אני לא מסכים עם ד״ר גוטמן בכלל אלא אני מסכים עם פרופ׳ דרשוביץ. ישראל טעתה.

ישראל ממש נכנע בפני בית דין בין-לאומי בהאג שהוא אגף של האו״ם. והאו״ם הוא תחת שלטון אומות המערב, זאת אומרת אדום (רומא / עשיו) בעלי הגלות הנוכחית של עם ישראל.

ישראל לא רק נכנעה לאדום אלא נכנעה פומבית ובגדול. ההחלטה שלה להתיחס לבית דין ביל-לאומי אומרת לעולם שאנו מוכנים לתת לגוים לצוות את עם ישראל מה לעשות למרות ציוויי התורה, כלומר ציוויי הקב״ה.

יש אומרים שאין לנו ברירה אלא להתיחס לרצון אומות העולם ושאנו חייבים להיות קשורים למעשיות. אפילו הדתיים כאלה מזכירים לנו שאסור לסמוך בנסים.

יש הרבה דוגמאות אפילו בהיסטוריה בת זמנה המתנגדות לאמונה כזו.

רה״מ מנחם בגין סירב להקפאת בנייה ביהודה, בשומרון ובעזה למרות דרישת נשיא ארה״ב דאז ג׳ורג׳ ה. וו. בוש. אנו הצלחנו לשרוד למרות איומיו.

ומי יכול להסביר את ניצחונות שלנו נגד עולם הערבי גם במלחמת עצמאות, וגם במלחמת ששת הימים, במלחמת יום כיפור ועוד בלי יחס לתמיכה על ידי הקב״ה?

אנו נכשלנו והפסדנו במלחמות רק בגלל המניעים הנוגדות בתורה של מנהיגים צבאיים כגון אהוד ברק ואריאל שרון.

הליכה לפי התורה היא לא סמיכה בנסים אלא היא הליכה לפי התורה. ואל לקראו הליכה אלא הלכה.

I do not agree with Dr. Gutman, not in the least; rather I agree with Prof. Dershowitz. Israel erred in paying any attention to the so-called International Court of Justice.

Israel literally surrendered before an international court in The Hague, a branch of the United Nations [UN]. And the UN is under the rule of the nations of the West, that is Edom (Rome / Esau) the current exile of the Jewish People.

Israel did not only surrender to Edom. Israel surrendered quite publicly, and in a very big way. Israel's decision even to regard this international court is a message to the world that the Jewish People is ready to accept commands and directives from the non-Jewish nations in spite of the commandments of the Torah, that is, in spite of God's commandments.

There are those who say that we have no choice but to regard to the will of the nations of the world, that we must be "realistic." Even those identifying as religious (orthodox) Zionists, included in this group, like to remind us that it is forbidden to trust in potential miracles.

Yet, there are many examples even in contemporary history that contradict such a belief.

Prime Minister Menachem Begin refused to freeze construction in Judea, Samaria and Gaza despite the demand of then US President George H.W. Bush. We managed to survive despite his threats.

And who can explain our victories against the Arab world in the War of Independence, the Six Day War, in the Yom Kippur War, and more without reference to the support of The Holy One, Blessed Be He?.

The only defeats we ever suffered were do to the anti-Torah motivations of military leaders such as Ehud Barak and Ariel Sharon.

Walking in the path of the Torah is not the same as relying on miracles. Rather, it is walking in the path of the Torah. And don't read "walking" (הליכה / halikhah). Rather, read halakhah (Torah Law).

כל הכבוד לך. אבל תראה, אני יודע שכל יהודי צריך למצוא את הדרך שלו. אני יודע שהמצב לא נראה כל-כך בטוח ומאושר בארץ כעת. אני יודע שיהודים רבים מאמינים בצורך להלחם למען זכויותם בארה"ב ולהלחם נגד השנאה. אני יודע שאתם לא רוצים להראות כנגמלים ובורחים, אם אתם לא נלחמים. אני יודע שמדברים בגאווה וללא פחד כמו שאתה מדבר בתקשורת כן יכול להועיל ליהודים אחרים שמפחדים, מתביישים או אפילו אינם יודעים על המורשתם.

כל מה שאתה מנסה להשיג הוא כשר ומוצדק.

עם זאת, המטרה הסופית של כל יהודי צריכה להיות לחזור למולדתו האמיתית והיחידה, ארץ ישראל. יהודים אמריקאים [ואחרים] שכחו שהגלות היא תוצאה של הגרוש מארצנו והיא למעשה עונש. כשהיהודים שברחו ממדינות ערב וממדינות מוסלמיות אחרות הם ברחו מאלימות פיזית ומחטיפות, גם ליהודי המערב יש מאבק. בואו נקרוא לזה מאבק רוחני.

אני מאוד מעריך את כל ההזדמנויות שהיו לי בחינוך וברווח, והבטיחות היחסית איפה גדלתי בארה"ב. אפשר אפילו להתייחס אליהן כאל סימנים של "פריבילגיה", אם כי לא עם אותה יישומה פופולרית שבה משתמש Gen Z (דור ה-Z) כיום.

אבל אני גם מודות שאלו היו יסודות ההתמכרות שלי לגולה. לעזוב את החיים שלי בארה"ב לפני כמעט 27 שנים לא היה קל. להגיע לארץ חדשה, אם כי מעיר רב-תרבותית, לא היה קל. לגלות שיותר שנתיים של לימוד עברית באוניברסיטה ובישיבה לא מספיק כדי להסתדר בארץ לא היה קל. הניווט בביורוקרטיה הממשלתית לא היה קל.

התלמוד יכול להיות ברור מאוד.

עלייה לארץ ישראל היא לא בריחה. אלא היא הגעה ליעד, לרוץ כדי להשיג מטרה, והיא להתכנס כעם בתוך הבית שלנו. להפסיק להיות אורחים בבית של השכנים, ולהשתדל להשיג את אהבתם ולאישור קיומנו. אנחנו לא צריכים את זה. אלא אנחנו יכולים לאהוב את עצמנו ולא צריכים שום אשור לקיומנו מאף בן אדם. ואני מעז להציע שכדאי לנו לחפש אהבה ואישור מהקדוש ברוך הוא.

