עמירם בן אוליאל הוא לא הראשון, וגם לא האחרון מבין יהודים שומרי תורה רבים שיעברו עינויים במערכת שמירת החוק במדינת ישראל. נראה ששלטונות החילונים [ורבנים מטעה״מ] מתיחסים ליהודים שומרי התורה כאיום קיום. יש ליהודים שומרי התורה האלה החוצפה להאמין שלהקב״ה ולתורתו הקדושה יש סמכות גדולה יותר מאשר לממשלת ישראל ובג"ץ הדיקטטורי שלה.

לגבי ביקורתו של פולארד לשר לביטחון פנים, איתמר בן-גביר, ברצוני לדעת אם הוא ניסה ליצור איתו קשר לפני ששידר את תלונותיו ברשתות החברתיות. ואם מניחים שכן, אז אשמח לדעת את הפרטים של השיחה. עד אז, אני לא חושב שאנחנו יכולים לדעת את הסיפור המלא והפרטים הדרושים כדי להחליט את מי להאשם.

I posted this video, along with highlights, as I believe it to contain important information regarding the State of Israel's [in-] justice and prison systems.

Also, when I searched in English for recent news regarding the falsely accused, religious young man, Amiram Ben Uliel, I could not find anything, thus the need to publicize his horrendous treatment at the hands of the prison service.

There is only one thing that needs to be emphasized, and only one thing that needs to be added, to the words of Yonatan Pollard or Rabbi David Bar-Hayim.

Amiram Ben Uliel is not the first, nor will he be the last of many Torah-observant Jews to be tortured in Israel's law enforcement system. Torah-observant Jews who have the audacity to believe that The Almighy and His Holy Torah have greater authority than the Israeli Government and its dictatorial High Court seem to be viewed by the secular authorities, and by their lackey rabbis, as their greatest existential threat.

Regarding Pollard's calling out of Internal Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir (pictured above), I would like to know if he attempted to contact him before airing his grievances on social media. If we give Pollard that benefit of the doubt, and assume that he did attempt to contact Ben-Gvir, then I would love to know the details of that conversation. Until then, I do not think that we can know the full story and details needed to determine blame.

אבל אני חייב לומר שהמצב שלנו הרבה יותר גרוע ממה שמציע משחק המילים הנבון הזה. נכון, לא מעניין בג"ץ בצדק, מלבד איך שופטיו בוחרים לפרש את זה. מטרותיו העיקריות, בין אם השופטים הדתיים בבג״ץ יודעים ובין אם לא, כוללות הפחתת השפעת התורה בכל הזדמנות, צמצום אופייה היהודי של מדינת ישראל בכל הזדמנות, לטובת גרסת הדמוקרטיה שלה, קרי. דמו-קרטיה-זויפיה, ועידוד ההטמעה הסופית של עם ישראל וארץ מולדתו בקהילה הגלובליסטית של אומות העולם.

לגרסת הצדק של בג״ץ אין קשר לחיים בארץ שה' נתן לנו, שלא לדבר על כפי שהשם מתכוון לנו לחיות.

במילים פשוטות, בג״ץ עושה מה שהוא רוצה, כדי לקדם את האג'נדה שלו.

העובדה שהעם בחר את הממשלה הנוכחית, ושהמפלגות המשתתפות בממשלה הבטיחו לנו רפורמה שיפוטית כאחת מהתחייבויותיה כלפינו לפני הבחירות האחרונות, לא אכפת לבג״ץ. בג״ץ השיג את השילטון העליון בשנות ה-90, תחת הנשיאות של אהרון ברק, ויהיה מוכן לקבל רפומה שיפוטית רק כשהגיהנום יעבור סופת שלג, וכנראה שגם אז לא.

נראה כי גם לרובוטים המוחים על הרפורמה השיפוטית בכבישים לא אכפת מדמוקרטיה אמיתית. החינוך שלהם בבתי הספר היסודיים והתיכוניים נשלט ותמרן אותם עובדי המדינה הנאמנים לבג״ץ או לתפיסתו המעוותת על הדמוקרטיה. למוחים בכבישים אין שום מושג מה זה דמוקרטיה אמיתית.

