ארץ ישראל שייכת לעם ישראל: הטעויות בהגיון של הפלסטינים / Israel Belongs to the Jews: Errors in "Palestinians'" Logic

כ״ו לחודש השלישי תשפ״ה
English follows the Hebrew.

For those still unfamiliar, Substack is a relatively new platform on social media for sharing articles and notes on various topics. Essentially, it is for bloggers. However, from my experience it is much more interactive between writers and commenters.

I have been trying it out, believing it may help me to broaden my audience.

What so-called "pro-Israel" and so-called "Zionist" Jewish influencers need to finally accept is that non-Jews do not care about the truth. The rulers of the current exile of the Jewish People (Edom / The West) believe what they want to believe, be it Christianity or progressivism, which has spread throughout Europe and American academic institutions. Both are manifestations of their spiritual forefather Esau, Jacob's slightly older twin brother. Jacob is us. He is the forefather of the Jewish People.

Jews still in exile are all assimilated and assimilating to one degree or another. But they cannot see it. They can only see that this is what works for them in the exile. No matter how times they have visited Israel, the idea of permanently living there is like an alternative universe to them. why should they bother to listen to the same old Hasbara (Heb.: PR) crap about international law, indigenous rights, and the right to defend ourselves? We need to offer these Jews the truth, ie. Torah.

Even many religious Jews, both in and outside of Israel, still suffer from exile syndrome. They believe that "Western" and "Torah" overlap much more than they actually do. Certainly Western logic and Torah logic do not overlap at all.

The following is a back and forth between me and someone who either identifies as "palestinian," or who is aligned with these pawns of the Arab world. It has been edited for clarity and elaboration of my views. You can see the original here, if it has not already been taken down.

I post it here, not to try to convince or influence anyone of anything. Didn't I just write how pointless the same old Hasbara crap is? I am posting this to demonstrate the extent of the anti-Torah lies spread throughout the world. At the very least, maybe some Jewish parents will wake up, and stop funding their children's indoctrination by such individuals at many of their academic institutions.

Parrhizzia
Let’s assume success by Israel.

It completely crushes Iran. It also completely crushes Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen.

Israel is the undisputed regional nuclear super-power. Nobody can withstand it.

Will all that blood satisfy Israel? Will its genocidal mania be quenched? Or will it find a new reason to bomb Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE?

Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are not stupid. They know what Israel is.

Iran falling is not the last step, but just one more step towards more bloodshed.

Esser Agaroth (2¢)
1. You cannot genocide a nonexistent people. Pseudostians are Arabs. The lowest on the totem pole, used as pawns by the Saudis, Jordanians, Kuwaitis, Egyptians, etc. But they are Arabs nonetheless.

2. Now look at the maps embedded in the emblems of the PLO, Fatah, and Hamas. This is their version of a Pseudostine. Israel does not exist to them. Where are the Jews? Quite literally wiped off the map. Now tell me again who wants to commit genocide.

3. You are right about the Saudis and UAE. They are not stupid. They are buying land in Israel, partly through shell companies, and with smiles on their faces, a much more efficient way to destroy Israel than Hamas, Hezbollah, or Iran’s approach.

4. (See the map above) The Christians want it, believing they are entitled to it. The Muslims want it, because they are supposed to conquer everything whenever possible. But, it’s ours. We were commanded to conquer it from the Canaanites. We’re taking it back, as long as our assimilated descendants of the Erev Rav (the nominally Jewish globalists, you label as Zionists. Even though they mostly reside outside of Israel) do not get in the way. God gave it to us.

Note: I do not count on the State of Israel's current regime to carry this out. We will have to wait for the arrival of Mashi'ah to sort everything out. Every time the State takes back what is ours  (see map) , they give it back, or do a half-hearted job holding onto it: Southern Lebanon (Asher and Naftali), Gaza (Judah), Judea (Judah and Benjamin), and Samaria (Ephraim and Menashe).

Parrhizzia
You committed genocide to take it from the Canaanites.

You're committing genocide to take it from the Palestinians.

But be careful, remember how Ashkenazi Zionism began, by buying land in Palestine and kicking out indigenous tenant farmers.

Esser Agaroth
Wait. Indigenous? No. The Canaanites were indigenous. And then…
When the Lord your God brings you into the land where you are going to possess it, and cast out many nations before you, the Hittite, and the Girgashite, and the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite, seven nations greater and mightier than you; and when the LORD your God delivers them up before you, then you shall smite them; then you shall utterly destroy them; you shall make no covenant with them, nor show mercy unto them; (Deut. 7:2)
And you just admitted that we were here well before the Arabs. So who gets the prize? The people who was here first? Or the people who conquers it? You cannot have your cake and eat it, too. The Jewish People win in either argument.

