בשישי האחרון, פסק בית הדין הבינלאומי לצדק בהאג לטובת הפעלת אמצעים זמניים כנגד הלחימה בעזה. בית המשפט דחה את בקשת דרום אפריקה לקבלת צווים חמורים להפסקת לחימה וכיו"ב, אך הוציא בכל זאת 6 צווים המחייבים את מדינת ישראל:

1. ישראל תנקוט בכל האמצעים שבכוחה למנוע רצח עם
2. ישראל תבטיח שלא לבצע רצח עם
3. ישראל תמנע ותחקור הסתה לרצח עם
4. ישראל תאפשר סיוע הומניטרי לעזתים
5. ישראל תשמר ראיות ותמנע השמדתם
6. ישראל תגיש דו"ח על 5 הצווים הנ"ל בתוך חודש

מתוך 17 שופטים, 15 שופטים (לרבות ארה"ב, צרפת וגרמניה) תמכו בכל הצווים, השופטת האוגנדית התנגדה לכולן ואהרן ברק התנגד לצווים 1,2,5,6 ותמך ב-3 ו-4. מדוע פעל השופט אהרון ברק כפי שפעל?

יש אומרים שברק הצטרך להראות שכנציג ישראל אינו מושפע מדעות ולא העדפות אישיות.

יש אומרים שברק מאמין שישראל צריכה להקפיד יותר מרגיל בעניינים כאלה, גם בעיני אומות העולם וגם לא.

יש אומרים שברק באמת מאמין שישראל עברה את הגבול כלפי הפליסטינאים הערבים שבעזה. אבל האמת היא ישראל נלחמת נגד חמאס רק בחצי כוח ולא גמורת אותם אז ישראל פשוט מחזקת אותם. וסיוע לתושבי עזה שווה לסיוע לחמאס. כולנו יודעים את זה. אי אפשר שברק תמים עד כדי כך.

התשובה לשאלה של קרנטמן היא ברורה מאוד. למרות שלא נשמע יפה בזמן של ״יחד ננצח״, אולי הוא לא באמת ״מאיתנו.״ לדעתי בתור נסיך של הערב רב (ראו את שמות יב,לח), ברק עושה את הכל כפי יכולתו למען הסרת התורה מישראל. הוא הצביע לפסוק נגדנו לא בגלל האסטרטגיה אלא כי הוא בדרך מבוססת בעולם המערב רחוקה מאוד ממשהו יהודי. כנראה ברק פשוט שונא את התורה שהיא הנשמה של עם ישראל. לכן הוא שונא ישראל. בכוונה או בלי כוונה אין לי מושג.

ערב רב הוא לשון עירוב, עירבוב, התערבות, כגון נשואין תערובת. עירוב גם כולל חיבור מדינות באמצעות מחיקת גבולותן כלומר גלובליזם ובין ישראל לעמים כלומר התבוללות, ולכן השמדת עם ישראל. חס וחלילה!

השופט אהרון ברק מאמין שלבית הדין הבינלאומי יש סמכות כלשהי על ישראל. זאת הטעות הראשונה שלו וסימן שהוא מאמין ישראל כמו כל אומות האחרות בעולם. אולי הוא חשב שבית הדין הבינלאומי מוכן להתייחס אלינו בהגינות. מצד שני, אולי הוא מאמין שישראל צריכה להענש כלומר רה״מ וממשלתו די ימינה וכל יהודי המומך בם צריכים להענש.

אני לא מאשים את ברק אלא הרבנים הממלכתיים שמורים לתלמידיהם לשמור את כל חוקי מדינת ישראל כולם אפילו כאלה הנוגדים בתורה. אפילו יש רבנים המורים לנו שאין סתירה בין חוקי התורה לחוקי המדינה ושכל מי שחושב ככה פשוט אינו מסוגל להבין את זה. בגלל הרבנים האלה אין סוף לעבירות עתידיות נגדנו על ידי הערב רב .

לכן לרבנים האלה אני מזכיר את מצוות עשה מדאורייתא לא תעמוד על דם רעך (ויקרא יט,טז).

אפילו אם יש ליהודים כמו אהרון ברק הדין של תינוק שנשבה אני מאמין שאסור להתעלם מהנזק שעושים לנו.

The Times Of Israel: In separate ICJ opinion, Aharon Barak says ‘genocide more than just a word for me’

Retired Supreme Court chief justice Aharon Barak, serving as the Israeli representative at the International Court of Justice, issues a separate opinion after the court’s ruling in South Africa’s genocide case against Israel.

