בארבעת הימים האחרונים עם 90 תלמידים יהודים בפולין, במקומות כמו טרנוב וקרקוב, הייתה קהילה יהודית שוקקת חיים כמו מה שרואים סביב גולדרס גרין. לא נשאר כלום יותר. ביקרנו בקברי אחים של ילדים. ביקרנו במחנות במיידאניץ'.

בלייכר קרא לרשויות לפעול בנחישות, "אנו קוראים לכוחות הביטחון, לשב"כ ולרשויות החוק לפעול בנחישות רבה למעצר החשודים בדבר, העמדתם לדין בחומרה והרחקה מיידית של אותם פעילים שכל עניינם פגיעה בהתיישבות היהודית".

בהצלחה ביוזמה ובעתירות אלה.

שמאלנים מטילים אימה על מתנחלים במשך שנים, כרתו עצי זית או פגעו בתשתיות, ואז האשימו את היהודים בכל זה. תיעוד וידאו לא עזר הרבה. אם שמאלנים אלה אכן מקבלים השלכות כלשהן, זה קורה מאחורי הקלעים, ומדווחים בחדשות רק בתקציר קטן הקבור, אם בכלל.

בינתיים, מתנחלים יושבים בכלא או על פשעים שלא ביצעו, אלא שהואשמו בהם, או שרק הגנו על אדמתם ורכושם מפני גניבה ופגיעה הרסנית ומרושעת מכוונת ברכוש.

פרסום שלילי מתמשך הוא בדיוק מה שרוצים בעלי השררה.

Kav Hahashifut: Farm owners seize an anarchist suspected of spreading poison in the pastures, near the Jewish town of Roi in the Jordan Valley. The anarchist was arrested. See the poisoned dates and the goats that died of poisoning.

Arutz 7: ...At the same time, two other farms in the Jordan Valley reported incidents of poisoning in their grazing areas, resulting in the death of animals and birds. Complaints were also filed with the police in these cases.

Attorney Chaim Bleicher from the "Honenu" organization, who is assisting the farm owners, said, "The hatred of the settlers by radical left-wing activists drives them crazy, and they have started committing acts of terrorism by poisoning wildlife on a large scale, posing a huge risk to humans and children who may come into contact with the poisoned dates."

He further added, "We have always warned about the dangerous activities of these anarchists, who at times encourage terrorism, and now it is being revealed that the anarchists themselves are taking reckless steps to harm nature and humans, with the potential for an ecological disaster affecting migrating birds and endangering human lives."

Bleicher called on the authorities to act decisively, stating, "We call on the security forces, the Shin Bet, and the law enforcement authorities to act with great determination to arrest those responsible, prosecute them severely, and immediately remove those activists whose sole aim is to harm Jewish settlements."

Good luck with that.

Leftists have been terrorizing settlers for years, cutting down olives trees, or damaging infrastructure, and then blaming Jews for it all. Video documentation has not helped much. If these leftists do receive any consequences, this happens behind the scenes, and are reported in a small blurb buried in the news, if at all.

Meanwhile, settlers sit in jail either for crimes they did not commit, but were blamed for, or were just defending their land and property from theft and vandalism.

Continued negative publicity is exactly what is desired by the powers that be.

It is the same old, but effective, "divide and conquer" strategy, also used again Haredim (ultra-orthodox).

When we will finally wake up and see this, and stop buying into it?

הרמב״ם לא כותב להספיד אלא הוא כותב ״וכן אסור לספר בשבחן״ (שם, הל׳ עבודה זרה וחוקי הגויים י,ו)

אז מה זאת אומרת ״מפני דרכי שלום״? ...בזמן שגלו ישראל לבין האומות,..." (שם, הל׳ עבודה זרה וחוקות הגויים י,ט [ו]) כדי שלא יבזזו את בתיכם, יכו אתכם ויהרגו אתכם. לכן אפשר לטעון למען נימוס, אפילו לניחומים, בעודכם עדיין מתגוררים במקלט זמני של מולדות הגוים, כלומר בגלות. אף על פי כן, האם באמת יש צורך לבכות עליו עד כדי כך?