I will tell you the same thing I try to tell my fellow Jews. It does not matter who is or is not indigenous; it is about who The Almighty wants to possess the Land of Israel at any given time.

This is about whose beliefs are correct. This is a religious conflict. Do not try to hide the Arabs' belief in a mandate to conquer the world, and convert everyone to Islam or make them Dhimmis.

We Jews just believe we have a claim one small portion of the world. (Did you look at the map yet?)

Palestinians? Who are they? The term did not even exist for Arabs till the 1960s. The Roman Emperor Hadrian concocted this whole Palestinian distortion. Emperor Vespasian renamed the ancient city of Shchem Flavia Neapolis. But there is no “P” sound in Arabic, so now you have Nablus, a bastardization.

The murderer Yassar Arafat, may his name and memory be blotted out, once tried to claim the he was Jebusite. That didn't work.

The murderer and Holocaust denier Mahmud Abbas, may his name be blotted out, tried to claim that the Arabs identifying as "palestinians" were descendants of the Canaanites -- whom you claimed that Israel genocided. That didn't work.

Arab Christians claim that they are Arameans. That seems to be working for them now. Of course, the Arameans came from what is now Syria. So, the Land of Israel is certainly not theirs. And, it is important to note that not all historical scholars agree with this. It seems that this was the politically strategic thing to do by the Israeli government at the time.

So, no. Arabs were never indigenous. Isaac was offered on the Mount, not Ishmael. Isaac inherited the mantle and promise of the Land from his father Abraham, not Ishmael.

The only true source of Zionism is the Torah, in which The Holy One, Blessed Be He, clearly states many times that the Land of Israel is Divinely Promised to the People of Israel...

A Blog That Doesn't Suck

ראש חודש השנים עשר תשע"ג

Hey, check out this video on creating "A Blog That Doesn't Suck," by my buddy Eric Rosenberg.  Eric is a multi-talented consultant, writer, speaker, and DJ, as well as the founding force behind The Israel Situation.

I have been trying hard to take his suggestions, such as posting consistent times and posting quality content, instead of just filler.

But, I can't help it!  I admit it!  I love watching those rises in hits!

So, what I have been doing is trying to post an average of once per day, mostly so that I can into a routine of posting regularly.  Sometimes I post a lengthy, philosophical piece, and other times I post my take on the news and current events.

I mostly post on serious matters, but try to take a break from it all by posting on literature, music, or funny things which happen during a typical day in the life of an Israeli.

So, maybe I still need to work on consistency,...a lot more.

In the mean time, I am posting this to seem how many hits I can exploit get out of Eric's video.

Exploitation was not one of his suggestions.

It was my own idea. (wink)

Seriously, though, check out Eric's material!  He makes some great suggestions!

Haveil Havalim: The 365th Edition!

5 of the Fourth Month 5772

The 365th Edition!  Yep!  That's the name, or subtitle, or what have you.  Why should I have to have an edition name or subtitle?  Well, I don't.  I'm taking last week's hos, Susant's idea, and just numbering it.  It works for me.

Some of you may be expecting this edition to be dedicated to a person or an event.  Well, I didn't feel there were any people or events worth noting here, in an edition of a blog carnival.

So, this edition will not be dedicated to any Rebbes, dead or undead alive, nor any Israeli Presidents, dead or undead. (Those who understand will understand.)

New and Improved Introduction!

Founded by Soccer Dad, Haveil Havalim is a carnival of Jewish blogs -- a weekly collection of Jewish & Israeli blog highlights, tidbits and points of interest collected from blogs all around the world. It's hosted by different bloggers each week, and jointly coordinated through our Facebook GroupThe term 'Haveil Havalim,' which means"Vanity of Vanities," is from Qoheleth, (Ecclesiastes) which was written by King Solomon. King Solomon built the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and later on got all bogged down in materialism and other 'excesses' and realized that it was nothing but 'hevel,' or in English, 'vanity.'
And, now, it's on with the show!

Torah

Did anyone recite a special blessing this Rosh HodeshRabbi David Bar-Hayim at Machon Shilo teaches us what that berakhah is in his Response To Birkath HaHamah.