Along with Uganda’s Julia Sebutinde, Barak was one of only two judges to oppose the court’s chief claim that Israeli actions in the war against Hamas may violate the Genocide Convention and in turn order Israel to ensure they do not.

Barak voted in favor of two measures included in the decision: Requiring Israel to do everything “within its power to prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide in relation to members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip,” and ordering “immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.”

In his separate opinion, Barak criticizes South Africa for focusing on Israel instead of Hamas for carrying out the October 7 terror onslaught that sparked the war in Gaza, saying it “wrongly sought to impute the crime of Cain to Abel.”

He also notes his own experience as a Holocaust survivor.

“Genocide is more than just a word for me; it represents calculated destruction and human behavior at its very worst,” Barak writes. “It is the gravest possible accusation and is deeply intertwined with my personal life experience.”

Additionally, Barak touts Israel’s commitment to adhering to international law during military operations and says the court should use international humanitarian law when assessing the war in Gaza, not the genocide convention.

Eitan Krantman asks why Barak ruled "against us"? 

Some say that Barak voted to rule against Israel in order to demonstrate his objectivity in these matters.

Some say that Barak believes that Israel should be stricter than usual in such matters, while the eyes of scrutiny of the nations are upon us.

Some say that Barak really believes that Israel has crossed the line towards the Palestinians Arabs in Gaza. But the truth is that doing a half-hearted job... again only emboldens Hamas, and humanitarian aid to Gaza residents is equal to aid to Hamas. Barak could not possibly be that naive.

But the answer to Krantman's question is very clear. As politically-incorrect as it may sound, especially now in the age of "Together, We Will be Victorious," perhaps Barak is not actually one of us. Simply put, Barak hates the Torah, the soul of the people of Israel, and thus hates the true essence of Israel. Intentionally or unintentionally? I have no idea.

As a prince of the Erev Rav (mixed-multitude), the spiritual descendants of the false converts who left with us out of Egypt (See Exodus 12:38), Barak is doing everything in his power to remove Torah from Israel. He voted to rule against us not because of any strategy, but rather his world view is a Western one, not a Jewish one. Note to American Jews: Western and Jewish are not the same thing, not even close.

Erev Rav is the same root of eruv (mixing), irbuv (blending), hitarvut (intermingling, interfering), such as in nesuin ta'aroveth (mixed marriage). Mixing together also includes erasing international borders and relinquishing land, like Shimon Peres attempted to do with his Valley of Peace. The Erev Rav is responsible for integrating Israel with the nations, culturally, linguistically, even religiously, in other words assimilation, and therefore the destruction of the people of Israel. May God forbid!

Judge Aharon Barak seemed to believe that the ICJ has some sort of authority over Israel. This was his first mistake, as well as a sign he believes Israel to be like the remainder of the nations of the world. Perhaps he believed that the ICJ was prepared to treat us fairly. On the other hand, perhaps he believed Israel should be punished, in other words, that the Prime Minister and his somewhat right-wing government should be punished, along with all the Jews who support them.

I do not blame Barak, but rather the diehard state loyalist (mamlakhti) rabbis who teach their students to respect entirety of the State of Israel's laws, even those which contradict Torah Law. There are even rabbis who teach us that there is no such contradiction between Torah Law and Israeli law, and that anyone who thinks this way is simply incapable understanding this. Because of such rabbis there can be no end to damage done by the Erev Rav.

This is why I remind these rabbis of the positive mitzvah mid'Oraita (explicitly written commandment), "Do not stand idly by." (Lev. 19:16).

Even if Jews like Aharon Barak have the status of tinoq shenishba (one taken and raised by non-Jews), I believe that the damage they are doing to us should not be ignored.

So, what are we going to do about this?

חסידות ערלוי היא קהילה בעלת מאפיינים של חצר חסידית, שהוקמה לאחר השואה על ידי האדמו"ר רבי יוחנן סופר, מצאצאי החת"ם סופר ויליד העיר ערלוי שבהונגריה. החסידות ממשיכה את מורשתו ומנהגיו של החת"ם סופר וצאצאיו.

A little background on the Erlau community:

Erlau (Hebrew: ערלוי, also spelled Erloi), is a Haredi dynasty of Hungarian origin, which follows the teachings of the Chasam Sofer and is often considered Hasidic...

...The Erlau community was established by Rabbi Yochanan Sofer in Jerusalem after World War II to continue the legacy of his grandfather, Rabbi Shimon Sofer, who was Chief Rabbi of Erlau and rosh yeshiva of the Yeshivas Chasam Sofer there. This community uniquely follows Ashkenazic tradition blended with Hasidic customs...