השערים למולדתנו היחידה והאמיתית הן נפתחו לפני כמעט 76 שנים. הארץ הזו היא הארץ שהקב״ה נשבע לנו. לכן אין לנו שום תירוץ להמנע מלהשקיע בה או להתאמץ למענה. ואין לנו שום סיבה להמשיך להשקיע את הזמן, הכוח, הכסף, והחיים שלמים עבור המדינות הלא-יהודיות של מקלטנו הזמני.

בדיוק כמו שהתגוררות במצרים, בבבל, ובפרס ושלטון יוון עלינו היו זמניים, כך גם גלות אדום (עשיו / רומא) אמורה להיות זמנית, אם כי ארוכה וערמומית מאוד. הגלות של אדום הטעתה וממשיכה להטעות את עם ישראל ומשכנעה אותנו שאנחנו סיימנו לברוח, והגענו לסוף המסע שלנו כי אנו בטוחים. אבל זה לא נכון. זה לא סוף המסע שלנו.

הצורך להשתלב, אפילו להתבולל קצת במידות מסוימות, יש לצפות, קל וחומר מבחינת פיקוח נפש: לבוש, שפה, שמות, הכנסת ציציות לתוך המכנסיים והפאות לתוך הכובע וכו'. אבל ההיסטוריה מלמדת שזה מעולם לא הועיל לנו טוב טווח ארוך.

תוך חשש להישמע כאילו אני ממזער את רגשותיך, אני חייב שאתה להזכיר לך שאתה לא היהודי הראשון בחו״ל שמרגיש נטוש ומתוסכל ונעלב. ואתה לא תהיה האחרון.

אנו בארץ עדיין עשויים לסמוך על ארה"ב ואחרות (שההכרח הזה יסתיים בקרוב בימינו!). אבל ישראל ממשיכה להתקדם להפוך לאומה עצמאית מלאה. ואפשר להאיץ את זה באמצעות עליית יהודים ארצה.

ימיני, שמאלני, ואלה העומדים על ראשם, לא אכפת לי מנטיה פוליטית. כל היהודים צריכים לעלות. אישית אני מכבד רב היהודים המתגוררים בארץ, גם אם אינני מסכים איתם בתוקף. הם כאן. החזון שלהם למדינה הזו אולי שונה בתכלית משלי, אבל הם כאן, משקיעים בארצנו ולא בארץ אחרת.

ואז שבת קסטנבאום, אני משבח אותך על אהבת ישראל ועל מאמציך למען עמך. עכשיו ץשלים את הלימודים שלך בהרווארד (או לא), ותעלה למטוס ותעודד את חבריך היהודים לבוא איתך.

Harvard does not just have a problem with anti-semitism. But look, I know each Jew must choose his own path. I know things aren't looking to safe and happy in Israel right now. I know that many Jews believe in the need to fight for their rights in the U. S. and battle against hatred. I know that it may like quitting and running away, by not doing so. I know that going public can be helpful other Jews who are afraid, ashamed, or even ignorant of their heritage.

All of the above is legitimate.

However, the goal of all Jews should be to come back to their only true homeland, the Land of Israel. American [and other] Jews have forgotten that the exile is a result of our having been "exiled" from our homeland, and is, in fact, a punishment. And while the Jews who fled Arab and other Muslim countries fled from physical violence and kidnappings, Western Jews also have what to battle. I will call that a spiritual battle.

I very much appreciate all of the educational and financial opportunities, and relative safety I had growing up in the U. S. One might even refer to them as signs of "privilege," although not with the same popular application used by Gen Z today.

But I will also be the first to admit that these were also the foundations of my addiction to the exile, even above and beyond my indulgence in its materialism. Leaving this life I had in the U. S. almost 27 years ago was not easy. Arriving in a new country, albeit originally from a multicultural city was not easy. Finding my two years of college Hebrew and Hebrew picked up in yeshiva to be less than sufficient was not easy. Navigating the bureaucracy was not easy. Making new friends with people whose circles of friends were established in Kindergarten and carried on into their army service was not easy.

Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai taught that The Holy One, Blessed Be He, gave three good gifts to Israel, but they were given only through suffering, these are Torah, the Land of Israel, and the World To Come....

The words of the Talmud can often speak for themselves.

You would be not running away. Rather you would be running toward a place, chasing an objective, to come together as a people within our own house. Cease being strangers in someone else's house, striving for their love and validation. We do not need it. We can provide ourselves with our own validation, and dare I suggest that we seek love and validation from The Holy One, Blessed Be He.

Now that the doors to our only, true homeland, the home that He has promised us, were finally flung open almost 76 years ago, we have no excuse not to invest in, and strive for the sake of the Jewish homeland, instead of investing our time, money, energies, entire lives for the non-Jewish nations of our temporary refuge.

Just like Egypt, Babylon, Persia, and Greek rule over us were temporary, so too is the exile of Edom (Esau / Rome) supposed to be, albeit extremely long and very cunning, having fooled the Jewish People that we done running, that we were safe, and had reached the end of our journey. But, we had not.

Having to fit in, even assimilate to a degree is to be expected, especially in life or death situations: Clothing, language, names, tucking in our tzitziyoth and payoth, etc. But history has taught that this has never done any good for us long-term.

At the risk of sounding as if I am minimalizing your feelings, I must that you are not the first Jew residing in the golah (diasporah) to feel abandoned and frustrated and offended. And you will not be the last.

In Israel, we still may rely on the U. S. and others (May that necessity end soon, in our days!). But Israel continues to progress into becoming a fully autonomous nation, and can accelerate this with each Jews who arrives here from abroad.

Right-wing, left-wing, upside-down wing, I couldn't care less. All Jews shoul come. Personally, I have a lot of respect for those Jews residing here, even if I disagree with them adamantly. They're here. Their vision for this country may be radically different than mine, but they're here, putting their money where their mouths are.

And so, Shabbos Kestenbaum, I commend you for your Ahavath Yisrael and efforts for the sake of your people. Now, please complete your studies at Harvard (or not), get on the plane, all the while encouraging your fellow Jews and peers to do the same.