Aharon Hai at Jewish Teachings tells us why living in the Land of Israel places ones soul on a Higher Level than those who do not.

Tomer Devorah teaches us about The Fourth Month.

Judaism

Israel

News & Current Events

Outside Of Israel

Batya the Shiloh Muse writes about how Israel Isn't Alone In Under-Reacting To The Arab/Muslim Threat.

Zalman Stern doesn't seem to like America's Self-Proclaimed Rabbi.

Food

Yosef at This American Bite brings us his recipe for Grilled Brisket with Mexican Inspired Rub and Mopping Sauce.

JBlogging

Last, but definitely not least, I would be remiss, if I did not include posts from bloggers who attended last week's Israeli President's Conference:

Rafi at Life In Israel: Shimon Peres And The Bloggers
Batya at Shiloh Musings: Bloggers As Legitimate Journalists and Jewish Leadership, Why Not From Zion?
Aussie Dave at Israellycool: Israeli Presidential Conference Liveblogging Day 1 and Day 2, and Separated At Birth: Shimon Feline (LOL!)
A Soldier's MotherPeter Beinart And Zionism (...and why he's wrong)

So, what I'd to know is if anyone had the courage to ask Prez Peres how he gets away with being political in a symbolic and a-political role, when his predecessors would have been castigated for doing the same.

I have yet to receive any answer.  Although I know that there was plenty of courage in attendance.  I also know that there must've been plenty of kushen tuchus there as well.  (I saw the group photo.)

I am actually glad that these bloggers attended, and I will no doubt get on my friend Yoel Meltzer for not having attended.  But, I am also glad that I decided not to waste take a day off from work to attend.

Wrap-Up:
OK.  That's a wrap!  Everything submitted was included.  How 'bout that?  In other words, no spam nor missionary crap was submitted.  Cool.

Michael Tzdok Elkohen, An Aspiring Mekubal, will be hosting next week!  You can send him a Facebook personal message, or submit through our on-line submission site.

Don't forget to join our Facebook Group, now accepting commenters and fans, in addition to bloggers.  This is where you want to be, if you want to be considered for a hosting position!

You may submit your blog posts via the Haveil Havalim On-line Submission Site!

Why I Do Not Include Submissions From A Certain Website In Blog Carnivals

א Hol HaMo'ed Pesah 5772

Although the term "blog," can have a wide range of definitions. The term "blog" is a contraction of "web log." Later on, the term "vlog," a contraction of video log or blog, was introduced.

I like to think that the primary purpose of blogs is disseminate information which the mainstream media, intentionally or unintentionally, does not.

This may include new items which are either missed or distorted, or simply opinions which are not "mainstream."

When a website's purpose is to post a collection of articles related to one or more particular categories, mostly from the mainstream media, and without any commentary on said articles, I do not see the point in including it in a "blog" carnival.

Gathering articles related to a particular topic, and posting them together in one place, may be helpful. After all, if someone else does that, then we don't have to. However, the lack of commentary disqualifies it, in my book, from being included in a collection of posts which do include commentary on current events.

When it is my turn to host the world's largest Jewish and Israel-related blog carnival, Haveil Havalim, I see no point in including posts from one website in particular, a website will not get any additional publicity on this blog, by the inclusion of a link to it, or even its name.

The webmaster in question, whether intentionally or not, owns a front for Haredi and Settler bashing. He gathers together articles from the mainstream media, with the occasional inclusion of an article from a Haredi-sympathetic website.

However, I would gladly include his submissions to Haveil Havalim, if he were to include his take on the media's presentation of current events, EVEN if I disagreed with it.

Until then, I am more like to include posts from David A M Wilensky, than from the webmaster alluded to above, even though we never agree on anything (with the possible exception of issues related to protecting the environment). At least David doesn't make any bones about who is he, what he is, and who or what he isn't.

Until the mysterious webmaster in question begins to interject some of himself into his website, I have no other choice but to assume he is no different than the Haredi and Settler-bashing, so-called "news" sources he gives a voice to.

Haveil Havalim #341 - The Hanukkah 5772 Edition

30 of the Ninth Month 5772
6th Night of Hanukkah

Well, as my laptop screen went out, and I still do not have an Internet connection at home (long story, don't ask...), I sit here on the third floor of the Jerusalem Central Bus Station in Cafe Neto, whose name I hope needs no further explanation.

