Israel Says Bye Bye Galilee AND Negev!

English follows the Hebrew.

The Latest Israeli Arab Fashion Statement

Yeshiva World News: Gantz Warns: “Israel Will Lose The North & South To The Arabs”

As Arab violence and rampant crime grows increasingly worse over the years, Defense Minister Benny Gantz recently warned that in the future, the Jewish part of Israel will be limited to the center of the country, Yisrael Hayom reported.

In a closed Blue and White meeting last week, Gantz read a Whatsapp message which recently went viral in Israel, containing threats by anonymous Arabs to turn Israel into Palestinian territory. Gantz said that the message “isn’t far from reality” and that he believes that “in a few more years we’ll be in a situation where the Jewish state will be between Gedera and Hadera [an Israeli term for the center of the country].”

The message states:
“Keep cursing; you have no chance against Allah. Slowly but surely we are taking bites out of your state. What will you do? This is Palestinian territory in actuality, and the moment one tractor comes – we will use the left-wing organizations such as ‘Peace Now’ and ‘B’Tselem,’ who will go to the country’s true ruler (the Supreme Court) to issue an injunction. We will send children and teenagers to throw stones and barricade themselves in until you scatter away like mice.”

“The Galil, with the grace of Allah, will also be ours soon. We are buying one dunam [0.2 acres] from the [Israel Land Authority] for 50,000 shekels [$14,677] while the Jew buys [one dunam] for 1,150,000 shekels [$337,577]. Already today, we are 85% of the population of the Galil and are quickly seizing control, building homes on every corner without permits. Who’s going to do anything about it? The Jews who live in the Galil all flee to the center of the country because they suffer from harassment, violence on the roads, organized gang crime, shootings, theft, and robbery.”

“The government tells you that the Galil and Negev are Jewish; I tell you that in reality, this is Palestinian territory. Any new business in the Negev is paying us a protection tax, no neighborhood will be built without paying protection.”
The statements in the above message are not an exaggeration as the north and south, especially the south, has turned into the “Wild West” in recent years.

Almost 300,000 Bedouins live in the Negev and the area is rife with lawlessness, warring tribes, drugs, illegal weapons, protection rackets and stabbings. The Bedouins smuggle billions of shekels of drugs into Israel every year from the Sinai and also earn ample income from the protection money they demand from all business in the area – located only several miles from Be’er Sheva, Israel’s eighth most populous city.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
We can partly blame Shimon Peres for the current situation, who at one point was the Minister for the Development of the Galilee and Negev, all of sudden neglecting to mention the Galilee. What? Did no one else notice this? See Bye Bye Galilee! (2013).

In all fairness, the Israel HaYom article in Hebrew (above) does mention Gantz's belief in the need for the investment in the Galilee and Negev. Nevertheless, Jews will be the first to shout from their rooftops not to generalize nor jump to conclusions about Arabs, and in particular, Arabs with Israeli citizenship. But this is not about individual Arabs, but rather nations as collectives.

Anyway, let's take a look at when Benny Gantz means by "investment?"
On behalf of Ganz, it was stated: "Without going into what was said in the closed yeshiva, the defense minister spoke many times about looking at Israel with a vision of decades ahead, and establishing the Authority of the Century, so that the State of Israel prepares for half the population to live in the Negev and Galilee. "It is of paramount importance in maintaining law and order in the south and the north, providing equal treatment and developing all populations in employment centers, in improving infrastructure, education and health." (translated)
In other words, Gantz recommends that we throw even more money at the Arabs,... so that they can buy up even land. More money, you ask? Why sure, in addition to all the bribes paid to the Joint Arab List to keep the Bennett-Lapid government alive.

And to all Jews, both religious and secular, do you really have such short memories? Building up the economic situation of the Arabs? Really? As if we haven't already tried that, time and time again.

