ראש עיריית תל אביב, רון חולדאי, עורר סערה ברשת בעקבות דברים שאמר בפודקסט של נדב פרי בנוגע לניגוד שהוא מוצא בין דת לדמוקרטיה.

פרי שאל את חולדאי: "אתה אומר דבר חריף שאני לא מקבל. אתה אומר שכל מי שמאמין באל עליון לא יכול לקבל את הדמוקרטיה באותה נשימה?".

חולדאי השיב ללא היסוס: "לא. כי אם אתה מאמין בו זה אומר שהוא עליון. לא יכול להיות שבית המשפט העליון יחליט בניגוד למה שכתוב ולמה שאתה מאמין. לכן, דת מעצם טבעה, היא אנטי דמוקרטית.

בדת אנחנו הולכים לרב על כל דבר. היא נקבעה וכתובה ואומרים לך אם משהו הוא על פי ההלכה או לא. אם ההלכה היא החוק - אז אנחנו איראן", הוסיף חולדאי.

ינון מגל הגיב לדברים וכתב בחשבון ה-X שלו: "רון חולדאי הוא כ"כ אנכרוניסט שהוא עדיין חי בעולם שבו שואלים חייל דתי אם יקשיב למפקד או לרב. כאילו שלא עברנו פה את מופע הסרבנות של כל אלה ש"נשמעו לצו מצפונם" והודיעו ש"יפסיקו להתנדב לצהל, כי הם "נאמנים לממלכה ולא למלך", ומתנגדים שהציבור דרך נבחריו בכנסת ישפיע על זהות השופטים (כמו בכל העולם).

והוא כ"כ בור כי אין לו מושג מה זה להיות אדם דתי, ואין לו מושג מה זו דמוקרטיה. דמוקרטיה מבחינתו זה כשהערכים שלו שולטים. גם אם המשמעות היא שהמיעוט שולט על הרוב. בקיצור, עוד דינוזאור 'נאור'", כתב מגל.

אולי תתפלאו לקרוא כאן שאני לא מאמין שראש עיריית תל אביב הוותיק השתגע לגמרי,... רק כמעט.

עדיין נשמעת שטות כזו שאפשר להשוות ממשלה מבוססת בתורה בישראל לאיראן? כנראה שכן. זאת פשוט שיטת של האליטה האשכנזית, החילונית כדי להפחיד את החילונים והמסורתיים. ביצעו שיטה דומה בשנת 2013 כדי לשכנע את הממלכתיים הדתיים להצביע לניר ברקת ולא לרב מנחם פרוש לראשות עיריית ירושלים.

נראה שלדעת הרבה שמאלנים הדת היא בסדר, בתנאי שמותר לכולם לעשות כל מה שרוצים לעשות כגון בשבת, באוכל, ובמערכת היחסים.

כמובן, זוהי נוגדת את דרך התורה, ובכך נוגדת את היהדות, ונוגדת את המטרות העל של עם ישראל בעולם הזה. כפי שרק עכשיו הזכרתי לכולכם, התורה היא האויב האמיתי של הערב רב השמאלני. והתורה היא מה שהם רוצים לבטל להרוס.

עלינו להיות עם, נפרד ומובדל. התורה מגינה עלינו מפני השמדה, בין אם באמצעות התבוללות, נישואי תערובת או כל מיני השפעות אחרות על ידי הגויים.

חולדאי מביע את רגשותיו לגבי העקרונות הדתיות, ולגבי היהודים השומרים אותם. אבל, בכתבה זו חסרות דוגמאות איך הוא וחבריו פועלים כדי לתקוף אותם.

בשנת 2023/תשפ״ג הותקפו תפילות ציבוריות יום הכיפורים בתל אביב. האליטה החילונית, האשכנזית, אינה מאשרת מחיצה בין גברים לנשים. למרות שאף אישה נאלצה להשתתף. עיריית תל אביב לא רצתה להראות כמסכימת תפילות המופרדות בין המינים כאלה, ואין צריך לומר שותפת פעולה או נותנת חסות.

אבל...

״אלפי מוסלמים הגיעו לפארק צ'ארלס קלור על מנת לקיים את תפילת חג הקורבן • התפילה נעשתה בהפרדה מגדרית כשבמקביל נתלו שלטים המזדהים עם תושבי עזה • מדוע עיריית ת"א מאפשרת לתושבי העיר המוסלמים להתפלל בהפרדה ואילו לתושביה היהודיים לא? • מעיריית ת"א נמסר: "׳לא אישרנו לקיים הפרדה מגדרית׳" (חדשות ערוץ 14, 16.06.2024)

תפילות יום הכיפורים 2024/תשפ״ד נדחקו למקום, פחות מרכזי מהמקום המסורתי שלהן בכיכר דיזנגוף.

עכשיו הנה קצת רקע על חבר הכנסת לשעבר ינון מגל:

• בשנת 2015 הוא הצטרף לממשלה כח"כ למפלגת הבית היהודי של נפתלי בנט. המפלגה גוססת אך לא מתה לחלוטין. לדעתי המפלגה הזו לא יהודית, לא בית, ולא מפלגה בעלת חזון אמיתי כלשהו.
• במהלך השנה הזו של כהונתו המאוד מוגבלת, הוא אמר שאין שום דבר רע בהוצאת מחבלים...
• אבל, הוא גם חתם על הצעת החוק של בנט לימוד השפה הערבית בבי״ס יסודי החובה ...
• והצעת החוק המגוחך לאסוף את ימי ראשון לשבת כדי לעשות סוף שבוע חדש כמו הרוב האומות בעולם.

צריך להגיד עוד משהו על ינון מגל?

חוקי התורה מול חוקי מדינה
חולדאי צודק ומגל טועה. יש סתירות בין התורה לדמוקרטיה.

מגל שוב טועה. ללכת על פי המצפון בכל הנוגע להחלטה לסרב או לא לסרב פקודת צה״ל הנוגדת את התורה, שומרי תורה ומצוות לא נוהגים ככה. אנחנו כן מתייעצים עם רבנים הבקיאים בהלכות בקשר לעניין כדי להחליט מה לעשות.

*העובדה שבמהלך גירוש היהודים מעזה בשנת 2005/תשס״ה, הרבה רבנים ממלכתיים פשוט הורו את חסידיהם לפי המטרות של המדינה היא נושא אחר לפעם אחרת.

לנהוג לפי המצפון שלנו ממש כמו להיות מונחה על ידי הרגשות שלנו. זה בדיוק מה שרוב הגויים עושים, במיוחד בעולם המערב. למשל, הנוצרים מפרשים את התורה בלי התורה שבעל פה, מי שנקרא הפרוגרסיבים עושים מה שמתחשק להם וכו'.

זה נוגד את מה שהיהודים אמורים לעשות.

מגל צודק וחולדאי טועה. חולדאי וחבריו מתעניינים אך ורק במטרות האליטה האשכנזית החילונית, הכוללות בין היתר ביטול השפעת התורה, הקשות על החיים לשומרי תורה ומצוות שאינם רואים את המדינה בעדיפות שלהם, להקל על החיים של הגויים שבארץ כולל המסתננים, ולאפשר את השמדת עם ישראל מבפנים באמצעות נישואין תערובת, התבוללות, ועוד ביטול האופי היהודי של מדינת ישראל.

השאלה שנותרה היא האם רון חולדאי בור בדמוקרטיה, או בעצם יודע היטב מהי דמוקרטיה, אבל מתעלם ממנה, ואפילו מעודד את מסע המידע השגוי בבתי הספר בישראל.

תזכורת: לפני עליתו לתפקיד ראש עיריית תל אביב-יפו, רון חולדאי היה מנהל גימנסיה הרצליה, בית הספר בתמונה להלן בו המנהל הנוכחי תוקף תלמיד על הנחת תפילין, מחוץ לבית הספר.

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai set off an uproar when he claimed that religious people cannot accept democratic principles.

Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai set off an uproar online following remarks he made about what he sees as a contradiction between religion and democracy.

Talking with Nadav Perry on his podcast, Huldai was asked, "You're saying something harsh that I don't agree with. You're saying that anyone who believes in a supreme G-d can not accept democracy in the same breath?"

