The Disruption of Public Yom Kippur Prayers in Tel Aviv
Yekutiel Ben Yaakov

How symbolic that Jews were beaten and prohibited from praying publicly in Tel Aviv 4 days prior to Sukkot.

Freezing “settlements” will not bring peace, just as freezing judicial reform-that seeks to curb a High Court that has repeatedly ruled against Judaism and that aims to dilute the Jewish character of the state will not bring the extremist Israeli left to love Judaism and Jewish law, but only embolden the haters of Jews and Judaism.

The same timid Israeli leaders and judges who freeze in fear of upsetting the gentiles by allowing the IDF to operate freely or by allowing the Jews to pray on the Temple Mount is the same court which has now prohibited Yom Kippur prayers on the streets of Tel Aviv. They bow to western dictates and to anti-Jewish values. The disgraceful violent protests tearing down mechitzot and disrupting Yom Kippur services in Tel Aviv on Israel's holiest day was given a green light by the Israeli High Court in the name of misplaced "democracy" and pluralism. If Arabs can hold prayers with separate seating for men and women in Tel Aviv, sanctioned by the High Court of Israel, then why can't Jews do so in Tel Aviv? Sick. Who is stopping the haters of Judaism from holding mixed services? How symbolic that this was done during the holiest prayer on the holiest day of the year, 4 days before Sukkot. Could you imagine Jews being spat upon during prayer services in NY, as the haters shout democracy, their new fake G-d. Time to have the courage to ask, is there a contradiction between modern western style democracy and Judaism? And if democracy as interpreted by the High Court of Israel prohibits Jews from praying on Dizengoff Square, then which side will we choose? Rabbi Meir Kahane HY"D was vilified for presenting this question 40 years ago. They did not like the message, so they shot the messenger. Regardless what you think about "Kahane," The question he raised can no longer be ignored.

Building anywhere in Israel, expelling our enemies and building the Temple as prescribed in the Torah may anger the enemies of Israel or the self-hating Jews who sit on the bench of the "High" court of Israel. They may think that these actions will bring about the isolation of Israel and that Israel can not survive ALONE. However, G-d has already promised that Israel shall be a nation that stands alone and that Israel will thrive at such time and merit redemption. It is these non-politically correct actions that are demonized by the progressive western anti-Israel, anti-Jewish media that will inevitably bring us peace and security. Similarly, smashing Iran now, will not bring war but distance war from Israel, and preserve the long-term survival of the Jewish state.

Holding Minyanim on the streets of Tel Aviv may upset a handful of self-hating Jews. However, tearing down the synagogues will not bring the anti-Jewish haters any closer to G-d.

The same High Court that always seems to favor the lives of "innocent" Arabs, tying the hands of the IDF from achieving swift victory, is the same High Court that empowers the illegal African rioters in Tel Aviv, as well as the anti-Yom Kippur self hating Jews, and that supports petition after petition that erode the Jewish character of the state.

Chag Sameach!

What the Corona Virus is Doing to Jews that You Hadn't Thought Of

English follows the Hebrew.

Cross-sectional Model of a Coronavirus CC BY-SA 4.0
Even though Jews around the world have just finished their Purim celebrations, probably
the foremost thing in everyone's minds is the Coronavirus, and the associated fear being generated around it.

What are our chances of contracting it? Will we live through the experience? Will our neighbors panic? How will that affect us and our loved ones? The Israeli Government claims there is plenty of food stored, but how will that food be able to get to us?

The Israeli Government has also implemented some of the most severe restrictions of any other nation in the world. This has been causing many challenges for Israelis. But, in the long run, the advantages may end up outweighing the disadvantages.

Israelis travel plans have changed dramatically, particularly with the week-long, Pesah (Passover) holiday only a month away. Jews leaving Israel is on the decrease. Yet, Jews are still able to get into Israel from the outside,...for now, albeit initially having to come in under quarantine.

Remember the 2013 volcanic eruption in Iceland? Countless Jews were unable to get back to Israel after their Pesah vacations. Could that have been a warning not to leave Israel?

Pesah, one of the three pilgrimage festivals along with Shavu'oth and Sukkoth, is actually not the time to leave Israel, and especially not for going back to Egypt, as is popular in Israel today. Rather, Jews are supposed to [do their best to] come to Jerusalem to partake of the Qorban Pesah (Passover Offering), if not to bring it for ritual slaughtering on the Temple Mount (Har HaBayith) themselves.

And speaking of the Temple Mount, in spite of Muslims being allowed to pray there, and in spite the claim that the State of Israel is a democracy deMOCKracy, with freedom of religious expression Prime Minister Netanyahu's stance against Jews being allowed to pray on Temple Mount, appears to have backfired. After Israel's third election in a year, he is short only three votes from being able to form a majority, coalition government.

The stance against Jews being allowed to pray on Temple Mount is not only hypocritical, but also nothing less than anti-Jewish. Some of you will say that I am stating the obvious. But, most of you, perhaps the majority of whom remain in exile, will say that we must be patient, that we could not possibly implement such a policy.

Well, why not? Fear?

Maybe with the fear of the Coronavirus, and an increased realization for the need for prayer, the virus might just be the catalyst we need to change the current policy. In addition, the Prime Minister's need for support from those stricter in Torah observance, than his current Zionist base may end up outweighing his need for approval from the U. S.

Unfortunately, that may come with a statement of support for Christians being able to pray [to their false deity] on the Temple Mount as well. Fortunately, however, this virus has also seriously stemmed Christian tourism (See Tomer Devorah regarding this), and just in time before Easter, the most fundamental celebration in their theology mythology. After all, Christmas is just the celebration of a mythical birthday, just like the Egyptian Phaoroh's birthday mentioned in the Torah. Of course, his birthday was a real event.

In addition, with the new two meters (approx. six feet) distance guideline between individuals put into effect in Israel, Jews may feel farther away from each other. But, men and women are now forced into a more modest manner of relating to one another.

Update (17.03.20): Public transportation will now cease Thursday night, and resume on Sunday morning. That means there will not be any public transportation (what for it!) ... on Shabbat!