הקהילה היהודית בפורטו הגישה בשבוע שעבר תביעה לבית המשפט האזרחי בליסבון ובה היא תובעת פיצויים בסך 10 מיליון אירו מהמדינה. לטענת נציגי הקהילה, בשנת 2022 נפלו הקהילה ומנהיגיה קורבן ל"תוקפנות פוליטית" מצד התביעה והמשטרה בליסבון. לפי כתב התביעה, המהלכים שנקטו היועץ המשפטי לממשלה והמשטרה בפורטוגל הולידו עשרות אלפי מסרים של שנאה נגד הקהילה ברשתות החברתיות ובעיתונות, וכמיליון פרסומים ברשת המקשרים בין שם הקהילה למילה שחיתות, מה שפגע אנושות בכל יכולת עתידית של הקהילה לגייס תרומות לפעילותה הדתית והתרבותית...

...לפי כתב התביעה והעתירה, ב-11 במרץ 2022 הופצה הודעה משותפת של משרד היועץ המשפטי לממשלה והמשטרה בפורטוגל, שלפיה שני הגופים חוקרים את ביצוע הפשעים הבאים על ידי הקהילה היהודית בפורטו: התאגדות פלילית, שחיתות, זיוף, הונאת מס והלבנת הון.

המקרה שהצית את המהלכים האגרסיביים נגד הקהילה היה סביב פרסומים בתקשורת הפורטוגלית שלפיהם איש העסקים והאוליגרך הרוסי, רומן אברמוביץ', מקורבו של פוטין שפתח באותה העת במלחמה נגד אוקראינה, קיבל את אישור מוצאו היהודי הספרדי מהקהילה היהודית בפורטו שלא כדין. לטענה מעולם לא הוצגה אף ראיה ולמעשה היא הוכחה כלא-נכונה על ידי הקהילה.

גם כתב התביעה וגם העתירה מתארים כיצד נעצר רב הקהילה וכיצד נערך חיפוש משפיל במוסדות הקהילה, בהם בית הכנסת מקור חיים כדורי הנחשב הגדול ביותר בחצי האי האיברי, המוזיאון היהודי ובתיהם של מנהיגי הקהילה. "מבלי לעמוד בסף המינימלי הנדרש למניעת פגיעה בזכויות אדם, נלקחו ממוסדות הקהילה מיליוני מסמכים והתכתבויות פרטיות הקשורות לקהילה ולחבריה, ממש כפי שעשתה האינקוויזיציה כשהפלילה גורמים בקהילה היהודית ופלשה לבתיהם ולמקומות העבודה שלהם, על סמך תלונות אנונימיות", נכתב....

בתגובה לשאלות על השושלת של אברמוביץ', שנולד לקהילה אשכנזית ברובה, ציטטו נציגי הקהילה היהודית הצהרות על שורשיו הספרדים על ידי מנהיג קהילת חב"ד ברוסיה - שגם לה יש קשרים טובים עם פוטין. הם מדגישים כי לממשלה יש ההחלטה הסופית לגבי מי שמקבל אזרחות.

אלכסנדרוס מוקדון (אלכסנדר הגדול) נתן למצריים שלושה ימים להגיב לטענת גביהא בן פסיסא. והם ״לא מצאו תשובה״.

ברור שהטענות בין ישראל למצרים אינם כמו הטענות בין יהודי העיר פורטו לממשלת פורטוגל, למעט דבר אחד. אם וכאשר היהודים ינצחו במשפטם מול השלטונות הפורטוגלים, הם לא צריכים לקבל את הפיצויים בגין נזקים ללא חרטה וללא צער בכלל.

ראשית, מגיע לקהילה פיצוי על הנזק והפסד בגלל היחס הקשיח ולשון הרע על ידי השלטונות. ושנית, מתן האזרחות אמור להיות מספיק כדי לתקן את נזקי גירוש היהודים מפורטוגל לפני 500 שנה בכל מקרה? בכלל לא.

הבה נקווה שאחינו יהודי פורטוגל יבינו את הרמז מהאווירה שונאת היהודים של מקלטם הנוכחי בארץ הלא-יהודית פורטוגל, ויעשו כפי הדוגמה של אבותינו שה׳ אלהנו הוציא מארץ מצרים. יהודי פורטוגל צריכים לקחת כל הכסף שהם זוכים לצאת מפורטוגל ולעלות למולדתם היחידה, האמיתית, ארץ ישראל.

A Comunidade Judaica do Porto (CJP) disse esta quarta-feira que o Presidente da República deve, em nome do Estado, "um pedido de desculpas público por todos os males e danos causados" pelas buscas e suspeitas de crimes envolvendo esta Comunidade.

Numa carta dirigida a Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa e em comunicado enviado à agência Lusa, a CJP insta o Presidente da República a avançar com "um pedido de desculpas do Estado português pelos males e danos que lhe foram causados, e que são irrecuperáveis e jamais indemnizáveis, na sequência das buscas realizadas à Sinagoga do Porto, ao Museu Judaico e às casas de dirigentes da Comunidade, com base em denúncias anónimas".

Na missiva, a CJP diz que, em 11 de março de 2022, "a Sinagoga do Porto, o Museu Judaico e as casas de dirigentes" foram "ilegalmente invadidas por um grande número de polícias, com base em denúncias anónimas de condenados".

"Os dirigentes da Procuradoria Geral da República e da Polícia Judiciária, instrumentalizados para fins políticos, comunicaram ao mundo que estavam a investigar a eventual prática de crimes de corrupção ativa, tráfico de influências, fraude fiscal, branqueamento de capitais, falsificação de documentos e outros", refere o comunicado.

