Women Of Valor (אשת חיל מי ימצא)

22 of the Tenth Month 5771
אֵשֶׁת-חַיִל, מִי יִמְצָא; וְרָחֹק מִפְּנִינִים מִכְרָהּ. מִשְׁלֵי לא,י

A woman of valor who can find? for her price is far above rubies.

Proverbs 31:10

YNET: Rabbis' Wives: Don't Date Arabs

New letter signed by rabbis' wives appeals to women urging them to stay away from Arabs. 'As soon as they have in you in their grasp – everything becomes different. Attention will be replaced with curses, physical abuse and humiliation,' letter states

Yair Altman, December 28, 2010

After the rabbis' letter called on Jews not to rent apartments to Arabs comes their wives' turn: Twenty-seven prominent rabbis' wives signed a letter distributed by the 'Lehava' organization calling on Jewish women not to date Arabs, work in places where Arabs are employed or volunteer for National Service with them. (Read the full article...)

These women should be praised for their wisdom and their courage! They are truly women of valor.

And, as it also says...
חַכְמוֹת נָשִׁים, בָּנְתָה בֵיתָהּ; וְאִוֶּלֶת, בְּיָדֶיהָ תֶהֶרְסֶנּוּ. מִשְׁלֵי יד,א

Every wise woman builds her house; but the foolish plucks it down with her hands.
Proverbs 14:1

Just as Shifra and Pu'ah were rewarded with "houses" for saving the lives of newly born B'nei Yisra'el (Ex. 1:21), these rabbis' wives are working to maintain those houses.

Whereas, any woman who has a blind eye or encourages such behavior is nothing less than plucking them down.

The Jewish Unity Which Threatens The Left

20 of the Tenth Month 5771

Who was at the rally in Jerusalem last Thursday, in support of holding on to the entire Jewish Homeland?

Jerusalem Rally
(Click On The Images To Enlarge)

I received these photos only tonight.

Look closely.

Granted there are plenty of Chabbadniks out there. But besides them, the rally is pretty "black," as they say. No?

There were gathered here to hear several musicians play, and speakers like MK Micha'el Ben-Ari (National Union) speak.

MK Micha'el Ben-Ari

Haredim and MK Micha'el Ben-Ari?

This may be news to you, but not to me.

This kind of Ahduth Yisra'el (Jewish Unity) has always been around in one shape or form.

Much of the Haredi leadership moans and groans one way about the "Tzi'enim" (Zionists), and waiting around for Mashi'ah to do all the work, and many of the Religious Zionist leaders are not to happy about their marching off to war, when others do not.

But, that is the leadership. The Jews in both camps, unsatisfied with answers to questions posed to their rabbis, are a completely different story.

How much of this kind of unity is out there? How much has it been growing over the years?

That is hard to say, due to the distorted media coverage over the years. It is also hard to say if that is changing, or if it is an illusion, or a put up job.

This is exactly the kind of unity that the Left does not want you to know about. It is one of the most frightening things occurring in their eyes. When they talk about "unity," what they really mean is either "unity" with what they believe or successful indoctrination into anti-Torah, secular Israeli society. Hmmm...I guess that's a redundant, isn't it.

Fortunately, sites like Rotter.net are out there to give us the scoop, as it were.

Imagine...

Hilltop youth praying, spending Shabbath, and protesting along side disenfranchised, Haredi youth...

Throw in secular youth (e. g. Betar Jerusalem soccer fans), searching for answers as to why their government sends them off to wars it never finishes, gives more rights to Ethiopian and Ukrainian Christians than to them, and does not do anything to prevent Arab men from marrying Jewish women...

...and you have a massive amount of power, the Left simply does not want you to know about.

The Left is afraid,...very afraid.

Teens Suspected Of Attacking Arabs

Erev Shabbath Qodesh Parashath Shemoth 5771

YNET: Teens Suspected Of Attacking Arabs

Yair Altman, December 21, 2010

Jerusalem Police arrest seven youths on suspicion of assaulting young Arab men in capital's Independence Park after having teenage girl seduce them, lead them to meeting point. Police say youths confessed their acts nationalistically-motivated. (Read the full article...)

Well, I certainly appreciate the passion of these kids. I would not tell them to go ahead and do such a thing again (a-hem!). But, I would also certainly not tell them not to, either.