Are Jews Being Given Another Warning?
Countless parallels between the exodus from Egypt and the completion of the exodus from our current exile of Edom (Esau /Rome/ The West) have been provided by our Sages.

One of the 10 Plagues preceding the exodus from Egypt, that of דֶּבֶר (disease), easily comes to mind. But, what Jews too often forget it is that our tradition teaches us that up to 80 percent of us remained in Egypt. So, will 80 percent of us remain in exile? Granted many have unfortunately been lost to intermarriage. Many who identify, or otherwise think that they are Jewish, particularly in the U. S., are not really Jewish.

Our rule of thumb regarding prophesy is that positive prophesy will come to be; negative prophesy does not have to. Negative prophesy can be commuted or even cancelled. Of course, that depends on us.

It is likely that the majority of Jews are already residing within the Land of Israel. So, it seems that The Almighty has already been showing us mercy. How much more of His Mercy will he show us?

Is Isolation a Bad Thing?
Many have been, and will continue to be, forced into isolation. Of course, that cannot be easy, and certainly not convenient. But, when it comes to Israel as a nation, it may be just what we need.

We are a people, separate and distinct from all other nations on the planet, and are supposed to stay that way. Even though the gates have been opened for us to return to our ONLY, true homeland of Israel, we have hung on to the notion, which we developed in exile, that we must continue to seek out love and validation from other nations.

The assimilationist, left goes so far as wanting to be just like other nations. But, the right is really not that much different. The left seeks out love and validation from European and American progressives. The right is attracted to the smiles and money of the Christians, either believing they can "handle" their ulterior motives, or choosing to remain in denial about them. Both of these are aspects of the same, of Esau / Edom / The West. Esau appears to be a righteous person (Christian "friends")

Watch this video from Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov about the spiritual cure for the Coronavirus, including "isolation," and you will learn more about the response around the world to the virus, and how this affects Am Yisra'el.

The Expulsion of Jews from Tapu'ah West

English follows the Hebrew. The video of the events of early yesterday morning was filmed by Binyamin Lehava.

From Yekutiel Ben-Yaakov, June 17, 2018:
The cops and troops are beating the youth badly without provocation on the side of the families and the young people that came to protest the violent expulsion. Please forward the link anywhere you can. They closed the area to the media so this is the only outlet to publish the desecration.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
This hilltop was approved almost 20 years ago, during Prime Minister Ehud Baraq's government. The Beth-El Ulpanah neighborhood was destroyed 13 years after it had been constructed, and the first residents had moved in. In other words, the Israeli Government is becoming increasingly bold when it comes to reneging on its commitments to the Jewish People to protect it, to its homes, and to protect its Divinely promised Land. An Arab pops up after 2 years, 13 years, and now 20 years, claiming ownership of almost always goaded into it by self-hating Leftist.

The destruction of the Tapu'ah West (Tal Binyamin) Synagogue,
carried out with IDF Rabbinate approval, 2003/תשס"ג
From the video, you can see that there are residents and Torah observant supporters who are not willing to take their expulsion and destruction of their neighborhood lying down. There are also still some prominent students of Rav Meir Kahane hy"d residing in Kfar Tapu'ah, including those who were very close with his son Rav Binyamin hy"d. However, they are very much in the minority, and recognize the gravity of the situation. And that situation is not simply that the government will throw Jews out of their homes at the blink of an eye, give up land to Arabs who want to annihilate us, kowtow to the non-Jewish nations instead of listening to their own constituents, let alone to the Holy One, Blessed Be He.

Yet, Jews, particularly those residing outside of Israel, still seem to think that Kfar Tapu'ah is some fantastical place where the residents have the power will be able to overcome not only the force of the army and/or the police, but also their own neighbors. That's right. Their neighbors.

Kfar Tapu'ah has been turning increasingly mamlakhti (diehard State-loyalist) since at least 2000 when leading residents Rav Binyamin and Talia Kahane hy"d , in whose memory the Tapu'ah West hilltop neighborhood was established, were murdered by Arab terrorists.

Here is the open letter (Hebrew) written by the Kfar Tapu'ah council describing their position on the matter, as well as their agreement with the government. This is who they are up against.

The truth is that most of the towns in Azza (Gaza/Gush Qatif) and in the northern Shomron (Samaria) whose Jews were expelled and the towns themselves destroyed by Arabs, back in תשס״ה/2005, were diehard State loyalists till the end. And, yes, you read correctly. The Arabs destroyed their homes, instead of just moving into them.

Either Israel is ours or its not ours. The Israeli Government is simply not interested in answering this question. Rather, it interested in a democratic (deMOCKratic) state just like the goyim, with a few Jewish sprinkles and quasi-Zionist cherry on top. It is not in the least bit interested in building a truly Jewish (ie. Torah) nation. Quite the opposite in fact. Jews who hold Torah above the State are believed to be its greatest ear threat. Not the Arabs. The State of Israel already decided upon its borders ages ago, more or less. Jews finally need to wake up to this fact.

Guest Post: Kidnapped Jewish Teens and Search and Rescue

Pray for the kidnapped teens....

Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov

There is unprecedented unity in Israel as millions pray for the immediate release and safety of the three Jewish teens who were abducted by Arab terrorists from Gush Etzyon.

There are many lessons to learn from this incident. As long as we allow our enemies to live amongst us they will continue to plot against us. The IDF continues to blame police for their inexcusable late response, only many hours, after they received notice from one of the boys that he was kidnapped. The police actually received notification minutes after the abduction. However, the GSS (Shabba"k) and IDF were only tipped off by police many crucial hours later.

We warned the Knesset State Controller's Committee, 4 months ago, Feb. 18th when I was asked to testify before a special Committee convened to investigate police treatment of missing people searches. My first words to the Committee were about the extreme delay in police response to missing people reports and how the police commence searching far too late, losing vital and critical time that could translate into life or death for the missing subject.

See page 5 of that Knesset Committee transcript.

We have offered our services to the Commander of the Missing Persons Unit in the army and we may yet be called in to help in the search with the use of our specially trained dogs.