Without missing a beat, Huldai replied, "No. Since if you believe in Him, you say he's supreme. It can't be that the Supreme Court rules against what's written and what you believe. Therefore, religion, by its very nature, is anti-democratic.

"In religion, we go to a rabbi for everything. It is decided and written, and they tell you if something follows Halacha (Jewish law) or not. If the Halacha is law - then we're Iran," the Mayor added.

Channel 14 political commentator Yinon Magal commented on the remarks: "Ron Huldai is such an anarchist that he still lives in a world where you ask a religious soldier if he would listen to his commander or a rabbi. As if we haven't seen this whole show of those who 'listened to their conscience' and announced that they would 'stop volunteering for the IDF' because they are 'loyal to the kingdom and not the king,' and oppose that the public, through its elected representatives in the Knesset, influence the identity of the judges (like in the rest of the world).

"And he is so ignorant that he has no idea about what being religious is like, and he has no idea what democracy is. Democracy, to him, is that his values rule. Even if that means that the minority rules the majority. In short, another 'enlightened' dinosaur," Magal wrote.

You may be surprised to find that I do not believe the longtime Mayor of Tel Aviv to be completely off his rocker,... just mostly.

That old canard of a Torah government in Israel equalling Iran is still be bandied around? Apparently so. This is nothing more than a scare tactic of the Ashkenazy, secular elite. Similar tactics were used in 2013 in order to convince the religious mamlakhtim (state loyalists) to vote for Nir Barakat over Rabbi Menachem Porush for mayor of Jerusalem.

It seems that to many on the left, religion is fine, as long as it does not stand in the way of the people doing whatever it wants.

Of course, this is the antithesis of Torah, and thus the antithesis of the Judaism, and the antithesis of the ultimate objectives of the Jewish People on this earth. As I have only just reminded everyone, Torah is the true enemy of the Erev Rav Left. And Torah is their actual target for cancelation destruction.

We are to be a people, separate and distinct. The Torah protects this mission, and protects us from destruction, whether through assimilation, intermarriage, or any number of other non-Jewish influences.

Huldai expresses his feeling about religious principle, and the Jews who adhere to them. But, this report leaves out examples of the actions taken to attack them.

In 2023/תשפ״ג, public prayers on Yom Kippur in Tel Aviv were attacked. The secular, Ashkenazy elite does not approve of a mehitzah (separation) between men and women during prayer. Even though no one was forced to participate. The City of Tel Aviv does not want to be seen as condoning gender-segregated prayer, let alone co-sponsoring it.

And yet, the next summer, a mass Muslim holiday public, gender-segregated, prayer event with signs of support for Gaza was held at Ajami Beach with over 500 attendees with no sign of city standards enforcers. (Israel Realtime)

Then 2024/תשפ״ד Yom Kippur prayers were relegated to a location, less centralized than its traditional Dizengoff Square venue.

And now, for a little background on former MK Yinon Magal:

• In 2015, Yinon Magal joined the government as an MK for Naftali Bennett's dying, but not fully dead, Jewish Home Party, which in my opinion was neither Jewish, a home, nor a party with any real vision.
• During this year of his very limited tenure, he said there is nothing wrong with taking out terrorists...
• However, he also signed onto Bennett's compulsory Arabic bill...
• As well as the ridiculous, "Let's be like the goyim!" Saturday-Sunday weekend bill.

Need I say anything more about Yinon Magal?

Torah vs. State
Huldai is right; Magal is wrong. There are contradictions between Torah and democracy.

Magal is wrong again. Going according to ones own conscience when it comes to a decision to violate the Torah or not, is not how Torah-observant Jews operate. We do consult rabbis who are well-versed in the relevant halakhoth (Torah Laws), in order to make a decision about what to do. (The fact that during the 2005/תשס״ה expulsion of Jews from Gaza, so many "rabbis" were simply instructing their followers according to the State's agenda is another issue for another time.)

Simply going according to our own conscience is nothing less than being led by our feelings. That is exactly what most non-Jews do, especially in the West, eg. Christians interpreting the Torah without the Oral Torah, progressives doing whatever they feel like, etc.

This is the antithesis of what Jews are supposed to do.

Magal is right; Huldai is wrong. Huldai is only interested in the secular, Ashkenazy elite's objectives, which include, but are not limited to, cancelation of the Torah's influence, making life more difficult for Torah-observant Jews who do not consider the State a high priority, making life easier for non-Jews, including those entering against the State's own laws, allowing as many do whatever I like "freedoms" as possible, and making Israel as much like any non-Jewish nation as possible, ie. assimilation and globalism.

The question remaining is whether Ron Huldai is ignorant of democracy, or actually knows very well what democracy is, and not only ignores it, but encourages the misinformation campaign in Israeli schools.

Reminder, before becoming Mayor of Tel Aviv, Ron Huldai was the principal of Gymnasiah Hertzlya, the school pictured above where the current principal is attacking a student for putting on tefillin (phylacteries), off campus.

שב״כ שלום! / Shabbak Shalom!

YNET: בר הורה לבדוק אם הכהניזם חדר למשטרה, נתניהו: "חתירה תחת יסודות הדמוקרטיה"
ראש השב"כ, לפי מסמך שפורסם, הורה לבחון את התפשטות הכהניזם למוסדות אכיפת החוק - כחלק מייעוד הארגון. נתניהו הודה שבר העלה בפניו את הנושא, אבל טען: "לא אישרתי לאסוף ראיות על הדרג המדיני - דרשתי שיעלה את זה בפני בן גביר". לדברי ראש הממשלה, מעשי בר "מזכירים משטרים אפלים"

ראש הממשלה בנימין נתניהו האשים הבוקר (שני) את ראש השב"כ רונן בר בפעולות ש"מזכירות משטרים אפלים וחותרות תחת יסודות הדמוקרטיה". לטענת נתניהו, בר מנסה "להפיל ממשלת ימין". הרקע לעימות החדש בין השניים הוא דיווח לפיו שב"כ מנהל חקירה חשאית נגד המשטרה, בחשד לחתירה תחת סדרי השלטון והמשטר הדמוקרטי - בחשד שהכהניזם התפשט לתוכה. בשב"כ הכחישו כי מדובר בחקירה, אך לא שללו כי הארגון בודק את הנושא.

בדיווח של עמית סגל בחדשות קשת אמש פורסם מסמך שעליו חתום ראש השב"כ מסוף חודש ספטמבר. במסמך נכתב כי "סימנו את התפשטות הכהניזם למוסדות אכיפת החוק כתופעה מסוכנת, שמניעתה היא חלק מייעוד שב"כ. נוכח המעורבות של דרגים פוליטיים - יש לעשות זאת בשום שכל ובמשנה זהירות". בר הורה לאנשי שב"כ "להמשיך ולאסוף ראיות ועדויות למעורבות הדרג המדיני בעשיית הדרג הביטחוני, בכיוון הפעלת הכוח באופן המנוגד לחוק - ולבוא עם מספר ממצאים"... 

נתניהו, כך דווח אמש, עודכן על-ידי רונן בר בחקירה. ראש הממשלה הודה בכך הבוקר, אבל טען כי "ראש הממשלה מעולם לא עודכן על-ידי ראש השב״כ שבכוונתו לאסוף ראיות על הדרג המדיני מאחורי גבו, ולא נתן אישר לכך. להפך, בפגישת עבודה ב-19 ביוני 2024, כשראש השב״כ העלה טענה על כניסת גורמים כהניסטים למשטרה, ראש הממשלה הנחה באופן חד-משמעי את ראש השב״כ להציג בפניו תימוכין לטענה זו, להעלות זאת באופן ישיר ומיידי בפני השר לביטחון לאומי, ובשום אופן לא לפעול מאחורי גבו של השר. ראש השב״כ התחייב בפני ראש הממשלה לעשות זאת, אך לא קיים את התחייבותו".