"...או בזמן שיד הגויים תקיפה" (שם) כלומר, בזמן ישראל לא בשליטה מלאה על מולדתה. כנראה שאנחנו לא בשליטה מלאה על מולדתנו, ועדיין צריכים לפייס את הגויים, אפילו צריכים לנהוג כמוהם. ואז הנה אחת הדוגמאות שהציונות של היום נכשלה.

לדתיים הציונים שבארץ ישראל, מה התירוץ שלכם?

הנה ההזדמנות שלכם לציין שרבן גמליאל התאבל על מות עבדו טבי.

וכשמת טבי עבדו קבל עליו תנחומין אמרו לו תלמידיו למדתנו רבינו שאין מקבלין תנחומין על העבדים אמר להם אין טבי עבדי כשאר כל העבדים כשר היה (משנה ברכות ב,ז)

היו הרבה דברים שרבן גמליאל לא עשה בשביל טבי עבדו. למשל הוא לא שיחרר אותו בגלל מה שהוא חשב היו סיבוכים בהלכה לעשות כך (תלמוד בבלי, בבא קמא עד,ב).

אז אולי טוענים שכמו טבי צ׳רלי קירק היה ״כשר״. אבל טבי לא התפלל לאלוהות שקר ולא להקב״ה בשיתוף ולא עודד לאחרים להתפלל לאלוהות שקר.

אבל טבי לא התפלל לאלהות שקר.

יש דתיים ציונים כמו הלל פולד שבעיקר ציינו עובדות על קירק. פולד גם חשף כמה שקרים על קירק שתוצאתו גם ביטל כמה שקרים על ישראל. אבל, הוא גם קורא לקירק ״אח״? אפשר לטעון שהוא רק מביע איך הוא מרגיש, או אולי משתמש ב"אח" בשפת העם.

אין ספק שהמילים של ישי פליישר הן יותר מדי. הוא מתפלל למען נשמתו של קירק, ומבקש שיתן לכופר בתורה שבעל פה (שם, הלכות תשובה ג', יז) להיכנס לגן עדן. זאת לא הפעם הראשונה שפליישר מספר בשבחם של נוצרים.

לגנות את שפיכות הדם? כן. אבל עד כמה אנחנו צריכים להשפיל את עצמנו?

עד כמה אנחנו באמת נואשים לקבל אהבה ואישור קיום [וכסף] מהנוצרים? האם אנחנו באמת תלויים כל כך בתמיכה צבאית וכספית אחרת מארה״ב? או שמא האהבה ואישור קיום שאנחנו מכורים אליהם גורמות לנו לדבוק בהם?

ליהודים בארה"ב ובארצות אחרות בחו״ל, אתם פטורים מהתוכחה המתבטאת בכתבה זו. ברור שאתם עדיין גלות ואין לכם ברירה אלא לפייס את שכניכם הלא יהודים, ולהראות להם שאתם גם אמריקאים כמוהם.

אני מעוניין לדעת מה טוענים שלומדים עליו לפי התגובה שלי למותו של צ'רלי קירק, תוך ציטוט הלכות וכל השאר.

צ'רלי, אתה תמיד עמדת לצד ישראל. ישראל עומדת איתך - לנצח.

Have you lost your minds?

One buries the non-Jewish dead, and consoles their mourners, and visits their sick--for the sake of peace. (Mishneh Torah, Laws of the Mourner 14:12)

It does not say to eulogize them. But it does say that "it is forbidden to talk about them in a praiseworthy manner" (ibid., Laws of Avodah Zarah and Non-Jews 10:6), sing their praises, if you will.

So, what does this mean for the sake of peace? "...when Israel is in exile among the nations,..." (ibid.) So that they do not ransack your homes, beat you up, and kill you. So you could make an argument for civility, even condolences while still residing the temporary refuge of non-Jewish homelands. Nevertheless, is it really necessary to slobber all over him, and make a complete spectacle of yourselves?

"...or when they are in power." (ibid.) In other words, when Israel lacks full control over its own homeland. So, apparently we are not, and still need to placate the goyim, even have to act like them. So, much for Zionism.

To those Religious Jews residing in the Eretz Yisrael, what is your excuse?