In any event, do you really believe that Gantz will make sure to provide equal treatment to ALL populations when it comes to the maintaining of law and order? What about the sale price for pieces of the Land of Israel? The State certainly has not done so, so far. And dare I ask where in the Torah it states that we are even allowed to sell Land, let alone give it away, to Muslims, Christians, or to anyone else who is not Jewish?

Hint: The Torah does not state this anywhere. Rather, it states only the opposite. It is forbidden. (See Mishneh Torah, Laws of Avodah Zarah and Goyim 10:4 [3])

And so I ask, how many of my lovable, yet hapless and brainwashed brethren will finally wake up this time around?

At this point, all I feel I can do is pray that they finally do.

YNET: At least 5 Israelis dead in suspected terror attack in Bnei Brak
Medical authorities say another person hospitalized in critical condition after gunman opens fire in least two locations in the predominately religious city near Tel Aviv; police say attacker is a 27-year-old Palestinian from West Bank

Esser Agaroth ():
Be'er Sheva, Hadera, and now B'nei Braq ...

This is how the Ishmaelites (Arabs / Muslims) are accustomed to do here in Israel before and during the fasting month of Ramadan. This year Ramadan coincides with the Hebrew month of Nissan which begins this coming Shabbat. (להבדיל) The Festival of Passover begins two weeks later, in the middle of Nissan.

I have no doubt that the Israeli Government will allow the Ishmaelites to ascend the Temple Mount particularly on Fridays, while preventing Jews from doing the same. Needless to say, once again this year on this Sabbath evening we will not be allowed to bring the Qorban Pesah (Passover offering) to the Temple Mount to be slaughtered and later eaten at the end of the Passover Seder Friday night, without the help of Mashi'ah (the Messiah). May he arrive speedily in our days!

In the meantime, and most unfortunately so, we will continue living the bitter cycle of terror....

And for what do Israeli police officers have enough time to do during these days of terrorist attacks? Stop young men who look like Hilltop Youth and check their vehicle in Jerusalem's Old City,...surrounded by Arabs. (See the above video)

I'm Not Angry with the Ishmaelites (Arabs). I'm Frustrated with the Israeli Government

English follows the Hebrew.

Living in one Tel-Aviv's many suburbs, last night was my second night in a row in the mama"d (secured room), a fortified room added to many homes in Israel, and may actually be in the building code at this point. It can also be sealed, as a defense against gas attacks. I also had to back in to the mama"d, due to the siren this afternoon.

Yet, I still cannot possibly imagine what my fellow Jews are going through in the South of Israel, and especially in Ashqelon and the towns surrounding Gaza.

Many ask me why I am not afraid. Afraid? I am not afraid of the rockets flying overhead. From a psychological standpoint, my unconscious could simply be employing some good old fashioned denial. Maybe, to a degree, but unlikely. Nineteen years ago, I survived a bomb attack. And although I do not recommend that you experience one yourself, I must say it was truly a transformative experience. The term "life changing" does not even do it justice. My point is that rockets flying overhead are, at best, only an inconvenience,... so far.

No, I am angry! Angry at the Arabs? No. The Arabs are just doing what the Arabs have always done. Just check out every time they (Ishmaelites) are mentioned in Tana"kh (Bible) and in the Talmud.  What are they doing? Invading, raping, and pillaging, and then... (wait for it)... LEAVING. That's right. They don't have any connection to the Land of Israel nor do they care one bit about it! Remember, they want to conquer the entire world eventually. This is all just an excuse to wipe us out!

"...to destroy, to slay, and to cause to perish, all Jews, both young and old, little children and women..." (Esther 3:13)
The confrontations, the violence, and Hamas's barrage of Qassam rockets from Gaza are simply the tools they are using to achieve their goal.
"They have said: 'Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no longer be remembered.'" (Psalms 83:5)
So, who am I angry at?

Why the Israeli Government, of course!

But, please do not mistake me for a leftist.

I am not one those Jews critical of the government for not attempting to talk to the Arabs, (again and again without any permanent results). Been there. Done that. Way too many times. And I wish my fellow Jews would finally wake up to the fact that we have been repeating the same mistaken strategies over and over again, expecting different results.

