למי שעוד לא מכיר את Substack (סאבסטאק) הוא אתר חדש יחסי ברשתות החברתיות לשיתוף מאמרים והערות בנושאים שונים. בעיקרון, הא מיועד לבלוגרים. אבל, מניסיוני יש הרבה יותר יחסי גומלין בין הכתבנים והמעירים ובין המעירים.

יש אפילו יהודים דתיים רבים, גם בארץ וגם בחו״ל, עדיין סובלים מתסמונת הגלות. הם מאמינים ש"מערבי" ו"תורה" חופפים הרבה יותר ממה שהם באמת. אין ספק שההיגיון המערבי וההיגיון התורני אינם חופפים כלל.

להלן דיון הלוך ושוב ביני לבין מישהו שמזדהה כ"פלסטיני", או שהוא פשוט חבר של האלה שהערבים בשילטון מתייחסים להם כערבים סוג ב׳ (או ג׳ או ד׳...). אני ערכתי אותו לשם בהירות של דעותיי. אפשר לראות את המקור כאן, אם הוא לא כבר מחק אותו.

1. אי אפשר לבצע רצח עם בעם שאינו קיים. הערבים המזדהים כפליסטינאים הם ערבים. הם הקבוצה הנמוכה ביותר בחברה הערבית, ומשמשים כחיילים במלחמה נגד ישראל על ידי הסעודים, הירדנים, הכוויתים, המצרים וכו'. אבל הם בכל זאת ערבים.

2. ועכשיו תסתכל על המפות שבתוך הסמלים של אש"ף, פת״ח וחמאס. זוהי החזון של עוד מדינה ערבית. בתוכן ישראל לא קיימת עבורם. איפה היהודים? פשוטו כמשמעו נמחקו מהמפה. עכשיו תגיד לי שוב, מי רוצה לבצע רצח עם?

3. אתה צודק לגבי הסעודים ואיחוד האמירויות הערביות. הם לא טיפשים. הם קונים חלקי ארץ ישראל, בין היתר באמצעות חברות קש, ועם חיוכים על פניהם, דרך יעילה הרבה יותר להשמיד את ישראל מאשר הגישה של חמאס, חיזבאללה או איראן.

4. הנוצרים רוצים את זה, מתוך אמונה שמגיע להם. המוסלמים רוצים את זה, כי הם אמורים לכבוש הכל בכל הזדמנות אפשרית. אבל, זה שלנו. נצטווינו לכבוש את זה מהכנענים. אנחנו לוקחים את זה בחזרה, כל עוד צאצאינו המתבוללים של הערב רב לא יפריעו לזה. הערב רב הם הגלובליסטים היהודיים בקושי שאתה מכנה ציונים. למרות שהם מתגוררים בעיקר מחוץ לישראל. הקב״ה נתן לנו את ארץ ישראל. For those still unfamiliar, Substack is a relatively new platform on social media for sharing articles and notes on various topics. Essentially, it is for bloggers. However, from my experience it is much more interactive between writers and commenters. 

I have been trying it out, believing it may help me to broaden my audience.

What so-called "pro-Israel" and so-called "Zionist" Jewish influencers need to finally accept is that non-Jews do not care about the truth. The rulers of the current exile of the Jewish People (Edom / The West) believe what they want to believe, be it Christianity or progressivism, which has spread throughout Europe and American academic institutions. Both are manifestations of their spiritual forefather Esau, Jacob's slightly older twin brother. Jacob is us. He is the forefather of the Jewish People.

Jews still in exile are all assimilated and assimilating to one degree or another. But they cannot see it. They can only see that this is what works for them in the exile. No matter how times they have visited Israel, the idea of permanently living there is like an alternative universe to them. why should they bother to listen to the same old Hasbara (Heb.: PR) crap about international law, indigenous rights, and the right to defend ourselves? We need to offer these Jews the truth, ie. Torah. 

Even many religious Jews, both in and outside of Israel, still suffer from exile syndrome. They believe that "Western" and "Torah" overlap much more than they actually do. Certainly Western logic and Torah logic do not overlap at all. 

The following is a back and forth between me and someone who either identifies as "palestinian," or who is aligned with these pawns of the Arab world. It has been edited for clarity and elaboration of my views. You can see the original here, if it has not already been taken down.

I post it here, not to try to convince or influence anyone of anything. Didn't I just write how pointless the same old Hasbara crap is? I am posting this to demonstrate the extent of the anti-Torah lies spread throughout the world. At the very least, maybe some Jewish parents will wake up, and stop funding their children's indoctrination by such individuals at many of their academic institutions.

Let’s assume success by Israel.

It completely crushes Iran. It also completely crushes Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen.

Israel is the undisputed regional nuclear super-power. Nobody can withstand it.

Will all that blood satisfy Israel? Will its genocidal mania be quenched? Or will it find a new reason to bomb Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE?

Turkey, Saudi Arabia and the UAE are not stupid. They know what Israel is.

Iran falling is not the last step, but just one more step towards more bloodshed.

1. You cannot genocide a nonexistent people. Pseudostians are Arabs. The lowest on the totem pole, used as pawns by the Saudis, Jordanians, Kuwaitis, Egyptians, etc. But they are Arabs nonetheless.

2. Now look at the maps embedded in the emblems of the PLO, Fatah, and Hamas. This is their version of a Pseudostine. Israel does not exist to them. Where are the Jews? Quite literally wiped off the map. Now tell me again who wants to commit genocide.

3. You are right about the Saudis and UAE. They are not stupid. They are buying land in Israel, partly through shell companies, and with smiles on their faces, a much more efficient way to destroy Israel than Hamas, Hezbollah, or Iran’s approach.

4. (See the map above) The Christians want it, believing they are entitled to it. The Muslims want it, because they are supposed to conquer everything whenever possible. But, it’s ours. We were commanded to conquer it from the Canaanites. We’re taking it back, as long as our assimilated descendants of the Erev Rav (the nominally Jewish globalists, you label as Zionists. Even though they mostly reside outside of Israel) do not get in the way. God gave it to us.