...Due to the Communist grip on Hungary and oppression of Judaism there, Sofer immigrated to Israel together with his yeshiva in 1950...

...In 1953 he founded the Erlau yeshiva and community in the Katamon neighbourhood of south-central Jerusalem,[22] starting with the purchase of a few rooms in the building of the former Syrian Consulate on Yotam Street. As you have hopefully come to learn from reading this blog, this piece could not be found in the mainstream media, neither in Hebrew nor English. Thus, as you have also come to learn from reading this blog, how important I find it to publicize such reports.

Truly, the video and and short report speak for themselves.

It begs the question, though, if the powers that be would consider these young men to be part of the "together" in the catchphrase psy. opp. "Together We Will Be Victorious."

The answer should be obvious: "No."

I was very surprised to see that there were not even any government officials present to exploit photo opps. from the event. No one knew about it. No one had informed them. Perhaps later, at the lighting of the first candle this evening.

We shall see.

האם זאת אומרת "יחד ננצח" בפדיון כל בני הערובה שלנו?

האם זאת אומרת "יחד ננצח" מול כל האיומים הקיומיים שנותרו על מדינת ישראל?

מי נכלל ב"יחד" של הביטוי הזה שבאופנה היום? בעלי אזרחות ישראלית הלא יהודים? הערבים? הדרוזים? הצ'רקסים? הנוצרים דוברי רוסית ואוקראינית שבמקרה יש להם סבא יהודי אחד?

מה עם העובדים הזרים? מה עם המסתננים האפריקאים, שבג״ץ מצליח למנוע מהממשלה מלגרש אותם כבר מעל 10 שנים?

ומה עם הנוצרים האוונגליסטים המתגוררים בשומרון, המאמינים שארץ ישראל היא שלהם בכל מקרה, ונראה שזה לא מפריע לרוב היהודים? כמה ישראלים אפילו יודעים שנוצרים מתגוררים כאן חופשי? האם הנוצרים האלה גם נכללים ב"יחד?"

אין ספק שצאצאיו של הערב רב נכללים ב"ביחד". הערב רב הם גיורי שקר שיצאו איתנו מארץ מצרים (שמות לח,יב), ומאז עושים לנו צרות. אין ספק שהערב רב יצר את התנועה הזו של אחדות כביכול, והביטוי המלווה לה.

ואת מי הממשלה "כוחות השלטון" מוציאים מהאלה שנכללים ב"יחד?"

החרדים והמתנחלים שמאמינים ש״חוקי התורה קודמין לחוקי האדם״?

החרדים שמאיימים אותם פעם אחר פעם באלימות פיזית, בהוצאת הילדים מבתים שאינם מוכנים לתת לילדים לעבור את שטיפת המוח הממלכתית, ובעונש מאסר בגין סירוב לשרת בצה"ל?

המתנחלים שהמחבלים הישמעאלים (הערביים) מתקיפים אותם אפילו ברגע הזה ושתחת איום נוסף על ידי אוסף הנשק של שכניהם הישמעאלים, מתחת לאף של ממשלת ישראל? ...או הממשלה כן יודעת את הזה?

אם מסתכלים למי שנכלל ב"יחד" אז אי אפשר לומר ש"יחד ננצח" אומרת "יחד ננצח" במאבק להקים מדינה יהודית אמיתית. ואין צריך לומר ממלכה יהודית.

בעבר, האסטרטגיה של כוחות השלטון הייתה ״הפרד ומשול״ באצעות עידוד מחלוקות בין קהילות, החילונים, הדתיים הדתיים הלאומיים והחרדים.

ולכן אולי פירושו "יחד ננצח" בעצם...

"יחד" = מספר האנשים שעוברים שטיפת המוח בהצלחה יעלה.

"אנחנו" = כוחות השלטון "ינצחו" במאבק להשאר בשלטון.

זו פשוט גירסה חדשה של מבצע פסיכולגי ישן.

Does it mean "we will be victorious" against Hamas, once and for all?

Does it mean "we will be victorious" in redeeming all of our hostages?

Does it mean "we will be victorious" against all remaining existential threats to the State of Israel?

Who is included in the "together" part of this catchphrase? Non-Jewish, holders of Israeli citizenship? Arabs? Druze? Circassians? Russian and Ukrainian speaking Christians who happen to have a Jewish grandparent?

What about foreign workers? What about African insurgents, the deportation of whom the Israeli Supreme Court has somehow been able to block for over 10 years?

And what about the Evangelical Christians residing in Samaria, who believe that the Land of Israel is theirs anyways, and most Jews do not seem to be bothered by this, assuming they even know they are here? Are they also included in "together?"