...אמש טענו בסביבתו של בן גביר ל"עימות חסר תקדים" שכמעט גלש לקטטה בישיבה ביטחונית במעורבות רונן בר, אולם התברר שלא כך הדבר: בן גביר התפרץ לעברו של בר, שהשיב שמעולם לא הורה לחקור אותו והמשיך לשבת במקומו. לאחר מכן אמר בן גביר לנתניהו בישיבה: "מדובר בראש שב"כ שקרן, עבריין שצריך לשבת בכלא. מרגל אחרי הדרג הפוליטי. אוסף מידע וראיות מנסה לעשות הפיכה".

שב"כ: כך וכהנא הם ארגוני טרור, זה ייעודנו 
בשב"כ אמרו אמש כי לא התקיימה חקירה של שב"כ נגד המשטרה או נגד הדרג המדיני, וכי לא מתקיימת חקירה כזו גם כעת. "ראש השב"כ שוחח עם מפכ"ל המשטרה והבהיר לו את הדברים. השניים הדגישו את חשיבות שיתוף הפעולה בין הארגונים למען ביטחון המדינה", מסרו עוד בשב"כ.

בארגון ציינו עוד אמש כי "תנועות כך וכהנא חי הוכרזו בשנת 1994 'התאחדויות בלתי מותרות', ומאז שנת 2016 הן מוגדרות 'ארגוני טרור'. פעילותם של ארגונים אלה נמשכה גם לאחר מכן, והשירות פעל לחשוף אותה ולסכלה, בהתאם לייעודו בחוק. בהמשך לכך, וככל שמתקבל מידע בנושא, השירות מטפל גם בחשש לחדירת גורמים אלו למוסדות השלטון, ובפרט למוסדות אכיפת החוק".

הכהניזם היא אידיאולוגיה פוליטית-דתית המבוססת על משנתו של הרב מאיר כהנא. היא דוגלת בלאומנות יהודית-קיצונית ושואפת להקמת מדינת הלכה בארץ ישראל, תוך תמיכה בהפרדה מוחלטת בין יהודים לערבים, התנגדות לנישואי תערובת, וקריאה להעברת האוכלוסייה הערבית מישראל. בשל זאת, תנועת "כך" של כהנא נפסלה מלהתמודד לכנסת ב-1988. רעיונותיו, כפי שצוין גם בתגובת שב"כ, ממשיכים להשפיע על חוגים בימין הקיצוני.

בממשלה החליטו ביום חמישי האחרון להדיח את ראש השב"כ בר מתפקידו, אחרי שראש הממשלה נתניהו טען כי איבד את אמונו בו. בר, שלא הגיע לישיבה, העביר מכתב חריף שבו פירט את טענותיו נגד ההליך של הממשלה, וגם שיגר בו עקיצות לראש הממשלה.

ביום שישי, שעות לאחר החלטת הממשלה, הוציאה שופטת העליון גילה כנפי-שטייניץ צו ארעי שלפיו יוקפאו פיטוריו של ראש השב"כ בר עד להחלטה נוספת בנושא. לפי ההחלטה שהתקבלה בלילה שבין חמישי לשישי, בר יסיים את תפקידו ב-10 באפריל או בעת מינוי מחליף. בג"ץ הורה אתמול בצהריים כי הדיון בעתירות נגד הדחת בר יתקיים יתקיים ב-8 באפריל, בעוד שבועיים וחצי. הרכב השופטים שידון בעתירות, לפי הוותק של השופטים - הוא נשיא העליון יצחק עמית, והשופטים נעם סולברג ודפנה ברק-ארז.

ח"כ לימור בן הר מלך (עוצמה יהודית) מסרה: "עכשיו ברור היכן היה השב"כ - במקום להתמקד במלחמה בטרור ובהגנה על ביטחון אזרחי ישראל, הוא השקיע משאבים ברדיפה הפוליטית של נבחרי הציבור וברדיפה של מתנחלים יהודים.

ראש השב"כ שמנהל חקירה פוליטית נגד הדרג המדיני תוך הצבת יעד מראש - הגשת ראיות נגד הממשלה - חצה קו אדום מסוכן. זה לא ביטחון לאומי - זו הפיכה שלטונית במסווה של ארגון חשאי. רונן בר חייב לסיים את כהונתו לאלתר".

משה פייגלין מספר על פעם שהוא היה בשיחת טלפון בזמן של הפגנות נגד הסכמי [מוות] אוסלו .פייגלין ידע שסוכני השב״כ מקשיבים לשיחות טלפון שלו. אבל פעם סוכן שב״כ פתאום הפריע לשיחה שלו כדי להגיד שהוא לא מסכים אם מה שהם שדברים.

אתם קראתם נכון. סוכן השב״כ לא רק גילה את נוכחותו בשיחה אלא גם התחיל להשתתף בשיחה. אי אפשר לדמיין דבר כזה. זה קרה בחיים אמיתיים.

האם זו הייתה אסטרטגיה או סוכ של, כדי לשמור את פחד האזרחים ממנו? או שזו הייתה דוגמה לחוסר יכולתו. זה לא כל כך ברור.

כשאנחנו צריכים לשאול את עצמנו שאלות כאלה, נראה שהשב״כ מצליחה להשיג את אחת ממטרותיה, לשמור את שליטתו על האזרחים.

בשנת תשס״ב/2001 אני עברתי ליישוב עפרה (יהושע יח,כג; שמואל א׳ יג,יז), ולמדתי על האופן אהודי לענות לטלפון, "שב״כ שלום".

אולי לא יצרו את הברכה הטלפונית הזו בגלל שיחת הטלפון הנזכרת של משה פייגלין, חברו, וסוכן שב״כ. אבל הבנתי שאפילו תושבי עפרה, שבעיקר הם ממלכתיים (נאמני המדינה גמורים), יודעים מאוד על החשש השב״כ יכול להאזין לשיחות הטלפון שלהם.

טוענים שמניעת הכהניזם מלהתפשט היא חלק מייעוד שב"כ.

אני לא מסכים במאה אחוז עם ההגדרה לעיל של כהנאיזם. אבל אני גם חושב שזה לא כל כך חשוב. אני מציע שבכל פעם שרואים או שומעים את המילה "כהנאיזם", כדי להחליף אותה במילה "תורה". זה על מה השב״כ וכוחות השילטון מעלו דואג: תורה.

למה שהשב"כ מתיחס כקיצוניות, שומרי תורה ומצוות לחלוטין יודעים שתורה נוגעת בכל חלקי חיינו, ולא רק הלכות שבת וכשרות. התורה גם מורה איך ממשלה יהודית אמיתית פועלת, איך צבא יהודי אמיתי פועל, איך להתיחס לגוים בזמן השלום ובזמן המלחמה, ועוד הרבה עניינים בחיי היומיום שלנו.

המתנחלים [האמיתיים], החרדים מאמינים בשלטון המבוסס על תורה לעתיד ארץ ישראל ועם ישראל. אפילו הדתיים הממלכתיים מאמינים שמערכת ממשלה של מדינת ישראל תשתנה באופן קיצוני בימות המשיח.

Yeshiva World News: “Earthquake:” Shin Bet Led Secret Probe Of Ben-Gvir, Police

In recent months, the Shin Bet conducted a covert investigation against the police and the minister in charge of it, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, on suspicion of “undermining the foundations of government and the democratic regime,” Channel 12 News reported on Sunday evening.

According to the report, a secret document compiled by the Shin Bet stated: “We have marked the spread of Kahanism to law enforcement institutions as a dangerous phenomenon, the prevention of which is part of the Shin Bet’s mission. Given the involvement of the political echelon, this must be carried out with great care and caution.”

Bar’s people were instructed to gather information secretly and come up with some “findings,” with the document stating: “Continue to collect evidence and testimony of the political echelon’s involvement in the actions of the security echelon in the direction of using force in a manner contrary to the law, and come up with some findings.”

The Shin Bet initially confirmed the report, even claiming that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was informed of the investigation, but then retracted the statement and denied the existence of such a probe.

Ben-Gvir responded by saying: “This is an earthquake. Now it is even clearer why Ronen Bar must not be left as the head of the Shin Bet for even a minute. The head of a secret organization who initiates investigations and gathers materials against elected officials, while defining the goal in advance, ‘to collect evidence and testimony of the political echelon’s involvement’, is an immediate danger to democracy, who must be removed from any position immediately.”

