...יושב-ראש הכנסת אמיר אוחנה: ״החלטת הכנסת נגד הקמת "מדינה פלסטינית" שהתקבלה השבוע ברוב גדול, הקדימה את תשובתה לחוות הדעת המייעצת של בית הדין בהאג שפורסמה עתה.

העם היהודי אינו כובש באדמות יהודה ושומרון, שם נמצאים למעלה מ-80% מהאתרים המוזכרים בתנ"ך כ"ארץ ישראל", שם נשמעה לראשונה השפה העברית ושם טמונים שורשי עמנו.

עשר אגורות (2¢):
למרות שרה"מ ויו"ר הכנסת צודקים, יש עוד כמה דברים שקורים בישראל שיכולים להשמיד אותנו. הראשון שהם כבר מכירים הטיב הוא בג״ץ.

השני הוא הקליטה של נוכריים "באופן חוקי" באמצעות חוק השבות המגוחך שנותן לנכדים הלא-יהודים של יהודים לקבל אזרחות ישראלית.

האמריקאים האפריקאים שטוענים שהם העברים האמיתיים גם ממשיכים להכנס לישראל חופשי.

השלישי הוא הנוכרים שנכנסים לישראל באופן בלתי חוקי. בעיקר הם המסתננים מארתראה וסודן. בג״ץ מסרב לגרש אותם. אבל אין לממשלה תירוץ לתת להם להשאר בארץ מלכתחילה. הממשלה גם לא צריכה להזמין עוד גוים להגיע ארצה כגון מאוקראינה.

לממשלה יש גם שליטה על אישור כניסתם של עובדים ערבים מהרשות הפלסטינית. הממשלה צריכה להפסיק לסכן את חייהם של יהודים. פעם אחר פעם, היא רק מגבילה כניסתם זמנית ואז נותנת להם להכנס שוב. כל חבר בממשלה שמאמין שהשיטה הזו מתקנת את המצב הוא חי בסרט.

השיטה הזו מעולם לא הצליחה ולעולם לא תצליח לתקן או לשפר שום דברף.

כל עוד הממשלה מקיימת את מדיניות הסלחנות שלה כלפי כניסת הנוכרים לישראל, ובסופו של דבר מתן תושבות ואף אזרחות, מצב אוכלוסיה יהודית ארץ ישראל ממשיכה להיות בסכנה.

העם היהודי אינו כובש בארצו - לא בבירתנו הנצחית ירושלים ולא בנחלת אבותינו ביהודה ושומרון. שום החלטה שקרית בהאג לא תעוות אמת היסטורית זאת וכך גם לא ניתן לערער על חוקיות ההתיישבות הישראלית בכל שטחי מולדתנו.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague released an advisory opinion on Friday regarding the "legality of the Israeli occupation" in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in which it criticized Israel's land expropriation, settlement policies and settler violence. The report highlighted an acceleration in settlement construction, the authorization of numerous outposts and rampant settler violence.

The ICJ noted that the Defense Ministry has expropriated land and accelerated settlement construction, approving over 24,000 housing units in the past year, nearly 10,000 of which are in East Jerusalem. This includes strategic areas to prevent Palestinian territorial continuity.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Friday that the opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) which finds Israel in violation of international law in its occupation and policies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, is a perversion of historical facts.

""The Jewish people are not occupiers in their own land, including in our eternal capital Jerusalem," Netanyahu said in a post. "Nor in Judea and Samaria, our historical homeland. No absurd opinion in The Hague can deny this historical truth or the legal right of Israelis to live in their own communities in our ancestral home."

▪️ON THE ICJ DECISION.. Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana: The Jewish people do not occupy the lands of Judea and Samaria, where over 80% of the sites mentioned in the Bible as the "Land of Israel" are found, where the Hebrew language was first heard and where the roots of our people lie… We will continue to live on the land of our ancestors, fight against those who seek our harm, and be a free people in our country.