Is the U. S. included in the together? An alliance with The West, Christians and progressives alike, that is the Jewish People's current exile of Edom (See Gen. 25:30; 36:1-43)?

No doubt the descendants of the Erev Rav (See Ex. 38:12) are included in the "together," the mixed-multitude, false converst who left Egypt with us, and who have been causing us trouble ever since. The Erev Rav is undoubtedly behind this quasi-unity movement, and its associated catchphrase.

And who does the government do "the powers that be" exclude from their understanding of "together?"

Those Haredim (ultra-orthodox) and settlers who hold Torah Law above State law?

The same Haredim who have been threatened time and time again with physical violence, removal of children from homes not conducive to State indoctrination, and prison time for refusing to serve in the Israeli Defense Forces [IDF]?

Those settlers who are attacked by Arab terrorists in Judea and Samaria, as I write this, and who under additional threat by their Ishmaelite neighbors' collection of weapons, under the noses of the Israeli government? ...or maybe not?

Considering who is included in the "together," it certainly does not mean "together we will be victorious" in creating a truly Jewish Kingdom, let alone a Jewish State.

In the past, the strategy of the powers that be has been to divide and conquer, creating rifts between secular, Religious Zionist, and Haredi Jews.

Perhaps "Together We Be Victorious" actually means:

"Together" = the indoctrinated masses will increase in number.

"We" = those in power "will be victorious" in staying in power.

Just a new twist on an old psy. opp.

"אנחנו לא יכולים לנצח במלחמה עם אותם האנשים שהכשילו אותנו מלכתחילה. אנחנו לא יכולים לנצח בשום מלחמה עם אותם האנשים הוותיקים בשליטה, שמודאגים יותר מהקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול, ממי שמצביעים לאלה שממנים אותם לתפקידים שלהם."

אסור לנו לשכוח שארה"ב, כמו כל אומה אחרת בכדור הארץ, רוצה שליטה בארץ ישראל. רובם מסכימים שהם רוצים שליטה באספקה גדולה של דלק מאובנים למרות פשט של הפרשה, הטענה שהם רוצים שלום באזור מזרח התיכון. האם מישהו מאמין את זה באמת?

אחרי שנקבל את התשובות ל"איך?" ו"על ידי מי?" נצטרך להשיג את התשובה לשאלה "למה" המלחמה הזו התחילה כפי שהיא התחילה.

אני מבטיח לכם שאף אחד מאיתנו לא יאהב את התשובות. ולא משנה מה יתברר.

וכשנתאושש מההלם, נצטרך להחליט מה לעשות בנידון.

We need a war fighter, a Jewish war fighter at the helm of our government. We need to get rid of a whole host of generals, who were largely responsible.

The actual reasons why this happened will come out eventually. Why the Gaza Division, whose headquarters were overrun, stood down. Why it was that it took six hours for any reaction to occur.

Army and airforce bases were within earshot of what was going on. I have friends who were helicopter pilots, who were attack pilots who were sitting in their cockpits, ready to take off, fully loaded, ready to stop them at the fense. They didn't get their orders for six hours.

They could hear it. They could hear the fighting. They were called by friends in the border kibbutzim and moshavim (towns) that were being overrun and slaughtered, saying help us. Please! They're killing our children.

They weren't given permission to take off. That will haunt my friends for the rest of his life. He feels personally responsible for many deaths because of that. Wrongly.

Throughout the last 27 days, a few of us have been asking, "How could this have happened? Cyber hack? Inside job? Or just one major, industrial strength screw up?"

"Who is responsible? Is he (are they?) still in charge? Why?"

But the responses are always the same.

"Now is not the time."

"We can't think about this now..."

"My kids, my husband, my grandchildren are there..."

"First we win the war."

Then their voices trail off.

My pessimism sets in. "No we won't," I say to myself.

"We can't win a war with the same people who failed us in the first place. We cannot win any war with the same old people in charge, worried more about what the so-called international community things, than their own constituents."

Eventually, a commission will be set up, from whom we will hear the results of their investigation, two years from now. In the meantime, we will end up repeating the mistakes over again, expecting different results, ie. insanity prevails.

These words of Jonathan Pollard make up only one of the many testimonies we have already heard. Legislation was even proposed my the Ministry of Communications to suppress such testimony, for the sake of what? Morale! I would sure like to see the government try to jail Jonathan Pollard!

And as Jonathan Pollard suggests, how do we expect to win any war, assuming we will actually try to win, in the face of opposition from the international community, and micro-managing from the U. S.?