More importantly, I would like to ask something which I have asked before. Where are the adults? Why aren't they doing what needs to be done, so that our children do not have to go out and take such action? Where are the protests? What are the proposed laws in K'nesseth to protect our children from intermarrying? Where is the so-called "democratic process" which actually listens to the people?

Well, at least there has been one recent protest.

We have seen countless times, that the Israeli Government, including the High Courts, is not in the least bit interested in halakhah (Jewish Law). But, if members of said government continue to insist that we live in a democracy, then they should at least act like we are. Listen to the people! Prevent our children from intermarrying,...or worse, or allow us to do something about it. (See Ramba"m, Hil. Avodah Zarah 10 for starters)

As a teacher, I am afraid for these kids, just like their parents must be, and of what they may end up having to endure.

The fear these kids, and their parents, should have is not just be about going to jail. After all, that experience would be mainly physical.

No. What they should fear is any "re-education" recommended for these kids, either in jail, a special school, or in a specially-designed unit in the IDF.

Continued attempts of indoctrination into a Western-friendly, anti-Torah society, that is what we should all be afraid of.

Disproving Christianity In 10 Minutes

ערב שבת קודש פר' שמות תשע"א

Even I was amazed when I happened upon the following information, putting Christian mythology into proper perspective.

The sources of Christian mythology can be traced back to several other “religions,” which predated Christianity by 1,000's of years, religions such as those from Egypt, Babylon, and Phoenicia.
The comparisons are amazing!

First, take a look at the parallels between Christianity and Ancient Egyptian beliefs. Comparisons with Babylonian and Persian mythologies follow.

Christian Mythology
Yesh”u was the “son,” born to a virgin, Mary. He was born in Beth-Lehem (House of Bread), and his birth was marked by a star. Gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh were brought to him at his birth. He was referred to as “The Morning Star,” and identified with a lamb.

He was also called the “child teacher in the temple,” as well as the “good shepherd,” identified with a cross, and called the “christ.”

He was described as “the truth and the way,” was baptized at the age of 30, and had 12 disciples. Seven fish were aboard a boat with him, and he was tempted on a mountain by Satan.

Now, let's take a look at another tradition of mythology, one which predates Christianity by thousands of years.

Egyptian Mythology
Horus was the “son,” born to a virgin, Isis. He was born in Annu (Place of Bread), and his birth was marked by a star. He was referred to as “The Morning Star,” and identified with a lamb.

He was also called the “child teacher in the temple,” as well as the “good shepherd,” identified with a cross, and called the “krist.”

He was described as “the way, the truth and the light,” was baptized at the age of 30, and had 12 followers. Seven people were aboard a boat with him, and he was tempted on a mountain by Set.

Babylonian Mythology
Also predating Christianity, by 1000's of years, Babylonian mythology gave birth to Tamus (or Nanus). He was born to Nimrod, symbolized by a fish (Ichthus, like Yesh”u), and Samiramus. When he died, a stone was rolled over his tomb. Three days later, his corpse disappeared. Sound familiar?

The Christian version has Yesh”u dying, and then rising three days later.

Persian Mythology
Then there is the myth of Mithra. Mithra the “son,” and symbolized by a lion, was born to a virgin mother. Gold, frankincense and myrrh were brought upon his birth. He held the keys to heaven, and died to save humanity from its sins.

The evidence is incontrovertible. Christianity is a mish-mash of begged, borrowed, and stolen mythologies which came before it.

So, how could so many people have been duped into believing in Christianity? Anyone picking up an ancient history textbook could not possibly continue believing in such copycat mythology.

I asked a convert to Judaism this question. As a former Christian, and a very knowledgeable one at that, her response was that people are simply unaware of this history. She said that she had also wondered how so many people could follow a religion with such holes in its reasoning. She also pointed out that Islam, too, had millions of followers.

Little do most people know, and little do most Christians want to admit, Christianity did not happen overnight. Formulated by a group of Jews who rejected The Almighty's Torah sheb'al Peh (Oral Torah), deciding that they knew better, Christianity began as a socio-political movement, which grew and developed over many years.

It got a boost when Judaism was becoming popular among Romans, whose dying religion had failed them. For the Romans, Torah was a beacon, beaming the light of a sense of family and of a moral code. They were attracted to Jewish places of worship, yet were stopped from making the final leap of conversion, due the requirement of brith milah (entrance into the covenant through ritual circumcision), among others. The Romans still held onto the Greek idea of the perfection of the body. They could not let this go, and thus neither could they let go of a tiny piece of unnecessary skin.