.. Jerusalem Center for Public and State Affairs: the ICJ fulfills Hitler's dream, stating that the "Palestinian territories" should be Judenfree. The tribunal did not explain when the "Palestinian territories" were created, what the meaning of the British mandate, as adopted in the UN Charter, or why Jordanian products were not considered occupiers.

To add to the hallucinations, the judges ruled that Israel is also occupying the Gaza Strip. In a normal legal situation "occupation" requires effective control. That is, according to the judges, Israel had effective control over the Gaza Strip while Hamas built an army of terrorists and dug 600 km of tunnels.

Although the Prime Minister and the Speaker of the Knesset are correct, there are several other things taking place within Israel which are destroying us all the same. One they are quite familiar with, Israel's Supreme Court.

Another is the influx of non-Jews either "legally" through the ridiculous Law of Return, in the way was, and still is, constructed.

The Black [Non-] Hebrews also continue to enter Israel, pretty much freely. They claim that they are the "real Hebrews," yet the Israeli Government caved into their demands in the 1970s. So, here they are.

Another is the flow of non-Jews illegally into Israel. Yes, the Supreme Court refuses to throw them out. However, the government never should have allowed then to stay in the first place, nor invite others to come, such as from the Ukraine.

The government also has control over the allowance of Arab workers to enter from the Palestinain Authority-control areas. The government does not have to continue to risk the lives of Jews, time and time again, only to implement temporary restrictions, living in the fantasy that this will fix things.

It never has, and it never will.

As long as the government maintains its policies of leniency toward the entry of non-Jews into Israel, and eventually granting of residency and even citizenship, the Land of Israel remains in danger of population implosion.

עד כאן נראה שלמפלגות הימינות מהמרכז זכה ברוב, 65 מתוך 120מנדטים, וכנראה ימליצו לנשיא הרצוג על בנימין נתניהו (הליכוד) להקים ממשלה. אסור שהמנצחים להיות שאננים. אסור למצביעי המנצחים להיות שאננים. מדווחים שויכוחים על תיקים כבר מתחילים.

״על תיק האוצר נאבקים ישראל כץ שר האוצר לשעבר וניר ברקת ראש עיריית ירושלים לשעבר.״ (מורן אזולאי - YNET)

יו"ר הכנסת לשעבר יריב לוין וח״כ דוד אמסלם, שניהם רוצים את תיק המשפטים שר המשפטים לשעבר אמיר אוחנה גם רוצה לחזור לתפקיד הזה.

ח״כים אלי כהן, מיקי זוהר, שלמה קרעי ויואב קיש גם מצפים שיקבלו תיקים בממשלה.

נתניהו יודע הטיב שכל מנדט חשוב. כעת מוטלת עליו המשימה הקשה לשמח את כולם. הוא לא יכול להסתכן בעצבנות אפילו ארבעה ח״כים בקואליציה שלו. ראינו מה קרה לקואליצייה של בנט ולפיד. לאחר שח״כ אחד, ואז שני ח״כים, עזבו את הקואליציה, נפילתה היתה בלתי נמנעה.

שגריר ישראל באו"ם האחרון, דני דנון, מציע את עצמו כיו"ר הכנסת. במשך שנים נתניהו רואה בדנון איום על מנהיגותו. כתוצאה מכך הוא שלח אותו משם, בדיוק כפי שהוא עשה לאחרונה לגדעון ארדן וציפי חוטובלי. אף על פי שיש טוענים שאולי הוא יבחור את חוטובלי כיורשת שלו לכס הליכוד.

בעבר נתניהו פשוט דחק החוצה את איומים אחרים, כמו משה פייגלין.

אין לי שום ספק שהוא ינצל את איתמר בן גביר (עוצמה יהודית) עד כמה שיוכל. "שמור את חבריך קרוב ואת אויבך קרוב עוד יותר"

נתניהו גם יודע שהשמאל יעשה בשבילו את העבודה המלוכלכת שלו נגד בן גביר. ולכן אין לו מה לדאוג.