Note: I do not count on the State of Israel's current regime to carry this out. We will have to wait for the arrival of Mashi'ah to sort everything out. Every time the State takes back what is ours  (see map) , they give it back, or do a half-hearted job holding onto it: Southern Lebanon (Asher and Naftali), Gaza (Judah), Judea (Judah and Benjamin), and Samaria (Ephraim and Menashe).

And you just admitted that we were here well before the Arabs. So who gets the prize? The people who was here first? Or the people who conquers it? You cannot have your cake and eat it, too. The Jewish People win in either argument.

I will tell you the same thing I try to tell my fellow Jews. It does not matter who is or is not indigenous; it is about who The Almighty wants to possess the Land of Israel at any given time.

This is about whose beliefs are correct. This is a religious conflict. Do not try to hide the Arabs' belief in a mandate to conquer the world, and convert everyone to Islam or make them Dhimmis.

We Jews just believe we have a claim one small portion of the world. (Did you look at the map yet?)

Palestinians? Who are they? The term did not even exist for Arabs till the 1960s. The Roman Emperor Hadrian concocted this whole Palestinian distortion. Emperor Vespasian renamed the ancient city of Shchem Flavia Neapolis. But there is no “P” sound in Arabic, so now you have Nablus, a bastardization.

The murderer Yassar Arafat, may his name and memory be blotted out, once tried to claim the he was Jebusite. That didn't work.

The murderer and Holocaust denier Mahmud Abbas, may his name be blotted out, tried to claim that the Arabs identifying as "palestinians" were descendants of the Canaanites -- whom you claimed that Israel genocided. That didn't work.

Arab Christians claim that they are Arameans. That seems to be working for them now. Of course, the Arameans came from what is now Syria. So, the Land of Israel is certainly not theirs. And, it is important to note that not all historical scholars agree with this. It seems that this was the politically strategic thing to do by the Israeli government at the time.

So, no. Arabs were never indigenous. Isaac was offered on the Mount, not Ishmael. Isaac inherited the mantle and promise of the Land from his father Abraham, not Ishmael.

The only true source of Zionism is the Torah, in which The Holy One, Blessed Be He, clearly states many times that the Land of Israel is Divinely Promised to the People of Israel...

Was Tira really the target? Tira is located in the Arab Triangle, considered the most concentrated area of "Israeli" Arab holdouts, still waiting, praying, or even actively working toward an independent Arab state within or including all of the Land of Israel.

Why on earth would Hezbollah target them?

Is it possible that neighboring Kokhav Yair was in its sights?

Of course, we cannot say that it was a miracle that no Jews were injured in this attack, as someone might get arrested.

When Iran attacked Israel last spring, the only casualties were Arabs, an three of them were in Jordan. Food for thought.

Many of you will be asking yourselves why I am posting the videos below, as this looks suspiciously as a hasbara post, hasbara from the Hebrew for public relations, based on the word hesber, the Hebrew word for explanation, as if we Jews have to explain ourselves.

We do not have to explain ourselves, not to the non-Jewish, international (read: globalist) community, not to the U. S., not to Europe, and certainly not to the imposters, claiming to be Jews.

I will address what I mean by imposters in a future post. I will simply say these individuals include the Erev Rav, the descendants of the false converts who followed us out of Egypt.

In the meantime, I do need to explain why I am posting the videos below, claiming that this is not a hasbara post, something I greatly despise.

Hasbara has generally been directed toward non-Jews, in mostly futile attempts to convince them that Jews have been falsely accused, that Jews are treated according to double standards, that Jews are highly misunderstood members of an oppressed people, that Jews are [wait for it] just like everybody else.

This is a lie. We are not like everybody else. In fact, the first three reasons for hasbara mentioned here contradict the last, that we are just like everybody else.

We are a people, separate and distinct from all others on this planet. At least, we are supposed to be.

This approach to representing the Jewish People is based on nothing less than our collective co-dependence, and our highly unfortunate miliatary, financial, and yes, spiritual dependence on some of the other nations of the world. It is based on a highly unhealthy mental condition.

This incessant petitioning of non-Jews for their love, support, and validation for our very existence my stop. Saying thank-you is one thing. But, slobbering over the non-Jewish supporter of Israel, whether Christian, Muslim, Hindu, or atheist is nothing less than pathetic.

עשיו שונא ליעקב. Esau hates Jacob. The West hates us. They always will, at least until maybe they finally realize they are wrong about their world view and about [wait for it] their religious views. In the meantime, trying to convince them otherwise.

Sure, there are those who claim they are directly targeting Jews still residing in Galuth (exile). And maybe a few of them actually are.

I am extremely disappointed, to say the least, in Jewish social media influencers, running around, claiming to be Zionists, claiming to be fighting for Israel's right to exist. They occasionally visit Israel, even daring to endanger their lives by visiting the "territories," sometimes calling them the "West Bank." Oh, wow! How cool you are! NOT!

Although I do not mind the term West Bank, since it is, in fact the west bank of the Jordan River, and because the East Bank of the Jordan River belongs to Israel, too, most of these Jewish social media influencers do not even know what I am talking about. So, for the umpteenth time, here is a map. I suggest that you study it.

Hint: The ancestral territories of the Tribes of Reuven, Gad, and half of the Tribe of Menashe lie on the eastern side of the Jordan River, thus "The East Bank."

Other than the far north, this area is currently controlled of the made-up country of Jordan, ruled by the Hashemite Family, which lost its power struggle over the Arabian Peninsula to its cousins from the House of Saud, as in Saudi Arabia. Jordan was its consolation prized for collaborating with the British against the Jews.

But, I digress...