According to reports, a stormy scene took place on Sunday evening when Ben-Gvir, who heard about the Shin Bet probe from his advisors, burst into a meeting of the cabinet and shouted at Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar, saying: “Are you behind this?”

Bar responded: “A lie. I never ordered an investigation against you. They’re always telling lies about me.”

Ben Gvir then left and returned with the documents and presented them to the participants at the meeting, saying to Netanyahu: “This is a lying Shin Bet chief, a criminal whose place is in prison, a head of a secret service who spies on the political echelon, orders the collection of incriminating material on them, and tries to carry out a coup. It is simply unbelievable that a security organization in Israel is undermining the government and conducting a political investigation in order to carry out a political coup against the will of the people.”

Netanyahu’s office responded to the report on Sunday evening, stating: “The Prime Minister is not aware of this investigation and was not updated about it by the Shin Bet chief.”

His office published another harsh statement against Bar on Monday morning, stating: “The claim that the Prime Minister authorized Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar to collect evidence against Minister Ben-Gvir is another lie that has been shattered.”

The statement added that “the document that was published – which shows an explicit directive from the Shin Bet chief to collect evidence against the political echelon – is reminiscent of dark regimes, undermines the foundations of democracy, and was aimed at overthrowing a right-wing government.”

“The Prime Minister was never updated by the Shin Bet chief that he intended to collect evidence on the political echelon behind his back, and did not authorize this. On the contrary, at a working meeting on June 19, 2024, when the Shin Bet chief raised a claim about the entry of Kahanist elements into the police, the Prime Minister unequivocally instructed the Shin Bet chief to present him with evidence to support this claim, to raise it directly and immediately before the Minister of National Security, and in no way to act behind the Minister’s back. The Shin Bet chief pledged to the Prime Minister to do so, but did not keep his commitment.”

On Monday morning, Ben-Gvir demanded that a criminal investigation be opened against Bar, writing on X: “Ronen Bar is a criminal and a liar, who is now trying to deny his attempt to conspire against elected officials in a democratic country, even after the documents were revealed to the public and the world. I will not be satisfied with his dismissal, he must face criminal charges for attempting a coup and attempting to overthrow democracy.”

Otzma Yehudit MK Limor Son Har Melech stated: “Now it is clear where the Shin Bet was – instead of focusing on the war on terror and protecting the security of Israeli citizens, it invested resources in the political persecution of elected officials and the persecution of Jewish settlers.

“A Shin Bet chief who conducts a political investigation against the political echelon while setting a goal in advance – to provide evidence against the government – has crossed a dangerous red line. This is not national security – this is a governmental coup under the guise of a secret organization. Ronen Bar must end his term immediately.”

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
Moshe Feiglin tells of a time during the protests against the Oslo [Death] Accords. Feiglin knew that Shabbak agents (Israel's secret police) were listening to his conversations. Once, when he was speaking to a friend, a Shabbak agent suddenly interrupted them to say that he disagreed with what they were saying.

You read that right. The Shabbak agent not only made himself known during a phone tap, but began expressing his less than favorable opinion of the conversation. You simply cannot make up a story like that.

Was this some sort of strategy, say to intimidate? Or was this an example of its incompetence. It is not so clear.

When we have to ask ourselves questions like this, it seems that the Shabbak has accomplished one of its objectives, keeping the wool pulled over our eyes.

In 2001, I moved to the town of Ofra (Josh. 18:23; I Sam. 13:17), and learned of the popular manner in which to answer the phone, "Shabbak Shalom."

If this phone greeting did not originate, due to the infamous interruption by the Shabbak agent during Moshe Feiglin's phone conversation in the 1990s, then even residents of the mainstream, predominantly mamalakhti  (diehard State loyalist) town of Ofra had been very much aware of the possibility that the Shabbak could be listening in on their phone calls.

According to the YWN report, the Shabbak is here to protect us from Jewish extremism. 

What the YNET report in Hebrew includes above, and the YWN report does not, is a definition of "Kahaneism:"

Kahaneism is a political-religious ideology based on the teachings of Rabbi Meir Kahane [hy"d]. It advocates extreme Jewish nationalism and strives for the establishment of a halakhic state in the Land of Israel, while supporting complete separation between Jews and Arabs, opposing intermarriage, and calling for the transfer of the Arab population from Israel. Because of this, Kahane's "Kach" movement was disqualified from running for the Knesset in 1988. His ideas, as also noted in the Shabbak's response, continue to influence circles on the far right.

I do not entirely agree with the above definition of Kahaneism. But I also do not believe it to be so important. Instead, I suggest that whenever you see or hear the term "Kahaneism" bandied around, replace it with the word "Torah." This is what concerns the Shabbak, and the powers that be they answer to, Torah.

What the Shabbak sees as extremism, fully Torah-observant Jews see as the Torah touching all aspects of our lives, and not just Sabbath and dietary laws. It also instructs on how to run a truly, Jewish government, how run a truly, Jewish military, how to interact with non-Jews during peace, and during war, and many more aspects of our daily lives.

[Real] Settlers, Haredim (ultra-orthodox) envision a governance based on Torah for the future of the Land and People of Israel. Even religious mamalakhtim believe that the State will be radically revamped once Mashi'ah (the Messiah) arrives.

מאז גן חובה, ישראלים עוברים שטיפת המוח הגורמת להם להאמין שאנחנו חיים במדינה דמוקרטית. למרות שמערכת הממשלתית שלנו אפילו לא דומה לדמוקרטיה אמיתית בכלל. כל בוגר בי״ס תיכון בארה"ב שעבר שעבר מבחן בגרות באזרחות כיתה י"ב ב יכול לראות את זה.

לשאול את כל ישראלי מדוע הדמוקרטיה של ישראל היא לא כמו מערכת הממשלתית במדינות שבצפון אמריקה או באירופה והוא לא יידע איך להגיב באופן הגיוני. אלא רק שהמערכת הממשלתית היא שלנו ואנו לא צריכים להיות כמו כל המדינות האחרות. אירוני כי זה בדיוק מה שאני אומר להם לגבי כל נושא אחר. אבל אני אומר אומות ולא מדינות.

הרפורמה השיפוטית נועדה לתקן חמישה חלקים במערכת המשפט, שהוקמו ב-1992 על ידי אמן ההפיכה המקורי בעצמו, נשיא בית המשפט העליון לשעבר אהרן ברק. הרפורמה השיפוטית תאזן מחדש את הסמכויות בין רשויות השלטון, תרחיק את השלטון מהאליטה החילונית, (חלק של ערב רב) ותחזיר את השליטה לידי המצביעים.

חמש הרפורמות השיפוטיות הרצויות כוללות:

• מינוי שופטים 
• תהליך החקיקה
• מגבלות על פסילת חוקים עקב אי-חוקתיות - דחיית פרשנות בית המשפט על ידי הכנסת
• היועצים המשפטיים - העסקה והפיטורין בידי השרים במקום הפיקוח המקצועי של משרד המשפטים
• ביטול עילת הסבירות - למעשה הצליחו להשיג את השלב הזה בשנת 2023. אבל אז פרצה המלחמה (בנוחות לשמאלנים). הוקמה ממשלת חירום - ואני עדיין לא מבין למה הצטרך - והוסכם שלא ממשיכים את הרפורמה השיפוטית עד אחרי סיום המלחמה. ואז, בשבט תשפ״ד / ינואר 2024, ביטל הבג"ץ את הניסיון של הכנסת לרסן אותה, ממש בסירוב להכיר בסמכותה של הכנסת הנבחרת הדמוקרטית בעניין זה.

כמובן שבסופו של דבר לישראל תהיה ממשלה מבוססת בתורה. נראה לי כשהשינוי הזה יתקיים, הדתיים ממלכתיים - אלו המבולבלים מהי תורה ומה המדינה - לא יראו שום הבדל בין המשטר הישן למשטר החדש, ויישארו במצב הכחשה של אושר עילוי, עד שמלך המשיח יבוא ויתן להם על הראש הגורם להם להבין את האמת, שהם טועים מזמן.

