סיוע לאויב במלחמה? סעדה: 'ההוראה ההזויה' של איסמן נגד בצלאל זיני "מסע ציד" חרדים 10

פרקליט המדינה עמית איסמן הורה ברגע האחרון למשטרה להוסיף את סעיף העבירה של "סיוע לאויב במלחמה" נגד בצלאל זיני, אחיו של ראש השב"כ, ושני חיילים נוספים, המעורבים בפרשת הברחות סיגריות לרצועת עזה במהלך המלחמה.

עבירת "סיוע לאויב במלחמה" נחשבת לאחת החמורות בספר החוקים, ועונשה - מוות או מאסר עולם.

רק לפני מספר שבועות הוגשו כתבי אישום בפרשה דומה, שבה חיילים מהגדס"ר הבדואי הואשמו בהברחת סיגריות לעזה - ולהם יוחסה עבירת ביטחון קלה יותר, שעונשה עד חמש שנות מאסר.

זיני וחבריו חשודים באותו מעשה.

הפרשן הפוליטי הבכיר עמית סגל הגיב: "אנחנו חיים בעידן מופלא במערכות האכיפה שבו עדיף להיות בדואי מאשר אח של ראש השב"כ".

איש התקשורת ינון מגל הגיב: "אם באמת אח של זני ידע על הברחת סיגריות לעזה, מוזר שאיסמן לא מאשים אותו ברצח עם".

חבר הכנסת משה סעדה, סגן ומ"מ ראש מח"ש לשעבר, מתח ביקורת חריפה על החלטת פרקליט המדינה. "עמית איסמן הכושל והלא ראוי ממשיך לעשות שימוש פוליטי בתפקידו, ולפעול באופן שיטתי לסיכול אנשי המחנה הלאומי", אמר.

סעדה הוסיף: "ההוראה ההזויה להוסיף עבירת סיוע לאויב שדינה הינו מיתה או מאסר עולם על סעיף אישום של הברחת סיגריות, היא חלק ממסע ציד מתוכנן שמטרתו להביא למשבר חוקתי או להתפטרותו של ראש השב"כ שחשף את פרשיית הפצ"רית ואינו מיישר קו עם אייסמן וחבריו לדיפ סטייט"....

עשר אגורות (2¢):
מדברים על האפשרות לעונש מוות למחבלים בישראל הרבה זמן כבר. נראה שרומזים את עונש מוות לגבי אחיו של פקיד ממשלתי. לשכנע את הציבור שמתנחל הוא מחבל כוון שהוא מגן על משפחתו, קהילתו ואדמותיו עדיין קשה מדי להשיג. לכן הם מתחילים רק ברמז ואין להם שום מטרה להשיג את זה באמת. לאט לאט.

אפילו מתנחלים לא אוהדים של השב״כ, למרות הממלכתיים הדתיים בהתנחלויות בפרברים שכן תומכים בקיום מחלקה היהודית שלו.

אם פרקליט המדינה אכן יצליח לכלול את האשמתו האחרונה ״סיוע לאויב״, עיניין של עונש מוות יזכה ליותר פרסום, בין אם ישכנע את הציבור שמעשיו של זיני היו בגידה במכוון ובין אם לאו. נראה שמעשיו כן היו בגידה. אבל האם הם היו מונעים על ידי הרצון לסייע לאויב, או סתם חמדנות?

האם פרקליט המדינה באמת יכול לשכנע את הציבור - כאילו אכפת לו מהציבור - לחבר את מרווח רווחים בזמן מלחמה לסיוע לאויב... באמצעות הפחתת תוצאות ההתמכרות שלהם לניקוטין?

פרקליט המדינה לא היה צריך לשכנע אף אחד על שום דבר. אלא הוא פשוט היה צריך להעלות את האפשרות ברמז. ובסופו של דבר הוא גם הצליח להראות שבני משפחותיהם של פקידי ממשלה אינם מעל החוק.

המשימה בוצעה. היום, זה עונש מוות לזיני נראה מגוחך. בפעם הבאה, ייראה פחות מגוחך. בפעם שאחרי כן, כשמכוונים נגד יהודי שומר תורה ומצוות שמציגים אותו מספיק קיצוני, באמת לא רצוי בעיני הציבור המרכזי, עונש מוות ייראה כאפשרות מקובלת.

לפני פחות משלושה חודשים, אפילו אחיו של זיני, ראש השב"כ, תומך בעונש מוות למחבלים.

בכינוס דנו השרים גם בקידום חוק עונש מוות למחבלים. ראש השב"כ החדש דוד זיני כינה בדיון בקבינט חוק שכזה "כלי מרתיע ביותר", ויו"ר הציונות הדתית סמוטריץ' לא פסל גם הוצאה להורג של יהודים שפעלו לטובת איראן. (YNET).

אז הם מנסים להוסיף צביעות לרשימת העבירות של הפקיד הזה מינוי על ידי ראש הממשלה, אם הוא לא משתף פעולה.

אני חוזר. המטרה הסופית אינה להחיל עונש מוות על מחבלים ערבים, אלא לעוות את הגדרת הטרור כדי להחיל אותו על מתנחלים. חרדים הם המטרה הבאה בתור. הם יזוהו ביתר קלות כמחבלים מקומיים, שכן מתנחלים נאמני תורה מתגוררים באזורים הנשמרים בעקשנות כשטחים במחלוקת.

מטרות הערב רב הן כל היהודים הנאמנים להקב״ה ולסמכות תורתו במקום לסמכות המדינה. השיטות הנוכחיות כללו שטיפת מוח באמצעות שירות בצה"ל, המכינות הקדם צבאיות, וכמובן, מערכת החינוך הממלכתית הדתית הרגילה.

