אני שמח לראות הרבה יותר מאמרים ומאמרי דעה על הצורך בעצמאותנו מארה״ב. אני לא מתפלא שרובם בעברית ולא באנגלית, ובתקשורת הימנים יותר.

אין ספק שהרבה מדתיים דוברי אנגלית המתגוררים בארץ, יהודים יקוננו על הכתבה. רבים מהם עקשנים ומסרבים לפתוח את ראשיהם כדי להקשיב את האמת. ממש כמו השמאלנים בארה"ב סובלים מתסמונת ״השיבוש של טראמפ״, יהודים רבים בישראל סובלים מתסמונת "טראמפ יציל אותנו".

ראשית, לא כדאי להתפלא שממשל שהמנהלים של ביידן לא מאמינים בכך שניתן להשיג ניצחון מוחלט מול חמאס. ממשלת ארה"ב מערערת את המאמצים שלנו, ובדרך אחרת מנסה לשלוט במלחמה, בכל שלב.

• מניעת העברת נשק הדרוש לתבוסה מוחלטת של חמאס, נשק שהקונגרס האמריקני כבר אישר.
• הצהרה שתבוסה מוחלטת של חמאס אינה המטרה הסופית של הסכסוך המלחמה הנוכחית.
• כנראה מניעת מודיעין שנאסף על חמאס.
• קבלת החלטות עבור ישראל לגבי מה שנקרא סיוע הומניטרי לעזה, ללא אמצעי הגנה מספקים שימנעו מחמאס עצמו לקבל את הסיוע.
• הטלת עִצּוּמִים (סנקציות) על יהודים ביהודה ושומרון שמעיזים להגן על עצמם, על יחידת צה"ל נחל יהודה (נחל חרדי לשעבר), שבמקרה חיילי היחידה הזו יראי שמים שומרי תורה ומצוות.
• הסקת מסקנות שישראל מבצעת פשעי מלחמה. למרות שישראל לא עושה שום דבר שארה"ב לא עושה, וגם לא כבר עשתה בעבר.

בינתיים הרבה ישראלים מוטעים מפגינים כדי לחבל בניצחון שלנו מול חמאס, והאמת היא שאין להם מושג שזה מה שהם עושים. אני לא יכול לדמיין את הכאב שעוברים משפחות בני הערובה שלנו. אף על פי כן, משפחות אלו נצטרפו כחברי ליוזמה ומשתמשים בהן כרגלים על ידי האליטה הישראלית, החילונית, כלומר ראש הממשלה לשעבר אהוד ברק וכדומים לו, כדי להשיג את המטרות הסופיות של הערב רב.

מה זה האג'נדה הזו שלהם? עידוד הגוים להמשיך להכנס לישראל ולהתקלט לתוך כלל ישראל.

• מסתננים מאפריקה נכנסים לישראל מסודן ומאריתריאה כבר יותר ממ-10 שנים, בסיעת בית המשפט העליון שמבטל כמעט כל הזדמנות לגרש אותם.
• הדלתות נפתחו עוד יותר כדי לקלוט הגוים מאוקראינה, בעוד שיהודי אוקראינה אמיתיים רבים עומדים בפני מכשולים ואתגרים שונים לעלות לישראל.
• בג״ץ לא מכבד קביעת זכויותיהם של יהודים שומרי תורה ומצוות, לטובת מה שנקרא זכויות אדם של מחבלים ערבים.

אמריקאים, היהודים וגם הלא-יהודים, עכשיו יודעים לזהות את ההקבלות בין שתי המדינות שלנו. מנסים לבטל את הלאומיות, בעוד שלמתנגדים ללאומיות ניתן להשתמש חופשי בכל האמצעים הדרושים על מנת להשיג את מטרתם.

בישראל קוראים לזה "דמוקרטיה יהודית", שפירוש ביטוי הסיסמא הזה הוא ״נגד תורה״. למרות שאין בזה שום דבר יהודי, וגם שום דבר דמוקרטי.

כשמשהו יהודי, כלומר הלכה או עוד עניין תורה, מאיים לעצור את האג׳נדה שלהם, בב״ץ מתערב במקום תפקידו של בית הדין הרבני העליון ומבטל את האיום הממשמש ובא על כוחו. עד כה, הניצחון הגדול ביותר של בג״ץ הוא אילוץ קבלתם של אינספור גוים כיהודים.

כשמשהו לאומני, כלומר, כשמשהו ציוני-דתי מפריע להתקדמות האג׳נדה שלהם, כגון חוק שהתקבל בכנסת שחלק הערב רב הזה מתנגד לו, אז בג״ץ פשוט פוסק שהוא "בלתי סביר". גם הימיניים וגם השמאלניים חייבים לדעת שמאז שנות ה-90, תחת נשיא בית המשפט העליון דאז אהרון ברק, בג״ץ יכול לעשות את זה, להחליט אם חוק הוא סביר או לא.

במדינות אחרות, קוראים לאסטרטגיה הז ביצוע ״האג'נדה הגלובליסטית״, המעודדת כל אחד בעולם לגור בכל מקום שהוא רוצה על פני כדור הארץ. ככה מפרקיםאת כוחה של הלאומיות, ונותן לגלובליסטים לשלוט בכדור הארץ בקלות וביעילות רבה יותר.