Enter “Paul” ysh”u, a supposed convert to Judaism. (With his crazy ideas, the fitness of his “conversion” must be called into question.) Nevertheless, Paul gave the Romans an out, a “new covenant.” The “old law” was just that,...old. Eat whatever you want, and keep your foreskin. The Romans were sold, and the Roman Empire was now in great danger. It had to adapt and transform or risk a horrible death.

As you can see, the Roman Empire has survived for thousands of years, as it made the choice to adapt and transform, instead of dying. Of course, now it goes by a different name. The European Union.
I heard one great question to begin the journey down the road of disproval:
Jew: “If god was Yesh”u's father, as you claim, then to which tribe did he belong?Missionary: “Judah.”Jew: “How so? If God was his father, then he was not the member of any tribe. And, thus, he could not have been a decedent of King David, as Christians claim.”

Of course, Christians have various ways of rationalizing their way out of such logical conundrums. They are experts at this. They are Esau/Edom/Rome. The Midrash states that they are represented by the pig in the list of four non-kosher animals in Parashath Shemini (Lev. ). The first three listed not kosher due to their limbs. They represent the three kingdoms previous having dominion over Am Yisra'el. The pig is not kosher due to the lack of chewing its cud. Interestingly enough, the pig sits with its forelegs sticking out for all to see that they are “kosher.” It even makes a chewing movement with its mouth, fooling people into thinking it is actually chewing its cud, when it is not. In other words, the pig is the quintessential liar.

The Christian, false messiah was most likely a composite figure, and one which developed over time. Even co-dependent Jews (“non-Jews, please like and accept us!”) insist that he is mentioned in the Talmud. Tell me. Which character would that be? The yeshivah drop-out who goes down to Egypt to learn magic? Or the other guy who lived in the year 200 C. E.?

These same Jews are afraid to tell you that Yesh”u, the name for their false messiah in Hebrew used by Jews, is not quite the Yeshu'a (“salvation”) Christians think. It is an acronym for Yemakh Shemo WeZikro (May his name and memory be blotted out!).

Of course, it's not. The lying Esau is constantly changing, adapting its trickiness to survive within a constantly changing atmosphere. In one era, they express their hatred toward Jews by persecuting and killing us. In the next era, they are clinging to us, attempting to convince us of a faithful alliance against the common enemy of Yishma'el (Arabs/Muslims). We Jews, originating from the West, speak like them, dress like them, carry their names, call ourselves Western, and often identify with them more than with our brothers coming back from exile amongst the Yishma'elim-Arabs (e.g. Iraqi, Persian, Syrian, Yemenite Jews).

Meanwhile, Esau is staking out claims within the Jewish Homeland. They are now in the Shomron (Samaria), “volunteering” their time and efforts to help Jews who do not see the danger.

Avodah Zarah (Forbidden Worship)
The misswath lo ta'aseh of “Lo Tehonem” (Deut. 7) is clear. We are forbidden to do anything which aids their ability to remain in the land (Ramba”m, Hil. Avodah Zarah 10).

Even those Jews who do not accept that they are ovdei avodah zarah (HaShem only knows why!), must accept that if we are required to keep our distance even from Gerei Toshav, in order to minimalize their influence on us, then, qal we'homer, we must distance ourselves from Christians, who are clearly not Gerei Toshav, a status which only be conferred when Yovel (Jubillee) is in effect. (Ramba”m, Hil. Shemitah wiYovel 10:11-12)

However, Esau never seemed to have accepted HaShem's will for Ya'aqov, apparently never satisfied with just Mount Se'ir as an inheritance. Esau even tried to lay claims to Ya'aqov's burial plot in Hevron, the response to which was one of his grandsons, Hushim Ben-Dan, cut his off....

Over the past 40 years or so, Christians have changed their strategy (yet again), moving toward what is called “replacement theology.” They have attempted to Jude-ize Christianity, employing their sometimes greater knowledge of Hebrew than the typical, assimilated, North American Jew.

They claim to reject many of the recent manifestations of Christianity of the last several hundred years. They have caught on to the notion of avodah zarah, and they even have the hutzpah to quote the Ramba”m, who says point blank that their beliefs and practices are forbidden! They obviously missed the part where he says that Yesh”u was a false messiah.