We cannot forget that the U. S., like every other nation on earth, wants control of Israel. Most will agree that on the surface they want want control of a major supply of fossil fuel. Is anyone really fooled by its pathetic attempt to feign a desire for peace?

After we get the answers to "how?" and "by whom?" we will need to obtain the answer to the question as to "why" this war started they way it did.

I guarantee that none of us will like the answer, no matter what it turns out to be.

And when we recover from the shock, we will have to decide what to do about it.

פעיל השמאל הדתי יאיא פינק שיזם גיוס המונים לתושבי חווארה, עורר סערה לאחר שסיפר היום (שלישי) כיצד יחלק את כספי התרומות למשפחות שרכושן נפגע מהתפרעויות של יהודים בכפר בליל הפיגוע.

יעל שבח פנתה לפינק בטוויטר ושאלה אותו: "מעניין אותי איך תעביר את הכסף למשפחות. דיברת איתן? אתה יודע במי מדובר? יש לך רשימת רכוש שנהרס להן? או שפשוט תגיע למקום הפיגוע ותפזר שם דולרים?".

נציין כי עד כה הגיע הקמפיין שיאיא פינק יזם לסכום של מעל מיליון ושלוש מאות אלף שקלים.

בתגובה ליעל שבח הוא ענה כי יש שני בכירים לשעבר בשב"כ ובמנהל האזרחי שממפים את מי ששרפו לו את הבית ומוודאים שאין רקע ביטחוני. "ואז ניקח את מספר חשבון הבנק והכסף יעבור אליהם בהעברה", כתב פינק בטוויטר.

יו"ר תנועת 'ישראל שלי' שרה העצני-כהן תהתה: "האם לבכירים 'לשעבר' בשב"כ ובמנהל האז

רחי יש גישה למודיעין עדכני? ראוי לשאול האם מישהו בשב"כ ובמנהל האזרחי מעביר חומרים מודיעיניים לעובדים לשעבר בארגונים?".

רבים ברשת בהם אנשי שמאל זעמו על הסלקציה שפינק עושה מכספי תרומות בכך שהוא נותן לאנשי שב"כ להחליט למי מגיע פיצוי.

בדברי ההסבר לקמפיין הסביר פינק כי "דווקא אחרי הפיגוע הנורא צריך לתת לצה"ל לנצח ולא למחבלי הגבעות לנצח. מה שקרה אתמול בחווארה אינו מעשה יהודי ופוגע בביטחון המדינה. לא ננצח את הטרור באמצעות פגיעה בחפים מפשע וברכושם".

יאיא פינק צריך להתבייש. הוא מזדהה כ"דתי", אבל נראה שהוא פשוט בוחר את ההלכות נעימות לו. ככה פועלים אומות עולם המערב, תכונה של עשיו אב עולם המערב. זו פשוט דוגמה להתבוללות ובלבולים שלו לגבי איך התורה נוגעת בכל החיים של עם ישראל.

איזו הלכה יא יא פינק טוען שמצדיקה את גיוס והעברת כספים לערבים ש״פ להשמדת היהודים? לתורה יש דרישות מסוימות לייחד מה שנקרא אזרחים חפים מפשע. האם פינק מודע לזה? האם אכפת לו?

לא נראה לי.

האם פינק יודע יש מצוות לא תעשה ״לא תחונם״ (דברים ז, ב)? האם לדעתו מצווה זו אינה שייכת לזמן הזה, או ששייכת אך ורק על הכנענים מלפני אלפי שנים?

האם פינק מודע לכך שהתורה נוגעת בכל חלקי החיים שלנו, ולא רק נוגעת בשבת, חגים, תפילין, טהרת המשפחה וכשרות?

פינק הוא פשוט דוגמה של היהודי המונחה על ידי רגשותיו.

כמו כל כך הרבה מאחינו שנתקעו במנטליות הגלותית, הגלות של אדום, יאיא פינק פועל יותר כמו עשיו, אחיו התאום הבכור של יעקב אבינו, שעשה את כל מה שהוא רצה, ולא כמו יעקב אבינו שהשתדל כמיטב יכולתו לעשות מה שהקב״ה רצה ממנו.

Arutz 7: Israeli activist raises over 1 million shekels for Huwara Arabs after riots
A crowdfunding campaign benefiting victims of the riots in Huwara has reached more than a million shekel.

Left-wing activist Yaya Fink, who is religious, initiated a crowdfunding drive for the residents of the Samaria city of Huwara, and caused a stir after he told today (Tuesday) how he would distribute the donation money to families whose property was damaged by Jewish rioters in the city on the night of the attack.