Most of these "Zionists" would never even entertain the thought of residing in Israel. The ulitimate objective of Zionism is not to maintain a home for the Jewish People, but to maintain a very specific home for the Jewish People (see the map above), and that we Jewish People actually live here! ALL OF US!

And that is only one of the failures of these of these hasbarites, that do not even know what Zionism truly is. Of course I blame the Labor Zionists [Nazi collaborators] for having hijacked the term Zionism.

The original source of authentic Zionism is not Binyamin Ze'ev (Theodor) Herzl nor David Ben-Gurion; it is the Torah!

As many of you know, there are many influencers I absolutely refuse to cite, not the least of which are Christian Missionaries and Jewish colaborators with missionaries, no matter how right they happen to be at any given moment.

I cannot even passively support any Christian "friend of Israel," regardless of their stance on missionizing, or claim to our Divinely Promised Homeland. As long as we allow them to receive even a drop of merit in Heaven for "helping" us, they cannot fall. Esau must fall before Israel can rise. We cannot exist together, simultaneously in a state of power, as laid out clearly in the Talmudim (TB Megillah 6a). We must stop accepting their assistance.

Those Jews colaborating with Christians, whether inviting them to "learn" with them "yeshivas," accepting the help from volunteer laborers in their vineyards, or working with with them in hasbara, you're not getting a dime from me either. You are the epitome of the collective co-dependence Israel suffers from.

So who is the "her," you may be willing to listen to? In her own words, non-Jewish leftie from a Muslim family. I do not believe she is Israel's best friend, not by a long shot. But if she can reach my delusional, Jewish brethren, then I am more than willing to post her material here.

מעצבנים אותי מאוד המזדהים כ"ימנים ציונים דתיים", שהם בדרך כלל מעריצים להסכמי אברהם ו"לחברים" הנוצרים האוונגליסטיים של ישראל. רוב ״הימנים הציונים הדתיים״ כאלה מאמינים שטראמפ יציל אותנו.

עם זאת, אין להם מה להגיב כשמראים להם את מה שכתוב בפועל ב"עסקת המאה" של טראמפ. ובכן, לפעמים הם מנסים להכחיש את זה. ואז אני מראה להם את הדברים הבאים מארכיון בית הלבן של טראמפ.

אני יכול להגיד את אותו הדבר על היהודים שטוענים שהם תומכים בישראל, אבל לעולם לא ישקלו את האפשרות לגור כאן בארץ. האמת היא שליותר מדי יהודים תקועים בארה"ב יש ההשקפה הגלותית תקועה בראשם. הם פשוט לא מסוגלים לקבל היגיון כזה. אז אין טעם לנסות להגיד להם.

בכל מקרה, בחזרה לנושא של טראמפ. נראה איך עמדתו תשתנה אם הוא ייבחר מחדש לנשיא ארה״ב. אבל עד אז, כל מי שדורש אחת מהדרישות הנ"ל מישראל למסור את אדמותינו (...שאינן שלו, ואפילו לא שלנו למסור! רק של הקב"ה!), למסור חלק מעיר הבירה שלנו, להעניק סיוע ונחמה לאויבנו המושבע, אינו גיבור של ישראל.

What really gets me are so-called "right-wing, religious Zionists," often cheerleaders for the Abraham Accords and Christian Evangelical "friends" of Israel. They believe that Trump will save us. Yet, they have little to say when confronted with what is actually written in Trump's "Deal of the Century." Well, sometimes they to try to deny it. Then I show them the following from the Trump Whitehouse Archives.

After seeing this, some will actually try to justify it, at which point I tell them that they have lost the right to call themselves Zionists.

I could say the same about those Jews who claim to support Israel, but would never in their right minds entertain the thought of actually living here. But, quite frankly, too many of my fellow Jews, stuck in the U. S. and the exile mentality, simply would not able to process such logic, and would risk overloading their brains.

Anyway, back to Trump. We'll see how his position changes, if at all, if he gets re-elected president. But until then, anyone making any of the above demands on Israel to surrender its lands (...which are not his, nor even ours to surrender! Only The Almighty's!), to surrender part of its capital, to grant aid and comfort to our sworn enemy, is no hero of Israel.

"התמיכה של ביידן במדינה פלסטינית נובעת משילוב בין תפיסות אידיאולוגיות לשיקולים אסטרטגיים ופוליטיים", אמר ד"ר הר צבי. למרות הכחשה חזקה מצד השמאל האמריקני, הנשיא ג׳ו ביידן עומד להפסיד באופן סוחף בהתמודדות שלו להיבחר מחדש (בהנחה שהוא באמת נבחר בצורה הוגנת לכתחילה) או להודיע על סיום שירות בתפקידו לפני הבחירות. האמריקאים לא טיפשים מספיק, וגם התקשורת השמאלנית לא מיומנת מספיק כדי להסתיר את החסרונות ביכולת החשיבה של ביידן.

באמצעות העידוד הרעיון המגוחך והישן של הקמת מדינה פלסטינית, ביידן לא רק מפייס את האמריקנים המוסלמים והדור הזי שסתם שונאי יהודים ומשתתפים באופן רובוטי בהפגנות בעד אירגון הטרור חמאס, אלא הוא גם מקבל בחזרה את הקולות של הבסיס המסורתי של המפלגה: היהודים. כעת רבים מהם מאוכזבים בגלל ירידה בתמכתו בישראל בזמן המלחמה.

היהודים המרכזיים השמאלנים האלה מוכנים לתמוך בביידן שוב ברגע שהוא מחייך עוד קצת לישראל. הם עדיין מאמינים שאם אנחנו (יעקב/ישראל) נותנים לישמעאל (הערבים) מספיק, אז סופו של דבר הם יפסיקו לנסות להשמיד אותנו. היהודים האלה תקוע בגלותם בראש. הם מתעקשים להיות בהכחשה לגבי המטרה העיקרית הזו של ארגוני טרור ערביים: שהשמדת עם ישראל. השקפתם מבוססת בתרבורת המערב ולא בתרבות יהודית, כלומר תרבות התורה.