להחלטה הזו של בג"ץ (והכתבה הזו) אין שום קשר לסוגיית גיוס החרדים. כפי שמופיע למטה בידי הבחורים, "העם בחר". העם החליט על הממשלה הנוכחית. זה על העם להחליט אם הוא עשה טעות ורוצה ממשלה אחרת בפעם הבאה. אם הם רוצים שחרדים יתגייסו, אז הם צריכים להודיע לנציגי המפלגות שלהם על דעותם ולאיים להצביע למפלגה אחרת אם לא מבצעים את מה שהם רוצים.

די ל התערבות של בג"ץ בכדי להתנגד לממשלה ש״העם בחר״!

זו פשוט דיקטטורה.

למרות שהמלך מסתובב בערום אבל עדיין יש מתעקשים שהוא מלובש בבגדים חדשים יפים.

"Ego, ego, you shall pursue" is a play on the verse "Justice, justice, you shall pursue... in order that you shall live and inherit the Land God has given you." (Deut. 16:20)

But I must say that our situation is much worse than suggested by this clever play on words. True, the Israel's High Court of Justice has no interest in justice, save how they choose to view it. Its primary objectives, whether those "religious" justices on the court know it or not, include beating down the influence of Torah at every turn, reducing the Jewish character of the state of Israel, in favor of its version of democracy, ie. deMOCKracy, and encouraging the ultimate assimilation of the Jewish People and its homeland into the globalist community of non-Jewish nations of the world.

The Court's version of justice has no connection whatsoever to living in the land that God has given us, let alone as God has intended for us to exist.

Simply put, it does what it wants, in order to further its agenda.

The fact that the people elected the current government, and that the participating parties in the government promised voters judicial reform as part of its commitments to us before the last election seems to be irrelevant to the Court. The Court gained ultimate power in the 1990s, under the leadership of then Chief Justice Aharon Barak, and will only be ready to let go of it when hell freezes over, and probably not even then.

A true democracy also seems to be irrelevant to the pawns protesting the judicial reform in the streets, whose education in elementary and high school has been controlled and manipulated by the very civil servants loyal to the Court, or at least to its distorted view of democracy. 

This decision of Israel's High Court (and this post) has nothing to do with the Haredi draft issue. As the banner above shows, "the people decided." The people decided on the current government. It is for the people to decide whether they made a mistake and want a different government next time. If they want Haredim to be drafted, then they need to let their party representatives know how they feel.

Enough with the High Court stepping in to cancel a decision, it does not happen to like, made by the democratically elected government.

This is nothing more than a dictatorship.

ראשי הרשויות המקומיות בגליל במסר לממשלה: "חובה כעת, במלחמה, לחזק את המרכז הרפואי לגליל, להעביר לו תקציבים - שהובטחו מזמן, לפתור את קשייו הכלכליים ולחזק איתנותו"

בשעות האחרונות התקיים במרכז הרפואי לגליל מפגש בהשתתפות ראשי רשויות מהגליל, ובהם: רונן מרלי, ראש עיריית נהריה ויו"ר אשכול רשויות גליל מערבי; משה דוידוביץ', ראש מועצה אזורית מטה אשר ויו"ר פורום קו העימות; סלמאן מולא, ראש מועצת ירכא; פואד עווד, ראש מועצת מזרעה ועיליא עבד, ראש מועצת מעיליא.

במפגש, בהובלת מנהל המרכז הרפואי, פרופ' מסעד ברהום, ובשיתוף עמותת הידידים, דנו המשתתפים באתגרים של המרכז הרפואי והרשויות המקומיות הסמוכות, ובמטרה להדק את שיתוף הפעולה בין הצדדים.

ראשי הרשויות העבירו מסר ברור לממשלה: "אם לא עכשיו, אימתי?! חובה כעת, בימי המלחמה, לחזק את ביה"ח המרכזי בגליל, הנמצא 9 ק"מ מהגבול הצפוני, להגדיל תשתיותיו ולהזרים תקציבים, שהובטחו לו מזמן ואשר יבטיחו את איתנותו".

