Neriyah Ofan received a “Stay Away” order from the Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgath Ze'ev for preventing Arabs from harrassing girls from the neighborhood.

According to Israel National News, the idiocy of this action seems much worse....

Another prominent activist for maintaining the Jewish nature of northwestern Jerusalem, Nerya Ofan, was arrested Tuesday and slapped with a military distancing order that forbids him from entering Pisgat Ze'ev and Neveh Yaakov, also in northwestern Jerusalem. Ofan had already been distanced from Judea and Samaria by an administrative order.

The order which prevents his entry to Judea and Samaria was extended and a new order – probably the first of its kind ever issued to a Jew – also forbids him from entering parts of Jerusalem. That order was signed by Home Front Commander, Major General Yair Golan.

According to King, Ofan's activities centered on attempts to convince Jews not to sell their apartments to Arabs, and to employ fellow Jews in their businesses.

The Price Of "Arab" Olives

I have written about Jews getting pushed around over the masiq (olive harvest) so many times, I have decided to add an "Olive Harvest" label to Esser Agaroth.

Each fall, Jews are kicked out of their homes, have their movements restricted, separated from their families and jobs, for fear of interference in the Yishma'eli (Arab) harvest of olives on Land which is not even theirs.

Army Bans Land of Israel Activists From Home

(IsraelNN.com) In response to the abrupt announcement that three activists may not return to their homes in Samaria for six months, residents say leftists have taken over the army’s Central Command.

Early Monday morning, IDF Central District Commander Maj.-Gen. Gadi Shamni issued orders banning two prominent Land of Israel activists from returning to their homes, or anywhere in the Shomron (Samaria), for the next six months. The two are Ariel Gruner and Akiva HaCohen, both fathers of four children and residents of Yitzhar in the Shomron.

This is not the first time for either of them: In July 2006, Gruner - whose youngest son is now ten days old - was placed in prison for seven weeks under administrative detention orders generally employed against Arab terrorists. He was then placed under “caravan arrest” in a small Jordan Valley community for three months, followed by a three-month ban on entering Judea and Samaria. In August 2008, HaCohen was banned from the Shomron, where he lives, for four months.

A Third Expellee
Several hours later, Shamni issued similar orders against a third Yitzhar resident, Eliav Eliyahu, 19, who has been married for less than a year.

"Information?" What the hell is THAT supposed to mean?! Where's the "evidence?" Oh, that's right they don't have any, and they don't need any.

MK Michael Ben-Ari (National Union) criticized what he called the “thought police,” and asked why it is that pro-Arab activists and anarchists in the Bil’in and Naalin protests “who throw rocks at soldiers” never receive such orders.

MK Ben-Ari, I believe have the answer to that. "They" (the Israeli Government) side with Yishme'el (Arabs) and Esau (The West/Christians), and have forsaken the Land of Israel, for they have no connection to it. "They" are Erev Rav.

"They" have no clue and no connection with the Torah, which clearly predicts...

No, we are prevented from fulfilling our destiny, not only to take full possession of the heart of our homeland, but also to reap its benefits.

After living in Binyamin and the Shomron, I can attest to the fact that 100 percent of the olives never get picked. Even if I approved of sharing with the Yishma'elim, which I most certainly do not, there are plenty of olives to go around.

Ideally, Jews would go into the groves in full force, harvest everything, and have an amazing stockpile of organic olive oil for food, medicinal purposes, cosmetics, and for export.

Instead Jews are removed from their homes, families, land, and jobs, while Yishma'elim are given free reign to harvest the olives on our Land, in contradiction to countless sources in Jewish Law.

Television Interview With Evicted Jew

Here is the link to the Aharon Deutch's Israel National Television interview with Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov.

Ben-Ya'akov is a resident of K'far Tapu'ah, and one of many Jews served with "stay away" orders from their homes in Judea and Samaria.

He is the founder and head of Yeshivat Magen Ha'Aretz on a hilltop near K'far Tapu'ah, where men study Torah, as well as self-defense and dog-handing. The dogs are employed in guarding towns, search and rescue, and bomb detection, and are responsible for the saving of many lives.

The "authorities" claim that this is a preventative measure to protect the Arabs from possible harm while they are harvesting olives, often within close proximity to Jewish towns.