לא נראה לי שביידן יהיה המועמד של המפלגה הדמוקרטית בנובמבר. בסופו של דבר הם ימצאו לו אמצעות להתפטר ממועמדותו ללא בושהו וגם לסגנית הנשיא קמאלה האריס לעשות את אותו הדבר. ימצאו לה דרך לקידום, תפקיד באו״ם, או סיפור יצירתי שמצדיק לה לחזרתה לסנאט. חזרתה לסנאט בהחלט תסיים את המחלוקות בין המועמדים לסנאט הנציגים ברברה לי, ואדם שיף, וקייטי פורטר.

זה גם יעזור למושל קליפורניה גאווין ניוסום, שעשוי להיות מועמד לנשיאות של המפלגה הדמוקרטית. וגם בלי הצורך להשקיע בבחירות לסנאט תהיה הניעה לכל הפוליטקאים הדמוקרטים החשובים בקליפורניה ויוכלו להתאמץ 100 אחוז במאבק של ניוסום על הבית הלבן.

ככה מסתברים את הדיבורים של ביידן., האמת היא שהשולטים אותו אומרים לו את בדיוק מה להגיד. מי שמאמין שבידן פועל לבד הוא חי בסרט. אבל זה כל הסיפור של דרישתו של ביידן להקמת מדינת טרור ערבית נוספת.

המטרה סופית של ארה״ב ועולם המערב היא השמדת ישראל. יהודים יקרים, ארה״ב אינה חברה לישראל. למעשה היא ממש ההפך. ככל שקשה לקבל, הכסף והנשק שנתרמו לישראל מארה"ב, הפעולות הצבאיות שלה, ההצבעות והווטו שלה באו"ם למעננו, הם רק למען הצרכים של ארה"ב. כל נשיא ופקיד ארה"ב המזכיר שישראל היא "בעל בריתו הגדול ביותר במזרח התיכון", למעשה מתכוון "הכלי הגדול ביותר שלה במזרח התיכון". אישית, אני אומר הפראייר הכי גדול במזרח התיכון.

In spite of heavy denial on the part of the American left, Biden is heading for either a landslide loss in his bid for re-election (assuming that he was ever fairly elected in the first place) or for pre-election retirement. This is no way that the American people is stupid enough, nor the leftist-control media adept enough to cover for Biden's cognitive deficits.

By pushing for that old notion, a Palestinian state, Biden will not only appease Muslim Americans and their the Gen Z, Jew-hating lackeys who robotically attend pro-Hamas rallies, but he will also bring around his traditional, liberal Jewish base, and regain their support.

These Jewish centrists liberals are so stuck in their exilic mindset, they still believe that if we (Ya'aqov / Israel) only gives the Ishmael (Arabs) enough, then they will finally stop trying to anihilate us. The fact that this goal is embedded in the charters of various Arab terrorist organizations continues to elude their Western, ie. non-Jewish mentality.

I sincerely doubt that Biden will be the Democrat Party's candidate in November. They will eventually find a way for him to bow out gracefully, as well as find a way for Vice-President Kamala Harris to do the same. Think promotion. Think United Nations, or some of spin for her return to the Senate. That would certainly end any infighting among Democratic Senate candidates, Reps. Barbara Lee, Adam Schiff, and Katie Porter.

This would also help California Governor Gavin Newsom, who may yet end up the Democrats' candidate for president. All of the players in California would then also be motivated, and able to give 100 percent in his battle for the Whitehouse.

This explains the rhetoric of Biden, or rather the rhetoric which has been placed into his mouth by his handlers. (Anyone believing that Biden is acting alone, or acting at all, is delusional. As we say in Israel, "living in a movie.") But this is far from the entire story of Biden's push to establish an additional Arab terrorist state.

The endgame here is the destruction of Israel. Yes, Jews, the United States is no friend to Israel. It is quite the opposite, in fact. Difficult as it may be to accept, the money and weapons which have poured into Israel from the U. S., its own military actions, its votes and vetoes in the UN, have been only in service of the interests of the U. S. Every U. S. president and official who has referred to Israel as his "greatest ally in the Middle East," has really meant "greatest asset in the Middle East." Personally, I would say the greatest sucker in the Middle East. And I live here!

We should say Arab control rather than Arab appeasement. Nevertheless, this is all part of the U. S.'s (Edom / Esau) delicate dance with Ishmael. Both want control of Israel. Over time, Ishmael discovered new and improved way to do so. Today, they are called the Abraham Accords. You read correctly. The Abraham Accords is the newest Arab strategy to gain influence, and eventual dominance within Israel.

Breaking up the Land of Israel, and supporting the Erev Rav (Ex. 12:38) left's additional objectives to increase the flow of non-Jews into the country, facilitate intermarriage, pass even more laws contrary to Torah, and otherwise decrease the Jewish character of the State, all contribute to the ultimate goal of Israel's destruction, both the people and the land. The breakdown in the U. S. international borders, and increase in the influx of non-Americans, parallel our situation here in Israel: Anti-Nationalism, or Globalism. Take your pick.

This is the goal of Ya'aqov's (Israel's) brother Esau (The West). He wants his birthright to the Land of Israel back. When he sold it to his brother (Gen. 25:34), it was still known as Canaan, the land that his brother would be promised (ibid. 28:13). Thus, Esau (the U. S., the EU, their puppet UN, the progressives) is fighting against, none other than, The Almighty's Will.

רב תובע את מחוז הוואי לאחר שגורמים רשמיים איימו להטיל קנסות של אלפי דולרים על קיום פגישות דתיות בתוך ביתו.