Of course, now is your chance to point out that Rabban Gamliel mourned over the death of his slave Tavi.

And when his [Rabban Gamliel's] slave, Tavi, died, [he] accepted condolences [for his death as one would for a close family member]. His students said to him: "Have you not taught us, our teacher, that one does not accept condolences for [the death of] slaves?" He said to them: "My slave, Tavi, is not like all the rest of the slaves, he was virtuous." (Mishnah Berakhoth 2:7)

There were several things he did not do for his slave, such as release him, because of what he believed to be the halakhic complications in doing so, in Tavi's particular case (TB Bava Kama 74b).

So, maybe this example makes everything you are doing alright, if you believe that Charlie Kirk was kosher (lit.) or virtuous (trans.).

But Tavi did not pray to a false deity.

Some religious Jews, like Hillel Fuld, mostly just stated facts about Kirk. He also called out some lies about him, which in turn quashed some of the lies against Israel. Calling him Brother, though? One can make the argument that he is only expressing how he feels, or perhaps using "brother" in the vernacular.

Yishai Fleisher goes much further than this, praying for Kirk's soul, asking that someone who was, at the very least, a kofer b'Torah sheb'al peh (denier of the authority of the Oral Torah; ibid., Laws of Repentance 3:17) to be allowed into Heaven. Of course, this would not be the first time that Fleisher has praised Christians.

Condemn the spilling blood? Yes. But how much else was really necessary?

How desperate are we really for the love and validation (and money) from Christians? Are we really that dependent on military and other financial support from the United States? Or is it the love and validation we are addicted to that keeps us hanging on to them?

Jews in the U. S. and elsewhere outside of Israel, you’re off the hook. You are clearly still in a state of exile, and have no choice but placate your non-Jewish neighbors, and show that you’re an American just like them.

I wonder what people claim to learn about me from reactions to Charlie Kirk's death, citing halakhah and all.

כעת הרשימה השחורה התרחבה גם לכלול למזון. באופן קבוע דרשוביץ הלך לשוק האיכרים של ווסט טיסברי וקנה אוכל מהפירוגים הטובים. ואז מיסקביץ' החליט להצטרף לאספסוף ולאסור עליו לאכול...

הרבה פעמים בעבר אני הזכרתי את ״הכתובת על הקיר״ -- שמסיבה לא ידועה לי, יהודים אינם מסוגלים לקרוא או אפילו לראות. דרשוביץ גם לא קורא את זה כמו שצריך.

דרשוביץ לא מבין את הקשר בין אפליה ואלימות שונאת ישראל לבין עידוד ליהודים לעזוב את ארה״ב (בריטניה, קנדה, צרפת, גרמניה, וכו׳) ולעלות לארץ מולדתנו היחידה ארץ ישראל.

דרשוביץ גם לא מבין את ההקשר של סירוב שירות בדוכן בשוק האיכרים.

הוא יהודי והאוכל בדוכן אינו כשר!

סירוב לתת לו שירות בדוכן זה הוא היה מעשה רחמים עליו!

למה דווקא הוא? הוא יהודי שלא רק זוכה לפרסום, אלא גם קולו חזק בקרב השמאלנים ושומר על תמיכתו בקיומה של מולדתו של עמו. מי יותר טוב ממנו להדגיש את הנקודה הזו?

Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz appears to be living through a remake of the Seinfeld Soup Nazi episode. However, Dershowitz is facing a new culinary menace in Martha's Vineyard. Chef Krem Miskevich has barred the famed lawyer from buying pierogis because of his political views, and liberals are applauding him for it. Welcome to Pierogi Politics. It is the same distasteful politics that is tearing apart this country, only with an added carbo load.

Dershowitz has previously described how his liberal neighbors, who were friendly when he was advancing left-wing causes, have blacklisted him in the elite community due to his defense of President Donald Trump. He is treated as a persona non grata and shunned by the wealthy community.

Now the blacklisting has extended to food. Dershowitz would regularly go to the West Tisbury Farmers Market and buy food from the Good Pierogi. Then Miskevich decided to join the mob and bar him from eating. (cont.)

