שוב פעם הסוכנות הלא יהודית פועל לרע! / The Non-Jewish Agency Strikes Again!

מוצש״ק פר׳ פינחס תשפ"ב
English follows the Hebrew.

Jewish Agency, If You Really Want to Help, Then Don't Help!"

YNET: Jewish Agency urges security for non-Orthodox worship at Western Wall
After Conservative and Reform worshipers were violently accosted by ultra-Orthodox Jews at the egalitarian section of the Western Wall, the Jewish Agency plans to discuss the situation with Israeli officials to 'make sure all Jews are welcomed'

i24NEWS | 07.14.22
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Although this report states that the ceremony and participants were targeted, the Hebrew version claims that the bar mitzvah himself was specifically targeted. (Yes, a "bar mitzvah" is, in fact a person, and not an event nor a verb...) Sure. It doesn't sound very nice, hearing about anyone yelling at a 13-year-old. Even if the bar mitzvah is consider an adult in some ways. Hmm... I wonder if his parents even know this. I wonder if his "spiritual teacher" knows this.

However, we should all know by now that anything reported by YNET... or HaAretz or Ma'ariv, etc. should be suspect. Even if their reporters occasionally mean well, this does not grant their articles immunity from the almighty editors.

But, I digress...

The real issue at hand is the elephant in the room no one wants to discuss. So, I will. How many of these so-called "Conservatives" around the world even Jewish still? And why is the so-called Jewish Agency defending organizations and people who are encouraging Jewish de-population and the ultimate destruction of the Jewish People through false conversions?

The Conservative Movement's path of destruction for us is slower that that of the Reform Movement, whose members are unknowing participants in the Second Holocaust. (May The Almighty grant them guidance! May The Almighty protect us!) Nevertheless...

I am not even bringing up everything else these people are doing to chip away at the Torah, one piece at a time, all for the sake of their Edomite (Western) feelings.

This is how Esau operated, following his feelings, doing whatever he wanted, and justifying it later on, if ever at all. His brother Jacob our forefather, on the other hand, did his best to do what The Almighty wanted.

Rabbi Arieh Hassid, the Conservative Movement Head and "officiant" of the ceremony in question was reported to say in Hebrew:
“Some people hate me. Who are willing to hurt me. Because my Judaism is different from their Judaism...”
No, Arieh. We don't hate you. We just hate what you are doing.

And no one is willing to hurt you because your Judaism is different from theirs. That's impossible. Because what you believe and what you are doing, simply put, is not Judaism.

Yizhar Hess, Executive Director of the Masorati (Conservative) Movement in Israel suggested that...
״...if they (the actions) had occurred anywhere else in the world, it would be called antisemitism." (TOI)
Yizhar, how could this be considered antiSemitic? The ceremony wasn't Jewish, just something which looked Jewish,... a little bit.

Not surprisingly, Israel's caretaker Prime Minister Yair Lapid issued a condemnation of the incident. While in France, he stated said that...
"Israel is the only [country] in the world where there is no religious freedom for Jews." (Haredi 10)
To caretaker Prime Minister Yair Lapid I pose the question, "Where in the Torah does it mention 'religious freedom for Jews?'"

Never mind. What do you care about what's mentioned in the Torah?

If the Jewish Agency want to criticize the approach and the activities of the Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) youth in question, then criticize. But if the Jewish Agency really operates for the sake of all Jews,  then its leaders must at least understand and accept the intention and frustrations of these Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) youth.

Personally, I am still not convinced that the Jewish Agency is truly working for the sake of all Jews.

You can read about just how much the [Non] Jewish Agency cares about Jews in "Jewish Agency, If You Really Want to Help, Then Don't Help!"

YNET: Jewish Agency to extend emergency aid to Ukraine's Jewish community
As violence rages in Ukraine, Jewish Agency Chairman vows to aid Jewish communities in Ukraine, aims to 'ensure the safety and security of Ukraine's Jews'.