בראיון רדיו, שנערך מיד עם תום המפגש המיוחד, אמר פרופ' ברהום: "עלולה להיפתח מלחמה ללא התרעה, וחשוב שנהיה מוכנים. במקרה של מתקפת טילים בגליל, אנו מצפים לתרחיש של אלפי טילים ביום, שיהיה גרוע בהרבה ממה שהיה כאן במלחמת לבנון השנייה. במקרים כאלו, עלולה להיות פגיעה בצירי הדרכים, ולפחות בימים הראשונים, אנו עלולים לפעול כ'אי בודד'. לכן, אנו ממשיכים להיערך לכל התרחישים".

מדוע יש צורך לתרגם אותו לאנגלית? ובכן, בבית החולים הזה היו מבקרים נוצרים מחו"ל. האם זו דרך לבקש תרומות? האם זו דרך לעדכן את התורמים שלו?

אזעקות מפני טילים נשמעות רק לעתים רחוקות בנהריה, פעם בשבוע לכל היותר. אז איזה תזמון מצוין מצד חיזבאללה להפחיד אותנו? דווקא בשקיעת החמה בערב שבת משגרים טילים? יכול להיות. אני זוכר שאותו דבר קרה בשנת 2014 בירושלים, שמענו אזעקה ממש בשקיעה.

אני חושב שהתשובה היא גם וגם.

כמו תמיד, זה לא משנה אם האיום הוא אמיתי. ובורו שחיזבאללה, חמאס ופת״ח (הרשות הפלסטינית) באמת רוצים להשמיד אותנו.

לעומת זאת עלינו לזכור שהערב רב תמיד מחפש אמצעים לאלץ למדינת ישראל למסור חלקי ארץ מולדתנו ותמיד מציג את תכניתו לעשות כך כאילו זה לטובתנו.

Today, the heads of municipalities in the Galilee, including Ronen Marelly, Mayor of Nahariya and Chairman of Eshkol Western Galilee Municipalities; Moshe Davidovich, Head of Meta Asher Regional Council and Chairman of the Forum Conflict Line Communities; Salman Mulla, Head of the Yerka Council; Fouad Awad, Head of Mazraa Council; and Ilia Abed, Head of Mailia Council, gathered for a meeting at Galilee Medical Center to discuss the situation in the north. The meeting was led by Prof. Masad Barhoum, Director of the Medical Center, in cooperation with the Medical Center's Friends Association.

The participants discussed the challenges faced by the medical center and the nearby local authorities, aiming to strengthen cooperation. The municipal leaders sent a clear message to the government: "If not now, when?! It is necessary now, during the war, to strengthen the central hospital in the Galilee, which is 6 miles from the northern border, to increase its infrastructure and inject budgets that were promised long ago to ensure its stability."

In a radio interview conducted immediately after the meeting, Prof. Barhoum said: "A war may break out without warning, and it is important that we be prepared. In the case of a missile attack in the Galilee, we expect a scenario of thousands of missiles per day, which will be much worse than what happened here in the Second Lebanon War. In such cases, there may be damage to the roads, and at least for the first few days, we may operate as a 'lone island'. Therefore, we continue to prepare for all scenarios."

Why bother to put this out in English? Well, this hospital has had Christian visitors from abroad. Is this a way soliciting donations? Is this a way of keeping their donors up to date?

Nahariya has rarely had missle warning sirens go off, once per week at most. So, What Excellent timing from Hezbollah to scare us? It could be. I recall that the same thing occurring in 2014 in Jerusalem, with a siren right at sheqi'ath hahamah (sunset), Erev Shabboth (Friday).

האם ראיתם שטראמפ עונד עניבה אדומה, וביידן עונד כחולה? בין אם אנשים אוהבים את זה או לא, במצב כזה, אדום מסמל כוח והניעה. כחול הוא צבע חלש יותר. כחול יכול לסמל חסד וגם אולי שלווה. אבל בדיונים ובראיונות עניבה אדומה מומלצת.

בארה"ב אדום מייצג את מפלגת הרפובליקנים שהיא השמרנית יותר, וכחול את המפלגת הדמוקרטים השמאלית יותר.

מישהו שם לב שבזמן חותמת 00:53, מאמר מכנה את ביידן "ברנדון?" חחח! איך מישהו יכול להצביע לטיפש החלש הזקן ג'ו ביידן?

It is important to remember that neither Donald Trump nor Joe Biden is good for Israel. If I were an American non-Jew, residing in the U. S., there is no question that I would vote for Trump. But I'm not, and I don't. So, my vote is for Torah. I'm not even an American citizen anymore.