Canine training this week tomorrow in Beth Shemesh at 3 PM, Tapuach at 6 PM, Leshem at 9.30 PM (Call for days)

Thursday special SAR training on rubble sight at 7 PM

Our Israeli Dog Unit is in need of more volunteers and in need of finding to maintain our canine units.

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
I was recently informed that it was the Israeli Police which delayed passing the information onto to the IDF and to the GSS. Apparently, the police actually received a call from one of the abducted boys saying that they were being kidnapped.

And, by the way, did anyone think that the kidnappers had to have stolen an orange, Israeli license plate to replace their green, "P" license plate, in order to disguise their car??

Curiouser and curiouser...

It would be very interesting, indeed, if the Shabba"k came up as the heroes of the hour, successfully rescuing these boys, the same Shabba"k, albeit a different "Jewish" department, feared by so many settlers. Perhaps they will then be convinced that they need the Shabba"k in their lives.

More Arab Land Theft

Arutz 7: IDF Gives Arabs a Nod in Land Dispute at Kfar Tapuach
Jews in the Samarian village of Tapuach claimed, Sunday, that the army was helping area Arabs in a land grab around the strategic junction. The claim arose after Arab and Jewish farmers clashed at the site on Friday, and the army allowed the Arabs to work the land on Sunday.

The District Coordinating Office (DCO) for joint efforts by Israeli and Palestinian Authority security forces told Arutz Sheva that the Arab family had proven ownership. Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov was emphatic that the land belonged to a Jew named Sa'adia who lives in Yehud, near Tel Aviv. Ben-Ya'akov said that the information provided by the DCO was false and that the case was under advisement by a court, but 45 days into the 60 the court gave before issuing its ruling, it appeared that the Arabs had some help from the army in effecting a land grab.
This seems to be the latest strategy of the Arabs over the past several years, making claims on the Land with "documentation" and "testimony."

It has happened with Havath Gil'ad, Migron, and lately with one or more of the hilltop communities next to Shiloh.

OK.  So, it's not exactly a "new" strategy, as the Arabs have already been employing the strategy of lying for quite sometime now.

Unfortunately, the collaboration of the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF] is a trend on the rise as well.

As a former resident of K'far Tapu'ah, I also wonder if this would have happened if certain, mamlakhti (undying state loyalist) families had been involved, or other families which may have made deals with the government.

But, this is all irrelevant.

The bottom line is something we will never hear the Israeli government state:

ALL of the Land of Israel belongs to the People of Israel.

It is high time to stop being wishy-washy about this, to stop worrying about what the "International Community" will think, and to stop acting cowardly.

We have a misswah (commandment) to conquer the Land, and kick out ALL non-Jews unwilling to follow the rules involved with being a non-Jew in the Land.

What's the problem?

Help Needed In The Search For Shlomo Ariel!

5 of the First Month 5772

Search continues for Shlomi Ariel – we need your help!

The following letter is being sent by “Mike” Yekutiel Ben Yaakov, Commander of the Israeli Fire Dept. Canine Search and Rescue unit, known as Y.A.L.A.M, kalbanim Yosh.:

HELP NEEDED IN THE SEARCH FOR SHLOMO ARIEL

Attached you will find an article and a notice about the search for Shlomo Ariel of Yehud, who went missing near the Koach Intersection, some 7 kilometers East of his home.

Shlomi was last seen, Friday, 11 days ago, walking in a disoriented fashion, without shoes and without a shirt or jacket in the general direction of Rantis, an Arab village on the border of the “Greenline.” He was last seen approximately 3 kilometers from the “border fence”, in a military firing-zone, after climbing into the zone from Highway 6, not far from the Koach Intersection.

Shortly after he was last spotted, there was a rain storm.

He was never seen again.

Our unit was called in to search for him as was the Oketz unit, police and many volunteers, family and friends. Unfortunately, due to the fact that Shlomi went missing in a military firing zone, much of the searches have been called off and on due to military training and firing.

We have arranged for a two day search this coming Friday and Shabbat, and the area will be open for searching without interruption from Friday morning until Sat night (See below for rabbinic ruling).

We have also arranged to fly in two rescue experts from Holland who will be aiding us in the search and who will be bringing two additional SAR and Cadaver dogs to join us and our 4 SAR dogs.

We desperately need additional volunteers when we sweep the area, so as to cover the entire firing zone if necessary, because we may not have another opportunity to shut down the firing zone, and because every day that passes, reduces the chances of finding Shlomie alive.

Various Torah scholars including Rabbi Dov Lior have ruled that we are allowed to search on Shabbat if there is any chance that Shlomie may still be alive.

If you are able to volunteer and to forward this letter to additional people who might be able to volunteer in the search efforts, please do so and let us know if you can come.

We will be meeting Friday morning at the Koach Hill Junction, near the Cola Forest, off of highway 444 at 5:00 AM sharp Friday morning, the intersection is between Shoham and Elad. Let us know in advance if you are coming and if you can stay all day until 1 hour before Shabbat. Also let us know if you can join us again at 5 AM on Shabbat morning, in the event that Shlomie is not found sooner.

Bring, backpack, sandwiches, water, boots, flashlight, raincoat and anything else you would need and call us to confirm 0544876709 – leave message if nobody answers and email back to guzofskyyekutiel@gmail.com

Funds are also needed:

If you are in a position to help sponsor the flights of the experts, dogs and other expenses connected to the search please contact me, as we need help to cover our expenses. We are all volunteers and we are all brothers and sisters of Shlomie Ariel. Thus, we will continue to do whatever we can to rescue and find him as we would all expect fellow Jews to do on our behalf if we were G-d forbid in his predicament.

I can also be reached on my U.S. line 718 734 4686 or leave a message.

Funds to help sponsor this search mission, future rescue missions and our volunteer Search and Rescue Unit can be sent to LAchichah Ulireyacha POBox 6592 Jerusalem, Israel

New Evidence Revealed About Rabbi Binyamin Zev & Talia Kahane's Murders!

7 of the Tenth Month 5771

I am sorry I missed the memorial for Rav Binyamin & Talia Kahane ztz"l, not to hear the latest evidence revealed, but hear stories about their very interesting, and Torah-dedicated, lives, and to honor them.