Thus, I am angry at the State of Israel's government, or lack thereof, which continues to do a half-ass job.

I have always said that this is because Israel's leaders care more about their image in the eyes of the other nations than the safety of their own constituents.

They want us to be a nation like all the other nations of the world. Even though we are not supposed be.

They are more concerned about receiving love and validation from the other nations than internal love and validation, and dare I say more than love and validation from the Holy One, Blessed Be He.

However, now I am beginning to wonder if this is the full story. After all, it would not be the first time that a leader in the Israeli Government was suspected of allowing catastrophic events to take place against Jews in order to gain sympathy from the international community, and with the added benefit of getting rid of some Torah-adherent Jews, or in his eyes, "trouble makers."

With all of Israel's so-called amazing intelligence services, and supposed satellite imaging, why hasn't every single missile and missile factory already been eliminated?

Does the Israeli Government really need to make certain that its citizens believe they desperately need it to protect them?

Why is it that the Israeli police have not been properly protecting Jews under attack in Lod, Ramla, Jerusalem, or Akko?

Why are Jews not being allowed to defend themselves in Jerusalem? Why are the Jews who refused to stand idly by, and allow their brethren to be attacked and possibly killed, being demonized and threatened with administrative detention?

This time around, Jews are cheering that the Israeli Government refused to accept Hamas's offer of a ceasefire, believing that the cycle of terror may finally be broken.

Don't hold your breath.

Baffled? Seriously?

Since the IDF, or for that matter, the Israeli Government is not going to listen to Torah and halakhic (Jewish legal) sources, I will simply point out the maps of so-called "palestine" embedded in the emblems of various Arab terrorist organizations, as I have already done countless times.

Albert Einstein was once offered the Presidency of the State of Israel, which, as you know, he declined. One would hope that those in charge of the State of Israel would listen to his wisdom.

No chance.

From We are All Prisoners of Zion:

Today, an appeal will be filed in the Supreme Court against the severe punishment of Raz Amitzur, who was convicted of assaulting Arabs in the city of Be'er Sheva, because they were making connections with Jewish girls and getting in their business. He was sentenced to 5 1/2 years in prison.
Please pray for Raz Ben Ilanit, that his appeal will be successful, and that he will soon be released, with all other Prisoners of Zion. Here is a link to one version of his story: Times of Israel: 20-year-old sentenced for attacks against Arab Israelis

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Assuming this attack actually took place the way they say it did, there is still a double standard.

Arabs get off easy for attacks much worse than this. And even when they don't, they still have televisions in each of their cells and holiday meals paid for by the taxes of the very Jews they were convicted of attacking.

And what was Raz Amitzur's so-called "crime?"

Protecting Jewish girls from Arab men, and preventing their eventual doom through intermarriage. What used to be a given, Jews marrying Jews, is now considered "racist" and an "infringement on individual rights."
Neither will you make marriages with them: your daughter you will not give to his son, nor his daughter will you take for your son. For it will turn away your son from following Me, that they would serve other gods; so will the anger of the Lord will be enflamed against you, and He will destroy quickly destroy you. (Deut. 7:3-4)

Of course, the Erev Rav powers that be do not like anything getting in the way of intermarriage, as it is one of the surest ways to assimilate the Jewish People into a greater globalist society. Erev (ערב) is in fact the root word for "mix," as in intermingling or mixing together.

Israel is More Worried about Hosting Eurovision than Missiles?

Hamas and Islamic Jihad organizations launch hundreds of rockets at us.

Why isn't Prime Minister Netanyahu responding in order to put a stop to this already and to protect the citizens who recently voted for him to continue as Prime Minister?

Some claim that the Arabs are attacking us in order to destroy Israel's hosting of the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest next week.

I want to know if the Prime Minister would act differently if it were the residents of Ramat Aviv who were in danger, like the residents of Southern Israel are now.

I told you that the Arabs were re-arming during the so-called cease fire.