תוצאות נוספות של הבחירות שראוי לציון כוללות את הרווח של יהדות התורה משבעה לשמונה מנדטים, כפי שחזיתי, ולמרות חשש האדישות של החרדים.

ש"ס גם זכה. אבל ידוע שהמצביעים לש"ס עוברים בין ש"ס, הליכוד ומפלגות הקשורות לרב מאיר כהנא הי"ד.

המנצחת העיקרית הייתה הישראלי הממוצע שהוא די ימיני, וניצח פשוט בהגעה לקלפי. מסתמן שיא של למעלה מ-20 שנה בשיעור ההצבעה (שרית אביטן כהן - גלובס)

אבל כדאי לנו להזהר. ח״כ מתן כהנא (המחנה הממלאכתי) שר הדתות בעבר,חובש כיפה ובעל מהפחות של תהליך הגיור ודרישות לקבל תעודות כשרות, טייס חיל האוויר לשעבר, עדיין בכנסת. הוא מסוכן יותר מפעילה למען תחבורה ציבורית פעילה בשבת מרב מיכאלי (עבודה).

So far, it appears that the right of center parties have won a majority, 65 of 120, seats, and will mostly likely recommend Binyamin Netanyahu (Likud) to President Herzog as their candidate to form a government.

The winners must not be complacent. The voters for the winners must not be complacent. Arguing over cabinet positions has already been reported. 

Former Mayor of Jerusalem Nir Barakat is arguing with previous Finance Minister Yisrael Katz over who will be the next Finance Minister. (Moran Azulay, YNET)

Former Speaker of the Knesset Yariv Levin and Member of Knesset [MK] David Amsalem and  are vying for, openly gay, Amir Ohana's old job as Justice Minister, who wants it back.

MKs Eli Cohen and Mikki Zohar are also reported to be expecting cabinet minister positions.

Netanyahu knows that every mandate counts. He now has the difficult task of keeping everyone happy. He cannot risk upsetting even four MKs in his coalition. We saw what happened to the Bennett-Lapid coalition. After one, then two, left the coalition, its downfall was sealed.

Israel's recent Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon is offering himself as Speaker of the Knesset. For years Netanyahu has seen him as a threat to his leadership. As a result, he sent him away, just like he has recently done to Gidon Erdan and Tzippy Hotovely. Although some have suggested that he is considering Hotovely as his heir to the Likud throne.

Other threats he has simply pushed out, like Moshe Feiglin.

I have no doubt that he will exploit Itamar Ben Gvir (Otzma Yehudit) to the extent that he can. "Keep your friends close; keep your enemies closer."

But Netanyahu also knows that the left will do his dirty work against Ben-Gvir for him. And so he does not have too much to worry about.

Other results of the election worth noting include United Torah Judaism's [UTJ] gain from seven to eight seats, as I have forecasted, and in spite of concern over this community's reported apathy. UTJ is the coalition of Ashkenazy Haredi (ultra-orthodox) parties. 

Sha"s, the non-Ashkenazy Haredim and its religious, traditional, and secular supporters, also gained. But Sha"s has a history of its voters switching between Sha"s, Likud, and parties associated with Rabbi Meir Kahane hy"d.

The main winner was the average Israel, who really is right of center to right-wing, and who won simply by going to the polls. The voter turn out this election was reportedly the highest since 1999. (Sarit Avitan Cohen, Globes)

But be warned. We have not seen the last of kippah-wearing, former air force pilot and Minister of Religious Affairs Matan Kahana (Mamlakhti), who has authored transformations in conversion and kosher certification, and who is more dangerous than Shabbos transportation activist Merav Michaeli (Labor).

יואל ״ילוי״ אדלשטיין (101) מפני שהוא היה דובר בכנס מסיונרים נוצריים למרות שמינה פנטון חברת מועצת עיריית ירושלים לשברה התקשר אליו כשהוא היה דרך לכנס כדי להזהיר אותו. ולפני זה הוא גם הגיע לחנוכת הבית של המרכז העולמי לציונות תנ״כית (World Zionist Center) של המנהיג נוצרי גיואל בל.