Yael Shevah contacted Fink on Twitter and asked him: "I'm interested in how you will transfer the money to the families. Have you talked to them? Do you know who they are? Do you have a list of their destroyed property? Or will you just go to the scene of the attack and scatter dollars around?"

So far the campaign has reached the amount of over one million three hundred thousand shekels.

In response, he replied that there are two former senior members of the ISA Israel Security Authority) and the Civil Administration who are mapping the damage and checking that those to recurve compensation have no security background. "Then we will take the bank account number and the money will be transferred to them," Fink wrote on Twitter.

The chairwoman of the 'My Israel' movement Sarah Hatzani-Cohen wondered: "Do the 'former' senior officials in the ISA and the Civil Administration have access to current intelligence? It is appropriate to ask whether anyone in the ISA and the Civil Administration passes intelligence materials to former employees of the organizations?"

Many on the network, including leftists, were outraged that the ISA is being allowed to determine who receives funds.

In the explanation for the campaign, Fink claimed that "it is precisely after the terrible attack that the IDF should be allowed to win and not the terrorists from the hilltops. What happened yesterday in Huwara is not a Jewish act and harms the security of the country. We will not defeat terrorism by harming innocent people and their property."

Esser Agaroth (2¢):
YaYa Fink should be ashamed of himself. He is identified as "religious," but who obviously or just picks and chooses which halakhoth (Torah laws) feel good to him, a western trait, a trait of the forefather of the west Esau. This is just an example of his assimilation, confusion over what Torah even is.

And speaking of halakhah, which halakhah does YaYa Fink apply in order to justify raising and transferring funds to a self-identified, not really existent people, supporting the endeavor of Jewish annihilation? The Torah has very specific requirements for singling out so-called innocent civilians. Is Fink aware of this? Does he care?

Doubtful.

Is he aware of the negative commandment not to have mercy on them (Deut. 7:2)? Does he believe this injunction does not currently apply, or only applied to the Canaanites of thousands of years ago?

Is Fink aware that the Torah covers all aspects of our lives, and simply Shabbat, Holidays, tefillin, family, and which foods to eat?

Fink is just your typical feeling-driven Jewish product of the current exile of Edom.

Like so many of our brethren stuck in the exilic (non-Torah) mentality, YaYa Fink operates more like Esau, Jacob's older, twin brother, who did whatever he wanted, while Jacob was doing his best to do what God wanted.

The Almighty's Divine promise of the Land of Israel to the People of Israel (Jews) is mentioned countless times in the Torah [the first 5 books] and elsewhere in Tana"kh (The Bible). These verses can be cited a million times. Yet, so many people still cannot get it into their heads that the Land of Israel was promised to the Jewish People and to no others, not to the Canaanites [anymore], not to the Muslims (Arabs, Persians, etc.), not to the Christians (Vatican, E. Orthodox, Evangelicals), and not to the globalists.

Muslims, of course, deny this. They believe they supposed to conquer everything. Even though there are those who say the Jewish connection to the Land is mentioned in their own Quran. 

It has becoming increasingly apparent that Christians also believe they are entitled to the Land of Israel one way or another, with or without the Jews.

However, I would like to point out that both your typical Religious Zionists AND Haredim (ultra-orthodox) are depicted here. I doubt that the Erev Rav would be pleased to see anything even remotely related to Ahduth Yisrael (Jewish Unity) depicted here or anywhere.

Maybe one day all Jews will finally wake up to the fact that Arabs occupying Judea and Samaria (West Bank), including Eastern Jerusalem and the Temple Mount, do not make any distinctions between Jews. Religious Zionists, Haredim, Leftists, what have you, are all the same to them. 

Neither do they make distinctions between Hevron and Tel-Aviv, Haifa and Shchem (Gen. 33:18-20, Josh. 24:32), which the Arabs call Nablus. To the Arabs, all Jews are "settlers" and "colonials." They certainly do not accept us as an indigenous people, nor should they.

The United Emirite, Saudi, and Qatari Arabs' recent agreements with Israel simply reflect a change in strategy, having taken a lesson from the Christians. Christians have been changing and adapting their strategies in order to gain the upper hand over Israel for two thousand years, following the example of their predecessor Esau (The West) who adapted and changed his strategies to defeat his brother Jacob (Israel) (Gen. 25:33, 26:24, 27:41, 33:4-12).

The unfortunate truth is that the Arabs have nothing to worry about. Our own Israeli Government has outlawed all of the above.

Let us pray that in the fast approaching New Year, we will have true control over the Temple Mount, and be able to execute all those activities the Arabs fear.