The short video from The Shadow highlights the double standards referred to in the second video posted here from the full discussion between Rabbi David Bar-Hayim and Jonathan Pollard, COUP D'ETAT in Israel?.

The second video clip highlights the extent of the dire situation we are in. Neither the rabbi nor Pollard is a "Bibist," an "Only Bibi! can lead us!" deluded, super fan.

In Israel, we live under a juristocracy -- rule or government by the judiciary or court system. Neither the prime minister nor the Knesset as a whole can do anything if the Supreme Court does not like it.

The Judicial Reform was intended to fix five elements of the judicial system, put into place in the 1992 by the original coup master himself, former President of the Supreme Court Aharon Barak. The Judicial Reform would then re-balance the powers between branches of government, taking power away from the secular, Erev Rav, elite, and putting more control back into the hands or voters.

The five desired judicial reforms include:

• Judicial Selection 
• Judicial Review 
• Override Clause - Knesset rejection of the court's interpretation
• Government Legal Advisors - hiring and firing in the hands of the Ministers instead of the Justice Ministry's professional oversight
• Abolition of the "Unreasonableness" Clause - This was actually accomplished in 2023. But then war conveniently broke out. An emergency government was formed - I still do not understand why - and it was agreed that the Judicial Reform cannot be furthered until after the war. Then in January, 2024, the High Court struck down the Knesset's attempt to rein it in, literally refusing to recognize the democratically-elected Knesset's authority on this matter.

Since Kindergarten, Israelis are brainwashed to believe that we live in a liberal democracy. Even though we live in nothing of the sort. Anyone having gone through 12th grade civics in the U. S. can see this.

Confront any Israeli on why Israel's deMOCKracy is and this individual will reply that our system of government is our system of government, and that we have no need to be like any other state. In other words, a non-answer.

Interestingly enough, this is the exact response I give regarding other topics. But I use the word "nation" or "people," instead of state.

Of course, Israel will eventually have Torah-based governance. I suspect that when this changeover occurs, the Mamlakhtim -- those confused over what is Torah, and what the almighty State -- will not see any difference between the old regime and the new, remaining in a blissful state of denial, until the Melekh HaMashi'ah (King Messiah) proverbially hits them over the head with the reality of their long since entrenched error.

In the meantime, we will have to see how the path to get there plays out.

אלון גור, נווט במילואים, כתב שהודיע למפקד הטייסת שלו: "עד כאן, הגבול נחצה, המדינה מפקירה את אזרחיה ביודעין - והשיקולים הפוליטיים הציניים עולים על כל שיקול אחר". בתגובה, צה"ל הדיח אותו לצמיתות מחיל האוויר

צה"ל הדיח אחר הצהריים (יום שלישי) משירות מילואים פעיל את אלון גור, שכתב היום פוסט ארוך שבו הודיע שלא יתייצב יותר לשירות מילואים מכיוון שאינו מאמין בטוהר הכוונות שעומד מאחורי החזרה ללחימה ברצועת עזה. לפי צה"ל, גור הודח "לצמיתות".

"שמי אלון גור", כתב הנווט, "בן 43, נשוי, אבא לשני מתוקים ועוד מתוקה. הארץ הזו חשובה לי מאוד-מאוד. בחרתי להקדיש את חיי כדי לנסות ליצור פה עתיד טוב יותר - ואני עושה את זה עם המון אופטימיות ותקווה גם ברגעים האפלים ביותר, כי אי-אפשר אחרת".

לדברי גור, הוא משרת מילואים פעיל ב-16 השנים האחרונות, ומגיע על בסיס שבועי לתפקידו כנווט קרב בחיל האוויר. לדבריו, הוא עשה זאת גם "תחת ממשלות רבות שלא הצבעתי להן ולא תמיד הסכמתי עם הצעדים שלהן - שאני בעצמי הוצאתי לפועל".

"לכל אורך הדרך היה לי אמון במנגנון, בשומרי הסף ובכוונות הטהורות כשזה מגיע לביטחון ולחיי אדם", הוסיף. "האמנתי, ועדיין מאמין, שזה תפקידי וזו דמוקרטיה, גם כשלא הכול מחליק בקלות בגרון. ככה קרה גם ב-7 באוקטובר - התייצבתי מיד בלי להסס, כי זה מה שהיה צריך. ומשם, במשך שנה וחצי של מאות ימי מילואים וטיסות ולילות ללא שינה. עשיתי זאת בלב כבד, אבל עם ההבנה שבתוך זה יש גם היגיון רב שמבטיח עתיד טוב יותר. אולי אפילו שלום לא עלינו".

"היום בבוקר נשברתי", כתב. "לפני כמה שעות נפגשתי עם מפקד הטייסת שלי והודעתי שלו שעד כאן. הגבול נחצה. בנקודה בה המדינה שוב מפקירה את אזרחיה ביודעין ובאור יום, בנקודה בה השיקולים הפוליטיים הציניים והקרים עולים על כל שיקול אחר, בנקודה בה חיי אדם איבדו את הערך שלהם, בנקודה בה ממשלה מתנקשת בשומרי הסף שלה בכל דרך אפשרית, בנקודה בה המלך נהיה יותר חשוב מהממלכה - עד כאן".

"אני גאה על כל השנים ששירתי בצבא", הוסיף גור. "אני אמשיך להיאבק על דמותה של הארץ הזו בכל דרך אפשרית שאינה אלימה. אני אמשיך לחנך א.נשים לאזרחות פעילה, לאחריות חברתית ולשירות משמעותי בצבא - ולא, אין סתירה בין ההחלטה שלי לבין זה. אני אמשיך להאמין תמיד שיכול להיות פה אחרת".

עשר אגורות (2¢):
רוב התוכניות של מכינה קדם-צבאית הן מרכזי החדרה שיטתית של רעיונות שנוצרו לחזק את נאמנות החיילים הדתיים למדינה שהחלה בגן הילדים. לא נזכר בכתבה זו שאלון גור בצוות מכינה בדרום.

כשהייתי מורה בישיבה תיכונית אני עשיתי מה שביכולתי כדי להרחיק תלמידים מהמכינות. מורים אחרים שיתפו איתי פעולה. הישיבה היתה תורנית ודי עצמאית. כלומר, חומר חינוך לזכר רבין שקיבלנו הגיע ישר לפח, ראש הישיבה והסגל תמכו בחיילים שמסרבים פקודות לגרש יהודים מבתיהם ומארצנו וכו'.

עודדנו לתלמידים ללמוד בישיבות הסדר הברירה שלדעתנו הסתדרה עם התורה יותר מלימודים במכינות.

נראה שח"כ אלעזר שטרן, ראש כוח אדם לשעבר בצה"ל, פעל למען פירוקה של תכנית הסדר או לפחות כדי לחלש את התכנית הזו. שטרן היה גם מאלה שאירגנו את תוכנית ההתנתקות גירוש יהודים של רה״מ דאז אריאל שרון, גירוש יהודים מעזה ב-2005.

עלינו לחשוף את שיטת שטות של נאמנות מושבעת למדינה באופן קיצוני של הממלכתים הדתיים. היהודים חייבים להתעורר ולהבין שאפשר להיות נאמן התורה או נאמן המדינה, ולא שניהם. בכל פעם שאני מאמין שהסתירות בין חוקי התורה לחוקי המדינה הפכו להיות הכי ברורות שאפשר, עוד תכנות פסיכולוגית מגיעה - כגון המשך מלחמה ישנה - כדי לשמור את שליטה על האוכלוסיה.

יש למישהו יש מושג על מה החייל הזה מדבר כאן?

• האם הוא עצבני כי סוף סוף הוא מבין שהרבה מחבריו חיילי צה"ל מוקרבים ללא צורך?

האם אני היחיד שלא יכול להבין את הכתבה הזו? אבל, פעם הזאת אני חייב להודות שגם העברית מעורפלת. מציעים לי שהערפול של הכתבה בכוונה. אני מסכים.

