בשנת תשס״ה/2005, כשהזמר האהוד אריאל זילבר יצא לעזה כדי למחות על גירוש יהודים משם, הפך ליותר ויותר דתי, ואז להיות חסיד חב״ד, השאלנים דיברו עליו לשון הרע. היום מאיימים על כוכב העל אייל גולן כי הוא העז לזהות את אויבינו המושבעים???

עלינו לזכור שבני ערובה הוחזקו על ידי אזרחי עזה, ושאזרחים עקבו אחר חיילי חמאס שחדרי לישובי עוטף עזה, כדי לגנוב שלל מישראלים שנרצחו באכזריות.

ועכשיו אנחנו חייבים לדאוג שאולי אייל גולן העליב אותם? כי הוא הפחיד אותם? האם פרקליט המדינה באמת מאמין שמישהו ייכנס לעזה לבג כדי לתקוף אזרחים בגלל אייל גולן? האם סבור פרקליט המדינה שגולן עצמו מוכן להוביל תקיפה כזו?

האם סביר ששבוע אחרי שמולדתנו ועמנו הותקפו גולן וכל יהודי אחר יכול להיות זועם? האם יתכן שאף אחד מאיתנו לא התמקד באופן ברור במילים המדויקות שיצאו מהפה שלנו? האם באמת פרקליט המדינה חושב שגולן הוא היחיד שהרגיש ככה? האם הוא כל כך מודאג מההשפעה האפשרית שיש לגולן על המעריצים שלו?

שוב, אנו רואים את המוסר הכפול למעשה של מדינת ישראל, מודאגים יותר ממה שהקהילה הלא-יהודית הבינלאומית חושבת עליה, אפילו יותר ממה שהמצביעים לה חושבים עליה. הכבוד העצמי של יהודים אפילו לא במקום השנע ברשימת העדיפות שלה.

כמה בסמכות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה בכלל מזדהים כיהודים ולא פשוט כאזרחים בקהילה הבינלאומית הגלובליסטית?

JNS: State attorney seeks probe of Israeli singer over ‘incitement’ against Gaza
"Erase Gaza. Don't leave a single person there," superstar Eyal Golan said following the Hamas-led Oct. 7 massacre.

(August 19, 2024 / JNS) Israeli State Attorney Amit Aisman has requested permission to open a preliminary criminal investigation against Eyal Golan, one of the Jewish state’s most famous musicians, on suspicion of “incitement to violence” against the residents of the Gaza Strip, it was revealed on Monday.

Aisman’s decision stems from remarks Golan made following the Oct. 7 Hamas-led massacre of some 1,200 people, mainly Jewish civilians, in which the popular singer urged soldiers to “wipe out” the terrorist enclave.

“Erase Gaza. Don’t leave a single person there,” Golan told Channel 14 in an Oct. 15 interview, adding, “They are simply human animals, people that came to murder women, children and babies.”

Golan’s remarks were cited earlier this year in South Africa’s case against the Jewish state at the International Court of Justice in The Hague. (cont.)

In 2005/תשס״ה, when popular singer Ariel Zilber went to Gaza to protest the pending expulsion of Jews, became increasingly religious, then full on Chabadnik, they called him names. Now Israeli superstar Eyal Golan is threatened with charges for daring to call out sworn enemies of the Jewish People???

Let us not forget that hostages were being held by Gaza civilians, and that civilians followed invaders into the towns surrounding Gaza, in order to pillage spoils from brutally murdered Israelis.

And we are supposed to be concerned that he may have hurt their feelings? Make them feeling threatened? Does the State's Attorney really believe that anyone will charge into Gaza on his own, because he was incited to do so by Eyal Golan?  Does the State's Attorney believe that Golan himself would lead such a charge?

Anyone ever think that one week after our land and people were attacked, Golan and everyone else might be more than a little angry? Is it possible that none of us were entirely focused too clearly on the exact words coming out of our mouths? Does the State's Attorney really think Golan is the only one to have expressed this sentiment? Is he that concerned over the potential influence he has over his fans?

Once again, we see the State of Israel's double standards at play, more concerned over what the non-Jewish, international community thinks of it, even over what its constituents think. Jewish self-respect is not even secondary.

I wonder how many under the Attorney General's authority even identify as Jews. Do they prefer to identify as global citizens?