התביעה הוגשה על ידי המכון חרות ראשונה (FLI) ביום שלישי בשמו של הרב לוי גרליצקי, המתגורר בהוואי ומנהל את המרכז היהודי של חב"ד באי הגדול. לעתים קרובות במהלך תפילות השבת, גרליצקי היה מארח עד 30 איש בביתו. לפי התלונה פקידי המחוז אמרו לו בפברואר 2023 שעליו לקבל אישור לקיים כינוסים דתיים בביתו, .

"בתקופה זו של אי ודאות ופחד רבים, מנסים למנוע מתושבי האי הגדול היהודיים מלהתכנס כדי להתפלל ולשמוח לפי אמונתם בבית הרב שלהם. שום דבר בחוקת ארה"ב, בחוקת מדינת הוואי או בחוק לאומי לא סובל מגבלות כאלה, וגם בית המשפט הזה לא יכול", נכתב בתביעה.

החוקים לגבי האזור של המחוז מחייבים היתר לשימוש בנכסי מגורים למטרות דתיות אך לא לחילונים, לפי התביעה. עורכי דין של FLI טוענים שחוקי האזורים מפרים את התיקון הראשון (תוספת הראשונה של חוקת ארה״ב) ואת החוקה בכך שהם מייחדים קבוצות דתיות.

לאחר סדרת התכתבות, לפי התביעה, המחוז הודיע לגרליצקי שהוא חייב להפסיק את כל הפגישות הדתיות בביתו ולשלם קנס של 1,000 דולר עד ה-17 באפריל, עם קנסות נוספים של 100 דולר החל למחרת אם הסכום לא ישולם. באותו חודש ניסה גרליצקי להשיג אישור לציית לחוקי הייעוד ולהפסיק את הקנסות, אך הוא נדחה כי המחוז זקוק ל"מידע מפורט יותר".

"על ידי הטלת קנסות על התכנסויות דתיות תוך מתן אפשרות להתכנסויות חילוניות דומות בבית כמו מסיבות סופרבול ומועדוני ספרים להמשיך ללא עונש, המחוז מפר הן את החוקה האמריקאית והן את החוק הלאומי".

בית המשפט העליון של הוואי קבע לאחרונה כי אין זכות חוקתית של המדינה לשאת נשק חם, והכריע כמה החלטות מרכזיות של בית המשפט העליון לגבי מימוש התיקון השני. בית המשפט העליון של המדינה טען כי בית המשפט העליון של המדינה "בוחר את ההיסטוריה כדי לקבוע כללים משלו".

אני חשבתי שלא כדאי לי לנסות לעודד את הרב גרליצקי וקהילתו לעלות ארצה. אני כבר יודע את תגובתו, שבנוסף להמתנתו למשיח להביא אותם לישראל, הוא מאמין שהוא צריך להשאר בהוואי כדי לקרב את היהודים לתורה,ובכך למורשתם.

למרות שמטרה זו טובה וחשובה אני מעודד אותם לעזוב את הוואי ולעלות ארצה בכל מקרה. אבל כנראה כדאי לי צריך לספר להם על הצורך לצאת מאדמותיהם של הוואיים הילידים, שהתנחלו על ידי הנוצרים.

A rabbi is suing Hawaii County after officials threatened to impose thousands of dollars in fines for holding religious meetings inside his home.

The lawsuit was filed by First Liberty Institute (FLI) Tuesday on behalf of Rabbi Levi Gerlitzky, who lives in Hawaii and runs the Chabad Jewish Center of the Big Island. During the observance of the Sabbath, Gerlitzky would often host people in his home, sometimes nearly 30 people, but was told by county officials in February 2023 that he must get a permit to hold religious gatherings in his home, according to the complaint.

“In this time of great uncertainty and fear for many members of the Jewish community, Defendants attempt to prevent Jewish residents of the Big Island from gathering together for prayer and celebration in accordance with their faith in the home of their Rabbi. None of the U.S. Constitution, the Hawaiian Constitution, or federal law tolerate such restrictions, and neither can this Court,” the lawsuit reads.

The county’s zoning laws require a permit to use residential property for religious purposes but not for secular ones, according to the lawsuit. FLI attorneys argue that the zoning laws violate the First Amendment and the Constitution by singling out religious groups.

After a series of back-and-forth communications, the county informed Gerlitzky that he would need to cease all religious meetings in his home and pay a $1,000 fine by April 17, with $100 additional fines starting the following day if the amount was not paid, according to the lawsuit. That same month, Gerlitzky attempted to get a permit to comply with zoning codes and put an end to the fines but was denied because the county needed more “detailed information.”

Gerlitzky reportedly attempted to meet with county officials on several occasions to discuss the situation but was “rebuffed” and told to stick to the permit process as fines continued to pile up, according to the complaint. The Center owes over $50,000 in fines at the time of the lawsuit and FLI asked the court to grant relief and rule that the zoning laws are unconstitutional.

“Rabbi Gerlitzky has a constitutional right to engage in religious activities in his home with family or friends in the Jewish community, free from government burden and interference,” Jeremy Dys, senior counsel for First Liberty Institute, said in a press release. “By levying fines on religious gatherings while allowing similar secular in-home gatherings like Super Bowl parties and book clubs to continue without penalty, the County violates both the U.S. Constitution and federal law.”

The Hawaii Supreme Court recently ruled that there is no state constitutional right to carry a firearm, overruling several major Supreme Court decisions on the exercise of the Second Amendment. The state Supreme Court argued that the nation’s highest court “handpicks history to make its own rules.”

Other reports included the added restrictions on Jews not to travel on the Sabbath other than by foot.

I thought not bother to encourage Rabbi Gerlitzky and his community to immigrate to Israel. I already know what his response will be, that above and beyond waiting for Mashi'ah to bring them to Israel, that he is there to help Jews to find their way back to HaShem and His Torah, and thus their heritage.

Albeit a noble goal, I still should encourage them to leave Hawai'i, and to move to Israel anyway. But maybe I should use the reasoning that they should leave the lands of indigenous Hawai'ians, that were colonized by Christians.