החייל הזה, אלון גור, ככל הנראה דתי, ולכן הוא צריך לדעת שלא מבצעים פידיון שבוין אם המחיר יותר מדי. עסקת גלעד שליט אישרה למחבלים שאנו מוכנים לשלם מחיר כזה ואז הננו במצב הנוכחי.

אני התפלאתי לטובה לקרוא על איש צוות במכינה שמצליח לפרוק את עול שטיפת מוחו, ואמר "עד כאן, הגבול נחצה".

אולי הוא משוכנע מכוחות קפלן או מחסידי אהוד ברק. מי יודע? אני לא בוכה על מצבו של ראש הממשלה נתניהו. אני רק תוהה עד כמה ההתפטרות הזו של החיילים משמעותית.

Arutz 7: IDF dismisses reserve combat navigator who refuses to serve
IDF announces termination of service of a combat navigator after he refused to serve due to government policy.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Tuesday that the service of a reserve combat navigator in the Air Force has been permanently terminated, after he announced that he refuses to serve.

The 43-year-old navigator, who is married and has three children, has served in active reserves for sixteen years, and for the past five years has headed a leadership center and a pre-military preparatory program (mechina).

In a statement he released today, he wrote that throughout his service, he served under many governments that he did not vote for, but he always had confidence in the system and the security considerations.

He added that since October 7th, he continued to serve without hesitation out of a sense of mission.

However, today he informed his squadron commander that he could not continue, noting: "This morning I broke down. At a point when the state is once again abandoning its citizens knowingly and in broad daylight, at a point where cynical and cold political considerations outweigh all other considerations, at a point where human life has lost its value, at a point where a government attacks its gatekeepers in every possible way, at a point where the king has become more important than the kingdom – no more."

Following his announcement, the IDF announced the immediate and permanent termination of his service.

Most all of the pre-IDF Mechinah programs are indoctrination centers which are to strengthen religious soldiers loyalty to the State that began in Kindergarten. When I was teaching, I did what I could to steer students away from Mechinot. Other teachers joined me, as we were at a [now defunct] somewhat indenpendent, Torani yeshiva high school. Rabin memorial education materials received went directly into the trash, the rosh yeshiva and faculty supported soldiers refusing orders to throw Jews out of their homes, etc.

The Hesder Yeshivah program was the preferred option at the time to encourage students to join. It seemed that MK Elazar Stern, former IDF Personnel Chief, worked to dismantle this program. Stern was also one of those running logistics for then Prime Minister Sharon's Disengagement Plan Expulsion of Jews from Gaza in 2005/תשס״ה.

The mamlakhti concept of diehard loyalism to the State in the extreme, must be brought to light. Jews must eventually wake up and realize that you can be a Torah loyalist OR a State loyalist, and not both. Every time I believe that the conflicts between the two have become even more obvious, some other sort of programming -- like a convenient war -- comes into play to keep control over the masses.

Does anyone have any idea what this soldier is talking about here?

• Is he upset because he believes the hostages are being abandoned?

Am I the only one who cannot understand Arutz 7's poorly presented articles? Well, in this case, I must admit that the Hebrew is also ambiguous. It was suggested that this vagueness is purposeful. I agree. 

This soldier, Alon Gur, is presumably religious, so he should know that pidyon shvuin (redemption of the captive) is not performed if the price is too high. The Gilad Shalit deal opened the flood gates, as we all knew it would.

At first, I was pleasantly surprised to hear about a Mechinah administrator, who "continued to serve without hesitation," breaking through his programming, in order to say "no more."

Maybe the Kaplan Group or Barak's people got to him. Who knows? ...not that I am supported of Netanyahu or anything. I was just wondering how significant this soldiers resignation was.

I guess we shall soon see.

In the meantime it is important to emphasize that Alon Gur's consequences are nothing compared to what soldiers who, in 2005 refused to throw Jews out of their homes in Gaza. Granted those soldiers were in compulsory service. Nevertheless...

מה יקרה כשפוסקים שהאויב הוא תורה? מה יקרה אם פתאום מגדירים את בגידה מחדש על ידי בית המשפט העליון?

מה יקרה אם רשויות קובעים שהן פועלות לטובת המדינה אם פתאום מוצאים ראיות, כךומר ראיות מזויפות, בבתים של יהודים בעלי יראת שמים וחסרי יראת המדינה?

לאן ישלחו את יהודים הבוגדים כאלה? האם הם יחלקו אותם מדינות האיחוד האירופי כמו מחבלים ערבים בעבר?

כולנו יודעים שהם לא יתקבלו בזרועות פתוחות כמו המחבלים הערבים התקבלו. אלא הם יהיו המטרות של תקיפות ברגע שהם יורדים מהמטוסו. כנראה ייהרגו והמשטרה המקומית תחקור ותדווח שנהרגו סתם ללא שום קשר לשנאת ישראל.

איזו שיטה גאונית של הערב רב להשליך לפח זבל את יהודים בעייתיים. למה בעיתיים? מכוון שחוצפתם מתבטא באמצעות התיחסותם להקב״ה כבעל סמכות גבוהה יותר מהמדינה!

למרבה המזל, עונש המוות אינו נזכר כאפשרות כמו במדינות אחרות. נראה שעדיף לערב רב לכפות על יהודים [כשרים וציונים אמיתיים] לסבול ולשמש דוגמה חיה להשלכות על מי שמעז לנסות להתנגד את סמכותם.

לערב רב כבר יש אמצעים "חוקיים" כדי להכניס לישראל ולמלא אותה בגוים: חוק השבות המגוחך, עובדים זרים, פליטים כביכול ונישואי תערובת. יש להם הרבה עורכי דין שמוכנים לשתף פעולה בתהליך להוריד את האוכלוסיה היהדות של ארץ ישראל.

ועכשיו נראה שהם מכינים דרך לסלק יהודים מארץ ישראל באופן ישיר יותר. הרי המאבק למען האוכלוסיה היהודית בישראל אינו נגד הערבים.

What if certain authorities have determined that they are acting in the best interest of the State to plant evidence on one of these God-fearing, rather than State-fearing, Torah-observant Jews?

Where will these treasonous Jews be sent? Will they be spread out among European Union [EU] members like Arab terrorists have been in the past?

We all know that they will not be treated the same way as the Arab terrorists. They will be targeted the minute the step off the plane, and be attacked and killed.

What an ingenious way for Erev Rav (descendants of false converts from Egypt) authorities to get rid of pesky Jews who have the audacity to regard The Almighty in higher authority than the State!

Luckily the death penalty is not mentioned as an option like in other countries. It seems that the Erev Rav authorities would prefer to force [kosher] Jews to suffer and serve to as living examples of the consequences for those who dare try to defy them.

The Erev Rav already has "legal" ways to flood Israel with goyim: the absurd Law of Return, foreign workers, so-called refugees, and intermarriage. They have plenty of lawyers willing to collaborate in the de-Jewification process.

Now it seems they are preparing a way to get rid of Jews more directly. After all, Israel's demographic struggle is not between Jews and Arabs.

הממ... זה נראה נוח מאוד שערבים תוקפים, לא מזמן אחרי שהאקדח של יהודה שרבף הוחרם.

חוץ מזה, צה"ל לא שולח יותר חיילים לשמור על עיטם אלא שולח עוד חיילים כדי לשמור את השליטה על עיטם.

זו פעולה חוזרת של הממשלה, שרוב הממלכתים (נאמני המדינה חבל על הזמן) מסרבים להכיר בה.

ממשלת ישראל מתיחסת בכל תושב יהודה ושומרון, שאינו מקבל אליה כהסמכות העליונה בארץ ישראל, כאיום.

אני לא יודע מה ההשקפה של שרבף. אבל כנראה, כל תושב יהודה, שומרון ופעם עזה, הנאמן למדינה, יכול להיות נאמן מיותר. ואם הוא נופל אז הוא נזק נלווה.

פשוט תסתכלו לישובים שנמצאו בעזה ובצפון השומרון שנהרסו, והפכו להיות ״יודנריין״ (הגרמנית נקייה מיהודים) בשנת תשס״ה/2005. רוב היהודים בישובים אלו היו ממלכתיים. רוב תושבי יהודה ושומרון גם היו ממלכתיים, וכנראה ממשיכים בדרך זו של ממלכתיות.