ועכשיו כולכם חייבים ללדעת בבירור את הסיבה האמיתית לכך שהמפגינים -- המשתמשים במשפחות של בני ערובה כרגלים כמו בשחמט -- מתנגדים בכוח כל כך חזק נגד רה״מ נתניהו. הפשט הוא שרבים מהם עדיין מאמינים שאפשר לחיות בדו-קיום לצמוד לעוד מדינת טרור ערבית. עדיין יש למפגינים האלה ראש של אנשי עולם המערבי החילוני, כלומר ראש שעדיין חי בגלות.

על פי תנאי ממשלת החירום הנוכחית, אסור לקדם את הרפורמה השיפוטית ואפילו לדון בה עד שהמלחמה הנוכחית תגמר. לדעתי, זו לא מקריות מכיוון שהמלחמה החלה זמן קצר לאחר העברת חלק הראשון מתוך שלושת חלקי הרפורמות המוצעות. ואז, כמה חודשים אחר לתחילת המלחמה, בעוד שהממשלה אינה רשאית לקדם עוד את הרפורמות השיפוטיות, בג״ץ ביטל אותו.

לאמריקאים שיודעים משהו על מערכת דמוקרטית אמיתית, זה צריך להראות מוזר מאוד. אבל לא מדברים על ארה״ב אלא ישראל מדינה מעין דמוקרטית שהוסיף קצת טעם וריח לאופיה.

אז מה הקשר של הרפורמה השיפוטית המוצעת של ישראל לצורך להצהיר על עצמאותה מארה"ב?

התשובה היא פשוטה. ארה"ב רוצה לשלוט את האזור כבר הרבה זמן. כולכם צריכים לזכור את איראן, עיראק, וכווית. וגם כדאי לזכור את כל הפעמים שבהן ארה"ב איימה להפסיק לממן את ישראל בגלל הבנייה ביהודה ושומרון ועד 2005, עזה. ארה״ב דורשת שישראל מכבדת את סמכותה.

אתם יכולים לראות את הקשר בין ההפגנות הנוכחיות נגד נתניהו למען הפסקת אש בעזה לבין ההפגנות נגד הרפורמה השיפוטית לפני המלחמה. שניהן נמצאות בחסות קבוצת קפלן, על שם הצומת הראשית בתל אביב שבה היו המחאות.

אתם יכולים לראות את ההקבלות בין המתרחש בארה"ב לבין המתרחש בישראל. גבולות די פתוחים למטרה סופית להגדיל את מספר המצביעים בצד של הגלובליסטים.

עצמאות מארה"ב חיונית להמשך קיומה של מדינת ישראל כבית לעם ישראל. ישראל לא תהפוך רשמית למדינה ה-51 של ארה״ב אלא תחזור להיות מדינת חסות של רומא אדום.

ישראל לא אמורה להיות מדינת המערב ולא מדינת המזרח אלא במרכז העולם. אבל מי שימשיך להתעקש להצהיר שישראל היא מדינת המערב יכול לקבל את רצונו.

I have been happy to see an increasing number of articles and opinion pieces on the need for independence from the United States. Most of them have been in Hebrew, and in the more right-wing media sources. No surprises there.

Let me add to them, and add to the handful that exist in English. The so-called right-wing, English-speaking, religious Jews will no doubt lament this post. Many are well beyond the point of no return. Whereas leftists in the U. S. suffer from "Trump Derangement Syndrome," many Jews in Israel suffer from the opposite: "Trump Will Save Us" Syndrome.

First off, it is no wonder that the Biden administration handlers do not believe that total victory against Hamas can be achieved. The U. S. Government has been subverting our efforts, and otherwise trying to control the war, at every step of the way.

• Preventing the transfer of weapons needed for the complete defeat of Hamas, weapons which the U. S. Congress has already approved.
• Stating that the complete defeat of Hamas is not the ultimate goal of the current conflict war.
• Quite possibly withholding intelligence gathered on Hamas.
• Making decisions for Israel regarding so-called humanitarian aid to Gaza, without sufficient safeguards in place to prevent Hamas from receiving any of it.
• Sanctioning Jews in Judea and Samaria for defending themselves, not to mention sanctioning an entire unit of the IDF, which happens to be one specifically made up of God-fearing/Torah-observant soldiers.
• Making inferences that Israel is commiting warcrimes. Even though Israel and done nothing that the U. S. would not, nor already has, done itself in recent history.

Meanwhile, here in Israel, many misguided Israelis are demonstrating to sabotage our own victory against Hamas, and really have no idea that is what they are doing. I cannot possibly imagine the pain the families of our hostages are experiencing. Nevertheless, these families have been co-opted, being used as pawns by the Israeli, secular elite, eg. former Prime Minister Ehud Barak and crew, to bring about the agenda of this contingent of the Erev Rav.

And what is this agenda of theirs? Encouraging non-Jews to continue their flow into Israel.

• Foreign workers marrying Israelis, or gaining special status in order to remain here.
• Infiltrators from Africa have been flowing into Israel from Sudan and Eritrea for over 1o years, with the Supreme Court blocking almost every opportunity to deport them.
• The flood gates have opened even wider to absorb non-Jews from the Ukraine, while many Ukrainian Jews face various obstacles to leave for Israel.
• Blocking the assertion of rights of Torah-observant Jews, in favor of the so-called human rights of Arab terrorists.

Americans, both Jewish and non-Jewish should be able to recognize the parallels between our two countries. Nationalism is demonized, while those opposed to nationalism are given free rein to use any means necessary in order to achieve their objective.

In Israel, this is called "Jewish Democracy," the code phrase for ״anti-Torah.״ Even though there is nothing in the least bit Jewish, nor democratic about it.