היישוב עפרה, בו מתגורר בצלאל זיני, הוא יישוב של ממלכתים ידוע, כלומר, יש בלבול בקרב חלק מהתושבים בין חוקי התורה לחוקי המדינה. אם יתמקדו קודם באחד משלהם, ייראה הוגן כשהם יתחילו לרדוף את האחרים כגון נוער הגבעות והחרדים.

Aiding the enemy in war? Saada: Isman's 'delusional instruction' against Bezalel Zini "Hunting expedition"'

State Attorney Amit Isman At the last minute, he ordered the police to add the offense of "aiding the enemy in war" against Bezalel Zini, the brother of the head of the Shin Bet, and two other soldiers, involved in the cigarette smuggling affair into the Gaza Strip during the war.

The offense of "aiding the enemy in war" is considered one of the most serious in the law, and its punishment is death or life imprisonment.

Just a few weeks ago, indictments were filed in a similar case, in which soldiers from the Bedouin General Directorate were accused of smuggling cigarettes into Gaza - and were charged with a lesser security offense, punishable by up to five years in prison.

Zini and his friends are suspected of the same act.

Senior political commentator Fellow He responded: "We live in a wonderful era in law enforcement systems where it is better to be a Bedouin than the brother of the head of the Shin Bet.".

Media person Yinon Magal He responded: "If Zani's brother really knew about smuggling cigarettes into Gaza, it's strange that Isman isn't accusing him of genocide."

Member of Knesset Moshe Saada, former deputy and acting head of the National Defense Intelligence Agency, sharply criticized the State Attorney's decision. "The failed and unworthy Amit Isman continues to make political use of his position, and to act systematically to thwart the people of the national camp," he said.

Saada added: "The delusional order to add the offense of aiding the enemy, which carries a death sentence or life imprisonment for a cigarette smuggling charge, is part of a planned hunting campaign aimed at bringing about a constitutional crisis or the resignation of the head of the Shin Bet who exposed the Maghrit affair and does not align with Eisman and his Deep State friends." The death penalty for terrorists has been bantered around in Israel for quite some time. So, it seems they are planting the seed of the death penalty with the brother of a government official, the idea of targeting a settler who defends his family, community, and lands as a terrorist still too much for us to take in.

Even settlers do not like the Shabbak (Israeli Security Agency), despite the support for its Jewish Department from many among the "well-behaved," mamlakhti (diehard state loyalist) settlers suburbanites.

If the State Attorney does manage to include his latest accusation of aiding the enemy, the death penalty will achieve more publicity, whether he convinces the public that Zini's actions were intentionally treasonous or not. His actions were treasonous. But were they motivated by the desire to aid the enemy, or just greed?

Can the state attorney really convince the people -- as if he cared about the people -- to make the jump from profiteering during wartime to aiding the enemy... by taking the edge off their nicotine addiction?

He did not have to. All he had to do was to bring raise it as a possibility. He was even able to demonstrate to the people that family members of government officials are not above the law.

Mission accomplished. Today, it might seem absurd. The next time, it will seem less absurd. The time after that, when targeting a Jews, truly undesirable in the eyes of the mainstream, deMOCKracy-loyal public, it will seem like an acceptable possibility.

Less than three months ago, even Zini's own Shabbak Chief brother backs death penalty for terrorists; ministers say Israelis spying for Iran should also be executed (YNET). So, they try to add hypocrisy to the list of ammunition they have against the prime minister's appointee, if he does not play ball.

I repeat. The ultimate objective is not to apply to death penalty to Arab terrorists, but to distort the definition of terrorism in order to apply it to settlers. Haredim (ultra-orthodox) will be next. They will more easily identified as domestic terrorists, as Torah-loyalist settlers reside in areas which are stubbornly maintained as being disputed territories.

The Erev Rav targets are any Jews loyal to The Almighty and His Torah over the authority of the State. Current methods have included indoctrination through IDF service, pre-IDF mekhinot study programs, and, of course, the standard state religious educational system.

The icing on the cake? Ofra, where Bezalel Zini resides is a well-known mamlakhti town, where the boundaries between Torah loyalty and State loyalty are far from clear in the eyes of many of its residents. If they target one of their own first, it will not seem as unfair when they start coming after the others: Hilltop and Haredi youth.

How many times has he said the same thing to us? How many times has he said the same thing did former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon tell us the same thing?

Needless to say, all of the leftist prime ministers before them also told us the same thing,...many times.

So you still think the situation in Israel will change by the Israeli Government?

Do you still think that politicians actually care about their Jewish constituents? 

Do you still think that Israeli Governmental officials are not overly concerned over what the goyim think?

Do you still think that Israeli prime ministers are calling the shots, and not beholden to their foreign sources of funds?

ארץ ישראל שייכת לעם ישראל או לא? / Does the Land of Israel Belong to the Jews or Not?

עם ישראל צריך להחליט כבר אם ארץ ישראל שייכת אליו ולהצהיר את זה ולפעול למען השייכות הזאת.

ואם לא, עם ישראל מסכן לאבד את ארץ ישראל.

לפני כמה חודשים הופיעו ב- YNET.CO.IL מפות של ישובי יהודה ושומרון, ובהן חלקי הישובים מסומנים כשטחים נטענים על ידי בני ישמעאל (ערבים).

ועכשיו בעמונה, המאחז בגבעה מזרחית לישוב עפרה הנמצא בשטח של שבט בנימין, התקבלה הפשרה בין לבטל את פינוי המאחז, או יעבירו את זה צפונה לישוב עלי, או משהו אחר. נכון שאני לא השקעתי את הזמן וכוח לבדוק את זה בחדשות. זה משנה? הכי חשוב לדעת שרוב תושבי יהודה ושומרון יצהירו שהם ניצחו נגד הממשלה (הבג״ץ)?

איזה שטויות! איזה דוגמאות מצוינים של שטיפת מוח אינדוקטרינציה של מערכת החינוך הממלכי הדתי!