If you do not watch anything from last night's U. S. presidential debate, held by CNN, I recommend watching the two clips embedded above.

Did you notice that Trump was wearing a red tie, and Biden a blue one? Whether people like it or not, in this setting, red is about power and motivation. Blue is the weaker of the two colors. Sure it's hessed (kindness) and maybe harmony.Nevertheless...

Did anyone notice that at time marker 00:53, Trump actually calls Biden "Brandon?" LOL! How could anyone vote the senile, old fool Joe Biden?

I do not think for a minute that the bribes Biden offers in his closing remarks will help. And about all of the things he says he wants to accomplish in his next four years as president, why didn't he accomplish any of them in the first two years of his presidency, while the Democrats had a majority in both houses of the Legislature? For example, he is addressing the problem of lead pipes, now?

Whereas in most American elections we expect an October surprise, in this election expect an early surprise, in either July or August, when the Democrats replace Biden, finding way for both him and Vice-President Harris a way to save face. It has been suggested that California Governor Gavin Newsom will be the presidential candidate replacement, and that Harris will return to California to run to replace him as the state's first female governor of color.

We shall see if the current Greek American Lt. Governor Eleni Kounalakis will play ball or not, and take one for the team. Or if she will stand her ground, and run against Harris, throwing her horrendous record as vice-president at her.

No doubt this October, in addition to any other surprises, we will also see which candidate attends more October 7th memorials,... or not.

The violence broke out in front of the Adas Torah synagogue in the 9000 block of Pico Boulevard before noon.

Video from the scene shows people in either camp trading punches with the other side. Many in the crowd can be seen wearing keffiyehs and masks while people on the ostensibly pro-Israel side can be seen draped in Israeli flags. (cont.)

Why this synagogue? True. Adas Torah is not just any synagogue, but a center of Torah learning among synagogues. Why on a Sunday? According to Breitbart...

...the activists were blocking pedestrians on the south side of Pico Boulevard, the main street through a predominantly Orthodox Jewish neighborhood in west Los Angeles.

According to the Forward, a left-wing Jewish publication, the protest targeted the synagogue in part because of an event within the Jewish community promoting Israeli real estate, whether for emigration, vacation, or investment.

Many Jews will say that this was only because of the realestate event, that the synagogue and community were not the actual targets.

Well, go ahead, and keep telling yourselves that. You have been doing so for as long as I can remember. Every time there is an anti-Semitic Jew-hating attack, you make up one excuse or another, even if it is a shooting, whether in North Hollywood or San Bernardino.

זה לא נשמע לי כציונות, לחכות למשיח ולא לעשות כלום. זה בדיוק על מה שה"ציונים" האלה מאשימים את החרדים. למרות שהחרדים כן עושים הרבה יותר מהציונים כביכול לגבי שמירת התורה כדי למסור את זה לדורות הבאים.

The Hebrew report uses the very apt term "double standards" the actions, or rather lack of actions, by the Tel-Aviv Municipality.

Regarding this Muslim holiday Al-Adha, which in the false religious of Islam commemorates the belief that on this day, in their constantly revolving calendar, Abraham brought Ishmael up to the mountain to be sacrificed.

I have already written about the blatant contradiction to the Torah this Muslim holiday is based on. How can any Jew tell a Muslim happy holiday with a straight face I cannot imagine. Do they really not realize that by doing so, they are supporting kefira, (denial) of the Torah? Are Jews really this ignorant? Are the rabbis pandering to Muslims this ignorant as well? Or are they really that afraid of defending the truth that is Torah even while residing in the Jewish homeland? Are those claiming to be Zionists really not bothered by this, because Mashi'ah will come soon and fix everything?

That sure does not sound like Zionism to me, waiting around, and doing nothing. This is exactly what these "Zionists" blame the Haredim (ultra-orthodox) for doing. Even though they are doing so much more that they these quasi-Zionists on the Torah front.

אנו כבר יודעים את זה מאז החודש ה-10. טייס מסוק יצר קשר עם יונתן פולארד ואמר לו שהוא שמע על ההתקפות. הם ביקשו רשות להמריא, אבל לא נתנו להם.