גילה גמליאל (121) ואיוב קרא (167) וגדעון סער (תקווה חדשה) הגיעו איתו. ועוד דבר גמליאל לא הצביעה נגד תכנית ההתנתקות של רה״מלשעבר אריאל שרון לגרש היהודים מעזה ומצפון השומרון כולל גוש קטיף. אלא היא נמנעה בהצבעה... כמו רה״מ לשעבר בנימין נתניהו.

 גרשון מסיקה (325) קיבל אורח מנהיג דת הנוצרי אינוך אדבויה. ויש טוענים שאדבויה הוא מסיונר.

אמיר אוחנה (103) בתור שר המשפטים לא חקר את מעשי המשטרה מספיק אם בכלל במקרה מוות של אהוביה סנדק ז״ל. 

והאחרונה שברשימה לא תהיה ברשימה. ב״ה ברגע האחרון הליכוד חסם ריצה של שולי מועלם. בכל מקרה כדאי לשאול את מועלם, ״למי יש יותר זכויות להחליט החלטות הנוגעות בילדים שלנו? ההורים או הממשלה?״

Danny Danon (125) is the worst on the Likud primary list of candidates. Someone should ask him if really ever wanted to help Christians settle in Israel, or Christians were telling lies about him. Also in 2010, he apologized to Turkey for the incident on the 'Mavi Marmara' of the Gaza flotilla. In my opinion, he apologized for Israel Defense Forces [IDF] soldiers right to defend themselves. Why did he apologize? Fear of the so-called International Community and what it would think of us perhaps? Everything is about politics, it seems....

Yoel "Yuli" Edelstein (101) was the main speaker at THE FEAST, a missionary convention in 2012, in spite of having been warned about this group by former Jerusalem City Councilwoman Mina Fenton. The organizer of THE FEAST has also been connect to the King of Kings organization. He also attended the grand opening of the World Biblical Zionist Center of Joel Bell. 

 

Gila Gamliel (121) and Ayoub Kara (167) joined him at the grand opening. Gamliel also abstained from voting, instead of voting against, former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Disengagement Plan Expulsion of Jews from Gaza (including Gush Qatif) and Northern Samaria,... just as former Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Limor Livnat did. 

Gershon Mesika (325) received Nigerian Pastor Enoch Adeboye as guest in Samaria. There are those who claim that Adeboye is a missionary.

Amir Ohana (103), in my opinion, did not have a proper investigation carried out into the death of Ahuviyah Sandak z"l and into the actions taken by the police.

Fortunately, the Likud prevented Shuli Mu'alem from running.

מה צריך לבדוק?

לפני ההפגנה

לשאול: האם ההפגנה באישור המשטרה? המשטרה חייבת לאשר כל הפגנה שעומדת בנהלי הבטיחות ואין בה חשש לסיכון הציבור. אם ההפגנה לא מאושרת כנראה היא לא נועדה למחות אלא להתעמת עם השוטרים. במקרה כזה עדיף להישאר בבית. כמו כן צריך לבדוק האם מארגני ההפגנה הם אנשים אחראיים ושקולים, או פזיזים ומחפשי פרובוקציות.

בשעת ההפגנה

אם מתפתחת בהפגנה אלימות כלפי המשטרה – תברחו משם כמו מאש – זו הפגנה טריפה. אלימות ושנאה רק מולידות אלימות ושנאה מהצד השני, ומרחיקות את הציבור הרחב מלהזדהות עם תוכן המאבק שלנו, וממילא פוגעות במטרות המאבק. המטרה של ההפגנה צריכה להיות להביא לתיקון המצב ולא להחריף את האיבה ולשפוך עוד שמן למדורת השנאה. אפשר וצריך למחות בחריפות על העוול, אבל אם לא נדייק את המחאה נזיק ולא נתקן.