וכל זה מפני שאיזה בן ישמעאל טוען שחלק השטח הזה שייך אליו. לא צריכים לשאול איפה הוא היה לפני 15 שנה בקיום המאחז. ולא צריכים לשאול איך המסמכים של בן ישמעאל הזה שאמורים להוכיח שהשטח הזה שלו פתאום הגיעו לידי בית המשפט אחרי כל הזמן הזה.

אלא פשוט צריכים לשאול:

למה חושבים שקיימת מערכת ממלשלתית דמוקרטית אמיתית בכלל בארץ?

למה ה״רבנים״ הממלכתיים ממשיכים להדריך את הקהילות שלהם לטעות שאין הבדל בין שמירת תורה ומצוות לשמירת חוקי מדינת ישראל? האם הם מפחדים מהמשלה להגיד לקהילות שלהם את האמת? או האם הם גם הושפעו בשטיפת המוח באינדוקטרינציה של מערכת החינוך הממלכתי?

אף על פי כן, מתי עם ישראל יתעורר על המספר הגודל של הסתירות בין התורה לבין חוקי המדינה? האם הם באמת כל כך עיוורים אליהם?

וגם אם היו מקום דמוקרטיה במדינה יהודית באמת, מתי עם ישראל יתעורר כבר על העובדה שמדינת ישראל לא מדינה דמוקרטית אמיתית אפילו? במדינה דמוקרטית אמיתית, בית המשפט העליון אינו מבטל כל דין זה פשוט לא אוהב, ואשר מתנגד [אנטי-התורה] סדר יומה (אג׳נדה), ואפילו מתנגד לרצון העם.

זה נכון שיהודים צעקו על אחד שרי הממשלה שהגיע לעמונה ולא נתנו לו לדבר. והיהודים האלה צדקו על זה.

אבל ראינו את דבר כזה לפני זה. ראינו את דבר כזה הרבה פעמים כבר. וכל פעם שקורה דבר כזה יהודים האלה נרגעו לבסוף ושוכחים שוב על האסון שקרה להם בעבר .

כל זה קרה לנו כבר, ולצערי, כל זה יקרה לנו עודה פעם בעתיד.

Jews have to decide already whether the Land of Israel belongs to them or not, declare it and work toward this goal.

If not, the Jewish People risk losing it all.

A few months ago in YNET.CO.IL maps of West Bank settlements were shown, which included parts marked as areas claims by Yishma'elim (Arabs).

And now Amona, an outpost on a hill east of the town of Ofra in the territory of the tribe of Benjamin, accepted a compromise between cancelling the destruction of the outpost, and transferring it northward to the town of Eli, or something else. I never invested the time and energy to check out the details on the news. Does it really matter? What is most important to know is that most of the residents of Judea and Samaria have declared a victory against the State (the High Court).

Nonsense! Such excellent examples of brainwashing indoctrination of the state religious school system!

And all because some Yishmaeli claims that some of this land belongs to him. No need to ask where it was 15 years ago outpost. No need to ask how the Yishmaeli's documents which supposedly prove that this area belongs to him, suddenly came to the court after all this time.

But what does need to be asked is:

Why do Mamlakhti (diehard state loyalist) "rabbis" continue to educate their communities make the mistake that there is no difference between keeping Torah and mitzvoth and keeping the laws of the State of Israel? Are they too afraid of the government to tell their followers the truth? Or are they, too, casualties of the State's education system's indoctrination?

Even so, when will Jews wake up to the increasing number of conflicts between the Torah and the State's laws? Are they really that blind to them?

And even if there were room for democracy in a truly Jewish, sovereign nation, when will Jews wake up to the fact that the State of Israel is not even, a truly democratic state? In a real democratic country, the Supreme Court does not cancel any law it simply does not like, and which goes against its [anti-Torah] agenda.

It is true that Jews shouted one of the ministers who came to Ofra and did not let him speak. And these Jews were right to do so.

But we have seen this all before. We have seen this all before, many times. And each and every time something like that happens these Jews eventually calm down, and forget about the tragedy which they just endured.

This has all happened before, and I am afraid that it will all happen again.

What Happens when your "Rabbi" Hugs Terrorists? (Updated w/Video!)

Hold onto your hats, and fasten your seat belts. This is going to be the most offensive post I have ever written.

I just found out that Menachem Froman, the late "rabbi" of the town of Teqo'a, was the father-in-law of one of the women attacked this week.

Froman saw the Arabs through a Western, (ie. non-Torah) mindset. Anyone who bothers to read the Tana"kh, and the works of Haza"l will see just how dangerous the Arabs are, and will ever be.

Anyone who bothers to pay attention, will see that Abbas's [not in the least bit] moderate Fata"h Party sees no difference between Teqo'a, Othni'el, Efrat, and Tel-Aviv. All of these are seen as "settlements," to be eradicated of their Jews, and to be re-settled by Arabs.

Who was it who said that if ten thousand bottles of water stood in front of you, and you knew that one was poisoned, just how many of the bottles would you drink before you finally stopped, to prevent yourself from drinking the poisoned one.

How many times would you repeat the same mistakes over again expecting different results? (Albert Einstein's definition of insanity)

Yet, Froman insisted on hugging terrorists from Fata"h and Hamas, and their associates.

Was Froman blind? Ignorant? Naive?


Peace is the increasing observance of the Torah by Jews,...the entire Torah,...including the politically-incorrect parts.

Peace is not ignoring The Almighty's warnings and other instructions regarding Yishma'el (Arabs/Muslims), and any other parts of His precious Torah, which some Jews happen to find distasteful.

We must ask the ultimately insensitive and politically-incorrect question. Even though his daughter-in-law was only recently attacked, and recovering, we must seize the opportunity, while the wound has been freshly re-opened, before another Jew is brutally attacked or even murdered:

Was Froman partly responsible for his daughter-in-law's attack?

Then I just saw this...