However, it does make things a little difficult, when your military chiefs could be more loyal to to the opposition, meaning Barak and the anti-Judicial Reform, Kaplan group than to the government. The IDF chiefs also support, or at least look the other way from, the infiltration of "woke" ideology, imported from the West.

How is a head of government supposed to determine military strategy, or for that matter, diplomatic strategy, when military leaders withhold critical information, under the guise that no actionable intel exists, so why bother the prime minister with theories?

There are only two reasons I believe Netanyahu may have kept some of these military leaders around.
1. Compromise. He received something else of equal or greater value in return for keeping them on.
2. Keep you friends close; keep your enemies closer.

ייתכן שעו״ד של האנטר ביידן יערער על ההרשעה. טראמפ מערער על שלו אז למה לא? לפיכך הנשיחא ביידן יכול להצדיק את הערעור של בנו. הערעור יכול להדחק עד לאחר הבחירות בנובמבר, ולכן אולי לא יהיה עניין כל כך חשוב בבחירות.

Please do not forget what I have often said about American politics. It is for entertainment purposes only.

I believe that Hunter Biden may actually get jail time over his conviction on firearm application conviction. Why?

The American people already know that double standards are applied in the U. S. justice system. President Biden has no choice but to ask his son to take one for the team, and serve a minimal amount of jail. He needs to prove to the American people that their belief in the application of double standards, Democrat vs. Republican, rich vs. poor, powerful vs. powerless, is false. He would also have the opportunity to show that President Trump is wrong about his claims of prosecutorial persecution.

It is possible that Hunter Biden's team will appeal the conviction. After all, Trump is appealing his. Thus an appeal could be justifiable. It could be pushed off until after the November election, and so perhaps not so much of an issue.

I was surprised to hear that Biden's press secretary would not rule out the possibility of Biden commuting his son's sentence. I believe that would be another disaster for Biden, and another win for Trump.

יונתן פולארד מדבר על השמאלנים הרבים ששולחים את ילדיהם לפסכיאטרים כדי לקבל פטור משירות צבאי. בעיקר השמאלנים כאלה הם חברי האליטה החילונית. אם החרדים לא יכולים לקבל פטורים או דיחיות אז למה השמאלנים כן יכולים? לא אפפת לאילטה. הם פשוט רוצים כמה הזדמנויות לדבר לשון הרע על החרדים, כל החרדים, לוא רק על החרדים הקיצונים המתנגדים לקיום מדינת ישראל מלכתחילה. 

למה אנו לא שומעים על הפטורים לשמאלנים האלה בתקשורת? אני שמעתי על האסטרטגיה הקומבינה הזו פעם ראשונה בשנות התשעים. נראה לי שהקומבינה הזו לא מוכרת לרוב מאיתנו. לא 

מעולם אין שום קשר בין פרשת הגיוס החרדי לגיוס חרדי. פולארד והרב בר חיים מודעים לכך היטב. אנשי האליטה השמאלנית לא רוצים שילדיהם יכירו את חיילים חרדיים. הם לא רוצים ילמדו על כשרות, לתפילין, תפילה שלוש פעמים ביום, השקפה רוחנית, אין שצריך לומר שמירת שבת. כמובן אין לצה"ל נכונות לקבל חרדים כמו שהם. מטרת הגיוס החרדי היא לקלוט אותם לחברה ישראלית החילונית ולא לאומית.

יש סמלי יעד בגבים לחיילי צה״ל ממשפחות דתיות נאמני המדינה ללא שאלה (הממלכתיים). אבל הוריהם לא יכולים לראות את זה אלא הם רק יכולים לראות שההורים החרדים לא מוסרים את נפשות ילדיהם כמו שהם. ההורים הממלכתיים הדתיים לא יכולים או לא רוצים לראות שאולי ביטחון ילדיהם אינו בראש סדר העדיפויות של ראשי צה"ל.

לעומת זאת, ההורים הממלכתיים הדתיים רואים ש חסר להורים חרדים אותו הכאב שהם עוברים, וכמה זה לא הוגן ככה. זה מחזק את העיוורון שלהם כלפי הפגמים בהנהגת צה"ל והממשלה והלחץ מהשפעות חיצוניות כגון ממשלת ארה"ב.

צריר הכרני (הסתירה בין מספר דעות או אמונות בנפשו של אדם) יהיה גדול וקשה מדי להם אם יודיעו להם שהרבה מילדיהם לא היו צריכים למות.