The prosecutor's office clarified that they were required to prepare a legal reference to statements made by political parties and other influential people after October 7, clarified that it was transferred to the Ombudsman - but refused "to refer to the internal documents or the opinion". According to the announcement, no criminal investigations were opened - and the decision was made before the publications surrounding Golan and Kobi Peretz (August 19, 2024, Hebrew above)

So, what will happen to Eyal Golan? I pray that he will land on his feet, and not have to put up too much of a fight. But who will be the next target? Can our government possibly sink any lower get any lower?

Yeah. Probably.

האמריקאים האפריקאים שטוענים שהם העברים האמיתיים גם ממשיכים להכנס לישראל חופשי.

השלישי הוא הנוכרים שנכנסים לישראל באופן בלתי חוקי. בעיקר הם המסתננים מארתראה וסודן. בג״ץ מסרב לגרש אותם. אבל אין לממשלה תירוץ לתת להם להשאר בארץ מלכתחילה. הממשלה גם לא צריכה להזמין עוד גוים להגיע ארצה כגון מאוקראינה.

לממשלה יש גם שליטה על אישור כניסתם של עובדים ערבים מהרשות הפלסטינית. הממשלה צריכה להפסיק לסכן את חייהם של יהודים. פעם אחר פעם, היא רק מגבילה כניסתם זמנית ואז נותנת להם להכנס שוב. כל חבר בממשלה שמאמין שהשיטה הזו מתקנת את המצב הוא חי בסרט.

השיטה הזו מעולם לא הצליחה ולעולם לא תצליח לתקן או לשפר שום דברף.

כל עוד הממשלה מקיימת את מדיניות הסלחנות שלה כלפי כניסת הנוכרים לישראל, ובסופו של דבר מתן תושבות ואף אזרחות, מצב אוכלוסיה יהודית ארץ ישראל ממשיכה להיות בסכנה.

העם היהודי אינו כובש בארצו - לא בבירתנו הנצחית ירושלים ולא בנחלת אבותינו ביהודה ושומרון. שום החלטה שקרית בהאג לא תעוות אמת היסטורית זאת וכך גם לא ניתן לערער על חוקיות ההתיישבות הישראלית בכל שטחי מולדתנו.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague released an advisory opinion on Friday regarding the "legality of the Israeli occupation" in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in which it criticized Israel's land expropriation, settlement policies and settler violence. The report highlighted an acceleration in settlement construction, the authorization of numerous outposts and rampant settler violence.

The ICJ noted that the Defense Ministry has expropriated land and accelerated settlement construction, approving over 24,000 housing units in the past year, nearly 10,000 of which are in East Jerusalem. This includes strategic areas to prevent Palestinian territorial continuity.

""The Jewish people are not occupiers in their own land, including in our eternal capital Jerusalem," Netanyahu said in a post. "Nor in Judea and Samaria, our historical homeland. No absurd opinion in The Hague can deny this historical truth or the legal right of Israelis to live in their own communities in our ancestral home."

Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana: The Jewish people do not occupy the lands of Judea and Samaria, where over 80% of the sites mentioned in the Bible as the "Land of Israel" are found, where the Hebrew language was first heard and where the roots of our people lie… We will continue to live on the land of our ancestors, fight against those who seek our harm, and be a free people in our country.

.. Jerusalem Center for Public and State Affairs: the ICJ fulfills Hitler's dream, stating that the "Palestinian territories" should be Judenfree. The tribunal did not explain when the "Palestinian territories" were created, what the meaning of the British mandate, as adopted in the UN Charter, or why Jordanian products were not considered occupiers.

To add to the hallucinations, the judges ruled that Israel is also occupying the Gaza Strip. In a normal legal situation "occupation" requires effective control. That is, according to the judges, Israel had effective control over the Gaza Strip while Hamas built an army of terrorists and dug 600 km of tunnels.

Although the Prime Minister and the Speaker of the Knesset are correct, there are several other things taking place within Israel which are destroying us all the same. One they are quite familiar with, Israel's Supreme Court.

Another is the influx of non-Jews either "legally" through the ridiculous Law of Return, in the way was, and still is, constructed.

The Black [Non-] Hebrews also continue to enter Israel, pretty much freely. They claim that they are the "real Hebrews," yet the Israeli Government caved into their demands in the 1970s. So, here they are.

Another is the flow of non-Jews illegally into Israel. Yes, the Supreme Court refuses to throw them out. However, the government never should have allowed then to stay in the first place, nor invite others to come, such as from the Ukraine.

The government also has control over the allowance of Arab workers to enter from the Palestinain Authority-control areas. The government does not have to continue to risk the lives of Jews, time and time again, only to implement temporary restrictions, living in the fantasy that this will fix things.