No Diaspora Jew will Light a Torch on Israeli Independence Day

Israeli Independence Day Torch Lighting Ceremony, 2014
JPost.com: MIRI REGEV: NO DIASPORA JEW TO LIGHT TORCH ON INDEPENDENCE DAY THIS YEARAfter Miri Regev's relationship with Diaspora Jews dwindled over the past year, the MK decided not to bring a Diaspora Jew to light a torch at the Independence Day ceremony this year. Tamar Beeri, March 11, 2019 (cont.)
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I don't. I am kind of sick of these armchair Zionists.

What do they think they're entitled to do?

Throw money at us, tell us what to do, while we risk our lives, be it from rockets in Ashqelon and Haifa, tractor drivers and knife wielders in Jerusalem, snipers and infiltrating terrorists in Yehudah and Shomron (Judea and Samaria), while our children risk their lives in the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF], so that they can have a homeland when their grandchildren graduate from college and they retire, or it finally gets dangerous enough for them to finally run to the airport in their limousine, and get on the plane AND have a representative light a torch on the day celebrating the founding of the very State where they refuse to live?

Yeah, probably. That's what they're entitled to.

Here's to MK Miri Regev holding her ground.

The Truth About the Black Non-Hebrews

The Black Hebrews are actually the Black NON-Hebrews. Let's call 'em what they really are, because they are certainly NOT Jewish.
"The Black Non-Hebrews include thugs who beat up Jewish senior citizens in the '70's in Chicago. They came to Liberia, were kicked out of Liberia, and settled in Dimona in the Negev Desert. They have been allowed to stay here, only because they threatened mass-suicide, until the Israeli government caved."

-paraphrased from Rabbi Me'ir Kahane hy"d, in a response to a question about this community on talk radio.
Currently, they enjoy defacto autonomy. New members appear to come to Israel at will, or with their leadership's permission. Some now live in Tel-Aviv and other cities.

They make up observances according to their leaders' decisions and "interpretations:"
Fasting on Shabboth
Polygyny, in defiance of Israeli Law, while Jews are prohibited from this practice
Tying a blue braid on their [closed] shirts and pants as if these were tzitziyoth
Making a new date for Pesah
They are a complete mockery of Torah and Israel. They are koferim (deniers of some or all of the Torah), just like the Christians and Muslims (Mishneh Torah, Laws of Repentance 3:17).

Once, I confronted one of their youth, selling CD's next to the central bus station in Jerusalem. He was very clear when he yelled back at me, proclaiming that they are the "real" Israelites, and that we are the fakes,...and he was talking about all of us, not just one particular subgroup.

Of course, there are now several infiltrators into Israel from Africa, who lay claim to our heritage and birthright, and wander around South Tel-Aviv and other areas in Israel, threatening Jews.

That all being said, there are some who have successfully escaped this community, have come to realize the lies they were living, and have gone through proper conversion.

Another Law to be Used Against Jews

Times of Israel: PM to push for mandatory minimum sentences for rock-throwers
After fatal Jerusalem attack, Temple Mount violence, Netanyahu to propose legislation at emergency meeting Tuesday

Times of Israel Staff, September 14, 2015

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is considering fast-tracking legislation that would introduce mandatory minimum sentences for suspects convicted of throwing stones and firebombs.

According to a Channel 2 report, the PM will propose the legislation at an emergency cabinet meeting Tuesday evening, once the Jewish New Year holiday is over. The meeting will address deterrent measures against rock-throwers and will be attended by Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon, Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan, Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked, Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein and representatives from the security forces.

The emergency meeting comes after a series of violent incidents over the holiday, including a rock-throwing attack that led to a fatal car crash in Jerusalem Sunday night and riots on the Temple Mount.

The prime minister sees incidents of rock-throwing and firebomb attacks against Israeli citizens as very severe and intends to fight this phenomenon with every available measure including stiffening punishments [for such crimes],” according to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office. Alexander Levlovitz, the man who died when he lost control of his car and crashed after terrorists threw rocks at the vehicle in Jerusalem. Levlovitz died early in the hours of Monday morning, the first day of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, on September 14, 2015. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Let us not forget that there are "Arab Israeli" citizens, in addition to Jewish Israeli citizens.