I am certainly intrigued, and hope to learn of this new evidence, and to post it here. So, stay tuned.

I remember hearing of their deaths. I was living in Ofra, and teaching in Beth El at the time. While at work, one of the history teachers, also from Ofra, received a call from her brother who was the paramedic first on the scene. He told her of the violent circumstances of their deaths. It was a miracle that the children and one additional passenger were not injured more than they were.

Two years later, I was in K'far Tapu'ah for Shabbath for the first time. I asked one of Rav Binyamin Zev's closest friends who he thought was response for their deaths. As is mentioned below, he said that he believed that it was just a horrible tragedy, and that there was no evidence to the contrary.

I could tell that even after two years, their murders were still very fresh in everyone's minds.

If you would like get on Yekutiel's e-mail list, just follow the links below.

Kahane supporters to reveal new facts about leader's murder at tonight's memorial in Jerusalem

Yekutiel Ben-Yaakov

A close associate of the late Rabbi Binyamin Kahane announced that he will be breaking 10 years of silence tonight and revealing painful facts, that have yet to be published concerning the murder of the former leader of Kahane Chai. In a release published on his facebook page, the key activist reveals that after months of deliberations, he has reached the conclusion that he must speak out and that he must share his new conclusions regarding the murder.

Until now, the Binyamin Kahane faction, has refrained from referring to the murder as an assassination and has claimed that they have no clear evidence to indicate that this was a pre-arranged assassination and not a random murder of Jews by random Arab terrorists on the road, which was common enough in those days. As a result of new facts that have recently surfaced, the Kahanists now believe that Rav Binyamin Kahane was specifically singled out by leaders of the PA. From the recent release dispatched by the Kahanists it seems that they may be pointing an accusing finger also at the Israeli government for some level of collaboration with the PA. Something that might explain the strange obsession former Shin Bet Chief Avi Dichter had over this issue, when he repeatedly pleaded with the Kahane and Herzlich families to accept his denial of the Shin Bet having played any role in the murder of the Kahane couple. At the time, strangely enough, none, other than Dichter himself, even suggested the thought.

The Binyamin Kahane faction within Kach have always shied away from media gimmicks and from the typical right-wing conspiracy theories, something which makes the recent proclamation and hinted allegations much more credible indeed. Surely, the hundreds who will gather to pay tribute to their fallen leader will be eager to hear more about these new revelations to shed more light on the untimely death of Rav Binyamin Zev Kahane and his wife Talya, who were shot dead after being ambushed while driving near Ofra, on their way from Jerusalem, with five of their 6 children in the car, who became orphans on that fatal drive home to Tapuach, ten years ago.,

Tonight at 6 PM family and supporters will gather at Heichal Dovid Hall in Romema Jerusalem, where they will hear various key note speakers including controversial Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira Rosh Yehsiva of Yeshivath Od Yosef Chai in Yitzhar and author of "Torat HaMelech," Shmuel Sackett, Lenny Goldberg, MK Michael Ben Ari and others. Various artists including Ariel Zilber, Ronny Wiseman and Yerachmiel Ziegler will also be there to share new songs written about Rabbi Kahane and about the important issues confronting Israel and the Jewish people.

Guest Post: Moderate Rabbis Become Most Extreme

10 of the Ninth Month 5771

Moderate Rabbis Become Most Extreme

Yekuti'el Ben Ya'akov

No, moderate Rabbi, expulsion of Jews is not stopped with love and hugs.

The prevalent doctrine by leading Rabbinic figures within the nationalist-religious camp such as Rabbi Shlomo Aviner and Rabbi Motti Alon maintains that peaceful means is the most effective way to combat the government freezing of Jewish construction, expulsion of Jews and the surrender of Jewish land. “With love we will win”, was the losing war-cry slogan used by the religious nationalist “marketing geniuses” during the days preceding the expulsion of the Jews from Gaza and Northern Shomron. Video testimony circulating on youtube and supported by Rabbi Aviner’s own articles show how Aviner has taken his peace-loving ideology to such an extreme that it is no wonder why he and his disciples often employed excessive and brutal measures to restrain “radicals” from using any kind of physical force to resist the “disengagement” expulsion forces, when the troops came to rip the Jewish families out of their homes in Gush Katif.

In Kfar Maimon, the place referred to as the last-stand in the failed protest-struggle against the Gaza- expulsion, a half decade ago, when thousands of Zionist “reinforcements” set on a journey to create a human convoy to break through to Gaza and join the soon- to-be-expellees, Rabbi Aviner and Rabbi Motti Alon effectively neutralized any effort by the crowd to break through police-lines. Love and peace was the primary message uttered on the lips of the charismatic and popular rabbis and “settler” leaders. Anyone who dared to try and organize others to break through the self-imposed ghetto fences, was immediately attacked by Aviner peace- thugs who comprised an organized squad of goons and “ushers” instructed to isolate any “troublemakers”, and to use all necessary force to prevent them from breaking through police barricades, while chanting “provocateur” at the perplexed protester.

Aviner often delegitimizes those who support stronger resistance by cleverly reversing the table, and by calling the more extreme protestors: “agent provocateurs” - who are trying to make us all look bad, thereby aiding the government. No, this is not a joke or “The Theater of the absurd.” This is the upside down “settlement” leadership we are “blessed” with. History tends to repeat itself, and more often than not, we Jews are our own worst enemies, and it is Jewish leaders who march their own constituents into the ghettos. Our enemies would never be able to win any battle against us, if not for the collaborators and the leaders who indeed lead us to inaction and defeat like sheep to the slaughter.

I have heard many times from eyewitness accounts of the Kfar Maimon fiasco: Ironically, it was the rabbis and “settler” leaders who presented the only real obstacle before the tens of thousands of protesters from reaching and aiding their brothers and sisters in Gush Katif. According to these accounts, the last opportunity to prevent the “disengagement” was diffused by none others than the very Rabbis who created, with their own hands, an organized fenced-in protest-ghetto, and who squashed any final possibility for the defiant protesters to create the type of angry resistance that was needed to reverse the evil expulsion decree.