A CJP diz que as "imputações que recaiam sobre a Comunidade eram tecnicamente impossíveis", acrescentando que "as autoridades sabiam que não tinham quaisquer provas indiciárias das mesmas", nomeadamente de que "os certificados de origem sefardita dos requerentes eram emitidos pela empresa de construção do marido da vice-presidente". O Talmud Babilônico (Sanhedrin 91a) conta que cerca de 900 anos após o êxodo do Egito, o povo do Egito foi julgado junto com Israel por Alexandre da Macedônia (Alexandre, o Grande). O povo egípcio disse a Alexandre que está escrito na Torá que Deus fez com que o povo de Israel encontrasse o favor do Egito, e eles lhes emprestaram prata, ouro e roupas (Êxodo 12:35-36). Dê-nos a prata e o ouro que você nos tirou; [você alegou que estava pegando emprestado e nunca pagou.]

A representante de Israel, Geviha Ben Pesisa, respondeu à exigência: Dê-nos o salário pelo trabalho [realizado] pelos [os] 600.000 [homens com mais de 20 anos] que eles escravizaram no Egito durante quatrocentos e trinta anos. (Êxodo 12:37).

Alexandre, o Grande, deu aos egípcios três dias para responder à reivindicação de Geviha ben Pesisa, mas não conseguiram descobrir uma resposta.

Claro que este caso entre Israel e os egípcios não é como o caso entre os judeus do Porto e o governo português, com uma excepção. Se e quando os Judeus ganharem o seu caso contra as autoridades portuguesas, então eles não deverão sentir-se nem um pouco culpados por aceitarem a indemnização pelos danos.

Em primeiro lugar, os judeus merecem ser compensados pelos danos causados à comunidade pelo tratamento severo e pelo discurso mentiroso das autoridades. E em segundo lugar, a concessão da cidadania era supostamente suficiente para reparar os danos causados pela expulsão dos judeus há 500 anos? Creio que não.

Esperemos que os nossos irmãos portugueses entendam o ódio aos judeus no seu actual refúgio não-judaico de Portugal, e aprendam do exemplo dos nossos antepassados que Os D'us salvou do Egipto. Eles devam pegar todo o dinheiro que recevessem e partir para sua única e verdadeira pátria Israel.

Israel's representative Geviha Ben Pesisa responded to the claim with...

Give us the wages for the work [performed] by [the] 600,000 [men above the age of 20] whom you enslaved in Egypt for four hundred and thirty years. (Ex. 12:37).

Alexander the Great gave the Egyptians three days to respond to Geviha ben Pesisa's claim, but were unable to come up with a response.

Sure, the case between Israel and the Egyptians is not at all the same as what has been taking place between the Jews of Porto and the Portuguese government, with one exception. If and when the Jews win their case agains the Portuguese authorities, they should not feel in the least bit guilty about accepting compensation for damages.

First off, their deserve to be compensated for the damage done to the community by the harsh treatment and liabelous speech of the authorities. And second, the granting of citizenship was supposed enough to repair the damage of the expulsion Jews 500 years ago in the first place? Not in the least.

Let us hope that our Portuguese brethren will take the hint from the Jew-hating atmosphere of their current refuge in the non-Jewish land of Portugal, and learn from the the example of our forebears whom The Almighty took out of Egypt. They should take any money they win, and they should leave for their only, true homeland, the Land of Israel.

איראן מנצלת כל את ההזדמנות להאשים את ישראל בכל פעם שאפשר. ממשלתה אפילו רודפת אחרי אזרחיה המביעים את ספקותיהם פומבית לגבי אשמתה של ישראל. הכתבה לעיל מציינת שישראל נוהגת לתקוף ממוקדות, ולכן לא הגיוני שהתקפת הנפגעים ההמונית בקרמאן בוצעה על ידי ישראל.

מצד שני, גם לא ברור עם דאעש ביצעה את זה. במקרה זה מדובר על אנשי דאעש שבאזור ח'וראסאן.

וגם אפשר שאירנים המתנגדים לממשלת משטר האיסלאמי ביצעו את המתקפה בקרמאן, אן עם סיוע מארה״ב או בלי.

זו בהחלט לא הפעם הראשונה שערבים, או מוסלמים בכלל, נראים שהם מצילים אותנו היהודים מעצמנו.

בשנת תשנ״ט/2000 דחה יאסר ערפאת המחבל, יימח שמו וזכרו, דחה את הצעתו של ראש ממשלת ישראל דאז אהוד ברק להעביר 93% מיהודה, שומרון ועזה לידי הערבים המזדהים כפלסטינים. סיבות דחיית ההצעה נבעה כביכול מחוסר הסכמה על ירושלים, הר הבית וזכות השיבה הערבים למאחזיהם בארץ ישראל, בין היתר.

אז מי תקף את איראן?

האמת היא שלפעמים הקדוש ברוך הוא משתמש בגוים ככליו כדי לקדם את מטרותו עבורנו. הדוגמה המובהקת היא זו של הקשחת ליבו של פרעה, בפרשות התורה של העונה הזו (שמות ז,א - טו,כא). באמצעות הדוגמה הזו, קל מאוד להבין את ההקשר של העקשנות של ערפאת, הסכסוכים הערביים הפנימיים, כגון חמאס מול פת״ח, והסכסוך המתמשך בין מוסלמים סונים ושיעים כגון ערב הסעודית, או במקרה הזה דאעש, מול איראן. מקרים כאלה נותנים לנו עוד הזדמנות לתקן את מצבנו, כלומר לחזור בתשובה.

לצערנו, אנו עוד לא מקבלים ומבינים את זה.

הקב"ה משתמש גם ביהודים שאינם שומרי תורה ומצוות ככליו. אבל פחות תקינות פוליטית לדבר על שימושו ביהודים כאלה מלדבר על שימושו בגוים.

Iran International: Iran Terror Attack Must Be Avenged With Missiles, Ex-Lawmaker Demands

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the twin bombings in Kerman, but Iranian politicians and officials continue their allegations about Israel’s involvement.

Ahmad Bakhshayesh, a former member of the parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee told Rouydad 24 news website Saturday that “seven or eight missiles must be fired” towards Syria or Iraq, if terrorists came from there, or “Iran should at least ask its allies and proxies to make a proper response [to whoever perpetrated the attack]”.

“Israel was the main instigator, the hypocrites [Mujahedin-e Khalq Organization] provided the means, and the fanatical ISIS who think they will go to heaven if they kill seven Shias were the executive agents [of the attack],” he said.