February 23, 2014

Think hard, Natan!
Think hard!
The Jewish Agency will extend immediate emergency assistance to the Jewish community of Ukraine and will help secure Jewish institutions in the country, the Chairman of the Executive of The Jewish Agency for Israel Natan Sharansky (left) announced Saturday.

"The Jewish community of Ukraine, which counts some 200,000 members, is one of most vibrant Jewish communities in the world, with dozens of active Jewish organizations and institutions. Recent events have shown that we must strengthen these institutions' security measures. We have a moral responsibility to ensure the safety and security of Ukraine's Jews," said Sharansky.

The immediate assistance will come from The Jewish Agency's Emergency Assistance Fund for Jewish Communities. The fund was established in the wake of the horrific March 2012 terror attack in Toulouse, in which a Jewish teacher and three Jewish schoolchildren were murdered....

....Dr. Misha Galperin, President and CEO of Jewish Agency International Development, said: "The Jewish Agency had established the Emergency Assistance Fund for Jewish Communities two years ago. We are seeking to replenish the fund now in order to help the Ukrainian Jewish communities with their safety and security costs."

The Ukrainian Jewish community is one of the largest Jewish communities in the world, with some 200,000 members. Most Jews reside in the capital, Kiev, and there are thriving communities in Odessa, Lvov, and Dnepropetrovsk.

During 70 years of Communist rule, Jewish gatherings were prohibited in Ukraine, but after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Jewish institutions began to develop in the country, transforming the Jewish community.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Blah, blah, blah,...

The only solution to anti-Semitism, more accurately called Jew-hatred, is Aliyah (Jewish immigration to Israel). Anything less than this is assisted suicide.

And, yes, unintentionally [or not], this is what the (non-) Jewish Agency is doing.

My sources on the inside tell me that the Jewish Agency has a history of active recruiting of goyim (non-Jews) in the Ukraine, without documentation, while religious Jews in the U. S. are asked to track down maternal grave sites, and submit photographs of them in order to prove Jewishness.

Even ardently secular representatives of the Jewish Agency were said to have been appalled by this.

Meanwhile, back in the Ukraine, real Jews who do not have enough money to spare for the train to Kiev or Harkov, in order to begin the Aliyah process at a (non-) Jewish Agency office.

If the (non-) Jewish Agency doesn't care about Israel's so-called "Law of Return," then why should anyone else?

Oh yes, and then there was the firebomb at a Kiev synagogue, and it was not just an unfortunate victim of collateral damage during the ongoing protests there.
Yeshiva World News: Ukraine Shul Targeted in a Firebomb Attack
Monday, February 24th, 2014

There are growing fears that the civil unrests in Kiev will result in increased anti-Semitism. On Monday morning 24 Adar I, four masked men targeted a shul in Zbarazh in a firebomb attack. The four managed to flee the scene before a watchman could apprehend any of them.

JDN reports that Chabad shaliach in the city, Rabbi Nachum Ehrentreu Shlita, who has been serving as the city and district rav for 17 years, announced efforts to protect the shul and mispallalim are ongoing. The shul complex is fenced in, there is an electric gate, and there are closed circuit TV cameras operating 24 hours daily.

The elegant shul was opened two years ago, donated by philanthropist R’ Yisrael Dovartzki, who is close to Rav Ehrentreu. Tens of Yidden are mispallel in the shul daily, and there are 800 mispallalim on yomim tovim. The shul building is the heart of the kehilla, and it is estimated that there are 10,000 Jews in the entire district.
The Jewish Agency is simply not terribly helpful in assisting Jews make Aliyah, and have turned over some of that responsibility to the Nefesh b'Nefesh organization. There has already been some acknowledgement that Jewish Agency does not claim the role of encouraging Jews to make Aliyah.

In the 1940's, Rabbi Yissachar Shlomo Teichtel hy"d tried to warn Hungarian Jews that staying in Hungary was dangerous, if not fatal. These Haredi, religious Jews were eventually slaughtered not even directly by the Nazis, but with collaboration from Labor Zionists.