The Aviner-Alon-love-thugs-crew, you guessed right, blame the historic anti-expulsion struggle failure on: not enough love and kindness on the part of the anti-expulsion activists, and point an accusing finger at those who preached physical resistance to thwart the “disengagement” expulsion. The Aviners and Alons insist that if the “settlers” are depicted as violent people who threaten to use force, then they will lose the support of the average Israeli and allow themselves to be marginalized and delegitimized in the eyes of the Israeli masses. They argue: This will only play into the government’s hands and make it easier to implement the dismantling of the “settlements”.

This critical debate is now becoming very relevant as the freeze of Jewish construction and the future surrender of most of the lands liberated in 1967, Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem are on the negotiating chopping table. What do military strategists and political analysts have to say about this debate? What is the more effective approach to take when it comes to combating government plans of freezing or surrendering Jewish land in Judea and Samaria? Should we embrace the soldiers and cops sent to expel and freeze us with hugs, coffee, love and kisses or should we stand at the entrance to our homes with baseball bats, showing that we will use the type of reasonable force that most human beings on planet earth would exhibit, if someone came to drive them out of their home?

IDF General Eitan Dengat, had some eye-opening revelations on the subject. However, first allow me to explain who General Dengat is and why his opinion is one that should be taken seriously. Dengat is the man responsible for the implementation and integration of government decisions in Judea and Samaria. His title is: “Coordinator of Government Activities In The territories”. In an address that Dengat gave before military officers from foreign armies he had this to say, according to YNET (Nov. 8, 10), the acceptance by the settlers of the construction freeze is a sign for the future,” in reference to the honoring by the “settlers” to all Jewish construction, earlier this year. Dengat continued, “most likely if a (peace) agreement is reached (that involves surrender of Jewish land and expulsion of Jews) the settlers will display understanding.” He added, that the recent freeze was a success in as much as execution of the law without disruption.

Here we have it. Moderate Rabbis and court Rabbis need to understand, if you have not yet understood, hugging and kissing the forces sent to expel you and to destroy Jewish life in “the territories” is not an effective means to stop the tractors and forces of destruction from carrying out their task. Rather, it is interpreted as support and a “future sign” of that which will follow.

It is not my intention, Heaven forbid, to incite people to violate the law or to use violence against anyone. I am not that brave to openly preach the breaking of the law. (I am not certain that using reasonable force to protect ones property is a violation of Israeli law). However, there is nothing more disturbing than intellectual dishonesty and rabbinic fraud and distortion of Torah. Let all of those who support the next expulsion, hug the soldiers and greet them with cake and kisses. Let all of those who refuse to risk arrest or injury do the same. However, let us not lie to ourselves or to our constituents about a winning struggle, when we refuse to struggle. Our Sages teach us that Israel is acquired through self-sacrifice, not through love and kissing. If we lack what it takes to engage in real and meaningful protests and if we lack what it takes to engage in the type of self-sacrifice that is needed to stop the madness, let us at least have the decency not to pretend that we are doing something and let us not prevent victory from others who have the courage of our convictions.

Furthermore, who is to say that the soldiers would carry out the illegal and immoral orders to expel Jewish families from their homes if they would truly understand the severity of such anti-Jewish orders? The Aviners and Alons who preach love and kindness, do so, as they claim, because they love the IDF and the government with boundless love, even when they admit that the government commits a historic sin that will bring about countless bloodshed of Jews in the future, and as the government commits treason against the Torah, the nation and the land of Israel.

I contend that the Aviners and the Alons do not truly love or respect the IDF as much as they think they do. If they did, then they would give the IDF the benefit of the doubt. Only someone who holds the IDF in complete contempt could believe that the average Jewish soldier, who joined the IDF to fight the enemy, would open fire or use excessive force against their brothers and sisters. If thousands of Jews stood in front of their homes holding baseball bats, willing and ready to use reasonable force to defend their homes and to prevent their expulsion and the surrender of Jewish land to our enemies, the soldiers would never carry out the orders and would never use the necessary force to expel the Jews. How is the soldier to understand the full gravity and seriousness of the treasonous orders he was given to expel the Jews, when those awaiting deportation greet the soldiers with hugs and kisses? If anything, it is the peace- preaching Aviners of the world who push some Jews to more extreme measures, out of desperation, because the Rabbis and leaders of the struggle refuse to lead any form of reasonable resistance and because the struggle or lack of it, lacks clarity.

I believe that if the Aviners and Alons truly loved the IDF then they would stand and fight against the expulsions with the type of protests and self-sacrifice that could not be confused with quiet acceptance of the illegal and evil decrees that the soldiers have been sent to carry out. I believe that the average IDF soldier would show the type of heroism and courage on behalf of Israel that he shows when going into the battle against the real enemy. The soldiers need to understand that the orders they have been given represent absolute treason against Israel and the Jewish people. They will not get that message by peace-preaching rabbis who run to greet them with candy, coffee and kisses when they come to uproot them from their homes!

The Aviners and Alons are no different than the majority of the “meraglim” (spies sent by Moses to tour the land and who came back and warned the nation against taking on the “giants” for we are mere “grasshoppers in our eyes”), who were also leaders and great men. Yes, they too viewed the good and G-d fearing Jews as grasshoppers. They too were concerned about what the giants will say and do if we do that which we must do to conquer and maintain Jewish sovereignty over the land. The Aviners and the Alons refuse to realize that we do not stand alone and that the left are not Giants. Indeed the left would be completely bereft of power if not for our misplaced fear of them that empowers them and allows them to enlist us and other decent people to wage battle against ourselves and to neutralize the only ones left who would lead any effective resistance to their suicidal policies.