I was almost certain that this was a parody of Israeli news, much like "The Onion." The IDF would never suggest something so racist as disallowing Arabs to enter Jewish towns in Yehudah and Shomron (Judea and Samaria), right?

Un-Enlightened! Un-Democratic! Even Racist! Oy Gevald! And what is now being forced down our throats, the crap that such an act is Un-Zionist!

But, sure enough. They did.

It will be interesting to see just how long such "guidance" will remain in place. Undoubtedly, it will be the Jewish towns, which have become so utterly dependent on Arab labor, to be the biggest whiners over the lack of building and renovations taking place  because of it.

In the words of some of the great residents of Ofra, where I used to live...

"These Arabs are different. These are our Arabs, and our Arabs are different."

Will see how long the town stands with that motto.

The Same IDF Treatment Toward Jews as Palestinians? Not Quite.

Israel's security forces often find themselves in delicate situations that have led to harsh claims of racism and misconduct. But orders passed through the chain of command over the last year paint a different picture - one in which both Palestinian and Jewish rioters earn the same response.

"The command tells soldiers not to treat Palestinian or Jewish stone throwers differently," said a military source who expanded on the details of the order.

"In every case of Jewish attacks against Palestinians, the reaction has to be immediate," said the source, "And there are four red lines: One, damage to property or the body of a Palestinian; two, throwing stones at security forces; three, verbal violence against a soldier, police officer, or border police officer; four, damage to IDF property."

 The order has been revised several times in the past, first appearing as a result of several incidents between right-wing activists and IDF soldiers. In many of these cases, soldiers stood by in instances of violence against Palestinians.

"We explain to combat soldiers that there is no difference between a Jewish and a Palestinian who breaks the law," said a senior officer. "There are no special regulations for firing on a Palestinian." (cont.)

And thus there are no special regulations for firing on a Jew.

Anyone out there, worried about a "War Between Brothers" (civil war), this is your cue to start whining about it. (Hint: It already began ages ago.)

Just like the Jew hatred is pushing Jews in the direction of, the erev rav gov't is pushing settlers/religious Jews (including Haredim)

Towns like Yitzhar get it. But, what about towns like Ofra and Neve Daniel? Will they?

Jews and Arabs are to be treated the same, huh? Not quite.

The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court is to discuss on Monday the case of a Jewish youth who was arrested near Kiryat Arba in Judea on Sunday night, during one of a series of protests against the intended demolition of homes in Beit El located north of Jerusalem in Samaria.

The Honenu legal aid organization has revealed that the Jewish minor was brutally assaulted during his arrest by police officers, and was treated at Shaare Tzedek Hospital in Jerusalem on Monday night for wounds sustained during the beating.

Honenu has turned to the division for the investigation of officers, in a request for an investigation against those policemen who beat the youth. (cont.)

PM Netanyahu

The Supreme Court ruled roughly a month ago that several buildings in the eastern part of Beit El are to be demolished by July 30.

In a stormy meeting last Monday, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu admitted he intends to renege his campaign pledge to build 300 housing units in Beit El, saying he will allow the demolition to go ahead.

Netanyahu reneging on a campaign pledge? Please do not tell me that this comes as a surprise to you. 

He also clarified his intentions to continue a covert total freeze on Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria that his coalition governments have been enacting for roughly two years now.

Regarding Beit El, there has been criticism against the paradigm by which all non-state land in Judea and Samaria is automatically considered to be Arab-owned private land, even without any proof of ownership, and therefore construction on it is deemed illegal.

Go figure. Since the Torah says that the Land is ours, and the government says that it is not, that means that the government is contradicting the Torah.

Nili is pretty optimistic when she says that there is only one person standing on the other side of the Yassa"m (Israeli riot police) shields. For she is actually up against the Erev Rav. But, she is right about one thing. She has got The Almighty and the People of Israel behind her. We just need to remember that those people calling themselves "Jews" or "Israelis," who are not with her, are against her.

Should we now expect the same IDF treatment towards Jews as Pseudostinians?

On My 18th Aliyah Anniversary, Here's My Story!

This post was inspired by Tomer Devorah's Aliyah Advice For Those Who Are Interested.

Coming up on my 18th anniversary of not only making aliyah, but arriving in Israel for the first in my life, I realized, thanks to Tomer Devorah, that I had never written about my personal aliyah story. Even though I have written tips on aliyah, before, during, and after, based on personal experience.

Eighteen years ago today, I landed at Ben-Gurion International Airport for the first in my life, and I stayed.

My flight took off from Los Angeles, where I was living for the last nine months of my life in the U. S. There was an hour stopover in Chicago, and then it was onto Israel. When we took off from Chicago, my thought was, "This is it!"

Periodically glancing at the real time, flight map at the front of the cabin, I saw when we were over international waters, and then past the half-way point of crossing the Atlantic Ocean. There was no turning back now. But, the truth was, I knew that I was never going back, at not permanently, and I never have. In fact, I only left for a two-week course in England, in 1998. That means I have not left Israel in 17 years. For years, I either did not have the money, or I did not have the time off from work. Now, I do not have any interest in leaving Israel at all.

My journey to Israel, however, actually began years before I actually landed here.

You see, I had already tried to come to Israel several times beforehand.

In 1985, I wanted to come for my junior year of study abroad. In 1994, I tried coming for a year of study in yeshivah. In both of these cases, I did not have the money to go. Remember that Birthright did not exist back then. Even though it is just over 10 years old, many Jews do not realize that it is...just over 10 years old.

In 1996, I visited with the shali'ah (State representative) in Los Angeles to "apply" for aliyah.

Taking his suggestion, I wrote several options as to what I would actually be doing Israel, to show how open and flexible I was. I wrote IDF service, yeshivah, ulpan (intensive Hebrew study) and work. I had already wrote to the Ministries of Health and Education to get my professional degrees and certifications recognized, and was in contact with the Israeli branch of my professional association.