OK, I know it's a chain, and chains are tacky. But, a commitment is a commitment, and I had nowhere else to go. I might add that the coffee isn't any worse or expensive than anywhere else in Jerusalem, and I hear that they make a really good toast (toasted sandwich).

At a suggestion from Batya, and an e-mail from Jack this morning, I was able to obtain a long selection of your posts, via BlogCarnival.com's "insta-carnival," dating back to I don't know when. (...at least one of its features appears to be working,...for now) You would be amazed at the spam which was received, mostly from Christians, who did not even try to pretend it was Israel-related. They may be steadily infiltrating the Shomron (Samaria), but they will not make it into Haveil Havalim, as long as I am a host! ...unless they are super, industrial strength, sneaky.

But, I digress....

A few of you appear to be continuing your blind post submission, without knowing that something has been seriously wrong with BlogCarnival.com's on-line submission process, for quite sometime now. Does that mean you have not been following the news of this mentioned in the editions themselves? (raised eyebrow)

This all being said, I am afraid (no, not really) that I no choice but to limit the posts to those from this week, with the exception of a few which captured my attention.

If you end up disliking this edition of Haveil Havalim, that has the potential to turn into a positive thing.

Why?

Well, if you really dislike how I have presented this edition, and, say, left out your EXTREMELY important post, then perhaps that will motivate you to volunteer to host an edition yourself.

See what I mean?

Haveil Havalim is dying, folks. If you do not want it to die, then you will have to step up to the plate, and volunteer to host. Just try it once. If you hate it then 1) you'll appreciate the work of the hosts more, even of those hosts you dislike, and 2) you'll never have to host again.

Contact Fearless Leader Jack directly at talktojacknow@gmail.com.

The next thing which I believe needs to happen is that we all give up on BlogCarnival.com's on-line submission system. If you are like me, you will not want everyone and his brother (& sister) to be in possession of your e-mail address.

So, until we find a more reliable way to communicate with each other, I suggest that you join the Haveil Havalim Facebook Group I set up. The old, inactive one is set to be archived soon. So, it will be of no use to us. Let me know if you would like to be an administrator, too. Besides Jack, I suggest we have a few more, from diverse points of view.

And so, with all of that meta-blogging "processing" behind us, and without further ado, here is the Hanukkah 5772 Edition of the Haveil Havalim Blog Carnival.

Founded by Soccer Dad, Haveil Havalim is a carnival of Jewish blogs -- a weekly collection of Jewish & Israeli blog highlights, tidbits and points of interest collected from blogs all around the world. It's hosted by different bloggers each week and coordinated by Jack. The term 'Haveil Havalim,' which means"Vanity of Vanities," is from Qoheleth, (Ecclesiastes) which was written by King Solomon. King Solomon built the Holy Temple in Jerusalem and later on got all bogged down in materialism and other 'excesses' and realized that it was nothing but 'hevel,' or in English, 'vanity.'

Torah

Here is a sneak peak at Parshat Vayigash from Josh at the Parsha Blog.

Geulah Girl suggests we back up to Parshat Vayishlach for a moment, to remind us of what us is going on at this time of year, besides Hanukkah, and of the need to keep our eyes open.

Hanukkah

The Jewish Fist shares his Reflection On Chanukah with us. According to him, Chanukah is the most misunderstood of all the Jewish Festivals.

Samantha at The Israel Situation presents her Zionist Perspective On Chanukah.

I throw in my Esser Agaroth on the Jewish Federation's "Inner Maccabee" Hanukkah Video.

Tomer Devorah reprints Rabbi Kahane's hy"d classic Down With Chanukah (1972) for us.

Velveteen Rabbi brings us Chanukah Remixed.

Miryummy brings us every Hanukkah video on line there is, or so it seems, in Chanuka, oh Hannukkah. Thanks, Miryummy!

Last but not least, not exactly a Hanukkah post, but when you see Jameel @ The Muqata's Maybe It's Time To Move To Israel, you'll know exactly why I put it here. This is a must see photo!

Israel

Jewish Israel reports on the continual attempts by Christian "friends of Israel" to implant themselves both within the Land, and even within normative Judaism in The Other Side Of Torah. Duped members of Kenesset and various mesmerized "rabbis" appear to be to blame.

Nobody seems to remember that Abbas Used To Be A Member Of The Muslim Brotherhood. According to Daled Amos, it shows.

Batya, our Shilo Muse, reports that Givat Asaf Is Vulnerable In More Ways Than One.

Sharon A at The Real Jerusalem Streets presents her take on the Jerusalem Light Rail, and with photos, too!