Urgent Appeal: Pidyon Shevuyim - Free Jewish Prisoner Yosef Hai Tubal

12 of the Third Month 5770

From Yekuti'el Ben-Ya'akov:

Shalom,

I am making the journey to Jerusalem today, primarily to try and keep a good Jew out of prison.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Yosef Hai Tubal is due to appear before the prison authorities for a hearing in which he will most likely be sent back to prison for an additional two years of prison if he can not raise the 6,000 dollar fine that was imposed upon him, for his retaliatory nationalist crimes against Arabs (who were harrassing Jewish girls in Jerusalem) that he allegedly committed when he was a minor 6 years ago. He already sat in prison four years and was released after serving two thirds of his prison term. Yosef is now 23 years old, was recently married and is a father of a beautiful baby girl. Sending him back to prison at this time would destroy his family and his efforts to rebuild a normal life ofr himself and his family.

Anyone who would like to contribute to Yosef's defense, so that he can finally rebuild his life as a free man in Israel, is urged to make immediate contact with me to see how funds can be made immediately available, so that he can appear before the hearing with the necessary funds TOMORROW to prevent his imprisonment. Rabbi Ya'aqov Yosef and other resepected Rabbis have signed on an urgent letter appealing to the public to help in this mitzva.

6,000 dollars can buy two years of freedom for Yosef who lacks the resources to pay the fine.

I am in Jerusalem today and together with Yosef, we will come to any and all who have the ability to help - I will also facilitate anyone who wishes to contribute or to loan him the funds from afar.

Why Doesn't Anyone Seem To Be Embarrassed By Joe Biden Now?

Erev Rosh HaHodesh HaRishon 5770

During the entire first year of U. S. President Barack Insane Obama's administration, the president's staff seemed to be spending half of its time covering up for Vice-President Joe Biden's embarrassing, public statements, and trying to prevent them from occurring in the first place. After his recent blood libel accusations against Israel, there are only two reasons why no one is running to cover up for him now.

No one in the administration is embarrassed by his statements, and no one disagrees with them.

In fact, we have heard very similar comments from President Barack Insane Obama, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as well as the apologetic validation of their statements from Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.

Here are some important comments from my friend Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov regarding the illustrious U. S. Vice-President. If you would like to subscribe to his e-newsletter, you may send an e-mail to VOJ@israelnewszone.com or fill out the form on-line here.

Jews building in Jerusalem is a ‘slap in the face’, and prejudices final status talks?

The following excerpts from a story published, March 10th on the Associated Press wire say it all:

Biden's handshakes and embraces gave way to one of the strongest rebukes of Israel by a senior U.S. official in years after Israel's announcement during his visit that it plans to build 1,600 homes in “disputed east Jerusalem.” Israel apologized for the poor timing but is sticking to its plan to build the homes, enlarging one of the settlements that have impeded negotiations with Palestinians.

The vice president on Wednesday assured Palestinians the U.S. is squarely behind their bid for statehood and urged the sides to refrain from actions "that inflame tensions or prejudice the outcome of talks."

"It's incumbent on both parties to build an atmosphere of support for negotiations, and not to complicate them," Biden said, standing alongside Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

Israel's announcement was widely seen as a slap in the face to its all-important U.S. ally.

Voice of Judea Commentary:

“Slap in the face” when Jews build in Jerusalem? Hmm, would His Excellence, VP Biden call it a slap in the face for Americans to build in Washington? I think it would be a slap in the face if Israelis were to demand that Americans stop building in their capital. American bias and arrogance is a slap in the face of the Jewish nation and in the face of the G-d of Israel, who promised the land of Israel to the Jews. Biden was reported to have purchased a small gold cross as a souvenir during his trip to Bethlehem. Perhaps he would do better to read his Bible and learn about G-d’s gift of the Land of Israel as an exclusive inheritance to the Jews and about the great curse bestowed upon those who curse Israel.

Do we laugh or cry when the Goyim repeat the standard anti-Israel line that building Jewish homes is an act of war that will only prejudice the final outcome of the “peace” negotiations.

Let me get this straight - when Arabs build thousands of homes and launch rockets and bombs this does not upset or prejudice in any way the final outcome of “peace” talks? But when Jews build homes in their capital, in a neighborhood less than two minutes from the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway, it does? The only conclusion available from this nonsense is that the endgame is the expulsion of Jews from Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Ironically (or maybe not ironic at all), Ramat Shlomo, the “disputed” neighbourhood is even closer to Jerusalem center than Ramot, Gilo or Maaleh Adumim!

What Abbas and his American and European friends are really saying is: “No Jews or dogs allowed in Jerusalem.” We are flatly being told that we have no right to live in our capital. This is blatant Jew-hatred. Could one imagine rebuking Jews for living in a particular neighborhood on the east coast of America? Don’t laugh. Today, the Arabs and the world demand East Jerusalem ‘Judenrein’ – free of Jews – tomorrow Jews will be discriminated against elsewhere. G-d forbid, they will have nowhere to run should Israel cave in to the anti-Jewish dictates of her glorious ally.

There is a great lesson to be learned from the intensified American and Arab pressure being placed on Israel these days. It comes directly after Israel made far reaching unilateral, insane, self-destructive, even masochistic compromises to “freeze” all Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria. Israel volunteered to do this not as part of any “peace” commitments. The country alone initiated the freeze in the hope that it would help refuel and ignite “peace” talks.

Once again we learn that Jewish weakness and surrender of Jewish land achieves the opposite, it only increases expectations of further surrender and fuels the desire to terrorize Jews in Israel and worldwide.

Jerusalem will never again be re-divided. Jews have been a majority in Jerusalem since the 1840s. Jerusalem was never an Arab capital, even when it was occupied by the Jordanians from 1949-1967. The only claim Arabs have on Jerusalem is that Muhammad reputedly travelled to the "northernmost" mosque on a night journey that ostensibly occurred while he was asleep in Medina. On that basis alone, the Mosques were built on the ruins of the Temple mount. But the Arabs never used Jerusalem as a political center or the seat of any of the Muslim Caliphate.

During the restoration of the Jewish presence in the Land of Israel, the overwhelming impression of Western visitors in the nineteenth century was that there were few Arab inhabitants. The British Consul General, James Finn, wrote in 1857 that "the country is in a considerable degree empty of inhabitants." He added that the land's "greatest need is that of a body of population." Mark Twain visited Eretz Israel in 1867, traveled through the Jezreel Valley, and related, "there is not a solitary village throughout its whole extent." (The Innocents Abroad, New York: Oxford University Press, 1996, p. 349.) Arthur Penrhyn Stanley, the great British cartographer, reached similar conclusions in 1881: "In Judea it is hardly an exaggeration to say that for miles and miles there was no appearance of life or habitation.