But, in the end I was "rejected," for not being focused. Of course, the facts that I had never even visited Israel, nor knew anyone here, worked against me. But, what no one ever told me explicitly was that my only loss would be a paid flight, and help with a place to stay.

Finally, in 1997 everything fell in place very quickly. I believe very strongly that I was meant to come at this time, and not before.

A friend of mine found an ad for a teachers program in Israel, co-sponsored by the LA Federation, the City of Tel-Aviv, and the Jewish Agency. In April, 1997, I interviewed for the program, and was accepted. I was told not to worry about money. This program really took care of me. So, I must give credit where credit is due.

In June, I found a cheap, one-way ticket, from someone with whom I volunteered a couple times a month, who turned out to be a travel agent.

Only a week before I was to fly, I lost my passport. But, I was able to get a new one, with special, yet pricey, three-day service, and a cool boss who let me come into work late a couple of times, so that I could deal with this.

Although Nefesh b'Nefesh did not exist back then, and handouts of chunks of money had been cancelled, at least for Americans, and other olim (immigrants) from Western countries, I managed. The shali'ah in Los Angeles had told me that I should bring at least $11,000. with me, as a single person. Yeah, right! As if!

I stepped off the plane with just $300 in my pocket, a duffel bag, and one carry on bag. Of course, I had a job and a place to live lined up. Like I said, everything just fell into place. I might even say miraculously so.

I even had a place to stay in a merkaz qelitah (absorption center) for two years, which is unusual. Most olim do not even receive more than a year. Rent was only about $86. per month, as I distinctly remember that the rate of exchange was 3.5 sheqqels to a dollar back then.

I soon obtained a student visa, good for a year. Just over a year later, a came back to the Ministry of the Interior at 6:30am, yet I was still only 13th in line. Hours later, I met the same clerk who had given me my student visa. I brought my birth certificate, passport, and letter from my rabbi in San Diego, stating that I was Jewish. I had heard it recommended to bring in your mother's kethubbah (marriage contract) as well, but I did not, as I did not have access to it.

The clerk glanced over everything, but took only the letter and stamped my U. S. passport with my request, and told me to come back in 30 days. I did, and he gave me my te'udath zehuth (identity card), stood up, shook my hand, and said Mazal Tov.

One tip I discovered about the process, which I feel is important to share is that each rabbinical association has its own list at the Jewish Agency of recognized rabbis. The application is sent there for confirmation of ones Jewish status. I called the Jewish Agency in advance of my submission of documents at the Ministry of the Interior. When I mentioned the name of the rabbi who had signed my letter, I was told that his name was absent from the list.

I almost started to freak-out. But, then a thought came to me.... I asked the person on the phone which list she had checked. She said the Orthodox Union [OU] list. Then I asked if Young Israel had its own list. She said yes, and sure enough, found the name of my rabbi on this list. I made a point of telling this to the Interior Ministry clerk, just in case.

I believe this insured that everything went as smoothly as it did. So, check to make sure that your rabbi is listed. I believe that Chabba"d also has its own list.

Almost a year and a half ago, I renounced my U. S. citizenship. I know that this is not the choice for everyone. You can read about my experiences with this, including how the process works, and about reporting ones income, and assets, or lack thereof, for the final time to the IRS.

After living in Tel-Aviv for two years, I moved around. Jerusalem, Beth-El, Ofra, and eventually to K'far Tapu'ah for five years. For the past six years I have been back in Jerusalem.

I have been homeless in Israel, in debt, unemployed, and survived a suicide bombing. I have interviewed, worked, learned, lived, and dealt with government offices. I have job hunted, apartment hunted, friend hunted, and community hunted. It has not been easy. We are even warned in the Talmud that it is not easy. But, this is home, and it is where all Jews belong, not in the U. S.

Israeli Police Attack Guard of a Jewish Town!

A guard in the town of Michmash says he was attacked by police - just because he was doing his job.

Police officials have appointed a committee to investigate an incident in which a security guard was attacked at the gate to the town of Michmash, north of Jerusalem, over Shabbat. The guard claims that police brutally attacked him, injuring him and causing him psychological damage.

To add insult to injury, said a spokesperson for Michmash, police had not come to arrest anyone or conduct a search – but simply to pick up another officer who lived in the town.

The incident occurred at about 6 a.m. Saturday, with police arriving at the gate and demanding to be let into the town. The guard, a father of five who is the resident of the town, asked the officers what they wanted in the town – considering that it was a religious community, and the vast majority of people were likely to be sleeping. The officers said that they were there on “police business,” and words were exchanged with the officers, according to footage taken by another resident on his cellphone.



Boaz Arazi, a spokesperson for Michmash, said that police refused to answer the guard's questions, despite his telling the officers that he was not allowed to open the gate without knowing what their business in the town was. Eventually, the guard opened the gate – and was immediately arrested by the officers, who claimed that he had “interfered” with their work.

The guard was taken several kilometers up the road to the Binyamin police station and booked. He was released a few hours later – and began walking home from the station, towards Michmash. (cont.)

Both the incident itself and the shock the guard appeared to experience come as no surprise to me.

Who knows when the Jews in Yehudah and the Shomron (Judea and Samaria) will wake up to the fact that they are just pawns of the government? There are more than a few non-mamlakhtim in Mikhmas.

You would be surprised at the occasional anti-government sentiment I would hear even in traditionally mamlakhti town of Ofra, which lies just north of Mikhmas, when I lived there.

On the other hand, when I lived in K'far Tapu'ah, I witnessed the residents of the town gradually sell out over time, assimilating into the collective of diehard, "religious," State loyalists. Thanks to the mainstream, Israeli (Leftist) news media, many Jews still believe that K'far Tapu'ah is the home to "Jewish extremists." Yet, this could not be farther from the truth.