Also commenting on Iran's role in the war between Hamas and Israel, Bakhshayesh said the war is “Iran's war” but by providing technology and missiles to Hamas, the Lebanese Hezbollah, and Ansarullah of Yemen, they are indirectly fighting the war.

In a statement posted on its affiliate Telegram channels on Thursday, a branch of the Islamic State (ISIS or Daesh) in Afghanistan claimed responsibility for the explosions. The statement said two suicide bombers had detonated their explosive belts in the middle of the crowd, “resulting in the death and injury of more than 300 polytheists [Shiites]”.

US sources familiar with the intelligence told Reuters that communications intercepts indicate that Islamic State’s Afghanistan-based branch, known as Daesh of Khorasan, was responsible for the Kerman attack that killed around ninety and wounded over 200 people.

Iran's intelligence ministry says it has arrested eleven individuals who were involved in the logistics of the attack and identified one of the two suicide bombers as a Tajik national.

Former government spokesman and reformist politician Ali Rabiei has also commented that Israel’s Mossad may have infiltrated the group, and encouraged it to conduct an attack in Iran to draw Iran into the regional conflicts and the Gaza war.

Some military experts have also said it is possible that ISIS opportunistically took responsibility for an attack that others did not claim.

“There is high chance that ISIS's claim about being involved in the attack is false,” Babak Taghvaee, a defense expert, told Iran International Friday...

...The Kerman bombing is the first attack in Iran that the Daesh of Khorasan has taken responsibility for.

Iranian authorities have also taken legal action against those who have ruled out Israel’s responsibility for the attack, including prominent political commentator Sadegh Zibakalam who has been indicted by Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor.

In an interview with the Voice of America’s Persian television Zibakalam had said that Israel could not be held responsible for the Kerman bombings because it “does not attack innocent people”.

According to the above report, Iran tends to blame Israel whenever it has the opportunity to do so, even going after Iranians who are public with their doubts about Israel's guilt. The report above in Hebrew suggests that Israel has a pattern of implementing targeted attacks, thus the mass casualty attack in Kerman does not fit Israel's usual mode of operation.

On the other hand, the involvement of the Islamic State [ISIS], in this case, the branch in the Khorāsān region, is still up for debate.

Another possibility behind the attack in Kerman could be Iranians opposed to the Islamic regime, with or without assistance from the United States.

It certainly would not be the first time that Arabs, or Muslims in general, have appeared to save us Jews from ourselves.

In 2000, Arab terrorist Yasser Arafat, may his name and memory be blotted out, rejected then Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak's proposal to turn over 93 percent of Judea, Samaria, and Gaza to the Palestinians Pseudostinians. His reason for rejecting the proposal was supposedly due to disagreement over the status of Jerusalem, the Temple Mount, and Pseudostinian right of return, among other things.

So, who attacked Iran?

The truth is that the Holy One, Blessed Be He, will sometimes use non-Jews as His tools to implement His plan for us. The quintessential example is that of His hardening of Pharaoh's heart, during our Torah portions, at this time of year (Ex. 7:1 - 15:21). With this in mind, it easy to wrap our heads around how Arafat's stubbornness and internal Arab conflicts, such as Hamas vs. Fatah, and the ongoing conflict between Sunni and Shi'ite Muslims, eg. Saudi Arabia, or in this case ISIS, vs. Iran, has helped us, giving us yet another chance to get our acts together.

Unfortunately, we still do not seem to get it.

The Almighty also uses non-observant Jews as his tools. But this is even less politically-correct to talk about than His use of non-Jews.

Meanwhile, there are those cowering in fear with the same ol' exile mentality of being overly concerned over "What will the goyim think?" Then there is the Erev Rav concerned over how this could interfere with their plans to advance the assimilation of the Jewish people into non-Jewish, globalist society.

These Jews are partly responsible for misleading us, guiding us away from what should be obvious.

God has a plan for us, its framework has already been revealed to us through His Holy Torah. And it is incumbent upon us to learn it and to pay attention to what goes on around us.

זה מזכיר לי על השיבושים המגעילים לתפילות הציבוריות בתל אביב ביום הכיפורים האחרון. אולם במקרה זה, אישה זו מנסה לגרום ליהודי לחטוא, כביכול ברוח חופש הביטוי הדת. ברור שחופש הביטוי הדת לא מופיע בתורה בכלל אלא דווקא רק ההפך של חופש הביטוי הדת מופיע בתורה.

זו לא הפעם הראשונה שמשהו כזה קורה. חבל שכנראה זו לא הפעם האחרונה.

In a video (screen shots above), Dr. Ze'ev Degani, the principal of the prestigious Gymansia Hertzliya High School in Tel-Aviv, attempts to stop a young man from putting on tefillin. Degani's raised arm in the screen shot is from the young man pushing his hand away from him.

He [Degani] berated Rabbi Zalman Hartman, a Chabad Hassid who was assisting the student with the ritual, "You are inciting students to rebel..."

...In a conversation with Chabad Info, Rabbi Hartman recounted: "I go to all of the high schools in northern Tel Aviv to put Tefillin on the teens and bring them closer to religion. I've seen reactions like the one from the principal of the Gymnasium (sic. Gymnasia Hertzliya H. S.) in every place, with a different connotation every time."

The next set of screen shots (video link) shows Israeli singer Kobi Peretz participating in the demonstration at the school's entrance, by assisting someone to put on tefillin. MK Almog Cohen (Otzmah Yehudit) also participated.

The students put on tefillin together with the Knesset member. "After October 7th, when Jews were murdered only because they were Jewish, there is no place to disrespect and disparage Jewish symbols," MK Cohen stated.

According to the Arutz 7 report, Education Minister Yoav Kisch (Likud) criticized Degani for neither acting morally nor in the spirit of education. However, he also said that he lacks any recourse against Degani, since he is not employed by the Ministry of Education, and the incident did not take place within the school setting, nor was illegal [according to Israeli law].