We no longer have to have rely on texts of the Talmudim and the Ramba”m's Mishneh Torah, which were censored by Christians long ago, as we now have greater access to both older versions as well versions brought from Yemen and areas of the world which have been out of reach of Christian/Western influence. (Why many Jews continue to study these censored texts is beyond me!)

The Christians employment of the phrase/acronym aku”m (worshipers of stars and constellations) whenever avodah zarah (practitioners of foreign worship) is mentioned, or whenever an non-Jew is mentioned in a manner unattractive to them, or inserting “Romans” as a replacement for “Christians” are only a few of the examples Christian lies, begun centuries ago, lies which no longer hold weight, since such censorship has been broken through.

Don't worry about these Christians, though. They will tell you that they have nothing to do with those Catholics (& Lithuanians, etc.) who censored Jewish texts. They reject Christmas trees, and other pagan manifestations of Christianity. No, these Christians are “different.” These Christians want to be our “friends.”

There are those who now claim that Yesh”u is no longer not the proverbial “Son of God,” but the Mashiah nonetheless (Has weHallilah!), even though he/they is/are long since dead. Sound familiar? It should. Chabba”d Messianism is a probable source for this current manifestation (adaption & transformation).
Christian tourists in Israel just have to look toward the Ukraine on Rosh HaShannah to see Breslover Hassidim and Na Na Niks (leHavdil) dancing around the grave of their Rebbe, to get support and validation for their visits to Beth-Lehem, Natzrath, and Jerusalem.

“Hebrew Christians,” so-called “10-Tribers,” pseudo-”Efraimites,” who would not know a true Efraimite, if it came up and smacked them in the face, are simply new adaptions and transformations of the lying pig from Parashath Shemini (Lev. ) mentioned above. There are American, "Christian Zionists" north of Jerusalem, who actually believe they are Benjaminites, who will eventually "inherit" plots of land, along side of the Jews, when the U. S. A. falls.

There are even Christians who have falsely converted to Judaism or lied to the “Sanhedrin” to receive validation as a Ben-No'ah (a keeper of the 7 Noahide Laws - See Gen. 9), all so they can sneak into Israel, stake their claims on the Land, and continue their sneaky work of stealing unsuspecting, Jewish souls. Some even brag about it on their websites!

So, to you Jews, who do not want to accept that Christians have the status of ovdei avodah zarah, remember that, even today, their beliefs are based on miniyuth and kefirah b'Torah sheb'al Peh. The severity of these should be enough to recognize the spirirual dangers of having any associations with these people.

As Rabbi Meir Kahane hy”d said to the Christians, “If you want to support us, support us from afar. If you come here [Israel] to missionize, we'll have to....” (Those who need to know, already know the end of the sentence. Those who want to know, can search for it.)

That is the ultimate goal of all Christians getting their fingers into Israel, whether they say so, or not.

My fellow Jews must all realize this, before it is too late!

Now to give credit where credit is due. The video below of a lecture on religious symbolism by David Icke puts all of the above into perspective in less than 10 minutes.

Set aside, for a moment, some of the other things David Icke is known for preaching. His understanding of Hebrew and etymological connections to other languages is also off. Yet, his logic in this particular area is right on. He takes from purely historical and anthropological sources, sources which can be easily verified by picking up a textbook or two.

Esser Agaroth On The RCA

Erev Shabbath Qodesh Parashath Shemoth 5771
RCA Statement Regarding the Sale or Rental of Property to non-Jews in Israel

Dec 14, 2010 -- The Rabbinical Council of America [RCA] places great value on the judicious balancing of halachic and ethical principles of policy and action. The brilliance of the halachic tradition lies in its ability to affirm the Torah and rabbinic teachings of past generations, in a way which elevates and ennobles contemporary life, while bringing honor and respect to the Torah. This requires a special sensitivity to societal realities, widely-held ethical principles, and historical injustices. This is true no matter the particular circumstances that might militate in favor of policies or actions intended to protect a narrow community concern or interest.

For this reason, the Rabbinical Council of America finds the recent statement by certain rabbinic leaders in Tsfat, Israel, regarding rental and sale of residences to non-Jews, to be objectionable. The halachic issues at hand are indeed complex, and we are surely sympathetic to the impulse to protect a Jewish community in the face of intermarriage, communal conflict, or unsafe neighborhoods. We are also mindful of the need to respect the halachic and policy rulings of rabbis in other countries and specific locales, given their general familiarity with the facts on the ground.