להלן מספר הערות שלי בתגובת גילוי הדעה של הרב אוהד קרקובר:

״המשטרה חייבת לאשר כל הפגנה שעומדת בנהלי הבטיחות ואין בה חשש לסיכון הציבור.״

פעולות השוטרים כלפי הרכב שבו נסעו אהוביה וחבריו כבר מראים לנו בבירור את [אי] אכפתיות המשטרה לגבי "סיכון לציבור".

״אם ההפגנה לא מאושרת כנראה היא לא נועדה למחות אלא להתעמת עם השוטרים.״

אבל זו הכוונה! להתעמת עם השוטרים. ההפגנה היא הפגנה נגד העוול, והמשטרה זו שמבצעת את  את העוול!

במקרה כזה עדיף להישאר בבית.

בכדי לעשות מה??

״במקרה כזה עדיף להישאר בבית. כמו כן צריך לבדוק האם מארגני ההפגנה הם אנשים אחראיים ושקולים, או פזיזים ומחפשי פרובוקציות.״

אחראיים? כן. הם אחראיים. הם מפגינים נגד העוול.

שוקלים? כן. הם שוקלים. החיים של נער יהודי יקרים מאוד. (אכן אני יודע שזאת לא הכוונה.)

מחפשי פרובוקציות? על מה הרב מדבר? על אפשרות שסוכני השב״כ יימצאו בהפגנה? מה הבעיה? אולי אני טועה אבל חשבתי שקהילת הדתיים הממלכתיים אוהבים את השב״כ, ושאנחנו צריכים את השב״כ כדי להגן אותנו. נזכר לי שהרב [הממלכתי] שלמה אבינר אמר משהו כזה. לא נכון?

או האם הרב קרקובר מתכוון יש מפגינים שפשוט רוצים להתפרסם בתקשורת? אז מה? מה הבעיה לתת להם את ההזדמנות להתפרסם. אז פירסום ענייני הריגתו של אהוביה סנדק גם יתפשט יותר. 

״אלימות ושנאה רק מולידות אלימות ושנאה מהצד השני״

לדעתי, המשטרה כבר אלימים ומסיתים שינאה נגד נוער הגבעות ומתנחלים [הלא ממלכתים] וממשיכים בדרך זו. (חשוב להדגיש שאני מתנגד לאלימות.)

״ומרחיקות את הציבור הרחב מלהזדהות עם תוכן המאבק שלנו״

הרב כן מציין לנו נקודה חשובה: האם התנהגות המפגינים פוגעת במטרות המאבק?

את מי אנחנו מנסים להשפיע ולשכנע? שונאי התורה? היהודים המשתחווים למדינה במקום הקב״ה? החרדים? ...האמת היא כנראה החרדים יכבדו לנו יותר בזכות התלהבותנו בהפגנות למען עקרונות התורה. החרדים מצליחים להשיג הרבה מטרותם בזכות התלהבותם בהפגנות. ומה הדתיים הממלכתיים מצליחים להשיג בזכות ההפגנות שלהם? 

לא מעניין אותי לרשים אנשים סתם. להראות לשמאלנים שאנחנו יהודונים המתנהגים יפה כמו הממלכתים. כתוב בתורה ״צדק, צדק תרדוף...״ (דברים יט,כ) ולא כתוב ״אהבת הציבור תרדורף.״

וחצי האחרון של הפסוק הוא ״...למען תחיה וירשת את הארץ אשר יהיה אלהיך נתן לך.״

איך אפשר ״לחיות״ באמת אם אנחנו לא מפגינים נגד העוול, נגד פעולות המשטרה כאלה?

אני רוצה להזכיר להרב שבשנת תשס״ה/2005 ראש ישיבת מרכז הרב לשעבר הרב אברהם שפירא זצ״ל אמר לתלמידים שלו לצאת מבית המדרש ולהפגין למען יישובי הבל עזה (כולל גוש קטיף) וצפון השומרון.