Interestingly enough, Rabbi Techtel himself was not killed by Nazis, rather was believed to have killed by a Ukrainian on the train to Auschwitz.

Food for thought.

So, when the (non-) Jewish Agency wants to "help" by strengthening the Jewish communities outside of Israel, instead of designating these same funds for the facilitation of Aliyah, I say that the Jewish Agency simply shouldn't bother.

What Are Jews Still Doing In Tunisia?

Purim Qatan 5771

Another article caught my eye, in which what is found between the lines is even more telling than what is on the lines themselves. But, isn't that always the case?

My comments can be found in blue italics.
YNET: Terror Threat: Number Of Israeli Embassies Closed

Heightened alert level apparently related to anniversary of Mughniyeh assassination; in Tunisia, Islamist rally outside synagogue, chant 'Allahu Akbar' and 'Muhammad's army will return'

Ynet Reporters, February 17, 2011

A number of Israeli embassies around the world have been temporarily closed due to what the Foreign Ministry called on Tuesday "irregular incidents against Israeli targets."
Irregular?? There is nothing irregular about them, just business as usual.
Israeli embassies abroad have also raised their alert level, while in Tunisia the Jewish community turned to the government for protection after Muslims rallied outside a synagogue in the capital.
They looked to whom, for what??!! That's like mice asking the "good cats" to protect them against the "bad cats." Both enjoy ripping mice apart. But, the "good cats" prefer to toy with their prey a little longer than the "bad cats."
The Foreign Ministry did not say which embassies were closed. It is estimate that the heightened alert level is connected to the third anniversary of top Hezbollah commander Imad Mughniyeh's assassination.

Last week the Counter Terrorism Bureau warned that the threat against Israelis abroad had increased, with a special emphasis put on Egypt, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, the Ivory Coast, Mali, Mauritania and Venezuela.

The bureau also mentioned the elimination of former Hezbollah Secretary General Abbas Mousawi, who was killed by Israel in 1992. The bureau recommended that Israelis travelling abroad avoid places where large groups of Israelis can be found and obey local security forces' directives.

Hezbollah claims Israel was behind Mughniyeh's assassination in Damascus and has vowed to "avenge his death."

In Tunisia, radical Islamists gathered outside a synagogue in Tunis and chanted anti-Semitic slogans. Footage taken from the scene shows them chanting "Allahu Akbar" and "Khaybar, Khaybar. Oh Jews, Muhammad's army will return". They were referring to the Battle of Khaybar, which was fought in the year 629 between Muhammad and his followers against the Jews living in the oasis of Khaybar, located 150 kilometers (95 miles) from Medina in the modern-day Saudi Arabia.

Local Jews turned to the transitional government, which replaced the regime of deposed president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali last month, and expressed their concern over the apparent rise in anti-Semitic incidents in the country. "This incident can repeat itself; some groups want to take advantage of the political vacuum in the country," said Roger Bismuth, head of the local Jewish community.

Bismuth said Prime Minister Mohamed Ghannouchi asked that local Jews remain alert.
Now, that's what you call a "good," Muslim Prime Minister! he actually gives the Jews residing in a country a heads-up to the impending violence against them!
In a statement on the official TAP news agency, the PM's office condemned acts of extremists at places of worship.
But, other places are OK, then??
“These people have no other motive than to attack the values of the republican regime based on the respect of freedom and belief, tolerance and peaceful co-existence ... and the guarantee of the exercise of civic rights,” it said.

The ministry said it would “spare no effort to safeguard these values and opposes all those who want to incite violence or discord between the Tunisian people and disturb public security.”
Of course, Jews are not considered to be "Tunisian people." No matter how hard Jews in Galuth (Diaspora) continue to try, they will never be considered to be "part of" their foreign countries of residence.
Muslim Tunisia is home to about 1,600 Jews, most of whom live on the southern island of Djerba where its most important synagogue, reputed to be the oldest in Africa, is based and draws thousands of pilgrims every year.
Pilgrims? We are supposed to make pilgrimages to Jerusalem, not to Djerba (or Germany, or Poland, or Brooklyn,...).
It is one of the largest Jewish communities in the Arab world but significantly down from a population of 100,000 at independence from France in 1956, after which the government promulgated anti-Jewish decrees.
So, what are the rest of the Jews still doing there? Waiting for the next pogrom?