Just like all of the times in the past I have mentioned the writing on the wall -- that for some reason, Jews are unable to read, nor even see -- Jews are unable to see the connection between antisemitic Jew-hating discrimination and attacks of violence, and encouragement to leave the non-Jewish lands of the United States (UK, Canada, France, Germany, etc.) and relocate to their only, true homeland of Israel.

Dershowitz is also apparently unable to see the context of the refusal to serve him at a farmers' market booth.

He is a Jew, and the food is not kosher!

Refusal to serve him at this farmers' market stall was a mercy!

But why him? He is a Jew who not only has notoriety but has been a strong voice among liberals who has maintained his support for the existence of his people's homeland.

• If it was already known, then why was is not revealed in his last physical report? Are they required to?
• Did Vice-President Kamala Harris know?
• How did Biden's cancer, the strees, and treatment affect his cognitive ability, already in decline?
• Why did they choose to reveal his diagnosis now?

I will answer this final question first.

The revealing of Biden's cancer diagnosis was made now, either as a strategy of the Democratic Party to get President Trump and Fox News to lay off of him finally. Or Biden is on his last legs physically or cognitively, and it was decided to begin preparing the American People for his absent from public life, and subsequent decline that they can no longer hide, and his eventual death.

The answers to all of the other questions? Who knows?

Chances are these will be the tools of the conservatives in the next political battle, emphasizing the targeting of the Democratic Party and their media lackeys, while the leftists will play the victim and the more moderate Democrats will play both sides, accusing the far left of the cover up, and the conservatives of playing the blame game instead of reining in the far right, and focusing on the needs of the American People.

Not sure how they can say that he is a compromise candidate, when Sky News reports that he as a close ally of the dead pope.

Jean-Marc Aveline, archbishop of Marseille, French, aged 66.
Aveline is known for his folksy, easy-going nature, his readiness to crack jokes, and his ideological proximity to Francis, especially on immigration and relations with the Muslim world.

He would also be the youngest pope since John Paul II (Reuters).

OK. So, he's a globalist. Well, all representatives of The Vatican are globalists. Isn't that the ultimate goal? Making everyone in the world Catholic? Maybe they'll leave the Eastern Orthodox factions alone... for now. Nevertheless, they believe they are bearers of the truth, and are on a mission, just like the Evangelical Christians.

The College of Cardinals does not really care for popes on the young side. If they do not like his vision and associated changes he makes to Church policy, they will have to suffer all the longer. Funny, isn't the pope considered to be infallible, or at least he makes statement ex cathedra (from the throne).

Did he call on citizens to stop collaborating with Hamas? did he call on citizens to report on Hamas taking the humanitarian aid meant for them?

Of course, Pizzaballa knows the Bible, and so he knows that the Land of Israel was divinely promised to the People of Israel, and not to Ishmael and his descendants (Arabs / Muslims).

So, that was then, this is now? Well, it would not be the first time Christians changed the rules and understanding of the Bible, beginning around 2,000 years ago, and thanks to none other than... Jews. These Jews rejected the authority of the Oral Torah. You know, like the Sadducees before them, then the  Karaites, the Reform Movement, etc.

This July, former MK Dr. Michael Ben Ari was indicted for incitement to racism, specifically, was accused of inciting terror through his words, having called Arabs a "murderous people." His trial opened today.

In the video above from today, Ben-Ari criticizes the double standards of so-called "free speech" in Israel and the application of laws toward one group of people versus another, as well as the high cost of remaining silent, including the loss of thousands of lives.

And there isn't any indictment against any of them for these dispicable hate crimes.

This is what a dangerous gag order looks like. This is what a dictatorship looks like. And now you understand that they shout democracy - it's only for them. You have no rights.

Do MKs Yair Lapid, Benny Ganz, and Avigdor Lieberman actually agree with Prime Minister Netanyahu regarding UNRWA despite the threat to suspend Israel from the UN and pressure from the US government?

There is no doubt that they have hidden motives, but hopefully they are also not oblivious to the grave dangers to Israel of a Kamala Harris presidency.

Is Israel ultimately on its way to becoming a differentiated and separated nation? As it is written...