A woman tries to shove a pork sausage into the mouth of a religious (Orthodox Jewish) man who came to hand out tzitziyot to students who were protesting outside the Gymnasia Herzliya High School in Tel Aviv, after the principal violently kicked out a man from Chabad who had come to help young men put on tefillin. (see the tweet above)

This is reminiscent of the disgusting disruptions to the public prayers in Tel-Aviv this past Yom Kippur. However, in this case, this woman is trying to cause a Jew to sin, presumedly in the spirit of freedom of religious expression, of which only the opposite of this concept appears in the Torah.

So this is not the first time such a thing has happened. And I am afraid that this is not the last.

ברגע שישראל נראית להתקדמת בריפוי מחלתה של תלות שיתופית באומות העולם הלא-יהודיות באמצעות הגנה על עצמה נגד האו״ם ונגד לשון הרע על ידי מזכ״ל האו״ם, ישראל נופלת. הממשלה למעשה הודה את הכשרות של בית הדין הבין-לאומי [ICJ] על ידי התיחסות הטענות נגדה.

ישראל הסכימה להשתתף בתהליכו. גם השמאלנים הגלובליסטים (ההתבוללים) היושבים בממשלת החירום וגם השמאלנים היושבים באופוזיציה חייבים לדעת שההחלטה של בית הדין הבין-לאומי נגד ישראל כבר הוחלטה.

אחרי עיון מגוון כתבות נראה לי האסטרטגיה של הממשלה היא שליחת שופט לבית הדין הבין-לאומי ליצג את מדינת ישראל שהוא ניצול שואה במטרה להשיג אהדה מהקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול. כלומר לשאול את השאלה בפני הקהילה הבינלאומית ״כיצד מדינה שהוקמה כתוצאת השואה ומלאת ניצולי השואה יכולה לבצע שואה נגד עם אחר״?

נראה שהאסטרטגיה החילופית או הנוספת של הממשלה היא להלחם באש עם אש להלחם בגלובליסטים עם גלובליסט.

מצד שני, אולי נתניהו נאלץ להתפשר, ומינוי אהרון ברק התוצאה. מה נתניהו קיבל בתמורה? אין לי מושג.

לדעתי הנה התוצאות האפשריות מהשתתפות השופט אהרון ברק בתהליך בית הדין הבין-לאומי.

1. ישראל תזכה. ואז ישראל תמשיך לחיות מבחינת מחלת תלות שיתופית באומות העולם, ובמיוחד המערב, על אהבתם ותמיכתם לקיומה. יקראו את אהרון ברק גיבור למרות התנגדותו לישראל כמדינה יהודית אמיתית. היוזמה לרפורמה השיפוטית של מפלגת הליכוד תיחלש הרבה. ההחלטה האחרונה של בית המשפט העליון לבטל את ביטול עילת הסבירות תתקבל. בעצם היוזמה לרפורמה השיפוטית תמות.

השלב הראשון מבין שלושה היה ביטול סמכותו של בג"ץ לבטל החלטת ממשלה, על סמך אמונתו של ביהמ"ש כי היא "לא סבירה". האם משהו סביר או לא הוא מבוסס על השקפה אישית, כלומר מבוסס כולו על השקפה הקיימות של בית המשפט הקיימת מראש. בעיקר ההשקפה הזו היא נוגדת בתורה, בעד גלובליסטיות, כלומר בעד התבוללות.

היוזמה לרפורמה השיפוטית נובעת מהרחבת סמכויות בית המשפט העיון בשנות ה-90 על ידי נשיא בית המשפט העליון דאז אהרן ברק.

2. ישראל תפסיד. למרות שאני מוכן לומר "אז מה״? אהרון ברק יזכה על מאמציו. והוא יגיד לנו שהוא עשה כמיטב יכולתו למרות מדיניות הימין של ממשלת ישראל הנוכחית. יוזמת הממשלה לרפורמה השופטית תיחלש בשל ההפסד בבית הדין הבינלאומי. ישראל תהיה מבודדת עוד יותר מהקהילה הבינלאומית כביכול, כנראה הברכה מכל זה שרוב עם ישראל לא ירצה להודות. ישראל אמורה להיות עם נפרד ומובדל.

מצד שני, הנוצרים האוונגליסטים שמתכוננים לכבוש את מולדתנו, ומיסיונרים אחרים בכוונה לחטוף נשמות יהודיות, ינצלו את התוצאה הזו וימהרו ״להצילנו״ מבחינתם. כדאי להתכונן.

3. ישראל תיאלץ להתוודות על עבירות מסוימות, כדי להמנע מ"הרשעה" מוחלטת בעיני הקהילה הבינלאומית. הממשלה תצהיר שצדק ניצח. אבל הצהרה כזו לא תעשה כלום למענינו כי כל האומות האחרות בעולם עדיין יסתכלו לישראל כהמפסידה הבינלאומית.

הויתורים יכולים לכלול הסכמה למסור לערבים שטח ביהודה ושומרון ובעוד אזורים אחרים, הסכם סופי על הקמת מדינה פלסטינית ועוד. חס וחלילה!

בקיצור ישראל מפסידה בכל מקרה. למעשה, ישראל כבר הפסידה באמצעות הכרה בתביעה על ידי דרום אפריקה.

ישראל הייתה צריכה להתעלם מהזימון לבית המשפט הבין-לאומי ולתת לו לעשות מה שהוא רוצה לעשות. ואז ממשלת ישראל תוכל ליישם את האסטרטגייה הרגילה של קורבנות, כלומר "רחם עלינו", כדי לזכות בדחיית ההליכים, או בשליטה במחזור החדשות, למשך המלחמה. בית הדין הבין-לאומי היה מחליט החלטה שכבר הוחלטה. וישראל היתה שולטת רבה יותר על הגנתה בעיני הקהילה הבין-לאומית באמצעות פרסום מתמיד של ראיות על כוונות השמדת עם ישראל של חמאס.

אני מדגיש את הצורך של ישראל ושל היהודים בחו״ל להפחית באופן משמעותי את דאגותיה לגבי מה שהגויים חושבים ומרגישים עלינו. אני מציע את ההצעה הזו להוציא לאור ראיות כאסטרטגיה בגלל הגישה הידועה המתמשכת של ישראל שמבוססת ההסברה (PR) של תלותה שיתופית.