It never has, and it never will.

As long as the government maintains its policies of leniency toward the entry of non-Jews into Israel, and eventually granting of residency and even citizenship, the Land of Israel remains in danger of population implosion.

האם יש מחלוקת מתפתחת בהוליווד? יש כבר מחלוקת בהוליווד? האם שחקן-מפיק כמו ג'ורג' קלוני יעבוד בפרויקטים עם יוצאת צה"ל גל גדות בקרוב? מה עם אדם סנדלר, מייקל רפפורט או גרג סולקין? כנראה שלא.

היהודים היחידים השולטים בהוליווד הם חסרי הביטחון, שונאי עצמם, נשואים תערובת - או נשואים לאישה שעברה תהליך גיור מזויף - התלויים במשותף באהבה ובקבלה של החברה הלא-יהודית (התבוללות). כלומר היהודים שיש להם השקפות הפוליטיות המקובלות בהוליווד. אולי עדיין יש כמה מפיקים רשעים רודפי כבוד בהוליווד שבשלטון שבמקרה הם גם יהודים. וכמובן, יש בהוליווד המפיקים שגם המכורים לסמים. (שהקב״ה ינחה אותם להחלמה!)

בפעם הבאה שאתם שומעים על יהודי המחזיק בשליטה בהוליווד, הקפדו לחקור את הרקע שלו. האם אמו יהודייה? האם היא עברה גיור כשר? יכול להיות שהוא בעצם לא יהודי. האירוניה תהיה אם הוא יחליט להעלב כי הוא לא מקובל ב״מועדון הפרטי״ שלנו.

Is there a developing split in Hollywood? Is there already a split in Hollywood? Will actor-producers such as George Clooney be working on projects with IDF veteran Gal Gadot anytime soon? What about with Adam Sandler, Michael Rappaport or Gregg Sulkin? Not bloody likely. (Amal Clooney grew up in England, thus the "bloody" adjective.)

The only Jews in control of Hollywood are the insecure, self-hating, intermarried -- or married to a woman with a false conversion -- co-dependent on the love and acceptance of non-Jewish, progressive society. In other words, those Jews who tow the Hollywood, political line. Perhaps there are still some garden variety, power-hungry producers in Hollywood, who happen to be Jewish, propagating evil stereotypes. And, of course, there are the usual drug addicts in their for good measure (May The Holy One, Blessed Be He guide them to a path of recovery!)

The next time we here about a Jew asserting control in Hollywood, make sure to research his heritage. Is his mother Jewish? Is she a convert with a kosher conversion? It may be that he is not actually Jewish. The irony will be if he decides to be offended or not about being excluded from our private club.

בשישי האחרון, פסק בית הדין הבינלאומי לצדק בהאג לטובת הפעלת אמצעים זמניים כנגד הלחימה בעזה. בית המשפט דחה את בקשת דרום אפריקה לקבלת צווים חמורים להפסקת לחימה וכיו"ב, אך הוציא בכל זאת 6 צווים המחייבים את מדינת ישראל:

1. ישראל תנקוט בכל האמצעים שבכוחה למנוע רצח עם
2. ישראל תבטיח שלא לבצע רצח עם
3. ישראל תמנע ותחקור הסתה לרצח עם
4. ישראל תאפשר סיוע הומניטרי לעזתים
5. ישראל תשמר ראיות ותמנע השמדתם
6. ישראל תגיש דו"ח על 5 הצווים הנ"ל בתוך חודש

מתוך 17 שופטים, 15 שופטים (לרבות ארה"ב, צרפת וגרמניה) תמכו בכל הצווים, השופטת האוגנדית התנגדה לכולן ואהרן ברק התנגד לצווים 1,2,5,6 ותמך ב-3 ו-4. מדוע פעל השופט אהרון ברק כפי שפעל?

היתה לרה״מ נתניהו אסטרטגיה בבחירת אהרון ברק להיות נציג ישראל בבית הדין הבינלאומי.

איתן קרנטמן שואל למה אהרון ברק פסק "נגדנו"?

יש אומרים שברק הצטרך להראות שכנציג ישראל אינו מושפע מדעות ולא העדפות אישיות.

יש אומרים שברק מאמין שישראל צריכה להקפיד יותר מרגיל בעניינים כאלה, גם בעיני אומות העולם וגם לא.