Jews are served with restraining orders, preventing them from going to work, and if their families come with them, it makes it almost impossible for their children to attend their schools of residents, their wives to travel to their workplaces, and for them to protect their homes from Arab infiltration.

Of course, the thought of serving restraining orders to Arabs when their is a clear and present danger to Jews seems to be out of the question, and evn thought of it can cause a Jew to be investigated for "incitement of racism."

Ben-Ya'akov Receives Administrative Restraining Order

Yekutiel Ben Ya'akov (Mike Guzofsky) has received an expulsion order from K'far Tapu'ah where he resides and runs a security canine program and yeshiva on the K'far Tapu'ah Hilltop.

Ben Ya'akov is forbidden from entering anywhere in Judea and Samaria, excluding Maleh Adumim until the end of December. The edict was signed by General Gadi Shamni the Chief of all troops in Judea and Samaria, and who is empowered by the military authority that governs the "territories" to exile Jews and to execute other emergency administrative orders for "state security purposes."

Ben Ya'akov recently submitted his candidacy in the municipal elections of Kfar K'far Tapu'ah. The military order that expels him from K'far Tapu'ah is clearly interfering with the democratic political process and will make it difficult for him to campaign and seek election.

Nerya Ofan of Yitzhar also received a similar expulsion order.

Ben Ya'akov and Ofan's official response will be released shortly.

'Tis The Season...Olive-Picking Season...

Two nights ago, as reported by Nissan Ratzlav-Katz of Arutz 7, administrative restraining orders were issued for several Jews in Samaria, including Yitzhar resident and Mishmar HaMiqdash (Temple Guard) Neriah Ofan.

They are not allowed in Judea nor Samaria through the end of December, the duration of the "Masiq" (olive harvest). The "authorities" claim this action is to prevent any potential conflicts from occurring between Arabs picking olives and local Jewish residents. Apparently the thought never entered their heads to serve the Arabs, who do not have any valid documentation supporting claims to land and olive groves, with the restraining orders.

This year that includes Hanukkah. These men will not be allowed to spend Hanukkah with their families in their own homes, in their own communities.

One of those served with an administrative restraining order is my friend and neighbor, Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov.

This time last year, Neriah Ofan (2nd row, 2nd from right), Honenu's Ariel Gruner (1st row, 1st on the right), my friend, Gil'ad Pollack (top, left corner) from Havath Ma'on who was newly married at the time, my neighbor Yehudah Goldberg (2nd row, middle), and at least 16 other Jews, residents of were summarily expelled from their homes in Judea and Samaria with the same lame reasoning.



Notice the physical appearance of these Jews: beards, large kippoth, and most with payoth (side locks). Outward appearance isn't everything, of course. But, taking pride by visibly differentiating ourselves from non-Jews has long been criticized and even discouraged by the secular, Euro-phile left and by the left-wing of the State-worshipping mamlakhtim, who live to harass those of their brethren who carry most of the remaining passion to possess and to work our homeland, recently returened to us. They do so in spite of the self-haters who would destory it.

19-year-old Elad Keller (bottom, right corner) from Havath Ma'on in Judea was also one of the expellees. One of the reasons he defied last year's order was a practical one. He did not have the money to pay rent in Jerusalem, the least inconvenient city where he could reside for the ordered two months expulsion. He requested that the government pay his rent. The government refused his request.

Gen. Ya'ir Naveh signed last year's expulsion orders,...a kippah-wearing general! He was later called before the re-instituted Sanhedrin to answer questions regarding his actions. Gen. Ya'ir Naveh never accepted the invitation to appear, apparently choosing the sanctity of the State over the sanctity of Torah.

This year's expulsion orders were signed by Gen. Gadi Shamni. Perhaps he will not have the same choice to face. Although, we have seen that the presence of a religious article such as a kippah has become not only ever shrinking is in size, but increasingly meaningless amongst the ranks and other prominent officials, as well.

Meanwhile, leftists continue to do whatever they want, without any limits, and without any shame, like harassing the residents of Havath Gilad, purchased from Arab claimants to the land, years ago, as if that matters to anyone.

Naveh's Crimes

Regarding the four Crimes of Naveh

1. Expulsion

Yair Naveh, as general of the central command, was the commander over the expulsion of Jews and the destruction of Jewish towns in the Northern Shomron, a year and a half ago.