אני יכול להבטיח לכם שרוב ההפגנות האלה לא היו מאושרות ע״י משטרת ישראל.

(כן, התקיימו הפגנות הצגות של מועצת יש״ע מאושרות ע״י המשטרה. המפגינים נעצרו והשתחררו כחלק ההצגות. אני לא מתכוון את כאלה.)

שנייה... וגם לא מזמן התגלה לי שהרב קרקובר עזב את מרכז הרב בכדי ללמוד בישיבת הר המור. ומפורסם מאוד שישיבת הר המור היא ישיבה ממלכתית מאוד.

דעת הרב קרקובר לגבי הפגנות מאכזב אותי מאוד ובמיוחד כי נשיא ישיבת הר המור הרב צבי טאו שליט״א עצמו התחיל להתעורר ולהודות אהמדינה והצבא שלה הם בכלל לא מושלמים. אני לא טוען שהרב טאו היה חולק מדעתו של הרב קרקובר. אני פשוט אומר מאוד מוכזב שהקהילה הממלכתית לא מתעוררת יותר מהר. ויש שלא מתחילים להתעורר בככל.

הרב קרקובר הספיד את אהוביה בהלוויתו ואמר שהוא לא היה בטוח אם כדאי לקבל את אהוביה בישיבה התיכונית שלו. הוא חשב על החשש שאהוביה ימשיך להיות עסוק מדי בפעילויות נוער הגבעות. בסוף הרב היה שמח שהוא כן קיבל אותו.

עם כל כבודו של הרב, ״ימשיך להיות עסוק מדי בפעילויות נוער הגבעות״ הוא פשוט סיסמא ל״היתה לו ההשקפה הלא נכונה.״

כל מי שטוען שאני מתקיף את הרב קרקובר באופן אישי (חו״ח) טועה. אלא אני מתקיף את השקפת הדתיים הממלכתיים בכלל.

הרבנים הממלכתיים מבלבלים אותי. האם התפקיד שלהם הוא להיות שותף בהגנת עם ישארל, תורת ישראל, וארץ ישראל? או התפקיד שלהם לשמור את נאמנות מדינת ישראל... ממש כמו הרבנים בתקופות הצארים של רוסיה?

חוקי התורה וחוקי האדם בכלל לא אותם הדברים. נראה לי שכל יום עוד סתירה בין חוקי התורה וחוקי מדינת ישראל מתגלה לנו. אני מתפלל שהאחים הדתיים הממלכתיים שלי לבסוף יכולים להודות את העובדה הזו. ואם לא, אז הם ימשיכו בדרך של הרס-עצמי פיזי. הם כבר בדרך של הרס-עצמי רוחני.

What should be checked?

Before the Demonstration
Ask: Is the demonstration with police approval? The police must approve any demonstration that complies with safety procedures and does not pose a risk to the public. If the demonstration is not approved it is probably not meant to protest but to confront the police. In that case it is better to stay at home. It is also necessary to check whether the organizers of the demonstration are responsible and considerate people, or reckless and provocateurs.

During the Demonstration
If a violent demonstration develops against the police - run away like wildfire - it is a devastating demonstration. Violence and hatred only give rise to violence and hatred on the other side, and keep the general public from identifying with the content of our struggle, and in any case hurt the goals of the struggle. The purpose of the demonstration should be to rectify the situation and not exacerbate hostility and pour more oil into the bonfire of hatred. It is possible and necessary to protest sharply against the injustice, but if we do not make the protest precise, we will not harm or correct it.

I have a few comments on the rabbi's opinion piece. That's what I'm calling it. Even though it does not say so explicitly.

The actions of the police toward the vehicle carrying Ahuviya and his friends clearly demonstrates how the police feels about "a risk to the public."

"If the demonstration is not approved it is probably not meant to protest but to confront the police."

Yes! That's exactly the point! Confront the police. It's a demonstration against injustice, and the police is the one perpetrating the injustice!

And do what?

Responsible? Yes. They're responsible. They're protesting against injustice.