In spite of all of these considerations, we find it necessary to express our views from afar insofar as the statement in question affects not just Jewish communities in Israel, but communities in North America as well. In addition many rabbis across Israel whom we hold in high regard have spoken out in opposition to the statement. (Read the full statement...)

1. Granted this is a statement designed for the lay person,...and most definitely for the goyim they are undoubtedly trying to placate. However, sources should be provided, at least in another article or location.

Any “rabbi” who does not provide sources to support his position does not have to be listened to.

I have heard this position expressed in the name of rabbis across the spectrum, from Rabbi Meir Fund, prominent poseq halakhah of Flatbush, to Rabbi Meir Kahane ztz”l.

Sources must be provided in order that they may scrutinized. (I am still waiting for someone to send me Rabbi Sherlo's sources for his position which is similar to the above.)

Rabbi Shmu'el Eliyahu's ruling, supported by 300 addition rabbanim, is supported al pi halakhah.

Mamlakhti (undying state loyalist) rabbis like Sherlo often have to play with the halakhah is in order to it with Israeli law with halakhah. They simply refuse to accept that such stiroth (contradictions) even exist.

Rabbis outside of Israel, no matter how learned and wise, are often hindered by their galuth mentality (See point 3).

Rabbi Eliyahu, on the other hand, is not afraid to state his beliefs, even when they run contrary to Israeli law, in spite of the fact that he receives a salary from the Israeli government!

You do the math.

2. And if you do not but either of the above reasons, you will have to take a serious look at this one, which uses the very Western logic, applied everyday by most Jews living in galuth (diaspora, both mental AND spiritual).

When the RCA and Rabbi Mordechai Tendler had a dispute, it was adjudicated in what is considered to be the highest rabbinical authority in the U. S. Rabbi Tendler chose to appeal the decision. But, where could he go to do so? He came to the High Rabbinical Court in Israel.

But, what was the reaction of RCA rabbis? They said that they would not accept the authority of Rabbinical Court in Jerusalem.

So, what are they doing mixing-in (don't you love that wonderful New York expression?) to matters internal to Israel?

(They answer this question above in bold, and I address it below in point 3.)

Granted they have the right to “express their opinions” on anything they want. But, it strikes me as a bit of a double standard.

3. The halachic issues at hand are indeed complex

Complex? Let us assume for the sake of argument that is true.

...the statement in question affects not just Jewish communities in Israel, but communities in North America as well.

The concern for the safety of Jews living outside of Israel is also complex. In other words, it is not so simply that we have to consider your safety when making ANY decisions about the survival of the Am Yisra'el (The Jewish People).

You have your chance now to join us in the one place where Jews have always been meant to be. Let's face it. The only things holding you back are your financial concerns and your general fears of the unknown. This is not the time to get defensive. Read this with an open mind. Your attitudes toward not making aliyah are the products of 2,000 years of fundamental changes in our mentality.

From just trying to survive the Crusades to pogroms, from countless legal battles to be accepted among the goyim, and from seeing assimilation into Western society as the ultimate goal of the Jew, to downright self-hatred, our overall mentality has been so drastically transformed, it is almost completely unrecognizable from the Jewish scholar warrior of old.

But there is hope; there are still sparks. From the Jewish athlete, breaking the Woody Allen, stereotype of the nebekh, to the brilliant student in a yeshiva in New York (or Baltimore or Chicago or Los Angeles), from the teacher who instills the joy of reading into her learning disabled pupil who used to hate it, to the social worker who helps a community deal with the aftermath of an earthquake, or a flood,...or a terrorist attack by jet planes, we need all of you.

But, we cannot wait around for you.

The existence of the State of Israel ALREADY puts Jews living around the world at risk, not to mention that,...

מלחמת מצווה דוחה פיקוח נפש.

An obligatory takes precedence over the saving of Jewish life.

And those are the facts on the ground.

I'll let you mull that around for a while.

Of course, the RCA conveniently never brings up the only real solution to combat all of the physical, and most of the spiritual, threats Jews face, and have been facing, on the ground for centuries. Most of them would eventually be out of a cushy job, if they did.