Fun Joel's Israel presents This is Not a Political Post Fun Joel’s Israel. What do YOU know about the "Mughrabi Bridge controversy?" It all seems to be covered here. He also brings us Israel Mystery Photo #16, the next in an ongoing series of photos taken in Israel. In each post Fun Joel presents the new "Mystery Photo" and gives further information on the previous photo in the series.

David at Israelity brings us Exposing Tel Aviv Fashion Week. This post also caught my eye, as I have recently been having my fashion conscious past and artistic upbringing triggered at every turn, including an opportunity to model for some photos last week,...if you can believe it. Believe it! It happened! I'll let you know if my shots make the cut.

The Apple Never Falls Far From The Tree comes from Anthony at The Israel Situation. See what Israel is getting before any other country.

Hutz la'Aretz
(Outside of Israel)

Daled Amos believes that Jonathan Pollard May Become An Election Issue.

Allison Josephs at Jew In The City presents Cultivating a Soul: What Farming Can Teach You About Personal Growth Jew In The City. This was one of those posts which caught my eye. Alison should come visit all of the present-day farms in Yehudah, Binyamin, the Shomron, and elsewhere. Nope. Farming is not what we used to do. And... Soon, many of us may have to return to it whether we like or not. This spring will be a good time to make an actual start on those vegetable gardens you've only been thinking about.

Food

OK. I just HAD to put this one in. Tripple Peppermint Chocolate Brownies from Yosef at This American Bite. Anything with "Chocolate" and "Tripple" in the name HAS to be good, right?

Health

Make sure to read Rick's Mom's Playing “Aunt Loretta.”

Personal

Mystery Woman presents When Children Die.

To Kiss A Mezuzah presents There Is No Such Thing As A Good Stereotype.

Haveil Havalim #340 - The Krembo Edition

24 of the Eighth Month 5771

KremboThis is called the Krembo Edition of Haveil Havalim, as a shameless plug for Esser Agaroth's debut edition of Carnival Of Krembos.

Well, it was either calling it the Krembo Edition, of the "BlogCarnival.com Is Having Issues Again" Edition, which would have been way too boring. But, yeah, that site is having issues,...again.

Hey, I have an idea. How about if we have a standard, contingency plan for when this happens again? And, I am afraid that it WILL happen again. How about if we agree that if BlogCarnival.com develops "issues" again in the future, we automatically know to leave a comment on the host's blog. Any host who has comment moderation, can simply retrieve the information, and delete the comment. Those without can retrieve the information, and then delete the comment, or just leave it there.

But, what about those newcomers not in the know? Well, let's have Jack see if a note can be put on our BlogCarnival.com page, explaining our contingency plan.

Got any better ideas? Send them to Jack directly at talktojacknow@gmail.com.

Haveil Havalim #331 - The End Of תשע"א/5771 Edition

28 of the Sixth Month 5771

One of the reasons I like the Velveteen Rabbi is her creativity. Another reason is that she is consistent, an all too rare attribute found across the Jewish spectrum. Another reason I like her is that she challenges me (not personally), and keeps me on my toes.

Her piece Wise Voices On Middle East Politics And On Torah exemplifies how diverse our growing community here at Haveil Havalim can be, and is, with her on one side, and me on the polar opposite side, 99 percent of the time. But, at least we bother to wave at each other once in a while.

But, what's my point, you ask.

Unfortunately, our Haveil Havalim community is at risk of not continuing. We do not just need hosts. We need it to be much less of a struggle to convince, coerce, and beg each other to host.

This week's edition, the End Of תשע"א/5771 Edition really is a best of the best edition,...a euphemism for schvach.

It is Monday night in Israel already, so you can only imagine how difficult is was for me to throw this together,...I mean throw literally. I was very picky about the posts I included, even excluding some posts I particularly liked. Everyone also received only one spot this week.

If you have hosted Haveil Havalim before, then your posts were automatically included. This is not to discourage those bloggers new to our community from submitting posts. As you know, I am usually a very inclusive host. But, if I have to limit the number of posts I include, then why shouldn't I make a point of including those bloggers involved in keeping Haveil Havalim alive,...literally?

Consider this edition an appeal, a warning, a rebuke,...OK, maybe even a request.

Take a moment to take out our calendars, which most of you have already bought, and pick a week, just one week, and commit to host. If everyone of us were to commit to hosting during תשע"ב/5772, then we would be all set for the coming year, and would cease to be in such a struggle.