2. Pogrom

Exactly one year ago, Yair Naveh was the commander over all of the Yasam (riot police) and regular police forces which implemented the intentional pogrom in Amona.

3. Incitement

Yair Naveh incites additional expulsion and uprooting
the uprooting of hilltop [communities] in Judea and Samaria, in his own words, calling them "rebellious strongholds."

4. Silent Expulsion

Yair Naveh has signed over 20 restraining and keep-away orders against town and hilltop residents, expelling them from their homes and families, for many months, without any due process, nor any compensation.

Are the kippah on Naveh's head or his positive, past acts able to cover up his crimes?

"Be strong and courageous" to Ya'ir Naveh?!

In an ad supporting Naveh, Rabbi Bina praises "the man strong in spirit, your correctness in sacrificing up soul and body for the sake of the Land of Israel, Torath Yisrael, and the Jewish People, in every place at all times and in every hour."

What The Hell Was He Thinking?!

I'll get to the point.

Last week's edition of the "b'Sheva," a leading newspaper of Israel's religious Zionist community carried a full-page ad on its page 7.

The ad reads as follows (translated from Hebrew):


To Our Honored One and Our Friend

General Ya'ir Naveh

(May the Lord preserve and keep him alive)

A blessing has been sent - Be Strong and Courageous!

We have not forgotten your sacrifices, your integrity, the strength of your spirit,
your correctness in offering up soul and body
for the sake of the Land of Israel, Torath Yisrael, and the Jewish People,
in every place at all times and in every hour.
We stand by your side during the uneasy times
you and your family are experiencing, we salute you
as those who know how deserving you are of appreciation
and at times our silence speaks.

Don't let it get you down.

Now, for those of you who do not know the above players, let me introduce them to you. Then you will know how it is that I am so incensed by the absolute absurdity of this full-page ad.

Maj. Gen. Ya'ir Naveh is commander of Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] in the Central Region. He holds ultimate responsibility for the administrative, restraining orders issued, without trial, to 20 Jews living in Yehudah & Shomron (Judea & Samaria) in the fall, 2006.

He holds the ultimate responsibility for other, similar actions.

His home in the city of Givat Shmu'el next to Tel-Aviv has served as the venue for on-going protests of his actions. He has also been called to task by the nascent Sanhedrin (Highest Rabbinical Court). His presence was requested to explain his actions, as their hallachic (Jewish legal) justification has eluded the Sanhedrin, based on the available information. On the contrary, his involvement in expelling Jews from their homes, appears to the Rabbinical Justices to be in violation of Hallachah.

Maj. Gen. Ya'ir Naveh refused to answer the summons to appear before the Rabbinical Court.

Oh, and did I mention that Maj. Gen. Ya'ir Naveh is a kippah-wearing, religious Jew and product of a yeshivah high school?

Enter "Rabbi" Aharon Bina...

"Rabbi" Aharon Bina took out a full-page ad not just supporting, but praising, Maj. Gen. Ya'ir Naveh who has refused to appear before a Beth din (rabbinical court), a serious offense in Jewish Law. Not only that, but the summons to appear was signed by hakhamim (Torah scholars) such as Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, Rabbi Re'uven Hass, Rabbi Yehudah Edri, Rabbi Ido Elba, and Rabbi Prof. Hillel Weiss.

This is the same "Rabbi" Aharon Bina who has honored the likes of Gen. Elazar Shtern, another religious Jew and chief of the IDF Personnel Branch, as well as being a highly out-spoken opponent of any soldier refusing orders to participate in the expulsion of Jews from their homes.

The opinion of many rabbis that such orders violate Hallacha, and thus compel soldiers to refuse them, has not appeared to move Gen. Shtern. Although, I could be mistaken....

After Gen. Shtern's appearance at a Yeshivath Netiv Aryeh event, he made his way down to the the Kotel (Western Wall), where he was chatsised and called some rather choice descriptive nouns, by at least one hakham, of whom I am aware.

So, when Aharon Bina invites Gen. Shtern to his yeshivah, what are we supposed to think?

We are supposed to judge Aharon Bina with kaf z'khuth (the benefit of the doubt). But this Jewish blogger is finding that increasingly difficult to do.

What the hell Aharon Bina was thinking when he placed this ad, I have no idea.

But, I'm not surprised.

As it will said from here on out...