יצהר וישובים קטנות ומאחזים, דומות לה בהשקפה, הן היעדים התמידיים של דיכוי על ידי הממשלה. שסמכותו של הקב"ה גדולה יותר מהמדינה, ושחוקי התורה קודמין לחוקי האדם, ואז המדינה, הם רעיונות מפריעים לממשלה מאוד.

בסביבת זמן גירוש היהודים מעזה, נשכרו חברות אבטחה פרטיות לקחת אחריות על חלק מצרכי האבטחה של ישובים ביהודה ושומרון, בעיקר משמרות שמירה בכניסה הראשית וסיורים ברחבי ההיקף. תושבים בעלי רישיון נשק וניסיון היו מוזמנים להגיש מועמדות למשרות המוצעות. אבל כל עובד לא הורשה לעבוד בישוב שלו.

טוענים שתושב הישוב לא מוכן להמנע מלעשות משהו נגד הגירוש מהישוב שלו והריסתו. הוא גם לא מוכן להמנע מלהודיע לשכניו על חשש כזה ברגע שנודע לו על .התוכנית

כמובן, לא לכולם היה רישיון נשק. הממשלה כבר החלה למצוא תירוצים לקחת רישיונות, אולי לקראת כל התנגדות לגירוש במסגרת תוכנית הגירוש של אריאל שרון.

העובדה שנוכחות יהודים, נוכחות של יהודים חמושים, מהווה הרתעה יעילה נגד הטרור הערבי, נראית כלא חשוב למטרות הסופיות של הממשלה: שליטה באמצעות פחד, ואולי יותר בסופו של דבר עוד גירוש יהודים.

יהודים כמו יהודה שרבף עומדים בדרכה.

יהי רצון ה׳ אלהינו שיהודה וכל שאר היהודים שנפגעו בפיגוע זה ובכל פגועים אחרים יתרפאו לחלוטין ובמהירות!

The Jewish Press: Two Israelis Wounded in Arab Rock-Throwing Attack Near Efrat

Two Israelis were wounded late Wednesday afternoon in a Palestinian Authority Arab rock-throwing attack near the Eitam Farm of Efrat, in Gush Etzion.

Magen David Adom paramedics treated an 18-year-old male and 26-year-old Yehuda Sharbaf at the scene before taking them both to nearby Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Both of the victims suffered head injuries, but medics said they were both in good condition.

Sharbaf is the manager of the farm and the Yeshiva on the Eitam.

He is also an IDF officer and spent four months fighting in Gaza at the start of the war.

This morning, according to Sharbaf, the army confiscated his IDF issued rifle without explanation. And within 12 hours he and other people from the farm were brutally attacked by Arabs.

According to a source in the municipality, the IDF is sending more soldiers to guard the Eitam.

Hmm... It does seem awfully conveniently that Arabs attack, not too long after Yehudah Sharbaf's gun was confiscated.

Besides that, the IDF is not sending more soldiers to guard Eitam; it is sending more soldiers to control Eitam.

This is yet one more pattern of the government, which most mamlakhtim (diehard State loyalists) refuse to acknowledge.

The Israeli Government considers any resident of Judea and Samaria, who does not view it as the ultimate authority in the Land of Israel, to be a threat.

I cannot say what Sharbaf's ideology is. However, any resident of Judea, Samaria, and once upon a time, Gaza, who is loyal to the State, can be collateral damage. Just look at the towns in Gaza and Northern Samaria that were destroyed, and made Judenrein (Ger. cleansed of Jews) in תשס״ה/2005. Most of the Jews in these towns were mamlakhtim. Most residents of Judea and Samaria were as well, and probably still are.

Yitzhar and like-minded, smaller Jewish towns, are the perpetual targets of government oppression. Like-minded as in The Almighty's authority is greater than the State, His Torah having higher authority than the laws of the Israeli government.

Around the time of the expulsion of Jews from Gaza, private security firms were hired to take responsibility for some of the security needs of Jewish towns in Judea and Samaria, mainly guarding the main entrance and making patrols around the perimeter. Residents with a gun license and experience were welcome to apply for the jobs offered. However, any employee was not permitted to work in his own town.

The theory is that a resident would not stand by and see his town evacuated, and then destroyed. He would also not hesitate to inform his neighbors once he learned of this plan.

Of course, not everyone had a gun licenses. The government had already begun making excuses to take away licenses, perhaps in anticipation of any resistance against being expelled under Ariel Sharon's Disengagement Expulsion Plan.

The fact that the presence of Jews, the presence of armed Jews, is an effective deterent against Arab terror, appears to be irrelevant to the Israeli Government's ultimate objectives: Control through fear, and quite possibly more eventual expulsions of Jews.

Jews like Yehudah Sharbaf stand in its way.

May Yehudah and all other Jews hurt in the attack heal completely and speedily!

להתפלל למען המדינה? למה להתפלל למען מדינה המבטלת מצוות?

...ואין צריך לומר אם גזר המלך לבטל מצוה, שאין שומעין לו. (משנה תורה, הל׳ מלכים ומלחמותיהם ג,י [ט])

הרב מאיר כהנא הי"ד היה מצטט את ההלכה הזו בנאומיו בכנסת. אין צריך לומר שהרבה ח״כים לא אהבו לשמוע את דבר כזה אפילו ח״כים שומרי תורה ומצוות של המפד״ל. פעולה כזו הפחיתה את המקובלות שלו בקרב ח״כים האחרים.

במיוחד זה הרגיז את כל מי שטוען שהכנסת ממלאת מקומו של המלך. האם נכון שממלא מקום רק זמני, ולא מחליף קבוע? בכל מקרה, אם אין שומעים במלך שגזר לבטל מצוה, אז קל וחומר, אין שומעים בממלא מקום של מלך, נכון?

רבנים ציטטו את ההלכה הזו גם בהצדקת סירוב פקודות צה"ל הסותרות את התורה, ובמיוחד במהלך תוכנית ההתנתקות של גירוש יהודים על ידי רה״מ דאז אריאל שרון [ושמעון פרס]  מעזה וצפון השומרון בשתס"ה/2005. (*גוש קטיף הוא רק חלק של עזה.)

בנוסף, האם התפילה להגנת המדינה סותרת את תפילותינו שלוש פעמים ביום להקמת ממלכת דוד מחדש? תוך כדי תפילה לביאת המשיח ״...את צמח דוד...״, האם אנו מתפללים לנפילת המדינה? או אנו מתפללים להחלפתו? או לאירגונתה מחדש? אפילו בתפילה הממלכתית עצמה (לעיל) כתוב שהמדינה היא "ראשית צמיחת גאולתנו". אני שם דגש במילה ראשית. האם הרבנים המעודדים לנו להתפלל למען המדינה באמת מאמינים שהמדינה תמשיך להתקיים עם מלכות בית דוד?

למה הרבנים הממלכתיים מפחדים מלהזכיר את מה שכתוב במפורש בתורה או שנמסר לנו בעל פה? כי בסיס השליטה שלהם יהיה מאוים כהשלכה? כי הם מאמינים שהם יכולים לפעול למעל ישראל ביעילות יותר באמצעות שמירה על שתיקה, ואז שמירה את קשר חיובי לממשלה החילונית? כי הם כל כך תלויים בקהילה הבינלאומית שהם מפחדים לעצבן אותה?

למה רבנים אחרים ביצהר ובמקומות אחרים מאוימים, ואף נעצרים, על ידי המשטרה, על כך שהעזו ללמד נושאים שאינם מקובלים על ידי הממשלה, אפילו שהם מלמדים אותם אך ורק תיאורטי?

להתפלל שמנהיגינו יחזרו בתשובה ושהקב"ה יתן להם את חוכמה וידע כדי לעשות את רצונו? כֵּן.

להתפלל שהקב"ה יביא לנו מנהיגים יראי שמים ביאת המשיח? כֵּן.

אבל להתפלל למען מדינה, שחלק גדול מממשלתה רוצה שנהיה אומה, כמו כל אומה אחרת, כלומר להטמע בתוך קהילה עולמית לא יהודי? לֹא.