When something Jewish, in other words, something Torah-related, is seen as an obstacle to their agenda, the Israeli Supreme Court steps in, usurps the role of the High Rabbinical Court, and eliminates the impending threat to its power. So far, the biggest victory for State's High Court has been forcing the acceptance of countless non-Jews as Jews.

When something nationalist, in order words, when something truly Religious Zionist gets in the way, such as a law legitimately passed by the Knesset (Israel's Parliament), the Supreme Court simply strikes it down as "unreasonable." That's right. Since the 1990s, under then Supreme Court President Aharon Barak, it can do that, decide whether or not something is "unreasonable."

In other nations on this earth, this is known as the globalist agenda, encouraging anyone on earth to reside anywhere on earth. By breaking down the power of nationalism, the globalists will be able to control the planet more easily and effectively.

And you should all now being able to see the real reason the protestors, using the families of hostages as tools, are so virulently against Netanyahu. Certainly, on the surface, many still live under the Western secular delusion of coexistence along side yet another Arab terrorist state. But underneath it all, these are the same protestors and organizers of the anti-Judicial Reform protests, pre-Hamas was in Gaza.,br />
Under the terms of the current, emergency government, the Judicial Reform may not be advanced, nor even discussed, until the current war has been resolved. If you ask me, that is a little too convenient, especially since the war began shortly after the first of the three proposed reforms was passed. Then a few months into the war, while the government is not allowed to advance any more of the Judicial Reforms, the High Court struck down the single reform passed.

To Americans who know something of a truly democratic system, this should seem very odd. But this is not America; this is Israel, a quasi-democratic state with some Jewish sprinkles on top.

So what does Israel's proposed Judicial Reform have to do with the need to assert its independence from the U. S.?

It is simple. The U. S. has wanting control in the region for a very longtime. You should all remember Iran, Iraq, and Kuwait. But you should also recall the various times when the U. S. has held its money over Israel's head, expecting her to tow the line respect its authority, particularly when it has come to building up Judea and Samaria, and up until 2005, Gaza.

You can see the connection between the current demonstrations against Netanyahu for a ceasefire in Gaza and the anti-Judicial Reform protests. They are both under the auspices of what is known as the Kaplan group, named for the major Tel Aviv intersection where the protests have been based.

You can see the parallels between what is taking place in the U. S. and Israel. Lack of border integrity with the ultimate goal of increasing the voter pool on the side of the globalists, to name only one.

Independence from the U. S. is essential for Israel's continued existence. Otherwise, the way we are headed is that Israel may not officially become the 51st state. But reverting to being a protectorate of Rome Edom is not out of the question.

Israel is neither Western nor Eastern, rather central. But those who continue to insist that Israel is a Western nation will get their wish.

Clearly, a show like this fascinates those viewing it, and makes a great impression upon them. And it is clear to me, this is the show's main objective.

But, I would like to know if anyone has asked yet why the State of Israel needs all of these drones.

To aid in guarding the borders of the State?

Or the Israeli Government simply wasted all of this money on entertainment for Independence Day celebrations?

I don't think so.

I highly recommend that you think good and hard about the answer to this question.

Mohamed Abu Khdeir

Most of you have heard about the Israeli Government's attempt to include Mohamed Abu Khdeir on its list of victims of terrorism, whom were memorialized on Israel's recent Memorial Day (ג' אייר תשע"ה/April 22, 2015).

Mohamed Abu Khdeir was killed last year. According to Israeli authorities, his murder was carried out by "settler boys," in retaliation for last year's kidnapping and murder of Eyal Yifrah (19), Naftali Frenkel (16), Gil'ad Sha'ar (16) hy"d. Anyway, that is the claim.

The suspicion that Abu Khdeir was actually killed by those from his own community for being gay, was never fully investigated to my satisfaction. There are additional theories behind his murder as well.

And, of course, photo of Abu Khdeir giving the "three finger salute," the disgusting sign of support for whoever kidnapped, and then murdered Jewish teenagers Eyal Yifrah, Naftali Frenkel, Gil'ad Sha'ar hy"d, was almost impossible for me to find (Rotter.net?). Last year, the "three finger salute" could be seen all over the social media accounts of Arabs.

The religious, Jewish boys were enticed into a car in the Gush Etzion area, south of Jerusalem, when the Arab owner of the car asked for help to get it started. The Arab was then seen driving the boys away in the opposite direction of where they were headed.

Mohamed Abu Khdeir was removed from the list of terrorists victims at the request of his parents.

Well, they identify themselves as "palestinians," so why should they be allowed to vote? For that matter, why should they receive social welfare benefits or the right to work?

White House National Security Council staffers recently hosted a US-Palestinian teenager who was beaten by Israeli riot police last year to review “pending issues related to his case,” CNN reported on Monday.

Tariq Abu Khdeir, 16, met with officials at the White House on April 15 to discuss matters related to his family’s planned visit to Jerusalem later this year. 

“The US government has remained closely engaged with Tariq and his family since his return from Jerusalem,” a White House official told CNN. “As part of the follow-up on pending issues related to his case, National Security Council staff met with the Abu Khdeirs recently.” 

The Tampa teenager — of Palestinian descent — and his family plan to return to Jerusalem in the summer to visit relatives in the Shuafat neighborhood of the capital.
Abu Khdeir’s family sought assurances from the White House that it would not suffer any retaliation for the events following the teen’s beating in July 2014. (cont.)

So, what I would like to know is why all the hubbub about poor little Tariq Abu Khdeir? Because he is an American citizen?

What about Naftali Frenkel hy"d, and the countless other American citizens killed or injured by Arab terrorists? Where has all the fuss been about them?