I have seen guns being taken away, licenses revoked, and licenses being made impossible to obtain. I have seen private guarding companies have been put into place in towns, even when residents, most all IDF veterans, would prefer to guard their town themselves. At least some of these private guarding companies do not allow their guards to work in the towns where they live, only in other towns.

This makes sense when you think about it. When (not if, but when) the government sends whomever it sends to expel Jews from their homes and lands, guards who are residents are less likely to cooperate, and more likely to resist, than those guards who are not residents.

Many of us are still blind and/or numbed out to the reality which surrounds us. Hopefully it will not take too many more incidents like this recent one in Makhmas to wake people up to the reality of our relationship with the Israeli Police, and to the exact nature of their role when it comes to Yehudah and the Shomron, not to mention Haredi neighborhoods, and the developing "no-go" zones of South Tel-Aviv and within the Negev.

We can take an example from Arazi's children:

Arazi said that the guard had suffered physical and mental injuries as a result of the incident, and that his children, whom the guard had raised to respect police, had become very cynical as a result of the incident.

Shooters reportedly say, "We have avenged the Prophet," as they enter offices of Charlie Hebdo with Kalashnikov guns.

PARIS - Hooded gunmen stormed the Paris offices of a weekly satirical magazine renowned for lampooning radical Islam, killing at least 12 people, including two police officers in the worst militant attack on French soil in recent decades.

One of the men was captured on video shouting "Allah!" as four shots rang out. Two assailants are then seen calmly leaving the scene and remain at large.

Charlie Hebdo (Charlie Weekly) is renowned for courting controversy with satirical attacks on political and religious leaders and has published numerous cartoons lampooning the Prophet Mohammad. The last tweet on its account mocked Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the militant Islamic State, which has taken control of large swathes of Iraq and Syria.

"This is a terrorist attack, there is no doubt about it," President Francois Hollande told reporters after rushing to the scene of the attack. His government raised France's security level to the highest notch and scheduled an emergency cabinet meeting...

...Another 20 people were injured in the attack, including four or five critically. (cont.)

At least two of those murdered, Georges Wolinski and Dr. Elsa Cayat, were Jewish. May God avenge their blood!

Interestingly enough, Charlie Hebdo is a left-wing magazine, and is not unknown for poking fun at Jews and Christians, as well as Muslims. Read Debbie Schlussel's full report.

Report: the hostage taker said he belonged to ISIS and his female accomplice is still on the run, according to CNN.

PARIS - Four hostages were killed and four others were critically wounded as a result of a hostage standoff in a kosher supermarket in eastern Paris on Friday.

One hostage taker, Amedy Coulibaly, was killed during the police raid, but it is believed he had a female accomplice, 27-year-old Hayat Boumeddiene -- who remains at large, according to a CNN report. The report says that Coulibaly and Boumeddiene have been in a relationship since 2010.

During a conversation with local French media during the hostage crisis, Coulibaly claimed to choose the supermarket because it was Jewish and said he was part of ISIS, according to CNN .

French media reported on Friday that the police raided the kosher supermarket where a gunman took at least five people hostage. At least 14 hostages were freed in the raid, press has reported. (cont.)

The synagogue was evacuated during the kosher market siege, Le Monde reported on Friday, and did not reopen for services on Friday night. (cont.)

So, the Grande Synagogue de Paris, a good 5km (3mi) away from the besieged kosher market, was evacuated and closed during and after the attack on the Charlie Hedbo satirical weekly.

Why wasn't the Synagogue de Tournelles? Not only does it lie within closer proximity to the kosher market which was under siege, and it is also no stranger to sieges itself. During the anti-Israel, pro-Gaza (AKA: "Israel should lay down and die, and not defend itself.") protests last July, hundreds of Jews were trapped inside, until police arrived to "rescue" them.

And the Synagogue de Nazareth? I could not find any reports on this synagogue either.

Odd, to say the least.

It seems to me the French Jews were doomed long ago...

France has Europe’s largest population of Muslims, some of whom talk openly of ruling the country one day and casting aside Western legal systems for harsh, Islam-based Shariah law. (cont.)

French Jews are still not out of danger. As Yishma'el (Arabs/Muslims) slaughters us, and whoever else gets in the way of slaughtering us, Esau (The West - Progressives and Christians) comes at us with with hugs, reassuring words, and money.

Will all of the French Jews actually leave France? Will they move to Israel? Will some be taken in by the trappings of North America? Many French Jews of North African origin have already ended up in Montreal, yet another bastion of growing Jew-hatred.

How many French Jews, sitting on the fence of self-identification, choose to identify themselves as French, and not as Jews? How many French Jews will respond to the recent, horrifying events, by staying away from all things Jewish, instead of moving closer to their communities?

And worst of all, how many French Jews will heed the words of so-called, European Jewish "leaders" who tell them "not to give up," but to "stay and fight?"

VOA: Charlie Hebdo continues
Also Friday, the French newspaper Liberation made room for the surviving Charlie Hebdo journalists to prepare the satirical weekly’s next edition. The newspaper plans to print 1 million copies, 30 times its regular run.

Charlie Hebdo journalists and cartoonists have returned under heavy police protection, Reuters said.

"Since a long time, Charlie Hebdo and Liberation are seen, are like brothers. It's like a fraternity," Liberation editor Pierre Fraidenraich said. His paper had welcomed Charlie Hebdo staff after the newspaper was firebombed in 2011.

Fraidenraich said his newspaper would host the Charlie Hebdo team for "all the time they want."

Who knows how many Jews are still involved. Nevertheless, if there are any, why on earth would they stick around? Probably, because within their ideological minds, they do not have any choice.

Yishma'el is dangerous. Except to those of us in deep, delusional denial, this is not a secret.

Esau is dangerous, but many cannot, or will not, see this, because of how sneaky they are about it, about seductive, with physical pleasures, avodah zarah, or money.

The Erev Rav, descendants of the false converts who came with us out of Egyptian exile, and their pawns, are still very much around, causing problems from within, and discouraging.