יש אומרים שברק באמת מאמין שישראל עברה את הגבול כלפי הפליסטינאים הערבים שבעזה. אבל האמת היא ישראל נלחמת נגד חמאס רק בחצי כוח ולא גמורת אותם אז ישראל פשוט מחזקת אותם. וסיוע לתושבי עזה שווה לסיוע לחמאס. כולנו יודעים את זה. אי אפשר שברק תמים עד כדי כך.

התשובה לשאלה של קרנטמן היא ברורה מאוד. למרות שלא נשמע יפה בזמן של ״יחד ננצח״, אולי הוא לא באמת ״מאיתנו.״ לדעתי בתור נסיך של הערב רב (ראו את שמות יב,לח), ברק עושה את הכל כפי יכולתו למען הסרת התורה מישראל. הוא הצביע לפסוק נגדנו לא בגלל האסטרטגיה אלא כי הוא בדרך מבוססת בעולם המערב רחוקה מאוד ממשהו יהודי. כנראה ברק פשוט שונא את התורה שהיא הנשמה של עם ישראל. לכן הוא שונא ישראל. בכוונה או בלי כוונה אין לי מושג.

ערב רב הוא לשון עירוב, עירבוב, התערבות, כגון נשואין תערובת. עירוב גם כולל חיבור מדינות באמצעות מחיקת גבולותן כלומר גלובליזם ובין ישראל לעמים כלומר התבוללות, ולכן השמדת עם ישראל. חס וחלילה!

השופט אהרון ברק מאמין שלבית הדין הבינלאומי יש סמכות כלשהי על ישראל. זאת הטעות הראשונה שלו וסימן שהוא מאמין ישראל כמו כל אומות האחרות בעולם. אולי הוא חשב שבית הדין הבינלאומי מוכן להתייחס אלינו בהגינות. מצד שני, אולי הוא מאמין שישראל צריכה להענש כלומר רה״מ וממשלתו די ימינה וכל יהודי המומך בם צריכים להענש.

אני לא מאשים את ברק אלא הרבנים הממלכתיים שמורים לתלמידיהם לשמור את כל חוקי מדינת ישראל כולם אפילו כאלה הנוגדים בתורה. אפילו יש רבנים המורים לנו שאין סתירה בין חוקי התורה לחוקי המדינה ושכל מי שחושב ככה פשוט אינו מסוגל להבין את זה. בגלל הרבנים האלה אין סוף לעבירות עתידיות נגדנו על ידי הערב רב .

Retired Supreme Court chief justice Aharon Barak, serving as the Israeli representative at the International Court of Justice, issues a separate opinion after the court’s ruling in South Africa’s genocide case against Israel.

Along with Uganda’s Julia Sebutinde, Barak was one of only two judges to oppose the court’s chief claim that Israeli actions in the war against Hamas may violate the Genocide Convention and in turn order Israel to ensure they do not.

Barak voted in favor of two measures included in the decision: Requiring Israel to do everything “within its power to prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide in relation to members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip,” and ordering “immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.”

In his separate opinion, Barak criticizes South Africa for focusing on Israel instead of Hamas for carrying out the October 7 terror onslaught that sparked the war in Gaza, saying it “wrongly sought to impute the crime of Cain to Abel.”

He also notes his own experience as a Holocaust survivor.

“Genocide is more than just a word for me; it represents calculated destruction and human behavior at its very worst,” Barak writes. “It is the gravest possible accusation and is deeply intertwined with my personal life experience.”

Additionally, Barak touts Israel’s commitment to adhering to international law during military operations and says the court should use international humanitarian law when assessing the war in Gaza, not the genocide convention.

Some say that Barak voted to rule against Israel in order to demonstrate his objectivity in these matters.

Some say that Barak believes that Israel should be stricter than usual in such matters, while the eyes of scrutiny of the nations are upon us.

Some say that Barak really believes that Israel has crossed the line towards the Palestinians Arabs in Gaza. But the truth is that doing a half-hearted job... again only emboldens Hamas, and humanitarian aid to Gaza residents is equal to aid to Hamas. Barak could not possibly be that naive.

But the answer to Krantman's question is very clear. As politically-incorrect as it may sound, especially now in the age of "Together, We Will be Victorious," perhaps Barak is not actually one of us. Simply put, Barak hates the Torah, the soul of the people of Israel, and thus hates the true essence of Israel. Intentionally or unintentionally? I have no idea.

As a prince of the Erev Rav (mixed-multitude), the spiritual descendants of the false converts who left with us out of Egypt (See Exodus 12:38), Barak is doing everything in his power to remove Torah from Israel. He voted to rule against us not because of any strategy, but rather his world view is a Western one, not a Jewish one. Note to American Jews: Western and Jewish are not the same thing, not even close.

