knesseth, because of thousands of fake balloting cards being smuggled into polling booths to replace the real ones. And so all of these votes, 12,000 of them were disqualified,…by the Arab judge, supervising the "fairness" of the elections.

Israeli democracy, or rather deMOCKracy, was time and again revealed to be nothing more than a hypocritical instrument in the maintenance of the citizens' loyalty to the State, above all other loyalties.

The Arab who killed Rabbi Meir Kahane may have done so, because of how he felt. The Arabs who killed Rabbi Binyamin Kahane may have done so for the same reasons. And the same could be said about the Arabs now threatening Rabbi Kahane's imprisoned grandson, Meir Ettinger. But in actuality, these Arabs are not trying to kill Jews, they particularly hate. Rather, they are attempting to kill the truth.

As the Ramba"m states...

שלושה הן הכופרים בתורה: ...(3) והאומר שהבורא החליף מצוה זו במצוה אחרת, וכבר בטלה תורה זו, אף על פי שהיא הייתה מעם ה', כגון הנוצריים וההגריים...

Laws of Repentance 3:17
These three are deniers of the Torah: ...(3) and the one who says that the Creator has changed this mitzvah for another mitzvah, and has already cancelled this Torah, even though was from HaShem, such as the Christians and the Muslims, each of these denies the Torah.

Rabbi Kahane also warned Christian missionaries to stay away from Eretz Yisra'el.

The basis for the negative mitzvah of לא ישבו בארצך ("they will not settle in your Land") is to prevent kefirah (denial) of the truth from being present in the Land and influencing us negatively.

But, Rabbi Kahane's message was not just about about the dangers of coexistence with goyim, how it would not only not work, but how it would be the end of us. Rabbi Kahane's message went even further, and concerned the importance of Jews living according to Jewish principles (ie. Torah), and not the Western/non-Jewish principles we picked up over the last 1,700 years in the golah (exile).

As I write this, I wonder when Jews will realize the dangers of further attempts at coexistence between Torah and State.

With the Israeli Supreme Court calling the shots on one hand, and the Israeli Government using them as an excuse, if not overtly battling against Torah principles themselves, and the mamlakhti "rabbis" standing by to keep the wool pulled over our eyes, defending of their holy State, it seems to be a fairly futile cause, attempting to combine the two.

Unfortunately this is the state (and the State) in which we are currently living.

There is a conflict, and we are all going to have to choose.

Meir (ben Tovah) Ettinger, is sitting in administrative detention, without being charged, let alone having been indicted or convicted of any crime, because he has chosen loyalty to HaShem and His Holy Torah, rather than the State.