Even if only the core group of contributors were to commit to hosting twice each during the coming year, then we would be good to go.

I will be hosting again next week. I never intended to host this week. I believe that by now, you have gathered that. There wasn't anyone designated to host this week. But that did not stop the submissions from flowing in.

Susan Esther at To Kiss A Mezuzah is set to host on 20 Tishrei (October 16).

Who will step up to the plate, and host the week before that?

What about the week after that?

As this year comes to a close, please think about how you envision the future of Haveil Havalim, and then commit to contributing to make that future happen.

So,...if you would like to host, please contact our Fearless Leader Jack B. directly at talktojacknow@gmail.com.

Shannah Tovah.

Looking Toward Rosh HaShannah

Susan Esther Barnes at To Kiss A Mezuzah asks, "Do Jews Believe In An Afterlife?" Well, I can't speak for all Jews, but I do. I could not resist adding this second post from her at TCJewfolk, Who's Eggs Are They Anyway? It is a fascinating ethical, halakhic, and relevant issue for us all.

Jennifer in Mama-Land shows us a Fun Tech Tool. Check out this Hebrew script tool!!

Haveil Havalim #323 - The Mid-Summer Edition

Rosh Hodesh Menahem Av 5771

Last week both To Kiss A Mezuzah and I both received some pretty old submissions to Haveil Havalim, which resulted in our joint editions #322 and #322b. This appeared to be to an Internet burp or hiccup stemming from Blog Carnival's recent problems with its on-line submission systems. Apparently, Internet malfunctions do not discriminate based on religious or political ideology or gender.

Food for thought....

According our Fearless Leader Jack, Blog Carnival claims that the problems have been cleared up. How that explains how I received several submissions this week, I don't know. At least they were current submissions. I guess the burgeoning artificial intelligence within the Blog Carnival website decided that I would be this week's host, whether I was signed up or not. (Who recognizes the photo?)

That'll teach me.

Haveil Havalim #322b - The Make Up Edition Supplement

23 of the Fourth Month 5771

Hey, out there in the J-Blogosphere!

Last week, the Blog Carnival website appeared to have bumped up a lot of blog post submissions, it apparently had been holding back. It finally decided to "bare the shame" rather than "bare the pain," or however that really tacky expression goes.

Well, before I could get started I saw that To Kiss A Mezuzah had already picked up the ball, and put together an edition from the submissions she received from the Internet burp which came her way. Check it out. It's the "Make Up Edition."

Since I had already made a commitment to our Fearless Leader Jack, to put out at least some kind of edition, here I am.

To Kiss A Mezuzah did not include posts which were older than a month, which is cool. I decided to throw everything in. The only posts I did not include were the ones that were not already included in her edition, as well as posts which I remembered appearing in a previous edition, avodah zarah (eg. Christianity), spam,...oh yeah,...and posts which bash one group of Jews for no apparent reason. That is called sin'ath hinam (baseless hatred).

At least when I bash certain groups of individuals, right or wrong, I state reasons for it, which can then be scrutinized and debated. Hey, sometimes I even admit that I made a mistake. How 'bout that?

Food for thought...

It appears that we incurred two distinct burps containing different posts.
According to our Fearless Leader, Blog Carnival claims to have cleared up its hiccup (and burping, too, I hope) problem. No doubt, I inadvertently included some repeats. Oh, well. I doubt the authors will mind.

We shall see about that....

Before we begin, there is one more important announcement. J-Tweets is presenting Tweet Up In J'lem with Hadassah ("In The Pink") Milner & William Daroff. I mention this here since many of you are "tweeters" as well as bloggers. It looks like J-Bloggers Benjy, Batya, and Rafi may be in attendance. Who knows, maybe even yours truly will finally reveal himself!

Why, this could be as good as an International Jewish and Israeli Bloggers Convention! What ever happened to this annual event anyway?

Hmm...

So, anyway, here it is, the "Make Up Edition Supplement."

Torah

Josh at The Pasha Blog presents The Divrei Chaim on the Or HaChaim's Ruach HaKodesh , as wand The Or HaChaim, That We No Longer Have Ruach HaKodesh.

Katie from the Tripbase Travel Blog presents beautiful photos from Israel from a variety of photographers in Photo Essay: Colors Of Israel. We will call this a "guest post," as it is not a specifically Jewish or Israel related blog, but rather an Israel related piece, which I thought was worth inclusion.