Erev Rav is the same root of eruv (mixing), irbuv (blending), hitarvut (intermingling, interfering), such as in nesuin ta'aroveth (mixed marriage). Mixing together also includes erasing international borders and relinquishing land, like Shimon Peres attempted to do with his Valley of Peace. The Erev Rav is responsible for integrating Israel with the nations, culturally, linguistically, even religiously, in other words assimilation, and therefore the destruction of the people of Israel. May God forbid!

Judge Aharon Barak seemed to believe that the ICJ has some sort of authority over Israel. This was his first mistake, as well as a sign he believes Israel to be like the remainder of the nations of the world. Perhaps he believed that the ICJ was prepared to treat us fairly. On the other hand, perhaps he believed Israel should be punished, in other words, that the Prime Minister and his somewhat right-wing government should be punished, along with all the Jews who support them.

I do not blame Barak, but rather the diehard state loyalist (mamlakhti) rabbis who teach their students to respect entirety of the State of Israel's laws, even those which contradict Torah Law. There are even rabbis who teach us that there is no such contradiction between Torah Law and Israeli law, and that anyone who thinks this way is simply incapable understanding this. Because of such rabbis there can be no end to damage done by the Erev Rav.

This is why I remind these rabbis of the positive mitzvah mid'Oraita (explicitly written commandment), "Do not stand idly by." (Lev. 19:16).

Even if Jews like Aharon Barak have the status of tinoq shenishba (one taken and raised by non-Jews), I believe that the damage they are doing to us should not be ignored.

So, what are we going to do about this?

I do not agree with Dr. Gutman, not in the least; rather I agree with Prof. Dershowitz. Israel erred in paying any attention to the so-called International Court of Justice.

Israel literally surrendered before an international court in The Hague, a branch of the United Nations [UN]. And the UN is under the rule of the nations of the West, that is Edom (Rome / Esau) the current exile of the Jewish People.

Israel did not only surrender to Edom. Israel surrendered quite publicly, and in a very big way. Israel's decision even to regard this international court is a message to the world that the Jewish People is ready to accept commands and directives from the non-Jewish nations in spite of the commandments of the Torah, that is, in spite of God's commandments.

There are those who say that we have no choice but to regard to the will of the nations of the world, that we must be "realistic." Even those identifying as religious (orthodox) Zionists, included in this group, like to remind us that it is forbidden to trust in potential miracles.

Yet, there are many examples even in contemporary history that contradict such a belief.

Prime Minister Menachem Begin refused to freeze construction in Judea, Samaria and Gaza despite the demand of then US President George H.W. Bush. We managed to survive despite his threats.

And who can explain our victories against the Arab world in the War of Independence, the Six Day War, in the Yom Kippur War, and more without reference to the support of The Holy One, Blessed Be He?.

The only defeats we ever suffered were do to the anti-Torah motivations of military leaders such as Ehud Barak and Ariel Sharon.

Walking in the path of the Torah is not the same as relying on miracles. Rather, it is walking in the path of the Torah. And don't read "walking" (הליכה / halikhah). Rather, read halakhah (Torah Law).

ברגע שישראל נראית להתקדמת בריפוי מחלתה של תלות שיתופית באומות העולם הלא-יהודיות באמצעות הגנה על עצמה נגד האו״ם ונגד לשון הרע על ידי מזכ״ל האו״ם, ישראל נופלת. הממשלה למעשה הודה את הכשרות של בית הדין הבין-לאומי [ICJ] על ידי התיחסות הטענות נגדה.

ישראל הסכימה להשתתף בתהליכו. גם השמאלנים הגלובליסטים (ההתבוללים) היושבים בממשלת החירום וגם השמאלנים היושבים באופוזיציה חייבים לדעת שההחלטה של בית הדין הבין-לאומי נגד ישראל כבר הוחלטה.

אחרי עיון מגוון כתבות נראה לי האסטרטגיה של הממשלה היא שליחת שופט לבית הדין הבין-לאומי ליצג את מדינת ישראל שהוא ניצול שואה במטרה להשיג אהדה מהקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול. כלומר לשאול את השאלה בפני הקהילה הבינלאומית ״כיצד מדינה שהוקמה כתוצאת השואה ומלאת ניצולי השואה יכולה לבצע שואה נגד עם אחר״?

נראה שהאסטרטגיה החילופית או הנוספת של הממשלה היא להלחם באש עם אש להלחם בגלובליסטים עם גלובליסט.