May all Jews be written and sealed for a good year!

ברור שמדינת ישראל לא פועלת ככה. אבל מה שמפריע לי יותר הוא שהרבה רבנים לא רוצים שמדינת ישראל פועלת ככה, לא היום ולא בעתיד. יש רבנים ציוניים כביכול שלא פועלים למען קיום כל התורה כולה אלא רק המצווה שלא מפריעות לאומות העולם.

נראה לי שאכפת לרבנים האלה יותר ממה שהגויים חושבים עלינו, מאשר ממה שאנחנו חושבים על עצמנו. ונראה לי שהם די מרוצים ממצב הקיים (הסטטוס קוו), אם יפסיקו כבר הרקטות, הפצצות, הירי והטרקטורים הדורסים יהודים. 

ובגלל כל זה איתמר בן גביר כל-כך מסוכן. יש לו חזון. והחזון שלו נוגע לתורה.

האם מישהו יכול לתאר לנו את החזונות של הדתיים המודרניים, של הדתיים הלאומיים (הבית היהודי), ושל הדתיים נאמני המדינה ללא שום התנגדות (הממלכתיים)? נראה לי שאין להם שום חזון מרוכז בגאולה. האם יש להם חזונות בכלל? ואפילו אם כן, עד כמה חזונותיהם נוגעים לתורה?

יש הרבה מסוקרנים המחכים לתשובות.

איתמר בן-גביר מסוכן. הוא מסוכן מבחינת כוחות השלטון כוח מטעם הערב רב. הוא לא מסוכן לעם ישראל. אדרבא, למעשה הוא טוב לעם ישראל.

Itamar Ben-Gvir is dangerous! He has ultra-orthodox and religious Zionist and secular supporters! How can that be! He seems to be the only politician succeeding in bringing everyone together! Ahduth Yisra'el! Jewish Unity!

But he is an extremist!

I would be happy to remind you what extremism means. True, Jewish extremism is the understanding and accepting of the fact that the Torah touches all matters of our lives and not just questions of Shabbat and keeping Kosher. It includes the desire to make the effort to establish communities as well as an educational system that teaches our children how to be Jews and not just Israelis, to keep the Torah and not just to honor it on a bookshelf, that teaches a vision of Geulah (Final Redemption) and to be freed from the mentality of Galuth (The Exile).

The Torah teaches us how to establish a real, Jewish government, manage a real, Jewish military, how to get along with non-Jews while at peace, and deal with them [effectively] when attacked and during full blown war. The Torah also teaches us who is allowed to live in Israel and who is not. (And I'm not even alluding to the Arabs here.)

It is clear that the State of Israel does not operate like this, nor is it in the least bit interested in doing so. But what bothers me even more is that so many so-called Zionist rabbis do not want the State of Israel to operate this way either, not today nor ever in the future. There are so-called Zionist rabbis who do not work toward the observance of the entire Torah, but only the mitvoth (commandments) which do not rub the international community the wrong way. They care more about what non-Jews think about us, than what we think of ourselves. They seem to be quite happy with the status quo, as long as the rockets, bombs, shootings, and tractors running Jews over, were to stop.

And this is why Itamar Ben-Gvir is so dangerous. He does have a vision. And that vision is concerned with the Torah.

Can anyone describe for us the visions of the Modern Orthodox, the so-called National Religious, the diehard State loyalists (mamlakhtim)? They seem to lack any vision centered on Geulah. Do they have any vision at all? If so, how intertwined are their visions with the Torah?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Itamar Ben-Gvir is dangerous, dangerous to the Erev Rav controlled power structure, not to the Jewish People. Quite the opposite, in fact.

The war battles over the Temple Mount continue. Yishma'el (Arabs/Muslims) wants it. Two facets of Esau (Christians as well as the Western leftist/"progressives") want it. Some Jews want to unite Yishma'el with Esau, and take it together. (I suggest you see what the Kol HaTor and others call such Jews.)

And in my opinion, the State of Israel does not want it. Or at least does not want anyone to have it.

There are only a few Jews who are truly trying to keep the Temple Mount within our possession. But because of the State, they are only able to act very slowly and with kid gloves, and sometimes even sacrifice themselves for the sake of the Temple Mount by sitting in prison.

By the way, did you pay attention to which Jews ascended Har HaBayith? Torah nationalists and Haredim together. Now that is Jewish Unity, the unity which the powers that be feel truly threatened by.