...just like I would like the Arab colonists, African and American Evangelical infiltrators, and Philipino, Thai, Indian, and Sri Lankan foreign workers to leave the Jewish homeland, which we were commanded by The Almighty to conquer from the Canaanites thousands of years ago.

חשוב להדגיש כי לא היו שיגורים לעבר תחומי העיר נהריה ולכן לא הופעלה התרעה בעיר.

בשלב זה אין הנחיות נוספות לתושבי נהריה.

עשר אגורות (2¢):
הכתבה הזו יותר כמו שיתוף כמה מחשבות מאשר כתבה ממש.

לנהריה עיר הנמצאת בחוף בצפון הארץ אין אזעקות חודשים כבר. טילים כן התקרבו ונחתו מצפון לעיר, ליד ראש הנקרה ושלומי, שתיים מתוך כ-30 יישובים שפונו לאורך הגבול עם לבנון.

רוב השיגורים בוצעו הרבה יותר פנימה, ליד קרית שמונה.

אתר נופש הסקי בחרמון, הממולא בשלג כעת , סגור, עקב איומי חיזבאללה.

לגבי חיזבאללה, בגלל מנהיגים כמו אהוד ברק חיילי צה״ל נלחמו בדרום לבנון חצי לב והפכו להיות קורבנות שלא לצורך במקום להלחם כמו שצריך באמצעות חיל האוויר. ובמיוחד חיילים דתיים ממלכתיים שעברו שטיפת המוח להאמין שהם לא מספוא תותחים, אלא הם נופלים על קידוש ה׳. בסופו של דבר, אנחנו שוב הגענו להתחלה, לאחר שנסוגנו בחזרה לגבול שנקבע על ידי הקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול (הגוים) בכוונה לשלוט בנו. וחיזבאללה עדיין קיימת וחזקה.

נראה שמנהיגי מדינת ישראל חוזרת על אותה טעות של סיכון חייליה בעזה שככה טעתה בדרום לבנון. כן עושים ככה בגלל חשש להרוג את בני ערובה שלנו, אך גם בשל לחץ של הקהילה הבינלאומית להימנע מלפגוע באזרחים ערבים.

כמו שציפיתי, חמאס החל להיכנס מחדש לצפון עזה, כאשר כוחות צה"ל נסוגים. עוד מעט חמאס יחדש את מלאי האספקה באמצעות גניבה מהסיוע כביכול, בהנחיית אונר"א שותף פעולה ידוע של מחבלי חמאס.

במהלך הסתערויות השונות של ישראל ללבנון, הגיע צה"ל לנחל ליטני. לפי הדעות השמרניות נחל ליטני הוא הגבול הצפוני האמיתי של ארץ ישראל. גבולה המזרחי של ישראל מעבר לנהר הירדן ועד לגדה המזרחית במדינה המזויפת ירדן. מלכות ירדן הוא פרס ניחומים שהוענק למשפחה ההאשמית על ידי הבריטים. המשפחה ההאשמית שלטה בעיר מכה עד שהודחה על ידי משפחת אל-סעוד לפני כמאה שנים.

למעשה, רוב אוכלוסיית ירדן מזדהה כ"פלסטינים". ובשנת 1970, חוסיין מלך ירדן ביצע טבח משלו נגד האוכלוסייה הזו שבו נהרגו כ-3,000 איש. קוראים לטבח הזה ״ספטמבר השחור״. המלך עבדאללה בן חוסיין הצליח לדכא את איומי המרד, בין השאר בשל נישואיו לערבייה שמזדהה כפליסטינית, המלכה ראניה. אביה נולד בטולכרם, ישראל. שם העיר הזו בתקופת התלמוד הוא טור כרמא (ארמית).

Israel's northern coastal City of Nahariyah has not experienced any missile warning sirens for months now. However, missiles have come close, landing north of the city, near Rosh HaNiqra and Shlomi, two of the 30 or so towns which have been evacuated along the border.

Most of the exchanges have been taking place much further inland, near Qiryath Shemonah.

The ski resort on Mt. Hermon, now filled with snow, is closed, due to the threats from Hezbollah.

When it comes to Hezbollah, under the leadership of the likes of Ehud Barak, Israel has always done a half-hearted job. Instead of getting the job done properly in Southern Lebanon with the air force, our soldiers have been sacrificed unnecessarily, in particular, religious soldiers brainwashed into believing they are not just canon fodder, but martyrs. In the end, here we are again, having retreated back to a border designated by non-Jews, intent on controlling us, with Hezbollah going strong.

Israel seems to have repeated this same mistake of endangering its soldiers in Gaza, partly out of fear of killing our own, taken as hostages, but also due to pressure from the so-called international community to avoid Arab civilian casualties. Sure enough, Hamas has begun to re-enter northern Gaza, as Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] withdraw. Soon enough, Hamas will be able to restock its supplies by siphoning off from the so-called humanitarian aid, facilitated by the United Nations [UN] and its UNRWA arm.

During Israel's various forays into Lebanon, the IDF has reached the Litani River, which according to conservative opinions is the true, northern border of the Land of Israel. Israel's eastern border extends beyond the Jordan River to its East Bank in made-up country of Jordan, a consolation prize presented to the Hashemite Family by the British. The Hashemite Family had controlled the city of Mecca, until ousted by the current Saudi Royal Family.

In fact, the majority of Jordan's population identify as "Palestinians." In 1970, King Hussein of Jordan implemented his own massacre against the Pseudostinian population, known as Black September, killing an estimated 3,000. However, his son King Abdullah was able to quell threats of rebellion, in part due to marrying an Arab who identifies as Pseudostinian, Queen Rania. Her father was born in Tulkarem, Israel. The name of this city was actually Tur Karma (Aramaic) during the time of the Talmud.