What will happen when there are clashes instigated by Arabs, and Jews have no other way of defending themselves but with rocks? The Jews will be arrested and the Arabs will go free.

How much do you want to bet that if this proposed law law passes, it will be applied differentially to Jews and Arabs. While shady if not absent eye-witness testimony will miraculously convict Jews of rock throwing, Arabs will be easily let off the hook for the same crime?

Gee, I wonder what those rocks are for?
Arab sitting in a mosque on Har HaBayith (Temple Mount).
Border Police police attempted to arrest suspects in the murder of Alexander Levlovitz, and were met with violent resistance on the part of local, Arab residents. Will there ever be a time when Arabs will be let off the hook, for the sake of police safety, while compliant Jews will be hauled in, arrested in the middle of the night?

Already, police have been known to avoid certain Bedouin clans in the Negev, fearing for their lives, thus the Israeli Government gives Bedouins defacto autonomy.

Earlier this year, two police officers were trapped in their vehicle, and on the verge of being lynched, in Rahat. Rahat is an Arab city in the northern Negev. It even has a train station, not what you would call out in the middle of nowhere.

The proposed law is also supported by opposition leaders Tzippy Livni (non-Zionist Camp) and Yair Lapid (Yesh Atid). So, my guess that the legislation will pass, and be spun on both sides of the aisle as a victory, perhaps even hailed as a victory in the struggle for unity.

Meanwhile, Jews will be targeted. But, they will call it a victory anyway.

Before making a new law, maybe the Israeli Government should try enforcing the laws it already has.

Hamas's Five Year Ceasefire Proposal

YNET Report: Hamas discussing 5-year truce
Senior members said to be in Qatar to weigh accepting deal that would provide Gaza with a seaport in exchange for a halt in fighting.

Elior Levy, 06.16.15

Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani
Emir of Qatar
Leading members of Hamas are meeting in Qatar to discuss a proposal for a long-term ceasefire with Israel, the Palestinian Al-Quds newspaper reported Monday.

The truce proposal, which is backed by both Qatar and Turkey, is based on an outline formulated by UN special envoy to the Middle East Nikolay Mladenov, according to Israel Radio.

Israeli media reported that leading Hamas member Abu Marzouk arrived in Doha from Gaza on Saturday and held a series of meetings with Hamas leader Khaled Mashal, who lives in Qatar, as well as other senior officials in the organization.

Turkish Pres. Erdoğan
The truce proposal is said to stipulate that Israel allow the construction of a floating sea port off the Gaza coast, to be subject to Israeli or international supervision.
In return, Hamas would agree to cease fire for five years, with the possibility of extending it.

UN envoy Mladenov warned the Security Council last month that Gaza residents have become desperate, and that Israel and the Palestinians bear responsibility to prevent a collapse.
He also said Gaza residents were furious about the Israeli blockade, the closure of Rafah Crossing to Egypt (although it has been temporarily opened since), Hamas itself, and the international community that has failed to follow through on its commitments to help rehabilitate the Strip.

Khaled Mashal
About a year since Operation Protective Edge, the UN's report on its events is imminent. Diplomatic sources in Jerusalem suggested that the report will be released later this week.
Concerned that the Palestinians would leak the report, the Foreign Ministry released its own version of events on Sunday. It claimed among other things that Hamas forced Palestinian civilians to stay in battle zones.

The Israeli line of defense is that Hamas committed war crimes and that half of Palestinian fatalities were militant terrorists.
The calm that has settled over southern Israel since last summer was recently broken. Sporadic rocket launches were attributed by Gaza authorities to a radical Salafi organization opposed to Hamas.
The truce idea has come up in the past, at least since the Aug. 26 ceasefire that ended last summer's 50-day war between the sides, but Israel has strenuously objected to the Hamas demand for an airfield and sea port, fearing these would be used to bring in weapons.
Esser Agaroth (2¢):
During so-called "ceasefires," while Israel was fortifying its bomb shelters and replacing outdated gas masks for the next time, Hamas was restocking its arsenal, digging tunnels for smuggling, training its next generation of Jihadists, otherwise known as "summer camp."