הרבה יהודים כבר התחילו לפרסם עדויות כאלה בתקשורת חברתית. אני מבין אותם. אבל האמת היא אני מקווה שמזה הם ילמדו כבר שאין משמעות לנסות לשכנע את המערב (עשיו) לקבל את האמת על ישראל (יעקב).

Just as it was appearing that Israel was making some progress in healing from its disease of co-dependency on the non-Jewish nations of the world, demonstrating this by standing up to the United Nations and its secretary general's slanderous comments, it has slipped up in a major way. Israel has actually granted legitimacy to the International Court of Justice [ICJ] by acknowledging a charge made against it by another nation.

As such, Israel has a agreed to play ball. Certainly, even the globalist (assimilationist) leftists, both in the emergency government and in the opposition must know that the cards are already stacked against us.

After reviewing the variety of articles, the government's strategy seems to be to send a judge to represent the State of Israel who is a Holocaust survivor in order to gain sympathy from the international community. That is to ask the international community "How can a country that was established in the aftermath of the Holocaust and absorbed Holocaust survivors, possibly commit a Holocaust against another nation?" 

The government's alternative or additional strategy seems to be to fight fire with fire fight globalists with a globalist.

On the other hand, perhaps Netanyahu was forced to compromise, and this was the result. What did he get in return? I have no idea.

Now let's examine the potential outcomes.

1. Israel will be vindicated. Thus Israel will continue its co-dependency on the nations for its love and validation for its very existence. And Aharon Barak we be hailed a hero, severely weakening the case for the Likud Party's judicial reform campaign. The recent decision of Israel's Supreme Court to overturn the government's successful first of three stages on judicial reform, will be accepted, and judicial reform will be dead in the water.

The first stage was to cancel the High Court's power to overturn a decision by the government, based on the Court's belief that "it is unreasonable." Whether something is unreasonable or not is subjective, and based entirely on the self-perpetuating Court's pre-existing, anti-Torah, globalist assimilationist notions.

The whole point of the judicial reform campaign is due to the expansion of the court's powers in the 1990s by none other than then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Aharon Barak.

2. Israel will lose. Although, I say "so what?" Aharon Barak efforts will be aplauded anyway, saying that he did the best he could, in spite of Israel's right-wing policies. Barak, and his passive-aggressive attacks, will be let off the hook. The goverment's campaign for judicial reform will still be weakened, due to the loss at the ICJ. Israel will be further isolated from the so-called international community, probably the blessing in disguise from all of this. Israel, after all, is supposed to be a separate and distinct people. 

On the other hand, Christians, Evangelicals salavating over our Homeland, and various other missionaries with their sights on Jewish souls, will exploit this outcome, and rush to our rescue. Brace yourselves.

3. Israel will be forced to make certain admissions, in order to avoid and outright "conviction" in the eyes of the international community. The government will cry vindication. But it will be with futility, since every other nation on the planet will still view Israel as the international loser.

Possible concessions may include, but not be limited to, agreeing to land giveaways in Judea and Samaria, and elsewhere, and full-fledged Palestinian Pseudostinian state. May God forbid!

In other words, Israel loses, anyway you slice it. Actually, by acknowledging the claim, unsurprisingly lodged by South Africa of all places, Israel had already lost.

Israel should have ignored the invitation summons, letting the ICJ do what it will. The Israel's Government could then employ its usual "feel sorry for us" strategy, gaining either a postponement of the proceedings, or a domination of the news cycle, for the duration of the war. Better yet, the ICJ would have gone ahead with its already decided conviction, and Israel would have more control over its defense in the eyes of the international public by continually releaseing evidence of Hamas's genocidal intentions against the Jewish People.

I cannot emphasize enough the need for Israel and Jews as a whole to significantly lessen its concerns over what non-Jews think and feel about us, on any given day. I am simply making this suggestion regarding evidence release as a strategy, based on Israel's ongoing hasbara (PR)-based approach of co-dependency.

Many Jews have already taken it upon themselves to publicize such evidence on social media. I cannot blame them. But, honestly, I hope this will finally wake them up as to how futile it is to convince the West (Esau) of any truth about Israel (Jacob).

אחרי סערת הדלפת הטיוטה, בית המשפט העליון הודיע הערב (יום שני) על פסילת התיקון לחוק היסוד שביטל את השימוש בעילת הסבירות כלפי החלטות הדרג הנבחר. זו הפעם הראשונה שבית המשפט העליון מתערב בחוק יסוד שהעבירה הממשלה, בצל הביקורת על תהליך חקיקתו ועל המחלוקת הרבה שהייתה סביבו.

החלטת השופטים התקבלה בדעת רוב של 8 שופטים שפסקו בעד פסילת התיקון לחוק יסוד: השפיטה מול 7 שופטים שפסקו נגד פסילת התיקון. השופטים שהיו בדעת רוב טענו כי התיקון לחוק היסוד "חורג מסמכותה המכוננת של הכנסת, ומשכך יש להכריז על בטלותו". לדברי הנשיאה בדימוס אסתר חיות, "נוסח התיקון של הכנסת קיצוני וחריג. התיקון מתייחס לכלל מובניה של עילת הסבירות, ומשכך הוא מונע התערבות גם בהחלטות שלטוניות מופרכות ובלתי סבירות בעליל, ככל שלא נפל בהן פגם מינהלי אחר"....

עשר אגורות (2¢):
כבר ראיתם כתבות לגבי מעשה בית המשפט העליון לבטל את השלב הראשון ברפורמה השיפוטית שהממשלה השולטת הבטיחה לאזרחים. אבל האם אתם יודעים את הסיבות האמיתיות לכך?

תראו את מה בית המשפט העליון עשה. החלטתו לבטל את החלטת הממשלה להגביל אותו "הודלפה". ואז התירוץ נראה סביר לחלוטין לשחרר את החלטתו למרות המלחמה. איזה נוחות!