Why doesn't the above report mention the claim that Tariq Abu Khdeir was carrying a sling shot?These days, a sling shot can be used not only just to injure someone, say damage his eye beyond repair. But can also be used to launch small explosives at someone, blowing out even more than an eye.


The video, obviously taken by an Arab overlooking the scene, begins only after Abi Khdeir might have been disarmed. How convenient.

I would also like to know how Tariq Abu Khdeir was identified as the suspect in this video. The officers confessed? They were under pressure from other officers looking on? If the Israeli Police Force is so corrupt and heavily weighted against Arabs, then why no attempts at a cover-up?

Stay tuned to see if Abu Khdeir gets involved in another riot, or even gets used as a puppet to be some sort of symbol for the false "Pseudostinian" cause.

I am not going to post the way over the top video honoring venerating "Moreinu" (our teacher). You view it at the Life In Israel Blog, if you really feel the need to.

The State of Israel awards one of its loyalists a prize. Big deal.

Like his neighbor, Rabbi Yo'el Bin-Nun, who famously reported those celebrating Yitzhaq Rabin's death to the police, Rabbi Lichtenstein is most definitely a hakham (Torah scholar). Also, like Bin-Nun, he is an expert at reading anything he wants into the sources of our heritage.

And speaking of our heritage...

Interestingly enough, another Rosh Yeshiva from Yeshiva University, Rabbi Tzvi Shachter teaches that the Torah and our Land of Israel are both descried in the Torah as "morashah" (heritage), as opposed to "yerushah" (inheritance). The recipients of a yerushah can do whatever they want with it. But the recipients of morashah cannot. Rather a morashah must delivered to the next generation in tact. (Eretz Yisrael in the Parsha by Rabbi Moshe Lichtman)

The Torah cannot be chopped up, and manipulated as we please, the quintessential trademark of the so-called "Movements of Judaism," claiming the status of religious denominations, just like the Christians. Likewise our Divinely promised Land may not be chopped up, sold, auctioned off, nor otherwise handed over, ie. mesirah to the goyim.

No wonder the State awarded a prize to Rabbi Aharon Lichtenstein. Not only does he tow the State's line, he keeps thousands of Jews with kippoth on their head in line for the State. (I was recently informed that he has thousands of students...as if numbers and popularity meant anything.) He even supports this with Torah sources, and does so expertly.

In all fairness, I have heard it said that Rabbi Me'ir Kahane hy'd once heard someone say something disrespectful about Rabbi Lichtenstein. Rabbi Kahane immediately admonished him, and told him never to say such things about his again,...as he supports the cause of the Temple Mount.

Well, I am afraid that I cannot find Rabbi Lichtenstein's opinions regarding the Temple Mount, our sovereignty over it, ascending it, nor rebuilding the Temple itself. If anyone has such information, I would greatly appreciate it, if it were sent to me, or left as a comment below.

All that I could find were Rabbi Lichtenstein's accomplishments, which I have highlighted above in red, all of which occurred after Rabbi Kahane's murder. I wonder what he would say about Rabbi Lichtenstein, if he were alive today.

I have no doubt that Rabbi Lichtenstein has accomplished much good in within Klal Yisra'el. But, does that balance out his apparent denial of the increasing number of setiroth (contradictions) between following the State and following the Torah?

How should I know? I'm not a rabbi.

Oh, and just one more thing: So that you know that I was not singling out Rabbi Lichtenstein, I was just as critical of last year's recipient of the Israel Prize, Rabbi Chaim Druckman.

Two protests were held at Tel Aviv University Monday – one, by a group of Arab and Jewish students protesting against the “nakba,” the defeat of Arab forces that resulted in the independence of Israel in 1948, and the other a group of pro-Israel students from the Im Tirzu organization, counter-demonstrating agains the nakba group.

This is the second year the anti-Israel groups have held a nakba event, said Alon Schwarter, an organizer of the Im Tirzu counter-demonstration. “We realize that these events are part of the attempts to deligitimize (sic.) Israel,” he said. “We see it in events like this, as well as when they call for a boycott of Israel, and in the academic realm, where professors equate the nakba with the Holocaust. We will not allow it to continue. We have unfortunately found that when there is no one to protest, these things continue, and they are successful. We will not stand by and allow this to go on.”

Sa'ar Szekely, a leftist activist and among the organizers of the nakba event, doesn't see his group as anti-Israel at all. “We believe that it is very important for Israelis to learn about the nakba. This is the one way for justice and equality and peace here. Only when we recognize the injustice can we find ways to correct it and restore relations between the two nations. We all live in one land.

“I see the nakba as a tragedy,” he added. “You can talk about the causes and the reasons on either side – that the 1948 war of independence led to independence or nakba – but there is no doubt that a tragedy took place here. And as a Jewish Israeli, it is my tragedy as well.” (cont.)


Esser Agaroth (2¢):
So, let me get this straight.

The Arabs of at least six nations, including those Arabs living within the borders of Eretz Yisra'el (the Land of Israel) rose up to annihilate the Jewish People. And that is supposed to be a nakba (tragedy),...for the Arabs.

Why? Because they didn't succeed??

On November 29, 1947, the United Nations voted to grant Israel statehood. The council which would later become the nascent Israeli government was overjoyed. The Arabs did not like the international community's compromise So, when Israel finally declared its independence the following 5 Iyyar (May 15, 1948), and fought off the annihilation, and Arabs began to run away, even though leftist "Jews" begged them to stay, that is supposed to be a nakba?