And, of course, the Hamas proposal would not cover its rivals', the Salafis', rocket launching endeavors.

So, are we really going to be stupid enough to fall for that one again (...and again, and again, and again)?

Yeah. Probably.

So, what does that say about us?

Please! Please! Fire Rockets At Us!

YNET: Top IDF officer: Israel won't launch operation over a few rockets
GOC Southern Command Sami Turgeman tells mayors in towns bordering Gaza that Israel will respond appropriately, as with recent rocket strikes by Islamic State supporters.

Matan Tzuri, Elior Levy, 06.07.15

GOC Southern Command Sami Turgeman on Sunday night told mayors of towns bordering Gaza that Israel won't launch a military operation in Gaza in response to sporadic rocket fire from the Strip that lands in open areas.

Turgeman did stress however, that the military would respond accordingly in such instances, most likely with targeted air strikes - as seen in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Hamas, claimed Turgeman, is working hard to prevent sporadic attacks like the three instances seen in the last several days - rocket strikes for which Islamic State supporters claimed responsibility.

The general added that great effort was going toward increasing the IDF's defense capabilities against such attacks from rockets and tunnels dug by Hamas. (cont.)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Gen. Sami Turgeman
IDF Southern Command
For goodness sakes! Who cares if the rockets are sporadic, and landing in open areas?! We're just going to look the other way, when our sovereign territory is breached?

Teach those bastards a lesson!

Hell, it's even politically correct to target ISIS. Iran does it. So, what's stopping Gen. Turgeman?

It's almost as if we are begging ISIS, Hamas, or whomever else, to fire rockets at us...

...and brings to mind a famous scene from the movie, "Monty Python and the Holy Grail."

Terror Attack in the Negev Desert by "Israeli" Arabs!

YNET: Policeman rescued from Rahat mob: We were sitting in the car waiting to die
Inquiry commission investigating why officers were in Rahat during funeral of man killed in police drug raid; 'We were on the way home, and we accidentally arrived at a situation we shouldn't have been in,' says one of the policemen.

Ilana Curiel, January 22, 2015

Police was investigating why police cars were dispatched to Rahat at such a sensitive time, while a funeral was held for Sami al-Ajar, who was killed in a police drug raid in the city.

One of the policemen described the incident: "We went home at the end of our workday and all of a sudden we were pelted with stones. It was a massive and scary amount (of stones), from all directions. We weren't prepared for something like that. The vehicle started taking stones and it reached a life-threatening point. We were surrounded. You just sit and wait to die, or for someone to get you out, reading 'Shema Israel.'"

The police knew that its presences at the funeral might cause uproar. For this reason, it was agreed that the Rahat municipality will manage the funeral without police presence.

The policemen, meanwhile, insisted they were not lost. "We were on the way home, on a main road, and we accidently arrived at a situation we shouldn't have been in. When we realized we were somewhere we shouldn't be, it was too late."

The policemen's version of events raises questions, as the funeral procession did not go through a main traffic artery. (cont.)

So, where is Rahat, you ask? Near Hevron in Yehudah (Judea) or near Shchem or Jenin in the Shomron (Samaria), where Arabs calling themselves "palestinians" dare to lay claim to Jewish lands, and have created the illusion of a fight against an occupying force?

Nope. Actually, Rahat can be found smack dab in between Arab occupied Azza (Gaza) and Arab controlled Yehudah, where even the UN (United Nothings) considers considers to be Israel,...as if we should care what they think.

Rahat is hardly what we would call far from civilization. It even has its own Israil train station, enabling residents' commute to and from work in Tel-Aviv and Be'er Sheva.

