I am a social democrat, I believe in the values of the Labor Movement and I think they are more relevant than ever. Social justice, narrowing the gaps, standing up for those who are struggling financially, aspiring for peace and the sanctity of life are the basis for the reform that our country needs so much.

I will bring a new spirit to the Knesset and focus on the struggle for egalitarian Judaism, which includes putting loving your neighbor as yourself in the forefront, and the Torah scholars increasing peace in the world. Judaism and Zionism do not belong to the right, and we have to take them back, and that is up to us.

Then the religious Zionists are apparently not Zionists and not religious at all. Many forget that the Torah touches all matters of Torah, not just Shabbat, holidays, and Kashrut.

I have no doubt that Yaya Fink does not understand this.

JTA: 184 US synagogues pledge to welcome, support refugees

(JTA) — Some 184 Jewish congregations and communities in the U.S. signed a pledge of support for refugees, promising to take action to help those seeking shelter in the country.

The “Welcome Campaign” is being organized by the refugee support and advocacy group HIAS (formerly the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society), which was founded in 1881 to help Jewish immigrants fleeing pogroms in Russia and Eastern Europe.

The letter — “an affirmative statement in support of welcoming refugees” to the United States — says signatories will support refugees in various ways, including through education, advocacy and fundraising, and on the local level.

“The American Jewish response to the largest refugee crisis recorded in history is really about who we want to be as American Jews,” Rabbi Jennie Rosenn, vice president of community engagement at HIAS, said in a statement.

“All across the country, local Jewish communities are acting on their values and insisting as Americans and as Jews that desperate families be given the chance to rebuild their lives in safety. Together, we are refusing to be silent bystanders at this historic moment.”

Although one can, and should, make the argument that Jews must "get along" in the exile  while still there, with the non-Jews in whose lands they dwell, these Jews have definitely lost it, trying to beat. the non-Jews at their own insanity.

An organization which once aided Jewish immigrants fleeing pogroms in Russia and Eastern Europe, now helping Muslim, non-refugees to infiltrate the U. S. is a total embarrassment, not to mention increasing the danger to Jews still too stubborn, or for some other reason, unable to immigrate to their only, true homeland, the Land of Israel.

This is really the same old distortion of the Torah, now know by the hijacked term of "social justice."

So-called "liberal" Jews love to throw around the following verse from the Torah, from last week's Torah portion, in fact:

צֶדֶק צֶדֶק, תִּרְדֹּף... (דברים ט"ז,כ)

Justice, justice you shall pursue,.... (Deut. 16:20)

But, they always leave out the last part of the verse, or perhaps they simply remain in denial about it. They would much rather do what they do best, that is make it up as they go along.

צֶדֶק צֶדֶק, תִּרְדֹּף--לְמַעַן תִּחְיֶה וְיָרַשְׁתָּ אֶת-הָאָרֶץ, אֲשֶׁר-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לָךְ. (דברים ט"ז,כ)

Justice, justice you shall pursue, you may live, and inherit the land which the LORD your God has given you. (Deut. 16:20)

These Jews, consciously or not, look for every possible way to neglect their only, true homeland, and staying continually and comfortably assimilated in the U. S.

And, of course, they area speaking only of some distorted form of justice, evolved out of the current Western exile (Edom), as opposed to Torah justice. This same distortion is applied by JTA and others, considering all Jewish communities equal. They're not.

The fact that the pseudo-rabbi's name is Jennie says all there is to say.

Arutz 7: State Moves to Replace Parents as Children's Guardian
A new bill indicates justice ministry is adopting a neo-Marxist approach to parenting, seeking to annul parental custodianship.

A bill recently proposed by the justice ministry indicates that it is seeking to take away parents' custodianship of children in Israel. Tzipi Livni's removal from office and the dissolution of the Knesset have temporarily halted the move, which reflects a neo-Marxist approach to the family, in which the state takes over from parents as the ultimate guardian and custodian of children.

The government-sponsored bill, named “Parents and Their Children,” cancels the concept of natural parental guardianship over children. Its explanatory notes say that it aims “to assimilate a new normative perception... in the matters between parents and their minor children.”

It replaces the terms “custody” and “guardianship” with “parental responsibility,” leaving parents responsible for their children but stripping them of the authority that goes along with that responsibility. (cont.)

Is anyone surprised by this? I mean, seriously?

The only thing which surprises me, is how impatient the Erev Rav appears to be in its battle against the Torah. Only recently, it proposed a "Shabbos Law," which only serves to chip away at Shabbath obervance. And now this.

You know what they say...

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Then, beat 'em, by destroying them from within.

Usually, when parents do not cooperate with the Israeli Government in its indoctrination of our children, they are threatened with taking them away, using the State's social workers as its front line soldiers in this particular battle. If this law passes, they will not have to threaten to take our children away, because they will have already done so!

Not only that, but I anticipate that this proposal will even be sold to the Israeli public as "Israeli," as it has similarities to how parenting in Kibbutzim (Israeli communal farms) was once manifested.

I have not red the legislation myself. However, I believe that the following case scenario is a possible eventual goal of certain elements in the government, albeit most of you will either believe this to be farfetched, if not insane.

No visits from social workers or police. No phone calls. No warnings whatsoever. No Just come in the middle of the night, and take them away, without any obligation to inform you of their whereabouts or condition.

The only difference between previous "disappearances" of our children, like the Yemenite babies of the 1950's, is that now such "disappearances" would be legal.

Apparently, the previous strategy of threats was not working well enough, nor quickly enough, for them.

In a sense, this is good news. They are running scared. Too many Jews have been waking up to the setiroth (conflicts) between the State of Israel and the Torah, for their taste.