הממ... זה נראה נוח מאוד שערבים תוקפים, לא מזמן אחרי שהאקדח של יהודה שרבף הוחרם.

חוץ מזה, צה"ל לא שולח יותר חיילים לשמור על עיטם אלא שולח עוד חיילים כדי לשמור את השליטה על עיטם.

זו פעולה חוזרת של הממשלה, שרוב הממלכתים (נאמני המדינה חבל על הזמן) מסרבים להכיר בה.

ממשלת ישראל מתיחסת בכל תושב יהודה ושומרון, שאינו מקבל אליה כהסמכות העליונה בארץ ישראל, כאיום.

אני לא יודע מה ההשקפה של שרבף. אבל כנראה, כל תושב יהודה, שומרון ופעם עזה, הנאמן למדינה, יכול להיות נאמן מיותר. ואם הוא נופל אז הוא נזק נלווה.

פשוט תסתכלו לישובים שנמצאו בעזה ובצפון השומרון שנהרסו, והפכו להיות ״יודנריין״ (הגרמנית נקייה מיהודים) בשנת תשס״ה/2005. רוב היהודים בישובים אלו היו ממלכתיים. רוב תושבי יהודה ושומרון גם היו ממלכתיים, וכנראה ממשיכים בדרך זו של ממלכתיות.

יצהר וישובים קטנות ומאחזים, דומות לה בהשקפה, הן היעדים התמידיים של דיכוי על ידי הממשלה. שסמכותו של הקב"ה גדולה יותר מהמדינה, ושחוקי התורה קודמין לחוקי האדם, ואז המדינה, הם רעיונות מפריעים לממשלה מאוד.

בסביבת זמן גירוש היהודים מעזה, נשכרו חברות אבטחה פרטיות לקחת אחריות על חלק מצרכי האבטחה של ישובים ביהודה ושומרון, בעיקר משמרות שמירה בכניסה הראשית וסיורים ברחבי ההיקף. תושבים בעלי רישיון נשק וניסיון היו מוזמנים להגיש מועמדות למשרות המוצעות. אבל כל עובד לא הורשה לעבוד בישוב שלו.

טוענים שתושב הישוב לא מוכן להמנע מלעשות משהו נגד הגירוש מהישוב שלו והריסתו. הוא גם לא מוכן להמנע מלהודיע לשכניו על חשש כזה ברגע שנודע לו על .התוכנית

כמובן, לא לכולם היה רישיון נשק. הממשלה כבר החלה למצוא תירוצים לקחת רישיונות, אולי לקראת כל התנגדות לגירוש במסגרת תוכנית הגירוש של אריאל שרון.

העובדה שנוכחות יהודים, נוכחות של יהודים חמושים, מהווה הרתעה יעילה נגד הטרור הערבי, נראית כלא חשוב למטרות הסופיות של הממשלה: שליטה באמצעות פחד, ואולי יותר בסופו של דבר עוד גירוש יהודים.

יהודים כמו יהודה שרבף עומדים בדרכה.

יהי רצון ה׳ אלהינו שיהודה וכל שאר היהודים שנפגעו בפיגוע זה ובכל פגועים אחרים יתרפאו לחלוטין ובמהירות!

The Jewish Press: Two Israelis Wounded in Arab Rock-Throwing Attack Near Efrat

Two Israelis were wounded late Wednesday afternoon in a Palestinian Authority Arab rock-throwing attack near the Eitam Farm of Efrat, in Gush Etzion.

Magen David Adom paramedics treated an 18-year-old male and 26-year-old Yehuda Sharbaf at the scene before taking them both to nearby Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Both of the victims suffered head injuries, but medics said they were both in good condition.

Sharbaf is the manager of the farm and the Yeshiva on the Eitam.

He is also an IDF officer and spent four months fighting in Gaza at the start of the war.

This morning, according to Sharbaf, the army confiscated his IDF issued rifle without explanation. And within 12 hours he and other people from the farm were brutally attacked by Arabs.

According to a source in the municipality, the IDF is sending more soldiers to guard the Eitam.

Hmm... It does seem awfully conveniently that Arabs attack, not too long after Yehudah Sharbaf's gun was confiscated.