Most of the reports of Bedouin shenanigans, such as theft of infrastructure components such as electronic parts, theft of livestock, and extortion of "protection" money from local residents, come from much deeper in the desert, like between Be'er Sheva and Mitzpeh Ramon. Bedouins even stole a statue from a tourist site in Mitzpeh Ramon where they enter come and go freely, and even own a business or two. There have been plenty of incidents in this area in which the police have avoided entering the situation.

The incidents of Arab shenanigans in the North Israel which never make the mainstream news media are too numerous to list here. Fortunately, a group of volunteer guards from before the State of Israel has been revitalized, and has included many secular Jews from Kibbutzim (collective communities). Still, the Arab population continues to increase in the North, and incidents which do get reported have been on the rise.

How much longer must we remain in denial about the threats from within? How many more Jews must be attacked and even killed, before we actually enact a permanent solution?

Naftali Bennett

I also wonder how long Naftali Bennett, head of the supposedly "Religious Zionist" Jewish Home Party, will maintain his fool claim that 99.9% of Israeli Arabs are "loyal citizens."

Only time will tell.

The War between Israel and Gaza Reaches the Soccer Field

Washington Free Beacon: Qatari-Funded Soccer Star Messi Won’t Acknowledge Death of Israeli Child
Messi previously expressed remorse over death of Palestinian children

Adam Kredo, August 24, 2014

Pressure is mounting on social media for soccer superstar Leo Messi to publicly condemn the death of a four-year-old Israeli child who was a fan of Messi’s before he was killed by Hamas rocket fire on Friday {fired from a United Nations Relief and Works Agency [UNRWA] facility, no lees}.

Messi, who plays for a soccer team funded by the Qatari government, which also serves as Hamas’ chief financier, has come under increasing pressure to condemn the death of Jewish child Daniel Tregerman just two weeks after the soccer player expressed remorse over the death of Palestinian children.

Daniel Tregerman hy"d, age 4
Negev Region kibbutz

Tregerman was pictured in photographs sporting Messi’s Barcelona team jersey.

Israelis on social media are now launching a campaign to pressure Messi into condemning Hamas’ ongoing attacks on Israeli citizens.

Lionel "Leo" Messi
“Hey Leo Messi, take a look at that boy, Daniel Tregerman, wearing the national jersey of the best player in the world,” Liran Cohen, an Israeli citizen, wrote in a Facebook post that tagged Messi, according to Israel Hayom.

“As you can see, you were Daniel’s hero. He was killed today, by a mortar which was fired by Hamas, the terror organization that your team’s #1 sponsors is [sic] sponsoring,” Cohen was reported to have written. “Is this what you stand for? FC Barcelona—is this what you stand for? I guess money can buy everything.”

The post went viral on Facebook and also on Twitter, but has yet to prompt a response from Messi. (cont.)

(Tip: Daniel Mael)

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
The bitter irony here is not just that Leo Messi coldly ignores the death of one of his tiny fans, nor that he ignores his huge, Israeli fan base as a whole.

The bitter irony here is that not so long also, the Israeli Postal Service started a promotional offer, featuring none other that Leo Messi, and his Qatari-sponsored Barcelona Football (Soccer) Team.
The package included stamps,...

Bios of their favorite Barcelona players...

And even a Leo Messi football...

All that for about $20.00.

Can you imagine what it would have meant to little Daniel Tregerman hy"d to have met Leo Messi? Or perhaps even have a quick mention from him about the plight of Israeli children, along side his sympathetic comments regarding Arab children of Gaza?

What about what it would have meant all of those Jewish boys and girls spending much of their days in bomb shelters? What a morale booster that could have been!

Unfortunately, we must face up to the true perspective of the international community:

"All Middle Eastern children are equal, but some are more equal than others."

If only we were only having to deal with the simple hypocrisy presented in George Orwell's Animal Farm, the book from which I adapted the above statement.

Instead, Hamas is using their children as human shields, while Israel is expected to sacrifice its own.