Hmm... It does not sound like she is denying Hamas's massacre. On the other hand, the article above in Hebrew says that she does not believe there is any proof of the reported atrocities. Does she believe there is proof now, months after the fact? What about Hamas's sexual atrocities and torture of women? Their attacks and torture of children? Does she condemn them now?

And regarding her fellow Arabs in Gaza, has she ever thought of calling on Hamas to stop using civilians as human shields? Allowing them to flee to Egypt? Making sure that the so-called "humanitarian aid" actually reaches the civilians it is intended for, instead of the thousands of Hamas terrorists hold up in its vast network of tunnels?

Until 1967, Jordan occupied Judea and Samaria. While quashing the attempted annihilation of the Jews in the region, Israel was able to re-conquer the remaining ancestral territory of the Tribes of Efraim, Menashe, Binyamin, and Yehudah (Judea), a Palestinian State never having been in existence.

הקהילה היהודית בפורטו הגישה בשבוע שעבר תביעה לבית המשפט האזרחי בליסבון ובה היא תובעת פיצויים בסך 10 מיליון אירו מהמדינה. לטענת נציגי הקהילה, בשנת 2022 נפלו הקהילה ומנהיגיה קורבן ל"תוקפנות פוליטית" מצד התביעה והמשטרה בליסבון. לפי כתב התביעה, המהלכים שנקטו היועץ המשפטי לממשלה והמשטרה בפורטוגל הולידו עשרות אלפי מסרים של שנאה נגד הקהילה ברשתות החברתיות ובעיתונות, וכמיליון פרסומים ברשת המקשרים בין שם הקהילה למילה שחיתות, מה שפגע אנושות בכל יכולת עתידית של הקהילה לגייס תרומות לפעילותה הדתית והתרבותית...

...לפי כתב התביעה והעתירה, ב-11 במרץ 2022 הופצה הודעה משותפת של משרד היועץ המשפטי לממשלה והמשטרה בפורטוגל, שלפיה שני הגופים חוקרים את ביצוע הפשעים הבאים על ידי הקהילה היהודית בפורטו: התאגדות פלילית, שחיתות, זיוף, הונאת מס והלבנת הון.

המקרה שהצית את המהלכים האגרסיביים נגד הקהילה היה סביב פרסומים בתקשורת הפורטוגלית שלפיהם איש העסקים והאוליגרך הרוסי, רומן אברמוביץ', מקורבו של פוטין שפתח באותה העת במלחמה נגד אוקראינה, קיבל את אישור מוצאו היהודי הספרדי מהקהילה היהודית בפורטו שלא כדין. לטענה מעולם לא הוצגה אף ראיה ולמעשה היא הוכחה כלא-נכונה על ידי הקהילה.

גם כתב התביעה וגם העתירה מתארים כיצד נעצר רב הקהילה וכיצד נערך חיפוש משפיל במוסדות הקהילה, בהם בית הכנסת מקור חיים כדורי הנחשב הגדול ביותר בחצי האי האיברי, המוזיאון היהודי ובתיהם של מנהיגי הקהילה. "מבלי לעמוד בסף המינימלי הנדרש למניעת פגיעה בזכויות אדם, נלקחו ממוסדות הקהילה מיליוני מסמכים והתכתבויות פרטיות הקשורות לקהילה ולחבריה, ממש כפי שעשתה האינקוויזיציה כשהפלילה גורמים בקהילה היהודית ופלשה לבתיהם ולמקומות העבודה שלהם, על סמך תלונות אנונימיות", נכתב....

אלכסנדרוס מוקדון (אלכסנדר הגדול) נתן למצריים שלושה ימים להגיב לטענת גביהא בן פסיסא. והם ״לא מצאו תשובה״.

ברור שהטענות בין ישראל למצרים אינם כמו הטענות בין יהודי העיר פורטו לממשלת פורטוגל, למעט דבר אחד. אם וכאשר היהודים ינצחו במשפטם מול השלטונות הפורטוגלים, הם לא צריכים לקבל את הפיצויים בגין נזקים ללא חרטה וללא צער בכלל.

ראשית, מגיע לקהילה פיצוי על הנזק והפסד בגלל היחס הקשיח ולשון הרע על ידי השלטונות. ושנית, מתן האזרחות אמור להיות מספיק כדי לתקן את נזקי גירוש היהודים מפורטוגל לפני 500 שנה בכל מקרה? בכלל לא.

הבה נקווה שאחינו יהודי פורטוגל יבינו את הרמז מהאווירה שונאת היהודים של מקלטם הנוכחי בארץ הלא-יהודית פורטוגל, ויעשו כפי הדוגמה של אבותינו שה׳ אלהנו הוציא מארץ מצרים. יהודי פורטוגל צריכים לקחת כל הכסף שהם זוכים לצאת מפורטוגל ולעלות למולדתם היחידה, האמיתית, ארץ ישראל.

A Comunidade Judaica do Porto (CJP) disse esta quarta-feira que o Presidente da República deve, em nome do Estado, "um pedido de desculpas público por todos os males e danos causados" pelas buscas e suspeitas de crimes envolvendo esta Comunidade.

Numa carta dirigida a Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa e em comunicado enviado à agência Lusa, a CJP insta o Presidente da República a avançar com "um pedido de desculpas do Estado português pelos males e danos que lhe foram causados, e que são irrecuperáveis e jamais indemnizáveis, na sequência das buscas realizadas à Sinagoga do Porto, ao Museu Judaico e às casas de dirigentes da Comunidade, com base em denúncias anónimas".

Na missiva, a CJP diz que, em 11 de março de 2022, "a Sinagoga do Porto, o Museu Judaico e as casas de dirigentes" foram "ilegalmente invadidas por um grande número de polícias, com base em denúncias anónimas de condenados".