Of course, the Arab Nations eventually succeeded in taking over the United Nations, and have held it hostage several times, in order to get its way. But, that is another story for another time....

So, I suppose that these Tel-Aviv University students are ready and willing to relinquish Ramat-Aviv, the northern Tel-Aviv neighborhood where their university currently stands, and which used to be known Sheikh Munis (الشيخ مونّس), but was abandoned.

Every time some pitiful, self-hating Jew brings up the necessity to "give Arabs back 'their' land," I respond with the necessity to "give back" Sheikh Munis. Yet, conveniently, any number of excuses are brought up to counter my recommendation.

Often, these Jews have never even heard of Sheikh Munis, and have never learned that Tel-Aviv itself is just over 100 years old.

This combination of hypocrisy and ignorance is supposed to contribute to Israeli's future, in the way of its so-called "future leaders." These "future leaders" are more like Israel's future de-Jewifiers and destroyers.

I highlight a few suspicious (ie. nonobjective) words in red bold which stand out to me, and provide my Esser Agaroth (2¢) below. Even if most of these words which stand out have been translated in accurately here, the taint is there.

The demonstrators all appear positive and upbeat. Some smiles, but no sour faces, and without even a hint of an aggressive pinky finger. But, don't take my word for it. Who Stood For The Israeli Memorial Day Siren?

The siren went off this evening at 8:00 PM, one of two sirens sounded on Israel’s Memorial Day. The second will go off tomorrow morning.

"Day of Remembrance for fallen IDF Soldiers and for those slain in terrorist acts"

I was traveling on the #4 bus when it went off. The driver stopped the bus, and everyone stood, including the Haredim on the bus. Where they were going on the #4 on a night when everything was closed, I have no idea. The #4 goes from the center of town to the southern neighborhoods of Qatamonim, Pat, and Malhah, ending at the Jerusalem Mall.

But, I digress....

I bring up the issue of Haredim, because this community has often been criticized for not standing in place quietly during the sounds of sirens. This past week, when the sirens went off for Holocaust Memorial Day, a new past time was initiated amongst Haredi bashers, that of taking photographs of those not standing in place. Of course, those individuals running around taking pictures were, themselves, desecrating the somber observance.

And what about all of the Arabs who do not stand in place? That's OK, is it?

At least Haredim have a way in which they do honor those who were murdered during the Holocaust, the Fast of the Tenth Month (10 b'Teveth) and the Fast of the Fifth Month (9 b'Av).

Regarding Memorial Day, there are also plenty of more appropriate Jewish observances than standing for a siren.

I stand for the fallen soldiers for one reason. I stand, because in spite of all of the flaws of the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF], and the government which runs it, and there are many such flaws, those soldiers who fell, fell protecting the Land in which I live, and my life which I still enjoy.

I stand in solidarity with those civilians who were slain, because I was almost one of them.

So,now, let me take the opportunity to remember one IDF soldier whom the Israeli government would gladly keep brushed under the carpet, if it were not for pesky writers like myself.

Eden Natan-Zada, may HaShem avenge his blood, was brutally murdered in the Arab city of Sh'far'am, while in the hands of the Arab police officers of that city.

He allegedly killed four Arabs on a bus. And, for that reason, Shfar'am Police could not hold these vicious animals at bay? What happened to the Israeli government's "sacrosanct democracy?" Everyone receives a fair trial in Israel, except "certain Jews?"

Where was the thorough investigation into what really happened on that bus in midsummer, 2005? Was Eden, perhaps, simply defending himself from the already present hatred, ignited by the sight of his IDF uniform?

And what happened to Eden's murderers? They are still "unknown" and at large. Case closed, in perfectly executed, State of Israel "equality" for all citizens and equal treatment of all of its agencies.

Double standards are rampant in Israel. But, I for one will not stand for them.

The Israel government, and the leadership of ALL communities within Israel must be held accountable.

Memorial Day and Independence Day should be about building unity among the Jewish People, not divisions.

Rabbi Ya'aqov Yosef, ztz"l

Erev Shabbath, the neshamah of HaRav HaGa'on Ya'aqov Hai ben HaRav Ovadiah Yosef ztz"l, passed into the next world, and he was laid to rest in Jerusalem.

About a year and half ago, a tumor was found in the rav's pancreas, and, in spite of treatment, it spread throughout his body.  (from Kikar Shabbat)

Rav Ya'aqov Hai was the rav of the Jerusalem neighborhood Giv'ath Moshe. He was a renowned poseq, unafraid to defend the Torah and speak the truth, even if that meant going up against his own father, Rav Ovadiah, may he and his family be comforted in their time of sorrow, proclaiming that it is forbidden to give up pieces of the Land of Israel. The father and son rabbis, B"H, have since made shalom between them.

Rav Ya'aqov Hai was also unafraid to go up against popular rabbis, unabashed in their distortions of the Torah, and in their leading Jews down the path of sin. Rav Ya'aqov Hai refused to remain silent, even in the face of the potential consequences.

Rav Ya'aqov Hai's Torah leadership will be sadly missed.

Obama’s New ‘Atrocities Czar’ Is Globalist Doctrine Founder Samantha Power
- charged with using war to achieve ‘radical values’

President Obama’s National Security Adviser Samantha Power will head the new White House Atrocities Prevention Board, which is tasked with formulating a response to so-called war crimes, crimes against humanity and mass atrocities.

Power helped to found a global military doctrine called Responsibility to Protect that was also divised by several controversial characters, including Palestinian legislator Hanan Ashrawi, a staunch denier of the Holocaust who long served as the deputy of late PLO leader Yasser Arafat.