Jews building in Jerusalem is a slap in the face, and prejudices final status talks?
Anyone who could say such a thing brings evidence that we’re getting closer to the days of Moshiach and redemption. As the Talmud states, in the days preceding the coming of Moshiach, chutzpah (extreme arrogance) will prevail.

Joe Biden Libels the Jews just Weeks before Passover

During his visit to Israel, U.S. Vice-President Joseph Biden said that Israel’s current policies jeopardize the lives of American soldiers serving in the Middle East. (Yediot Aharonot, March 11, 10).

Voice of Judea Commentary: Did we get that right? That was Joe Biden? Obama’s V.P.?

But isn’t that Osama bin Laden’s contention? Indeed, isn’t that the same message that Al Qaeda has been trumpeting since 9-11? See the linkage made by Bin Laden, blaming U.S. foreign policy in Israel for the fatal attacks. Who, in the end, does Joe Biden work for?

And isn’t that also standard anti-semitic tripe – the kind of garden variety Jew hatred that we’ve seen for centuries that blames Jews for the deaths of (your nation here) at the hands of far off Afghanis and Pakistanis and Iraqis?

Got to hand it to him. Mr. Biden’s blood libel comes just in time for the Jewish Passover, when Jew-hating Christians and Muslims have typically accused Jews of killing their children to make the Jewish spring festival’s matzah.

Will it be any surprise if the Jew-haters use Mr. Biden’s words to go on a Passover rampage in Baltimore or Toronto or Los Angeles on seder night or sooner?

Another Christian Supports Israel: Big Deal

The following is a response to my good friends Yekuti'el Ben-Ya'akov's supportive comments regarding a black preacher's "support" for Israel and Judaism.

Yekuti'el's comments can be read below.

The video, in question, of the "supportive" black preacher can be viewed by clicking here.

Christians are from Edom/Esau. Please read the current parshioth hashavu'ah.

Esau wants his birthright back, and is being sneaky about it, as is his character to do so. There is no difference between "stam" Christians and Christian missionaries.

There is also the midrash of the four treifah hayoth representing the four malchuyoth. The hazir (pig) represents Edom, the animal which pretends to chew its cud and sticks its front hooves out to show that it is kosher. In other words, it lies.

The Christians are living a lie, and they are liars, but in a sneaky and eloquent manner, unlike Yishma'el which just lies. however, Yishma'el has been learning their lessons of how to lie from Esau very well lately, staging sympathetic interviews and planting fake victims in strategic sites.

The Erev Rav attempts to join Esau and Yishma'el, preventing Mashiach's arrival (Kol HaTor).

Arutz 7 (Israel National News) and the Likud Party appear to be in the pockets of the Christians, in contrast with the un-Jews (the Left) which is aligned with Yishma'el.

Goyim who are not B'nei No'ah showing "support" for Israel and Judaism are, in fact, exploiting Israel and Judaism, for their own gains.

Let us pray, as well as, actively prevent them from achieving their true, underlying goals:

1. Continued stealing of Jewish souls
2. Continued stealing of Jewish land
3. Continued attempts to usurp Am Yisrael's role as HaShem's Chosen People.

This is not the reaction of fearful ghetto Jews. Rather, this is reaction of the Jews know they must distance themselves, if not to do battle with, Esau as well as Yishma'el.

Placing That Black Preacher in the Right Perspective

Why are we so excited about the accolades of a Black Preacher?

Are we also plagued with the Jewish-mental-genetic-disease contracted during our collective national experience in the ghettos, gas chambers, slavery and inquisitions? Are we showing signs and symptoms indicative of our uncontrollable obsession to seek the acceptance and the love of the gentiles? Do we find ourselves showing more respect and excitement at the gospel preached by representatives of other faiths and nationalities than to our own, when they show their admiration for Jews and Judaism? Do we suffer severe mental anguish and “national-collective-headaches” when a Jew does something “embarrassing”?

Yes, dear readers, many of us are also infected with the age-old ghetto-complex and the “Yiddishe” - Jewish mental disease that compels us to seek the admiration and the positive recognition of the gentiles. Oh how we “qvel” (for those of us who speak not Yiddish, Qvel is one of those graphic Yiddish words that is hard to explain in less than 200 words, meaning something like gush with joy, usually while uttering Yiddish sounding slurs or noises such as “Oy” and “gevaldig,” but in a unique positive upswing tone, not to be confused with the “Oy” shouted forth also when one is in pain) with “nachas” (Nahas is another one of those Yidish words, like Qvel and is often a paradoxical oxymoron – while it depicts personal and national “Jewish” pride often expressed when the gentile praises us, or when a Jewish bubby hears that her grandchild was admitted to Harvard or has graduated medical school or won the lottery).

Getting back to the Kvelling with Nachas when the gentile praises us, and the self-hating “kvetching” – complaining and criticism we make against ourselves and fellow Jews when our fellow Jew “looks too Jewish”, “makes us look bad” or when he lacks the necessary diplomatic savvy, political correctness, for example, when unsuccessfully trying to explain to a hateful world, Israel’s right to survive, build in Judea, or to launch wars to defend ourselves. The all too typical “Yiddishe” response is indeed to fall over ourselves kvelling with joy and Nahas when a gentile praises us and to condemn those Jews, who make us all look bad in the eyes of the “goy” - non Jew.

Wow – who expected such controversy after airing the pro-Jewish black preacher?