Seeking provocations/provocateurs? To what is the rabbi referring? Embedded Shabbak (Israeli Secret Police) agents? But I thought you mamlakhtim (Orthodox, diehard State loyalists) thought positively on the Shabbak, that we needed the Shabbak. Doesn't mamlakhti Rabbi Aviner say just that??

Does the rabbi mean those who simply want the publicity? Then so what? Let them have their publicity. It could only help the cause.

Hello?! The police have already been, and continues to be violent and hate-mongering towards settlers, or rather I should say settlers who are not mamlakhtim. I am speaking theoretically, of course, since I would never encourage violence.

The rabbi actually does make a good point here. Can the behavior of the protestors negatively affect the cause?

Who are we trying to impress? Torah haters? Mamalkhtim? Haredim? Actually, the Haredim probably have more respect for us when we do protest, and actually stand up for Torah principles. And speaking of Haredim, they have accomplished quite a bit with their protests, which have been much more passionate than anything the mamlakhtim of have produced.

I'm not interested in impressing people, nor gaining favor in the public's eye. The Torah says "Justice, justice you shall pursue..." (Deut. 19:20) It does not say "Public opinion, public opinion you shall pursue..."

And the last half of the verse says "...in order that you will live, and inherit the Land that the Lord your God gives to you."

How could we possibly live [with ourselves], if we didn't protest Ahuviya's unjust death?

And making certain that we will inherit the Land, ALL of the Land, which the Lord our God has given to us, was exactly what Ahuviya was working to make happen.

Is the rabbi talking about strategy? If so, then is he suggesting that we play into the hands of the leftist-controlled, Israel news media, which always manages to find a way to demonize us?

I recently discovered that Rabbi Krakover learned at the Merkaz HaRav Kook Yeshivah.

I would like to remind Rabbi Krakover that the late Rosh Yeshiva of Merkaz HaRav Kook Rabbi Avraham Shapira ztz"l, Rav Avrum, as his students referred to him, instructed his students in תשפ״א/2005 to vacate the Beth Midrash (lecture and study hall), and go out and protest.

I can almost certainly guarantee you that these protests were not approved by the police.

Oh, wait a minute. I also recently just found out that Rabbi Krakover left for the notoriously mamlakhti Har HaMor Yehsivah when it broke off my Merkaz HaRav. 

Rabbi Krakover's opinion on demonstrations is particularly disappointing, since Rabbi Tzvi Tau the founder of the Har HaMor Yeshiva, and true hakham (Torah scholar), has himself been waking up up to the shenanigans of the State and its military. I am not saying that Rabbi Tau would disagree with Rabbi Krakover. I am just saying that it is disappointing that the mamakhtim are not waking up faster, and that some do not seem to be waking up at all. (Take another glance at the sheeple graphic above!)

Rabbi Krakover spoke at Ahuviya's funeral and mentioned that at first he was hesitant to accept him into his yeshiva, concerned that he would be too busy with his hilltop youth activities. In the end Rabbi Krakover was pleased that he did, and was very impressed with him.

With all due respect for a rabbi who is participating in the mitzvah (Torah commandment) of burying his student, the above statement is simple code for "He has the wrong hashqafah (wrong perspective on Torah)." In other words, he is too far gone to be able to indoctrinate him successfully.

Anyone who believes that I am personally attacking Rabbi Krakover personally is very much mistaken. I am actually attacking the mamlakhti hashqafah as a whole.

I am confused by mamlakhti rabbis. Is it their role to protect People of Israel, the Torah of Israel, and the Land of Israel? Or is it their role to ensure our undying loyalty to the State of Israel..., much like the rabbis appointed to do in Czarist Russia. 

Torah Law and the State of Israel, and its laws, are not one and the same. Not a day goes by when yet another conflict pops up between the two. Sooner or later the mamlakhtim will have to realize this. If they do not, they will continue on the path of physical self-destruction. They are already very far along the path of spiritual self-destruction.