מצד שני, אולי נתניהו נאלץ להתפשר, ומינוי אהרון ברק התוצאה. מה נתניהו קיבל בתמורה? אין לי מושג.

לדעתי הנה התוצאות האפשריות מהשתתפות השופט אהרון ברק בתהליך בית הדין הבין-לאומי.

1. ישראל תזכה. ואז ישראל תמשיך לחיות מבחינת מחלת תלות שיתופית באומות העולם, ובמיוחד המערב, על אהבתם ותמיכתם לקיומה. יקראו את אהרון ברק גיבור למרות התנגדותו לישראל כמדינה יהודית אמיתית. היוזמה לרפורמה השיפוטית של מפלגת הליכוד תיחלש הרבה. ההחלטה האחרונה של בית המשפט העליון לבטל את ביטול עילת הסבירות תתקבל. בעצם היוזמה לרפורמה השיפוטית תמות.

השלב הראשון מבין שלושה היה ביטול סמכותו של בג"ץ לבטל החלטת ממשלה, על סמך אמונתו של ביהמ"ש כי היא "לא סבירה". האם משהו סביר או לא הוא מבוסס על השקפה אישית, כלומר מבוסס כולו על השקפה הקיימות של בית המשפט הקיימת מראש. בעיקר ההשקפה הזו היא נוגדת בתורה, בעד גלובליסטיות, כלומר בעד התבוללות.

היוזמה לרפורמה השיפוטית נובעת מהרחבת סמכויות בית המשפט העיון בשנות ה-90 על ידי נשיא בית המשפט העליון דאז אהרן ברק.

2. ישראל תפסיד. למרות שאני מוכן לומר "אז מה״? אהרון ברק יזכה על מאמציו. והוא יגיד לנו שהוא עשה כמיטב יכולתו למרות מדיניות הימין של ממשלת ישראל הנוכחית. יוזמת הממשלה לרפורמה השופטית תיחלש בשל ההפסד בבית הדין הבינלאומי. ישראל תהיה מבודדת עוד יותר מהקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול, כנראה הברכה מכל זה שרוב עם ישראל לא ירצה להודות. ישראל אמורה להיות עם נפרד ומובדל.

מצד שני, הנוצרים האוונגליסטים שמתכוננים לכבוש את מולדתנו, ומיסיונרים אחרים בכוונה לחטוף נשמות יהודיות, ינצלו את התוצאה הזו וימהרו ״להצילנו״ מבחינתם. כדאי להתכונן.

3. ישראל תיאלץ להתוודות על עבירות מסוימות, כדי להמנע מ"הרשעה" מוחלטת בעיני הקהילה הבינלאומית. הממשלה תצהיר שצדק ניצח. אבל הצהרה כזו לא תעשה כלום למענינו כי כל האומות האחרות בעולם עדיין יסתכלו לישראל כהמפסידה הבינלאומית.

הויתורים יכולים לכלול הסכמה למסור לערבים שטח ביהודה ושומרון ובעוד אזורים אחרים, הסכם סופי על הקמת מדינה פלסטינית ועוד. חס וחלילה!

בקיצור ישראל מפסידה בכל מקרה. למעשה, ישראל כבר הפסידה באמצעות הכרה בתביעה על ידי דרום אפריקה.

ישראל הייתה צריכה להתעלם מהזימון לבית המשפט הבין-לאומי ולתת לו לעשות מה שהוא רוצה לעשות. ואז ממשלת ישראל תוכל ליישם את האסטרטגייה הרגילה של קורבנות, כלומר "רחם עלינו", כדי לזכות בדחיית ההליכים, או בשליטה במחזור החדשות, למשך המלחמה. בית הדין הבין-לאומי היה מחליט החלטה שכבר הוחלטה. וישראל היתה שולטת רבה יותר על הגנתה בעיני הקהילה הבין-לאומית באמצעות פרסום מתמיד של ראיות על כוונות השמדת עם ישראל של חמאס.

אני מדגיש את הצורך של ישראל ושל היהודים בחו״ל להפחית באופן משמעותי את דאגותיה לגבי מה שהגויים חושבים ומרגישים עלינו. אני מציע את ההצעה הזו להוציא לאור ראיות כאסטרטגיה בגלל הגישה הידועה המתמשכת של ישראל שמבוססת ההסברה (PR) של תלותה שיתופית.