"Os dirigentes da Procuradoria Geral da República e da Polícia Judiciária, instrumentalizados para fins políticos, comunicaram ao mundo que estavam a investigar a eventual prática de crimes de corrupção ativa, tráfico de influências, fraude fiscal, branqueamento de capitais, falsificação de documentos e outros", refere o comunicado.

A CJP diz que as "imputações que recaiam sobre a Comunidade eram tecnicamente impossíveis", acrescentando que "as autoridades sabiam que não tinham quaisquer provas indiciárias das mesmas", nomeadamente de que "os certificados de origem sefardita dos requerentes eram emitidos pela empresa de construção do marido da vice-presidente". A sua continuacão dá mais detalhes com respecto dos ataques das autoridades contra os judeus, e também da “Lei Espanhola” que dá aos descendentes de famílias judias expulsas de Portugal no século XVI uma maneira para receber a cidadania portuguesa.

O Talmud Babilônico (Sanhedrin 91a) conta que cerca de 900 anos após o êxodo do Egito, o povo do Egito foi julgado junto com Israel por Alexandre da Macedônia (Alexandre, o Grande). O povo egípcio disse a Alexandre que está escrito na Torá que Deus fez com que o povo de Israel encontrasse o favor do Egito, e eles lhes emprestaram prata, ouro e roupas (Êxodo 12:35-36). Dê-nos a prata e o ouro que você nos tirou; [você alegou que estava pegando emprestado e nunca pagou.]

A representante de Israel, Geviha Ben Pesisa, respondeu à exigência: Dê-nos o salário pelo trabalho [realizado] pelos [os] 600.000 [homens com mais de 20 anos] que eles escravizaram no Egito durante quatrocentos e trinta anos. (Êxodo 12:37).

Alexandre, o Grande, deu aos egípcios três dias para responder à reivindicação de Geviha ben Pesisa, mas não conseguiram descobrir uma resposta.

Claro que este caso entre Israel e os egípcios não é como o caso entre os judeus do Porto e o governo português, com uma excepção. Se e quando os Judeus ganharem o seu caso contra as autoridades portuguesas, então eles não deverão sentir-se nem um pouco culpados por aceitarem a indemnização pelos danos.

Em primeiro lugar, os judeus merecem ser compensados pelos danos causados à comunidade pelo tratamento severo e pelo discurso mentiroso das autoridades. E em segundo lugar, a concessão da cidadania era supostamente suficiente para reparar os danos causados pela expulsão dos judeus há 500 anos? Creio que não.

Esperemos que os nossos irmãos portugueses entendam o ódio aos judeus no seu actual refúgio não-judaico de Portugal, e aprendam do exemplo dos nossos antepassados que Os D'us salvou do Egipto. Eles devam pegar todo o dinheiro que recevessem e partir para sua única e verdadeira pátria Israel.

The Jewish community in Porto last week submitted a lawsuit to the civil court in Lisbon, in which it asks for compensation in the amount of 10 million euros from the state. Community representatives say that in 2022 the community and its leaders fell victim to "political aggression" by the prosecutors' office and the police in Lisbon . According to the indictment, the actions taken by the attorney general and the police in Portugal generated tens of thousands of messages of hate against the community on social networks and in the press, and about a million posts on social media platforms associating the name of the community with the word corruption, which fatally damaged any future ability of the community to raise donations for its religious and cultural activities...

...According to the indictment and the petition, on March 11, 2022, the Office of the Attorney General and the police in Portugal distributed a joint announcement that the two bodies were investigating crimes committed by the Jewish community in Porto: criminal association, corruption, forgery, tax fraud and money laundering...

...The case that ignited the aggressive moves against the community centered on reports in the Portuguese media that Russian businessman and oligarch, Roman Abramovich, a close associate of Russian President Vladimir Putin who at that time had started the war against Ukraine, illegally received confirmation of his Spanish-Jewish origin from the Porto Jewish community. The Spanish heritage claim was never presented with any evidence and, in fact, it was proven to be incorrect by the community.

Both the indictment and the lawsuit describe how the rabbi of the community was arrested and how a humiliating search was conducted inside the community's institutions, including the Kadoorie Mekor Haim Synagogue - considered the largest in the Iberian Peninsula, the Jewish Museum and the homes of the community leaders. Responding to questions about the lineage of Abramovich, who was born into an overwhelmingly Ashkenazi community, Jewish community representatives have cited affirmations of his Sephardic roots by a leader of Russia’s Chabad community — which also has good ties with Putin. They stress that the government has the ultimate say in who is naturalized.

Its continuation provides more details of the attacks on Jews by Portuguese authorities, as well as the "Spanish Law," in question which provides those descending from Jewish families expelled from Portugal in the 16th Century a path toward Portuguese citizenship.

The Babylonian Talmud (Sanhedrin 91a) recounts that about 900 years after the exodus from Egypt...

Israel's representative Geviha Ben Pesisa responded to the claim with...

Give us the wages for the work [performed] by [the] 600,000 [men above the age of 20] whom you enslaved in Egypt for four hundred and thirty years. (Ex. 12:37).

Alexander the Great gave the Egyptians three days to respond to Geviha ben Pesisa's claim, but were unable to come up with a response.

Sure, the case between Israel and the Egyptians is not at all the same as what has been taking place between the Jews of Porto and the Portuguese government, with one exception. If and when the Jews win their case agains the Portuguese authorities, they should not feel in the least bit guilty about accepting compensation for damages.

First off, their deserve to be compensated for the damage done to the community by the harsh treatment and liabelous speech of the authorities. And second, the granting of citizenship was supposed enough to repair the damage of the expulsion Jews 500 years ago in the first place? Not in the least.

Let us hope that our Portuguese brethren will take the hint from the Jew-hating atmosphere of their current refuge in the non-Jewish land of Portugal, and learn from the the example of our forebears whom The Almighty took out of Egypt. They should take any money they win, and they should leave for their only, true homeland, the Land of Israel.