Power once suggested investing “literally billions of dollars” in a “mammoth protection force” to intercede in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Notorious left-wing radical Tom Hayden recently wrote Power sees war as an “instrument for achieving her liberal, even radical, values.”

During Obama’s speech at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum on Monday, he announced the new Atrocities Prevention Board to be chaired by Power.

The inter-agency group is to meet on a monthly basis to determine methods to use in international conflict, including sanctions and civilian- as well as military-response-team training.

The board’s creation was the culmination of Power’s efforts that last year defined preventing atrocities as a “core national-security interest and a core moral responsibility of the United States.” The official White House statement marked the first time the U.S. government had made such a proclamation.

‘Mammoth protection force’ for Palestinians?
During a 2002 question and answer session with the University of California-Berkeley Institute of International Studies, Power was asked how the U.S. should respond if “one party or another” were “moving toward genocide” in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

She replied: “What we need is a willingness to actually put something on the line in sort of helping the situation. And putting something on the line might mean alienating a domestic constituency of tremendous political and financial import.”

Power was referring to pro-Israel groups using language some would consider anti-Semitic by implying such groups maintain inordinate power in U.S. politics.

She continued, “It may more crucially mean sacrificing — or investing, I think, more than sacrificing — literally billions of dollars not in servicing Israelis’, you know, military but actually in investing in the new state of Palestine, in investing billions of dollars it would probably take also to support I think what will have to be a mammoth protection force, not of the old, you know, Srebrenica kind or the Rwanda kind, but a meaningful military presence…”

Thank-you to Aaron Klein for reporting this.  But, I am afraid that I just can't stomach posting anymore of the nefarious activities he reports, albeit necessary that he did so. 

How any self-respecting Jew can continue to live in the United States, thinking and hoping it will get better is beyond me!

President Obama, butt out of Am Yisra'el's business!  Israel is for Jews to worry about, not you!

If that means withholding money from, then so be it.  That would probably be a good thing.  We'll have to stand on our own two feet again.  Finally, there will not be anymore hand-outs to Arabs, who will then run away to all the America tax dollars money Samantha Power intends to shower on the Palestinians Pseudostinians.  The leaders will, of course, squander it all away, so their people will die, or eventually make they way into Jordan (which also belongs to the Jews) or Egypt (parts of which will also belong to the Jews).

The Erev Rav and stinking Christians won't be able to handle it, and run away.

Everyone else will have to pull their weight, pick up a gun, get a job, raise food, dig ditches, etc.

May HaShem have Mercy on us!

But, I digress...

So, basically, President Obama sets Samantha Power in charge of throwing lots of money at the horribly corrupt, made-up nationality of Psuedostinians, assuming that it will eventually become it's own country, to provide them with "mammoth protection," supposed AGAINST the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF].

Power also appears to be buddies with Hanan Ashrawi, "a staunch denier of the Holocaust who long served as the deputy of late PLO leader Yasser Arafat."

The Christian, Hanan Ashrawi, also happens to be one the Wicked Witches (shown above)., and the nastiest and evilest witch of them all!  If you think that Dorit Beinish and Hillary Clinton are bad, you ain't seen nuthin' till Hanan gets involved in the nastiness.

So, then, President Obama has the hutzpah to announce, at the Holocaust Museum, that his new "Atrocities Prevention Board, which is tasked with formulating a response to so-called war crimes, crimes against humanity and mass atrocities," is to be chaired by Power.

The implication here is clear, that Israel needs to be prevented from committing atrocities.

Yet, atrocities against the Jewish People at the hands of Arabs, is irrelevant, if not non-existent.

On this night, Jews in Israel and around the world celebrate Yom Ha'Atzma'uth, Israel's Day of Independence, when it what released from the "crimes against humanity and mass atrocities" of the British Mandate, and thrown into an attack on all sides by seven (was it more?) Arab Nations.

HaShem intervened, and Israel not only survived

President Obama, the Land of Israel is not for you, nor even the Israeli Government, to chop up and hand over chunks of it to Arabs, so that they can make, yet another (no. 24?) terrorist state.

Choosing to slap the entire Jewish People in the proverbial face, by accusing us of "crimes against humanity and mass atrocities" from the museum commemorating our survival from "crimes against humanity and mass atrocities" against us does not make one bit of difference.

In honor of the fallen Jewish soldiers who saved Jewish lives, and participated in defending the borders of the Land of Israel, here are my Top Ten Reasons For Joining the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF].

The IDF's face and function have changed drastically over the years.  The IDF has gone from helping to establish Jewish (or potentially Jewish) sovereignty over Eretz Yisra'el and defending the Jewish People from annihilation countless times with the guidance of the Holy One, Blessed be he, to a body which now may knock on your door to throw you out of your home, destroy that home and the synagogue next door, hand Jewish lands over to goyim (non-Jews), and do so possibly even on Shabbath, calls for a close examination of the proper reasons for joining such an organization.

Some of you may think that this post denigrates the memories of fallen IDF soldiers.

God forbid!

This post does quite the opposite.  In fact, it honors them by differentiating between the IDF in which they served and the IDF of today.  This post does not come to criticize their individual soldiers, but rather their IDF leaders, including past and present Ministers of Defense and Chiefs of Staff, as well as the so-called "rabbis," who have instructed their soldier/talmidim to participate in heinous acts against their own people, and against their own God-given land, such as the ones listed above.