The recent wave of emails after our last post that showed the African American preacher, praising Kahane, Jews and Zion, brought out a colorful (no pun intended) flurry of emails. Some, calling us to task for publishing the speech and others overwhelmed with joy over Rev. Manning’s accolades for Jews and Kahane. I am including here two brief comments, one from Bereny Andras and another from Sam Abady a distinguished Civil Rights attorney from NY, and I would like to first state clearly that in no way should one think that I necessarily endorse the pro-Jewish preacher or support inviting him to speak from a synagogue pulpit. Here are the two emails:

Email from Esq. Samuel Abady:

“Mike and Fern,

There should be severe reservations about any endorsement from Rev. James D. Manning. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_David_Manning

Sam”

Excerpt of Email response sent from Ariel Ben Yochanan:

On the one hand we see someone who praises G-d, the Rav, the Jews and Zion and, objectively, this is good. On the other hand, he is, and he publicly presents himself as, an actively idol worshipping gentile. So, should we listen to him, just because he says a few things we like to hear? NO, according to the Rambam, we should not!”

I do think his speech to be a news-worthy item, and respect his courage to say the things that he did say publicly, coming from and going back to the hostile environment he lives in. I admit, initially, I too was excited about the speech, however, after thinking about it, and with the help of some of the sobering emails, it is clear that we need not get too excited, simply because we have found a token goy who likes us.

Goyim showing support for Judaism is a tool in waking Jews up to their mission

It is more important that we seek favor in the eyes of G-d and the eyes of our own people. However, using the words of a gentile will often serve as a greater eye-opener to fellow Jews than any words spoken by fellow Jews. That is the way of the Jewish world. If we wish to be most effective at influencing fellow Jews, nothing does more than bringing on the stage an Arab, or black preacher or former Klansmen to show confused Jews the proper path. This phenomenon is also reflected in many of our prayers such as the “Shir HaMaalot” the psalms said before grace after meals on Shabbat and on other happy occasions, describing the great joy upon the return of Jews to Zion, Psalms 126: The nations say, “The Lord has done great things for them (verse 2). And then in the following verse, “The Lord has done great things for us”. Many Jews will not see the hand of G-d and recognize the great miracles done on behalf of the Jewish people, until an outsider recognizes it and confirms it. As taught in the Talmud: “The one who was saved by the miracle, does not recognize the miracle” (Nida 31a).

In Jewish thought I have heard two central opinions that explain the apparent contradiction in the Bible, where in some instances the purpose mentioned in the verses behind the plagues against the Egyptians, the miracles on behalf of the Jews and other such events “so that the Jews will know G-d,” while other verses describing the same miracles and events state “so that the Egyptians shall know G-d”. One school of thought says that the recognition of the gentiles is never an end in itself, but only a reality, which is a means to help the Jew attain knowledge and a perception of G-d, that he might not have otherwise achieved by his own exclusive witness to the same events and miracles. Another school of thought claims that both are means in and of themselves. Surely there is a third view that recognizes the goal and purpose in Jew and gentile alike recognizing the existence and omnipotence of the G-d of Israel, yet the primary goal is that the Jew, G-d’s chosen reaches that level.

In conclusion – the non-Jewish preacher is hardly the key issue

In conclusion, while it may be viewed as a positive to show the way of Torah to all, even to non-Jews and one can use the words of gentiles as a tool to inspire Jews, however, our focus should be bringing Torah to Jews. Let us never fall into the trap or the obsession to seek favor in the eyes of the gentile. Regardless, we should never fall into that trap, at the expense of following Torah or doing the right thing. In the end, the Jew will be saved, because of his loyalty to Torah and not because of any alliances with the gentile. In most, if not all cases, the alliances will only give the Jews a false sense of security in gentiles. Such an alliance will ultimately distance faith and reliance in G-d, and that distances the day of redemption. In the end, the Jew will stand alone with G-d against the world and will have no one to rely on other than G-d, and no one to attribute their ultimate salvation to, other than G-d. For this reason let us not get too carried away with our mission of propaganda and hasbara to a world, that in most cases will hate us regardless, anyhow. And let us not get too excited about black preachers who sing their praise of Israel. Those of us who represent authentic Torah truth need to focus on exactly that, namely spreading Torah truth and doing the right thing, with faith in G-d, regardless of, and in spite of the obstacles often placed in our way by Jews and gentiles alike.

Festival HaMiqdash - The Temple Festival (Updated)

13 of the Fifth Month 5769

This past Mossa'ei Shabbath (Saturday night), the weekly concert series and melaweh malkah tradition returned to K'far Tapu'ah in full force with "Festival HaMiqdash" (The Temple Festival).

Videos of previous concerts, which have included such artists as Aharon Razel, Dov Shurin, Bini Landau, Ehud Avraham, and Aharit HaYamim can be viewed on the concert series YouTube Channel.

Below is a video recap by Israel National News of the Festival.

Please pay careful attention to Yekutiel Ben-Ya'akov's words on the Miqdash, the issue of "where Jews may live," and his message to U. S. President Obama. But also, please take note of what I believe to be the most important aspect of this video.
It's what the secular leftists do not want you to see...

It's what the Ashkinazy Haredi leadership does not want you to see...

It's what even the
Mamlakhati "all you need is love for your fellow Jews (except for Haredim)" leadership does not want you to see...

Hilltop and Haredi youth dancing together, getting to know one another, enjoying each others company, and learning how similar they are to one another.

For years, Ben-Ya'akov has been performing misswoth related to yishuv ha'aretz (settling of the Land), hakhnasath orhim (hospitality for guests), and Talmud Torah.

But, according all of th0se listed above, the most "dangerous" misswah Ben-Ya'akov has been performing has been working toward true Ahduth Yisra'el (Jewish Unity).

After staying up all night, praying the morning prayers, participants made their way to Jerusalem to ascend the Har HaBayith (the Temple Mount), after immersing in a miqwah, and scrictly adhering to all other laws related to the ascent .
(IsraelNN.com) Two Jews were detained by police and held for hours on Sunday morning for the simple act of kneeling while on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The two, Yosef Ben-Avraham (a former student of mine) of Shilo and Yekutiel ben-Yaakov of Kfar Tapuach, were on the Mount as part of the Holy Temple Festival held in Samaria beginning on Saturday night. (Read more...)
(Arrested for kneeling?? For goodness sakes!)

Add mesiruth nefesh (self-sacrifice) to Ben-Ya'akov's long list of Holy accomplishments.

Update:
Here is Ben-Ya'akov talking about his arrest.