עם זאת, גם נראה שעל פי ההסכם שהסכימו כדי להקים את ממשלת החירום הנוכחית, אסור לעלות עניינים חוץ מענייני המלחמה, כלומר אסור לדון ולהמשיך את תהליך הרפורמה במערכת המשפטית. אז יכול להיות שבית המשפט העליון הצליח לנצח בקרב הזה במאבק על המערכת המשפטית.

האמת היא שזאת הפיכה בסתר. וביצעו אותה באמצעות מסווה של פיקוח ממשלתי. או ליתר דיוק, מדובר באישור מחדש של ההפיכה שכבר יושמה בשנות ה-80 באמצעות הרחבת "עילת הסבירות" על ידי השופט העליון דאז אהרון ברק, ובכך הגדילה את כוחו של בית המשפט העליון.

והתזמון סתם במקרה? לא נראה לי.

בית המשפט העליון ביטל את ביטול "עילת הסבירות" של הממשלה, ביודעו היטב שלממשלת החירום אין שום כוח לעשות משהו בנידון כעת.

חיות: זו הסיבה שפסק הדין פורסם בזמן המלחמה
נשיאת העליון בדימוס אסתר חיות התייחסה לאפשרות של התערבות בחוקי יסוד ואמרה כי היא "סבורה כי באותם מצבים קיצוניים שבהם הכנסת כוננה או שינתה חוק יסוד באופן שיש בו משום שלילה או סתירה חזיתית של המאפיינים הגרעיניים של ישראל כמדינה יהודית ודמוקרטית – יש להכיר בסמכותו של בית משפט זה לקבוע כי הכנסת חרגה מסמכותה המכוננת וכי אין מדובר בנורמה חוקתית תקפה".

או לדעתה יש חשש שהכנסת תקח את ההזדמנות להפוך את מדינת ישראל למדינה צבאית בגלל המלחמה הנוכחית או היא דואגת הכנסת בדרך לבטל את המאפיין הגרעיני של ישראל כמדינה דמוקרטית. ואם ממשלת ישראל היתה בדרך בכיוון השני לדלל לבטל את המאפיין הגרעיני של ישראל כמדינה יהודית לא נראה לי ששופטים כאסתר חיות יהיו מוכנים לעצור את זה ויראו את הדרך הזו ״רצון העם״ או אפילו לסרב להודות שתהליך כזה מתקיים.

לדתיים הציונים [אמיתיים] כגון נוער הגבעות ייחוס תכונות שטניות בגלל אמונתנתנו, וקוראים לנו קנאים משיחיים. דבקותנו בתורה היא מכשול בדרכו של יהודים כמו אסתר חיות המעדיפים לעשות את מה שהם רוצים, תוך התעלמות ממה שהקדוש ברוך הוא רוצה עבורנו.

אז בביאת המשיח ויתחיל לבצע שינוים במערכת הממשלה בארץ ישראל, אסתר חיות תנסה לעצור אותו באמצעות "עילת הסבירות?"

לא נראה לי. אלא כנראה היא תעלה לטיסה הראשונה האפשרית בדרך לחו״ל יחד עם שאר העילית של הערב רב בעידפות להציל את עצמם מלהישאר כדי להלחם למען החלום הגלובליסטי שלהם כולל התבוללות מוחלטת של העם ישראל בעולם המערב (הגלות של אדום).

אבל זה לא סוף הסיפור.

The High Court of Justice on Monday struck down the basic law for repealing the reasonableness clause by a majority of 8 justices who opposed the law against 7 who supported it. Observers estimates are that the judges published the verdict this evening to prevent further leaks, and in response to a proposal raised in the Knesset, first published by Walla!, to delay publication of the verdict due to the war.

...Why was the law invalidated?
Outgoing President of the High Court, Esther Hayut, was among the majority who struck the law. In the draft of the verdict, Hayut wrote that "the Basic Law constitutes a significant deviation from 'the evolving constitution' and therefore must be accepted with broad consensus and not by a narrow coalition majority."

...The High Court also approved its own power to strike down basic laws as a general matter by a vote of 12-3....

You have alredy seen this report on the Israeli Supreme Court's striking down of the first stage in judicial reform promised by the ruling coalition of the Israeli Government. But do you know the real reasons why?

Look what the court has done. The High Court's decision to overturn the government's decision to limit the High Court (Did you follow that?) was "leaked," conveniently, it seems, a perfectly legitimate excuse to release its decision during time of war.

However, it also seems that according to the agreement made to form the current emergency government is not even allowed to address with Judicial reform. So the court might just have succeeded in backing the government into a corner, and with its hands tied behind its back.

This is essentially a coup d'etat, disguised as government oversight. Or rather it is a reaffirmation of the coup already implemented in the 1980s with then Chief Justice Aharon Baraq's expansion of the "Reasonableness Clause," thus expanding the power of Israel's Supreme Court.

The High Court conveniently reached the decision to overturn the Government's cancelation of the "Reasonableness Clause," knowing full well that the emergency government is powerless to do anything about it at this time.

Esther Hayut is either concerned that the Knesset will seize the opportunity to implement a form of Marshall Law or that the Knesset is on the path to eliminating the State of Israel's central characteristic as a democratic state.

Of course, if the Israeli government was on the path to dilute or even eliminate the State of Israel's other central characteristic as a Jewish state, I doubt that any of the judges like Hayut would put in the same effort into stopping it and either proclaim such a path as "the will of the people" or even refuse to acknowledge that such a thing is even taking place.

[Truly] Religious Zionist Jews are demonized for our beliefs, calling us messianic fanatics. The adherence to Torah stands directly inthe way of the endeavors of Jews like Esther Hayut who prefer to do what they want, ignoring what The Holy One, Blessed Be He wants for us.

So when Mashi'ah (the Messiah) arrives, and proceeds to revamp the government which holds sovereignty over the Land of Israel, Esther Hayut will be there to stop him via the power of the "Reasonableness Clause?"

I sincerely doubt it. She will probably be on the first flight out of here, along with the rest of the Erev Rav elite, preferring to save their own tuchuses, rather than stay and fight for their globalist dream of complete assimilation of the Jewish People.

But, of course, this story isn't over.