הרבה יהודים כבר התחילו לפרסם עדויות כאלה בתקשורת חברתית. אני מבין אותם. אבל האמת היא אני מקווה שמזה הם ילמדו כבר שאין משמעות לנסות לשכנע את המערב (עשיו) לקבל את האמת על ישראל (יעקב).

Just as it was appearing that Israel was making some progress in healing from its disease of co-dependency on the non-Jewish nations of the world, demonstrating this by standing up to the United Nations and its secretary general's slanderous comments, it has slipped up in a major way. Israel has actually granted legitimacy to the International Court of Justice [ICJ] by acknowledging a charge made against it by another nation.

As such, Israel has a agreed to play ball. Certainly, even the globalist (assimilationist) leftists, both in the emergency government and in the opposition must know that the cards are already stacked against us.

After reviewing the variety of articles, the government's strategy seems to be to send a judge to represent the State of Israel who is a Holocaust survivor in order to gain sympathy from the international community. That is to ask the international community "How can a country that was established in the aftermath of the Holocaust and absorbed Holocaust survivors, possibly commit a Holocaust against another nation?" 

The government's alternative or additional strategy seems to be to fight fire with fire fight globalists with a globalist.

On the other hand, perhaps Netanyahu was forced to compromise, and this was the result. What did he get in return? I have no idea.

Now let's examine the potential outcomes.

1. Israel will be vindicated. Thus Israel will continue its co-dependency on the nations for its love and validation for its very existence. And Aharon Barak we be hailed a hero, severely weakening the case for the Likud Party's judicial reform campaign. The recent decision of Israel's Supreme Court to overturn the government's successful first of three stages on judicial reform, will be accepted, and judicial reform will be dead in the water.

The first stage was to cancel the High Court's power to overturn a decision by the government, based on the Court's belief that "it is unreasonable." Whether something is unreasonable or not is subjective, and based entirely on the self-perpetuating Court's pre-existing, anti-Torah, globalist assimilationist notions.

The whole point of the judicial reform campaign is due to the expansion of the court's powers in the 1990s by none other than then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Aharon Barak.

2. Israel will lose. Although, I say "so what?" Aharon Barak efforts will be aplauded anyway, saying that he did the best he could, in spite of Israel's right-wing policies. Barak, and his passive-aggressive attacks, will be let off the hook. The goverment's campaign for judicial reform will still be weakened, due to the loss at the ICJ. Israel will be further isolated from the so-called international community, probably the blessing in disguise from all of this. Israel, after all, is supposed to be a separate and distinct people. 

On the other hand, Christians, Evangelicals salavating over our Homeland, and various other missionaries with their sights on Jewish souls, will exploit this outcome, and rush to our rescue. Brace yourselves.

3. Israel will be forced to make certain admissions, in order to avoid and outright "conviction" in the eyes of the international community. The government will cry vindication. But it will be with futility, since every other nation on the planet will still view Israel as the international loser.

Possible concessions may include, but not be limited to, agreeing to land giveaways in Judea and Samaria, and elsewhere, and full-fledged Palestinian Pseudostinian state. May God forbid!

In other words, Israel loses, anyway you slice it. Actually, by acknowledging the claim, unsurprisingly lodged by South Africa of all places, Israel had already lost.

Israel should have ignored the invitation summons, letting the ICJ do what it will. The Israel's Government could then employ its usual "feel sorry for us" strategy, gaining either a postponement of the proceedings, or a domination of the news cycle, for the duration of the war. Better yet, the ICJ would have gone ahead with its already decided conviction, and Israel would have more control over its defense in the eyes of the international public by continually releaseing evidence of Hamas's genocidal intentions against the Jewish People.

I cannot emphasize enough the need for Israel and Jews as a whole to significantly lessen its concerns over what non-Jews think and feel about us, on any given day. I am simply making this suggestion regarding evidence release as a strategy, based on Israel's ongoing hasbara (PR)-based approach of co-dependency.

Many Jews have already taken it upon themselves to publicize such evidence on social media. I cannot blame them. But, honestly, I hope this will finally wake them up as to how futile it is to convince the West (Esau) of any truth about Israel (Jacob).

The international criminal court has persistently avoided opening an investigation into alleged war crimes in Gaza as a result of US and other western pressure, former court officials and lawyers claim.

In recent days, a potential ICC investigation into the actions of both the Israel Defence Forces and Hamas in Gaza has become a fraught political battlefield and a key negotiating issue at ceasefire talks in Cairo. But the question of whether the ICC could or should mount an investigation has also divided the Hague-based court itself.