Make aliyah. Don't just throw your money at us, especially now, when much of your money funneled through various “Jewish” organizations, like the [non] Jewish National Fund and the [non] Jewish Agency, eventually makes its way to Arabs or to other non-Jews.

Come here to live.

Obama’s IRS: “Israel is a Terrorist Group”

15 of the Tenth Month 5771

Read Debbie Schussel's OUTRAGE – Obama’s IRS: “Israel is a Terrorist Group”, in which she reports on Lori Marcus's struggle to obtain non-profit status for her organization Z-Street.

Debbie is one of my favorite writers in the U. S. I highly recommend that you follow her blog, especially if you are interested in keeping up with the news behind the news in America.

On this particular post, though, I felt compelled to leave the following comment....

B”H

Sorry, Debbie, but this is no surprise.

But, this stuff is only part of why “fanatics” like me keep screaming and yelling for our brothers and sisters to COME HOME already. The U. S. is not our home.

And, no, it’s not running away from a fight; it’s running toward the fight we are supposed to be fighting,…in Israel.

I applaud Lori’s efforts, and I applaud your constant search for, and publicizing of, the truth.

Yet, “Zionists” don’t just throw money at Israel; that come to live here.

“Zionism” is not the name of a club, with members such as Shimon Peres and Ehud Baraq. Rather, “Zionism” is simply one of the many concepts included in the entire Torah.

Jews Are Fed Up With Arab Men Dating Jewish Women!

15 of the Tenth Month 5771

YNET: Bat Yam Rally: Death To Jewish Women Who Date Arabs

200 people demonstrate in city center against 'Arabs who are taking our daughters'; leftists wave signs reading 'Jews and Arabs refuse to be enemies'

Yoav Zitun, December 20, 2010

Some 200 people held a demonstration in central Bat Yam Monday evening against relationships between local Jewish women and Arab men.

One of the protesters called out, "Any Jewish woman who goes with an Arab should be killed; any Jew who sells his home to an Arab should be killed."

During the rally, held under the banner, "We Want a Jewish Bat-Yam, demonstrators also insulted the prophet Muhammad and made racist remarks against Arabs and their saints.

Police forces maintained order, but did not act when the demonstrators made racist remarks.

"We are not racist, we are just Jews. The Arabs are coming and taking our daughters. We will not allow it," one of the speakers said.

Moshe Ben-Zikri of Eilat said the "struggle" began three years ago in Givat Ze'ev. "There were 330 Arab families there, and the Jewish women would walk around with them freely. We vowed this would not happen again.

"Just like we triumphed their, we will triumph in Bat Yam as well. We are not afraid of the police, the media or the Arabs – we only fear God," he said.

One of the event's organizers, Bentzi Gupstein told Ynet Sunday night, "So many Arabs are dating Jewish women, and the public is fed up with it.

A short distance away, about 200 leftists and Arab residents of Bat Yam held a counter protest. They waved signs reading, "We're fed up with racists" and "Jews and Arabs refuse to be enemies".

Unfortunately, a few of my passionate friends, out on the streets in Bath-Yam, may not have gotten the halakhah (Jewish Law) exactly right. But who can blame them, considering that Israeli schools would not allow the teaching of any halakhoth which run contrary to Israeli law, and most "rabbis" wouldn't either.

That rabbis who do teach halakhoth which run contrary to Israeli law get harassed and detained.

I am not sure how far we can trust the accuracy of YNET's report on this rally, always looking to demonize those Jews which such views. It was probably only one or two kids who chanted the aforementioned, choice quotes, and out of frustration at that.

You would be frustrated, too, if you saw a serious problem, and danger to your own family, staring you in the face, and your government simply ignored it. Even more so, when you have Members of K'nesseth promoting such "tolerance," as well as assimilation into the Western World, eliminating transforming the Jewish identity forever, yet would never hear of their own daughters marrying on Arab. (Read "Post-Zionist")

One more quick point on the protest...

The protest took place in Bath-Yam, a suburb within the Great Tel-Aviv Area, which borders the primarily Arab neighborhoods comprising Yaffo. Eilat was mentioned, as was Giva'th Ze'ev, essentially a suburb of Jerusalem, with neighboring Arab villages.

The average Israeli suburbanite is worried, not just your usual right-wing "fanatic."

Here is a video of the protest, courtesy of The Shomer.