Besides that, the IDF is not sending more soldiers to guard Eitam; it is sending more soldiers to control Eitam.

This is yet one more pattern of the government, which most mamlakhtim (diehard State loyalists) refuse to acknowledge.

The Israeli Government considers any resident of Judea and Samaria, who does not view it as the ultimate authority in the Land of Israel, to be a threat.

I cannot say what Sharbaf's ideology is. However, any resident of Judea, Samaria, and once upon a time, Gaza, who is loyal to the State, can be collateral damage. Just look at the towns in Gaza and Northern Samaria that were destroyed, and made Judenrein (Ger. cleansed of Jews) in תשס״ה/2005. Most of the Jews in these towns were mamlakhtim. Most residents of Judea and Samaria were as well, and probably still are.

Yitzhar and like-minded, smaller Jewish towns, are the perpetual targets of government oppression. Like-minded as in The Almighty's authority is greater than the State, His Torah having higher authority than the laws of the Israeli government.

Around the time of the expulsion of Jews from Gaza, private security firms were hired to take responsibility for some of the security needs of Jewish towns in Judea and Samaria, mainly guarding the main entrance and making patrols around the perimeter. Residents with a gun license and experience were welcome to apply for the jobs offered. However, any employee was not permitted to work in his own town.

The theory is that a resident would not stand by and see his town evacuated, and then destroyed. He would also not hesitate to inform his neighbors once he learned of this plan.

Of course, not everyone had a gun licenses. The government had already begun making excuses to take away licenses, perhaps in anticipation of any resistance against being expelled under Ariel Sharon's Disengagement Expulsion Plan.

The fact that the presence of Jews, the presence of armed Jews, is an effective deterent against Arab terror, appears to be irrelevant to the Israeli Government's ultimate objectives: Control through fear, and quite possibly more eventual expulsions of Jews.

Jews like Yehudah Sharbaf stand in its way.

May Yehudah and all other Jews hurt in the attack heal completely and speedily!

Bennett says that "for years the Jewish communities stood by Israel when it needed their help; now it is our turn to stand by Houston's Jewish community." The aid money will be submitted for government approval at an upcoming Cabinet meeting. Harvey struck on August 25 and pounded the city with five consecutive days of heavy rains, causing an estimated tens of billions of dollars in damage. 

Israel said on Monday it will donate $1 million in emergency aid to Houston's Jewish community to aid in post-Harvey recovery efforts. Diaspora Affairs Minister Naftali Bennett said in a statement that the funds will be earmarked to help the 60,000-strong community repair and rebuild schools, synagogues and a community center damaged in the storm and floods.

After Hurricane Katrina, there was at least one Jewish community that raised millions of dollars to rebuild their destroyed synagogue.

Before Hurricane Harvey, there were several floods in Houston, which much caused damage to the Jewish community there. But like the Jews in the United States who rebuilt their synagogue, the Jews in Houston are stubbornly remaining in exile despite such events.

The time has long since arrived to leave galut (Exile).

And these Jews are Zionists?! Not at all. They do not mind helping these Jews for the Land of Israel. But they care only about their impression of the State of Israel and the nations.

You probably want to ask me if I shouldn't judge Bennett favorably, right?

Anyone who identifies as religious Zionist, but wants to hand over parts of the Land of Israel to Arabs, grant citizenship to many more Arabs identifying as "Palestinians," and to throw money (our income tax probably!) to Jews to rebuild their community abroad, not to immigrate to Israel, but to help these Jews remain in exile, does deserve any benefit of the doubt from me.

Do you want the taxes you pay the government to go to Jews in exile to help them stay in exile?

כוחות גדולים של משטרה וצבא הגיעו הלילה ליישוב יצהר על מנת להרוס שני בתי מגורים בשכונת "קומי אורי" שבדרום יצהר. מאות שוטרים צעדו רגלית מהכפר עוריף ובמקביל הגיע כח נוסף מלווה בכלים הנדסיים משער הישוב והחלו בפינוי בשני מוקדים, האחד בשכונת קומי אורי והשני חמש מכולות שהוצבו בשטח הישוב עצמו.