This post attempts to discover if their truly are any reasons left to enlist in what was one the most impressive armed forces in the world.

8. To do the IDF's intensive, high school matriculation program (bagrut), because now that you're 18, you're finally ready to buckle down, and do it.

7. To get free vocational training and on the job experience, in auto or airplane mechanics, electronics, EMT/ER/paramedic, or truck driving, for free, and get on the job experience.

6. To get survivalist training in a special unit, learning about how to find water, identifying which plants are edible, building shelters, etc.

5. To get weapons and hand to hand combat training, in order to be able to defend yourself, and your family, and your town more effectively.

4. To set an example for other soldiers, and to be available when they come to ask you questions about Judaism, such as about prayer, tefillin, kashruth, and digging latrine outside of the camp, and .  Just what Yossi Beilin and Shulamit Aloni ordered,...NOT!

3. To influence, and encourage other soldiers not to participate in throwing Jews out of their homes, and handing over pieces of our Homeland to goyim,and to introduce them to rabbis you can show them why the Torah forbids this.

2. To make a big deal about refusing orders, when commanded to violate the Torah.  This may include throwing Jews out of their homes, violating Shabbath for the heck of it, listening to women sing and watching them dance, or taking orders from a goy.

1. To take pride in sitting in jail, having refused orders to violate the Torah (Rabbi Avraham Shapira ztz"l), and to fulfill one of the requirements for becoming a rabbi, to sit in jail for the sake of Am Yisrael and Eretz Yisrael (Rabbi Me'ir Kahane hy"d).

You should notice that "To fulfill the misswah of guarding the borders of Eretz Yisrael" is absent from this list. Although this misswah can be contributed to by joining the IDF, it is not the only way to fulfill this misswah.

You can volunteer to do guard duty in your town.

You can join community patrols, perhaps.

You can join volunteer organizations, such as Israel's Best Friend Canine Search & Rescue Unit.

The Mamlakhtim (religious, undying State loyalists) seem to think that joining the IDF is the only way to fulfill this misswah.

They are mistaken, of course.

Like many of you, I received this in an e-mail from Women In Green. I have yet to find a link to it on the web, and so I will post it here, in its entirety, followed by my comments.

MK Ze'ev Elkin at Netzer:

"There Is No Room on the Hills of Judea and Samaria for Two States. It's Either Us or Them"

Hundreds of people came from throughout Israel last night for the independence celebration at the Netzer hill, organized by Women for Israel's Tomorrow (Women in Green), out of solidarity with those who are struggling there to rescue the state lands from a takeover by the Arabs.

To the cheers by those present, MK Ze'ev Elkin said:

"In the struggle for Gush Etzion in 1948, the Jews fought for a Jewish Jerusalem. In the present struggle for the hills of Judea and Samaria, and also for this hill [Netzer], the struggle is for the future of the Jewish state, no more and no less. For there is no room on these hills for two states. It's either us or them. And so, each hills says 'We are here' - and if us, it's us, and not them."

The Israel Prize laureate former MK Geula Cohen recited the Shehekhiyanu ("... who has brought us to this time") blessing for the Holy One, blessed be He, having enabled her to be part of the struggle for Eretz Israel, from before the establishment of the State of Israel to the present. And here, too, at Netzer, the struggle for Eretz Israel is taking place, Cohen pointed out.

Rabbi Gideon Perl, the Gush Etzion regional rabbi, greeted those present. He related that in every generation there are pioneers who go before the camp, and this is how they act at Netzer, to save the lands.

The happening at Netzer began after the fireworks from all the communities of Gush Etzion had fallen silent. Dozens of cars filled the parking places at the foot of the Netzer hill- parking that had been prepared the preceding day for the convenience of the celebrants. The entire hill was illuminated by torches and spotlights. Looking from below, this seemed to be a settlement that had been established in a day. And indeed, within 24 hours the hill became a place brimming with life. Automobiles and jeeps unloaded equipment for the event: generators, chairs, a stage, a sound system, gravel to improve the paths. The place wore a festive appearance with the dozens of Israeli flags that blew in the wind of the Judean hills.

Guides directed people to the top of the hill. For those who had difficulty in climbing up, a jeep stood in readiness to shuttle them to the top.

Already on the way up, the smell of felafel filled the air, and when the celebrants reached the hill top, they could enjoy hot, fresh felafel that was prepared on the spot, hot coffee and cookies, and the Eretz Israel music of Udi Gefen and the Israelim band. The children enjoyed the balloons in all different shapes by Elazar Brandt.

When Geula Cohen arrived, she asked, amazed: "How did you manage to bring so many people up here?"

The dancing kept everyone physically warm, and the words by the speakers warmed people's hearts, and kept alive the fire of the fighting spirit.

Yes, this was a breathtaking sight at Netzer on Yom ha-Atzmaut 5771. Hundreds of people, men, women, and children, took the hills of Netzer with their feet. On the way they saw the hundreds of trees that have been planted in the past two years by the members of Women in Green and the Netzer Group.

This was a moving evening at Netzer - an evening of growth, thanksgiving, and Eretz Israel.

The following day, Tuesday, Yom ha-Atzmaut, dozens of hikers and families filled the hills of Netzer in order to increase the Jewish presence and to enjoy this enchanting picnic site. Thank G-d, Netzer is on the map of awareness as a place that continues the pioneering spirit of the redemption of the lands of Eretz Israel.

Correct me if I am wrong, but a Member of K'nesseth is advocating the transfer of Arabs out of Israel, or at least Gush Etzion?