True, the non-Jewish Agency is too busy bringing goyim into Israel from foreign countries, to be bothered with the plight of Jews living amongst the savage Yishma'elim (Arabs/Muslims) . Nonetheless, what are our brethren in Tunisia doing to make the effort to get out themselves?
In April 2002 a suicide bomber rammed the wall of the Djerba synagogue with a lorry (truck) laden with natural gas...
How many suicide bombings have to occur before the Jews get the message?
...in an attack claimed by Al-Qaeda that killed 14 German tourists, five Tunisians and two French visitors.
Of course, here, the news does not differentiate between Jews and non-Jews. It could have been a great tragedy, or a great miracle. But, we will never know from this news source.
Tunisia’s interim government is struggling to stabilize the country since the fall of president Ben Ali a month ago after a groundswell of street protests, and fears new violence.
Over the past several weeks with riots, protests, what have you, in Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, and Bahrain, the West acts so surprised, as if violence and Yishma'elim have never been used in the same sentence before.

Then, when the can no longer deny the violence, they call it euphemisms like "revolution" and "pro-democracy demonstrations."

C'mon! This has all happened before, and it will happen again. "Democratic reform" is the farthest thing from these Arabs' minds!

The eventual outcome of all of these "revolutions" will be Islamic rule. Battles for control over the burgeoning, New Caliphate, are only years, if not months, away. The precursors, in the form of factional infighting, have already begun.

And everyone who is blind nor plagued by insanity knows it.

Jews Are Still Not Getting The Message

IsraelNN.com: The Secret Circumcision in Turkey

Tzvi Ben Gedalyah, 7 Teveth 5771 / December 14, 2010u

Antalya Turkey was home to about 50 Jews – until last week when a father overcame his fears of Antisemitism and allowed a secret circumcision on Chanukah of his 30-day-old baby boy, the city's newest Jew.

Antalya is a Mediterranean coastal city of approximately one million people, mostly Muslims, and located near Syria. The father, whose identity cannot be revealed, is a “secret” Jew but was afraid his neighbors would discover his religion if he allowed his new-born baby boy to be circumcised, one of the most ancient and sacred Jewish rites. (Read more...)

This story is bittersweet.

First off, Mazal Tov to the family of this baby, Jewish boy.

Second, Kol HaKavod to the father for risking his and his family's safety to perform this very important misswah (commandment).

We learn that B'rith Milah (entrance into the Covenant with circumcision) is such an important misswah, that besides the bringing of the Qorban Pesah (Passover lamb or goat kid), it is the only positive commandment which requires kareth (being cut off from Am Yisra'el) as a punishment for not fulfilling it.

Unfortunately, this man, along with his Jewish neighbors, do not have much of a Jewish life; they do not have much of a life.

Thirteen years ago, many of the young Turkish Jews I met in Israel ended up back in Istanbul. Life in Istanbul, with all of its creature comforts and business opportunities were much too attractive to them. American Jews often fall into the same trap, and thus, can relate.

However, the situation in Antalya is much different, much more frightening, that Istanbul of 13 years ago. Nonetheless, these Jews are not imprisoned by a Soviet government, nor are they that far away from Israel.

So, why don't they just pack up and come? Do they not have the financial resources to do so?

What is the local Chabba"d rabbi doing about this? Is he encouraging them to make aliyah?

Where is the Jewish Agency in all this?

Too many details seem to be missing here.

Let us pray that these Jews, as well as Jews all over the world, will be able to find their ways here, no matter what the obstacles, be they internal or external.

In the meantime, I would to issue a challenge to the Jewish Agency, to Nefesh b'Nefesh, and other similar, Jewish organizations to investigate the situation of these Jews in Antalya, and to see what can be done about expediting their aliyah process.