Israeli Government officials appear to be supportive of French Jews, and encouraging their immigration to Israel. Yet, I do hope that nos frères et sœurs juifs français, our French Jewish brothers and sisters, get over their honeymoon period quickly, and do not expect anything from the Israeli Government.

There are well-established French-speaking communities, especially in Jerusalem and in Netanyah, not mention significant numbers of French-speaking families, living in small towns, such as Kokhav Ya'aqov, Eli, Ofra, Kokhav HaShahar, and Alon Shevuth.

I hope that these new immigrants from France listen to these veterans, and glean from their experience, strength, and hope, rather than depending on the government.

But, that can all be worked out later. The time has long passed for French Jews to get on the plane already.

In contrast to the spin on Jewish emigration in the mainstream news, Jews leaving France and the rest of Europe is a good thing, albeit it is happening in a more painful way than necessary. Although the plans of quite a few Jews to relocate to Israel are simply being expediated, many are leaving France not for purely ideological reasons, because Israel is the Jewish People's only true homeland (not France, not the U. S., not the UK, etc.). Rather, they are running for their lives.

Nevertheless, the ends are the same, as they should be, Jews returning to, and re-settlling our Promised Land.

Isn't it ironic how the same Muslims who demand that Jews remove themselves from parts, and eventually all, of our Homeland, are actually causing more and more Jews to come back to it, due to their threats of annihilation.

Their plan will, of course, backfire in the end. The Almighty is on our side, and appears to have had enough taunting of His People. (Ezeq. 36)

"Palestinians" Who Throw Molotov Cocktails at Israelis Are Not Terrorists

Keep in mind that this report comes from the far left-wing, "Palestinian" sympathetic, Ha'Aretz news source. If Ha'Aretz, along with the Associated Press [AP] and Reuters, report that an Arab teen was about to throw a Molotov Cocktail at Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] soldiers, you can rest assured that he was.

A Palestinian-American teenager was shot dead by Israeli soldiers, Friday afternoon, during clashes that erupted in a protest held there weekly.

According to the military, the boy, 14, was about to throw a firebomb towards Route 60; an IDF unit positioned nearby opened fire after he had lit the firebomb's fuse, and was preparing to hurl it. (Palestinian officials denied these claims.)

A relative identified the teen as Orwa Abd al-Wahhab Hammad and said he was born in New Orleans and came to the West Bank at age six. Hammad's cousin Moath said he was among a group of Palestinians who were throwing rocks at Israeli soldiers.

An Israeli army spokesman told Reuters Israeli forces "managed to prevent an attack when they encountered a Palestinian man hurling a molotov cocktail at them on the main road next to Silwad. They opened fire and they confirmed a hit."

The military said it would investigate the shooting, which occurred amid other clashes in Arab areas in and around Jerusalem in which several people were lightly injured.

In Washington, U.S. State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki called for a "speedy and transparent investigation."

"The United States expresses its deepest condolences to the family of a U.S. citizen minor who was killed by the Israeli Defense Forces during clashes in Silwad on October 24," Psaki said.

She added that U.S. officials would remain "closely engaged with the local authorities, who have the lead on this investigation."  (cont.)

If the U. S. government is so quick to claim an Arab teenager, who left the U. S. at the age of six, then why is it not just as quick to claim responsibility for the attempted terrorist attack?

Although I do not believe it to be quite as damning as Truth Revolt suggests, I do believe that the video is a clear indication of the U. S. Government's pattern of applying double standards toward Jews vs. Arabs. I agree with Truth Revolt's take, just not with the quality of evidence found in this particular video.

Ever since the U. S. State Department recommended against President Harry S. Truman's desire to recognize the State of Israel, it has continually proven itself to be the bane of Jewish sovereignty over Eretz Yisra'el (Land of Israel).

Ha'Aretz even reports the Molotov Cocktail thrower's terrorist family connections:

Residents of Silwad said that the teen was the cousin of Ta'er Hammad, who carried out a sniper attack that killed 10 Israelis in Wadi al-Haramiya, near the Shilo settlement in 2002. The teen's uncle, Nabil Hammad, is said to have been killed in the first intifada.

I lived in Ofra from 2002 - 2004. I remember the sniper attack mentioned above, as well as another one in the same area, resulting in the murder of Ofra teenager Erez Rond hy"d.

Perhaps the U. S. Government should be a bit more scrupulous as to whom it allows into its territory.

Unless you have lived in the Shomron (Samaria), you might not know that this Arab-American, thrower of Molotov Cocktails, is not the only one residing in the area. The above mentioned town of Silwad, which lies just to the north of Ofra, apparently has quite a few U. S. citizens living there.


I once heard a story from a neighbor of mine in Ofra. While he was visiting his grandmother in San Francisco, he bumped into an Arab who said he lived in the "palestinian territories." They spoke in English. My neighbor asked him where exactly he lived, because he also lived in Yehudah and Shomron (Judea and Samaria). It turns out that this Arab was from Silwad. Apparently, they got a kick out of being "neighbors." The young man from Silwad said that there were lots of U. S. citizens living there.

More than a few times I have heard the story of the Arab Americans roaming the aisles of the local (Sha'arei Binyamin) branch of the Rami Levi supermarket chain. With perfect American accents, from New York and elsewhere, they can be heard speaking in English, trying to figure out the food packaging labels, often only printed in Hebrew and Arabic. 

Yes, Arabs from the Palestinian Authority shop at the Jewish owned Rami Levi supermarket. Even though it is part of the "oppressive occupation." (sarc)

I have never obtained the full story about this phenomenon. Mansions around Ramallah, Sinjil (near the above mentioned Wadi al-Haramiya), and elsewhere aside, why would they prefer the living conditions here over those in the U. S.?

My friends and I have met plenty of Arabs, just north of Ramallah and Silwad, who want to get out, asking if we had family or friends in the U. S. willing to sponsor them to live there. Well, they were asking the wrong Jews. No such luck.