בשכונת קומי אורי (הכיפה הסרוגה), החלו הכוחות בהריסת שני בתי משפחות צעירות, שבאחת מהן נמצאת האם בסוף החודש התשיעי להריונה. לאחר שעות ארוכות יצאו הכוחות מהיישוב, מבלי שהשלימו לחלוטין את הריסת הבתים, וזאת לאחר שעשרות תושבים הגיעו למקום להביע מחאה פסיבית כנגד גירוש המשפחות.

התושבים חסמו את דרכי הגישה לפינוי, כמה מהם הצליחו לחסום בקרשים את דלת בית אחת המשפחות, ולשוטרים לקח זמן רב לפנותם. בנוסף ניסו השוטרים להכניס לשטח מחפרון ומשאית אך הללו לא הצליחו להגיע לבתים. (המשך)

כבר כתבתי על הישוב יצהר ,שהיא מטרה להריסה של הממשלה (אנגלית) מפני שהיא אחת הישובים האידיאולוגיות ביותר ביהודה ושומרון. ברגע שממשלת ישראל תצליח להגרש את התושבי יצהר ולהרוס את הישוב, תושבי הישובים הנשארים, שמיועדים לההרס על פי החלטת הממלשלה, יתיאשו ויהיו מוכנים לקום ולצאת מהישובים האלה ללא שום ויכוח. ברגע נציגי הממשלה מגיעים להגיש להם את הצו על כך, נראה לי שהמזוודות יהיו כבר מאורזות.

תושבי הישוב גם דיווחו על אלימות על ידי המשטרה במהלך תקרית זו, ואמרו שהיא כוללת מכות לאזור בין הרגליים. (מעניין לחשוב על האפשרות שהשוטרים הכו לברית מילה.). וגם תושבי הישוב נמנעו מלהגיע לתפילת שחרית ולעבוד בזמן, בשל סגירת כבישים שהוזמנו על ידי מפקד חטיבת שומרון, גלעד עמית. כל יהודי שעדיין מופתע מאירועים כאלה פשוט לא שם לב למה שקורה בסביבתו, ... או אולי לא רוצה לשים לב.

יותר גרוע מחוסר תשומת הלב, הרבה נאמני המדינה (הממלכתים) "הדתיים" עדיין מדברים על ההבדלים המתנחלים האלה (שמגישים לחיילי צה״ל שמגיעים לפנות תושבים ולהרוס את ביתם) ל״מתנחלים ההם״ (שמשתדלים להציל את הבתים שלהם, אפילו שדבר כזה נוגד לרצון הממשלה). והמתנחלים וחוצפנים האלה מעזים לדבר על אחדות ישראל.

"האלימות המשטרתית והניצול הציני של בני הנוער התמימים לגירוש והריסת בתי מתיישבים, צועקים לשמיים", אומרים הבוקר ביצהר. "בצומת הכניסה ליישוב ניצב כבר שנים רבות מסגד בלתי חוקי שהוצא כנגדו צו הריסה. ליברמן והמנהל האזרחי לא מעזים להרוס אותו יחד עם אלפי בתים ערבים בלתי חוקיים, אבל אין להם בעיה לזרוק משפחות צעירות מביתן באישון לילה, בושה וחרפה".

במשך שנים נערכו הרבה סקרים כדי לקבוע מי הוא "הישראלי הממוצע". הסקרים האלה, שבוצעו בדרך כלל על ידי שמאלנים, מגיעים לאותן המסקנות כמעט כל הזמן: "הישראלי הממוצע" מזדהה כימין מהמרכז באופן פוליטי, דתי או מסורתי (זאת לא אומרת ״קונסרבטיבי!״), ומתנגד למסירת חלקי ארץ ישראל לערבים, כאילו יהודה ושומרון. ובזכות תוצאות הסקרים האלה, אני חייב לשאל, ״למה הממשלה לא מבצעה את מה שאזרחי מדינת ישראל רוצים? ולמה אנחנו ממשיכים להצביע לממשלות כאלה לשלטון?

ישראלים מדברים הרבה ביאת מלחמת האחים. אבל מלחמת האחים כבר הגיעה, ואנחנו יושבים במצב הזה שנים כבר. ולדעתי, הממשלה עצמה מעודדת את זה. אם יש מחלוקות בין קבוצות יהודים, אז יותר קל לשלוט על האוכלוסיה.