אז בפעם הבאה שתראו יהודים מניפים את דגלים שכתוב בם "עם ישראל ותורת ישראל בארץ ישראל", זכרו שאי אפשר להשוות את מדינת ישראל לשלושת העניינים אלו, למרות שכוחות השלטון ממשיכים להשתדל לשכנע אותנו לנו להאמין שכן.

"Our Father who is in Heaven, the Rock of Israel and its Redeemer, Bless the State of Israel, the beginning of our Redemption, protect it under the wings of Your loving kindness, and spread over it a tabernacle of your Peace.

Pray for the State? Why pray for a State the abolishes mitzvoth (Torah commandments)? 

...and one does not need to say, when a King decrees canceling a mitzvah, that one does not heed him. (Mishneh Torah, Laws of Kings and their Wars 3:10 [9])

Rabbi Meir Kahane hy"d would cite this very halakhah (Torah Law) in Knesset (Israeli Parliament). Needless to say, this added to his unpopularity among other MKs, including from the so-called National "Religious" Party.

This especially upset those who have claimed that the Knesset is a stand-in for the King. Isn't a stand-in only supposed to be temporary, and not a permanent replacement? In any event, if we are not to heed a king who decrees the cancelation of a mitzvah, then even more so, should we also not heed any stand-in for a king?

This halakhah was also cited in justification of IDF soldiers refusing orders which contradicted the Torah, especially during Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's [and Shimon Peres's] Disengagement Plan Expulsion of Jews from Gaza (including Gush Qatif) and northern Samaria in שתס״ה/2005.

Besides, doesn't praying for the welfare of the State contradict our three times daily prayers for the re-establishment of the Kingdom of David? While praying for the coming of the Mashi'ah ...את צמח דוד, are we not praying for the State's downfall? Praying for its replacement? For its restructuring?

Even the mamlakhti (Statist) prayer itself (above) says that the State is "the beginning of our Redemption." Do they really believe the State will somehow exist as is, side by side with a re-established Kingdom of David?

Why are mamlakhti rabbis afraid to mention what is written in the Torah, and handed down to us from generation in our Oral Law? Because their power base would be threatened? Because they believe they are able to do more good by keeping quiet, and maintaining a positive connection to the secular government? Because they are so dependent on the international, ie. non-Jewish, community, they are afraid to rub them the wrong way?

Why are other rabbis in Yitzhar and elsewhere threatened, and even detained, by police, for daring to teach such politically-incorrect topics, even theoretically?

Pray for The Almighty to grant our leaders wisdom and knowledge to repent, and to do what is right? Yes. Bring us God-fearing leaders,  in the interim until Mashi'ah come,? Yes.

But pray for State, much of whose government desires for us to be a nation, like any other nation, ie. like any other non-Jewish nation? No.

So, the next time you see Jews waving their proverbial flags of "the People of Israel and the Torah of Israel in the Land of Israel," remember that the State of Israel cannot be equated with these three, try as the Powers That Be may, to make us believe that it is.

The US State Department announced on Wednesday additional sanctions against more Israelis. The US is imposing sanctions on Hashomer Yosh (Guardians of Judea and Samaria), an Israeli nongovernmental organization that provides support and protection to farms in Judea and Samaria, and specifically the Meitarim Farm, located near Hebron.

It is also sanctioning Yitzhak Levi Filant, the Ravshatz (civilian security coordinator) of the town of Yitzhar in Samaria. (cont.)

For years, I have been writing about Yitzhar and similar ideolgically-based towns, and how the State of Israel views them as existential threats, beginning with Yitzhar: The Israeli Government's Jewish Expulsion Laboratory in 2009.

Over the past several months, we have witnessed the U. S. government become increasingly involved in micromanaging Israel's affairs, and that includes dealing with the threats to allies of the U. S. in the Israeli government.

Increasingly, you ask? Yes. Increasingly. The U. S. has been meddling in Israeli affairs since the U. S. State Dept. recommended against President Truman's recognition of an independent State of Israel.

Government agencies -- the people who run them -- do not like it, when they do not get their way. A perfect example is the United Nations [UN] not getting the partition plan it wanted with Jerusalem being an international city, one of the most important milestones in the globalist enterprise. Having it solely in Jewish hands would be too much of a threat to them. Muslims (Ishmael) and Christians (Esau) fighting over it, less so.

The UN did not like not getting its way. So, ever since then it has been working toward its ultimate goal of control in the region, maybe leaving a token sliver of Israel for Jews. They would certainly never even allow us the original territory it intended for us. In the eyes of the UN, Israel Jews need to be made an example of.

Like the UN, the U. S. State Department also does not like not getting its way.

Am I seriously the only one who sees the pattern here? Just because the U. S. has mostly failed so far, does not mean that they will not keep trying. Democrat or Republican administration, the only difference is in the approach.

I stand by my theory from 2005, that the next major expulsion of Jews from Judea and Samaria will be at the hands of foreign troops. Demonizing the Torah-committed settlers in the leftist-controled, mainstream media will not be enough to support submitting IDF soldiers to the trauma of throwing Jewish out of their homes, like they went threw in תשס״ה/2005 in Gaza.

Israel will need the help of the U. S., perhaps even to use the U. S. as a scapegoat. The U. S. will be happy to oblige, seeing this kind of settler as obstacles to peace its ultimate objectives.

Sanctions are only the first stage.

להשתחוות על אבן אסורה ליהודים למעט בהר הבית. יהודים אפילו נמנעים להשתחוות על בלטות שיש בהן אבנים.

לאותם יהודים בארה"ב ובמקומות אחרים שלעולם לא ידעו למה החזן משתחווה ביום כיפור רק לאחר שהונחה לו מגבת, אז עכשיו אתם יודעים.

Over the years, I have addressed what it means to be a Jewish extremist. Simply put, it regarding The Almighty and His Holy Torah to be a higher authority that than the State.

The expression חוקי התורה קודמין לחוקי האדם "Torah Law takes precedence over manmade laws" seems to be perceived as an existential threat to the State of Israel. Many of the Jews in Giv'ath Ronen, and in communities like it, are known for this belief.

Another existential threat we see in these photos and video is the alliance between settler, or hilltop, youth and Haredi (untra-orthodox) youth, interested in performing mitzvoth (Torah commandments), even at the risk of arrest.

Prostrating on stone is forbidden to Jews, except for on the Temple Mount. Jews even avoid prostrating on floor tile, containing pieces of stone.

To those Jews in the U. S. and elsewhere who have always wondered why your hazzan (cantor) always prostrated himself on Yom Kippur, only after a towel was laid down for him, now you know.

I have always been againt posing for photos on the Temple Mount. These photos invariably include smiling faces, when the exact opposite is what is proper.

One should only ascend the Temple Mount, and be present there, in seriousness and reverance.

The photos and video above document this endeavor to defy the Israeli government's policy of putting non-Jews first, on the Holiest site in the world. If any joy is remotely apparent here, it is only due to the progress being made in the assertion of our rights to pray on the Temple Mount, long forbidden to us by the government of our supposedly Jewish State.

Muslims come and go, and do as they please on the Temple Mount, including damage archaeological sites in thei fultile attempt to rewrite history. They also play soccer on the Holiest site in the world.

Christian tourists are hardly scrutinized like are Jews are, even by the Wakf. They pray freely to their false deity-messiah. They are even invited to ascend The Temple Mount by misguided Jews, who have no understanding whatsoever of what the verse "A House of Prayer for all nations" (Isaiah 56:7) truly means. It does not mean praying however, and to whomever one chooses, on the Temple Mount.

Meanwhile, Jews are treated as third class citizens in their own Divinely Promised Homeland, Muslims being the first class, and non-Jewish tourists the second.

I praise these Jews for their civil disobedience. I pray that one day, and soon, Jews will begin work on rebuilding the Temple. Only those praying to the Holy One, Blessed Be He, and in the proper manner, will be allowed to ascend the Temple Mount itself. When this happens, it will be due in part to the perseverance of these self-sacrificing Jews.

May we merit to see the Third Temple standing, speedily in our days!