An ICC investigation could have a far-reaching impact. It would not just examine alleged war crimes by the Israeli military, Hamas and other Islamist militants in the course of recent fighting in Gaza that left about 2,000 people dead, including women and children. It could also address the issue of Israeli settlements in the Palestinian territories, for which the Israeli leadership would be responsible.

The ICC's founding charter, the 1998 Rome statute (pdf), describes as a war crime "the transfer, directly or indirectly, by the occupying power of parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies".

The first I noticed, entering the International Court of Justice's website, was the choice of languages provided, in which to view the site:

Arabic is there, of course. Yet, isn't it odd that Russian and Chinese are available, even though China and Russian refused to sign on.

Someone at the ICJ has brain, knowing that providing information to the Russian and Chinese public is not to be underestimated in the advancement of its agenda.

"the transfer, directly or indirectly, by the occupying power of parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies" certainly has nothing to do with Israel and Gaza anyway. However, this was alluded to in the report above, perhaps even an excuse to be able to get into the issue of Israel's settlement of its own God-given Land.

The sad part is that the Israeli government might even feel compelled to defend itself. Even though it withdrew from the ICJ-ICC agreement in 2000.

Even by goyim's own logic, Israel would be not be occupying "Palestine," as there has never been a Palestine, save for the renaming of of Israel as Palestine be none other than the Roman occupying forces.

Israel never fought against an attack from a Palestinian state, not in 1948 nor in 1967. Rather, Israel fought against attacks from the made-up country of Jordan, and took, or rather, re-captured our Divinely promised homeland.

Just as countless other nations of the world, when Israel defended itself against attacks, it acquired land in the process, or in Israel's case RE-acquired Land, the Land promised to us by The Almighty.

But, none of this matters; it is all irrelevant.

Simply put, the International Court of Justice in The Hague has never had, nor ever will have any authority over the Jewish People, nor Land of Israel.

You see, everything is backwards, upside-down, or on the verge of being backwards or upside-down.

When Ge'ulah is complete, everything will be situated as it should. At that point, it will be the goyim and their courts answering to the Sanhedrin.

Now as to the true motivations of those desiring to avoid ICJ-ICC intervention, the report continues...

The French lawyer representing the Palestinians, Gilles Devers, argued that it was for the court's preliminary chamber, not the ICC's prosecutor, to decide on the court's jurisdiction in the Palestinian territories. Devers said negotiations were continuing among the Palestinian parties on whether to file a new request for an investigation, even though he believed it to be unnecessary in legal terms. Ultimately, he said, the outcome would be determinedly politically.

"There is enormous pressure not to proceed with an investigation. This pressure has been exerted on Fatah and Hamas, but also on the office of the prosecutor," Devers said. "In both cases, it takes the form of threats to the financial subsidies, to Palestine and to the international criminal court."

Among the biggest contributors to the ICC budget are the UK and France, which have both sought to persuade the Palestinians to forego a war crimes investigation.

Is the U. S. really only worried about successfully infusing the Hamas terrorist organization with funds?

Or is it trying to hide something else?

Dear Eli,

Although you are quite correct to criticize the United Nations, point out the historical use of the word "Palestine," and to point the various distortions of Middle East history being sold as truth, I certainly hope that you did not mean to imply that there aren't any occupied territories in Yehduah & Shomron (Judea & Samaria).

There most certainly are.

Most of the Jewish lands of Yehudah & Shomron are currently under Arab occupation.

Arabs in control of Shchem, which they call Nablus, a bastardization of the Roman "Napolis." There are in control of most all of Hevron, Jericho, Beth Lehem, and Azza, to name a few.

If anyone doubts the gift of the Land of Israel to the People of Israel by the Holy One, Blessed Be He, and our need to fight for this gift, then here is a little background information for your readers, regarding the "territories" in question.

In other words, there is no question; they're ours....

Rabbi Yudan says there are three places the nations of the world cannot defraud Israel, saying they are robbers, and these are the Cave of the Patriarchs, the Holy Temple [Mount], and Joseph's Tomb.

About the Cave of the Patriarchs it is written, "And Abraham hearkened unto Ephron; and Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver, which he had named in the hearing of the children of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, current money with the merchant." (Gen. 23:16)

About the Holy Temple it is written, "So David gave to Ornan for the place six hundred shekels of gold by weight." (I Chronicles 21:25)

About Joseph's Tomb it is written, "And he bought the parcel of ground, where he had spread his tent, at the hand of the children of Hamor, Shechem's father, for a hundred pieces of money." (Gen. 33:19)