Is that not what Rabbi Me'ir Kahane ztz"l hy"d was saying in his book They Must Go!?

Funny how former MK Ge'ulah Cohen (Techiya) was standing right there.

It was Ge'ulah Cohen's Techiya Party which advocated annexation of Yehudah & Shomron (Judea & Samaria), yet would never think of "transfer."

In fact, it was not Ge'ulah Cohen's Techiya Party which was behind the legislation banning Rabbi Kahane's Kakh Party. That's right. It was a right wing party, not a left wing party which was in the forefront of Kakh's demise in the K'nesseth. (Photo: Rabbi Tzvi Yehudah HaKohen Kook and Rabbi Me'ir Kahane)

Could it be that Ge'ulah Cohen's Techiya Party was concerned over the surveys, suggesting that Rabbi Kahane's Kakh Party was expected to receive 14 mandates in the next elections?

Could it be that Techiya Members of K'nesseth were concerned that those mandates would be taken from them, and not from a left wing party?

All of this is speculation, of course. Yet, it is ironic that former MK Ge'ulah Cohen was a party to such "Kahanist" rhetoric, given her history and apparent negative attitude toward Rabbi Kahane and Kakh.

The following story I was told by one his closest talmidim, illustrates what I mean:

A day in K'nesseth, someone came running up to Rabbi MK Kahane to tell him that MK Ge'ulah Cohen was being attacked by an Arab MK in the K'nesseth cafeteria (I do not recall his name).

Rabbi MK Kahane ran out to the cafeteria to MK Cohen. Whatever ensued, I do not recall. However, it is my understanding that MK Cohen told Rabbi Kahane, "I do not need you to defend me."

Rabbi Kahane replied with something like, "Who said I did it for you. It is a mitzvah to defend a Bat Yisra'el."

MK Cohen stormed away in a huff.

Ah, but alas! The lack of clarity in the translation of MK Elkin's speech concerns me.

Experience has taught me to be a pessimist when such words are being spouted off by MK's at Women In Green events.

MK Elkin most likely was referring to the "one-state" solution, and never intended anyone to think that he would consider the transfer of Arabs out of Yehudah & Shomron.

And, so, it appears that former MK Geulah Cohen was simply hearing someone mention her Techiya Party line, and perhaps even reminiscing about it, without any notion at what a failure it was.

The Techiya Party is dead and gone, B"H.

But saying I told you so, even if these Jews had a clue,would be no vindication for Rabbi Kahane hy"d, who loved Am Yisra'el dearly.

As long as Jews continue to be killed, as long as Jews continue to make the same mistakes, expecting different results, as long as Jews repeat the mistake of negotiating with the Yishma'elim (Arabs) in the way that they do, as long as Jews repeat the mistake of encouraging assimilation among goyshe (non-Jewish) cultures, and as long as Jews repeat the mistake of discouraging aliya (immigration to Israel), even by religious Jews, Rabbi Kahane's memory will not achieve any vindication.

Dear Ariel, Please Join Me In Saying Hallel On 5 b'Iyyar

4 of the Second Month 5771

The following is a response to my friend Ariel Ben Yochanan's "Don't Celebrate 'Independence Day!'" posted at The Torah Revolution.

I plan to say Hallel on 5th of the Second Month (Iyyar), and not on the 6th.

I will be saying Hallel, not for the establishment of the State, per se, but for the miracles HaQadosh Barukh Hu (The holy One, Blessed Be He) did to save us from annihilation, and for the freedom from foreign rule He granted to us, in particular, freedom from the oppressive, British Mandate. This was the first time in over 2,000 years, that Eretz Yisra'el (Land of Israel) was not ruled by a foreign power.

Do we have oppressive forces ruling over us now? Yes, certainly.

Do they act like a foreign power? Yes, in many ways. They often do not operate as a truly Jewish government. They often take orders from abroad. Perhaps, we could call them Hellenists or Romanists, Americanists, or any other number of names. Nonetheless, Israel is not currently ruled by a foreign power.

And, as the Hungarian, Rabbi Teichtel ztz"l says in his monumental work Em HaBanim Sm'echa,...

1) The non-religious Jews will receive some reward for building up the Land.
2) Do not fear, for their rule over the Land will only be temporary.
3) The level of their pride will fall, and they, too, will cry out to HaShem.

The list goes on. I highly recommend this book. It reconciles many of the halakhic (Jewish legal) questions posed by anti-Zionist, Haredim. rabbis. I believe that he will satisfactorily answer yours, too.

The 5th of the Second Month, 5708 was when the Yishma'elim (Arabs) started to attack, and thus the beginning of HaShem's miracles. Albeit, the attacks began on this day, in response to David Ben-Gurion's declaration of a State

Just because the State has screwed up, time and time again, and is not a legitimate, Torah government, this has nothing to do with the miracles done for us. On Hanukkah we say Hallel for the miracles HaShem did to save us from annihilation during the military actions between the kosher Jews (Mattithiyahu Ben Yochanan, the Hashmonaim/Maccabees and their followers) and the non-kosher ones (Helenists) with the ones who did not know any better. Even though the Hashmonaim fell spiritually a couple of generations later, HaShem's miracles did not get retroactively canceled, and we did not stop saying Hallel for them.

You do not have to call it Yom Ha'Atzma'uth (Independence Day). Call it whatever you want. But, do not let the State and the regime be confused with Jewish sovereignty over Eretz Yisra'el, even if you only call it potential, Jewish sovereignty.

Do not let evil people prevent you from praising HaShem and the miracles He has done for us. That is exactly what they want to do.