אפשר לעקור עוד התנחלויות ביהודה ושומרון בלי שינוי דעת אזרחי המדינה שרובם מתנגדים לזה? בלי ״פעולות מיוחדות״ לטפל בעניין, לא נראה לי. מי שמבין יבין.

ממשלת ישראל מנסה לשכנע את העם להתנגד לתורה ולמי שהולך לפיה,וללכת לפי חוקי המדינה אפילו כשחוקי התורה נוגדים חוקים כאלה. היא רוצה לשכנע לעם להחליף את התורה בנאמנות של המדינה.

רבים מבני הנוער שמצאו את עצמם בסיטואציה הקשה, סירבו בתוקף לקחת חלק בנעשה, והציוד נותר בשטח.

הרבה בני הנוער האלה סירבו לשתתף בפעולה הזאת, אז יש עדיין תקוה.

Gallery: Hundreds of policemen demolished houses overnight and confiscated containers in Yitzhar, using heavy violence. After a determined struggle, part of the evacuation target was not carried out. "Lieberman the hero dares to throw a woman in her ninth month of pregnancy out of her home in the middle of the night," said in Yitzhar.

A large number of both Israeli military and police forces arrived in the settlement of Yitzhar in the Shomron (Samaria) tonight to demolish two homes in the Kumi Uri neighborhood in the southern part of the town. Hundreds of policemen marched by foot from the village of Urif. At the same time, an additional force arrived accompanied by heavy equipment from the town's entrance, and began clearing out two locations, one in the Kumi Uri neighborhood and five shipping containers in the town itself.

In the Kumi Uri neighborhood, the soldiers and police began demolishing the homes of two young families, one of the women at the end of her ninth month of pregnancy. After many hours, the forces left the settlement without demolishing the houses completely, after many Yitzhar residents arrived to protest the families' expulsion.

Residents blocked access roads, and some of them managed to block one of the families' doors with boards, the police then having to take a long time to clear them. In addition, the police tried to enter the area with a backhoe and truck, but could not reach the houses. (a lot of good that did!) (cont.)

I have already written about the town of Yitzhar being a target of the Israeli Government, as it is one of the most ideologically oriented towns in the Yehudah and Shomron (Judea and Samaria). Once the government succeeds in taking down Yitzhar, the rest of the towns in the area will be much more likely to get up, and go quietly, as it were.

Police brutality was also reported during this incident, and was said to include blows to to the groin (Interesting to think of the possibility that police officers were attacking the brith milah). Yitzhar residents were also prevented from getting to morning prayers and to work on time, due to road closures ordered by Shomron Brigade commander Gilad Amit. Any Jews still surprised by such incidents have simply not been paying attention,...or perhaps, do not want to pay attention.

Worse yet, many of the "religious" diehard State loyalists (mamlákhtim) still talk about how "those settlers" are different from "us well-behaved settlers." And they dare talk of "Jewish unity."

"The police violence and the cynical exploitation of innocent youths for the expulsion and destruction of settler homes are shouting to the heavens," Yitzhar said this morning. "Lieberman and the Civil Administration do not dare demolish it with thousands of illegal Arab homes, but they have no problem throwing young families out of their homes in the middle of the night, shame and disgrace."

Countless surveys have been taken over the years to determine who is the "average Israeli." These surveys, often carried out by bias leftists, still always manage to come up with the same results. The "average Israeli" is right of center, religious or traditional and does not want the government to give up any land. So, why does the government never seem to do what its constituents want? And why do we continue to vote such governments into power?

The civil war that so many like to talk about is not coming; it is here, it has been here for years now, and it has been encouraged by the Israeli Government itself.

How else will they being able to remove settlements, beginning with Yitzhar, without a shift in public opinion? They won't be able to.

And so, the Israeli government continues to demonize Torah and those who follow it, attempting to replace Torah with diehard State loyalty.

Many of the youth who found themselves in a difficult situation refused to take part in the event, and the equipment remained on the ground.  

Since many of these kids refused to participate in this action, there is still hope.