One American-Arab, who seems to prefer to live in Eretz Yisra'el owns the home circled in red below.

How do I know that this home belongs to a U. S. citizen? Well, because years ago, a sniper shot up the ride catching area across the street (green) from this Arab's roof. When the Israeli Government announced its intentions to destroy this house as punishment for collaboration in a terrorist attack, the U. S. Government stepped in, and prevented it, claiming that the home belonged to a U. S. national. Go figure.

Former Israeli Prime Ministers Menachen Begin and Yitzhaq Shamir are still occasionally referred to as terrorists for their roles in the fight for Israel's independence from the British Mandate occupation. Arabs throwing throwing Molotov Cocktails at IDF soldiers are not. In fact, they are often called "freedom fighters."

American-Arabs are protected, but American-Jews living in Yehudah and Shomron are considered menaces.

One of these days, my fellow Jews will hopefully wake up to the fact that the U. S. Government is NOT our friend. Hopefully, before it is too late.

And before you start harping on Presidents Obama and Clinton, as nasty as they may be, let me remind that President George W. Bush was an advocate of the so-called "two-state solution," and his father President George "Iran Contra" H. W. Bush tried to pressure Prime Minister Shamir to stop building in Yehudah and Shomron.

Amona: The Latest Erev Rav Strategy

On July 12, in the goyshe calendar, not surprising used by the Israeli Government, the Binyamin town Amona was supposed to be "evacuated," the government's and the Leftist-control news media's euphenism for expulsion and destruction.

At the last minute, the Israeli "justice" system decided to give the town more time to prove that the the land was "legally" bought from the Arabs who supposedly owned it in the first place. The residents of Amona already were able to produce such documents for something like 70 percent of the land upon which the twon sits. Why this was not good enough for the courts, I have no idea.

Why the settlers are still demonized for following government procedure, I have no idea. The government messed up; it should take the wrap. Of course, the government's initial mistake in the process was not annexing the land in the first place, back in תשכ"ז/1967.when we successfully conquered it, as we were COMMANDED to do so.

Years after receiving approval form the Israeli government to build on a newly founded, Jewish stronghold, the left, pawns of the Erev Rav, Labor Zionists working from within the Israeli government itself initiate the following strategies in order to take down the very town:

1. Battle the legitimacy of the approval in the Israeli justice system.

2. Protest, demanding admittance to the town, and sometimes demanding admittance for Arabs into the town.

3. Bringing CNN and left-wing news agencies from Europe and elsewhere to provide a distorted report on the town.

4. Sabotage an Arab town or agriculture, and then blame the nearby Jewish town.

Hasn't anyone figured out that that using the Israeli [In]Justice System to remove Jews is a heck of a lot easier that pulling out IDF troops, traumatizing them, and risking the bad publicity of soldiers and entire units refusing orders to expel Jews from their homes?

Doesn't anyone remember the last time we depended on the government and the YeSh"A Council to do the right thing?

Time to stop repeating the same mistakes over again, expecting different results. They just ain't gonna work!

The Israeli government has adapted continuously trying to to find just the right strategy to defeat us, those who hold Torah higher than human law. So, far they have won many battles but are still far away from wining the war.

We cannot be complacent. We cannot simply "stand idly by," accepting "help" from "reinvented" councils, from foreign countries, and from foreign religions.

We must finally wake up.

Barak, Yesha Leaders Agree to Destroy Jewish Towns

(IsraelNN.com) Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Yesha leaders have reportedly reached an agreement for the non-violent eviction of hundreds of residents from their homes in 26 Jewish communities throughout Judea and Samaria.

According to the report in the Hebrew-language Haaretz daily, Barak has agreed to approve building and infrastructure permits frozen by the government in response to US pressure to drive Jews out of Yesha, as compensation for the non-violent abandonment of certain Jewish towns. In addition, victims of the eviction would be permitted to move to other Jewish communities in the area.

Sources in Barak's office said the Yesha Council "knows" that the Supreme Court deal is expected to order IDF soldiers to tear down the communities, and that the deal is intended to prevent violence between residents and eviction forces.

How many more "deals" can the government come up with before they will have no choice but to resort to violence?

Of course, the original came from the leftist Ha'Aretz Newspaper. So who knows what, if anything, is true in their report. This newspaper has its own agenda, to demonize anyone living Yehudah and Shomron (Judea & Samaria).

In the past the powers that be have knocked an abandoned caravan or two. Years before the infamous police attack on protesters in Amona, an agreement was made by the shifty power players in YeSh"A to have a water tower taken down in front of the news cameras (CNN), only to be put up again the next day. There simply aren't enough abandoned caravans and mobile water towers around to foot the public relations bill anymore.

Such "deal-makers" are doing a great disservice to Am Yisrael, and to its struggle to retain control of its God-given Land. This is how we expect Jew-hating UN, EU, and Arabs to behave, in a sneaky and dishonest manner. Such strategies only serve to cheapen and discredit our Divine claims to the Land.

Fortunately, the YeSh"A Rabbinical Council, with such leaders as Rabbi Dov Lior (Qiriyath Arba-Hevron), does not act in such a way.

Unfortunately, the YeSh"A Council does not quite get it, continually displaying its hoser emunah (lack of faith), believing it must fear and thus negotiate with the human powers that be, ignoring the greater power in Universe. The YeSh"A Council justifies this by trying to pass off such sneaky approaches as our hishtadluth (require effort on Jews' part). As a whole it does not believe it possibly to retain control of all of Yehudah and Shomron, at least not without the will of the standing government. It will consider it a victory if we are able to hold on to those communities currently within the almighty security fence, failing to accept that the security fence can be picked up and moved at any time.

So, what's all this I have been hearing about a "New" YeSh"A Council? It looks like business as usual to me; Collaboration with the government.