כשפולארד מזכיר את מדיניות ה-DEI (גיוון, שוויון והכלה) של צה"ל, והרב בר חיים מתייחס לצה"ל כאל צבא "ווק" (נעורות; מודע לסוגיות חשובות כביכול), הם צודקים. אני פשוט רוצה להדגשי שפרשת גיוס החרדים היא דוגמה מושלמת לאסטרטגיית "הפרד ומשול" המתמשכת של כוחות השלטון האמיתיים (הערב רב).

Yonatan Pollard is correct about the leftist elite's -- most often secular Ashkenazy -- psychiatric exemption strategy. It has been used at least since the 1990s, the first time I had heard about it. But, now, it does not seems not too many of us are aware of this particular, sneaky strategy.

The Haredi (ultra-orthodox) draft issue has never been about the Haredi draft. Pollard and Rabbi Bar-Hayim are well-aware of this. Those of the leftist elite do not want their children exposed to Torah-observant soldiers, their dietary restrictions, tefillin, and spiritual focus. Of course, the IDF is not willing to accept Haredim as they are. The purpose of Haredi conscription is to indoctrinate them into secular, or religious-light, Israeli, anti-nationalist society.

The diehard State-loyalist segment of the Religious Zionists -- the mamlakhtim -- are being used as canon fodder. But all their parents are able to see are the Haredi parents who not sacrificing their children like they are. They are unwilling or unable to see that perhaps the security of the their children is not the first, nor even second, priority of the leadership of the IDF eastablishment.

Instead, Mamlakhti parents see that Haredi parents lack the pain that they experience, and how unfair that is. This reiforces their blindness toward the flaws in IDF leadership, government direction, and pressures from outside influences like the U. S. government.

The cognitive dissonance would be too great for them to entertain the possibilty that perhaps some or even a lot of the children did not have to die.

When Pollard mentions the DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies of the IDF, and Rabbi Bar-Hayim refers to the IDF as a "woke" army, they are right on target. I would only that the issue of the Haredi draft issue is a perfect example of the ongoing "divide and conquer" strategy of the Erev Rav powers that be, or rather divide and control, since they have already successfully conquered us. Well, not all, just most of us.

האם יש מחלוקת מתפתחת בהוליווד? יש כבר מחלוקת בהוליווד? האם שחקן-מפיק כמו ג'ורג' קלוני יעבוד בפרויקטים עם יוצאת צה"ל גל גדות בקרוב? מה עם אדם סנדלר, מייקל רפפורט או גרג סולקין? כנראה שלא.

היהודים היחידים השולטים בהוליווד הם חסרי הביטחון, שונאי עצמם, נשואים תערובת - או נשואים לאישה שעברה תהליך גיור מזויף - התלויים במשותף באהבה ובקבלה של החברה הלא-יהודית (התבוללות). כלומר היהודים שיש להם השקפות הפוליטיות המקובלות בהוליווד. אולי עדיין יש כמה מפיקים רשעים רודפי כבוד בהוליווד שבשלטון שבמקרה הם גם יהודים. וכמובן, יש בהוליווד המפיקים שגם המכורים לסמים. Is there a developing split in Hollywood? Is there already a split in Hollywood? Will actor-producers such as George Clooney be working on projects with IDF veteran Gal Gadot anytime soon? What about with Adam Sandler, Michael Rappaport or Gregg Sulkin? Not bloody likely. (Amal Clooney grew up in England, thus the "bloody" adjective.)

The only Jews in control of Hollywood are the insecure, self-hating, intermarried -- or married to a woman with a false conversion -- co-dependent on the love and acceptance of non-Jewish, progressive society. In other words, those Jews who tow the Hollywood, political line. Perhaps there are still some garden variety, power-hungry producers in Hollywood, who happen to be Jewish, propagating evil stereotypes. And, of course, there are the usual drug addicts in their for good measure (May The Holy One, Blessed Be He guide them to a path of recovery!)

The next time we here about a Jew asserting control in Hollywood, make sure to research his heritage. Is his mother Jewish? Is she a convert with a kosher conversion? It may be that he is not actually Jewish. The irony will be if he decides to be offended or not about being excluded from our private club.