השבוע בני נוער הגבעות ובחורים חרדים התאחדו להפגין נגד יהודים ״משיחיסטים״ (מנוצרים) בכנס של מיסיונרים נוצרים בבניין כלל במרכז ירושלים. אני מעדיף לקרוא לבניין כלל את שם הקינוי ״מרכז הנוצרים בירושלים.״ (לקורא את החסבר על זה כאן באנגלית).

מצחיק עד כמה הנוצרים מנסים "להשתלב", ולדבוק בעם היהודי ובארץ ישראל שלנו, שהיא למעשה אחת המטרות שלהם (לכבוש את ארצינו כולל הר בית או איתנו או בליעדינו), לא מכירים ולא נדונים. עם זאת, הם נכשלים בצורה אומללה.

כל הכבוד לבחורים האלה על המאמץ הזה. אני לא יודע שיהודים האלה שהשתתפו בכנס הזה באמת משומדים (אלה שהם באמת יהודים, ולא פשוט חושבים שהם יהודים וטועים). כנראה, יש ליהודים האלה הדין של תינוק שנשבה (ילדים שנחטפו וגדלו על ידי גויים), כפי שהם לא למדו מספיק על יהדות כדי ״להשמיד״ את יהדות.

הנוצרים האלה, כמובן, אינם מבינים את התורה בכלל. פשוט אי אפשר. לא משנה כמה פסוקים הם יודעים בעל פה באנגלית, או אפילו בעברית, כיוון שהם חסרים ממנה. חסרה להם תורה שבעל פה. היהודים הראשונים שהובילו את הבאים של יש״ו (ימך שמו וזכרו), המשיח השקר והאלים השקר, סילפו או דוחו את תורה שבעל פה.

הפוסט הנ"ל של פייסבוק מזכיר את שאול. אל תתנו לשם הזה לבלבל אותכם. זה לא שאול המלך, אלא שאול מתרסיס, כי פול יה "אחד הדמויות הראשיות הנוצריות, אשר מפיצים תעמולה נוצרי ופיתוח את המיתולוגיה שלהם, מיתולוגיה שאפילו לא היתה חשדה או מקורית, אלא שנקחו ממצרים, בבל, ומפרס, ושהתקיימו הרבה לפני הנצרות (קרא על זה כאן באנגלית)

הנצרות היא אחד המחליפים של רומא, שעדיין קיימת כיום, רומא והמערב הם צאצאיהם של עשו, אחיו של יעקב, ולא יעקוב עצמו.

יש לו עשיו ירושה, אבל זו לא ארץ ישראל, ולא תורת ישראל, ובוודאי לא נשמות ישראל שלנו.

ועכשיו, אני שואל אותכם, מישהו ראה בסרטון הזה את החלק הכי חשוב והכי ״מסוכן?״

נוער הגבעות ונועא חרדי מפגינין ביחד. אין איום לשמאלנים ולמתנגדים לתורה האחרים יותר חזק מאחדות כזאת.

This week Hilltop Youth and Haredi Youth came together to protest "messianic Jews" at a FIRM [Fellowship of Israel Related Ministries], at the Klal Building in Downtown Jerusalem, which would be more aptly named the Jerusalem Christian Center. (Read here to learn why.)

Funny just how hard the Christians are trying to "fit in," and to latch on to the Jewish People and our Land, which is actually one of their goals, not often acknowledged nor discussed. Yet, they fail miserably.

Although these boys should be commended for their efforts, I don't know that these Jews -- those of them who are really Jewish, and just duped into thinking that they are -- are truly meshumadim (apostates). Rather, they are more likely to have the din (status) of tinoq shenishba (captured children, raised by goyim), as they don't know any better.

These Christians, of course, do not understand the Torah, no matter how much they may have memorized verses in English, or even in Hebrew, as they lack half of it. They lack Torah sheb'al Peh (Oral Law), which the first Jews to lead the following of Yesh"u, the acronym which means "may his name and memory be blotted out",  the false messiah and false deity, distorted and or rejected.

The above Facebook post mentions Sha'ul. Do not allow the name to confuse you. This is not Sha'ul HaMelekh (King Sha'ul), but rather Saul of Tarses, that it Paul ysh"w one the Christians main figures, who spread Christian propaganda and newly developing mythology, mythology that wasn't even original, but borrowed from Egypt, Babylonia, and Persia, to name a few, and which came well before Christianity. Christianity is one of the replacements of Rome, still in existence today, Rome and the West being descendants of Esau, Ya'aqov's (Israel) brother, and not Ya'aqov himself.

Esau has his inheritance, but it is not the Land of Israel, not the Torah of Israel, and certainly not the souls of Israel.

Now, did anyone notice the more important, and probably the most "dangerous" part of this video?