Too many Jews have been recognizing that the Torah is the higher authority.

Too many Jews have decided that they are mad as hell, and not going to take it anymore.

Unfortunately, there are not a whole of things more dangerous than a wounded animals, so we need to keep on guard.

“to assimilate a new normative perception... in the matters between parents and their minor children.”

Translation? To assimilate our children into the well-behaved, numbed-out, non-independent thinking collective of Western, anti-Torah culture,...period.

Parashath Shofetim: Which Justice Will You Pursue?

This week's parashah includes a few words being thrown around at the housing protests.

In fact these same three words are very popular to throw around in the U. S., anytime a Jew thinks there is an injustice, or miscarriage of justice.

דברים טז,כ
צֶדֶק צֶדֶק, תִּרְדֹּף

Deuteronomy 16:20
Justice, justice you shall pursue....

Of course, many Jews comfortably entrenched in the U. S., intentionally or unintentionally, leave out the rest of the verse:

דברים טז,כ
צֶדֶק צֶדֶק, תִּרְדֹּף--לְמַעַן תִּחְיֶה וְיָרַשְׁתָּ אֶת-הָאָרֶץ, אֲשֶׁר-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לָךְ.

Deuteronomy 16:20
Justice, justice you shall pursue, that you will live, and inherit the land which the LORD thy God given to you.

To all such Jews, I remind you that this verse is specifically related to taking and residing in the Land. If you want to cry out about "justice," then there are a few other verses in the Torah which are more precise to express your feelings about a generic justice.

I believe that Rash"i backs me up in this regard:

Rash"i says:
Justice, justice you shall pursue - follow a proper court of law.

...that you will live, and inherit.... - one should have kosher judges appointed, to maintain Israel's existence, and to settle [the children of] Israel in their Land.

Meanwhile, the above three words have been used in conjunction with the phrase social justice being thrown around quite a bit at the housing protests.

In a previous post, The Agenda Within The Tents, I said that the phrase "social justice" was a buzz word of the Reform movement in the U. S. Most every Reform community in the U. S. has a "social justice committee."

The Tent/Housing protests had been hijacked by the Left, excluding all other communities it does not like, such as Haredim and Settlers, even though they too have been affected by the high cost of housing in Israel.

One tent set up by settlers on Rothschild Street in Tel-Aviv was even burned down.

The banner I saw on Rothschild Street decrying צֶדֶק צֶדֶק, תִּרְדֹּף/Justice, justice you shall pursue.... was that of the תנועת יהדות הרפומית בישראל/the Reform movement in Israel.

Furthermore, the justice referred to in the Torah means none other than Torah justice, the removal of those carrying the halakhic status of "enemy" from the Land, the removal of those carrying the of practitioners of "avodah zarah," and the execution of punishments to those obligated to receive them.

That's Torah justice, and not the Western, assimilationalist, "politically-correct" version of justice to make you feel good.

Leaving off the remainder of the verse does not change the meaning of the verse, albeit those who deny, distort, or otherwise play with the Oral Torah, would like it to.

So, which justice will you pursue? The justice command by the Holy One Blessed Be He through His Torah? Or the pseudo-"justice" you make up according to your feelings are the results of 2,000 years of assimilation?

The Agenda Within The Tents

By now, most of you have heard of the protests over the high costs of housing in Israel.

Also, by now, most of you have heard the admission that those with a "secular state" (Read: anti-Torah) agenda have hijacked the protests.

Thursday, posters just outside one such tent city in Downtown Jerusalem caught my eye. So, I decided to check out the tent city for myself.

"The People Demand Social Justice!"

"Social Justice?" Now, where have I heard that phrase before?

Oh, now I remember. It is a buzz word of the so-called Reform Movement. Most all "Reform" communities have a social justice committee.

In the U. S....

Social justice for minorities,...except Jews

In Israel...

Social justice for Arabs

Social justice for terrorists who kill Jews

Social justice for foreign workers and their children

And most recently?

Social justice for Christian missionaries, under the guise of "protecting religious freedom"

What about social justice for Torah observant Jews?

Well, Torah observant Jews are still following a "primitive" culture and lifestyle, based on superstition, and need to become enlightened and progressive, like us (and Europeans), and stop telling me to keep Shabbath, to stop selling pork and shellfish to other Jews, and stop have sex with whomever I want. How dare they violate my precious rights!

Religious settlers are worse than the usual fanatics, because they use our beautiful, Jewish mythology history as justification for violence and the stealing of Land which does not belong to them.

Read: Torah observant Jews, Haredim and settlers in particular, are the source of all our ills, and can go to Hell,...the sooner the better.

"Protest Rally: The People Demand Social Justice"

Did I summarize the true beliefs behind Reform Social Justice fairly accurately?

I think so.

"Social Justice" is nothing less than pseudo-"rabbis" and other leftists ripping out newly planted vineyards, planted by settlers days before the start of the Shemitah Year, after which it is forbidden to replant them, until the next year.

"Social Justice" is nothing less than provoking Arabs to attack settlers.

"Social Justice" is nothing less than burning olive trees and cutting pipelines to Arab villages, and then blaming settlers for it.

"Social Justice" is nothing less that publishing maps of Jewish towns, so that they can easily be found on line by leftist and Arab infiltrators.

But, just how many native Israelis do you think are familiar with this connotation of the phrase "social justice?"

Maybe a handful,...if that.

The truth is that the protests over the high costs of housing were an excellent opportunity for Ahduth Yisra'el (Jewish Unity). The high costs of housing affect ALL of us.

The truth is, though, that unity under the protests never had a chance.
